- 0:00Speaker 1: So last night during the live stream, we were talking
- 0:03Speaker 1: about a lot of things, Jeffrey Epstein. And one of
- 0:08Speaker 1: the things that came up during the live stream was
- 0:11Speaker 1: the fact that the estate had lost the deed to
- 0:16Speaker 1: the Palm Beach mansion. Now, this story first broke back
- 0:20Speaker 1: in December. And once again, one of the show's favorite reporters,
- 0:26Speaker 1: Chris Spargo, was all over it. So Chris broke this
- 0:32Speaker 1: story and was talking about this and nobody else was
- 0:35Speaker 1: like usual. And we touched on it briefly here on
- 0:38Speaker 1: the podcast, obviously. And even back then, I thought that
- 0:45Speaker 1: even though there was a bit of a hubbub here
- 0:47Speaker 1: about the deed, that eventually it would all get worked out, right?
- 0:51Speaker 1: Because A, they want the tax money. B, Glazer is
- 0:56Speaker 1: a pretty powerful developer. And at the end of the day,
- 0:59Speaker 1: this church, I don't think that they have the guns
- 1:02Speaker 1: to litigate against people like the estate, obviously, with all
- 1:06Speaker 1: of their unlimited fortunes that they steal from the survivors.
- 1:12Speaker 1: And then you add somebody like Glazer with his money
- 1:14Speaker 1: and his power and pull, and there's no chance that
- 1:20Speaker 1: the deed is not going to end up in the
- 1:23Speaker 1: hands of the estate, in my opinion. But it is
- 1:26Speaker 1: interesting that The estate is so ridiculously bad at their job.
- 1:32Speaker 1: That they almost got an end around pulled on them.
- 1:34Speaker 1: By some charity church. And last night. On the live stream.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Shout out to Pop. Always with a little bit of
- 1:42Speaker 1: fantastic sarcasm. Was asking. If it was possible. I mean
- 1:48Speaker 1: if it was possible at all. That. We just had
- 1:53Speaker 1: Darren Indyk. But, you know, backwards, we had him confused
- 1:57Speaker 1: with somebody who was really a bad guy. And it
- 1:59Speaker 1: was a pretty funny moment of sarcasm from Pop the
- 2:02Speaker 1: way he delivered that message. So shout out to listener Pop,
- 2:06Speaker 1: who's always joining us on those Sunday live streams. All right,
- 2:10Speaker 1: let's jump into this article from OK Magazine, authored by
- 2:14Speaker 1: Chris Spargo from December 23rd of 2020. And let's see
- 2:20Speaker 1: what's going on with the deed down in Palm Beach. Headline,
- 2:27Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's estate lost the deed to his $ 22 million
- 2:31Speaker 1: Palm Beach mansion. Yeah, no big deal. You know, like
- 2:35Speaker 1: me or you, we go buy an item at, you know,
- 2:38Speaker 1: Best Buy or whatever. We lose our receipt. We go
- 2:41Speaker 1: absolutely batshit. I know I do. I go crazy if
- 2:43Speaker 1: I can't find my receipt. You know, what if I
- 2:45Speaker 1: got to return the damn thing? I'm not rich. I
- 2:47Speaker 1: can't eat a $ 700, $ 800 product that I don't want.
- 2:52Speaker 1: So I keep that receipt stashed. Imagine having a deed
- 2:55Speaker 1: to your house, $ 22 million pad, and you don't know
- 2:58Speaker 1: where the deed is? You don't have that in your
- 3:00Speaker 1: lockbox with your Saudi Arabian passport? Epstein? What a moron.
- 3:09Speaker 1: The Palm Beach mansion where Jeffrey Epstein abused dozens of
- 3:12Speaker 1: underage girls first came on the market in July with
- 3:16Speaker 1: a $ 21. 995 million asking price. The home's history, combined with
- 3:22Speaker 1: its location in a COVID-19 hot zone, did not make
- 3:26Speaker 1: it an easy sell. But just four months later, the
- 3:29Speaker 1: Wall Street Journal published a new exclusive which claimed that
- 3:33Speaker 1: Florida real estate developer Todd Michael Glazer was in contract
- 3:37Speaker 1: to purchase and then raise the pedophile's waterfront pad. There
- 3:42Speaker 1: was just one problem. Epstein's estate no longer had the
- 3:46Speaker 1: deed to the home. So that's where the, uh, The
- 3:50Speaker 1: confusion begins, right? And the discussion starts. Well, if they
- 3:54Speaker 1: don't have the deed to the home and this charity
- 3:57Speaker 1: had the deed to the home, how the hell did
- 3:59Speaker 1: that happen? How did the deed get into the hands
- 4:02Speaker 1: of this charity? That's the real question. And obviously, does
- 4:06Speaker 1: the charity have a legit claim? We know a lot
- 4:10Speaker 1: of people are coming out of the woodwork trying to
- 4:12Speaker 1: get some clout and make a few bucks off of
- 4:14Speaker 1: the Jeffrey Epstein case. We see them on Twitter. We
- 4:19Speaker 1: see them on Facebook. We see them all over the place.
- 4:23Speaker 1: So it's not shocking to see this charity, I'm doing
- 4:27Speaker 1: finger quotes here, air quotes here, folks, try and get
- 4:31Speaker 1: in on it, right? Try and pick a few pieces
- 4:33Speaker 1: of flesh from the corpse. Now, even though the estate
- 4:39Speaker 1: is ridiculous and obviously terrible at their job, at the
- 4:43Speaker 1: end of the day, I believe that this won't come
- 4:46Speaker 1: back to haunt them, right? I believe that Glazer will get,
- 4:48Speaker 1: this sale will go through. A judge will rule in
- 4:52Speaker 1: favor of the Epstein estate. And in fact, I believe
- 4:57Speaker 1: that we have covered an article where they talk just
- 5:03Speaker 1: about that, in fact. So I'll take a look back and,
- 5:08Speaker 1: you know, as Jen Psaki says, I'll circle back to
- 5:11Speaker 1: you with that. The estate could not sell the property
- 5:17Speaker 1: or raise the structure because Epstein had purportedly signed a
- 5:20Speaker 1: deed transferring ownership of his $ 22 million Palm Beach mansion
- 5:25Speaker 1: to Love & Bliss just four months before his 2019 arrest. Huh?
- 5:32Speaker 1: Now why would Jeffrey Epstein sign over the ownership of
- 5:36Speaker 1: his $ 22 million Palm Beach mansion to Love & Bliss?
- 5:41Speaker 1: Why in the world would that occur? We know that
- 5:45Speaker 1: Epstein isn't giving anything out for free. Epstein's the kind
- 5:49Speaker 1: of rich guy where you knock on his door for
- 5:52Speaker 1: Halloween and you still get the shitty candy, right? Figure
- 5:55Speaker 1: a guy like that's giving out the actual candy bars.
- 5:58Speaker 1: You show up and you get yourself some candy corn.
- 6:02Speaker 1: That's the kind of guy Jeffrey Epstein is. So signing
- 6:05Speaker 1: over his lease. Hold on. Pump the brakes. There is
- 6:10Speaker 1: always a move after a move wrapped in another move
- 6:15Speaker 1: when we're talking about Epstein the scumbag. A notarized deed
- 6:22Speaker 1: bearing Epstein's signature and dated March 2019 had been filed
- 6:27Speaker 1: in Palm Beach County a week before the news of
- 6:30Speaker 1: the pending sale. That deed soon became an official record,
- 6:36Speaker 1: and as a result, Epstein's estate did not have the
- 6:39Speaker 1: power to transfer the property or demolish the haunted house
- 6:43Speaker 1: where the likes of Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell abused children.
- 6:49Speaker 1: So that is what the holdup has been, obviously, and
- 6:54Speaker 1: we touched on that earlier. that there was a bit
- 6:57Speaker 1: of a holdup because of this sort of this, this impediment,
- 7:00Speaker 1: this roadblock. And at the end of the day, obviously this,
- 7:04Speaker 1: this property is going to be sold. The money's going
- 7:07Speaker 1: to go into the fund, but there always has to
- 7:09Speaker 1: be hoopla. There always has to be, as they would
- 7:12Speaker 1: say back in the day, some rigmarole. And we're seeing,
- 7:17Speaker 1: we see that right here. Everybody wants a piece, right?
- 7:19Speaker 1: Somebody like Epstein dies. If anybody has a pinky finger
- 7:25Speaker 1: nails worth of a claim they're going to try and
- 7:27Speaker 1: sink their teeth in and this situation with the deed
- 7:32Speaker 1: is certainly no different this situation with Love and Bliss
- 7:37Speaker 1: and so Laurel Incorporated and lawyer Adam Seligman were forced
- 7:41Speaker 1: to file a lis pendis earlier this month in hopes
- 7:44Speaker 1: that the court would support their request to obtain a
- 7:48Speaker 1: quiet title from Love and Bliss and that did not
- 7:51Speaker 1: occur Okay, they did not get that title. The title
- 7:55Speaker 1: was obviously ended up being in the hands of the
- 8:01Speaker 1: estate and this sale with Glazer is going to go
- 8:05Speaker 1: through and is being finalized as far as we know. Now,
- 8:08Speaker 1: the reason we're going over this again is because it
- 8:11Speaker 1: was brought up last night on the live stream. And
- 8:14Speaker 1: as you all know, I love to add context when
- 8:16Speaker 1: we can. So with this morning being a relatively slow
- 8:19Speaker 1: news day, I figured this would be the perfect time
- 8:22Speaker 1: for us to do just that, a little more meat
- 8:25Speaker 1: on the bone. The October deed gave ownership of 358
- 8:32Speaker 1: El Brío Way to the Christian organization, despite its very
- 8:36Speaker 1: brief history and unclear aim. I mean, what? Imagine being
- 8:44Speaker 1: part of a church that has ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
- 8:49Speaker 1: I mean, short of it being a church run by
- 8:51Speaker 1: Aleister Crowley, I don't know how any church could be
- 8:55Speaker 1: involved with this guy. And this whole situation with the
- 8:59Speaker 1: deed and how it was signed over to them, that
- 9:02Speaker 1: deserves further exploration. The legacy media needs to dig deeper
- 9:06Speaker 1: here and use some of their vast resources. You know,
- 9:11Speaker 1: independent content creators like myself, we only have so much...
- 9:17Speaker 1: financial means to, you know, dig into these cases, right?
- 9:21Speaker 1: Most of us have other jobs, have other things that
- 9:23Speaker 1: are going on, bills, all of that jazz. But the
- 9:26Speaker 1: legacy media, they're making tons and tons of money. But
- 9:30Speaker 1: they can't dig a bit deeper here? Love and Bliss
- 9:37Speaker 1: was founded in 2018 by 22-year-old Alexander Leschenskyy. The company,
- 9:45Speaker 1: which brings in just under $ 31, 000 annually, also counts Zachary
- 9:50Speaker 1: Lachinsky and Jason Garzon as directors. So this company brings
- 9:54Speaker 1: in less than $ 31, 000 a year. Okay. But yet they
- 10:01Speaker 1: say that they have a claim to a $ 22 million deed.
- 10:06Speaker 1: If that doesn't set off alarm bells with the IRS,
- 10:10Speaker 1: I don't know what will. Talk about begging to be audited.
- 10:14Speaker 1: How in the world can you say that as an
- 10:17Speaker 1: organization that brings in $ 31, 000 that you're entitled to this
- 10:22Speaker 1: $ 22 million mansion? Now, of course, people will say, well,
- 10:27Speaker 1: Epstein signed the will over, and I agree with that. Why?
- 10:30Speaker 1: That should be the question. Not the fact that this
- 10:33Speaker 1: actually occurred, but deeper. Why did this occur? What were
- 10:37Speaker 1: they trying to accomplish? What was Epstein's goal because we
- 10:41Speaker 1: know that everything was 10 steps ahead, right? These people were,
- 10:45Speaker 1: they're very shrewd, very shrewd. The initial address for the
- 10:52Speaker 1: company had been the home where Alex and Zachary live
- 10:55Speaker 1: with their mother in Reddington Beach, Florida. But on the deed,
- 10:59Speaker 1: it was changed to Epstein's Palm Beach mansion. Again, the
- 11:03Speaker 1: weirder just keeps getting weird. Zachary, Les Chinsky, and Jason Garzahn.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Two dudes living home at mom's house with a $ 31, 000
- 11:15Speaker 1: company saying that they're entitled to Jeffrey Epstein's $ 22 million palace. Well,
- 11:22Speaker 1: if that's the case, I got a deed over here
- 11:24Speaker 1: to Zorro Ranch. That makes me the owner. I want
- 11:27Speaker 1: to go to my house. I mean, talk about another
- 11:30Speaker 1: case of the absurd. Those Palm Beach party days looked
- 11:38Speaker 1: to be over, however, for Alex and Zachary. A judge
- 11:42Speaker 1: did rule in favor of Epstein's estate and executor Darren Indyke,
- 11:46Speaker 1: who prior to that point had not been the title
- 11:49Speaker 1: owners for six weeks. So again, this is what I'm
- 11:52Speaker 1: talking about when I said I thought I remembered hearing
- 11:55Speaker 1: that the estate definitely got the deed back. But How
- 12:00Speaker 1: in the world did this even occur in the first place?
- 12:02Speaker 1: That's what I'm interested in, not the fact that it
- 12:04Speaker 1: did occur. I want to get to the genesis. Why
- 12:07Speaker 1: did it occur? How did these people become players in this?
- 12:11Speaker 1: And what did love and bliss have to do with
- 12:13Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein? The estate did not waste any time moving
- 12:19Speaker 1: forward either once they received the good news. OK can
- 12:22Speaker 1: report that over the weekend, Indyke submitted a proposal to
- 12:27Speaker 1: raise the building, cabana, and pool, which was approved by
- 12:30Speaker 1: the Palm Beach Architectural Committee. Now, we talked about that
- 12:34Speaker 1: as well. And when that happened, we were discussing that news.
- 12:39Speaker 1: And again, like I said, a guy like Michael Glazer,
- 12:43Speaker 1: a big-time developer in a place like Palm Beach on
- 12:46Speaker 1: Billionaire's Row, eventually is going to get their way no
- 12:50Speaker 1: matter what. Certainly if he's battling against two dudes living
- 12:53Speaker 1: in their mom's basement with a $ 31, 000 company. OK did
- 13:00Speaker 1: discover a number of potential problems with the deed when
- 13:03Speaker 1: first reporting on its existence back in November. A call
- 13:07Speaker 1: to the phone number listed for Love & Bliss' lawyer
- 13:09Speaker 1: John Mayer, not the musician, resulted in an angry man
- 13:13Speaker 1: yelling that he was not the person on the deed. Well,
- 13:16Speaker 1: that's always nice, huh? Some angry, wild maniac yelling at
- 13:19Speaker 1: you over the phone after you call trying to do
- 13:21Speaker 1: your job. Always pleasant. Mayor, not the musician, who according
- 13:26Speaker 1: to the deed was based in Jacksonville, had a New
- 13:29Speaker 1: York State area code. His office suite was also not
- 13:33Speaker 1: recognized by the U.S. Postal Service, and the actual address
- 13:37Speaker 1: turned up an office building with just two residents. Young
- 13:40Speaker 1: Realty College Tax and Retirement Strategies. Those companies are both
- 13:45Speaker 1: managed by the same man. You know what this screams
- 13:49Speaker 1: out to me, folks? Scam. Plot. A way in. Try
- 13:54Speaker 1: and get some money on the backs of the survivors.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Absolutely absurd. This love and bliss company needs a deeper look.
- 14:04Speaker 1: And it just so happens that I might have the
- 14:06Speaker 1: time to do just that. Calls were then made to
- 14:11Speaker 1: the witnesses by O.K., though only one answered her phone.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Judy Tutte, not King Tutte, claimed to have no knowledge
- 14:19Speaker 1: of the deal and said she would not have signed
- 14:21Speaker 1: the deed in Palm Beach County. She then said that
- 14:24Speaker 1: a family member had passed away just hours before and
- 14:28Speaker 1: she could not talk any further at the time. Well,
- 14:31Speaker 1: that's horrible. Sorry to hear that. I mean, never good
- 14:34Speaker 1: when a family member passes away. But you're never going
- 14:39Speaker 1: to get anything out of these people anyway. dead family
- 14:42Speaker 1: member or not, even if it's the best of times.
- 14:45Speaker 1: You get one of these people after they hit megabucks
- 14:47Speaker 1: and they're still not going to tell you the truth.
- 14:51Speaker 1: OK was able to confirm that Liana L. Johnson, the
- 14:54Speaker 1: woman who notarized the document, is in fact a registered
- 14:57Speaker 1: notary public. A call to her listed workplace revealed, though,
- 15:02Speaker 1: that she had not been employed there for some time.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Attempts to reach her directly were unsuccessful, with two numbers
- 15:09Speaker 1: having been disconnected. And a third not allowing voice messages.
- 15:14Speaker 1: That's nice. That's nice, huh? Again, these people are all
- 15:17Speaker 1: operating in the shadows. None of these people are real.
- 15:19Speaker 1: None of these entities are real. This is all about
- 15:22Speaker 1: money laundering. I mean, the writing is on the wall.
- 15:25Speaker 1: It's so apparent. I don't know how other people can't
- 15:27Speaker 1: spot this. I mean, it might as well be surrounded
- 15:31Speaker 1: in glowing lights that are blinking on the Las Vegas Strip.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Look here, we have a money laundering operation. Multiple emails
- 15:40Speaker 1: to Carrie Warwick, the Corcoran agent who has been tasked
- 15:43Speaker 1: with selling Epstein's home, were not returned, and a request
- 15:47Speaker 1: that she call okay made through the real estate firm's
- 15:50Speaker 1: website was also unsuccessful. All right, folks, so there you
- 15:56Speaker 1: have it. There's the story of the lost and then
- 15:59Speaker 1: found Jeffrey Epstein Palm Beach mansion deed. If you'd like
- 16:06Speaker 1: to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com.
- 16:11Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find me on
- 16:19Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All of the links that
- 16:26Speaker 1: go with this episode can be found in the description box. So,
- 16:32Speaker 1: let's jump into our article this morning, okay? What have
- 16:35Speaker 1: I been saying about the Florida property? Didn't I say
- 16:39Speaker 1: that it was, in my opinion, that it was going
- 16:42Speaker 1: to sell and close on the heels of this New
- 16:46Speaker 1: York sale? Lo and behold, folks, what do you know?
- 16:49Speaker 1: The Florida mansion has now also closed. So that's a
- 16:54Speaker 1: huge injection into the arm. The fund is going to
- 16:57Speaker 1: get a nice bit of dough dropped right in its lap.
- 17:01Speaker 1: They can resume paying out compensation. and we can get
- 17:06Speaker 1: this show on the road. But I had a feeling,
- 17:10Speaker 1: I just knew that this was going to go down
- 17:13Speaker 1: like this. Once that New York property sold, I knew
- 17:16Speaker 1: that all of the sticking tape that was holding up
- 17:21Speaker 1: what was going on in Florida would be peeled away,
- 17:24Speaker 1: and they would announce both of these sales back to back.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Especially considering that the estate is under so much pressure.
- 17:31Speaker 1: What they're trying to do here is show, hey, look,
- 17:33Speaker 1: we're doing something, we're doing a good job, we're liquidating things. Meanwhile,
- 17:37Speaker 1: this shit should have been liquidated a long time ago.
- 17:41Speaker 1: So it's not like I had any inside information, folks,
- 17:44Speaker 1: because like I always tell you, I do not. But
- 17:47Speaker 1: sometimes you just gotta put the pieces together, right? And
- 17:50Speaker 1: that's what we try to do here on a regular basis.
- 17:53Speaker 1: We try and fit the pieces of the puzzle together.
- 17:56Speaker 1: And just like any other puzzle... You start at the
- 17:59Speaker 1: corners first and you work your way in. And that's
- 18:02Speaker 1: what we've been doing here on the podcast. Not that
- 18:05Speaker 1: we've had any sort of inside information or that we
- 18:09Speaker 1: know the story better than anybody else. None of that's
- 18:12Speaker 1: the case. It's just seeing the forest through the trees
- 18:16Speaker 1: and being able to put one and two together. Because
- 18:23Speaker 1: there's a lot here, right? There's a lot to unpack.
- 18:26Speaker 1: And if you don't follow the story on a consistent basis,
- 18:29Speaker 1: then you're not going to be able to unpack all
- 18:31Speaker 1: of it. But it just follows suit for the way
- 18:35Speaker 1: things have happened in this case, especially with this estate
- 18:39Speaker 1: for the Florida property to be sold right on the
- 18:42Speaker 1: heels of this New York property. And I just, I
- 18:47Speaker 1: knew it was going to happen. So that's why I
- 18:49Speaker 1: came on here when we were talking about this originally
- 18:52Speaker 1: and told you folks that I have this gut feeling
- 18:55Speaker 1: That both of these houses will sell at the same time.
- 18:58Speaker 1: And that is exactly where we're at right now. So
- 19:02Speaker 1: we're going to jump into this article from the Palm
- 19:04Speaker 1: Beach Daily News. And we're going to see what they
- 19:07Speaker 1: have to say. Headline. Exclusive. Jeffrey Epstein's house sold for $ 18. 5
- 19:12Speaker 1: million in Palm Beach. Sources confirm. And Todd Michael Glazer,
- 19:18Speaker 1: the person who bought it, is really like big in
- 19:20Speaker 1: the real estate world, right? A huge deal, I guess,
- 19:24Speaker 1: in his world. And he is involved in a bunch
- 19:27Speaker 1: of big, gigantic, and I have to say, after looking
- 19:30Speaker 1: at some of the pictures, beautiful projects. I mean, obviously,
- 19:35Speaker 1: I'm not an architect or anything like that. Again, I'm
- 19:38Speaker 1: lucky I can tie my shoes and pair my socks.
- 19:41Speaker 1: But when you look at some of the creations that
- 19:43Speaker 1: some of these developers come up with, It just blows
- 19:47Speaker 1: my mind. Now, obviously, I'd never be spending 18 and
- 19:50Speaker 1: a half million dollars to live in any city anywhere
- 19:53Speaker 1: in the world. 18 and a half million dollars, your
- 19:56Speaker 1: boy would be building an absolute out of the way,
- 20:00Speaker 1: basically city for himself for 18 and a half million.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Zero chance I'd be living in the city. And again, obviously,
- 20:06Speaker 1: you know, I've lived in the city my whole life.
- 20:08Speaker 1: So I am yearning for something else, but $ 18. 5 million
- 20:14Speaker 1: for this property is a good deal for someone like Glazer,
- 20:17Speaker 1: especially considering he's going to raise this bitch, build something better,
- 20:22Speaker 1: and then flip it for a bunch of money. So finalized,
- 20:29Speaker 1: all of it's over and done with. Glazer purchases this
- 20:32Speaker 1: property like we've discussed, and this ball gets rolling, folks.
- 20:37Speaker 1: This article was authored by Daryl Hoffhines. The Palm Beach
- 20:43Speaker 1: estate that belonged to the late convicted sex offender and
- 20:46Speaker 1: disgraced financier, pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, has sold for $ 18. 5 million
- 20:52Speaker 1: to the developer who put the property under contract in November,
- 20:56Speaker 1: according to sources familiar with the transaction. And again, I
- 21:01Speaker 1: knew this was coming, right? And I'm sure I'm not
- 21:03Speaker 1: the only one that put the pieces together here. But
- 21:07Speaker 1: it was rather obvious to me with all of the
- 21:11Speaker 1: trouble and the cloud hanging over the estate that they'd
- 21:14Speaker 1: be looking to get themselves a victory here. I'm using
- 21:17Speaker 1: air quotes in one way or the other. And in
- 21:20Speaker 1: their minds, making this fund move forward and making sure
- 21:25Speaker 1: that the money's in there, that's a victory in their mind, right?
- 21:28Speaker 1: But in reality, for everybody following this case, it should
- 21:31Speaker 1: have never come to that. There should have never been
- 21:34Speaker 1: a point where there was a pause in this money
- 21:38Speaker 1: going out to these survivors. Never, ever, ever. All of
- 21:41Speaker 1: this stuff should have been liquidated. And again, this is
- 21:45Speaker 1: all great, right? But what about Zorro Ranch? You guys
- 21:49Speaker 1: tired of me talking about Zorro Ranch yet? Sick of it? Good,
- 21:52Speaker 1: I hope you are, because I'm not going to stop
- 21:54Speaker 1: talking about it. I know that the legacy media has
- 21:58Speaker 1: better things to do. But it would be nice if
- 22:02Speaker 1: somebody in the legacy media, with some reach, would ask
- 22:05Speaker 1: some questions about Zorro Ranch. Is that too much to ask? Yeah,
- 22:09Speaker 1: I guess so. A deed hadn't recorded for the estate
- 22:14Speaker 1: section sale as of mid-afternoon Friday... nor had the listing
- 22:17Speaker 1: in the multiple listing service been updated. The Corcoran Group
- 22:21Speaker 1: had the property listed at $ 21. 995 million. Now, this is
- 22:32Speaker 1: the perfect time for this sale. I mean, it couldn't
- 22:35Speaker 1: have come at a better time, right? We got the
- 22:37Speaker 1: March 25th deadline looming for survivors to make their claims.
- 22:43Speaker 1: And with the shot in the arm that the townhouse
- 22:45Speaker 1: from New York gives the fund, as well as what
- 22:50Speaker 1: we're going to get here. I mean, obviously you got
- 22:52Speaker 1: to take out Uncle Sam's portion, right? The taxes. And then,
- 22:57Speaker 1: you know, the $ 50 million, $ 51 million or so, that's
- 22:59Speaker 1: a significant clip. It's a significant clip on $ 18. 95 as well.
- 23:04Speaker 1: So take out those taxes and then whatever the remaining is,
- 23:08Speaker 1: that goes into the kitty for the survivors to chop up.
- 23:12Speaker 1: But let's get the Paris house sold. Let's get the
- 23:14Speaker 1: Virgin Islands sold. And let's get Zorro Ranch raided and
- 23:19Speaker 1: then sold. So that we don't ever come onto this
- 23:21Speaker 1: problem again, right? You get all of that stuff liquidated,
- 23:25Speaker 1: there's no chance that you're running out of money. The
- 23:31Speaker 1: Palm Beach Daily News in October broke the news that
- 23:33Speaker 1: Glazer had made an undisclosed offer to buy the property.
- 23:37Speaker 1: The 1952 house stands on an acre with 170 feet
- 23:42Speaker 1: of frontage on the intercoastal waterway, according to the property
- 23:47Speaker 1: records and the sales listing. And I've talked about that before.
- 23:50Speaker 1: I mean, imagine having that property on that waterway like that,
- 23:54Speaker 1: 170 feet of frontage on the intercoastal waterway. I'd be
- 23:59Speaker 1: getting up in the morning, heading on out with my
- 24:02Speaker 1: coffee or my energy drink, whatever you have, maybe some, uh,
- 24:07Speaker 1: Adult activities being partaken in on that patio? Looking out
- 24:13Speaker 1: over the intercoastal waterway? Get your fishing pole, throw on
- 24:17Speaker 1: some jams, invite the family over and your friends for
- 24:20Speaker 1: a barbecue. You know, that's what normal people do when
- 24:23Speaker 1: they have some nice shit to share and they've built
- 24:27Speaker 1: a nice life for them. They want to share it
- 24:28Speaker 1: with people and they want them to be involved and
- 24:30Speaker 1: they want to bring their loved ones around so everybody
- 24:33Speaker 1: gets a little taste. At least in my family, that's
- 24:35Speaker 1: how it works. But Jeffrey Epstein and these other rich
- 24:39Speaker 1: scumbags have all this wealth and all this beautiful stuff
- 24:43Speaker 1: and the chance to really change the world, folks. And
- 24:45Speaker 1: that's not even hyperbole. That's real life, real talk. And
- 24:49Speaker 1: they squander it. Instead, they use that power and that
- 24:53Speaker 1: wealth to gain more power and more wealth by shitting
- 24:57Speaker 1: on everybody around them that they look at as below them.
- 25:01Speaker 1: And even their peers are shit on. Because you see, folks,
- 25:06Speaker 1: it's all about them when we're talking about people like
- 25:09Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. And to think about having all of that money,
- 25:14Speaker 1: all of that power, all of those nice things. And
- 25:19Speaker 1: to think about how this monstrous dirtbag used his power
- 25:25Speaker 1: for such great evil. It sickens me. Broker Lawrence Mones
- 25:30Speaker 1: of Lawrence A. Mones Associates acted on Glazer's behalf in
- 25:34Speaker 1: the deal, Glazer said. The listing agent was Kerry Warwick
- 25:37Speaker 1: of Corcoran. Now I'm sure all of these people are,
- 25:40Speaker 1: they're doing it, you know, like a red panty night, right?
- 25:44Speaker 1: Coming home, telling their wives that they just got this
- 25:46Speaker 1: huge commission. It's party time now. And I'm sure everybody's,
- 25:51Speaker 1: you know, slapping each other's backs and giving each other
- 25:54Speaker 1: five because the commission on sales like this is gigantic.
- 25:57Speaker 1: I mean, sometimes I sit around and I wonder what
- 26:00Speaker 1: the hell I was thinking by not getting into real estate.
- 26:03Speaker 1: Some of my closest friends are involved in real estate
- 26:06Speaker 1: and obviously not to the level of Michael Glaser here,
- 26:11Speaker 1: but they do very well for themselves. And the ones
- 26:16Speaker 1: that were able to weather the storm in the financial crisis,
- 26:22Speaker 1: most of the people I know have bounced back and
- 26:24Speaker 1: bounced back with a vengeance. So you know all of
- 26:27Speaker 1: these people involved in this sale, it is happy days
- 26:30Speaker 1: have come for them. Glazer, Moans, and Warwick could not
- 26:35Speaker 1: be reached immediately on Friday. Yeah, I wouldn't doubt it.
- 26:39Speaker 1: I mean, these people don't have any need to speak
- 26:43Speaker 1: to the media. They'll talk to the media when they
- 26:45Speaker 1: want to, right? I'm sure they have other things to do,
- 26:49Speaker 1: I guess is what I'm getting at. The house was
- 26:52Speaker 1: one of the places where Epstein assaulted underage girls and
- 26:55Speaker 1: young women in a multi-year sex trafficking operation, federal prosecutors said. Multi-year? Uh, multi-decade, folks. Multi-year.
- 27:04Speaker 1: We're going all the way back to the 90s, probably
- 27:08Speaker 1: the 80s. While in federal custody, Epstein hanged himself, allegedly,
- 27:14Speaker 1: in August 2019 in a New York City jail cell
- 27:18Speaker 1: after he was charged with conspiracy... and sex trafficking of
- 27:21Speaker 1: underage girls. In 2008, he had received a controversial 18-month
- 27:26Speaker 1: sentence after pleading guilty to lesser state charges in Palm
- 27:30Speaker 1: Beach County. Now, to get off track real quick and
- 27:34Speaker 1: talk about that for a minute, you know the grand
- 27:36Speaker 1: jury testimony is sealed in this case, right? We don't
- 27:42Speaker 1: know what happened in that original prosecution behind the grand
- 27:45Speaker 1: jury doors. Now, they'll say, oh, well, we can't break precedent.
- 27:49Speaker 1: We can't release those documents. Well, in Rochester just recently,
- 27:55Speaker 1: in the case of the police brutality situation, I forget
- 27:59Speaker 1: the gentleman's name right now, they ended up using the
- 28:03Speaker 1: sealed grand jury documents. So what the hell is the
- 28:06Speaker 1: difference here, folks? There's precedent for it. Let's push. Let's
- 28:10Speaker 1: make sure that those grand jury documents are unsealed and
- 28:13Speaker 1: provided to the public. And all of the state representatives
- 28:18Speaker 1: in Florida and the state officials in Florida that are
- 28:20Speaker 1: standing in the way of that, they need to get checked.
- 28:25Speaker 1: And when election season comes rolling around, they need to
- 28:28Speaker 1: be reminded why they were sent where they were sent
- 28:32Speaker 1: to do the jobs that they were sent to do.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Glazer told the Daily News in October that it would
- 28:41Speaker 1: be personally satisfying to him to knock down and replace
- 28:44Speaker 1: the infamous house. Hell yeah. And again, Michael Glazer, if
- 28:49Speaker 1: you're listening out there or any of your people are
- 28:51Speaker 1: listening out there, I think you should invite these survivors
- 28:55Speaker 1: over to the house to swing a couple of sledgehammers
- 28:57Speaker 1: if they'd like. Now, they can't get any revenge on
- 29:00Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, right? The guy's dead. But they can take
- 29:03Speaker 1: out a little frustration on this property. And maybe that's
- 29:07Speaker 1: just me being an absolute maniac, but I think I
- 29:09Speaker 1: would get some satisfaction out of that. I'd show up
- 29:12Speaker 1: there in a pair of goggles, some Oshkosh bagosh overalls,
- 29:18Speaker 1: and I'd do work, son. So I think that would
- 29:22Speaker 1: be awesome. I know if I bought this property, I
- 29:24Speaker 1: would definitely reach out to the survivors, or their lawyers anyway,
- 29:29Speaker 1: and offer them that chance. In December, the town approved
- 29:34Speaker 1: a request to raise it, but the town prohibits demolitions
- 29:37Speaker 1: during the busiest months of the winter tourist season. from
- 29:41Speaker 1: the Monday before Thanksgiving to the end of March. Yeah,
- 29:44Speaker 1: you know, you got to have all of those, uh,
- 29:46Speaker 1: Those snowbirds from New York that come down there, they
- 29:49Speaker 1: can't be interrupted. They can't have their vacations interrupted, Jed.
- 29:53Speaker 1: We have a handball match at 1 p.m. Have you
- 29:56Speaker 1: gotten the tea and crumpets ready? Have you made sure
- 30:00Speaker 1: Biff has the car prepared? That's what they all remind
- 30:03Speaker 1: me of. A bunch of weird-ass, wacky people. This is
- 30:09Speaker 1: an infamous property. It's Jeffrey Epstein's house and I would
- 30:12Speaker 1: support the demolition. Architectural Commissioner Betsy Shivrick said in December
- 30:18Speaker 1: before the board voted unanimously to approve the raising. Well,
- 30:23Speaker 1: I'll be damned, Betsy Shivrick. That's a good move you're
- 30:27Speaker 1: making there, young lady. Because I think we're all in
- 30:30Speaker 1: favor of this house being raised, okay? No need for
- 30:33Speaker 1: it to sit around. No need for this eyesore from
- 30:35Speaker 1: the 50s to sit there any longer. Knock it down.
- 30:39Speaker 1: rebuild something grander, much more beautiful in its place. The
- 30:47Speaker 1: six-bedroom West Indy-style house and outbuildings have a total of 14,223
- 30:52Speaker 1: square feet. Property records show West Palm Beach attorney Adam R.
- 30:58Speaker 1: Seligman of Ward Damon was involved on the seller side
- 31:01Speaker 1: of the deal, said a spokeswoman for the firm. 14,223
- 31:04Speaker 1: square feet. bigger than Tony Soprano's house. Think about that
- 31:09Speaker 1: for a minute, folks. And Tony Soprano was the bad guy, huh? Yeah, okay,
- 31:15Speaker 1: I'll give you that. Wasn't a great guy, no doubt
- 31:17Speaker 1: about it. But these people aren't much better. These people
- 31:21Speaker 1: that are lauded and brought on to the campuses of
- 31:23Speaker 1: Harvard and given keys to the campus and brought on
- 31:27Speaker 1: as fellows. Not much better. Just a run-of-the-mill criminal is
- 31:33Speaker 1: what we're dealing with here, folks. Sick bastards, criminal enterprise,
- 31:36Speaker 1: criminal organization, racketeering outfit, no different than a mafioso clan
- 31:43Speaker 1: or no different than a cartel. So they should be
- 31:45Speaker 1: treated the same way. I want Rico and I want

- 32:11Speaker 1: be found in the description box. What's up everybody and
- 32:14Speaker 1: greetings from Sin City. Well, Jeffrey Epstein's Palm Beach Mansion
- 32:23Speaker 1: had a meeting with a bulldozer. That's right folks, Jeffrey
- 32:28Speaker 1: Epstein's mansion, old mansion I should say, in Palm Beach
- 32:34Speaker 1: has begun to be demolished. Usually I get up to
- 32:40Speaker 1: report on these stories and I feel sick over it, right?
- 32:44Speaker 1: Hardly ever any good news to report when we're talking
- 32:46Speaker 1: about this disgusting case. But every now and then, we
- 32:51Speaker 1: get ourselves a little gem. And that is exactly what
- 32:54Speaker 1: it is to see this man's mansion get absolutely destroyed.
- 33:04Speaker 1: I think it's a fitting end to that house of horror.
- 33:07Speaker 1: A fitting end to a place where not only innocence
- 33:14Speaker 1: was taken, but where dreams were smashed and crushed. So
- 33:22Speaker 1: it's a good day. Whenever a place like that is destroyed,
- 33:28Speaker 1: knocked down, sold, and forgotten... In the annals of history.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Because that certainly is not a place. Anyone. Should want
- 33:39Speaker 1: to even remember. After it's destroyed. And after all of
- 33:42Speaker 1: this is said and done. The fact that something new.
- 33:48Speaker 1: Is going up there. Is a good thing. It signals change.
- 33:53Speaker 1: Moving into the next level. And that's what's going on.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Things are moving. Things are changing. Things are changing. And
- 34:04Speaker 1: what once was basically the base for Epstein and his
- 34:11Speaker 1: criminal enterprise is now being razed to the ground. Epstein's dead.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Maxwell is in jail looking at serious prison time. And
- 34:28Speaker 1: the story continues. even though Maxwell's in jail, even though
- 34:36Speaker 1: Epstein's dead, you still have the other lieutenants who were
- 34:43Speaker 1: very much responsible for making sure this whole entire operation
- 34:46Speaker 1: ran smoothly. Now, while I'm very excited that this place
- 34:51Speaker 1: is getting knocked down and a new start is beginning
- 34:54Speaker 1: down there, I would really, really like to see some
- 34:58Speaker 1: more indictments for the other co-conspirators that the Fed said
- 35:02Speaker 1: they weren't going to forget about, right? Remember? Well, I remember.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Pepperidge Farm remembers. And everybody out there listening, I'm sure,
- 35:11Speaker 1: remembers as well. So, let's get some more indictments to
- 35:16Speaker 1: go along with this appetizer of Jeffrey Epstein's Palm Beach
- 35:23Speaker 1: Mansion being destroyed. Right? That's just a little appetizer. It's
- 35:27Speaker 1: like getting some, you know, getting yourself some stuffed mushrooms
- 35:30Speaker 1: before the meal. A little something to wet your palate. But,
- 35:34Speaker 1: you know, the real meal is coming later. And that
- 35:37Speaker 1: real meal is Maxwell, well, being convicted. Let's jump into
- 35:43Speaker 1: this article from the Palm Beach Daily News. And let's
- 35:46Speaker 1: see what they have to say about Jeffrey Epstein's Palm
- 35:50Speaker 1: Beach house being destroyed. Headline. Exclusive. Finally, crews begin raising
- 36:00Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's former Palm Beach house. This article was authored
- 36:05Speaker 1: by Daryl Hoffhines. And there is video in this link,
- 36:10Speaker 1: so make sure you go down to the description box
- 36:14Speaker 1: and click on the link and go and check out
- 36:15Speaker 1: the video as well. Finally! That's the one-word comment developer
- 36:23Speaker 1: Todd Michael Glazer offered as Cruz on Monday began knocking
- 36:27Speaker 1: down the infamous Palm Beach mansion that was home to
- 36:30Speaker 1: the late sex offender and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, a
- 36:35Speaker 1: place where he sexually assaulted underage girls and young women
- 36:40Speaker 1: in what prosecutors said was a multi-year sex trafficking scheme. Multi-decade, honestly.
- 36:47Speaker 1: I mean, we could roll with multi-year, I guess, but
- 36:50Speaker 1: we know that this was happening throughout the decades. And
- 36:58Speaker 1: it's a shame that it was allowed to occur for
- 37:01Speaker 1: so long. And They had this man within their grips
- 37:05Speaker 1: for so many different times. And somehow he skates while
- 37:11Speaker 1: other people involved with him don't. Talking about previously before
- 37:14Speaker 1: the sex trafficking stuff. All of a sudden Jeffrey Epstein
- 37:17Speaker 1: just has a horseshoe shoved up his rear end. But finally,
- 37:27Speaker 1: it broke the right way. Finally, things started happening. Epstein
- 37:32Speaker 1: was arrested. And you know everything else to get us
- 37:35Speaker 1: to here. And the fact that this place is being
- 37:38Speaker 1: knocked down now, and that Michael Glazer, this real estate character,
- 37:44Speaker 1: is so into it, well, definitely a good piece of
- 37:50Speaker 1: news to report on for once. You know, the developer, Glazer,
- 37:56Speaker 1: is like, man, the last thing I wanted was to
- 37:58Speaker 1: have this disgusting eyesore. I mean, you look at that house, right?
- 38:02Speaker 1: And don't get me wrong, it was opulent, it was big, but, like,
- 38:05Speaker 1: the interior decorating was terrible. I mean, what did he have,
- 38:10Speaker 1: the Russian guy from the Sopranos Pine Barrens episode do
- 38:14Speaker 1: the interior decoration? You know, the episode with Christopher and
- 38:19Speaker 1: Polly when they're lost in the woods after they go
- 38:21Speaker 1: to collect the money from the Russian cat and it
- 38:24Speaker 1: goes south. They think they, you know, they're taking him
- 38:27Speaker 1: out to kill him. He gets away. Ha ha ha.
- 38:30Speaker 1: One of the greatest episodes of all time, by the way.
- 38:33Speaker 1: If you have not seen that episode of The Sopranos,
- 38:36Speaker 1: you gotta check it out. One of the greatest episodes
- 38:39Speaker 1: of all time. So they go and get this guy, right?
- 38:43Speaker 1: And they were just supposed to collect the money from him.
- 38:45Speaker 1: So it turns out that he wasn't dead after they
- 38:51Speaker 1: thought they killed him in the house, right? So they
- 38:53Speaker 1: put him in the car, take him out to this
- 38:54Speaker 1: place in Jersey called the Pine Barrens, And they're going
- 38:58Speaker 1: to have him dig his own grave so when they
- 39:00Speaker 1: kill him, they can put him in the hole. Well,
- 39:02Speaker 1: things go not the way that Pauly and Christopher expect.
- 39:06Speaker 1: And the Russian cat hits Christopher with a shovel. Long
- 39:11Speaker 1: story short, they get in touch with Tony. And Tony
- 39:13Speaker 1: is explaining to them who this guy is, that he's ex-Spetsna,
- 39:17Speaker 1: he killed 16 Chechens, all kinds of stuff. Well, the
- 39:21Speaker 1: phone conversation gets broken up between Christopher and Tony. And
- 39:27Speaker 1: Christopher says to Pauly he says you're never going to
- 39:31Speaker 1: believe this this guy killed 16 Czechoslovakians and he's an
- 39:35Speaker 1: interior decorator and Christopher Christopher goes really his apartment looked
- 39:40Speaker 1: like shit and It's honestly one of the greatest episodes
- 39:45Speaker 1: of all time. But I always think back to that
- 39:48Speaker 1: quote when Christopher's like, Really? He was an interior decorator?
- 39:53Speaker 1: His apartment looked like shit! And that's what it reminds
- 39:56Speaker 1: me of every time we talk about Jeffrey Epstein and
- 39:59Speaker 1: the decorating in his house. Christopher's reaction with the conversation.
- 40:03Speaker 1: I don't know why that triggers that for me, but
- 40:06Speaker 1: every single time I have vivid images of the Pine
- 40:10Speaker 1: Barrens episodes. The Lakeside Mansion at 358 El Brío Way
- 40:17Speaker 1: is being raised to make room for a new house
- 40:19Speaker 1: to be developed on a speculation by Glazer, who paid
- 40:22Speaker 1: a recorded $ 18. 5 million for the property in March. So
- 40:28Speaker 1: he's going to build something else there. He already was
- 40:31Speaker 1: talking about some of the plans he has, a more
- 40:34Speaker 1: modern property, something that fits in with the rest of
- 40:37Speaker 1: the neighborhood, like the Epstein property in its current form
- 40:42Speaker 1: or old form, I guess you could say now, was
- 40:44Speaker 1: very old, right? Very old, not updated, different style, and wasn't,
- 40:52Speaker 1: you know, catchy like some of these new properties are.
- 40:55Speaker 1: And that's the kind of developer Glazer is. I'm sure
- 40:58Speaker 1: that whatever he puts on this site is going to
- 41:01Speaker 1: be pretty incredible. Glazer previously told the Daily News that
- 41:08Speaker 1: it would be personally satisfying to him to knock down
- 41:11Speaker 1: and replace the house. Hell yeah, any sort of human
- 41:14Speaker 1: being with any kind of heart or a morality compass
- 41:18Speaker 1: inside of their body would want to take part in
- 41:22Speaker 1: knocking this place down. I would have gladly come over
- 41:26Speaker 1: with a sledgehammer or drove one of those bulldozers to
- 41:32Speaker 1: smash into this place. Gladly. gladly have done it for
- 41:36Speaker 1: free by the way palm beach real estate broker lawrence
- 41:40Speaker 1: a moans who represented glazer and helped put together the
- 41:42Speaker 1: sale broke his customary rule about not commenting publicly on
- 41:46Speaker 1: transactions in which he was involved and that just shows
- 41:50Speaker 1: you the significance of this property and what it means
- 41:54Speaker 1: that it's going to be knocked down and scattered into
- 41:57Speaker 1: the dusts of history I can only see that as
- 42:00Speaker 1: a good thing, right? Another piece of Jeffrey Epstein's sordid,
- 42:04Speaker 1: disgusting legacy chipped away. I only got involved in the
- 42:09Speaker 1: sale of Jeffrey Epstein's residence to ensure it would be
- 42:12Speaker 1: wiped off the map of Palm Beach, Moans told the
- 42:15Speaker 1: Palm Beach Daily News. Yo, that's crazy. Lawrence Moans is
- 42:21Speaker 1: a pretty top-notch real estate person in that neck of
- 42:25Speaker 1: the woods. And he wasn't having it either. Look, everybody's
- 42:29Speaker 1: sick of this shit. Nobody wants to look at that
- 42:32Speaker 1: place anymore. Nobody wants to see the house in Manhattan.
- 42:36Speaker 1: Nobody wants to hear about Zorro Ranch not being raided anymore.
- 42:41Speaker 1: And this guy, Lawrence Mones, who works in the real
- 42:43Speaker 1: estate industry, made sure he got involved to get rid
- 42:46Speaker 1: of this blight. So cheers to that, Lawrence Mones. Good
- 42:51Speaker 1: on you, pal. Permits were issued for the demolition late
- 42:56Speaker 1: last week, Town Hall Records show. Early Monday, demolition crews
- 43:01Speaker 1: from BG Group of Delray Beach used heavy equipment to
- 43:04Speaker 1: begin pulling down the walls of the mansion. God, that's glorious.
- 43:08Speaker 1: Make sure you watch the video. I was watching it
- 43:11Speaker 1: like it was a sporting event. Had a couple of cheers, maybe.
- 43:14Speaker 1: You know, eating a hot dog with one hand, had
- 43:17Speaker 1: the other hand in some popcorn. You know what I mean?
- 43:22Speaker 1: It's like a sporting event for me watching this place
- 43:24Speaker 1: get knocked down. Maybe I should make some odds on
- 43:26Speaker 1: how long it takes for different parts of it to fall.
- 43:30Speaker 1: All kidding aside though, if you're looking to have a
- 43:33Speaker 1: bit of joy in your life for a little while,
- 43:35Speaker 1: make sure you watch this video. Click on the link,
- 43:37Speaker 1: watch the video, and enjoy. They tore into it again
- 43:45Speaker 1: and again, starting on the east side, where vines still
- 43:48Speaker 1: clung to the walls, blooming with flowers that were soon crushed.
- 43:52Speaker 1: and eating through house towards the waterfront. Man, that is
- 43:58Speaker 1: such a fantastic visual. We don't get very many good
- 44:02Speaker 1: visuals in this case, right? At least I certainly don't.
- 44:06Speaker 1: Stuff that, you know, you lay there at night sometimes
- 44:09Speaker 1: and you think about it and it really, really gets
- 44:12Speaker 1: me going. I can't tell you how many sleepless nights
- 44:15Speaker 1: I've had since this investigation, since we've started talking about
- 44:19Speaker 1: this case in October of 2019. It's been such a
- 44:24Speaker 1: grind and such a heavy topic to discuss every day
- 44:31Speaker 1: that I cannot even begin to explain to you how
- 44:35Speaker 1: much I am looking forward to this playing out. And
- 44:39Speaker 1: then to think about how much of a grind it
- 44:43Speaker 1: is just covering it. Now think and try and put
- 44:46Speaker 1: yourself in the position of the people who actually lived it.
- 44:50Speaker 1: And then I look at the grind, and I say
- 44:53Speaker 1: to myself, this ain't shit, bro. Buckle down, keep it moving,
- 44:59Speaker 1: keep rocking. If all of these girls who were abused
- 45:02Speaker 1: by Epstein can carry this burden for this long, we
- 45:05Speaker 1: can see it through till the end of this trial.
- 45:08Speaker 1: But boy, oh boy, let me tell you what, I
- 45:11Speaker 1: cannot wait for the convictions to come in this case.
- 45:15Speaker 1: There are some other people, I guess, that would love
- 45:17Speaker 1: for this case to keep going on forever and ever
- 45:19Speaker 1: and ever and ever, but not me. This case has
- 45:24Speaker 1: taken up so much of my time. So much of
- 45:26Speaker 1: my life. That. I just cannot wait. To see all
- 45:32Speaker 1: of these people. That we talk about. You know the
- 45:36Speaker 1: core four. Maxwell. Indite. Khan. For those people. To be punished.
- 45:44Speaker 1: Because it's been just. This is. Day after day. Talk
- 45:48Speaker 1: about a slugfest. And it just weighs on you right.
- 45:51Speaker 1: This kind of heavy. sort of content this sort of
- 45:55Speaker 1: material it's not easy to talk about it's not easy
- 45:59Speaker 1: to digest and guess what it certainly I would guess
- 46:04Speaker 1: was not easy to live so that's why we continue
- 46:08Speaker 1: to talk about it on a daily basis that's why
- 46:11Speaker 1: we continue to try and bring just a little bit
- 46:13Speaker 1: of light to it you know in our little neck
- 46:15Speaker 1: of the woods over here we just you know we
- 46:20Speaker 1: do our little part right And there's people out there
- 46:24Speaker 1: with way, way, way, way, way bigger platforms... That are
- 46:29Speaker 1: fighting the good fight too. But me personally... I know
- 46:35Speaker 1: that it's going to be... A very good day for...
- 46:41Speaker 1: These survivors especially... When this thing is finally said and done.
- 46:45Speaker 1: And when somebody takes a bulldozer... Not just to Epstein's house...
- 46:51Speaker 1: but to the rest of his legacy. By noon, debris
- 46:57Speaker 1: littered the ground as broken windows pierced walls that remained standing,
- 47:01Speaker 1: and still intact was much of the second-floor balcony that
- 47:04Speaker 1: overlooked the water, connected to the pool patio below by
- 47:08Speaker 1: a graceful spiral staircase. The residence had stood since 1952,
- 47:17Speaker 1: on an acre facing 170 feet on the Intracoastal Waterway
- 47:21Speaker 1: at the end of a quiet, dead-end street in the
- 47:24Speaker 1: estate section. With a total of 14,223 square feet, the
- 47:29Speaker 1: three structures being raised include the main house, a pool
- 47:33Speaker 1: cabana building, and a separate building used by household staff.
- 47:38Speaker 1: The swimming pool is also being demolished and filled in.
- 47:41Speaker 1: You know, I tried to talk my parents into... Filling
- 47:44Speaker 1: in my pool when I was younger and turning it
- 47:46Speaker 1: into a roller hockey court, yeah, it didn't work out
- 47:50Speaker 1: so well for your boy. My parents have a junior
- 47:53Speaker 1: Olympic-sized swimming pool in their backyard, and they were always
- 47:56Speaker 1: complaining about how, you know, pain in the ass to
- 47:58Speaker 1: take care of this, that, the other thing. So I
- 48:01Speaker 1: offered a great solution. I was like, look, we can
- 48:03Speaker 1: turn this into a roller hockey rink, right? And then
- 48:07Speaker 1: we can switch it into a basketball court every now
- 48:09Speaker 1: and then. Unfortunately, they weren't into it. So I have
- 48:14Speaker 1: a sneaking suspicion that Mr. Glazer isn't going to be
- 48:17Speaker 1: making a hockey rink in his backyard either, unfortunately. Epstein
- 48:24Speaker 1: hanged himself in August 2019 in a New York City
- 48:28Speaker 1: jail cell, allegedly, after he was arrested on federal charges
- 48:31Speaker 1: of conspiracy and sex trafficking of underage girls. Fort Lauderdale
- 48:37Speaker 1: attorney Brad Edwards represents about 50 clients in various legal
- 48:41Speaker 1: actions who say they were abused by Epstein. The demolition
- 48:46Speaker 1: can be viewed in some ways as cathartic, he said.
- 48:49Speaker 1: I agree with that, and I said that from the jump,
- 48:51Speaker 1: that it would be a cathartic experience for some of
- 48:54Speaker 1: these survivors, right? Seeing this place destroyed, it's significant. It
- 48:59Speaker 1: might not be to other people on the outside looking in,
- 49:01Speaker 1: but to these survivors who were abused there, it's significant.
- 49:07Speaker 1: I think that the symbolic power of destroying the House
- 49:10Speaker 1: of Horrors cannot be overstated, Edwards said. Hey, that's funny.
- 49:13Speaker 1: I call it the same thing, Brad. Great minds think
- 49:16Speaker 1: alike there, pal. I can imagine there is going to
- 49:19Speaker 1: be some amount of... of relief that the nightmare of
- 49:21Speaker 1: what went on at that house has been buried to
- 49:24Speaker 1: some degree 100% it doesn't fix everything right it doesn't
- 49:28Speaker 1: make the things that happen any better or make them
- 49:32Speaker 1: go away but it's a step in the right direction
- 49:36Speaker 1: and it's one more step shot to the face of
- 49:41Speaker 1: the Epstein enterprise. Epstein paid $ 2. 5 million for the Palm
- 49:47Speaker 1: Beach House in 1990, Palm Beach County Courthouse Record Show.
- 49:51Speaker 1: In 2011, he transferred its ownership from his name to
- 49:55Speaker 1: an entity named Laurel Incorporated, a company registered in the U.S.
- 50:00Speaker 1: Virgin Islands. Oh, you know, all on the up and
- 50:03Speaker 1: up too. There's no offshore shenanigans going on over there.
- 50:06Speaker 1: I mean, it's not like the Finson files pointed us
- 50:08Speaker 1: in that direction, or the Panama Papers. Nah, none of
- 50:12Speaker 1: that ever occurred, right? The house was designed by West
- 50:17Speaker 1: Indy-style architecture by the late John L. Volk, a prolific
- 50:21Speaker 1: Palm Beach architect. Epstein extensively remodeled the house in the
- 50:25Speaker 1: mid-1990s record show. Yeah, he definitely went in, did some remodeling,
- 50:32Speaker 1: fixed it up a little bit, you know, kind of
- 50:34Speaker 1: modernized it, but Honestly, with that kind of money, that
- 50:38Speaker 1: house is a complete eyesore. I mean, I guess it
- 50:41Speaker 1: would have been cool in the 50s or 60s or something,
- 50:43Speaker 1: but we're talking about the, you know, 21st century here.
- 50:48Speaker 1: A white box. When designer Daniel Maynard of LaBerge and
- 50:53Speaker 1: Maynard presented the demolition request to the board in December,
- 50:58Speaker 1: he said little remained of Volk's interior detailing. I spoke
- 51:01Speaker 1: to a person who worked on the renovation, and it
- 51:04Speaker 1: appears everything was gutted. So there's nothing left, or very little,
- 51:08Speaker 1: of the John Volk period. It's essentially a white box. Well, yeah,
- 51:12Speaker 1: that's what it looked like. Generic as hell, right? Again,
- 51:15Speaker 1: you would think a mansion like this, you would put
- 51:17Speaker 1: some doskies in it and make it pop. The property
- 51:22Speaker 1: offers views of Tarpon Island and Everglades Island, smaller islands
- 51:26Speaker 1: that lie just west of the barrier islands that comprises
- 51:29Speaker 1: Palm Beach. Epstein was initially booked in Florida in 2006-2009,
- 51:34Speaker 1: after police said he had sex with underage girls, whom
- 51:38Speaker 1: he paid for massage sessions at the Palm Beach house.
- 51:42Speaker 1: Michael Ryder, the former Palm Beach police chief, who years
- 51:45Speaker 1: ago led the initial investigation into the accusations against Epstein
- 51:49Speaker 1: at the house on El Brío Way, responded to a
- 51:52Speaker 1: request for a comment Monday. And we know that Michael
- 51:56Speaker 1: Ryder was one of the only people who really was
- 52:00Speaker 1: going hard in the paint here when we're talking about
- 52:02Speaker 1: law enforcement or the higher-ups. The former owner of this
- 52:06Speaker 1: house did unmeasurable damage to the lives of countless children
- 52:10Speaker 1: and was able to corrupt the legal system to the
- 52:13Speaker 1: point that the courts have called it a national disgrace.
- 52:16Speaker 1: Now this is Ryder saying this, okay? Somebody who knows
- 52:20Speaker 1: what's going on in this situation. Somebody who has seen
- 52:22Speaker 1: the paperwork. Somebody who has seen the evidence. While it
- 52:26Speaker 1: is critical that we learn from this tragedy, it is
- 52:29Speaker 1: nearly as important we follow with doing everything possible to
- 52:34Speaker 1: erase any connection of him from our community, said Ryder,
- 52:38Speaker 1: a Palm Beach resident who today runs his security and
- 52:41Speaker 1: investigative firm. In 2008, Epstein entered a controversial plea deal
- 52:47Speaker 1: that led to his conviction on two state felony counts
- 52:50Speaker 1: that included solicitation of a minor. He served nearly 13
- 52:54Speaker 1: months in the Palm Beach County Jail before being released
- 52:57Speaker 1: for a year of probation on house arrest until August 2010. Well,
- 53:02Speaker 1: we know that he didn't do a year, right? He
- 53:06Speaker 1: was in and out all day. Just went there to sleep.
- 53:10Speaker 1: Wasn't there like a real inmate. His plea deal let
- 53:15Speaker 1: him avoid harsher federal charges similar to the ones he
- 53:18Speaker 1: was facing in New York when he died. Last week,
- 53:21Speaker 1: justices of the Federal 11th Circuit Court of Appeals issued
- 53:25Speaker 1: a 7-4 ruling against Epstein survivor Courtney Wilde that said
- 53:30Speaker 1: she had no legal recourse to unravel the 2008 no-prosecution
- 53:34Speaker 1: agreement that stemmed from his arrest in Florida. What a travesty.
- 53:39Speaker 1: What a travesty and miscarriage of justice that is. I'm
- 53:42Speaker 1: not going to go too heavy on that, considering I've
- 53:44Speaker 1: talked about that at length already, but man, oh man,
- 53:48Speaker 1: they should be embarrassed of themselves. Epstein could have faced
- 53:53Speaker 1: a maximum sentence of 45 years in prison had he
- 53:56Speaker 1: been convicted on the federal charges he was facing when
- 53:59Speaker 1: he died. In July, authorities arrested Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell
- 54:05Speaker 1: in New Hampshire on multiple charges related to Epstein's alleged
- 54:08Speaker 1: sexual abuse. She remains jailed without bail. Oh, but she
- 54:13Speaker 1: remains running her mouth. And the Suck Squad continues with
- 54:17Speaker 1: their nonsense. And I see that Newsweek, Newsweek, huh? Is
- 54:21Speaker 1: going hard in the paint with their, it looks like
- 54:23Speaker 1: some pro-Gee Lane type of literature. Should be embarrassed of themselves,
- 54:27Speaker 1: but it's Newsweek. What do you expect? Talk about a rag.
- 54:31Speaker 1: And the author's over there. Wow, what a joke. Just
- 54:34Speaker 1: go ahead and read some of the articles. I'm not
- 54:36Speaker 1: reading any of the articles from that rag on the
- 54:39Speaker 1: podcast because straight garbage what's going on over there. But man,
- 54:44Speaker 1: oh man. Talk about puff pieces. New house in the works.
- 54:49Speaker 1: Glazer spent much of his career in real estate development, restoration,
- 54:53Speaker 1: and renovation in Miami-Dade County before entering the Palm Beach
- 54:57Speaker 1: market about three years ago. Among his most prominent projects
- 55:00Speaker 1: in Miami is the 1000 Museum Condominium Tower downtown. Now,
- 55:05Speaker 1: I don't, I've never seen any of these projects, really.
- 55:07Speaker 1: I don't, you know, know much about architecture, but I'm
- 55:10Speaker 1: sure if you, uh, check out in Google or whatever,
- 55:13Speaker 1: you could check out some of these properties. And in
- 55:15Speaker 1: this actual article, there's a picture of one of them.
- 55:19Speaker 1: Pretty badass looking house, no doubt about it. Acting opposite
- 55:25Speaker 1: Lawrence A. Moan's associates in the March sale was listing
- 55:28Speaker 1: agent Kerry Warwick of the Corcoran Group, who represented the
- 55:32Speaker 1: executors of Epstein's estate. The architectural commission has not yet
- 55:36Speaker 1: reviewed plans for the house Glazer wants to build on
- 55:39Speaker 1: the lot. But he told the Daily News last fall
- 55:42Speaker 1: it would likely measure about 13,000 square feet. Any design
- 55:46Speaker 1: must be signed off by the architectural board. So it's
- 55:49Speaker 1: kind of like a homeowners association or a grand collection
- 55:52Speaker 1: of Karens and Karls, right? That's all an HOA is, basically.
- 55:57Speaker 1: So they'll have to sign off on it and make
- 55:59Speaker 1: sure that the plans fall within the scope of the community.
- 56:05Speaker 1: The Palm Beach house was among several homes Epstein owned
- 56:08Speaker 1: across the country and in the Caribbean and in other countries.
- 56:13Speaker 1: His historic Upper East Side townhouse at 9 East 71st
- 56:16Speaker 1: Street in New York City sold in March for $ 51
- 56:21Speaker 1: million after being listed at $ 88 million. According to published reports,
- 56:27Speaker 1: the townhouse sold to an ownership entity linked to retiring
- 56:30Speaker 1: Goldman Sachs executive Michael D. Daffy and his wife, Blake.
- 56:34Speaker 1: Property records show They plan to renovate the residence, New
- 56:38Speaker 1: York Times reported. An independent survivor's compensation fund has been established.
- 56:44Speaker 1: But in addition to survivors, others are pursuing money from
- 56:47Speaker 1: Epstein's estate, including creditors, according to media reports. Of course
- 56:52Speaker 1: they are. The vultures are all at the corpse. Everybody
- 56:57Speaker 1: wants to wet their beak. Everybody wants a taste. Even
- 57:01Speaker 1: those who are working with Epstein have tried to position
- 57:03Speaker 1: themselves as victims. But one thing is certainly clear, folks.
- 57:10Speaker 1: The days of anybody being molested in the Palm Beach
- 57:17Speaker 1: house on El Brio, those days are long over. If
