- 0:53Speaker 2: still wet? But I think so?
- 0:58Speaker 4: Okay, we had breaking news last night. I don't know
- 1:00Speaker 4: if anybody is like freaking out like we are, but
- 1:05Speaker 4: it's breaking news. Shout it from a mountaintop. We have
- 1:08Speaker 4: an official Spencer Rattler approved Spencer Rattler nickname.
- 1:15Speaker 2: Rat dat Rat that they said, I like it, Let's
- 1:19Speaker 2: go with it.
- 1:20Speaker 3: Like we didn't have a lot of time, and I
- 1:21Speaker 3: was trying to make sure I got like the top ones,
- 1:23Speaker 3: the top billing, the marquee ones out there, and I
- 1:27Speaker 3: think I gave three and he's like, I like write that.
- 1:29Speaker 2: I like right where we're going.
- 1:30Speaker 4: Shout it from a Mountaintops Saints fans, mount up, let's
- 1:36Speaker 4: get behind our boy rat dat.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Shout out to spence Man. That was a lot of fun.
- 1:42Speaker 2: I enjoyed that great.
- 1:43Speaker 4: We didn't get as long as we wanted to with
- 1:45Speaker 4: it because the season, it's Friday, they got a game
- 1:49Speaker 4: in two days, so.
- 1:50Speaker 2: I was kind of like, we never like this and
- 1:53Speaker 2: shout out to the entire Saints staff. Yeah, we're forgetting
- 1:56Speaker 2: that done.
- 1:57Speaker 3: But when they agreed to it, I'm like, that's kind
- 1:59Speaker 3: of we're gonna get a leg in the morning show
- 2:02Speaker 3: time slot during the season.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Let's go right. Yeah.
- 2:05Speaker 4: Usually it's like I would have expected to have to
- 2:07Speaker 4: record it at some point.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Hey, we can record at ten thirty at night. I
- 2:10Speaker 2: don't know if you are still at the studio then,
- 2:12Speaker 2: but some time I'm available.
- 2:14Speaker 4: FaceTime though, it could do that could lay like film
- 2:18Speaker 4: the camera the phone.
- 2:20Speaker 3: All right, So before we kind of get into the interview,
- 2:22Speaker 3: get into the New Orleans Saints let's go ahead and
- 2:25Speaker 3: get this hour started.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Go flow iv dot com.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Go flow courtesy of go flow ivy spa where hydration
- 2:42Speaker 1: vitamins and a summer ready glow are always on tap
- 2:46Speaker 1: now for starters.
- 2:49Speaker 3: And you know the thing that certainly happened. Tat was
- 2:51Speaker 3: given a fantasy football take to a laundra and you know,
- 2:54Speaker 3: just like wooden letter, push the button.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Yeah, she was changed that line up, putting in for
- 2:58Speaker 2: a waiver request.
- 3:00Speaker 3: Tatay's just sitting there, like which chargers running back should
- 3:03Speaker 3: I take? Should I take the option B that's bad
- 3:06Speaker 3: or the option C that's horrible?
- 3:07Speaker 2: Which one should I take?
- 3:09Speaker 3: So that's probably what was actually, I guarantee that's what
- 3:12Speaker 3: was happening. Go flowivy dot com is the website. Go ahead,
- 3:16Speaker 3: don't let this weather today this morning fool you. Okay,
- 3:19Speaker 3: we know at South Louisiana it could be ninety later
- 3:24Speaker 3: on this afternoon. And look, if you're going to be
- 3:26Speaker 3: outside tailgating, and Matt's gonna be able to tell you
- 3:28Speaker 3: much more about hydration than I am. But you still
- 3:31Speaker 3: need it, right, and if you enjoy Saturday, maybe a
- 3:34Speaker 3: little too much, maybe just a little, maybe just a
- 3:36Speaker 3: hair you can go and feel much better on Sunday
- 3:39Speaker 3: as well Monday morning.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Whatever it might be, Go flowiv dot com.
- 3:42Speaker 4: It's also cool about it is this not just for hydration,
- 3:45Speaker 4: Like the weather is starting to change.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Like I got a little hoodie.
- 3:47Speaker 4: I always wear a hoodie, but it was a little
- 3:49Speaker 4: chilly this morning. I know it's gonna be like mid
- 3:50Speaker 4: eighties later today. But as the weather changes, guess what,
- 3:54Speaker 4: people are gonna start getting a little a little colds, a
- 3:57Speaker 4: little cough to our colds. And you go to go
- 3:59Speaker 4: flow they can help right there. Get them vitamines, get
- 4:02Speaker 4: the vitamin B twelve, the vitamin C shots, and it
- 4:05Speaker 4: will help you make feel better, like immediately.
- 4:07Speaker 2: So go check them out. Go see him right there
- 4:08Speaker 2: on Jefferson, go flow ivy.
- 4:10Speaker 3: All right, So again, we just had a new Orleans
- 4:12Speaker 3: Saints starting quarterback Spencer Rattler on That was a.
- 4:15Speaker 4: Lot of fun, and it understood that his answer about
- 4:20Speaker 4: do you believe in ghosts to a certain extent?
- 4:22Speaker 2: I get that to some degree that he said a degree. Hey, yeah,
- 4:26Speaker 2: I felt that.
- 4:27Speaker 3: He did say YouTube is basketball highlights, so if you
- 4:30Speaker 3: want to check those out. But like I asked the
- 4:33Speaker 3: first question about getting a victory because a lot of
- 4:35Speaker 3: people made he's owing whatever in his first career starts
- 4:39Speaker 3: blah blah blah, and a lot of that obviously, Like
- 4:41Speaker 3: certainly last year, like you were held together with duc
- 4:44Speaker 3: tape and Super Blue, and then this year you had
- 4:46Speaker 3: a couple of nice moments, You had a couple of
- 4:48Speaker 3: nice opportunities. You throw a ball in the end zone,
- 4:50Speaker 3: you wish you would you know, would have been caught.
- 4:52Speaker 3: All that, But it is so hard to win a
- 4:55Speaker 3: game in the National Football League, and like once you
- 4:57Speaker 3: get that first victory, and the thing that's different in
- 5:01Speaker 3: the pros than it is college in the NFL. Like,
- 5:05Speaker 3: let's say you're a six and a half point favorite, okay,
- 5:07Speaker 3: and you win ten to seven. The thought of what
- 5:11Speaker 3: you were favored and how you were supposed to win
- 5:13Speaker 3: literally never comes into your mind. It just it never happens.
- 5:17Speaker 3: It's never talked about. People don't have those conversations down
- 5:20Speaker 3: in college football. If you're favored by twenty four and
- 5:24Speaker 3: you win by sixteen, people are like, oh, you suck,
- 5:27Speaker 3: You're terrible. That's awful, right, That's it's a different part
- 5:30Speaker 3: of the game.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Okay.
- 5:33Speaker 3: So for Spencer Rattler like to be close a couple
- 5:35Speaker 3: of times outside of the Seattle game, right you had
- 5:37Speaker 3: opportunities in all the other games, all three games, and
- 5:40Speaker 3: so to finally get over that hump and beat a
- 5:42Speaker 3: team again that beat the Chargers who were undefeated before you,
- 5:47Speaker 3: and then just took the Eagles to the woodshed last night, yep,
- 5:50Speaker 3: like that wins actually holding some pretty good weight right now,
- 5:54Speaker 3: Just what that can do for you moving forward. It's like,
- 5:56Speaker 3: all right, you get this, just thousand pounds weight lifted
- 5:59Speaker 3: off of your shoulder. You saw a victorious locker room,
- 6:02Speaker 3: you saw game balls being handed out to all the
- 6:05Speaker 3: different players, and then Kelly Moore gets his first victory
- 6:08Speaker 3: as well. I'm not saying that they're gonna go on
- 6:10Speaker 3: a six game stretch where they win six games in
- 6:12Speaker 3: a row, but that is something now that they don't
- 6:15Speaker 3: have to worry about. They can take that portion off
- 6:19Speaker 3: their plate and now they can move forward. There's things
- 6:22Speaker 3: that you know they're gonna have to do. Obviously against
- 6:23Speaker 3: the Patriots. Patriots have a.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Lot of momentum coming off the Bill's victory on the road.
- 6:28Speaker 3: But I want to see how this Saints team comes
- 6:32Speaker 3: into the game starts the game first quarter, first half.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Now that I have to assume that they've got a
- 6:39Speaker 3: little bit more swag in their walk as well.
- 6:42Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a huge monkey off your back for sure.
- 6:48Speaker 4: So before last week you're looking at you saw a
- 6:52Speaker 4: lot of clips like, you know, all right, Spencer's playing well,
- 6:55Speaker 4: but he's only ten as a starter. So you can
- 6:58Speaker 4: look at it a bunch of different ways. And you know,
- 7:01Speaker 4: quarterbacks are right, wrong and different. At the end of
- 7:04Speaker 4: the day, they are judged by wins and losses. But
- 7:07Speaker 4: you also have to kind of get a magnifying glass
- 7:09Speaker 4: out a little bit and take every situation a little
- 7:13Speaker 4: bit differently. As a rookie quarterback, to be thrown into
- 7:19Speaker 4: the fire, to be thrown into a situation with not
- 7:23Speaker 4: much help around you, a coach has fired, Like the
- 7:26Speaker 4: from a coaching staff standpoint, everything is pretty much a disaster.
- 7:30Speaker 4: Everything's in shambles. Yeah, you got your top, you know, however,
- 7:33Speaker 4: many billion pass catching receivers and tight ends out your
- 7:37Speaker 4: offensive lines and shamble like the team's not good. How
- 7:40Speaker 4: many times have we seen young quarterbacks get ruined in
- 7:46Speaker 4: situations like that? We see it time and time again
- 7:50Speaker 4: in the NFL we see it time and time again
- 7:52Speaker 4: and college football. I look at look when Jared Lee
- 7:55Speaker 4: had to get thrown into the fire early. Jared Lee
- 7:58Speaker 4: was a damn good quarterback and would have been a really,
- 8:01Speaker 4: really really top tier quarterback if he would have had
- 8:05Speaker 4: time to cook a little bit, if he would have
- 8:06Speaker 4: a time.
- 8:07Speaker 2: But you know, you're an eighteen year old kid.
- 8:09Speaker 4: Yeah, you get thrown in the fire and you have
- 8:11Speaker 4: and things bad happen, like it can kind of spiral
- 8:15Speaker 4: out of control for a little while. It kind of
- 8:18Speaker 4: shows the dog mentality that you see glimpses of of
- 8:22Speaker 4: a Spencer Ratler to be able to kind of go
- 8:24Speaker 4: through that but still take every game and work an
- 8:28Speaker 4: offense and be able to manipulate an offense, hit your
- 8:31Speaker 4: take what the defense has given you, and not press
- 8:34Speaker 4: trying to like make things happen when things as a
- 8:37Speaker 4: totality haven't been going well for you.
- 8:39Speaker 2: And it's also a testament.
- 8:41Speaker 4: To the coaching staff right to be able to get
- 8:44Speaker 4: him to play at that you know, a play play
- 8:46Speaker 4: at a level that is respectable right now. Of course,
- 8:49Speaker 4: everything's got to get better, and I don't want to
- 8:51Speaker 4: sunshine pump too much. All I'm trying to say, is
- 8:54Speaker 4: this thing could have spun out of control from a
- 8:56Speaker 4: Spencer Rattler standpoint, and credit to him and the coaching
- 8:59Speaker 4: stuff for not letting that happen.
- 9:00Speaker 2: And to be improving, improven.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Improven, Yeah, and be efficient and be a leader and
- 9:07Speaker 3: be somebody that I think there is a future with.
- 9:10Speaker 2: No, I don't know. I don't know where the Saints go.
- 9:12Speaker 3: I don't, but I know that he is doing the
- 9:14Speaker 3: things that he has to do as a leader. As
- 9:16Speaker 3: a player, efficiency rate is one of the better ones
- 9:19Speaker 3: in the NFL.
- 9:21Speaker 2: And you know you're getting some guys back.
- 9:23Speaker 3: I mean when I asked him about Taysom Hill and Foster,
- 9:26Speaker 3: I thought something that was telling.
- 9:27Speaker 2: He's like, you know, go to Taysoum and do all
- 9:30Speaker 2: thinks Taysom could do.
- 9:31Speaker 3: But then he said Foster, he said, you get a
- 9:32Speaker 3: true tight end back, right, And so like Taysum's not
- 9:36Speaker 3: a true tight end. He's awesome, right, jack of ball
- 9:38Speaker 3: trades kind of guy. But Juwan Johnson's not a true
- 9:41Speaker 3: tight end play receiver in college, right, So like I
- 9:45Speaker 3: thought that was something that was kind of you know,
- 9:48Speaker 3: not a big deal, but it's like you get true
- 9:50Speaker 3: tight end you get a wide tight end back right right,
- 9:52Speaker 3: somebody in Foster Morrow that can be in line. He
- 9:54Speaker 3: can block, he can go out there, he can line up,
- 9:56Speaker 3: you can run routes. And I thought that was big,
- 9:58Speaker 3: and I think those two guys coming back talked about
- 10:00Speaker 3: it in length. That's big for your offense, like for
- 10:03Speaker 3: what Taysoum does and all the things. And you got
- 10:05Speaker 3: to figure that out. And it's a slippery slope. You
- 10:06Speaker 3: got to make sure you're doing the right amount. We know,
- 10:09Speaker 3: and you kind of telegraphed it even last week. But
- 10:11Speaker 3: you're gonna work on those things, evolve that with this
- 10:13Speaker 3: new coaching staff.
- 10:14Speaker 2: But like just the what Jimbo.
- 10:17Speaker 3: Used to call them the erasers, Foster erases a lot
- 10:20Speaker 3: of problems.
- 10:21Speaker 2: Yeah he does.
- 10:21Speaker 3: He does a lot of things that others can't do
- 10:24Speaker 3: within that offense at that level.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Yep.
- 10:27Speaker 4: Right, so, and a lot of things that go unseen, yes, unnoticed,
- 10:30Speaker 4: because they're not they're not the sexy play, they're not.
- 10:32Speaker 2: He'll do a lot of those and he's capable of
- 10:34Speaker 2: doing that.
- 10:34Speaker 4: But offensive line and good why tight ends do a
- 10:38Speaker 4: lot of dirty work that goes unseen, And of.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Course there's a there's there's issues with the front five
- 10:45Speaker 2: offensive line, but a good tight end can help that.
- 10:47Speaker 2: You know.
- 10:47Speaker 4: It's like a good guard can make up for a
- 10:50Speaker 4: bad center. A good center can make up for two
- 10:52Speaker 4: bad guards.
- 10:53Speaker 2: You know.
- 10:53Speaker 4: It's there's just things that can and it brings. I
- 10:56Speaker 4: think a guy like Foster brings a sense of calmness
- 10:58Speaker 4: to the huddle, and all calmness in a way of
- 11:01Speaker 4: like all right, we got about to sell you what
- 11:03Speaker 4: you know, Foster, right, but like calmness.
- 11:05Speaker 2: In a way is like all right, we got our guy.
- 11:07Speaker 4: We got a leader here, but a sense of fire
- 11:09Speaker 4: as well as in like we That's the question we
- 11:12Speaker 4: were asking when things after the Seattle game, when it
- 11:15Speaker 4: looks so bad just not like from a totality of
- 11:19Speaker 4: the team, but it's just like terrible place that just
- 11:21Speaker 4: got you in a huge twenty point hole. Like in
- 11:24Speaker 4: the first quarter, we said, who's the vocal leader, Who's
- 11:28Speaker 4: the guy that is going to be the.
- 11:35Speaker 3: Okay, get asked, Okay, guys going to be an ass,
- 11:38Speaker 3: but it's not going to hurt anybody's feelings on the
- 11:40Speaker 3: team because you're like, look, I'm not getting mad at
- 11:42Speaker 3: that guy because I know that guy. That guy comes
- 11:44Speaker 3: into work every single day, doesn't matter how old he is,
- 11:46Speaker 3: doesn't matter how many years he's been in the league,
- 11:48Speaker 3: and he works, he grinds.
- 11:49Speaker 2: He grinds in the film room. He is somebody grinds
- 11:52Speaker 2: in the weight room.
- 11:52Speaker 3: He grinds in the weight room in April, just like
- 11:54Speaker 3: he does in June, July and August.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Okay, who is that voice?
- 11:57Speaker 3: And when you have to be that, boys, you got
- 11:59Speaker 3: to be somebody that backs it up with your play.
- 12:00Speaker 3: You can't be Caesar Ruiz. I'm sorry. When Nick Underhill
- 12:03Speaker 3: said that a couple of weeks ago, I was like, Oh,
- 12:05Speaker 3: that's the problem. That's an issue right there, if that's
- 12:07Speaker 3: one of the leaders, and that's one of the voices.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Because when one of those voices speaks up, you turn
- 12:12Speaker 3: on the tape, you're like, that's like you're seventh with
- 12:17Speaker 3: in a row. You're throwing more no hitters and Nolan
- 12:19Speaker 3: Ryan right now, how are we going to trust you?
- 12:21Speaker 2: Like, you can't have that.
- 12:22Speaker 3: But when you have a foster Morrow, you have somebody
- 12:24Speaker 3: that is intense, somebody that cares deeply about his teammates
- 12:29Speaker 3: and how his play is on the field and how
- 12:31Speaker 3: it affects his teammates, and you know that when he speaks,
- 12:34Speaker 3: it's coming from a place that it should.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Yeah, goes a long way.
- 12:38Speaker 3: Certainly, we have a young quarterback now, Spencer Rally is
- 12:40Speaker 3: probably doing some of that. But when you're a second
- 12:43Speaker 3: year guy, right, it's gonna hit more and more as
- 12:45Speaker 3: it goes along. But you needed somebody. We didn't know
- 12:48Speaker 3: who that was on the Saints offense. We didn't know
- 12:50Speaker 3: if you had a guy. Again, when somebody threw Caesar
- 12:52Speaker 3: Ruiz's name out there, I was like, Oh, hell, what
- 12:54Speaker 3: in the world, what what are we doing? What that's
- 12:57Speaker 3: that's that's not no, that can't happen. And I know
- 13:00Speaker 3: we're piling on here, but it's just that's the way
- 13:03Speaker 3: it is. That voice has to mean something. Well, Foster
- 13:06Speaker 3: Morrow's voice does mean something, and that can create something.
- 13:09Speaker 3: Taysom Hills voice probably means something in that huddle in
- 13:12Speaker 3: those locker rooms. And so in a locker room video,
- 13:15Speaker 3: he did notice who broke it down? Broke the team down?
- 13:17Speaker 2: Who's that? Brandon Cooks that's good.
- 13:20Speaker 3: Too, but he'll see he's but but he's your third receiver,
- 13:23Speaker 3: so he's not gonna be in there as much. So
- 13:25Speaker 3: even that like, Yeah, Brandon Cook's been in a league
- 13:27Speaker 3: long time, twenty fourteen.
- 13:30Speaker 2: I believe it was.
- 13:31Speaker 3: His rookie year in ak is a quiet guy. You
- 13:35Speaker 3: needed somebody like that, and so like something like that.
- 13:37Speaker 3: I'm not saying this for eight nine, ten plays, but
- 13:40Speaker 3: for three plays a game when he speaks up, maybe
- 13:43Speaker 3: that's the difference.
- 13:45Speaker 4: Anyway, big, big props, big thanks the Saints for setting
- 13:50Speaker 4: that up for us.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I was taking the time, dude. I appreciate that.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Very good and taco bell order canteenam in you pantic?
- 13:59Speaker 2: He's going straight to the canteen. Hum innu. Thank you
- 14:01Speaker 2: for Scott told me, can you gave me some insight?
- 14:03Speaker 2: You did?
- 14:04Speaker 3: It was a good job by you, I think he said,
- 14:07Speaker 3: canting him menu because that's like the healthy error option
- 14:10Speaker 3: and taco be Then then then he realized like we
- 14:14Speaker 3: were fans of TV and he's like, oh, I can't
- 14:16Speaker 3: go out like this, and he said state.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Burrito, like I got a reputation. I can't do that.
- 14:22Speaker 2: I can't do that.
- 14:23Speaker 3: So, uh, look, I appreciate his time.
- 14:27Speaker 2: It's got me more excited. Yeah, we're hearing. It's got
- 14:29Speaker 2: me more.
- 14:29Speaker 3: Excited to watch the Saints Patriots game, and uh, we'll see,
- 14:34Speaker 3: we'll see where it's going to go. Now the Saints
- 14:36Speaker 3: get back a little bit more uh healthy, the injury
- 14:39Speaker 3: report looks a little bit better, and you now have
- 14:42Speaker 3: the momentum of riding the wave of it.
- 14:45Speaker 4: Yeah, you just you just beat the team that beat
- 14:47Speaker 4: the Super Bowl champs. So process of elimination, we're the best.
- 14:52Speaker 2: Go ahead and boocket bet that future bed.
- 14:55Speaker 3: All right, more OTV when we come back here live
- 14:57Speaker 3: from Rouses off the Bench.
- 15:02Speaker 2: All right, go to pelicanroof dot com.
- 15:05Speaker 3: Remember when you go to the website, we want you
- 15:08Speaker 3: to go to the community tab okay, because they've got
- 15:11Speaker 3: the Veterans' roof giveaway going on right now, so you
- 15:15Speaker 3: can nominate a veteran and we're talking about a free

- 16:37Speaker 3: kto Z Blinds dot com, kt Ze Blinds dot com,
- 16:42Speaker 3: k Z and Tears and Outdoor Living. Actually had them
- 16:44Speaker 3: come out to our house yesterday. I got another project
- 16:46Speaker 3: for him and it's like I'm telling you, it's the
- 16:49Speaker 3: most simple process you'll ever deal with. They come in measurements,
- 16:54Speaker 3: they got all the different books with all the different fabrics,
- 16:56Speaker 3: and they're helping you through the process too. I mean
- 16:59Speaker 3: I'm talking like ten to fifteen minutes tops, and you're measured,
- 17:03Speaker 3: you're quoted, you're ready to go.
- 17:05Speaker 2: And just different than I've ever had.
- 17:08Speaker 3: And let my wife's done a lot of design stuff
- 17:10Speaker 3: in multiple cities. Nobody, and I truly mean this, nobody
- 17:14Speaker 3: is as good as Kate z Interors and Outdoor Living
- 17:17Speaker 3: in Baton Rouge in Lafayette on the North Shore. Make
- 17:20Speaker 3: sure you go to the website to find that contact
- 17:22Speaker 3: information KTC Blinds dot com. All right, we are back here.
- 17:28Speaker 3: It is OTB again live from Rouse's.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Hey. Great question, I got an answer. Maybe.
- 17:37Speaker 4: How do you feel that the new Jersey sponsorship patch?
- 17:44Speaker 4: I believe is official according to the news I've been
- 17:47Speaker 4: reading Woodside Energy Woodside Energy official, I'm gonna be LSU's Jersey.
- 17:54Speaker 2: I'm not familiar with their game, not familiar with their work.
- 17:59Speaker 2: I I thought like it was.
- 18:02Speaker 3: I would have bet a lot of possessions it was
- 18:05Speaker 3: gonna be raising canes, lamar walk Ons, anybody else kind
- 18:15Speaker 3: of stand out to you? MMR was definitely was another one.
- 18:20Speaker 2: I thought maybe would be a leader in the clubhouse there.
- 18:23Speaker 2: What do you think the.
- 18:27Speaker 4: All right, this is complete guessing, Like what do you
- 18:29Speaker 4: think the price tag Isn't that?
- 18:31Speaker 3: So I looked this up yesterday for your top tier
- 18:37Speaker 3: like Lakers, Knicks NBA because they got it as well.
- 18:40Speaker 3: It's like twenty million year, twenty plus in some cases
- 18:43Speaker 3: like twenty seven soccer jerseys for your bigger clubs, or
- 18:48Speaker 3: like yeah, you know in the you know, same kind
- 18:51Speaker 3: of range your lower end teams, your mid market teams.
- 18:56Speaker 3: I've seen some as low as like seven million a season,
- 18:59Speaker 3: So I mean I would I would assume like at
- 19:02Speaker 3: least like somewhere in that range, like you're your mid
- 19:05Speaker 3: market NBA team, right.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Yeah, it's got to be.
- 19:07Speaker 4: I mean, of course it's not as many games, but
- 19:09Speaker 4: I would have I would assume, like I would assume
- 19:11Speaker 4: eyeballs though on would be similar.
- 19:15Speaker 3: Well, anytime you see a jersey, I mean, and I
- 19:17Speaker 3: believe it's all sports, right, so yeah, I mean not
- 19:20Speaker 3: just football. So you're gonna see it on basketball, which
- 19:23Speaker 3: has more games. Baseball certainly has more games, it has
- 19:26Speaker 3: more games.
- 19:26Speaker 4: I'd like to see the stats on. Okay, so basketball
- 19:28Speaker 4: play how many games?
- 19:29Speaker 2: Does it fit to? How many?
- 19:30Speaker 4: I can't remember how many games NBA is I've never
- 19:32Speaker 4: watched one. How many eyeballs watch all however many games
- 19:39Speaker 4: and NBA has in a season, compared to how many
- 19:41Speaker 4: eyeballs watch the twelve games.
- 19:44Speaker 2: Of college football.
- 19:45Speaker 4: Obviously there's a lot more people watching the single game.
- 19:48Speaker 2: I add it up.
- 19:49Speaker 4: You know, I'm sure that's all part of the calculation
- 19:51Speaker 4: when you're trying to decide these sponsorship dollars. Yeah, okay,
- 19:55Speaker 4: eighty two NBA games, Thank you. I need to be
- 19:56Speaker 4: fact check. I was expecting Jake to come at me,
- 20:00Speaker 4: but he was so smart enough not to say it.
- 20:01Speaker 2: I wasn't listening to you when you when you asked
- 20:03Speaker 2: the NBA games. I heard you ask games.
- 20:06Speaker 3: The only reason, like the only stat that I always
- 20:08Speaker 3: go back to to remember how many NBA games there
- 20:11Speaker 3: is the Bulls went seventy to ten one year.
- 20:13Speaker 2: Oh there you go, Like that's how I always say
- 20:16Speaker 2: eighty two.
- 20:17Speaker 4: Uh so, if in the totality of eighty two NBA games,
- 20:20Speaker 4: do more people watch those or twelve college football games
- 20:25Speaker 4: for say a big time at SEC opponent.
- 20:28Speaker 2: Oh that's a good question people are asking.
- 20:32Speaker 3: I mean, you're talking about crazy different numbers. Yeah, I mean,
- 20:36Speaker 3: you don't know the totality of.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Eighty two games. The numbers is probably pretty close.
- 20:42Speaker 3: I mean problem because else she's gonna have like five
- 20:44Speaker 3: games they get double digits as far as millions of viewers, yep, right,
- 20:47Speaker 3: NBA game maybe get like a million, maybe a million
- 20:49Speaker 3: and a half, you know, on the big games.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Yeah right, So.
- 20:53Speaker 3: But anyway, yeah, but I did not have again, I
- 20:55Speaker 3: did not have a company out of Australia.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Yeah, whats thatide? We are not familiar with your game.
- 20:59Speaker 4: But let's see large liquid natural gas and LNG project
- 21:03Speaker 4: in Louisiana.
- 21:05Speaker 2: So yeah, sweet, said ROI.
- 21:11Speaker 3: Yeah, the only thing that I care about because I
- 21:14Speaker 3: knew we were going this way, and I'm sure I
- 21:18Speaker 3: know for a fact there's some people and probably somebody
- 21:21Speaker 3: that is on our station that was punching the air
- 21:23Speaker 3: last night when he found out like it was officially official,
- 21:26Speaker 3: you're gonna have a Jersey patch and all that. I
- 21:28Speaker 3: know that, right, It's inevitable, like it's gonna happen. So like,
- 21:32Speaker 3: I can't get mad at that anymore because it's just
- 21:33Speaker 3: going to happen. If I get mad, I'm just going
- 21:35Speaker 3: to be the angry old man like Flynn was earlier
- 21:37Speaker 3: on My lawn. Just being like back in my day, right,
- 21:41Speaker 3: their colors are red and white. The only thing that
- 21:45Speaker 3: I ask is, and I think I've seen this already.
- 21:49Speaker 3: I think this is going to be the case, but
- 21:50Speaker 3: I'm just making sure put it in school colors. Like
- 21:56Speaker 3: I know, your logos red and white. I hate the
- 21:58Speaker 3: color red Liverpool, Phillies, Alabama.
- 22:03Speaker 4: No red, I can't. I don't think that qualifies as
- 22:06Speaker 4: an old man.
- 22:07Speaker 2: Right.
- 22:08Speaker 3: No matter what the logo color is for, whoever's the
- 22:11Speaker 3: jersey patch sponsor, make it the school colors so it
- 22:14Speaker 3: works with the uniform. Don't have a red patch on
- 22:18Speaker 3: our beloved purple and gold uniform.
- 22:19Speaker 2: And I didn't even think about that. All of a sudden,
- 22:21Speaker 2: I just got pissed off.
- 22:24Speaker 3: I think I saw some pictures yesterday on the practice
- 22:27Speaker 3: jersey where it was purple.
- 22:30Speaker 4: Oh look at there, Yeah it's purple. Okay, No, we're perfect.
- 22:35Speaker 4: So I'm not pissed off anymore. Okay, good, I mean yeah,
- 22:38Speaker 4: I mean you got.
- 22:38Speaker 2: To bring in money.
- 22:39Speaker 4: So you have to bring in money to be able
- 22:41Speaker 4: to afford players, to be able to afford all the
- 22:43Speaker 4: things that you need to make a program successful.
- 22:45Speaker 2: We talked about it yesterday.
- 22:46Speaker 4: Help programs from the West Coast to the East coast
- 22:49Speaker 4: are having to cut back on staff and support staff
- 22:53Speaker 4: and different things that help players prepare and get ready
- 22:56Speaker 4: and sustain their their peak performance because they're having to
- 23:00Speaker 4: and pay players that come in. So if there are
- 23:03Speaker 4: other ways to supplement that to where you don't have
- 23:06Speaker 4: to put your athletic program or your football team at
- 23:09Speaker 4: a disadvantage, then by all means. But if it's just
- 23:12Speaker 4: to make a couple of extra bucks, I don't love that.
- 23:15Speaker 4: But if it's just just like to make a little
- 23:17Speaker 4: bit more profit, I don't love that. But like, if
- 23:19Speaker 4: it's to sustain your competitive edge because you might not
- 23:24Speaker 4: have the the Booster dollars or the Nile dollars or
- 23:27Speaker 4: whatever it is, then by all means. But yeah, I
- 23:30Speaker 4: just don't want it to look like a NASCAR car.
- 23:33Speaker 2: What do you call them? Is it a car? Yeah,
- 23:35Speaker 2: it's a Nascar Yeah. Our boy, Bama Gump, he said,
- 23:41Speaker 2: Bama is not red. Well, Bama Gump, you're a boy.
- 23:46Speaker 2: We do love you.
- 23:47Speaker 3: But my good friend tells me that, yes, crimson is
- 23:50Speaker 3: a shade of red. It's a deep, rich red with
- 23:54Speaker 3: slight bluish or purplish tint. Who's your color spectrum? It
- 24:01Speaker 3: sits between red and magenta. It's often described as a dark,
- 24:06Speaker 3: vivid red, bolder than maroon.
- 24:09Speaker 2: But deeper than scarlet.
- 24:11Speaker 3: That's why teams like Alabama Crimson Tide use it. It's
- 24:15Speaker 3: red but with a little extra attitude. It's what my
- 24:19Speaker 3: good friend chat GPT says. Yep, so I mean it
- 24:23Speaker 3: kind of red.
- 24:24Speaker 2: It's kind of right.
- 24:24Speaker 4: And in the world of retail, that's why you see
- 24:27Speaker 4: a lot of red packaging and grocery stores because red
- 24:30Speaker 4: is an action color.
- 24:31Speaker 2: I just want you to know that. Look it up the.
- 24:34Speaker 4: True Yeah, it brings people. It calls people to action
- 24:37Speaker 4: that something's red. I also see a lot of red
- 24:38Speaker 4: out there on packaging.
- 24:39Speaker 3: I also always heard a rumor growing up that if
- 24:43Speaker 3: your car was red, the insurance was higher because it
- 24:47Speaker 3: makes you want to go fast. I think that is
- 24:48Speaker 3: actually true. Okay, my dad had a red car when
- 24:50Speaker 3: I was young, and I believe he said that. My
- 24:53Speaker 3: mom had a red a Zuzu Rodeo. Not a big deal,
- 24:57Speaker 3: no big deal.
- 24:58Speaker 2: Had the six seed each in the very back.
- 25:01Speaker 3: You had a little remote up front, and if you
- 25:03Speaker 3: wanted to put six new CDs in you had to
- 25:05Speaker 3: crawl on the back, pop it out, put six new in,
- 25:07Speaker 3: put it back in, and go back up front.
- 25:09Speaker 2: Nice.
- 25:09Speaker 4: My sister had a red maroon Toyota Corolla, which maroon
- 25:15Speaker 4: is less red than crimson is.
- 25:18Speaker 2: According to our buddy, mister chat it is. It's red.
- 25:24Speaker 2: It's red. Mhm No, it's not great red forty red
- 25:35Speaker 2: forty dame bad for you.
- 25:39Speaker 3: Well, I don't turn me down, sorry, turn me up
- 25:42Speaker 3: in this thing. Turn a snare up. No, no, no,
- 25:45Speaker 3: oh no, I was pointing at him. It's pointing at
- 25:47Speaker 3: dumb dumb over here.
- 25:48Speaker 2: Hey, sister Gene.
- 25:50Speaker 3: Sister Jean passed away today.
- 25:54Speaker 2: I think the I saw the the alert come over today.
- 25:58Speaker 3: Oh man, and see that legend goat of the NC
- 26:03Speaker 3: DOUBLEA Tournament. I was, wait, gosh, five years ago, six
- 26:08Speaker 3: years ago that Loyola made that run. Yeah, I think, man,
- 26:13Speaker 3: that's awesome, like seeing her there and being a good
- 26:15Speaker 3: luck charm. So man didn't see that, so RFP, Sister
- 26:18Speaker 3: Gene certainly a legend again.
- 26:19Speaker 2: Of the NC DOUBLEA Tournament. All right, we will take
- 26:22Speaker 2: a break.

- 29:17Speaker 4: Adam here a big shout out for making that whole
- 29:19Speaker 4: video interview possible. I know a lot of stress went
- 29:23Speaker 4: into that. I know a lot of work, time, effort, TLC.
- 29:28Speaker 4: It does not go negotiate it. That was a top
- 29:32Speaker 4: notch and from all accounts from what people are saying it,
- 29:35Speaker 4: it went over well too. So like it was nerve breaking.
- 29:37Speaker 4: We've never done a video called Yeah. We tried to
- 29:41Speaker 4: do it week one with AJ Bobby and we just
- 29:43Speaker 4: couldn't figure it out. There was too much, too stressful.
- 29:47Speaker 4: We had our first week here, first week here, but like, yeah,
- 29:49Speaker 4: there's a lot that goes into just bringing that video feed.
- 29:52Speaker 4: So shout out.
- 29:53Speaker 2: I know we'd launder had to order some new equipment.
- 29:56Speaker 4: We got it and so hopefully we can start doing
- 29:58Speaker 4: that a little bit more, bringing more people on and uh, you.
- 30:01Speaker 2: Know, as we get I hope so too, Adam, And yeah,
- 30:06Speaker 2: don't do it again. I hate y'all. Don't do that.
- 30:08Speaker 2: But anyway, shout out, thank you. Yeah that was great,
- 30:11Speaker 2: well done. Applause all around. I don't have I don't
- 30:15Speaker 2: have my board.
- 30:16Speaker 3: I don't have Adam, no yellow button yellow right there?
- 30:22Speaker 2: Oh you don't have it turned up? Got turned up?
- 30:24Speaker 2: Turned up? Nope, nope, nope, keep going outside, yep, hit
- 30:28Speaker 2: it again there? All right, all right, all right, all right,
- 30:33Speaker 2: all right. I felt like a director there. I knew
- 30:36Speaker 2: what to touch and he didn't. No big deal. Radio
- 30:41Speaker 2: is usually right here, but I had to be over
- 30:43Speaker 2: there today for the video. Yes.
- 30:46Speaker 3: I don't know if you saw this yesterday, Matthew, but
- 30:49Speaker 3: apparently the Steelers called the Saints about Rashid Chihed and
- 30:54Speaker 3: I'll try to see maybe if he was available. There
- 30:57Speaker 3: was also another one about Crystal. I don't know how
- 31:01Speaker 3: true that one was. The Rashiki heat is for sure
- 31:03Speaker 3: like that that happened.
- 31:04Speaker 2: I'm sure people are calling him last year contract. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 31:10Speaker 3: Look, there's a lot so I follow a lot of
- 31:12Speaker 3: people that are tied into the Chargers. There's a lot
- 31:14Speaker 3: of reports that they are maybe interested in Eric McCoy
- 31:17Speaker 3: and Alba Kamara and try and see if they can
- 31:20Speaker 3: trade for them because of the injuries that they've had.
- 31:24Speaker 3: Do you think the Saints would kind of blow it up,
- 31:26Speaker 3: like just in the middle of the year and trade
- 31:28Speaker 3: all these all these people. I mean, I'm not saying
- 31:31Speaker 3: that they're they're going for the Super Bowl this year
- 31:33Speaker 3: or anything, but like as as somebody that that follows
- 31:37Speaker 3: the Saints, like I get what you're saying, Like you
- 31:39Speaker 3: get something because you're gonna lose them, but you got
- 31:41Speaker 3: to find out like where they're at as well, Like,
- 31:44Speaker 3: all right, what does Rashiki heat want? Because we really
- 31:46Speaker 3: like him, like we'd love to have him. I know
- 31:47Speaker 3: he's been through some injuries, but what's that dollar amount?
- 31:50Speaker 3: Like you got to have those conversations. Now, if it's
- 31:52Speaker 3: astronomical and it's like way more than you want to
- 31:54Speaker 3: pay for him, then yeah, then you trade him. But
- 31:56Speaker 3: if you don't, if it's like, no, we can do that,
- 31:58Speaker 3: that's doable for us, And like you had to have
- 32:00Speaker 3: those conversations. And also Saints fans, I don't feel great
- 32:03Speaker 3: about Mickey Loomis getting a mid round pick and doing
- 32:06Speaker 3: anything of like value that's going to match like Rashid
- 32:09Speaker 3: chi Heed, Yeah, like right now, yep.
- 32:12Speaker 4: Yeah, it's it's a tough situation, and it's a tough
- 32:14Speaker 4: for the Saints fans because, like you see the sparks,
- 32:18Speaker 4: like we really like Rashichi Hea like that. We think
- 32:21Speaker 4: he can be a really good player. He's shown spurs,
- 32:23Speaker 4: I mean, the great play last week. We've seen we've
- 32:25Speaker 4: seen it so and we've seen all the reports out
- 32:28Speaker 4: of training camp how good he's the star of the
- 32:29Speaker 4: training camp. But we believe that he can be good
- 32:33Speaker 4: in the right type of offense, and we hope that
- 32:35Speaker 4: that's where this whole thing is going with the Saints.
- 32:38Speaker 4: But then you got to look at it from a
- 32:40Speaker 4: business aspect, like, yeah, exactly what you said, what does
- 32:43Speaker 4: he want from a contract standpoint? What is he like,
- 32:47Speaker 4: what is he looking for? Can you afford that? Can
- 32:49Speaker 4: you responsibly affore that? Because we've seen a blueprint on
- 32:51Speaker 4: how not to do it, which was the Cincinnati Bengals.
- 32:54Speaker 4: They're gonna pay their top two receivers an ungodly amount.
- 32:58Speaker 4: They're not gonna have anything they don't they they go
- 33:00Speaker 4: into this big battle with their star defensive player because
- 33:04Speaker 4: of all this happening, Like, you just have to be
- 33:06Speaker 4: a little bit smart, and so look, if you want
- 33:09Speaker 4: to try to spin it either way, like if it's going,
- 33:12Speaker 4: if he wants too much and you don't want to
- 33:14Speaker 4: put your team in that situation after the season, then
- 33:17Speaker 4: now would be the time when you can get something
- 33:18Speaker 4: back from him. But I don't want to see that
- 33:21Speaker 4: happen because of you got a new head coach, you
- 33:24Speaker 4: got a young quarterback. You're trying to build something here,
- 33:27Speaker 4: build momentum. And we talked like I don't want to
- 33:30Speaker 4: I don't want them to go get the first round
- 33:32Speaker 4: of the first pick of the draft because you're the
- 33:34Speaker 4: worst team. I would rather then because you need more
- 33:37Speaker 4: than one guy. Yeah, maybe you can trade if you did,
- 33:40Speaker 4: if that happened, you could trade the first round pick
- 33:42Speaker 4: and get multiple draft picks.
- 33:44Speaker 2: But like you said, I don't know how much faith
- 33:46Speaker 2: can we have that.
- 33:47Speaker 3: We're going to hit on all those traft picks because
- 33:50Speaker 3: Mickey just doesn't have a track record of trading back
- 33:52Speaker 3: in getting picks.
- 33:53Speaker 2: He has more track record of moving up exactly. So
- 33:56Speaker 2: what I would rather show is.
- 33:57Speaker 4: I would rather show positive momentum, a green arrow pointing
- 34:01Speaker 4: up for the Saints on where we're going from a
- 34:04Speaker 4: offense standpoint, a franchise standpoint.
- 34:07Speaker 2: Our head coach is looking good.
- 34:08Speaker 4: We got a good, good young quarterback on a rookie contract,
- 34:11Speaker 4: which helps a ton for sure. And I would rather
- 34:14Speaker 4: hit the free agency window harder than being a bad
- 34:18Speaker 4: team that's not going to get any free agents. I mean,
- 34:20Speaker 4: it's hard enough to get people to sign free agent
- 34:22Speaker 4: deals to come down in New Orleans. We understand, we
- 34:25Speaker 4: see it every single year. It's just not the sexiest
- 34:28Speaker 4: place for free agents to come and sign unless it's,
- 34:31Speaker 4: you know, unless they're either paying a ton more than
- 34:34Speaker 4: everybody else or it's a no only option. I mean,
- 34:36Speaker 4: I hate to say that, but we see it time
- 34:39Speaker 4: and time again. So I would rather them show that
- 34:42Speaker 4: promise and be able to attract free agents, proven free agents,
- 34:46Speaker 4: because you need more than just one top tier draft pick.
- 34:50Speaker 3: Yeah, and if you start trading all your vets right now,
- 34:52Speaker 3: and not even like your older older vets, but like
- 34:55Speaker 3: Rashiji's a veteran player, he's still in his twenty zero.
- 34:58Speaker 3: So let's say you do that, you get all these
- 35:00Speaker 3: draft choices. Well, then you're talking about another rebuild next
- 35:03Speaker 3: year because you're gonna have a team full of rookies.
- 35:05Speaker 3: And if you're going to do that, you got two
- 35:08Speaker 3: young quarterbacks like Spencer Rattler is a guy for me.
- 35:11Speaker 3: But even if it was Tyler Shuck, do you really
- 35:14Speaker 3: want him surrounded by a team full of rookies. Like,
- 35:17Speaker 3: you've got to keep some veteran present. You got to
- 35:19Speaker 3: keep some of those playmakers. You've got to try to
- 35:21Speaker 3: resign some of your guys. Where she she's somebody that
- 35:24Speaker 3: I think you should try to resign.
- 35:26Speaker 2: Now.
- 35:26Speaker 3: You do have to be smart. You got to have
- 35:28Speaker 3: business decisions. You gotta have conversations. Hey, if you're looking
- 35:31Speaker 3: for twenty.
- 35:32Speaker 2: Seven million per year, Higgins money, No, we're not giving
- 35:35Speaker 2: you that bud eight million a year. Let's talk about it.
- 35:38Speaker 2: Have those conversations. I mean, I mean it's.
- 35:42Speaker 4: Crazy to say that, but like I think a really
- 35:47Speaker 4: good number two receiver who probably number one receiver right now? Yeah,
- 35:52Speaker 4: for the New Orleans Saints. You're getting a discount at
- 35:55Speaker 4: ten twelve million.
- 35:58Speaker 2: And you need weapons.
- 36:01Speaker 3: You don't really have maybe what you need right now,
- 36:04Speaker 3: so you're getting rid of weapons. Like, what's it going
- 36:07Speaker 3: to look like there? Yep, Because for as many times
- 36:10Speaker 3: as I've heard Mason Tipton yelled at me, Mason Tipton's
- 36:14Speaker 3: a great preseason player and he's you know, rostered depth
- 36:18Speaker 3: on your team. But you want him out there in
- 36:20Speaker 3: eleven personnel with your young quarterback who you're trying to
- 36:23Speaker 3: develop for the last eight games of the year.
- 36:27Speaker 2: I don't think you do. And I know you traded
- 36:29Speaker 2: for a receiver from Denver.
- 36:30Speaker 3: You give up a fourth round pick there, he's been injured,
- 36:33Speaker 3: Like we'll see like where he is and what he
- 36:35Speaker 3: can give you. I know you traded for the Patriots
- 36:38Speaker 3: second round pick from a year ago. He's injured this year,
- 36:40Speaker 3: you won't see him. And I like that move for
- 36:42Speaker 3: the future. So I get all of that, But also like,
- 36:45Speaker 3: if you start getting rid of all your pieces for
- 36:47Speaker 3: six and seventh round draft choices, your young quarterback, regardless
- 36:51Speaker 3: of which one it was, but it's Spencer Rattler, how
- 36:54Speaker 3: does that develop him? If he's still in an Uber
- 36:57Speaker 3: drivers in week eleven the season.
- 37:01Speaker 2: When I was with the Jets, we actually had a
- 37:03Speaker 2: defensive end that drove Uber on his off days. I mean,
- 37:09Speaker 2: he was a starter. We okay, now we weren't a starter.
- 37:12Speaker 3: We had a guy who bounced back and forth in
- 37:14Speaker 3: Denver on the practice squad, but you know, boom boom boom,
- 37:16Speaker 3: boom boom, and he did something very very similar like
- 37:20Speaker 3: he actually he delivered medical supplies to hospitals, like.
- 37:25Speaker 2: When they ran out, like that was his.
- 37:28Speaker 3: So it was like an uber driver, but for medical
- 37:30Speaker 3: device services, like if he needed more goals or he
- 37:33Speaker 3: needed stuff for a cast or like whatever it might be.
- 37:36Speaker 4: You know, that's so interesting. Yeah, this guy, he wasn't
- 37:38Speaker 4: like like a full blown like he was a He
- 37:41Speaker 4: he played. Maybe he wasn't like a started and played
- 37:44Speaker 4: ninety percent of the snaps, but he played, and he
- 37:46Speaker 4: drove Hubert and during the season too. One time he
- 37:48Speaker 4: said he had to like drive to Michigan and back.
- 37:50Speaker 4: He's like, I like, He's like, I don't sleep much anyway.
- 37:52Speaker 4: I just like driving. I like talking to people. Wow,
- 37:56Speaker 4: I hate both those things. I hate both those things absolutely.
- 38:00Speaker 4: Once you come here to ralses and talk to us, oh.
- 38:02Speaker 2: Yeah yeah I can. I can do that. But like somebody,
- 38:03Speaker 2: I don't really know somebody that, Yeah, I like, get
- 38:08Speaker 2: I put your deal, I put my headphones on. If
- 38:10Speaker 2: I get in aneuver by myself. I don't do that.
- 38:13Speaker 2: I don't go that far. Like if they want to talk,
- 38:15Speaker 2: I'm like, all right, there we go. Yeah, I'm in
- 38:18Speaker 2: town to cover a game on what game? This game?
- 38:21Speaker 3: The National Championship game? Well, who do you have winning?
- 38:23Speaker 3: You know that that kind of stuff. Now, headphone's bud
- 38:26Speaker 3: wow on the plane too?
- 38:30Speaker 2: Now on the plane.
- 38:31Speaker 3: Yeah, I feel like it, like if you're an Elstruy
- 38:34Speaker 3: fan and then I know, yeah, we'll chat it up.
- 38:35Speaker 3: We're gonna talk it out. We're gonna have a good time.
- 38:37Speaker 3: But somebody I'm never going to see again for three hours.
- 38:42Speaker 2: We don't need to talk. We don't need to talk. Yeah,
- 38:45Speaker 2: big headphone, get over here. Yeah that doesn't surprise anybody.
- 38:48Speaker 2: QB one Energy. All right, we'll take a break. More
- 38:51Speaker 2: O t B here live from Rouses on bourb Inking

- 39:10Speaker 2: I say it every day and I mean it.
- 39:12Speaker 3: When you grab your tent, when you grab your TV,
- 39:15Speaker 3: your generator, right, all your stuff to get ready. You're
- 39:19Speaker 3: not doing it right if you don't grab the ice
- 39:21Speaker 3: cold do sekis, grab the ice chists, have it ready
- 39:24Speaker 3: to go.
- 39:25Speaker 2: It is the perfect time to go for dose.
- 39:27Speaker 3: And I love the fact that when I'm walking around
- 39:29Speaker 3: campus now getting ready to call the game, we have
- 39:32Speaker 3: people that hold up.
- 39:33Speaker 2: The dose ekis and they yell otb all right, you're
- 39:37Speaker 2: doing it right. You're doing it the right way. You're
- 39:39Speaker 2: doing it the do Sekis way.
- 39:41Speaker 4: That happened to me the other day was at a
- 39:43Speaker 4: restaurant to join at a little dinner with the family,
- 39:46Speaker 4: and somebody crossed the restaurant held up their do SETI
- 39:48Speaker 4: said cheers, and I was like, boom, you went for it.
- 39:51Speaker 4: Hopefully that's your dose or trace one, but you went

- 40:42Speaker 1: the core. This is off the bench with Hester and
- 40:46Speaker 1: Flynn Baton Rougees go to for all things Louisiana sports.
- 40:54Speaker 2: Oh we're back. That's back, Slim Shady, what's up. I've
- 41:01Speaker 2: got to tell I haven't seen the eight mom. It's
- 41:04Speaker 2: just eight that's a part of the city, is that right, Yeah,
- 41:10Speaker 2: it's an eight mile stretch. Yeah. Yeah, hence the name.
- 41:15Speaker 2: I can't tell a funny story.
- 41:17Speaker 3: So you know, my oldest son, Jackson larch larch umy
- 41:20Speaker 3: six right, six two two sixty put together, Uh, doing
- 41:25Speaker 3: great high school football.
- 41:26Speaker 2: Super proud of him. Right, But he's got bleached hair like.
- 41:31Speaker 3: His younger brothers did it like baseball season. He's like
- 41:33Speaker 3: that looks cool, Like I want to do that. So
- 41:34Speaker 3: he's got bleach it right, and uh, him and his
- 41:38Speaker 3: boy like give each other a hard time like we do, right,
- 41:40Speaker 3: and UH call him thick shady?
- 41:45Speaker 5: What up?
- 41:45Speaker 2: Thick? So good? That's good, so good. So I was like,
- 41:50Speaker 2: I'm so mad. I didn't think of that before, old
- 41:54Speaker 2: thick Shady. So is that a thing? Are a lot
- 41:57Speaker 2: of the players on the team doing it and bunches right.
- 42:01Speaker 2: He does, but like, so I don't know, Hudson did
- 42:05Speaker 2: it for baseball season. Jackson's like, hey, I want to
- 42:08Speaker 2: do that. He's not a poser, he's not a sheet
- 42:10Speaker 2: He's going to do it himself. Yeah, I want to
- 42:11Speaker 2: do that. That was cool. So he's the only one.
- 42:14Speaker 3: So members is the only one that doesn't have blonde
- 42:17Speaker 3: hair right now, and uh, like he I don't think
- 42:20Speaker 3: he can do it.
- 42:20Speaker 2: I got the spot on the back of my head
- 42:22Speaker 2: right like right around here.
- 42:23Speaker 4: Yeah, it's good. He's starting to get a little blonde.
- 42:25Speaker 4: Oh it's it's I can't see it. You really can't
- 42:28Speaker 4: see it.
- 42:28Speaker 2: Very good. I's just not there. No, it's blond. I
- 42:30Speaker 2: like to tell out my blonde spot. Man. I don't
- 42:32Speaker 2: know if you saw my boy Landon Donovan. So he's
- 42:36Speaker 2: you know, he's been dealing with uh, you know, balding
- 42:39Speaker 2: for a long time. And he went like he went
- 42:42Speaker 2: to his Instagram and he's like, hey, like I've tried everything.
- 42:46Speaker 2: I've tried every medicine, every transplant, every everything, and I
- 42:50Speaker 2: just like it just does not stick with me. And
- 42:53Speaker 2: my man went and like let everybody know and got
- 42:56Speaker 2: a two pay and put it on Instagram. All right, Yeah,
- 43:00Speaker 2: put the glue on there and everything, slapped it on there,
- 43:04Speaker 2: cut it up, and he's like, you know, everybody, everybody
- 43:07Speaker 2: knows I got a two pay, but I got hair. Hey,
- 43:11Speaker 2: if you own it. He did respect to that. I didn't.
- 43:14Speaker 2: I didn't. I mean, I'm not trying to if I
- 43:16Speaker 2: didn't know. They still did two pays, and that was
- 43:18Speaker 2: a thing I've only seen two pays, like like on
- 43:24Speaker 2: sitcoms and stuff. Yeah, I mean too, like I never
- 43:26Speaker 2: you know, I didn't really know that they Mister Building
- 43:29Speaker 2: and Saved by the Bell he had a two pay
- 43:30Speaker 2: one episode.
- 43:31Speaker 3: The only two pay I really know is the the
- 43:33Speaker 3: visor that has the hair already sewn into it to
- 43:37Speaker 3: pay a little bit, you know, I mean adjacent.
- 43:40Speaker 2: They start selling those around Halloween time right now. Halloween stores.
- 43:45Speaker 2: So that's a wild concept, huh.
- 43:48Speaker 3: The the superstares, the spirit stores. Yeah that they just
- 43:51Speaker 3: take over an old department store. Department stores are huge. Yeah,
- 43:55Speaker 3: how do those things operate? I think they're actually a
- 43:59Speaker 3: front for the Do you think so? I think I
- 44:01Speaker 3: like Mattress stores. Oh you have a theory about Mattress?
- 44:05Speaker 4: Does I think there's a pretty big theory out there
- 44:06Speaker 4: that mattress stores are great, Like is it.
- 44:08Speaker 2: A money laundering or is it a mattress store?
- 44:11Speaker 3: Like?
- 44:11Speaker 4: How many people buying mattresses and they always got prime
- 44:13Speaker 4: real estate?
- 44:14Speaker 2: That's fair?
- 44:15Speaker 3: And how many times you buy mattresses? And the guy
- 44:18Speaker 3: from Houston Mattress Mac puts in a lot of bets
- 44:23Speaker 3: he does.
- 44:23Speaker 2: People are talking right now is it a big time
- 44:26Speaker 2: Monday laundering scheme? I don't know. It's feels like like
- 44:29Speaker 2: a documentary you've watched or something.
- 44:31Speaker 4: Now I think I'm not. This isn't like this did
- 44:34Speaker 4: not originate from my brain. It is certainly a conspiracy
- 44:37Speaker 4: out there. Maybe it's a joking conspiracy. Maybe not, who knows.
- 44:41Speaker 2: We'll see. But like, honestly, how many times how many
- 44:43Speaker 2: mattress stores do you see around? You're driving around.
- 44:47Speaker 4: More than you would think, more than one per city.
- 44:52Speaker 4: How many times you buy mattresses too?
- 44:55Speaker 2: Not very often? If I do? Now, I skid it
- 45:00Speaker 2: from Amazon and it comes like vacuum sealed.
- 45:02Speaker 4: And like the mattress I bought most recently for our
- 45:06Speaker 4: bedroom back in vacuum seal on the online.
- 45:10Speaker 2: Yeah, on the online. Yeah, not at a going a
- 45:13Speaker 2: magis store and like laying in them and checking them out.
- 45:16Speaker 3: Like, who is moving money for the mafia? More spirit Halloween?
- 45:20Speaker 3: Are your local mattress store? People are asking, Adam, you
- 45:25Speaker 3: got a vote here, Halloween store, a mattress store.
- 45:28Speaker 2: Who's moving money from the mafia mattress? Ye? Yeah, I
- 45:35Speaker 2: guess because you're right, like the Halloween, it wouldn't maybe
- 45:37Speaker 2: be enough. It's kind of seasonal. Okay, we'll dig into this,
- 45:41Speaker 2: but when what Yeah, big sealing money? Yeah they can
- 45:46Speaker 2: hide it.
- 45:48Speaker 3: Sports all right, Okay, okay, our three O TV coming
- 45:53Speaker 3: back your way.
