SPEAKER_01: Alright, Khundav Hof Hey, we're gonna start on Khovdaadam and Base Vedamishnah, where we left off.
• 0:05
SPEAKER_01: Tor bikli cheres, Tomme bikhalakenam.
• 0:07
SPEAKER_01: So we're in the theme of these Mishnah's over here.
• 0:11
SPEAKER_01: Dealing with what's good over here is bad over there, what's bad over here, there is good over here, etc.
• 0:16
SPEAKER_01: That's the common theme, and that's why we're going from sugya to sugya in each of these uh examples.
• 0:21
SPEAKER_01: Either way, tar bikhlicheras, tamachalakenim.
• 0:24
SPEAKER_01: What you find that's tore as it relates to a klicheres, which we know aklihares, uh the way tumma, the way it contracts tumma or receives tumma, is uh very different than other kalim.
• 0:35
SPEAKER_01: So khlichharis is a very special place in Toma.
• 0:37
SPEAKER_01: And therefore, tarbi khlikharis, tami bhala kalim, what's tomme by a khlikharis, or rather what's tor by e klicheris, is tombe as it relates to regular kalim, whereas tar bikala kalim, tame bihli cheras.
• 0:47
SPEAKER_01: Whatever's t'hor by khala kalim is actually gonna be tar tame by a klichharis, says the gimar.
• 0:53
  SPEAKER_01: Tanaramanabris that explains this.
• 0:55
  SPEAKER_01: What does this mean?
• 0:55
  SPEAKER_01: Avir klicheras tome.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_01: We know that the special Allah by ekhlichharis that the airspace of the kliharis is gonna be tame.
• 1:00
  SPEAKER_01: What does that mean?
• 1:01
SPEAKER_01: That anything that comes into the airspace of the klikharis is becomes tame if you have tomo in the khlikharis, even if it doesn't touch anything.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_01: If it's in the airspace of a kliharis, it's tame, you're now, it's not gonna be tame.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_01: Also, if tomo comes into the airspace of a khlikharis, it's mitame the kali itself, the klikharis.
• 1:17
SPEAKER_01: So it also is mitame, the thing that comes inside it, and it's also mitame the kliharis itself.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_01: So that is a special Allah.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_01: The avir of the klikharis is gonna be mitameh, it's gonna be tame by the klihars.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_01: So avir kliavir klicheris tame vigabai tar.
• 1:29
SPEAKER_01: However, the outside of it, khidish, but the klikharis is gonna be tar.
• 1:32
SPEAKER_01: Meaning if tomat touches the outside, it's going to be tar as it relates to other kalim.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_01: If tomat touches anywhere on it, then inside the outside, the outside is for sure gonna be tame.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_01: Klikharis is special, the outside is gonna be tar.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_01: Aver kala karim, whereas the airspace of regular kalim, not a klichharis, not made out of khare's earthenware.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_01: So the airspace of regular kalim tar, that's gonna be tar.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_01: You don't have the salaha that it's gonna be tame, even though it didn't touch anything if it's in the airspace.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_01: Whereas Vegamon Tame, but if you touch it on the back side, it doesn't matter where you touched it, even on the back side, it's going to be tame.
• 2:00
  SPEAKER_01: What comes out?
• 2:01
SPEAKER_01: Nimsa, tar bichli cheris, tame bichal kalim, tar bicholakalim, tame michlicheres, like we saw in the Mishnah, and this was the explanation.
• 2:08
  SPEAKER_01: Brought in the braisa.
• 2:09
  SPEAKER_01: Zoqti gimaraminani mili.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_01: What is the mikarta this?
• 2:11
  SPEAKER_01: In the tonarabana.
• 2:12
SPEAKER_01: We have the brais so that explains.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_01: Toihoi, the plastic says by khlicheras, toi, call a share yippo, eltoi choi.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_01: Anything that falls inside and anything that is inside is gonna become tami.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_01: So it says toi, valvishlay noga.
• 2:22
SPEAKER_01: Toihi teaches me as long as it's inside the airspace of the khlichhares, valfpishloi noga, even if it didn't touch the cali itself.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_01: At Rafishlay Noga, En Ella Mkane Noga.
• 2:33
  SPEAKER_01: How do you know?
• 2:34
  SPEAKER_01: Mechateisi.
• 2:34
  SPEAKER_01: It says Toychi inside.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_01: Maybe inside means it touches it.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_01: How do you know that Toichoi means if it uh even if it Afupishloy noga, even if it didn't touch it?
• 2:43
  SPEAKER_01: Mechatesi.
• 2:43
SPEAKER_01: Maybe Toycho means that it had to touch it.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_01: So Biachan and Benaftumus Oimer, he explains the following.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_01: It says Toi, but the Klicheras as it relates to being metameh.
• 2:55
SPEAKER_01: Being metame is something that falls into it.
• 2:57
  SPEAKER_01: Litame.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_01: And Vinemar Tohi it says toi, the same word.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_01: Litame, as it relates to it becoming tame.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_01: Litame with a yodas, becoming tame.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_01: Litame is to be metame something else.
• 3:07
SPEAKER_01: The klikaris of its tame, something that falls into the airspace, is gonna be metame that thing.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_01: Whereas Litame is to become tame, that the klikharis, if tama goes into the airspace, it becomes tame.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_01: So it says toi as it relates to uh giving tama, and it says toichhoy as it relates to it itself becoming tame, litame.
• 3:23
SPEAKER_01: So ma toihoya omerlitame af about afishlay naga, just like the toi uh that said, as relates to the klichharis being metameh something else, means Afalpishlaga.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_01: That applies even if it doesn't touch it, it's still gonna become tame as long as it came into the airspace of the Klicheras, Aftoihoy Amr Litame, so too.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_01: The Toychoi that's mentioned by the Klicharis itself becoming tame, that if a toma came in the airspace of the Klichares, Afpishlainaga.
• 3:50
SPEAKER_01: It means even if it didn't touch the klikaris, the klikhes will become tame on its own.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_01: So it's like okay, what's the obvious question?
• 3:57
SPEAKER_01: Well, mal here this, so too there.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_01: How do you know Biklaal by Litame when the Klicharis is tame and it's Bing Mitame something else?
• 4:05
SPEAKER_01: How do you know in that case that that thing coming into khlicharis becoming tame doesn't have to be touching?
• 4:09
SPEAKER_01: Maybe it has to be touching.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_01: How do you know bichal over there that it doesn't have to be touching?
• 4:18
SPEAKER_01: The tar was made, the klichharis is metame something that comes into it.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_01: Even if it's full of mustard seeds, what's the point over here?
• 4:24
SPEAKER_01: The point over here, as Rashi explains, is that if you have a klehars full of mustard seeds, then obviously not every mustard seed, mustard seeds are tiny.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_01: We saw yesterday that shikhrads metame, afilu k tipas kardo, even like a tiny khado.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_01: It's bringing out the point that it's tiny.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_01: But mustard seed is even if it's full of mustard seeds, so it's these tiny pieces of mustard seeds, obviously they're not all touching the klichares.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_01: Some of them are in the middle, touching each other, and then the outer part of it is touched with the klicharas.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_01: That's how you know that it's gonna become tame even if it's not touching.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_01: Ah, what are you gonna tell me?
• 4:54
SPEAKER_01: That it's touching each other and it's getting to their Zohtrashi.
• 4:57
SPEAKER_01: That's why we said Kimele Khardo, because khardo is too small.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_01: Sorry, in kabeza the kalechar, it doesn't have a kabezah on each one, and therefore it's not gonna transfer the tumma by itself.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_01: It has to have a certain shear to transfer the tumma on.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_01: So it's not touching the klichharis, it's not touching anything that could be transferring the tumma from the khlikaris, and therefore, kolashibisakyitma must be from the fact that it's inside the klikaras, and that's it.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_01: Even if it's a malayhardo, even if it didn't touch it, and therefore we see as it relates to being mitameh, as it relates to the klikhars being mitame other things like our mustard seeds, it's gonna be mitameh even if it's not touching, and therefore, taikhai taicha teaches me also litama.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_01: Also, when the klikhars itself is becoming tame, that's gonna be true, afilulinaga.
• 5:41
SPEAKER_01: Even if it's not touching it, it can become tame itself, and something else can be what?
• 5:45
unknown: Even if it's not touching.
• 5:46
SPEAKER_01: You take a share, it's you put it in the airspace of a klikars.
• 5:48
  SPEAKER_01: It's mitame the klikars.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_01: The klikharis itself becomes tame even if it's not touching it.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_01: Meaning to just like that's true by litame, for the klikhars being metame something else, as we saw hate meido, that's obvious because of the ma klikher kli marihardol.
• 6:03
SPEAKER_01: So obviously that's gonna be true that it's gonna be mitame something even if it's not touching it.
• 6:07
SPEAKER_01: So too, in the opposite, when it's being met when the thing becoming tame is the klikheras itself, that's gonna be true.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_01: Toy Khai Taika teaches me that's gonna be true also um even if it's not touching.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_01: Let me ask you the following.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_01: What did we say in the Mishnah?
• 6:23
SPEAKER_01: We said that what's tar by klichharis is tame by the rest, what's tame by the rest is tara by kli, or rather what's tar by the rest, or by regular kley, is gonna be tame by a klikaris.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_01: So, what is a kind of thing that by a regular kle is gonna be tame?
• 6:36
SPEAKER_01: That would be from Migabai, right?
• 6:38
SPEAKER_01: Touching it from the outside.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_01: So from the outside of it, we said that by a regular kle, if shares touches the outside, it's gonna be tame.
• 6:43
SPEAKER_01: By klichharis, it's gonna be taller.
• 6:45
  SPEAKER_01: It's counterintuitive.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_01: So it says the Gamara, Ramada Barava says, I don't understand.
• 6:48
SPEAKER_01: He tells her about why don't I just say a kavachimer?
• 6:50
SPEAKER_01: That a klikharis should become tame also from the outside.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_01: It should be c be able to become tame from the outside also from a kavachimer.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_01: Ummah kala kelim sha'in mitame meaviron, mitame migaban, not the whole regular kalin.
• 7:04
SPEAKER_01: That don't have this khumra, that they don't become tame if something's just in the airspace of them.
• 7:08
SPEAKER_01: And still, mitamin migaban, they do become tame if something touches the outside.
• 7:12
SPEAKER_01: So klikher se mitami meavira in it.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_01: So klikhes as this khmra that it's mitami meavira, even if it's just the airspace.
• 7:20
SPEAKER_01: So for sure, kava hymer.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_01: It should be mitame from the outside.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_01: That's why the posak says continues, the posik comparisons.
• 7:32
SPEAKER_01: That any klee, any klee posuach, any open clee, hash ain't some impossible love.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_01: That's not closed, it's not sealed shut, it's gonna become tame.
• 7:39
SPEAKER_01: It's talking about Tomas Ayo, it's in a house, it's gonna become tame.
• 7:41
SPEAKER_01: So what do we see over here?
• 7:44
SPEAKER_01: So from the Russian of the pose, cli posuach, asher ain't some in.
• 7:48
  SPEAKER_01: A clipasuach, that's not sealed shut.
• 7:50
  SPEAKER_01: So it's a little wordy, why?
• 7:51
SPEAKER_01: Because if it's a clipa soach, if it's an open clea, then obviously ain't some impossible love, then obviously it's not sealed shut.
• 7:57
SPEAKER_01: If it's an open clean, it's not sealed shut.
• 7:58
  SPEAKER_01: It's the same thing.
• 7:58
SPEAKER_01: An open clea that's not closed.
• 8:00
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you very much.
• 8:00
  SPEAKER_01: What does that mean?
• 8:01
SPEAKER_01: What's it coming to teach me?
• 8:02
SPEAKER_01: Obviously, it's coming to teach me something.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_01: So he's out cliche to match a koidemas lipis.
• 8:06
SPEAKER_01: So it's coming to teach me about a cli.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_01: That it's toma comes along with its pesach, basically.
• 8:11
SPEAKER_01: It means that even the toma is even in the pesach, it's condemnus the pizza, even if it's mamish right there, it's still going to have an in of tumma, have a oimer, the klichers.
• 8:20
  SPEAKER_01: Obviously, that's klikhers.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_01: That's the only clee that has this kiddish that it's a beer is gonna be tame.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_01: So that's what the pasik's talking about.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_01: And the pasik went on to say, that he ain't summit pasulal love.
• 8:28
SPEAKER_01: When is it true that the khliches is gonna become tame?
• 8:31
  SPEAKER_01: That's when it doesn't have a covering.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_01: When it doesn't have a covering, it's gonna become tame.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_01: Oh, yes, summit passulov tar.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_01: But if it does have a covering and something touches it from the outside, because it has a covering, that's gonna be tar.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_01: Whereas a regular clea, whereas a regular klee, if something touches it from the outside, it's going to be Um, it's gonna be Tameh.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_01: But that's why it's not gonna be true by the Kleicharis, because we see the dress from the pasta.
• 8:54
SPEAKER_01: Okay, why don't I ask on the other Kalim?
• 8:56
SPEAKER_01: Regular kalim should become tame from the airspace, from a kabokhimer from Klicheris.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_01: Now I'm asking in the reverse.
• 9:02
  SPEAKER_01: What's the kabukheim?
• 9:03
SPEAKER_01: Uma klicher se ain me tamin me gaba in mitame avirmat klicheris.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_01: I see that it doesn't become the tame from the outside, but it does can't become tame from the airspace.
• 9:12
  SPEAKER_01: Kala kalim shemitame mechabon.
• 9:14
  SPEAKER_01: Ain't I din shame meavir?
• 9:16
SPEAKER_01: And so other kalim that do become tame from the outside, if something touches it, so kabuchimen there should be mitame from the avir, the airspace as well.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_01: So I'm recording, that's what the post says.
• 9:25
SPEAKER_01: Toi, which teaches me that as it relates to the tumma of the airspace by klikhers, it says to anything that falls inside of it, even in the airspace.
• 9:32
  SPEAKER_01: But it's limiting it.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_01: It teaches me Toykh Shall Zeh Vloy Taychalach that only the Toych of this klee, the khlichhir, is gonna have the siney.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_01: But not the toih, not the airspace of a different klee, and that's why we're not gonna negate this Kalbuchar to tell you that no, this doesn't apply by other things.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_01: So other Kalim are not gonna have this khumra of uh tumma of the airspace.
• 9:52
SPEAKER_01: Says the Gamarva ni toi shirk.
• 9:54
  SPEAKER_01: I don't understand.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_01: We already darshin the words toichi.
• 9:56
SPEAKER_01: So I'm using it now for another drosha.
• 9:57
SPEAKER_01: So the Gemara actually there are four droshas to be learned from the word toi.
• 10:02
  SPEAKER_01: Why?
• 10:03
SPEAKER_01: Are but to see because it says to four times.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_01: It doesn't actually say it four times, it says twice, but each time it says toi and it could have said toi, so we count that as four.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_01: Toihoi, toi, toi, toi, it says toi twice.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_01: Each time it could have said toi, so we dungeon toi, toi, toi, and toi.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_01: And therefore it says four.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_01: What am I gonna use the four for?
• 10:21
SPEAKER_01: One is for it itself, Rash explains that um that it's gonna be that it's gonna be mitame oichu numashkin that anything that comes into the airspace of the klee.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_01: The khadzham, one is for the gzirch sham we saw before that just like it's mitame, other things also le tame also to become tame itself is enough for something for tama to enter the airspace.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_01: The klikhers itself is gonna become tame.
• 10:41
  SPEAKER_01: The khad.
• 10:42
SPEAKER_01: The third one is coming to teach me this drasha we just said that to ley to shakher.
• 10:46
SPEAKER_01: This chumra of airspace only applies to a klikhur and not regular khed.
• 10:49
  SPEAKER_01: The khad.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_01: And the last one is to this chumra that it's gonna be mitame with the airspace, that's only true toi.
• 10:56
SPEAKER_01: If it's one toi, but not toi, not if you have a klee inside of a klee.
• 11:00
SPEAKER_01: What if you have a klee that's inside of a klee?
• 11:02
SPEAKER_01: The opening of the klee is on top of the meaning the the opening of the inner klee is higher than the outer klee.
• 11:07
  SPEAKER_01: That's the case we're talking about.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_01: So that already, if you have a clea inside the clea, it's not gonna be come, it's not gonna transfer the tumma that deep.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_01: But filluk, and even if bafilu klisheth matzil, the adds the bach adds in.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_01: Even if it's not a klichheras, even if it's not a klichheris, it's still gonna be matziled from the tumma.
• 11:23
SPEAKER_01: Even a klishheth, klisheth means you can wash it.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_01: It's not like a klichheris that you have to break if it becomes tummy.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_01: You could dip it in the mikflo, klisheth of like a regular clean.
• 11:30
SPEAKER_01: Even if it's a klich that inside a regular klicharis, toy choy velay toihoy that already.
• 11:36
SPEAKER_01: If it's double, if it's inside, it's a different clee that's inside the clee, it's not gonna go that far.
• 11:40
  SPEAKER_01: So it's a game.
• 11:44
  SPEAKER_01: General, general clear.
• 11:45
SPEAKER_00: Just another way of saying it.
• 11:46
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 11:47
SPEAKER_01: Klitshetav, it's bringing out the point that's not not even only a clicharis.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_01: Even a klishetef, you would think.
• 11:52
  SPEAKER_01: It should.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_01: Because uh it's you know, it's something that you could even put in the mikmah.
• 11:56
unknown: Well, if it was in clicharis, then certainly would be a problem.
• 11:59
SPEAKER_01: No, because I mean Klicharis is not mitamigaba.
• 12:01
SPEAKER_01: You would think that Klishetef, that is mitamimigaba.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: But but but it's not mitam, but it it's right, it's its own thing if it's above, but it's its own thing, but where's the tumma?
• 12:11
SPEAKER_01: The tumma's on the outside.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: We're not talking about tumma at the inside of the second of the second cali?
• 12:15
SPEAKER_01: I'm pretty sure we're talking about the case where the tumma is in the first klee.
• 12:18
  SPEAKER_00: Meaning it's sandwich.
• 12:19
SPEAKER_01: You're putting it in the airspace of the first klee, and now you have another clean inside.
• 12:23
SPEAKER_01: So it's mitame everything in the first clean, but there's another clean inside.
• 12:26
SPEAKER_01: So I think the Kabukheimer, why is it more why is it a bigger kidish to say Bafilu Klisheth?
• 12:31
SPEAKER_01: Because even if that inside one is a klisheth, that's mitame migabai generally.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_01: So this should be met at least mitame migabai, still it's not.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_01: Pretty sure that's the same.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_01: And the toma is in the avir of the kitsin of the outer clean.
• 13:12
  SPEAKER_01: Why?
• 13:12
  SPEAKER_01: Because it's a draw.
• 13:14
  SPEAKER_01: So that's a kidish.
• 13:15
  SPEAKER_01: A filuklisheth, obviously Klichas.
• 13:17
  SPEAKER_01: Klichas not Metami Migaboy.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_01: And the opening of it is higher than the outer klee.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_01: So what's the why would you think it should become Tame?
• 13:23
SPEAKER_01: Whereas a Klishetef, you would think from the outside, a filu Klisheth Matzel Thailand, later, we have this drosha.
• 13:28
  SPEAKER_01: So the Gimara.
• 13:33
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, where are we?
• 13:40
SPEAKER_01: Um okay, you know, yeah, you're right.
• 13:43
SPEAKER_01: Okay, let me ask you now, Kabukimer, in the opposite way.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_01: I should tell you, Kabukheimer, that regular Kalim shouldn't become Tamigabun from the outside.
• 13:53
SPEAKER_01: Rather, how are you gonna meetama the Kalim?
• 13:55
  SPEAKER_01: Elamitchminigal.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_01: If it's inside, but not only inside, um, if it's inside and it's touching.
• 14:01
SPEAKER_01: How are we gonna see that?
• 14:02
  SPEAKER_01: Mikabohimer.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_01: Umba Klicherh Mitame Meaviro, einimitame migabo, that's mitame meaviro.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_01: It's not mitame from the outside.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_01: So call a kalam she ein mitamin meaviron.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_01: So they're more cal, they're not mitamin from the khalala inside.
• 14:15
SPEAKER_01: So ain't it then should you hey she ain't mitamin mechabun.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_01: So for sure they also shouldn't become tame from the outside.
• 14:20
SPEAKER_01: Okay, so why does that teach me that they're mitame from the inside and touching?
• 14:23
SPEAKER_01: Because obviously they have to become tame.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_01: The turret talks about them becoming tame.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_01: So you only have one option left.
• 14:27
SPEAKER_01: They're not mitame from the outside, they're not mitame from the inside.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_01: So obviously the only thing left is from the inside and touching.
• 14:33
SPEAKER_01: That's like the more possible close you could possibly get to the clee.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_01: So that would be a kabochimer.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_01: That we see that uh klicharis even is not.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_01: So regular clip also shouldn't be mitame migabe.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_01: Because it's not even mitameavire.
• 14:46
  SPEAKER_01: What isn't metami?
• 14:46
  SPEAKER_01: Should be metame.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_01: Maybe inside and touching, says I'm crazy.
• 14:49
SPEAKER_01: That's what the posik says.
• 14:53
SPEAKER_01: What does that teach me?
• 14:54
SPEAKER_01: That hai hu haiu di chi ain't summit pasal allove tame, ho yesh tumid posal love tar.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_01: Only this clee we're talking about in the posik is gonna be true.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_01: That if it doesn't have a tamin pasalav, meaning it's not sealed, and something's in the airspace, it's gonna be tame.
• 15:07
SPEAKER_01: Whereas if it is sealed, sorry, tar, then it's gonna be tar.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_01: If you have a t summing on it, meaning it's closed, meaning the tum is on the outside, then it's gonna be tar.
• 15:18
SPEAKER_01: That's only true about this clee we're talking about in the pasik, which is the cleaferis.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_01: Ha kola kaleb a regular kalim, this is not gonna be true.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_01: Bain Shayesh summit posalam, bain shain summit posalim.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_01: There's not gonna be a nafkamina whether it has a seal or not.
• 15:29
SPEAKER_01: Basically, no nafkamina outside, inside, and it's gonna be mitame from the outside as well.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_01: Mithame, they're gonna be mitame and migabe, and that's why I'm not gonna say this Kabul Kharman it stands the way we saw that a regular Klee Shettef, regular cli uh call a kalem is gonna be Mitame Migabe from the outside, also the inside if it touches, but it's gonna be mitame migabe, whereas the Kliharis is not gonna be Mitame Migabe, but it does have a Khamra that it's gonna be Mitame from the airspace.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_01: Continues the next Mishnah again with this theme of good by this, bad by that, good by that, bad by this, says the Mishnah.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_01: Tor Bakhli hates, Tame Bihli Mathe is Toma Bitar.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_01: So as relates to what's Tor by a Kleeates, so we know that different Kalim were created differently as relates to Toma.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_01: And therefore, as it relates to each kleed, generally, in general, the the the general allach is that if it once it's considered cli, once it's considered a klee, it's makabul toma.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_01: Something that's stam nothing, it's not a klee, it's not gonna be mikablotoma.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_01: So as there's a difference as relates to cliates, wooden kalim, versus climatris, which are metal kalim.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_01: So tar bakhlyis, what's considered tar by a cliat by wooden kalim is gonna be tame by a climatris, whereas tar bichlimatris as relates to something taur by a metal klee is gonna be tame bikleates.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_01: Zop to gamar, let's explain.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_01: Tanarabana we have the brace though.
• 16:37
  SPEAKER_01: Goilme cliates.
• 16:39
SPEAKER_01: Goilme cliates means unfinished cliates.
• 16:42
SPEAKER_01: So if you have unfinished kalim, so they're bit they're in the middle of being built, maybe they're almost ready.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_01: The point is that they might be usable for something, but they're not in the in its final form.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_01: In its final form, it's gonna be mikabutoma, of course.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_01: But goilme cliates to man.
• 16:56
SPEAKER_01: The unfinished cliates are going to be macabutoma.
• 17:00
SPEAKER_01: Pshutean, however, if it's pshute kleates, what's known as pshute cliates, which basically means that it's flat.
• 17:05
  SPEAKER_01: It doesn't have a base keyboard.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_01: It's just wood, a piece of wood, it doesn't have any base keeble, any hold, something to hold anything, it's pshute cliates that to haren.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_01: It's not gonna be macabutum, it's gonna be tar.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_01: Golme Klimatris, however, as it relates to unfinished metal kalim, teharen, that's gonna be tar.
• 17:20
SPEAKER_01: Whereas pshutean, pshute klimatris, if it's just flat but it's metal, that is going to be tmayan.
• 17:26
SPEAKER_01: And what comes out, like we saw in the Mishnah, Nimso tar bich tme tame bichlimatris, and tar bichlimatris tame bich bikliates, says the gimar.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_01: The gimar explains a little bit, or rather the brace explains what these unfinished kalim are and what examples are of these unfinished kalim are.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_01: What are these unfinished kalim of eights that we were talking about that are gonna be tame?
• 17:47
SPEAKER_01: Even though they're unfinished or cleates, they're gonna be tomme.
• 17:49
  SPEAKER_01: What are these things?
• 17:50
SPEAKER_01: Eight uh call sha asadlashov.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_01: Anything that's unfinished, what does that mean?
• 17:54
SPEAKER_01: In a way that you didn't do the polishing yet.
• 17:57
SPEAKER_01: Sha'asl, that you're going to pol you're going to polish, or the shabits, you're gonna decorate it, or the garir, you're gonna smoothen it, or the charkiv, you're gonna put grooves in it, or the tiah betunus, you're gonna like sand it down with sandpaper, mechusr khan, or if it's missing a base, oh again, it's missing a lip, or you then it's missing the handle of the clean, tame.
• 18:15
SPEAKER_01: All these cases again, it's gonna be a case of golme cle eights, where it's unfinished galen because you didn't do that final step we just said, any of the above, and that's gonna be tame.
• 18:24
SPEAKER_01: Mechutzer chatita, however, if it wasn't hallowed out yet, that already is nothing.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_01: Then tar, that's gonna be pshuta kliates, because it doesn't have a base keebo, it wasn't hallowed out, and that's gonna be tar.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_01: Says Gamar, mechus khita pchita, that's pash, right?
• 18:35
  SPEAKER_01: That's a regular pshute kliates.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_01: It's pash, it's gonna be tar and not make cabal tomato.
• 18:38
  SPEAKER_01: There's not even a base keebo.
• 18:39
SPEAKER_01: So this gamear, no, the tchedesh is like the chok kafiza.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_01: The khidash is where there is a base keebel, but it's not the one that you meant.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_01: Because it's mechusr, the chos kafiza.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_01: You, you, the chok, sorry, you you engraved a khafiza, a kafiza, which is a much smaller base keebel, uh bikabo, on something that you were going to uh carve out a cav's worth, meaning a much bigger base keebel, and you only did a kafiza, that is the kidr.
• 19:02
SPEAKER_01: We're talking about, but obviously, if it's nothing, and that's why it's a kidj to tell you that it's gonna be tar.
• 19:06
  SPEAKER_01: Why is it tar?
• 19:07
SPEAKER_01: Because it's not in its final form of the cob that you want it to be, as in terms of the base keebel.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_01: But as it relates to, and that's why it's but as it relates to our regular shoot a cliates with no base cable, obviously you're right, that's pasha.
• 19:17
SPEAKER_01: This case is not pasta because that's it as something, it's just not in the final, it's not the deep base cable that you really want.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_01: But Awein Gomiklimatus, what are the unfinished metal calam that we are referring to?
• 19:28
  SPEAKER_01: Call Sha ush lush.
• 19:29
SPEAKER_01: Anything that you're going to, again, we just said all these things, anything that you're gonna polish, le shabates, you're gonna decorate it, lagari, you're gonna smoothen it, leharker, laharker, which meant to uh to put grooves in it, as we saw.
• 19:40
SPEAKER_01: Or la hakesh bekornis to hammer out this one already with NC, to meaning to hammer out uh to finish it.
• 19:47
SPEAKER_01: Or if it's missing uh it's missing the base.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_01: So it's missing the lip, and it's missing a handle, tar.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_01: In these cases is gonna be tar because again we said by by by uh as it relates to the the climatres metal calim, if they're golden climatres, they're unfinished metal kalim, like any of the above, that is gonna be tar.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_01: And as it relates to the chunkise, however, if it's finished, it's just missing a cover, it's missing the cover of it, that is going to be tame.
• 20:13
  SPEAKER_01: Says the gemar.
• 20:14
SPEAKER_01: Okay, now let's try to figure out the difference, right?
• 20:15
SPEAKER_01: What's the difference between wood and metal?
• 20:17
SPEAKER_01: Now, today, why is it the opposite?
• 20:19
SPEAKER_01: What's the difference between wood?
• 20:20
SPEAKER_01: What's the difference between matchas, between metal?
• 20:22
SPEAKER_01: Why is it that uh shote cleates are tar and uh gulme cleates are tame, and the opposite is true by by metal, says the gemar Byichna Nur.
• 20:34
SPEAKER_01: Since metal kalim are L'Khobar Asuian, they're generally metals more hush of than wood, and therefore since they're made l'havadir, you would use them more abakavadic, and they're made, metal kalim are generally more made for khavoid.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_01: So something made for covid, you're only gonna use really when it's finished.
• 20:49
SPEAKER_01: And that's why if it's an unfinished, it's gomme cle matris, it's not gonna be mikabal toma.
• 20:54
SPEAKER_01: Whereas, whereas the gome cliates, right?
• 20:59
SPEAKER_01: Gome cleates are gonna be macabal toma.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_01: They're gome cliates are to make unfinished metal, calam, you're not gonna really use.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_01: That means it's mom is not in its final form, and that's why it's not gonna be mikabutoma, because again, a klee only becomes Mikabotoma once it's in its final form.
• 21:12
SPEAKER_01: Whereas Gome Cleates, it means it's usable.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_01: It's just not an uh it's not finished.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_01: But in the end of the day, it's a piece of wood, it's usable, so you would probably use it.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_01: If you probably use it, it's considered finished enough for it to become Mikabotoma, and that's why it is gonna be considered Tama.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be considered Mikabotoma.
• 21:25
SPEAKER_01: So that is the difference.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_01: That's what Ramnachman says, or that rather sorry, that's what Rabbi.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_01: Res Rem Nachman gives a different reason.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_01: Riv Nachman number Hoyulu Domani Karn.
• 21:33
SPEAKER_01: Since it's more expensive, since metal is more expensive, therefore, Rashi says, the adavidilnoy le chazule messiah, and therefore, since it's more expensive, it's not gonna be considered um to be able to be sold in an in its expensive form until it's fine until it's finalized.
• 21:49
SPEAKER_01: So once it's finalized, then you could sell it for a lot of money.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_01: And that's why until it's finalized, it's not gonna be Mekabotam.
• 21:56
  SPEAKER_01: What's enough command?
• 21:56
SPEAKER_01: Is there enough command between these two reasons?
• 21:57
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, you can't do clean.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_01: Calim made out of bones.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_01: Why is that the nafkamina?
• 22:04
SPEAKER_01: Because kaalem made out of bones is not so bakavodic.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_01: You don't really want to serve uh your guests uh clean made out of some bones.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_01: And then the day it is expensive though, because that doesn't it's not as common as wood.
• 22:13
SPEAKER_01: That would be the nafkamina.
• 22:15
SPEAKER_01: If you're gonna tell me the reason is expensive, it's definitely expensive.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_01: If you want to tell me the reason is bakavodik, it's not bakovadik.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_01: Remnakun goes according to his reasoning that says that the reason is about the may and yakarin, that the reason is because it's expensive, that the om Rimnachun Kliatsum Kikli Matchis Tame, because Rimnachman says that uh the Kaylin made out of bones is considered just like match because again it's they're both expensive.
• 22:36
  SPEAKER_01: That's Ramnachman the Tamay.
• 22:37
  SPEAKER_01: Says Gamara, okay.
• 22:38
SPEAKER_01: One thing we see out of here though, Michlad de Kliatz and Mikabitoma.
• 22:41
SPEAKER_01: This all implies that a clean made out of bone is Mikabutoma.
• 22:44
  SPEAKER_01: Is that true?
• 22:45
SPEAKER_01: Now you're gonna tell me why not.
• 22:46
SPEAKER_01: So I'll tell you why now.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_01: It's not said anywhere in the Tyra.
• 22:48
SPEAKER_01: No, everything else we said cleates, cle match, it's all talked about in the Tyra.
• 22:52
SPEAKER_01: Kli etzum is not talked about in the Tyra.
• 22:54
SPEAKER_01: So it says, where are we getting this from?
• 22:56
SPEAKER_01: It's actually true, they are Mikabutoma.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_01: Where do we see this?
• 22:58
  SPEAKER_01: What's in the car?
• 23:04
  SPEAKER_01: What's on the pasik?
• 23:06
SPEAKER_01: This is by Tuma and Tyra and it says, anything that's made from ism, from goats, it is chato.
• 23:11
SPEAKER_01: You have to casher it.
• 23:12
SPEAKER_01: So, what's made from goats?
• 23:14
  SPEAKER_01: This pasik's a little extra, why?
• 23:15
SPEAKER_01: Because other things that are made from goats we already know.
• 23:18
SPEAKER_01: Like hides and things like that.
• 23:19
SPEAKER_01: We already know these Kenamarma Kabotoma, we already know these in Yanim the Tara talked about.
• 23:23
SPEAKER_01: So, what is Maisa Izim coming to tell us besides for things that we already know from Misa Izm?
• 23:28
SPEAKER_01: So it says the gimmala mini izm.
• 23:30
SPEAKER_01: It's coming to include something that comes from Izim, but something I don't know yet.
• 23:33
SPEAKER_01: Not hides and leathers and those types of things.
• 23:35
SPEAKER_01: Rather, may not crun him from the horns, it may not toughen from the hooves or the bones.
• 23:39
SPEAKER_01: The point is, these types uh Andre and Andre Zach and that's what we're talking about over here, that it's also going to be Mikabo Tomoshar, Behem, Vihai Mininayan.
• 23:48
SPEAKER_01: Okay, so I so far from this possible I only know Izim if it comes from goats, goat bones.
• 23:52
  SPEAKER_01: How do I know?
• 23:54
SPEAKER_01: Other types of animal bones as well.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_01: Tabal number the past says the chol mice, it's another reboot to teach me even other animal bones.
• 24:00
  SPEAKER_01: MK and Matamalam Izim.
• 24:01
SPEAKER_01: So why did it specifically say Izim if it really included any behemoth?
• 24:06
SPEAKER_01: So it's gumara prata eiphos.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_01: It's coming to exclude pratha ifois.
• 24:10
SPEAKER_01: Izim teaches me this is true by most animals, but easim specifically pratla eiphis, except for eiphos, bones that come from birds will not be mikabotoma, and kingdom made out of them would not be mikabotoma.
• 24:21
SPEAKER_01: One more Mishnah on this uh note.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_01: That again in the same format, hahayev is shkedim, ha marim, potr mimisukim.
• 24:28
SPEAKER_01: So you have different types of almonds.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_01: Something that's chaiev by shkedim amorim.
• 24:33
SPEAKER_01: That's the bitter type of almond.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_01: So the bitter type of almond, something what does haiiv in this context mean?
• 24:37
SPEAKER_01: We're talking about trimis and maestrus.
• 24:38
SPEAKER_01: Something that's hive in maestrus as it relates to the bitter almonds is actually gonna be potur.
• 24:42
SPEAKER_01: That same type of almond, if it was misukim, if it was a sweet almond, so that same type, but sweet, that's gonna be potr from maestrus.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_01: And a chaiv a misuk and potter mimoran.
• 24:52
SPEAKER_01: Whatever's gonna be chaiv as as it relates to sweet almonds, that same type of almond, if it was bitter, that is going to be chaiev.
• 24:59
  SPEAKER_01: So or potterbimarim.
• 25:01
SPEAKER_01: That's gonna be potter by param.
• 25:02
  SPEAKER_01: So it's the opposite.
• 25:04
  SPEAKER_01: So that explains.
• 25:04
SPEAKER_01: Tonaraman shke the memorim kitanim chayovin, gidoilin peturin.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_01: As it relates to the bitter almonds, so the small ones are gonna be hive in meisters, whereas the gidoilin, the bigger ones are gonna be poter in my surface, and the reason is because they're not edible anymore.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_01: They're gonna be too bitter at that point if they get too big.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_01: Too bitter means not edible, not edible means not hive in maestrus.
• 25:23
  SPEAKER_01: That's the reason.
• 25:23
  SPEAKER_01: Mistukim, however.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_01: The Byron continues, if they are sweet almonds, gidoilim chayovin.
• 25:28
SPEAKER_01: If they're big, they're gonna be high.
• 25:30
SPEAKER_01: That's when you're supposed to eat them.
• 25:31
SPEAKER_01: Kitanim Turm, the small ones people don't really eat.
• 25:33
SPEAKER_01: If it's not considered edible, then it's not gonna be high in my surf.
• 25:41
SPEAKER_01: He said actually that both of these are leftur, meaning the small ones of each, whether they're bitter or sweet, it doesn't matter.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_01: If they're small, they're gonna be potur.
• 25:49
SPEAKER_01: And some actually say Zevizh Lechyov.
• 25:51
SPEAKER_01: That as it relates to um the small ones, that's they're both gonna be chaif.
• 25:58
SPEAKER_01: But maybe the big ones would be pot.
• 26:00
SPEAKER_01: Or rather, zeleze might be referring to gidoilim.
• 26:03
  SPEAKER_01: One second.
• 26:03
SPEAKER_01: Zeleze, the potter kidanimtorim, zelehiv, the gidoilim, yeah.
• 26:07
SPEAKER_01: As Rashi says over here.
• 26:08
SPEAKER_01: Zele Zelhia means the gidalim, pain morim, vein, yeah, the gidalim.
• 26:14
SPEAKER_01: It doesn't matter which one, it's going to be haiv.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_01: Whether it's sweet, whether it's bitter, the gidalim are gonna be haiv.
• 26:18
SPEAKER_01: Rabila explains in sipar kidri armr, like the sheetah that says zev zelefter, that both of them, if they're small, are going to be potter from maestrus.
• 26:30
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 26:30
SPEAKER_01: Well, the ma'am of gidalim lamaai chaz.
• 26:33
SPEAKER_01: It says according to the sheetah we said that both of them are going to be chaiev, whether it's sweet or bitter.
• 26:37
SPEAKER_01: Gedalimai chaz, once you have a bitter one, and it's big, Lamaikhza, what are you gonna use it for?
• 26:42
SPEAKER_01: It's my much too bitter.
• 26:42
SPEAKER_01: So it has to be royal for something in order to be m in order to be high and maestrus.
• 26:51
SPEAKER_01: Since there is a way to make it sweet, you cook it a little bit, all you day, or you use some fire and you cook it, and that makes it sweet, which means that it has a purpose.
• 26:57
SPEAKER_01: If it has a purpose, it's edible.
• 26:59
SPEAKER_01: It means it's chaiben maestrus.
• 27:00
SPEAKER_01: We'll hold it over here and get job.
