SPEAKER_00: There's no way you gotta.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_01: Not these, not these nine.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_00: Built meals puts every they already, like literally from the minute we put that order in, I knew exactly when it was going to arrive, and Built Meals had it here when they said, but you did not go.

  SPEAKER_00: Alright.
• 1:53
SPEAKER_01: So Well, let's open the bag.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna open the bag now.
• 1:57
  SPEAKER_01: Awesome.
• 1:57
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:58
  SPEAKER_00: What do we got?
• 1:59
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I'm so excited.
• 2:01
  SPEAKER_00: I'm so hungry.
• 2:02
  SPEAKER_00: Are you hungry?
• 2:03
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, a balsamic turkey burger.
• 2:07
  SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: My tofu broccoli and rice is fabulous! Cannot wait.
• 2:16
  SPEAKER_01: Ooh, paleo muffins.
• 2:18
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 2:19
  SPEAKER_00: Don't be touching those.
• 2:20
SPEAKER_01: You know, I love my sweets.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_00: Well, you know what I asked for?
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: The ground turkey sprouts with the rice.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, this is all fabulous.
• 2:29
  SPEAKER_00: Fabulous.
• 2:30
  SPEAKER_00: I cannot wait.
• 2:31
  SPEAKER_01: Quinoa fried rice.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_00: Yes, that was my special request, by the way.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_00: So we got to heat our food up from built and get this party started.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: So what do you think?
• 2:43
  SPEAKER_00: You ready?
• 2:44
SPEAKER_00: Even Biggie came for the party.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_01: We gotta get this baby heat up.
• 2:48
  SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah.
• 2:48
  unknown: Yes.
• 2:49
  SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh.
• 2:51
  SPEAKER_01: Here it is.
• 2:53
  SPEAKER_01: I can't wait.
• 2:54
SPEAKER_00: What did you what's over there?
• 2:56
  SPEAKER_00: Like I can't wait.
• 2:56
SPEAKER_00: Start passing stuff over here.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_01: What do we got going on here?
• 3:00
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 3:00
  SPEAKER_00: What is that?
• 3:01
  SPEAKER_00: What is that?
• 3:02
  SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_01: Which one should we try?
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna go with the tofu with the broccoli and the rice.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_01: Alright, well, let me see what's on the well.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_01: What is this stuff on the lid here?
• 3:13
SPEAKER_00: Oh bobby! Oh my god, this is so good.
• 3:17
  SPEAKER_01: On the bottom?
• 3:18
SPEAKER_01: Wow, they put the macros on the bottom.
• 3:20
  SPEAKER_00: What's a macro?
• 3:22
SPEAKER_01: Macros are like basically like it's it's basically like customized to you depending on what you're trying to do with your your food.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_01: So I think that's what like sets them apart from like other like meal plans.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and look, they have a QR code too, so you can scan it.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_01: You can see exactly what you're doing.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_00: Fabulous, but I'm really like loving this.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_00: Do you want to try it?
• 3:44
SPEAKER_00: Oh, you want what's that?
• 3:46
  SPEAKER_00: That looks like turkey.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: I think this is turkey and Brussels sprouts?
• 3:50
SPEAKER_01: Ground turkey and Brussels sprouts.
• 3:52
  SPEAKER_00: Bring it over.
• 3:52
  SPEAKER_00: Bring it over.
• 3:53
  SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_00: Let me try the tofu girl.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_00: Alright, well, I got this.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_00: Like, what's going on with the beauty stuff?
• 3:59
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, so much crazy stuff is going on right now.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_01: Honestly, we're talking about like we're on a health journey this year, right?
• 4:07
SPEAKER_01: Everybody like starts their year 2026, they're doing a whole thing.
• 4:11
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_01: Like, we got our own health journey.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_01: No, I mean I'm going to with these built meals because it makes it so much easier when I have like a crazy freaking life.
• 4:20
  SPEAKER_01: You know what?
• 4:20
SPEAKER_01: I have no time to cook anymore.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: I do agree with you on that because it it's like our schedules are so crazy that it's all we had to do is like heat this up.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_00: It took two minutes pretty much on each one that we have here.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_01: I mean, you can tell that this broccoli is super fresh.
• 4:36
SPEAKER_01: It's like really green and everything.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_00: Well, from what I understand, because this company, the reason why we chose it is because their food is cooked fresh every single day.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_00: And it not only that, it's made locally and they deliver it and it's and they deliver it in from Miami all the way up to Palm Beach.
• 4:57
  SPEAKER_00: It's freaking amazing.
• 4:59
  SPEAKER_00: I'm telling you.
• 4:59
SPEAKER_00: I told you about these people, but I just don't understand, like, you know, the macros and all that kind of stuff.
• 5:05
SPEAKER_00: Like, I just love the fact that the food's good.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_01: It's completely customizable and no one else does it the way like Bill does it.
• 5:12
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, I know, I know.
• 5:13
SPEAKER_00: So it's unlike any other uh one of those foods, it's not a food delivery thing.
• 5:19
  SPEAKER_00: It's not a like meal prep.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_00: Like, meal prep is just so overrated and used that word.
• 5:25
SPEAKER_00: Like, this is above and beyond that.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: This is all about like if I want to lose weight, um, they're gonna put together a plan for me based on what I want and what I like, the same way we picked this out.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_00: Like, for instance, by the way, you're not getting credit for this.
• 5:39
  SPEAKER_00: This is the quinoa.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_00: I to I'm taking credit for it right now because I love fried rice, but this is a healthier way you're salivating.
• 5:48
  SPEAKER_01: I'm literally, I can't wait to get a bite of it.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_01: It looks it looks so good.
• 5:51
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know if I want to share.
• 5:53
SPEAKER_01: Well, I've got the turkey burger.
• 5:56
  SPEAKER_01: Listen, I'll treat you.
• 5:57
SPEAKER_01: Balsamic turkey burger and sweet potato fried.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: I'll treat you the food, the the quinoa fried rice got like caramelized onions on the top.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_01: It looks really, really good.
• 6:07
  SPEAKER_01: Love, love, love.
• 6:08
  SPEAKER_00: It's fabulous.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: So, anyway, I just absolutely love the fact that if it's about me, it's not about anybody else.
• 6:15
SPEAKER_00: They customize it the way I want what I'm trying, the goals I'm trying to achieve.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_00: And if it's weight loss, it's weight loss.
• 6:23
SPEAKER_00: If it's um muscle building, if it's just being healthier inside to the outside, like they will be.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: That's the way to go.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_01: Speaking of nutrition and speaking of trends, yeah.
• 6:35
  SPEAKER_01: Let's talk about it.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_01: Let's talk about like beauty trends, like what's going on up there.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_01: I feel like in in in hair color, I've been seeing a lot of like super blended, um, less like contrasty uh color.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_00: So are the black roots not in anymore?
• 6:50
SPEAKER_00: Is that what you're trying to say?
• 6:52
  SPEAKER_01: Hmm.
• 6:53
SPEAKER_01: I don't know if I'll ever we'll ever see can you pass that over, please?
• 6:57
SPEAKER_01: Sorry, this this turkey burger is really freaking good.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_00: I'll give you some of the fried rice, but you can't.
• 7:02
  SPEAKER_01: I don't think we're gonna so good.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_01: I don't think we're gonna see um lived in color not happen ever again.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_01: Like lived in color is really kind of like taking things from that like more old school level where everything was like very contrasting into the root and like super fake and super like everything's a little bit more um blended.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_01: It looks more professional that way, more done.
• 7:30
  SPEAKER_00: So more finished.
• 7:32
SPEAKER_00: So the smear, the like the roots, like Kardashian.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_01: I love how you called it a smear.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_01: You mean a color melt?
• 7:38
SPEAKER_01: Like a color melt or a root shadow will is still very in, but you're seeing a lot of like diffused highlights, you're seeing things that are a little bit more natural, more lived in.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_01: I feel like it's also more economical with the times right now.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_00: What do you think about dyed eyebrows?
• 7:55
  unknown: Wow.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_01: This peanut is really good.
• 7:58
SPEAKER_00: All right, can we talk about my eyebrows for a second, please?
• 8:01
SPEAKER_00: Would you want like so like contrast, like eyebrows, like versus hair color?
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: Like, what do you think about people that want to like dye their eyebrows to match the color of their hair?
• 8:14
  SPEAKER_01: Alright.
• 8:14
SPEAKER_00: You're you're focusing on okay, I get it, but I need to hear about this.
• 8:19
SPEAKER_01: Dyeing the eyebrows the color of your hair, very trendy, super trendy.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_01: You know, like we talk about like the things like the the trends and stuff like that.
• 8:30
  SPEAKER_01: What about Olaplex?
• 8:32
SPEAKER_00: No, all this GLP stuff, people are like losing their hair and sh.
• 8:37
  SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: Like, what do you do?
• 8:40
SPEAKER_00: Like they come to you and they say, Hey Mikey, we are struggling with my hair, and then you have to basically like pretty pretty much you have to say, are you taking anything?
• 8:54
  SPEAKER_02: Right?
• 8:54
SPEAKER_00: Because these supplements are starting to mess with people's hair.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_00: Like you might look fabulous.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_01: I think there's a lot of factors that go into why people are losing hair now.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_01: Um GLP is a huge, definitely counter.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_01: It's something that's happening right now out there in the market.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_01: But also, like scalp health is is really super important.
• 9:13
  SPEAKER_01: It's very trendy.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_01: Like you see it a lot in like skin and in Korea and stuff like that.
• 9:18
SPEAKER_01: They're like focusing on like uh scalp, scalp care and taking care of the hair, but that makes sense because you want to take care of your hair from the root to the end.
• 9:26
SPEAKER_01: You like you don't want to like just treat it on the ends and say, oh my god, this hair's burnt on the ends.
• 9:31
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna put a conditioner on it.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_01: Like, we want to make the foundation of the hair good, strong, so it doesn't end up broken on the ends.
• 9:38
SPEAKER_00: But what how do you like from the scalp?
• 9:40
SPEAKER_00: Have you ever seen those?
• 9:42
SPEAKER_00: I I've been seeing this trending on Instagram where they have these machines where you lay down and it takes like this grate and it's like and it like it like rubs into your scalp and then it shoots water in your hair.
• 9:58
SPEAKER_00: Like, is that for real?
• 9:59
SPEAKER_00: Like, does that really help?
• 10:01
SPEAKER_01: The machine gives you head, you know?
• 10:02
SPEAKER_01: It like it's what do you mean it gives you head?
• 10:04
SPEAKER_00: We're not talking about sex, we're not talking about anything about sex, we're not gonna be able to do that.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_00: But it does actually give you like why are you saying head?
• 10:12
  SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
• 10:13
SPEAKER_01: Because it's because literally the machine is like it works on your scalp.
• 10:16
  SPEAKER_01: It's like a whole idea.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_01: There's so you know, there's a lot of like GLP hair loss and things like that that are happening.
• 10:24
SPEAKER_01: And you know, you have GLP GLP 1, GLP two, and now soon to come GLP3 that's about to hit the industry.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_01: And a lot of people are definitely, you know, because when you do rapid weight loss, whether you have a um a surgical procedure or whether you're doing any type of like medical procedure, right?
• 10:42
SPEAKER_01: Um, it's normal for your hair to your body to have a response.
• 10:46
SPEAKER_01: And so a lot of people lose their hair.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_01: So you see all these like products, you know, like you have neutral that is like a huge, huge trend, and it has very great reviews.
• 10:56
  SPEAKER_01: I've seen it actually.
• 10:57
SPEAKER_00: So then you aren't you like growing hair out of your face with something like a neutral.
• 11:01
SPEAKER_01: I mean, if you take neutrophil, it will definitely make hair grow everywhere.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_01: Well, so just a disclaimer there we are definitely gonna grow hair everywhere.
• 11:12
SPEAKER_01: So you'll be best friends with your waxing girl or boy.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, but you're also like if these pills are making you stop eating, then you've got nutritional problems.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: My my seat's squeaking, by the way.
• 11:27
  SPEAKER_00: It's not.
• 11:27
SPEAKER_01: And that goes back to the the the built meals because you want to make sure that you're supplementing for the nutrition loss that you have when you do a GLP or when you do any type of weight loss surgery.
• 11:41
SPEAKER_01: That's why when you go to a doctor and when you have a weight loss plan, they always tell you that you need to supplement for the loss of vitamins.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_01: So, what do you take?
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: What do you tell them to take?
• 11:53
SPEAKER_01: Well, NeutroFool has gotten the best reviews, like when it comes to when it comes to stimulating hair growth.
• 11:59
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 11:59
SPEAKER_01: Um, it's definitely you could you could also go a more natural route.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_01: You could do rosemary oil.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_01: Or what do you mean?
• 12:10
  SPEAKER_01: Like castor oil?
• 12:11
SPEAKER_01: There's a lot of different different things.
• 12:13
SPEAKER_01: Olive oil is one of my favorites.
• 12:15
  SPEAKER_00: Yes!
• 12:16
SPEAKER_01: But that's just because you know, like we're we're dealing with an Italian girl at an Italian.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: Well, we're talking about pure.
• 12:32
SPEAKER_01: And also put hair on your fing head.
• 12:35
  SPEAKER_01: Nothing else, right?
• 12:36
  SPEAKER_01: Like little olive oil.
• 12:41
  SPEAKER_01: It's a Mikey.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: What people don't even know.
• 12:42
SPEAKER_00: Mikey G stands for Michael Gianna, uh, Grandpa Neti.
• 12:46
SPEAKER_01: Yes, grand the netty, yes.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_01: So I had I had a client one time tell me, oh my god, are you of the gier delis?
• 12:52
SPEAKER_01: And I said, Oh yes, absolutely.
• 12:55
SPEAKER_01: Of the dark chocolate, of the dark chocolate girl delis.
• 12:59
  SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_01: So, also what's trending right now, I noticed a lot, is uh is natural texture.
• 13:06
SPEAKER_01: And um what does that mean?
• 13:08
SPEAKER_01: Like your natural textured hair, like you want to find products that um that you can put in your hair wet, and then you can air dry your hair and you can get this natural texture, or you could style it to look like as if it's natural texture, very in in in uh in hair.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_00: Oh, so this is what's going on.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_00: So, like when you do my hair, like for instance, today, like I like You mean the LA wave.
• 13:34
SPEAKER_00: The LA wave, I know.
• 13:36
  SPEAKER_00: We have my own.
• 13:37
  SPEAKER_01: She's got a signature wave.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_00: I know, and I love what you do to my hair.
• 13:41
SPEAKER_00: So, what how do you like you want to explain how you do what you do?
• 13:45
SPEAKER_01: So, say you don't have me.
• 13:47
  SPEAKER_01: Well, say I'm busy.
• 13:50
SPEAKER_01: Okay, it's because you, as we know, at the salon I'm super busy, it's really hard to get in with me.
• 13:54
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, it is.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_01: So, with that said, it's one of those things, like you're gonna need a product that you can put in your hair so that you can make your hair look the best on in its natural state.
• 14:05
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 14:06
  SPEAKER_01: Right?
• 14:06
  SPEAKER_01: You don't have time.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_01: Also, time restraints is a huge thing, which is another reason why you know we're trying to do these meal plans.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_01: Everybody's looking for something quick that makes it easy, like you know, to come and go.
• 14:20
SPEAKER_01: So you you pick the right products that are gonna bring out the best.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_01: So, who do you see?
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: What what celebrity um trends are you seeing now with the hair?
• 14:29
SPEAKER_01: Honestly, the biggest trend I feel like I'm seeing, especially with color, has been like very natural, diffused.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_01: Everything is very diffused and very like barely there.
• 14:38
  SPEAKER_01: Um low maintenance.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_01: Um the runways have been so crazy.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_01: I mean, but it's it's kind of very polarized because perfect example, like we talk about red carpets.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna talk about red carpets because red carpets have been traditionally a more conservative place where people show up and they come the most polished version of themselves.
• 15:02
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_01: And now we're seeing a little bit more mainstream, we're seeing a little bit more avant-garde, like the Met Gala has spilt onto the Grammys and left a stain on the red carpet because it's like a completely different vibe on the on the brand on the carpet now.
• 15:17

• 16:58

• 17:39
SPEAKER_00: Maybe somebody says, I would like to move you this way, and all of a sudden then the bracelet snags on the nipple ring that's chain that's chained to the chain, and then all of a sudden you're ripping nipples off of somebody's chest.

SPEAKER_00: I I have never, you know, I've always been open and straight up.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_00: Like I had reconstructive surgery on my breast from cancer.
• 18:42
  SPEAKER_00: I can't feel my nipples, I still wouldn't have it done.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_00: Because it just hurts just to even think about it.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_01: Oh, you're talking about the piercing.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_01: I'm just saying, would you rather show your nipple or would you rather show your leg?
• 18:53
SPEAKER_00: I'd rather show my leg.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: I don't need to show my nipple to the page.
• 18:56
SPEAKER_01: Well, you do have a fabulous pair of legs.
• 18:57
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
• 18:58
SPEAKER_00: But I also my nipples aren't that bad, though.

• 19:18
SPEAKER_01: Like, I still love a little chocolate brown with navy.
• 19:20
SPEAKER_00: I love the satin though.
• 19:22
  SPEAKER_00: I love satin.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_00: I have a dr I have a satin dress from Dolce about freaking love.

• 19:46
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 19:47
SPEAKER_00: But if we're gonna go back to hair, remember when bangs was big?
• 19:52
SPEAKER_00: Straight hair, like I'm I feel like bangs is one of those things.
• 19:56
SPEAKER_01: Like, if you sit in my chair and you ask for bangs, what do you say?
• 19:58
SPEAKER_01: I make you say three times before I will give them to you.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_01: Because every single time the woman always comes back and she has that little clip.
• 20:07
SPEAKER_01: And girls, you all know what that clip looks like if you've ever had bangs.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_01: It's that little alligator clip, and they clip back their bangs, and every single time they get bangs, if you just give it to them the first time they ask for it, they come back with a little clip, and I say, Oh, your bangs are up.
• 20:24
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm growing them out.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, it happens.
• 20:28
  SPEAKER_01: It's a real thing.
• 20:29
  SPEAKER_00: Well, what about extensions?
• 20:30
SPEAKER_00: I was never um, I'm full disclosure about everything that you've done with my hair, and I've I've worn extensions for a while because of the cancer treatments that I had under the medications that I'm on, but you recently took them out.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: Like, this is all because of you, Mikey Jane.
• 20:49
  SPEAKER_01: I think I'm gonna have a muffin.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_01: You want a little bit?
• 20:51
SPEAKER_00: Sure, but what do you think about like extensions versus natural hair?
• 20:57
SPEAKER_00: Like, but then I like to be dramatic because you know I'm a little dramatic.
• 21:01
  SPEAKER_00: Like a little.
• 21:02
SPEAKER_00: So, like, what do you suggest?
• 21:03
SPEAKER_00: Like, what would be like I took it out?
• 21:06
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 21:07
SPEAKER_00: If this is chocolate, I don't care.
• 21:10
  SPEAKER_00: I'm not sharing.
• 21:13
  SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
• 21:14
  SPEAKER_01: No more.
• 21:15
  SPEAKER_01: Really good.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about the muffin, right?
• 21:18
  SPEAKER_00: Not your sex life.
• 21:20
SPEAKER_01: Girl, she don't have to get ready.
• 21:22
  SPEAKER_01: She stays ready.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: So what about my extension?
• 21:30
SPEAKER_01: What about I'm sorry, I lost the train of thought.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_01: This blueberry muffin is so good.
• 21:36
  SPEAKER_01: I'm literally like, it's a paleo.
• 21:39
  SPEAKER_00: Look at my hair.
• 21:40
  SPEAKER_01: I can't believe this is a freaking paleo.
• 21:42
SPEAKER_00: So what do you suggest?
• 21:44
SPEAKER_00: Like, if I want to like we took my extensions out, and look how beautiful my hair grew in.
• 21:49
SPEAKER_00: Hey, I mean thanks to you.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_00: But like when I want to go a little dramatic, because you know I'm a little dramatic, like I miss, you know, like what do I do?
• 21:58
SPEAKER_00: What do you suggest I do?
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_01: Ooh, I love a good halo.
• 22:03
  SPEAKER_01: Alright, what's a halo?
• 22:04
SPEAKER_01: Listen, if you look at the Kardashians, those b wearing all kind of hair pieces.

• 22:22
  SPEAKER_00: What's your name?
• 22:22
  SPEAKER_00: What's your Nikki?
• 22:23
  SPEAKER_01: The Nikki.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_01: You know the really super long hair?
• 22:25
SPEAKER_01: That's what I call it, the Nikki.

• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: So do you think that the do you think that we're kind of fading out of the um extensions now and people going more natural?
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: If you're saying that people are wearing that more natural look, would like with this hairstyle, would that mean also that they're going with a more natural hair, so therefore they're not doing the hair extensions?
• 22:56
SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
• 22:57
SPEAKER_01: I do feel like we're trending more towards natural when it comes to the hair uh side of things.
• 23:05
  SPEAKER_00: Well, here's my thing.
• 23:09
  SPEAKER_00: I can continue.

• 23:17
  SPEAKER_00: As you do too.
• 23:18
  SPEAKER_01: How about that?
