- 0:29[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, dude, I designed it and then popped it off.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_08]: The problem is you don't really know what's gonna turn out.

- 0:46[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, for the cocaine ring leaders there, got the nice dollar bill in the middle of it.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_08]: Go to drinkingbrows.com in order that now.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_08]: This is fucking awesome, dude.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_08]: Way to go, Brandon.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_08]: Shoutouts to you, my friends.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_08]: Breaking news, Anthony at the top here with one of the women, she's the head of Fox Business.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_08]: Maria,
- 1:13[SPEAKER_08]: How do we pronounce that blue keyword talking about her about a Romo hot aroma part of Romo hot aroma.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_08]: There you go.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, she's out at Fox News after 12 and a half years.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_08]: Like that no explanation middle of the day.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_08]: She going to be the new White House press secretary think.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_06]: I haven't heard anything about her.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know anything about anybody.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_08]: Scott Jennings was pitch, but then that kind of died down.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_08]: And she just magically went off air for kind of no reason.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_06]: So what are the odds on calcium sand for no stated reason?
- 1:52[SPEAKER_06]: None.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_06]: That doesn't mean there's no reason.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_08]: Well, it just says we wish her the best internet and her next chapter.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_08]: So Fox just released a statement right now and variety.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_08]: That means there is a next chapter.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_06]: I was always the next chapter.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, what are they going to say?
- 2:06[SPEAKER_06]: Ah, fuck you.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_06]: What was on Shia Law?
- 2:09[SPEAKER_09]: Didn't she work for Trump recently?
- 2:11[SPEAKER_08]: She was like his lawyer for something, right?
- 2:13[SPEAKER_08]: No.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think so.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_08]: I think she's been at Fox like full time for 12 and a half years.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_08]: So she's...
- 2:18[SPEAKER_09]: I think of a different Fox person.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, she's not even an attorney, she's been in drugs.
- 2:23[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, I was thinking of the... She's in the business.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_08]: She knows the bad.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_08]: Bidness.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_08]: And right into the 15 weeks.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_08]: Bidness, lady.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_08]: But it's 12 and a half years.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_08]: Uh...
- 2:37[SPEAKER_08]: I, you said 29% on calcium?
- 2:39[SPEAKER_08]: Yep.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, that would certainly fit.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_08]: You don't lose your job in the middle of the day like this.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_08]: your employees wish you the best unless you're probably not taking that gig and let's face it with the economy the way that it is
- 2:54[SPEAKER_08]: You know, we always talk about messaging with the White House.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_08]: Um, she could at least explain the financial side of things, which aren't fucking great right now.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_08]: So, yeah, this could be an excellent choice for White House press secretary if she's taking that gig.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_09]: I was thinking of Jeanine Perreo.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_08]: That's who I had him.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, Pirro.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_09]: Pirro.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, Pirro Maniacs, too.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_08]: Yes.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_08]: I'm a fucking Pirro Maniac bro.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_08]: I'm a huge fan of hers.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_08]: I'm kidding.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_08]: I think she's hilarious and does.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_08]: She was played by Elana Yubak in that movie, friend of the show.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_05]: She's been on the show.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_08]: A lot of Yubak's the best.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_08]: I think she should have been nominated for an Oscar for it.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_08]: It was a Nicole Kidman and all that other shit.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_08]: But yeah, keeping eye on this, that's where my money would go.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_08]: You don't typically get fired at one o'clock on a Thursday.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_08]: And I'm not reading any reports that she's gotten fired.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_08]: It's just that
- 3:47[SPEAKER_08]: She's no longer with the network.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_06]: I don't, I haven't seen anything on the nature of the separation.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_06]: So, you have to assume.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, but that's a good choice, if so.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_06]: A good time to make, to put some money down in a prediction.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_08]: No, no.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_08]: So if you're out there, calcium, promo code, drinking $25 for $25 right now.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_08]: If you predict that right now, shit.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_08]: I'd be a big one, but it all could be a ruse, who knows, man, who knows, who knows any more for Christ's sex, would I do know it?
- 4:22[SPEAKER_06]: George Santos got banned.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_06]: Did he?
- 4:26[SPEAKER_06]: Permanently.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_06]: It was either from college or your polymarket for betting on his own behavior.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_08]: Stop it.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, he's the first person to ever be permanently banned from the site.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_08]: Wow from whichever one it was.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know which one it was.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_08]: Well, it's not betting.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_08]: It's predicting.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_06]: So he was predicting his own behavior.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_06]: No, he was betting because he was, that's why, yeah, calcium, they banned him.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_06]: He was betting and insider betting.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_06]: He wasn't predicting because it's his choice.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, yeah, that's true.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_06]: I use the word.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_06]: He fucking, uh, to be honest, I'm surprised you can't file criminal charges for something like that.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, uh, didn't that guy, he criminal charges for, um, through the mirror, they're out.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_08]: Actually, we see their top stories.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_06]: So yeah, yeah, the green braid dead, but was it on, that was on Polly, wasn't it?
- 5:15[SPEAKER_06]: Or Calshay, it was one of them.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_08]: It was one of them.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_08]: I think it was Polly Market, is what he did.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, I think you're right, I'll look into it now.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_06]: I don't remember which one it was, but he definitely got yoked up pretty good.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_06]: That was not smart.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_08]: I'm a Calshay homie dude, this, I mean, then I wanted to sponsor obviously, but there's something just easier.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_08]: So when I reached out to those guys, it was like, hey,
- 5:31[SPEAKER_06]: This is it you guys are easy to do it and that'll lead us into our top story here Well, I think there's like I think before we get into that on the on the theme of the shirt and I guess to some degree of Maduro Do you see Ryan Reynolds whining about the 80s?
- 5:48[SPEAKER_08]: No, what about it?
- 5:50[SPEAKER_08]: He's doing a movie on the 80s that comes out soon.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_08]: It's him and Kenneth Branagh
- 5:54[SPEAKER_08]: Um, hang on, I'll send it to you, I blew.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_06]: I think I got it.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_06]: This is the gayest shit I've ever, and it's not, he, when did he become such, yeah, this is it, this play it.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_06]: I've got, when did he become so gay?
- 6:05[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, a couple of years ago.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, this is the most, one of the most pathetic fucking things I've ever watched in my life.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_08]: I haven't seen it, but he's, it looks like he's on the red carpet promoting this movie.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_08]: It is an 80s movie, too.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_08]: It's USA versus Russian, like an old school, like, throw back movie to the 80s.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_08]: He's playing an American in, in Kenneth Brandt, I was playing a Russian.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_02]: uh... press play what's interesting about when you get far enough away from time period that's quite distinct i think there's always a lovely feeling associated is almost like you pay over all the trauma with like puffy dogs and ice cream and the eighties was a brutal brutal time for people it's a fucking mess it's like you know people forget that it was like that was a tremendous strife political tensions everywhere you know we're still like pretty fresh off like
- 6:54[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it's a tumultuous period, but you look back at it now, and you're like, oh, yeah, top gun, cocaine, like, no, it was like a really scary.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_02]: So I think, you know, I think when you look back at 2026 in this era, I think you're going to like pick on the big ticket items that don't really, didn't really leave the footprint culturally that you would think it would, like, I don't know, so much of the odds were like, like a mix of all the decades previous, whereas the decades previous were their own things.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_02]: So
- 7:22[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_02]: I wonder what it's gonna be.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_02]: It's gonna be like the oh the COVID era or something I've no idea.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_02]: No, you're probably right.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_02]: It'll be Rose color glasses.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_02]: Of course.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_02]: This we are living in the freaking salad dates right now We just don't know it
- 7:40[SPEAKER_06]: That's a gay as shit I've heard my life he should die the 80's speechless the 80's fucking speech it was top gone in cocaine You're right and you could have stopped right there.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_06]: That's it What the fuck all of us all of us grew up except for this bitch over here all of us grew up in the 80's the 80's were fucking dope I honestly have no idea what he's talking about the 80's were awesome
- 8:00[SPEAKER_08]: My 12-year-old, no lie, maybe two weeks ago, said it seems like the 80s and 90s were the best and it never got better than that.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_08]: Because is that true and I go, it is.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_08]: I think it all went to shit in the 2000s.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_08]: You're 100%.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_08]: And it's social media, shit, we were talking about this early and Ron's Paris Revolution with those fucking child controls we're gonna do on meta.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_08]: She do those in adults too.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_06]: It's not social media, it's all social media that it was exposed human weakness.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_06]: That's all.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_06]: Anything else would have done it to.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_06]: And any new modality would have exposed human weakness.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_06]: We're just a bunch of fucking bitches.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, dude.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, that's the most pathetic.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_06]: diatribe this is like obviously on the set he and some of the other homosexuals were reminiscing about the 1980s and
- 8:50[SPEAKER_06]: we're probably doing cocaine because these are the kind of dumbass ideas that you talk about when you're on you know you would never talk about how bad the 80s were unless you were on drugs trying to prove a point.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_06]: And he was sitting around in some group probably all dudes probably nude and oiled up doing cocaine and there were one one asshole that had the bag was like you know the 80s were kind of brutal and everybody else that wanted some of the cocaine was like oh yeah the 80s were brutal could I get another bump of that
- 9:20[SPEAKER_06]: What a fucking twat.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_08]: Oh my god dude.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_08]: So you're the answer to your question as two years ago.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_08]: When him and his wife filed that ball downy, lawsuit is when he lost his fucking mind.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_08]: The behind the scenes shit from that, you can read all the text messages on the shit was.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_08]: was bonkers and slick.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_08]: You have the biggest movie in the world, which is now number two.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_08]: That was the highest rated movie for radar.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_08]: Highest grossing radar movie of all time with Deadpool and Wolverine.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_08]: That was passed by Spider-Man and I don't think he's amped about this movie.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_08]: The trailer wasn't very good.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_06]: So, I don't think the 2000s were that bad either.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_06]: Really?
- 10:00[SPEAKER_06]: No.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_06]: I think the 80s, if you were gay maybe, sucked because you everybody had AIDS.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_06]: Um, but plenty of poppers, plenty of cocaine.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_06]: So, you know, it's a mixed bag.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_06]: The 90s were objectively good.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_06]: It were great.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know who would other than magic johnson have a problem of the 90s or Nicole Brown Simpson, but or Kurt Cobain.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_06]: And he did it to himself.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I agree.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_08]: Well, we don't know that.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, he did it.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_06]: Could have been the maid.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_06]: He did it.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_06]: It's the 90s were awesome.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_06]: And the early 2000s were awesome, too.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, it got kicked off with a bang.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_08]: Sure did.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_08]: 9 11 11.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_08]: Never forget, guys.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_08]: Never forget 25 years.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_08]: 25 to me it all went out went to shit with like lime wire and everything that was kind of I was kind of it for me I was just like all right cool them.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_08]: We're all done and then social media and all the other shits and Yeah, dude.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah I'd love love just to get that flip phone.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_08]: Did they do it yet?
- 11:04[SPEAKER_08]: Did they do the fucking iPhone thing?
- 11:07[SPEAKER_07]: It's gonna be on September 9th.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, so we got another week.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah six more days.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_07]: I'll stop jacking off today
- 11:13[SPEAKER_08]: wait till that day, Koop.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_07]: Keep edging.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_07]: It's coming.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_08]: I think he's just keep rubbing and keep rubbing.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, man, yeah, they make it come.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_08]: And can't keep rubbing if we're in a little bit, okay?
- 11:25[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, the 80s were fucking awesome, dude.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_08]: God damn it, dude.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_08]: It's over the 90s.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_08]: The rest of it's just been bullshit to be real, man.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_08]: But fuck it.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_08]: You know, let's get into the news here.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_08]: Hard hitting.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_08]: Journalists.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_08]: Maduro's on trial.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_08]: Finally, how long is that fucking guy been in jail?
- 11:47[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know, we scooped him up before this Iran should go.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_09]: I know, right?
- 11:50[SPEAKER_09]: So what would...
- 11:51[SPEAKER_09]: I remember it, I was in Disney World when it happened.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_09]: So I remember the day exactly.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_09]: I was like, yeah.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_08]: We didn't fell up by goofy what we used what was going on there.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_09]: Man, I was like, I was fucking rotten Star Wars rides.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_09]: It was great.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_09]: You know, I felt like I was Maduro in the helicopter.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_08]: Getting finger blasted by Snow White.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, dude.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_08]: The Maduro former Venezuelan leader, Nicholas Maduro in his wife.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_08]: Celia Flores asks a federal judge Wednesday to dismiss the drug trafficking charges against them arguing among other things that the pair have sovereign immunity according to court documents.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_08]: No American court is ever presided over
- 12:33[SPEAKER_08]: The criminal trial of a foreign leader who was recognized by their own country as the sitting ahead of states at the time the charges were brought.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_08]: It's not an accident of history, it reflects a role older than the common law.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_08]: Heads of states are exempt from the criminal process of any nation, or excuse me, national courts.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_08]: but their own.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_08]: That immunity flows not from good will that can be withdrawn on a whim but from the perfect equality and absolute independence of our sovereign.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_06]: Cool, so the common law as we know it began sometime in the 11th century probably with the
- 13:17[SPEAKER_06]: We how many fucking heads of state have been seized and executed since then.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_06]: I mean I don't know what the fuck this guy's talking about, but there's no immunity from prosecution under any circumstances.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_06]: If you're a fucking if you're the head of a narco terrorist organization and that organization's operating in the United States, they're gonna kill you or put you in prison.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah
- 13:43[SPEAKER_06]: That's the end of the story there, but I don't know what the fuck he's talking about.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, there's the appeal he's making to common lies odd.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_06]: I don't understand that at all.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I don't really get it.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_08]: Play this clip right here.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_00]: a Joan Wednesday to dismiss their drug trafficking and indictment, not going to happen.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_08]: They're lawyers argue that they have immunity as a family or I just wanted to check in and see what other people were saying like if I'm fucking retarded here, which the answer is obviously yes, but mildly.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_08]: I'll be fully retarded someday, but yeah, this seems like a slam dunk thing.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_08]: The other thing too is I had stopped thinking about these people.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_08]: Like, what was the date on this?
- 14:27[SPEAKER_08]: Like, as soon as they went in the jail, I just kind of gave up on this.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, I don't, we, we what?
- 14:39[SPEAKER_06]: Man World Noreiga, who's from, I don't know, 200 miles away from Venezuela.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_06]: was arrested by U.S. Army Rangers and the DEA and brought to the United States where he stayed in federal prison for like 1,000 years.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_06]: That was just the most recent one.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_08]: Pineapple face.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_08]: I remember pineapple face.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_08]: And we got shots to him in prison.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_08]: Or was he, they don't let a court in federal trial?
- 15:12[SPEAKER_08]: That's not him.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_07]: Come on now.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_08]: Hey, I shot some a doro dude, given fucking chess balls.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_08]: Who's he dapping up?
- 15:19[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, thank you.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 15:39[SPEAKER_07]: But yeah, what what was the date in the month when you get roped up you know it was January 3rd 2026 my birthday shit really that's a good version No one cares when you're fucking birthday.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_08]: I do blue happy birthday to happy birthday.
- 15:51[SPEAKER_08]: Don't sneak it in again.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_08]: I don't care.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, this is actually shit.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_08]: This is the ninth month of
- 15:58[SPEAKER_08]: You know, three months away to the next birthday.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_08]: So we're getting close.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_08]: We're getting really close to that.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_07]: We sticking with the three three window for predictions.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I'm going to give you really.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_06]: So I have to fucking hear about it.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, he's going to Disney world.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_08]: Is that what you're doing for your birthday?
- 16:17[SPEAKER_09]: Again.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_09]: Now I'm getting blue TV.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_08]: I look, if you want to go back, go back, live your fucking best life.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_08]: Wait, which one's world?
- 16:27[SPEAKER_07]: That's for a quarter.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_06]: Florida.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_06]: No, I'll be there.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yeah.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_08]: Are you serious?
- 16:31[SPEAKER_08]: Not in January, no.
- 16:33[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_08]: But yeah, as far as Monroe's concern, you may think that I'm shocked about is the wife is still there.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_08]: Usually, she cuts a deal, and they don't usually take the wife down with them, like pineapple face.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_06]: She shouldn't have been standing there.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_06]: I get it.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean, this is like, I think this is us sending a message to all the Latin American women to not not be Latin American women.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_06]: I don't have no idea why they arrested her.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_06]: I'm sure there's charging document.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_06]: Can you find blue?
- 17:06[SPEAKER_06]: Can you find the charging documents?
- 17:09[SPEAKER_06]: They have to be public by now, would imagine.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_08]: I bet a lot of it was jumpropping, you know?
- 17:16[SPEAKER_08]: he was just an avid jump rope or they were like, we don't like that if you're going to fucking jail.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_08]: Or it could be the chick that's running, they got to him place right now.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_08]: And then he got shine bombed down there in Mexico.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I don't know, maybe they were worried that she would form a counter government to Delsea Rodriguez or something like that if they just left her there.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_06]: That doesn't mean they'll be able to secure a prosecution, but once Nicholas's charged or tried and convicted, then it won't really matter, I don't think.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_06]: You know, I don't think people give his shit and then Bolsonaro is going to win in Brazil.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_06]: So the entirety of South America is going to be Republican.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_08]: So now that he's out of here, what do they do with them after that?
- 18:04[SPEAKER_08]: Because I think they're in that Brooklyn.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_08]: detention center that the rest of them usually are, and then they get shipped out elsewhere.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_08]: I think El Chapo's in Colorado, maybe?
- 18:13[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I think so.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_06]: Um, yeah, I don't know where they'll send them to the service time.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, it would be funny to send them to be bunkmates with El Chapo, and then they just inform like the strongest cartel of all time.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_06]: Could you imagine it would be best if there was just one and one that you can negotiate with right the most of the violence doesn't come necessarily from Not anymore under Pablo is primarily targeted because everybody was afraid of him, but it was primarily targeted towards politicians and law enforcement She'll like that, but for the new cartels is mostly enter a cartel violence And and shit like that if there's just if there's only one of them
- 18:56[SPEAKER_06]: then that's not a huge issue and then you know who to kill things get out of line I think that's probably the best case in the area that's what they were doing in secario right yeah yeah uh they're working on a third by the way right now uh homeboy's gonna do it so he's gonna rewrite it yeah Taylor shared in dude
- 19:16[SPEAKER_08]: I should.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_08]: I don't probably going to be good.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_08]: Josh, you're all in just confirmed it today.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_06]: Did you find the charging documents?
- 19:21[SPEAKER_06]: Can you just like Oh, can you put them in rock or something and distill this to what she specifically be in charge with?
- 19:28[SPEAKER_06]: So it looks like they're doing all of them.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_09]: So it's the United States of America versus Nicholas Maduro Somebody else and Celia Flores
- 19:39[SPEAKER_09]: Demandor hurt his wife.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_09]: So it looks like they're kind of just lumping all of them together and giving them all the same charges.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_09]: Maybe.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_09]: Like a kind of like a reco thing.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_09]: Maybe.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_09]: They're all defendants listed in the same charging documents.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_09]: Interesting.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, because if they were going to go onesy twosies there, they would have split this up.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, they're charging them Cartel Dacelet, Salais, a single unit.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_06]: So, conspiracy to import cocaine, conspiracy to engage in narcoterrorism, using and carrying machine guns and destructive devices during an in-relation to drug trafficking crimes.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_06]: Is there a, can we get a picture of this brought by the, uh, kids you imagine if she was just rolling around the compound with an aka, and then conspiracy to do the same, which is just an add on charge, um, she accepted.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_06]: It also led just that she personally accepted bribes this facilitate cocaine trafficking, help manipulator influence Venezuela's anti drug institutions to protect traveling operations.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_06]: But if it had personally from the alleged drug trafficking enterprise, I mean any wife, see where you can just arrest gangsters wife now?
- 20:56[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that's what they're doing.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_06]: That's odd.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_06]: But they're doing there.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_06]: She's pleaded not guilty.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_06]: But that that face has guilty of me.
- 21:08[SPEAKER_06]: Just lock her up, tired of hearing about it.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_08]: Same.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_08]: I didn't even know that they were still in existence and so this got brought up again.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_08]: That's how crazy it's been over the last eight months.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_08]: Where I had totally forgotten about this case.
- 21:22[SPEAKER_08]: Um, he had their fucking A.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_08]: Is there any picks or hurt rolling around with an AK?
- 21:28[SPEAKER_06]: I gotta tell you on the lady's ship.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_06]: He better fucking, this isn't, this is an interesting move on his part, frankly, because he would be best to shut the fuck up and just let this play out.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_06]: If by some chance a New York federal district judge agrees with his statement and says, yeah, the U.S. DOJ doesn't have standing to try you here.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_06]: What do you think we're going to do release him?
- 21:59[SPEAKER_06]: No, we're going to send him to the fucking worst place we can find that we'll try him for whatever crimes and then put him in C-COT.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_06]: Honestly, right, like Haseekot is how what percentage of Seekot presenters or TDA trendy or Radoa?
- 22:13[SPEAKER_08]: I think it's from Venezuela.
- 22:15[SPEAKER_08]: 98% if I remember correctly.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_06]: No, they have their own local gang, too.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, really?
- 22:20[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_06]: They got a fun, flirty local gang, huh?
- 22:22[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it's called MS-13.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_06]: Oh.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_06]: That's one of the most brutal fucking street gangs of all time.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_06]: Shit, dude.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_06]: Way worse than TDA ever was, but yeah, what percentage of Seekot is TDA?
- 22:34[SPEAKER_06]: Looks like 98%.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, I've got the opposite.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, you'd, oh, what do you have, Luke?
- 22:39[SPEAKER_07]: Wait, well, we probably over all see caught population overwhelming majority estimated at over 98% or Salvadoran gang members, primarily from MS 13 and Barrio 18.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_07]: And then what?
- 22:50[SPEAKER_09]: So there's 238 deportees identified as trend Aeragua, so 0.6%.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_06]: So we just still fucking 250 dudes there.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I think.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_06]: That's his other option, frankly, is that we turn him over to El Salador for fucking prosecution for drug trafficking.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I'm just saying, you're not exactly in a position of authority or power right now.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_06]: It might be time to cut a deal and plead guilty and pick your fucking prison to spend the next however many years, Norya, or God, I think it was 20 years, maybe.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, and I was going to say the way that they had Norya got locked up, it's like he had his own private estate, didn't he?
- 23:38[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, really?
- 23:39[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, so Maduro definitely wants to be convicted here.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_07]: Is there picks at that?
- 23:43[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I'm sure there is.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_07]: We'll look.
- 23:46[SPEAKER_08]: If you're the chick, you probably want to go to that Martha Stewart one.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_06]: She was kind of fucking rolling around the yard, just showing out making she's gags and shit.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_06]: And so he was at the FCI Miami for a while.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, he got, he served 17 years.
- 24:00[SPEAKER_08]: Did he die in jail?
- 24:02[SPEAKER_06]: No.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_06]: No, then he served consecutive in France for one year.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_06]: and then in Panama, for the next six, where he died.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_06]: Interesting.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_06]: So they sent him back to Panama, huh?
- 24:18[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_08]: I didn't know that.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_06]: Eventually, yeah, it's funny that the country he fucked up the most got the last bite at him, but they didn't get the final bite, so.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, that's really not smart of his
- 24:32[SPEAKER_06]: But, you know, these leaders, their fucking megalomaniax, Saddam Hussein was offered all kinds of shit and he was like, fuck you, just kill me.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_08]: Really?
- 24:40[SPEAKER_06]: Yep.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_06]: What was he offered, you know?
- 24:43[SPEAKER_06]: To not die, for sure.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_06]: To give up information on the bath party in Syria and all sorts of other bullshit.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_06]: The Communist M.E.K.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_06]: group that came from a ran after the Iranian Revolution ended.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_06]: was operated with a bath party and bagged dead for a while.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_06]: They asked him about that, all sorts of other shit.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_06]: Any kind of information on chemical weapons programs that might still be going on.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_06]: He was like, no, fuck you, kill me.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_06]: You don't remember him standing up in the Iraqi court.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_06]: It's fucked you.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_08]: That's right.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_08]: And then he'd be the president, fuck you.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_08]: And then he got, when he was getting head popped off there, he said just get it over with.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, he didn't, I don't know how much of a, like Saddam wasn't a religious true believer, or anything like that.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_06]: He had a fucking Quran transcribed in blood, which is like her arm.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_06]: You can't do that.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_06]: You may as well fucking bake it and jack off a Jew, you know what I mean?
- 25:42[SPEAKER_06]: Who's blood was it?
- 25:44[SPEAKER_06]: I don't, I think it might have been his own.
- 25:46[SPEAKER_06]: Can you look at it?
- 25:46[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it was his own.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_06]: I think it was his own.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_08]: That's kind of bad ass.
- 25:53[SPEAKER_08]: I think I would want, uh, maybe the first edition of, of a, of a, of a sues book or something.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_06]: I had Hulk Fendon just because of how many time the N word is in the, yeah, that's a good one.
- 26:04[SPEAKER_08]: Fuck, uh, blue coat of your DMs here.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_08]: There is a shot of, uh, uh, uh, this check.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, the N-word appears two hundred and nineteen times in the Avengers of the Huckleberry Finn.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_06]: You're kidding.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_06]: Now I did the director's cuts.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_06]: There's like three thousand in words in mind.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_06]: Some of them don't even make sense.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_08]: I wish I could get a version on Amazon word.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_08]: Almost said the N-word.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_08]: And every other word was there.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think Amazon sells anymore, but somebody did sneak one on there and it was like I think it said 350 pages of just the N-word and it's all blank inside of something.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_06]: It's just like a coffee table book.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_08]: The fucking book that beat me out for number one for audio book was that goddamn reimagining of huck Finn and slavery and all that shit.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_08]: James is what it's called.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_08]: This is named Jim.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_08]: Oh yeah.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_08]: Well that was part of his name.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_08]: It was Edward Jim, right?
- 26:59[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_07]: Well that's a polite way to put it.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_07]: Well I'm just going by the book.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_07]: Me personally.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_07]: I was on a first name basis with them.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_08]: You guys were homies, dude.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_08]: Did you give you, he gave you the pass back in the day.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_06]: He didn't really need to.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_06]: He's doing, he didn't own his own person.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_06]: Um, oh, damn, Columbia just did an operation this morning and killed 32 terrorists.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_06]: 23, excuse me.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_08]: Hey, Maxiko is lighten up Cartel members right now too.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_06]: They're just, this is the president's personal fucking Twitter page.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_06]: And he's posted of picture of 23 bodybacks.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_08]: Are you kidding?
- 27:39[SPEAKER_08]: Wow, all right.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_08]: Let's fucking party dude.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_08]: Let's go.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_08]: This is great fucking holiday weekend fucking facts here.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_06]: Let's go Shine bombs down there fucking light and people up the point is they're not fucking around in most of Latin America anymore.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_06]: As a matter of fact Mexico is kind of the lone holdout now.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_06]: with all their globalist bullshit.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_06]: Everybody else is kind of countdown to the United States at this point.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_06]: I guess Brazil technically hasn't reelected Bolsonaro yet, but it's common soon.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_06]: And we've kind of done a pencer maneuver on Mexico.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_06]: They're going to be, if they keep fucking around, well, economically isolate them, because we control central and South American.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_06]: Obviously, we control North America.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_06]: So it's going to be a bit of a problem for them.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_06]: If they don't
- 28:26[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, yeah, I think that that whole continent's going to flip eventually.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_06]: Well, that most of it already has, but Brazil is the only one left.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_08]: Chile and Peru are kind of middle to road, I guess, but you know, yeah, I think they're all going to fucking turn after what after seeing what would happen there.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_08]: What is approval ratings at like 99% that dude in El Salvador?
- 28:48[SPEAKER_08]: And yeah, you could keep that gig forever as long as you're fucking cool.

- 29:46[SPEAKER_08]: I said, I don't do that.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_08]: I haven't got my ribs removed and I'm not going to suck my own dick.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_08]: And he goes, all right, we'll just give us like a lock of the week.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_08]: Then I said, all right, I will.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_08]: So this weekend's my lock of the week is all miss minus six and a half against Louisville.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_08]: Game is on Sunday.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_08]: I was going to go with LSU, but I don't know what's going to happen there.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_08]: That's still TBD and up in the air.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_08]: A bunch of people are trying to file emergency injunctions and all that other shit.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_08]: I'm sure all eyes will be on that game on Saturday night.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_08]: We don't know if those NFL players are going to play or what's going to happen.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_08]: But in the meantime, Ole Miss minus six and a half Sunday nights, they're playing Louisville.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_08]: It is in Nashville, a Titan Stadium there, the Liberty Bowl kickoff, which I've never heard of before, but good for you guys.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_08]: All right, but we got college football on tonight Friday nights Saturday night Sunday all day And then Monday night is well Oh god, I'm so happy.
- 30:52[SPEAKER_08]: I'm so fucking happy and hard and I'm glad that it's back So my lock of the week is Ole Miss minus six and a half I think they got a 29 year old quarterback or something Everybody's coming back these days
- 31:06[SPEAKER_08]: um... so let's fucking do it dude uh... all in on that uh... tonight there's a banger of a game on dude Georgia's playing coloreno
- 31:15[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know how they're gonna do this year with other QB, but that's a fun one So yeah, do Friday night games all of it dude fucking lock on in load up on my bookie Use promo code bros get 50 to get a five hundred dollar betback and if you lose You'll just get your money right back immediately.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_08]: So you can you can bet on something else there and the casinos of fucking blast I did that tournament with those guys and
- 31:44[SPEAKER_08]: was playing roulette in that two-hour tournament and shit got heated dude playing with real dealers around the world and they're not waiting on you and don't give a shit and they turn off the volume so you can't scream at them and I was unaware if I would scream at them and so I got into that tournament and turns out yes yes I did so I understand why it's muted.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_08]: All right, I understand that my bookie and I enjoy it next up from bad to worse employers are projecting premium increases that will jump at least 8% for next year.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_08]: God, that would be a dream, actually, um, this year for us was like 200% I think.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_08]: More than double general inflation and they're planning to pass along a big chunk of it on to their workers, according to several health benefit reports out this month.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_08]: A report Tuesday from Employee Benefits...
- 32:35[SPEAKER_08]: consultation company Marsh, formerly Mercer, which said total health benefit costs per employee is expected to rise.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_08]: 8.2% on average in 2027, the highest increase since 2003, Jesus Christ.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_08]: The Marsh report follows a report last week from business group on health that is projecting an employer health care cost trend that will rise at a median
- 33:02[SPEAKER_08]: of 9.2% for 2027 employee benefit year.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_08]: Now, when I said ours was up 200, I think that was all in.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_08]: So all the employees all in on that one for hard AF and all that other shits and then including the properties as well.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_08]: Dan, I don't know a way out of this, man.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_06]: Wages are expected to rise 3.3 to 3.5%
- 33:34[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, at this point, here's what I've been pitched personally, is, hey, dude, go into the back end, start developing a system with like a gusto or a rippling or something like that, and then having some of your employee salary end up paying for that health plan and shit like that, so like, I mean, they're trying all kinds of fucking ways to to get creative with this, um, yeah, because they want you to keep fucking paying, um, right for their shit
- 34:05[SPEAKER_06]: There's no alternative to the health insurance that is currently being provided to us, whereas in the past there would be some kind of alternative.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, even to not have it, technically speaking, you're not allowed to not have health insurance.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean, I was because it's a tax.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_06]: That's what John Roberts gave us.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, um, yeah, I think, uh, I think this is going to get interesting really quick, it will the will employers and this current market who are having trouble.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_06]: trying to get people to work for them, be able to afford any of this.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think so.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_06]: No.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_06]: There's no, like you can't, you can't double inflation and over over the of a wage increase.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_06]: I'm sorry, double healthcare costs over wage increase.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_06]: year after year by the way has been going on for a while.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know what they're going to do with this.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_08]: I don't either, man, because Obamacare is expensive too, man.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_08]: So, you know, when you got shuddled over there after, I've told a story in the show before in the past.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_08]: It's 2011 or 2012, whatever the fuck it was.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_08]: You know, we had to switch our whole company over to that shit, including myself, and if you had over 30 employees, that went up and up.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_08]: This is going up and up.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_08]: I reached out to ahead of the CEO of crowd health.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_08]: I'm going to try to get them on the show because that's an alternative.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_08]: I'm in the weeds on this.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_08]: I'd love for you to come on the show and talk about it because we got to try to figure out a way to fix this.
- 36:04[SPEAKER_08]: I just don't know what it is.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_08]: And I think the last time I asked you, Bluek, it was what 19 million were on Obamacare, which isn't enough.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_08]: It's 23.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_08]: Is it?
- 36:16[SPEAKER_08]: Because that's not enough to support that system and then drive all the rest of the costs down.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_08]: They needed like a crazy amount of people on it.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_06]: So over the, this is not relative to inflation, but since 19.2 million.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_06]: Let's see, the average of cumulative wage growth since 2017 is somewhere between 35 and 40%.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_06]: the average overall health care cost is up 62% while the average family health premium is up 44%.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_06]: So the families so far have been paying for somewhere between 74% more than what they would normally would.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_06]: relative to the rise and wages.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_06]: But the healthcare costs themselves are 22 to 27 percent higher.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_06]: and that somebody's paying for that is and and from our experience uh... it's the employer that's we've picked up the tab and all that stuff yeah so far but there's a good there's a fucking runaway on that i'd just like for any company it's just a math problem um... there are companies who can absorb that but even
- 37:38[SPEAKER_06]: March says few organizations can absorb health care, health costs, increases the outpatient inflation without making it difficult, financial decisions.
- 37:51[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, there's a squeeze on every part of our economy right now.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_06]: It's one thing if one thing was fucked up or this other thing was fucked up or whatever, but everything is fucked up right now.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_06]: There's no release valve for all the pressure that's on the economy right now, and if one doesn't get created too, we're going to have a depression.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, that's the only thing that I can
- 38:13[SPEAKER_08]: potentially think of here because you're looking at health care, you're looking at food, you're looking at energy, you're looking at gas, you're looking at property taxes increasing around the nation, fuck is there anything good?
- 38:30[SPEAKER_06]: Well, what's going to happen is, instead of looking at the back end, I mean, health insurance companies are going to have to start doing this, they're going to have to start providing an all-acquart menu that takes services and medications off the table that drive costs up.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_06]: So all the GOP ones are gone.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_06]: In 2027, when you do your health care stuff in October, September, whenever it is, if you guys run on a fiscal, you're like that, all that stuff will be gone.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_06]: The plan design changes like having a higher deductible and having higher member out of pocket costs, all that stuff is going to get folded in.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, a lot of the, any kind of experience, and it looked, this may end up over time being a good thing because the insurance companies are going to have to negotiate down drug prices because it's becoming unavoidable for people.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, and you know, we talked about that story with Trump and Trump, our acts and everything else.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_08]: I asked my parents about it.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_08]: They're both senior citizens and retired, and they said,
- 39:30[SPEAKER_08]: We haven't seen a fucking change in our drug prices at all.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_08]: So where the fuck is that money?
- 39:36[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know what's gonna happen here.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_07]: I really don't.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, it's, you look at the stock market and you're like, okay, how we break in records when literally every part of our economy sucks right now and shit, I had this conversation this morning about interest rates, that's not changing.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_08]: by the end of the year, right?
- 39:56[SPEAKER_08]: What happens if they hike?
- 39:57[SPEAKER_08]: I'm going to go up.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_08]: I was just going to say, yeah, yeah.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_06]: What happens if they hike interest rates, then we'll probably, I mean, nobody's going to lend money anymore.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_06]: Credit cards are going to have to cap limits.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_06]: People are going to run out of money.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_06]: That's what I'll have.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_06]: And then more like to the point, I think, is businesses will start to fail.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_08]: Mm-hmm.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_06]: Who doesn't know why they'll have access to capital anymore?
- 40:27[SPEAKER_08]: No.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_08]: And then the other part of this is with the fraud shit that's going on for healthcare and all these other states that they were fused to clean up.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_08]: Like Minnesota just flat out said, hey, no, we're done with this bullshit.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_08]: California's got that Nick Shirley Act and everything.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not sure what's gonna happen.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_08]: I can tell you this, one of the schools that one of my kids was asked to fill out one of those forms about autism.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_08]: I was like yanked them and right to fuck out of there.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_08]: That's what they're doing at all these fucking daycares and all this other shit.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_08]: That's how they're getting money from the government.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_08]: And I was like, no, I'm not filling out any of this fucking shit.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_08]: like there's nothing wrong with my kid whatsoever.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_08]: So we're good, we'll hike on down the road.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_08]: And they're like, no, no, no, it's not that.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_08]: And I was like, great, could you explain what it is then?
- 41:16[SPEAKER_08]: And there's no explanation for, I know what you're doing.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_08]: Like, everybody's trying to get money for something right now.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_08]: And I just don't know how long any of this is sustainable.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, I really don't.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_08]: Even the Fed was talking about potentially hiking interest rates, which is why I asked that question.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_08]: And fuck dude, I don't know.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_08]: I really don't know.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_08]: And what?
- 41:44[SPEAKER_08]: We're six months from the Iran thing, seven months right now, somewhere in that neighborhood, it seemed like everything was going great up until that point.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_08]: And then it all just went to fucking shit.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_08]: Now, the healthcare thing, this has been going this way for a long time.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I don't know what you can do.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_06]: There was a ticking time bomb because the subsides, the federal subsides, we're gonna run out.
- 42:07[SPEAKER_06]: But, you know, at the end of the day, it's not a, it sucks right now, but it might be a necessary correction.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_06]: The substance that he's running out on Obamacare, one put strain on that system and provide an opportunity to roll it back at least to some degree, which is good, and then to, it's running out of money, so less people are going to be on it, which is also good.
- 42:32[SPEAKER_06]: And the inverse of that is also true that the government can't just print money to send in to it anymore because there's no law saying they can any longer.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know what specific deficit we've been running with Medicare Medicaid.
- 42:50[SPEAKER_06]: I know it's the largest line item in our budget.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know how long that's sustainable.
- 42:56[SPEAKER_08]: What's this clip, Luke?
- 42:58[SPEAKER_09]: uh... they're talking about uh... like possible hit rate hate lit up uh... possible height hiking rates all about the possibility of hiking rates press play on this
- 43:10[SPEAKER_08]: That's what I learned.
- 43:11[SPEAKER_01]: Let's just sit on those comments and we can bring up the quote from Governor Chris Wallace again for our audience on the screen.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_01]: I think Mike to some extent to some degree, the most important line there is his assessment of financial conditions and his assessment of how tight we are at the moment.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_01]: That's a central question for this committee.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_01]: Are we sufficiently restrictive?
- 43:29[SPEAKER_01]: Not just restrictive, but sufficiently restrictive.
- 43:32[SPEAKER_01]: He's saying current policy is only slightly restricting demand.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_01]: Mike, I think that tells you how fine the margins are for him and just why one data point is so important because the only beliefs we're only slightly restrictive.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_01]: Mike, we have a guest on the program about 40 minutes ago, Tony Rodriguez of Newthene, making the case that Governor Chris Woller is a better indicator of the centre of the committee that may be the fed share.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_01]: Mike, you know these guys better than most.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_01]: Do you take that view as well?
- 44:04[SPEAKER_03]: I would take that view right now because Waller has been there for a number of years, and he's obviously got a reputation in his well-known inside the Fed, now maybe Kevin Worsh develops that kind of authority over the committee, but he is new.
- 44:18[SPEAKER_03]: However, Worsh said the same thing.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_03]: Actually, he went farther on the hawkish side saying he didn't think it was restrictive at all.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_03]: It's hard to make the case he said that we are restrictive.
- 44:28[SPEAKER_03]: So basically, you've got the Fed
- 44:30[SPEAKER_03]: officials lining up to say we are going to raise rates if we get stronger than expected CPI this coming Friday and that is a kind of a new thing.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_03]: Remember Chris Walker Kevin Ward said that he doesn't want to depend on one data point and now we're going to be all watching one data point.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_08]: Interesting.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_08]: uh... yeah cause if you're high committee higher aren't you just kind of forcing the economy or a session then at that point maybe
- 45:02[SPEAKER_06]: But nobody's, this is the issue is that nobody is going to cut Medicare and Medicare ads, 700 trillion a year to our debt.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_06]: And then no one's gonna do anything about Social Security with ads, another 250 billion.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_06]: So a trillion dollars a year,
- 45:26[SPEAKER_06]: just short of a trillion is getting added just from two programs that no one has any plan to solve or even any will to know there's no conversation and DC or anywhere else about solving Medicare or solving sources security not one.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_08]: And maybe just maybe at the top of the show we were talking about the Maria chick if in the messaging for the White House if you're going to try to explain this to the American people
- 45:56[SPEAKER_08]: And she's to guess she's getting brought in for that if she indeed ends up being the person now it could be something crazy.
- 46:03[SPEAKER_08]: Like she was given, you know, mushrooms to have her colleagues or something like that.
- 46:07[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe Blaston out dick picks over husband to other people just for laughs.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_08]: We'll find out in the upcoming days here, but it certainly would help if you got up there every day and said, all right, here's how we're going to fix this this and this.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_08]: Problem is, you know, the Democrats have been bitching about this for a while.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_08]: Let's see, you got rid of Obamacare all together.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_08]: You would lose 20 million people on health care.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_08]: know on health insurance or health insurance.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_08]: Excuse me.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_08]: So you would lose 20 million people would lose their health insurance and then have to go seek it elsewhere, which would be more expensive because it is more expensive than Obamacare.
- 46:46[SPEAKER_08]: The one other set of numbers that's more expensive for whom.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_08]: Just the the normal everyday person.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_08]: If you were going to try to get Obamacare versus let's say
- 47:01[SPEAKER_08]: what's another one chub or whatever the fuck it is, it's a lot higher.
- 47:06[SPEAKER_08]: That was the whole thing with Obamacare as it was based on your income, where this isn't.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_08]: So if you made X amount of dollars in Obamacare, you could pay a lower rate.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_08]: But you had to prove that every year and then submit your paperwork.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_08]: I want to say it was by December 1st every year.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_08]: So yeah, it would be higher but because right now Obamacare is pretty much matching the premium
- 47:32[SPEAKER_08]: What's the difference?
- 47:33[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_06]: Well, Obamacare is more expensive for people who don't qualify than the same private health insurance would be.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_08]: What do you mean?
- 47:43[SPEAKER_06]: I mean that if you aren't making under a certain amount, Obamacare would be more expensive.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_06]: Then private health care that liberty or anybody else.
- 47:53[SPEAKER_08]: But all the people on Obamacare aren't really making that much money.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, this is why there's no better proof in human history that socialism doesn't work because it requires other people's money.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_06]: 100 degrees don't have access to.
- 48:08[SPEAKER_06]: And a single, like you can't have a standalone medical welfare system.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_06]: It would have to be, then this is why they've done it.
- 48:21[SPEAKER_06]: It would have to be single pair.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_06]: Everybody would have to pay into the same account and pay for everything that way.
- 48:28[SPEAKER_06]: And the reason, and that's what he said, remember?
- 48:29[SPEAKER_06]: Of course, yeah.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_06]: And the reason that they wanted that way is because you run one large budget and you can fucking drop billions of dollars into people's pockets without everybody without anybody ever really noticing.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_06]: That's the entire point.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_06]: are going to have to, you're going to have to deal with a crash now or sometimes so.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_06]: That's it.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_06]: It's common.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_06]: And when you look at the rest of the medical marketplace, the typical treatments and services that are provided by or covered rather by private health insurance have gone up 300%.
- 49:16[SPEAKER_06]: and the last 15 years or so, while places that don't take insurance, out of pocket, cosmetic surgery, hormone therapy, peptides, et cetera, have actually reduced costs by a third.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_06]: So they've gone down 33% while the other one's gone up 300%.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_06]: And there's no mystery there.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_06]: One has options.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_06]: One has a direct relationship between the customer and the patient.
- 49:51[SPEAKER_06]: There's not some fucking third party that provides no service involved in it that can cost 80%.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_06]: And all this, right?
- 50:00[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, that's just the way it is.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_06]: Listen to both episodes of CitizenX next week.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_06]: We have fallen, we've slipped into this soft despotism where we've back people have been begging for health care reform in America long before many of you were born since the 1980s, which is probably what had our Brian Reynolds so upset, even though he's Canadian and the worst thing to happen there in the 80s was Brian Reynolds was born.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_06]: This, this has been something that people have been clamoring for for a very long time.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_06]: They're like, people don't want to, uh, mate, this is, this is the reality of the situation.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_06]: Nobody, no human being wants to, no human being in America anyway.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_06]: Wants to set aside a couple thousand bucks in a bank account they never touch for a rainy day, for a medical, um,
- 50:57[SPEAKER_06]: I'm able to see or whatever, and it would only be a couple of thousand books, by the way, if we treated it that way, the reason that it's 10, 20, 30, 50 thousand dollars is because we have let somebody else manage it for us.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_06]: And there's going to be a period where it collapses.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_06]: There's no question about that.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_06]: It'll either collapse upward or downward.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_06]: It'll collapse upward, and the system will grow larger and more
- 51:20[SPEAKER_06]: tyrannical or it will collapse entirely down onto the people it'll be one of those two things and I think it would be better for collapse onto the people frankly because then at least you'll act and do something and stop bending over and let these people fuck you up your ass right it's funny man this is everything the Republicans said was going to happen during this Obamacare debate and it all came to fruition and using his own words
- 51:45[SPEAKER_08]: you won't be able to judge a president for about 15 years.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_08]: Well, it's been about 15 years since that happened.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_08]: And here we are right now.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_08]: And you know, you take a state like Minnesota.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_08]: What is it?
- 51:57[SPEAKER_08]: 60% of those fucking waterheads who came to this country are still on welfare, are still on Medicaid, all that other shits.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_08]: They've never even attempted to get off of it.
- 52:08[SPEAKER_08]: So I don't know how you solve that, because that's your voting base.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_08]: So they're not gonna say anything.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_08]: You're not going to get rid of all your voters.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_08]: So yeah, it's fucked, and it's bad out there right now.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_08]: So maybe this, this woman is the answer, and she's going to chat about it, but Trump also ran on this that I'm going to fix health care.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think he knew it was this bad when he got in, which was like, oh shit, how the fuck do we do this?
- 52:35[SPEAKER_08]: Well, he was president under
- 52:37[SPEAKER_08]: on their Obama care last time too.
- 52:39[SPEAKER_08]: He was, yeah.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_08]: And even then, you know, I don't think people really knew where it was just like, all right, are you on this?
- 52:46[SPEAKER_08]: It was kind of a dirty secret, man.
- 52:48[SPEAKER_08]: Like, nobody really even wanted to talk about being on it to be honest with you.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_08]: Like, hey, are you on Obamacare and there was a lot of people who were like, oh, you mean the the poor people's one where you can't choose your doctor and all that shit.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_08]: No, I'm not on that, but there was a lot more people on it.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, just had a curiosity, how many people, what was the height of it?
- 53:04[SPEAKER_08]: And what did it fall to?
- 53:06[SPEAKER_08]: If it's at 19.2 million now, what was the height because you needed something like 50 million people to be on it?
- 53:14[SPEAKER_08]: And that was his whole charge of like, oh, you guys got to be on Obamacare, it's not gonna work.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_07]: P. Kite was 24.3 million people in 2025.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_08]: That was the P. Kite of a Mama Care.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_08]: So you've already lost, fuck.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_08]: 6 million.
- 53:34[SPEAKER_08]: You lost it, you lost it, quarter.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, bad.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_08]: You just essentially lost a quarter of it, man.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_08]: Or a fifth of it in a year.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_08]: That's a lot, man.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_08]: I think a lot of people are, that's the other part of this.
- 53:47[SPEAKER_08]: I think a lot of people are just giving up on health care.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_06]: where the leg I can't afford this so I'm sorry, yeah well that's the other part people will instead of the poor using emergency rooms like
- 54:05[SPEAKER_06]: uh... primary care doctor which is one of the things that was driving up health care cost before all this started um... lower middle class and then middle class people start doing as well and they'll stop caring about bankruptcy because the only thing that the only thing that the the bankruptcy effect on your credit really matters for is by and a fucking house and if you can't do that that rating and the meaning of that vanishes no one will fucking care about that anymore because no matter what your credit as you can still get a car
- 54:34[SPEAKER_06]: doesn't matter.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_06]: You can still get a phone.
- 54:36[SPEAKER_06]: If you can get a phone in a car, you can rent something that nobody's going to give a shit if they can't afford to buy a fucking house.
- 54:41[SPEAKER_06]: They will not care about this and people will start using the health care system the same way that poor people used to.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_06]: That's exactly what I'm having.
- 54:48[SPEAKER_08]: And a banker have seen me last seven years on your record.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_08]: So to your point, then, if you're playing around living in an apartment, not playing on getting a new car or anything else for seven years, you can say, fuck it if you wanted to.
- 55:02[SPEAKER_08]: which is scary shit to think about, actually.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_08]: That'll bring us to an exp answer here, because I mean, shit, if you're doing some shaded home, health care wise, need to keep that bed charged up, maybe the,
- 55:16[SPEAKER_08]: wheelchair charged up the rascal scooter or whatever use that power bank over rich dot com I don't know if it charges all that stuff.
- 55:25[SPEAKER_08]: I'm just assuming because it's fucking awesome.
- 55:28[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
- 55:29[SPEAKER_08]: That's all I'm saying They're a big deal man these guys have been on the show for a couple years now
- 55:35[SPEAKER_08]: They're fucking best by and shit.
- 55:36[SPEAKER_08]: There's that power bank charger.
- 55:39[SPEAKER_08]: So you got one first.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_08]: You recommended it to me.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_08]: I got it and it fucking changed my life and then my goddamn wife stole it and I had to buy my own there.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_08]: So I've got like three of these things at my house.
- 55:52[SPEAKER_08]: Kids love them.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_08]: The beauty of this is it's got every type of plug you could imagine on there.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_08]: Except for the one for drugs, you know, that plug that I'm talking about.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_08]: But yeah, if you're looking at iPhones and droids, fuck.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_08]: iPads, what else have I charged with that at the house, man?
- 56:12[SPEAKER_08]: I've had like four different things plugged into this thing.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, dude, the top of it.

- 56:26[SPEAKER_08]: So you don't even have to take it off.
- 56:28[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, it's got the, what's a good mag law?
- 56:30[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, that stuff is great.

- 56:33[SPEAKER_08]: So you don't have to peel it off.
- 56:35[SPEAKER_08]: Look at all the gross shit underneath your phone case.
- 56:39[SPEAKER_08]: Because it's worse than your pillow when you take that pillow case off and you realize what it's disgusting human being.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_08]: You are looking at that pillow and you're like, oh god, why is there nine different colors on this?
- 56:49[SPEAKER_08]: What am I doing at night for Christ 6?
- 56:51[SPEAKER_09]: And it has a little phone stand thing, too.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_09]: That's pretty cool.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_08]: That's the new one, man.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_08]: I don't have that.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_08]: Is the integrated kickstand?
- 56:58[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, shit, dude.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I don't have that one.

- 57:32[SPEAKER_08]: All right, so they had college and college football and NFL.
- 57:35[SPEAKER_08]: No, they've just signed all the major baseball teams.
- 57:38[SPEAKER_08]: So yeah, look at that.

- 58:15[SPEAKER_08]: We got the Callaway drama the drama and the fallout involving a good good golf in its controversial ad have developed into what feels
- 58:26[SPEAKER_08]: like a never-ending story in the latest chapter involves two figures seated at the top of the brands pyramid stepping down.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_08]: President Joe Flannery, who had only been in the role for a few days when the advertiser was published, is stepping down CEO and co-founder Matt Kendrick is also outs after publicly calling out Callaway after the company cut ties with good good following the
- 58:55[SPEAKER_08]: according to business insider, good goods leader of operations and finance, Alex Pachalla.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_08]: Sure, we'll go with that, share the news in a memo since the company on Wednesday.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_08]: While also announcing that co-founder, Neheed Giga.
- 59:14[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, thank God it was an A on the end of that.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_08]: If it was an, if it was a hard R dude, I would have lost it.
- 59:20[SPEAKER_08]: I would have lost all the shit out of my body, dude.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, is stepping down as, uh, excuse me, stepping into an interim CEO role.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_08]: Good, good, the wildly popular YouTube channel and golf, a parallel brand teamed up with Calaway and late August and collaborated on a new driver to promote the equipment.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_08]: Good, good, shared an advertisement in which co-founder
- 59:44[SPEAKER_08]: shoved a female member of the brand of the grant do we have the commercial here to show blue guy just sent it to you there we go I am salivating to watch this live with you guys here friends play on this
- 1:00:14[SPEAKER_10]: I do not touch my new driver.
- 1:00:21[SPEAKER_06]: I don't even understand what this is an ad for.
- 1:00:25[SPEAKER_08]: It's a new driver, dude.
- 1:00:26[SPEAKER_08]: It doesn't want to touch by some woman.
- 1:00:29[SPEAKER_08]: Okay?
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_08]: Take your goddamn hands off my driver.
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_08]: Play this one more time.
- 1:00:35[SPEAKER_08]: Give it some volume.
- 1:00:37[SPEAKER_08]: It's her scream that always gets me in this by the way.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_05]: Ah!
- 1:00:48[SPEAKER_10]: do not touch my new driver.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_06]: Boy, okay, so here are the material facts, and Calaway doesn't dispute any of this by the way.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_06]: They ask good good to make them an ad.
- 1:01:02[SPEAKER_06]: This is the ad they made, and it was approved by Calaway and then posted.
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_06]: Callaway admitted in a statement that it greenlit the advertisement before it was shared online and that coupled with the company deciding to end this partnership with Good Good, let let the Kendrick bashing them online.
- 1:01:20[SPEAKER_06]: Well, it should.
- 1:01:22[SPEAKER_06]: You hired a production company to make an advertisement for you.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_06]: They did something stupid.
- 1:01:27[SPEAKER_06]: Obviously, this is dumb.
- 1:01:28[SPEAKER_06]: This is not even a good commercial, but they did something stupid and you said, okay, cool and published it.
- 1:01:33[SPEAKER_06]: And as a result
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_06]: you cut what is likely a very large contract with them.
- 1:01:40[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, and then the CEO and one of their other fucking dudes were like, what the fuck?
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_06]: Why'd you do this?
- 1:01:44[SPEAKER_06]: You guys are the ones that approved this.
- 1:01:46[SPEAKER_06]: Then a good good fired those two guys.
- 1:01:49[SPEAKER_06]: Well, good good.
- 1:01:50[SPEAKER_06]: You're a bunch of fucking cunt.
- 1:01:52[SPEAKER_06]: And Callaway, you're a bunch of fucking cowards for not just taking responsibility.
- 1:01:56[SPEAKER_06]: God, everybody involved in this, except for the dudes who made the shitty commercial to be honest, our assholes, and they might be too, frankly, based on that commercial, but this is fucking stupid.
- 1:02:08[SPEAKER_08]: I wonder if it was a method actor, and he's like, look, I really got to push this bitch to the ground.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_06]: of the company.
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_06]: And he's been pushed out of the company because of this.
- 1:02:27[SPEAKER_06]: This is fucking crazy.
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_06]: Callaway, what a what a fucking group of shit bags you are.
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_06]: God damn it, man.
- 1:02:35[SPEAKER_08]: I can't believe it today's world.
- 1:02:38[SPEAKER_08]: You were like, yep, this is a great idea.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_08]: This is a great idea.
- 1:02:43[SPEAKER_08]: What's that one underneath it there?
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_08]: Is this, uh,
- 1:02:47[SPEAKER_08]: The last black classic.
- 1:02:48[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, Terry Tape.
- 1:02:52[SPEAKER_08]: Oh.
- 1:02:53[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:02:54[UNKNOWN]: Woo!
- 1:02:55[SPEAKER_05]: You know you can't bring that wig yourself.
- 1:02:57[SPEAKER_05]: I've been as happy bumpy.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_05]: You killed it, Joe.
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_05]: You made some more.
- 1:03:00[SPEAKER_05]: You know that, baby.
- 1:03:02[SPEAKER_05]: I'll swim for a long day.
- 1:03:03[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, oh, day.
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_05]: The staple taste of it is bitch.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 1:03:09[SPEAKER_05]: It's a man who's not hungry, really.
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 1:03:15[SPEAKER_05]: No, this is her!
- 1:03:16[SPEAKER_05]: No!
- 1:03:18[UNKNOWN]: Ah!
- 1:03:19[UNKNOWN]: Ah!
- 1:03:19[UNKNOWN]: Oh, yeah!
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_04]: A job, man.
- 1:03:22[SPEAKER_04]: I do what my God gave him the Buddha's allow me to do, and I think Jesus Christ put every single day.
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_08]: You know, that one I like, you know, and it's clearly, it's clearly, I can't really come here, but yeah, dude, um, she used to be wild back in the day.
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_06]: I always, I'll tell you if you're subscribed to Good Good.
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_06]: I think they're mostly on YouTube.
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_06]: You should unsubscribe from them.
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_06]: They do not deserve you.
- 1:03:47[SPEAKER_08]: That's really funny.
- 1:03:48[SPEAKER_06]: How many followers they have lived?
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_08]: Look it up.
- 1:03:51[SPEAKER_08]: That's fine now.
- 1:03:52[SPEAKER_08]: Let's see what Good Good has.
- 1:03:55[SPEAKER_06]: 2.1 million.
- 1:03:56[SPEAKER_08]: That's a lot.
- 1:03:58[SPEAKER_08]: Is a lot.
- 1:04:00[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, honestly, they probably have the comments turned off by now because they should be getting roasted for letting those two guys go Did they uh, did they post it or did they delete the video?
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_09]: I wonder they deleted it Okay, I mean, I doubt they posted the ad in the first place on the YouTube channel just because that's not the content that they usually make, you know Yeah, you know, I look it's a it's a fun way to get people in you know
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_08]: Um, holy shit dude.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_08]: That's great.
- 1:04:27[SPEAKER_08]: That's fucking great.
- 1:04:29[SPEAKER_08]: Ah, boy.
- 1:04:30[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, next up, Clippers.
- 1:04:33[SPEAKER_08]: Clips.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, I know this isn't the sports show, but it's does involve Steve Balmer here.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_08]: And this is a wild one.
- 1:04:40[SPEAKER_08]: The NBA issued stern penalties against the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday.
- 1:04:46[SPEAKER_08]: following an independent investigation that revealed a pattern of misconduct and severe salary cap circumvention violations.
- 1:04:55[SPEAKER_08]: The investigation found that the Clippers and properly funneled off-court endorsement opportunity, or the opportunity, excuse me, to start forward Coi Leonard through corporate partners.
- 1:05:08[SPEAKER_08]: including aspiration partners, boingo wireless, which I'm not really familiar with, but I like the name, Dactronics and Lockton Insurance, an exchange for team bidnet.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_08]: The report stated the franchise also covered personal expenses for Leonard and failed to report improper solicitations, made by his former business manager and Uncle Dennis Robertson.
- 1:05:37[SPEAKER_08]: And it's always great when the round code gets involved.
- 1:05:40[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, as a result, the investigation, the Clippers must four fits five consecutive first round draft picks, starting in 2029, pay a $30 million fine and submit to five years of strict league monitoring.
- 1:05:57[SPEAKER_08]: Clipers under Steve Balmer has been suspended for one year.
- 1:06:00[SPEAKER_08]: I didn't know that part.
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_08]: From all league and team activities, for in parts failure to create conditions under which his organization abided by the NBA's circumvention rules here.
- 1:06:16[SPEAKER_08]: Look, I saw the story last night and I thought it was extreme.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_08]: five first round picks pretty much barriers of franchise.
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_08]: And the NBA was, let's see, I think this is the richest owner there is.
- 1:06:33[SPEAKER_08]: So by pushing him out of the way, when they're trying to expand and all this other shit.
- 1:06:39[SPEAKER_08]: And then essentially killing the clippers for the next five years here, quiet Leonard got nothing, by the way.
- 1:06:45[SPEAKER_08]: He got a $750,000 fine, and he did supply.
- 1:06:50[SPEAKER_08]: So you're going to tell me that you're going to find the owner 30 million, the franchise five first round draft picks that you no longer place for.
- 1:06:57[SPEAKER_08]: And then the player, I'm going to get to $750,000 fine and he's good to go next.
- 1:07:01[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I mean, I can tell you based on
- 1:07:06[SPEAKER_06]: based on what happened to him it seemed like it seems likely he's the one that fucking spilled all the beans has to be right that's what i thought so they have like you you could read the report i think it's public um they have no evidence of any impropriety there's they per they provided no evidence rather of any impropriety now luckily i guess this came after
- 1:07:34[SPEAKER_06]: They traded last year for Darious Garland, who's a really good back court player.
- 1:07:39[SPEAKER_06]: They drafted Keaton Wagler from Illinois, who's a very good player.
- 1:07:45[SPEAKER_06]: They've got Brandon Ingram, some injury issues, but he's a really good player too.
- 1:07:53[SPEAKER_06]: Brooklobe has a solid, Derek Jones Jr. solid, Rich Hangermore's solid.
- 1:07:58[SPEAKER_06]: They got pretty good squad now, and Max Drew is on that team too.
- 1:08:01[SPEAKER_06]: He's a good ball player.
- 1:08:05[SPEAKER_06]: They got a good team for now or an OK team for now, but it's like, you bet they basically don't control any of their first round draft picks until 2034, 2034, so eight years are now because the next two they have 27 and 28 that aren't part of this are both swaps.
- 1:08:30[SPEAKER_06]: So whatever the team that they have to swap with, if it's a higher, if it's, if it's, they get, they, they, they, they pick swap rate.
- 1:08:37[SPEAKER_06]: So if, uh, I don't know who the teams are, I can't remember, but let's say the Clippers suck next year and get the number one pick.
- 1:08:44[SPEAKER_06]: They have to swap that with whatever fucking team.
- 1:08:48[SPEAKER_06]: So if they're lucky, uh, the teams they have pick swaps with will suck the next two years, otherwise they're not going to get shit.
- 1:08:56[SPEAKER_08]: Uncle Dennis, it's said, by the way, if you scroll back up to that band, there's band logos, you're playing in the background, look, scroll over.
- 1:09:04[SPEAKER_08]: Uncle Dennis, it says got band five years as well.
- 1:09:07[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know what that means.
- 1:09:09[SPEAKER_08]: That is quite Leonard's uncle.
- 1:09:13[SPEAKER_08]: So if it's that serious, that his own uncle got suspended for five years,
- 1:09:19[SPEAKER_08]: I wouldn't apply within the player himself.
- 1:09:21[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, that's fucking crazy to me.
- 1:09:23[SPEAKER_06]: And if you're scratching your head wondering what happened, allegedly in order to beat the salary cap, quiet-lettered somebody, I guess his uncle, talked to Balmer and staff, Balmer's the owner of the team and staff and said, hey, you can't pay me what I want, but you can make it up in endorsement deals.
- 1:09:45[SPEAKER_06]: And there's some,
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_06]: that technically is, it's very murky, technically that's illegal, not illegal, legally speaking but legally.
- 1:09:58[SPEAKER_06]: But it wouldn't be legal to pay him a max contract and then go out there and get those deals for him separately.
- 1:10:06[SPEAKER_06]: Like you can be a third party facilitator and securing money for your client.
- 1:10:12[SPEAKER_06]: You just can't do it if it's to make up for paying him less.
- 1:10:17[SPEAKER_06]: How do you prove that unless somebody testified and why would you?
- 1:10:22[SPEAKER_06]: There's no way to fucking prove it.
- 1:10:25[SPEAKER_06]: There's no way to prove it.
- 1:10:26[SPEAKER_06]: The fucking NBA can't subpoena you.
- 1:10:29[SPEAKER_06]: They can't send you subpoenas.
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_06]: This isn't a legal case.
- 1:10:32[SPEAKER_06]: Somebody talked at a school, which is why this all went down to be honest.
- 1:10:37[SPEAKER_06]: And if I'm balmer, I'm fucking pissed.
- 1:10:41[SPEAKER_06]: And I know, and I blackball anybody that I think was, I mean, I just come out and say it publicly.
- 1:10:47[SPEAKER_06]: Like this guy, I would say this guy I fucking lied or whatever.
- 1:10:51[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know, but he's rich, he's, he's a rich
- 1:10:56[SPEAKER_06]: He's rich enough to appeal this in a meaningful way.
- 1:10:59[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know if it'll matter because the NBA's a fucking private organization, but TBD I guess.
- 1:11:04[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, and the weird thing to me is he just paid for a brand new stadium there as well like this not only kills your franchise and the team, but the stadium nobody's going to want to come and pay to see a shitty team, especially in LA, we saw what happened last weekend in college football man.
- 1:11:30[SPEAKER_08]: Good luck.
- 1:11:31[SPEAKER_08]: You put a shitty team in LA.
- 1:11:32[SPEAKER_08]: You're fucked.
- 1:11:33[SPEAKER_08]: And you're going to lose a lot of money.
- 1:11:35[SPEAKER_08]: I would be really surprised if he doesn't come out swinging with a lawyer here, especially after all he's done.
- 1:11:43[SPEAKER_08]: Also you're in the middle of this expansion trying to get two more teams here, man.
- 1:11:47[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, this guy is a big help.
- 1:11:49[SPEAKER_08]: It would have been not a more that you fucked him over, but I wonder who spoke at a school.
- 1:11:53[SPEAKER_08]: Do we have the picture of Uncle Dennis?
- 1:11:55[SPEAKER_08]: I have a vision in my mind with like a red velvet soup suit and maybe or or or maybe holding a bowl of soup, but a feather as well.
- 1:12:05[SPEAKER_08]: Like I like a like a pimp feather of some kind.
- 1:12:10[SPEAKER_08]: Just type in Uncle Dennis, who I learned and see what we come up with here.
- 1:12:17[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, no, no, that's not who I was picturing, okay?
- 1:12:22[SPEAKER_08]: I was expecting to see like super fly or something like that.
- 1:12:25[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, that's what I was expecting.
- 1:12:26[SPEAKER_08]: You know, if anybody who goes by Uncle Dennis, usually has that kind of vibe to him there.

- 1:15:21[SPEAKER_07]: I'll look it up.
- 1:15:22[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 1:15:24[SPEAKER_08]: I wonder if he had one hand in his pocket and the other one was getting arrested.
- 1:15:29[SPEAKER_08]: Sorry, Coup, you know I had to do that today, right?
- 1:15:31[SPEAKER_08]: I couldn't let that go.
- 1:15:33[SPEAKER_07]: I was in as a powerful non-opoioid animal tranquilizer and a central nervous system to present.
- 1:15:39[SPEAKER_07]: So it sounds fun.
- 1:15:41[SPEAKER_06]: It sounds like my Canada drive.
- 1:15:42[SPEAKER_06]: Yes, dude.
- 1:15:43[SPEAKER_06]: Get some animal trunks.
- 1:15:45[SPEAKER_06]: You mix it with fentanyl to make a drug called trink.
- 1:15:49[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, I've heard of that herd of trained dude.
- 1:15:51[SPEAKER_08]: Is that the zombie one that's kind of a new can people on the streets right now?
- 1:15:55[SPEAKER_09]: Is the one that makes your like body eat itself or something you know what I mean, but no, I think that's crocodile right.
- 1:16:00[SPEAKER_08]: That's crocodile That's crocodile and I'm just not up on the on the drug lingo like I used to be I don't even know what that is crocodile That was from a few years back.
- 1:16:10[SPEAKER_07]: It was like a synthetic opioid that they were making primarily in Russia that would
- 1:16:15[SPEAKER_08]: just it would literally eat your skin away so there was people walking around just their bones exposed yes yes nasty well it's it's easier for x-rays I mean you know if if health insurance is is getting harder out there nothing wrong with a little boner yeah because let's face it it's the x-rays that are expensive going to the so-church okay it's the x-rays when the health insurance like it is if you can just show up and say no no it's this bone the one that's sticking out
- 1:16:41[SPEAKER_06]: Anyway, so this tour manager, you're in awe, which is, it seems like a made-up name, is now threatening to report her to the British authorities for committing drug trafficking, unless more set agrees to employ her as the tour director for 15 years in Payser, a lot of money, a 15-year contract for a tour director seems like a bit much.
- 1:17:04[SPEAKER_06]: She hired this dumb bitch last year to serve as her temporary tour manager in July.
- 1:17:12[SPEAKER_06]: They were scheduled to fly from Farmboro Airport in the UK to Spain for a concert.
- 1:17:18[SPEAKER_06]: At the airport, a British border force official flagged a back-referred inspection and asked who owned the bag.
- 1:17:25[SPEAKER_06]: You're not said the bag was hers.
- 1:17:27[SPEAKER_06]: You're not allegedly told the team that the border force, quote, had arrested her and issued her a seizure notice, a legend at the back-contained weed.
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_06]: And Zylazine, you're not showed the border force.
- 1:17:39[SPEAKER_06]: Her is rarely medical marijuana license.
- 1:17:41[SPEAKER_06]: The border force returned to the bag to you're an often released her.
- 1:17:44[SPEAKER_06]: I didn't know you could do that.
- 1:17:46[SPEAKER_08]: As we look founder, on is that Facebook?
- 1:17:49[SPEAKER_06]: This is a LinkedIn.
- 1:17:51[SPEAKER_06]: The following day, the touring team flew back to the UK and upon landing, you're not once again detained and reaffirmed ownership of the bag and the alleged drugs inside.
- 1:17:59[SPEAKER_06]: After the tour ended, you're an ovener attorney sent a series of increasingly extortionate letters to Morse set.
- 1:18:05[SPEAKER_06]: You're not threatened to file a patently frivolous lawsuit against Morse set in the UK for unspecified claims of Morse set refused to tell British law enforcement
- 1:18:15[SPEAKER_06]: She continued however you're an off-communicated.
- 1:18:18[SPEAKER_06]: Morrison couldn't put an end to the matter by entering into a fixed term.
- 1:18:21[SPEAKER_06]: Our could put an end to the matter right in her into a fixed term.
- 1:18:24[SPEAKER_06]: Full-time employment contract of 15 years with your anov under which you're anov would receive an income equivalent to that of a tour director with annual increases and bonuses.
- 1:18:35[SPEAKER_06]: Morrison claimed that your anov also demanded she arrange for an immigration attorney to obtain a work visa.
- 1:18:41[SPEAKER_06]: Don't allow your anov to work in the US.
- 1:18:43[SPEAKER_06]: A demand for additional compensation was relayed if the visa could not be obtained.
- 1:18:49[SPEAKER_06]: Obviously, Elana Smorset was not interested in any of that.
- 1:18:54[SPEAKER_06]: Look her up here, dude.
- 1:18:55[SPEAKER_08]: Look at her picture.
- 1:18:57[SPEAKER_08]: I was not, I didn't expect it to be a check.
- 1:19:00[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, and apparently she also worked with Seinfeld.
- 1:19:03[SPEAKER_08]: It looks like Christmas habit a little bit.
- 1:19:06[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know, friend of the show.
- 1:19:07[SPEAKER_08]: Sorry, Christmas, but I was not expecting this.
- 1:19:12[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody hot to be to want to do this job.
- 1:19:16[SPEAKER_08]: Interesting.
- 1:19:18[SPEAKER_08]: Apparently when the police talked to her, they said,
- 1:19:26[SPEAKER_07]: Again, we knew that was going to happen today, all right?
- 1:19:30[SPEAKER_08]: I knew there was going to be a lot of puns in the story, but I know, and you know, the officer then went on to say, you laugh, you learn, you lose, you learn.
- 1:19:39[SPEAKER_08]: And she said, thank you, and then said, you're uninvited to the next tour.
- 1:19:42[SPEAKER_08]: I had to do all of that.
- 1:19:43[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 1:19:43[SPEAKER_08]: She went, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't, I
- 1:19:53[SPEAKER_09]: She went from production assistant for Jerry Seinfeld to product manager at live nation to head of operations as real to live nation entertainment.

- 1:20:14[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, she does now.
- 1:20:15[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 1:20:15[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
