Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, Hello, and welcome.
- 0:08Speaker 2: To Wednesdays Whispers. My name is Jason Newland. Please I
- 0:33Speaker 2: listen when you can safely close your eyes. This is Wednesday,
- 0:53Speaker 2: the twenty fourth of September two thousand and twenty five.
- 1:12Speaker 3: Blah blah blah.
- 1:16Speaker 2: I keep hearing little crinklings and sounds, and I'm wondering.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Why where are they coming from.
- 1:43Speaker 2: I have literally literally just got out of bed. So
- 2:06Speaker 2: this is This is the second microphone I've used during
- 2:14Speaker 2: this recording. My morning breath destroyed the last one. It
- 2:24Speaker 2: melted it. It's okay, brush my teeth. I'm okay now.
- 2:31Speaker 2: So I'm trying to think what's happening, what's going on
- 2:36Speaker 2: in life? Trying to remember what did I dream about?
- 2:48Speaker 2: Bearing in mind it's only by quite recent, isn't it.
- 2:54Speaker 2: I was lying in bed, bath they I don't know.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Mm hmm, excuse me. I don't know. I don't know,
- 3:13Speaker 2: don't know, don't know. M No, not much going on.
- 3:38Speaker 2: I started watching EastEnders again after pretty much years and
- 3:55Speaker 2: years of not watching it. I did into it sometimes
- 4:06Speaker 2: bath actually watched it. I think I've watched one, two, three,
- 4:17Speaker 2: three or four episodes in a row on television. When
- 4:26Speaker 2: they are being aired, So I mean sometimes sometimes I
- 4:42Speaker 2: would go on to the BBC player eye player. When
- 4:52Speaker 2: the why it's called an eye player. I don't think
- 4:59Speaker 2: it's got anything to do with being an iPhone. No,
- 5:06Speaker 2: it's if a question that have they know only me
- 5:10Speaker 2: first time ever on the Eyeplayer, I have at times
- 5:27Speaker 2: watched the back to back a few episodes. I'm just
- 5:41Speaker 2: gonna looks see what they're okay, just see what's in
- 5:55Speaker 2: the news. Okay, nothing, ingrid Oliver, ingrid Oliver. I never
- 6:15Speaker 2: heard of her. Richard Osmond admits meeting his wife ingrid
- 6:25Speaker 2: Oliver was the best thing that ever happened to him.
- 6:34Speaker 2: As this it's called eye condition that affects his writing.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Richard Osmond has gushed over his wife ingrid Oliver. Okays,
- 7:01Speaker 2: it's not really very family entertainments. The author of fifty
- 7:08Speaker 2: four met the actress forty eight when she appeared as
- 7:13Speaker 2: a guest on his BBC quiz show House of Games.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Oh how lovely. I'm not no is it's not Liamshaw,
- 7:33Speaker 2: but I don't know why it's in the news. Human
- 7:38Speaker 2: being falls in love with another human being. There's not
- 7:50Speaker 2: Hong Kong.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Wow, right, so Hong Kong has got some really really
- 8:05Speaker 4: strong weather at the moment. It's called typhoon Regassa blimey,
- 8:26Speaker 4: it's the most powerful tropical cyclone this year.
- 8:35Speaker 2: I'm not sure what is a cyclone because it said
- 8:49Speaker 2: it's a very strong hurricane like way minute and double
- 8:53Speaker 2: looks see what it says. A cyclone is a large
- 8:56Speaker 2: air mess that rotates around the center of low atmospheric pressure.
- 9:04Speaker 2: It is characterized by inward spiral and winds that rotate
- 9:11Speaker 2: counterclockwise in the northern Hemisphere and colockwise in the southern Hemisphere.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Cyclones can manifest in various forms, primarily as tropical cyclones
- 9:35Speaker 2: and extratopic cyclones, and are often associated with strong winds
- 9:46Speaker 2: and a heavy rainfall. These systems are formed by the
- 9:53Speaker 2: energy exchanged between the ocean and the atmosphere. Cyclones are
- 10:01Speaker 2: known by different names depending on their location. For example,
- 10:08Speaker 2: they are called hurricanes in the North Atlantic, antiphens in
- 10:15Speaker 2: the North and West Pacific.
- 10:19Speaker 5: Oh.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Okay, so cyclone is Amurrican fair enough? World wind isn't
- 10:29Speaker 2: another word for world wind where the wind is just like.
- 10:37Speaker 5: It's what is it?
- 10:38Speaker 2: In America? In Dorothy County, Dorothy Country, they have a
- 10:50Speaker 2: wist of us Dorothy Twirlers. So that's a cyclone, isn't
- 10:59Speaker 2: it a Twirler. It's a little bit like The Walking Dead.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Everyone's got a new name, a different name for them.
- 11:08Speaker 2: You know, whenever people meet each other in the show
- 11:13Speaker 2: The Walking Dead of different parts of the country, they
- 11:18Speaker 2: all call them, call her the walking Dead. Something different
- 11:23Speaker 2: with the munchers, the sleepers, the dirtbacks or wherever, the bastards,
- 11:39Speaker 2: the brain gogglers. You know, it's just they all got
- 11:47Speaker 2: their own little name, which I find ironic because there's
- 11:56Speaker 2: these creatures walking around. They're dead, but they're walking around
- 12:07Speaker 2: attacking humans, and the spread.
- 12:13Speaker 6: All over the world, and not one person, not one person,
- 12:26Speaker 6: has a thought.
- 12:31Speaker 2: To call them zombies. Not one person in the entire
- 12:38Speaker 2: world in that show.
- 12:45Speaker 5: Thought.
- 12:45Speaker 2: You know what, this isn't just similar to a zombies,
- 12:53Speaker 2: identical to what zombie is. Let's call them zombies. No,
- 13:02Speaker 2: let's call them creepers. Let's call them munchie munches, the
- 13:18Speaker 2: the sniffers. I don't know whatever. Cyclone, typhoon. We had
- 13:32Speaker 2: some type of tea in the UK typhoon. So someone
- 13:40Speaker 2: says to you, do you like typhoons, and said, yeah,
- 13:44Speaker 2: three sugars please h ikay right, Rosie O'Donnell, there's something
- 14:08Speaker 2: about her and being friends with Ellen DeGeneres. Bob Fillan,
- 14:28Speaker 2: I'm just looking at the news seeing anything that's slightly interesting.
- 14:47Speaker 2: Chris Evans is incredible for sake Grace's questions, what questions?
- 14:55Speaker 2: Is he going to be returning as Captain America? Maybe
- 15:00Speaker 2: so this is MSN. It was probably about seventeen years
- 15:05Speaker 2: too late. Many actors must transform their physical appearance on
- 15:10Speaker 2: a regular basis, especially those tasks we've portrayed superheroes. Will
- 15:19Speaker 2: he be back to pick up a shield once again?
- 15:26Speaker 2: At the world premiere of the Film's Sacrifice at the
- 15:31Speaker 2: Toronto Film Festival, several questions were raised about Chris Evens,
- 15:41Speaker 2: best known for Captain America in the Marvel Universe.
- 15:49Speaker 1: The double d no.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Forty four year old actor appeared on the red carpet
- 15:55Speaker 2: in impressible impressive physical shape, having gained significant muscle mess
- 16:05Speaker 2: since it's role in the film Materialists earlier this year.
- 16:19Speaker 2: I don't know he prepare for an appearance and Avengers
- 16:23Speaker 2: Doom Day. Well, the thing is with the Avengers it's
- 16:38Speaker 2: based in they can kind of get away with anything,
- 16:43Speaker 2: aren't they? Because they go into different versions, like of
- 16:59Speaker 2: the multi verse. So they find another universe where Captain
- 17:06Speaker 2: America works in McDonald's or something. He access lots of
- 17:12Speaker 2: different things. It's quite quite interesting. A bit of a
- 17:16Speaker 2: mind wobble bus stole Charlie Annam's dramatic transformation. Okay, whow
- 17:55Speaker 2: Craze anatomy. No, that's sad. Oh, there's a lot of
- 18:38Speaker 2: stuff about Sammi Ferguson, got Alison Hammond, the Lost leven Stone.
- 19:16Speaker 2: That's a lot of skin. Yeah, that's the thing that
- 19:36Speaker 2: they used to concern me about losing too much weight.
- 19:42Speaker 2: I don't want my I just don't want flaps flaps
- 19:50Speaker 2: of skin just wabbling around, you know. But it's never happens.
- 19:59Speaker 2: I'm I'm okay. Plus, I've never been I mean, yeah,
- 20:05Speaker 2: I've been sixteen stone about one hundred kilos, But that's
- 20:12Speaker 2: different from being one hundred and fifty kilos, you know,
- 20:15Speaker 2: or three hundred pounds, three hundred and thirty pounds or
- 20:24Speaker 2: whatever that would be. So it's a little bit different.
- 20:28Speaker 2: But I think it's just my personal experience is just
- 20:43Speaker 2: losing weight slowly. It's the best way personally. Okay, us
- 21:18Speaker 2: have a look Japanese use this trick for sleep up.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Now it's genius. Let's have a look then shave they
- 21:29Speaker 2: beard off. Really, what on earth is going on? I'm
- 21:55Speaker 2: just reading now, okay, just check comes waiting now I
- 22:37Speaker 2: should read it out loud ready, shouldn't I?
- 22:55Speaker 5: Okay, okay, okay, right, said a cab for all this stuff,
- 23:23Speaker 5: and now they're trying to sell a pillow.
- 23:27Speaker 2: The simple solution my wife discovered. That's when my wife
- 23:39Speaker 2: found the Derilla Erco pillow online. At first, I was skeptical.
- 23:49Speaker 2: How could a pillow solve what expensive medical devices couldn't.
- 23:57Speaker 2: But then my wife gave me an ultimatum, tried a
- 24:00Speaker 2: pillow or get comfortable with the basement couch. When it arrived,
- 24:09Speaker 2: I was desperate enough to try anything. The first few
- 24:14Speaker 2: minutes felt different, but then something amazing happens. I slept
- 24:20Speaker 2: through the entire night, no snoring, no car's been, no
- 24:25Speaker 2: waking up. The next morning I found Jamie in a
- 24:29Speaker 2: kitchen beaming. You didn't have a sound all night, She said, Okay,
- 24:54Speaker 2: I might get that dry. Okay, how much are they
- 25:12Speaker 2: charging for this go pillow?
- 25:17Speaker 7: Ay? So like.
- 25:31Speaker 2: That's strange, right, Okay, they're trying to get. They're trying
- 25:48Speaker 2: to work. Might make it sound good first, for they're
- 25:53Speaker 2: offering a seventy percent discount. Now they're saying, think about
- 25:58Speaker 2: it this way. One visa to a sleep specialist two
- 26:02Speaker 2: hundred to three hundred dollars, a seapap machine five hundred
- 26:09Speaker 2: to one thousand dollars monthly. Seapap supplies fifty two hundred
- 26:16Speaker 2: no as wrong, chiropractice visit for neck paying seventy percentsion.
- 26:25Speaker 2: So get the Derillo Erco pillow today for a fraction
- 26:29Speaker 2: of the cost. How much are they going to sell
- 26:31Speaker 2: it for. It's still not giving me the price, blimy
- 26:40Speaker 2: making me work for give seventy percent discount. Okay, here
- 26:51Speaker 2: we go. Your seventy percent discount ends in fourteen minutes
- 26:56Speaker 2: and thirty six seconds. AH Select quantity four. One bilow
- 27:08Speaker 2: is fifty nine pounds ninety ninepence. Two billows ninety nine
- 27:16Speaker 2: pound ninety eightpence, three pillows one hundred and thirty seven
- 27:22Speaker 2: pound ninety sevenpence, four pillows one hundred and fifty nine
- 27:29Speaker 2: pound ninety sixpence. I'm going to save this link because
- 27:37Speaker 2: I want to see how much it is in an
- 27:39Speaker 2: hour's time. Say that okay, because I think they're being
- 27:56Speaker 2: a bit. Oh, and it's just giving loads of every
- 28:04Speaker 2: few seconds, a lot of things coming up, saying Emily
- 28:08Speaker 2: from Shropshire just purchased to one Ian from Melton Keynes
- 28:15Speaker 2: and made a purchase three pillows. Who's next get excited?
- 28:24Speaker 2: Who's going to be the next person to order one?
- 28:29Speaker 2: Roget from Exeter Roget? There's no such name as Roget.
- 28:35Speaker 2: They're making it up. I think I think they're making
- 28:39Speaker 2: it up. Hannah from Enfield. There's all three, so they're
- 28:50Speaker 2: really pushing for people to buy more than one. Why
- 28:57Speaker 2: would you need more than one? Kenvy from London three,
- 29:05Speaker 2: So everyone's going for three for some reason. Maybe it's
- 29:09Speaker 2: because it's one hundred and thirty seven pound ninety seven.
- 29:14Speaker 2: Oh another one, John from Kate said, make a purchase.
- 29:19Speaker 2: Why is no one buying anything from other countries? Why
- 29:22Speaker 2: is it just great Britain? Maybe it's because we're so
- 29:27Speaker 2: great we don't need to do make Britain a gape
- 29:35Speaker 2: great again. We've always been great.
- 29:39Speaker 1: We still are.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Yeah, can imagine court yourself great? Did you imagine like
- 30:00Speaker 2: where you from? I'm from France? Or about you Germany,
- 30:04Speaker 2: what about you. I'm from Great Britain. Everyone else will
- 30:13Speaker 2: feel a little bit, I don't know, a little bit
- 30:22Speaker 2: less than maybe maybe a little bit envious, maybe a
- 30:28Speaker 2: little bit annoyed. Even we should have called ourself great France.
- 30:41Speaker 2: We should have called herself great Germany. We should have
- 30:47Speaker 2: called ourself great Belgian. No one's purchased one for a
- 30:57Speaker 2: few minutes now, which makes me think they're trying to.
- 31:11Speaker 1: I wonder.
- 31:14Speaker 2: I sometimes think if I say, wonder, how come no
- 31:20Speaker 2: one's bought just one? I'll beat you one more cord
- 31:24Speaker 2: now in the next thirty seconds. So how come no
- 31:29Speaker 2: one's bought just one? Must be a con because it's
- 31:35Speaker 2: always saying that three people they buy three, but just one,
- 31:43Speaker 2: come just one? I still nothing. I'm relatively patient sometimes,
- 32:15Speaker 2: but this is just no. I don't have time for this. Wow.
- 32:23Speaker 2: They charge in nine pound ninety five for shipping.
- 32:29Speaker 5: Cheeky.
- 32:31Speaker 2: That is so cheeky. So to charge what fifty nine
- 32:44Speaker 2: pound ninety nine and then to charge them pound for shipping,
- 32:49Speaker 2: that's I think that's a bit. Yeah, it's cheeky. Yeah,
- 33:00Speaker 2: although I'm kind of thinking that I might like to
- 33:10Speaker 2: try out after a while. In fact, I might not today,
- 33:21Speaker 2: not tomorrow, but someday. Maybe just having to look seeing
- 33:43Speaker 2: all the stats are unsound cloud. Okay, what about Facebook.
- 34:12Speaker 2: Let's have a look see if there's any messages I
- 34:30Speaker 2: call a question on Facebook. Something I've noticed on Facebook
- 35:01Speaker 2: the amount of people the post stuff where they're assuming
- 35:09Speaker 2: that everyone else is going to understand what they're talking about.
- 35:16Speaker 8: Then.
- 35:17Speaker 2: I don't know why, but that annoys me a little bit.
- 35:23Speaker 2: People posting things like I can't stand listening to his
- 35:29Speaker 2: voice anymore. Okay, can you give me some more information.
- 35:36Speaker 2: It's like my reduc everyone listening to or reading a
- 35:43Speaker 2: Facebook page from around the world is going to know
- 35:47Speaker 2: what you're talking about. Just seems a bit strange.
- 36:03Speaker 1: What's this?
- 36:05Speaker 7: Okay?
- 36:20Speaker 8: Now?
- 36:26Speaker 2: Just looking looks to me like just another meet up
- 36:33Speaker 2: story about boxing. He looks familiar. George is when's sick?
- 36:46Speaker 2: When's sick? Say that slowly, don't say too quickly, when sick?
- 36:52Speaker 1: When sick?
- 36:58Speaker 2: X R E R G XS and arcs. Okay, I
- 37:10Speaker 2: get a butterfly. Okay, just looking at the picture of
- 37:37Speaker 2: a little puppy. They are so cute and their puppies.
- 37:46Speaker 2: I think what we need to do is find puppies
- 37:48Speaker 2: to stay puppies, although I think they always stay puppies. Mentally,
- 37:56Speaker 2: I'm kind of okay because I've got a tiny wodg.
- 38:02Speaker 2: I mean, he was a helf a lot smaller when
- 38:05Speaker 2: he was a puppy. Just looking at Dorian Yates video
- 38:48Speaker 2: when he was mister Olimpiah. I remember years ago when
- 39:03Speaker 2: I worked in a gyp shop there was this but
- 39:09Speaker 2: it was a little like seaside down and lived in
- 39:16Speaker 2: and we went for a little period of opening on
- 39:19Speaker 2: Sundays because of the traffic, you know, the foot traffic,
- 39:27Speaker 2: or maybe we get some lot more people. So he did,
- 39:32Speaker 2: I said, my boss decided to turn on me. And
- 39:41Speaker 2: there was this one Sunday, loads of people coming down,
- 39:48Speaker 2: traveling down for the day from.
- 39:50Speaker 1: Local towns and.
- 39:54Speaker 2: See this man and Norman.
- 40:00Speaker 9: Looked like a clamor model and he was clearly a bodybuilder, huge.
- 40:13Speaker 2: Just walking around wobbling, not wobbling, but she was wabbling,
- 40:22Speaker 2: but he was not wobbling, but he was plodding. I'm
- 40:34Speaker 2: not sure if he had this top off, but here
- 40:42Speaker 2: was you know that limit you people that are well doned,
- 40:48Speaker 2: You got people that got nice muscles, and then you've
- 40:52Speaker 2: got people that are just huge.
- 40:55Speaker 1: He was one of those people just huge.
- 41:00Speaker 7: H h.
- 41:17Speaker 2: I wonder what it's like being mister Olimbia. I mean
- 41:29Speaker 2: devoting every you know, pretty much every second.
- 41:33Speaker 1: Of his life to the sport.
- 41:43Speaker 2: I know long a bit about Dorian Yates. I think
- 41:51Speaker 2: he's one of the most successful bodybuilders in history to
- 42:08Speaker 2: care with Lee Hainy and other couple of others. Obviously
- 42:16Speaker 2: Arnold as well, but apparently right from the Star he
- 42:27Speaker 2: kept track of every set of weights that he did,
- 42:33Speaker 2: every exercise, every meal, every measurement of ingredients for every meal,
- 42:45Speaker 2: right from the Star, so that he could keep track
- 42:49Speaker 2: of what he was doing and plan meridiculously maliciously ever,
- 43:00Speaker 2: playing it all a cage how things are working from
- 43:08Speaker 2: the results, and I guess, imagining the results next to
- 43:20Speaker 2: the effort and the dire the cage, which best route
- 43:28Speaker 2: to take to maybe have more of this or less
- 43:32Speaker 2: of that, do more exercise on that part of body
- 43:37Speaker 2: part or less on the ef It's just the feeling
- 43:44Speaker 2: I heard. I heard him say. Anyway, I'm going to
- 43:54Speaker 2: go and get my breakfast. So think you for listening.
- 44:00Speaker 2: Remember to be kind to yourself, that you deserve to
- 44:04Speaker 2: be happy, be gentle with yourself. You deserve to feel safe,
- 44:12Speaker 2: lots of.
- 44:13Speaker 10: Love, bye, relax.
- 44:25Speaker 1: In a more deep and meaningful way, maybe in a
- 44:36Speaker 1: way that can not just allow you to feel calmer
- 44:44Speaker 1: now and throughout the time we've spend together here, not
- 44:54Speaker 1: just relaxed at the end of the recording when it's
- 45:00Speaker 1: finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort and peace,
- 45:11Speaker 1: but also I think it would be nice to have
- 45:25Speaker 1: those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after the recording
- 45:42Speaker 1: has ended, so that you can still benefit from listening
- 45:56Speaker 1: to my voice, maybe in a few hours time, perhaps tomorrow,
- 46:11Speaker 1: and then by listening regularly, especially if you find like
- 46:19Speaker 1: some people do and myself as well. I sometimes I
- 46:23Speaker 1: find one particular recording that really resonates with me, and
- 46:33Speaker 1: I just listen to it over and over again every morning,
- 46:39Speaker 1: every evening. There was this recording from We're going back
- 46:51Speaker 1: to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it wasn't hypnosis,
- 46:57Speaker 1: but it was a guided visualizations. It kind of was hypnosis, really,
- 47:05Speaker 1: and I managed to find it again and it still
- 47:10Speaker 1: has the same effect on me. And part of it
- 47:16Speaker 1: was the person's voice relaxed me just felt so peaceful
- 47:32Speaker 1: and I'd look forward to listening to her in the
- 47:39Speaker 1: morning and in the evening, and I knew before even
- 47:50Speaker 1: pressing the play button that since I've done that, pressed
- 47:59Speaker 1: the play button. And this is in the days of
- 48:07Speaker 1: CD players, press the play button, ifact it might have
- 48:16Speaker 1: even been a tape tape recorder. I'd lie down on
- 48:21Speaker 1: the bed and then even without necessarily listening to her
- 48:34Speaker 1: words because I had to memorized. Really, it was as
- 48:47Speaker 1: if my body knew exactly what to do, and the
- 48:58Speaker 1: muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and I remember
- 49:20Speaker 1: my mind would slow down. Now. Now, I was listening
- 49:34Speaker 1: to this recording in the early days of learning hypnosis,
- 49:43Speaker 1: and long before I ever made any videos or audio
- 49:51Speaker 1: recordings myself, because I didn't start doing that till two
- 49:56Speaker 1: thousand and six, I knew, I knew how helpful I
- 50:15Speaker 1: found being able to just let go, to have that
- 50:26Speaker 1: trust in the person that I'm listening to, knowing that
- 50:39Speaker 1: it's going to be just as relaxing, if not more so.
- 50:50Speaker 1: Each time you hear my voice, you may feel the same.
- 51:03Speaker 1: Some people have been listening to me for over a decade,
- 51:18Speaker 1: maybe not solidly, obviously, not twenty four hours a day.
- 51:24Speaker 1: But maybe people come back. Some people maybe listen every day.
- 51:42Speaker 1: That's something that I do which you may not realize
- 51:51Speaker 1: by listening, is when I record these recordings. Now, for example,
- 52:14Speaker 1: I also am affected by the words that I say.
- 52:27Speaker 1: So if I set you focus on your feet, notice
- 52:36Speaker 1: your feet relaxing, I will be focusing on my feet.
- 52:49Speaker 1: I will be noticing my feet relaxing. If I said
- 53:06Speaker 1: focus on your hands, and maybe notice the difference between
- 53:14Speaker 1: each hand, perhaps notice the the air in the room,
- 53:25Speaker 1: the temperature of the room. On the backs of your hands.
- 53:37Speaker 1: You may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 53:41Speaker 1: very light breeze, even though there may not be any
- 53:50Speaker 1: type of breeze at all where you are right now.
- 54:03Speaker 1: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 54:14Speaker 1: aware of how relaxed my hands our feeling now. And
- 54:42Speaker 1: when it comes to potentially drifting off to sleep, which
- 54:49Speaker 1: may be the reason you're listening, I also feel drowsy
- 55:05Speaker 1: when I make these recordings. I also notice my mind drifting.
- 55:27Speaker 1: In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing,
- 55:44Speaker 1: and then I carry on talking. And it's only where
- 55:54Speaker 1: I listen back to do the editing I hear snoring,
- 56:05Speaker 1: and I think I don't remember snoring. I remember talking.
- 56:15Speaker 1: This snoring was a pig turned up. That's why I
- 56:22Speaker 1: sound like when I snore, how I get really into
- 56:30Speaker 1: the whole experience. I don't know how you feel. How
- 56:50Speaker 1: relaxed do you feel in your feet, How relaxed you
- 57:00Speaker 1: feel in your hands. I have noticed more and more
- 57:27Speaker 1: that the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort you feel,
- 57:44Speaker 1: the easier your breathing becomes. It's almost like that muscle relaxation.
- 58:09Speaker 1: So this allows you dereath easier without necessarily focusing on
- 58:32Speaker 1: your breath, however, being able to notice the ease in
- 59:01Speaker 1: which you breathe so naturally. You breathe so very easily
- 59:30Speaker 1: and smoothly. Whenever I imagine my breathing improving. When I've
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: got my eyes closed, I tend to visualize a beautiful
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: field with trees and flowers producing all that life giving oxygen.
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: It feels nice too, if nothing else, just taking some
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: time away from everything, enjoying that feeling of peace serenity
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: with a joyful heart. Time seems to just drip by,
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: so varies slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: any thoughts whatsoever in this moment, completely free, noticing that
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: your mind has slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: requires your attention. You can enjoy the physical sensations of
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: allowing the stress to rip out of your body, to
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: appear out of every part of your body, and being
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: released from your brain and mind slowly but surely. The
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: muscles singles, relax res really so very deeply, relacs so deeply,
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: and the feelings, the pleasant feelings in your arms and shoulders,
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: deepening each part of your body further and deeper and deeper.
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: Noticing the feelings in the back of your neck, feelings
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: in your wrists, muscles into your body. I also feeling peaceful, deeply,
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: there's a sense of peace m breaths through your very core.
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: Even when you focus on your mind, your mind becomes
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: be slower, deeper, relaxing, very slow. Your stomach, it's Formin's stomach.
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: You're back. Notice Notice how relaxed you'd never feel in
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: the hole of your back. In spy from your brain
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: all the way down the middle of your back, sending
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: and receiving millions of messages every day deepcomfort, increasing deeply relaxed.
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: You knees spreading these signals down a spine or cord
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: into air, every part of your body, your sins, and
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: your calf muscles. We're outbursts feelings of peace and tranquility
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: spreading through your body, tips of your toes, to your eyes,
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: your fingers, all the way to your lower back. Lettinger,
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: radiatinker peace, drifting mind. Just want in a way happy
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: to let go, Let go completely, let go, so tranquil,
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: the whole body enjoying a sensor lett him go, he
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: even more.
- 1:23:26Speaker 11: Uttata He's for.
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: Enjoy the space, this space of peace and safety. So fiery, relaxed,
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: NICs you go. Maybe we can just focus on the
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: different parts of your body, just to notice your forehead
- 1:27:55Speaker 1: and your eyes. You too, solus not see in the
- 1:28:57Speaker 1: sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom, pre prety Pea's for
- 1:30:31Speaker 1: energy peace to breathe so much easier lest you may
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: have or may not have noticed your mind drifting, peaceful
- 1:33:20Speaker 1: move ay even more deeply in the direction of total
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: blissful pace, blissful pace, total peace. Come so calm, letting
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: go peace with mind Rex forty So relax relaxed. Your
- 1:37:25Speaker 1: body feels almost invisible, so very relaxed. I'm peaceful, so
- 1:38:06Speaker 1: peace real liquor what peaceful fairy? And you could start
- 1:39:08Speaker 1: to notice that you are feeling more relaxed, even though
- 1:39:17Speaker 1: I've not purposely focused your mind upon that sense of
- 1:39:29Speaker 1: physical comfort that is growing within you throughout your body,
- 1:39:37Speaker 1: and your mind starts to slow down, and that could
- 1:39:47Speaker 1: be almost in recognition of I guess my speech not
- 1:39:56Speaker 1: being particularly fast, and things just generally feel calmer. Just
- 1:40:13Speaker 1: by listening to my voice, you give yourself an opportunity
- 1:40:23Speaker 1: to take a break from the day, take a break
- 1:40:29Speaker 1: from your life as it is, and to give yourself
- 1:40:37Speaker 1: a rest, giving yourself permission to take some time off
- 1:40:47Speaker 1: and to allow your body to relax and allow your
- 1:40:53Speaker 1: mind to slow down, which in turn releases the tension
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: any stresses that you had in your body. It's almost
- 1:41:14Speaker 1: as if the parts of your body just open up,
- 1:41:19Speaker 1: allowing the negativity out and at the same time replacing
- 1:41:32Speaker 1: that negativity with positive heathing energy, which then fills your
- 1:41:41Speaker 1: body up and your mind to also starts to appreciate
- 1:41:54Speaker 1: those feelings of increasing confidence, an almost uplifting feeling, positive healing,
- 1:42:16Speaker 1: an energy that spreads through your body like a wave
- 1:42:27Speaker 1: of comfort. And all this comes from just allowing yourself
- 1:42:42Speaker 1: a few minutes, maybe half an hour, however long you
- 1:42:47Speaker 1: want it to be, to just rest and allow your
- 1:43:00Speaker 1: mind and your body to almost reset itself to the
- 1:43:10Speaker 1: settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more room
- 1:43:27Speaker 1: for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move around your
- 1:43:40Speaker 1: body and into your mind, almost as if your mind
- 1:43:48Speaker 1: and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring each other
- 1:44:00Speaker 1: with that growing positivity and calmness. And it feels nice.
- 1:44:14Speaker 1: It really does feel nice to know that you are
- 1:44:20Speaker 1: the one that has allowed yourself to feel more comfort
- 1:44:34Speaker 1: and to experience more of this deep relaxation spreading throughout
- 1:44:47Speaker 1: your body. And as I focus on each part of
- 1:45:00Speaker 1: your body, you can notice that part becomes even more
- 1:45:14Speaker 1: relaxed just by focusing on it. It becomes even more
- 1:45:25Speaker 1: calm and comfortable just by focusing. And as I move
- 1:45:36Speaker 1: down your body, starting at your head, the parts that
- 1:45:44Speaker 1: you've already focused on will continue to relax deeply, and
- 1:45:54Speaker 1: those parts that we've not yet focused on or just
- 1:46:01Speaker 1: automatically release any remaining tension in anticipation of even more
- 1:46:14Speaker 1: comfort about to come. Now, I'm going to start by
- 1:46:26Speaker 1: focusing on your forehead, Just being aware of the feelings
- 1:46:33Speaker 1: of your forehead and any background sounds like mister Herbert
- 1:46:44Speaker 1: the Pigeon can just allow you to feel even more relaxed.
- 1:46:53Speaker 1: Just means you're in the moment. This isn't this isn't
- 1:47:00Speaker 1: their ire environments. This is the world. I live in
- 1:47:07Speaker 1: the countryside, so there's lots of nature sounds around. So
- 1:47:20Speaker 1: as you focus on your forehead, just notice how it
- 1:47:25Speaker 1: becomes even more relaxed as you focus only on my
- 1:47:35Speaker 1: voice and that part of your body. Moving down to
- 1:47:45Speaker 1: your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing how your eyelids
- 1:47:58Speaker 1: feel so heavy yet so light at the same time,
- 1:48:08Speaker 1: and all the muscles around your eyes relaxing completely. Moving
- 1:48:19Speaker 1: your focus down to your mouth, your lips, your tongue,
- 1:48:28Speaker 1: your teeth, and your gums, the whole of your mouth, relaxing,
- 1:48:39Speaker 1: calm and loose. As you focus now on your jaw,
- 1:48:52Speaker 1: not just a part of your jaw near your mouth,
- 1:48:57Speaker 1: your chin, but all the way out the size of
- 1:49:01Speaker 1: your face, to your ears, the hole of your jaw,
- 1:49:11Speaker 1: feeding more relaxed and calm. Focusing on your neck, the
- 1:49:38Speaker 1: front of your neck and your throat, relaxing and loose
- 1:49:46Speaker 1: and calm, the sides of your neck, the right and
- 1:49:56Speaker 1: left side of your neck relax and loose and calm,
- 1:50:15Speaker 1: and now the back of your neck. Focusing on the
- 1:50:22Speaker 1: back of your neck, letting go of any tension that
- 1:50:32Speaker 1: may have been there before, and enjoying that sense of
- 1:50:42Speaker 1: increasing comfort and release that you can experience in the
- 1:50:53Speaker 1: back of your neck. Moving down your back and moving
- 1:51:06Speaker 1: either side of your spine right from the top of
- 1:51:10Speaker 1: your back all the way down to the bottom of
- 1:51:16Speaker 1: your back down to your lower back. And as you
- 1:51:33Speaker 1: move up and down your spine, you can feel the
- 1:51:40Speaker 1: muscles either side of your spine relaxing even more. And
- 1:51:56Speaker 1: as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts to
- 1:52:03Speaker 1: spread outwards from your spine into both sides of your back,
- 1:52:17Speaker 1: the top of your back, the middle and your lower back.
- 1:52:24Speaker 1: And as you scan gently and slowly up and down
- 1:52:31Speaker 1: your back, there's the muscles in the top of your
- 1:52:36Speaker 1: back relax and become looser. The muscles in the middle
- 1:52:46Speaker 1: of your back also seem to just almost divide from
- 1:52:54Speaker 1: each other, separating and almost melting, and in your lower
- 1:53:07Speaker 1: back it seems to be an extra special feeling of comfort.
- 1:53:24Speaker 1: The spreads into your hips. Sit down your lower back,
- 1:53:31Speaker 1: into your hips, into the area where your cosicks are,
- 1:53:42Speaker 1: and into your buttocks, and all those muscles that spread
- 1:53:51Speaker 1: in your lower back into your hip area start to melt,
- 1:54:05Speaker 1: start to really let go, and even nowhere about to
- 1:54:18Speaker 1: focus on your shoulders, your back and your spine will
- 1:54:25Speaker 1: continue to let go, continue to relax so calmly, and
- 1:54:46Speaker 1: if you focus on your shoulders, you may notice that
- 1:54:52Speaker 1: they're already feeling really loose, already feeding calm and fearing.
- 1:55:27Speaker 1: Those muscles then move from your neck into your shoulders
- 1:55:42Speaker 1: feel so soft and gentle, so smooth than calm, and
- 1:56:12Speaker 1: the feeling in your shoulders seems to spread deep into
- 1:56:25Speaker 1: your shoulders, that sense of relaxation, not just traveling deeply
- 1:56:35Speaker 1: into your muscles, but also relaxing the bones and moving
- 1:56:53Speaker 1: all away to underneath your arms, relaxing a whole area
- 1:57:02Speaker 1: between the tops of your shoulders and underneath your arms healing.
- 1:57:17Speaker 1: You feel so relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders, which
- 1:57:30Speaker 1: sends that deep healing message into your arms. You may
- 1:57:52Speaker 1: feel almost as if your arms are not even there.
- 1:57:59Speaker 1: It is so relaxed, so deeply relaxed, so so calm.
- 1:58:36Speaker 7: So.
- 1:58:43Speaker 1: Pose not feeling spreading all the way down your arms,
- 1:59:01Speaker 1: two elbows, including your elbows circumforts spreads or away into
- 1:59:30Speaker 1: rests of forearments and your rests so heavy yet at
- 1:59:49Speaker 1: the same time slight and gentle. Freak you see now
- 2:00:33Speaker 1: on your hands, Yes, so peaceful in your hands, there's
- 2:01:29Speaker 1: a sense of real peace. It just seems to I
- 2:01:52Speaker 1: feel so familiar. Your hands relax deeply. Yes, your fingers
- 2:03:04Speaker 1: a thing is sadly you think it's tips. Moving your
- 2:04:09Speaker 1: attention to the front of your body, so comfortable, moving
- 2:04:39Speaker 1: your focus to your legs. Love, muscles in your thighs,
- 2:06:23Speaker 1: your knees, so relaxed, the carve muscles and just chens,
- 2:07:04Speaker 1: how crazy they and the feathing your feet. Sir, peaceful, so.
- 2:09:18Speaker 12: Calm, so peaceful, so calm, so peaceful, so calm, so.
- 2:10:16Speaker 1: Peace fall RelA sin.
- 2:10:33Speaker 13: Peace fall, so calm, loving that deep relaxation, to spread
- 2:10:53Speaker 13: your chest in your storch, so.
- 2:11:08Speaker 1: Letting go.
- 2:11:13Speaker 7: Everything.
- 2:11:25Speaker 1: So I'm gonna start counting down now, from twenty down
- 2:11:31Speaker 1: to one. You can imagine in a way it's like
- 2:11:40Speaker 1: just walking down some steps, and each step or twenty steps,
- 2:11:46Speaker 1: and each step represents a level of comfort, Each step
- 2:11:56Speaker 1: represents a deepening of that comfort and the furvies you
- 2:12:12Speaker 1: walk down those steps that a deeper and more relaxed.
- 2:12:17Speaker 1: Do you feel.
- 2:12:25Speaker 7: So?
- 2:12:25Speaker 1: Starting with number twenty twenty nineteen eighteen seventeen sixty h.
- 2:15:23Speaker 5: D D.
- 2:16:14Speaker 1: Fifteen fourteen four see too well five h H nine
- 2:23:24Speaker 1: five seven said five four.
- 2:29:04Speaker 5: H H H H.
- 2:32:14Speaker 1: One. And now as you focus on your eyes, we're
- 2:33:21Speaker 1: gonna count down from ten dout one, focusing just on
- 2:33:33Speaker 1: your eyes, your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your
- 2:33:44Speaker 1: eye walls themselves, a whole area that makes up your eye.
- 2:34:04Speaker 1: And as we count down from ten down to one,
- 2:34:12Speaker 1: whilst focus in on your eyes, you'll become twice is
- 2:34:25Speaker 1: relaxed with each number counting down that you may find
- 2:34:41Speaker 1: the all you want to do is just drift off
- 2:34:47Speaker 1: to sleep. And if that's what you want, then just
- 2:34:56Speaker 1: allow yourself to do that. Now, focus in on your eyes.
- 2:35:11Speaker 1: I'm going to begin counting down from ten down to
- 2:35:17Speaker 1: one right now ten nine eight.
- 2:36:40Speaker 5: H H.
- 2:37:17Speaker 1: H s H H five.
- 2:40:40Speaker 10: Four three.
- 2:43:00Speaker 14: Two one.
- 2:44:35Speaker 1: So counted down from ten to one ten nine eight
- 2:44:54Speaker 1: seven six five four three two one. And maybe that
- 2:45:19Speaker 1: was a bit too quick in order to relax. Maybe
- 2:45:23Speaker 1: it's a bit too fast for you to notice the
- 2:45:29Speaker 1: calming of your body, maybe even a little bit of
- 2:45:36Speaker 1: pressure there, Like you're counting down from ten to one.
- 2:45:40Speaker 1: Would you expect me to do man, expect me to
- 2:45:43Speaker 1: stick go with floppy just because you're counting down. If
- 2:45:53Speaker 1: you try it again, but this time, I go this
- 2:45:57Speaker 1: lower this time, as you focus on the whole of
- 2:46:04Speaker 1: your body before we focus on your legs, just notice
- 2:46:12Speaker 1: how your body does start to feel more relaxed with
- 2:46:27Speaker 1: every number that I count down ten nine, eight, seven, six, five,
- 2:47:19Speaker 1: four three two one. Wow, And just notice how how
- 2:48:17Speaker 1: you feel generally, how your body feels. It's not necessarily
- 2:48:28Speaker 1: even about counting down from ten to one. It's that
- 2:48:38Speaker 1: space that you have, that space between being active physically
- 2:48:58Speaker 1: or mentally to just sitting or lying down, just being there,
- 2:49:09Speaker 1: not doing anything, not saying anything, nor needing to think
- 2:49:14Speaker 1: about anything. So it opens up a space, you know,
- 2:49:20Speaker 1: a bit of a space, a gap. And the more
- 2:49:31Speaker 1: I camped down from ten to one, the bigger that
- 2:49:34Speaker 1: gap becomes. So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation.
- 2:49:51Speaker 1: It's a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or
- 2:50:04Speaker 1: discomforts physically or emotionally moves them away. Allows you to
- 2:50:21Speaker 1: just slow down. Someone to count again from ten down
- 2:50:31Speaker 1: to one, and notice that gap widening, the gap, And
- 2:50:41Speaker 1: as it widens, it's almost like the thestress and attention
- 2:50:47Speaker 1: falls into the gap gives you that distance and space.
- 2:51:08Speaker 1: Now ten nine, eight, seven, six, five four three one.
- 2:53:15Speaker 1: How does your body feel now? Can you notice that?
- 2:53:36Speaker 1: Do you feeling calmer, the feeling more relaxed as we
- 2:54:13Speaker 1: now focus on your legs, just your legs. We're just
- 2:54:33Speaker 1: gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course, it's
- 2:54:53Speaker 1: not the most exciting thing to be done, because I'm
- 2:55:02Speaker 1: sure like most of your body is not a lot
- 2:55:04Speaker 1: going on right now. Just focusing on the whole of
- 2:55:17Speaker 1: your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides of
- 2:55:23Speaker 1: your thighs, the bottoms of your thighs, your outer thighs,
- 2:55:30Speaker 1: and your inner thighs. Basically the whole of your thigh
- 2:55:35Speaker 1: that leads into your hip and it goes down to
- 2:55:44Speaker 1: your knee joints. Now, this is a big area. It's
- 2:55:58Speaker 1: a very heavy area. Yeah, it's very strong, probably the
- 2:56:03Speaker 1: strongest muscles in your body or in your thighs. But
- 2:56:18Speaker 1: I don't think we perhaps give enough attention to our thighs.
- 2:56:32Speaker 1: Perhaps we don't acknowledge how important our thighs are to
- 2:56:43Speaker 1: our lives, how much they actually do for us all
- 2:57:04Speaker 1: through our lives. And it may seem to sound really weird,
- 2:57:15Speaker 1: but I think that all of our body parts, especially
- 2:57:23Speaker 1: our thighs, need some TLC, a bit of love shown,
- 2:57:32Speaker 1: a bit of acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what our
- 2:57:50Speaker 1: thighs do for us. And I know this may sound
- 2:58:00Speaker 1: is strange. Maybe you think, why am I surely how
- 2:58:06Speaker 1: I should be out in the garden hugging a tree
- 2:58:09Speaker 1: or something. Well, it's hard to set a microphone up
- 2:58:17Speaker 1: on a tree. That's why I'm doing this indoors. Otherwise
- 2:58:20Speaker 1: I would be outside hugging a tree. Now I can't
- 2:58:24Speaker 1: see the television from the tree. If you move down
- 2:58:33Speaker 1: to your knees gain such an important part. And I
- 2:58:42Speaker 1: think we don't necessarily I'll speak for myself here, I
- 2:58:49Speaker 1: don't necessarily appreciate all that my knees do for me
- 2:58:56Speaker 1: until I have a problem with my knee. It's occasionally,
- 2:59:01Speaker 1: if I ever maybe i'll bash it or it's aching
- 2:59:06Speaker 1: for some reason. It's then that I realize how much
- 2:59:13Speaker 1: it does. You know, the benefit of being able to
- 2:59:17Speaker 1: use my legs without any kind of physical discomfort is
- 2:59:27Speaker 1: a beautiful thing that's possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed.
- 2:59:37Speaker 1: You know that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees,
- 2:59:46Speaker 1: regardless of how your knees feel, you can have that
- 2:59:52Speaker 1: sense of gratitude and love to your needs for all
- 2:59:58Speaker 1: that they do for you. And you can still have
- 3:00:11Speaker 1: that attention on your thighs and maybe notice how your
- 3:00:15Speaker 1: thighs feel. Maybe you've noticed that they are relaxing more
- 3:00:29Speaker 1: deeply as you focus now on the bottoms of your legs,
- 3:00:41Speaker 1: your shins and your calf muscles and the bones between
- 3:00:46Speaker 1: your knees and your feet incorporate, and of course your
- 3:00:53Speaker 1: ankles so important. You know, anyone that's had even like
- 3:01:05Speaker 1: the slightest sprain of an ankle knows how how much
- 3:01:12Speaker 1: we take our ankles for granted. And it's kind of
- 3:01:22Speaker 1: strange in a way when you think that. You know, logically,
- 3:01:28Speaker 1: our wrists are a lot thinner than the rest of
- 3:01:31Speaker 1: our arms, which is okay, it doesn't I can't see
- 3:01:35Speaker 1: any problem with that because we're just picking stuff up.
- 3:01:40Speaker 1: But our ankles so much thinner than the rest of
- 3:01:46Speaker 1: our legs, and from a physics perspective or logical even
- 3:01:57Speaker 1: it doesn't really make sense that all this weight would
- 3:02:03Speaker 1: ultimately be resting on your ankles then leading to your feet,
- 3:02:15Speaker 1: that thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it does so much
- 3:02:24Speaker 1: great work. Supports us, supports our body for a lifetime,
- 3:02:35Speaker 1: helps us to balance, helps you to get around and
- 3:02:45Speaker 1: be mobile. And there's the calf muscles. Of course, Shinger,
- 3:03:00Speaker 1: I couldn't see the point in calf muscles didn't seem
- 3:03:04Speaker 1: to do anything. Okay, if I walked around on tiptoes,
- 3:03:10Speaker 1: then my calf muscles get some work. But of course
- 3:03:14Speaker 1: that's not true. The calf muscles are being used whenever
- 3:03:18Speaker 1: we use our legs and your shins there to protect
- 3:03:32Speaker 1: your lower legs, shaped in a way, almost as a
- 3:03:40Speaker 1: protector for the bone, leading of course to your ankles
- 3:03:56Speaker 1: and your feet. But we're not going to focus on
- 3:04:03Speaker 1: your feet. We're just going to focus on the legs.
- 3:04:07Speaker 1: I realize that now that I've mentioned your feet, it
- 3:04:12Speaker 1: probably focusing on them anyway. For maybe I should focus
- 3:04:17Speaker 1: on your feet a little bit. You can have them
- 3:04:23Speaker 1: in your awareness the same as you have your thighs
- 3:04:28Speaker 1: in your awareness. Even though we haven't been focusing on
- 3:04:33Speaker 1: your thighs a few minutes, let me focusing on your ankles.
- 3:04:45Speaker 1: There's still that sensation of comfort in your thighs in
- 3:05:00Speaker 1: this that movement of energy because the thighs hold lots
- 3:05:10Speaker 1: of different sensations. Of course, there's the muscles, the big
- 3:05:15Speaker 1: straw muscles that we have in our thighs. But the
- 3:05:28Speaker 1: skin on the outside of the thighs, as in the
- 3:05:34Speaker 1: outside of all of our body, can be very sensitive,
- 3:05:43Speaker 1: sensitive to the touch, sensitive to temperature, and inside your
- 3:05:57Speaker 1: thighs bones, there's the muscle, there's the blood, vessels, the
- 3:06:05Speaker 1: ar trees, all this stuff that's inside your thighs. I
- 3:06:15Speaker 1: guess sometimes it'd be nice if you could actually put
- 3:06:18Speaker 1: your fingers inside your thighs and a message, so you
- 3:06:26Speaker 1: can message on the outside, of course, but to be
- 3:06:29Speaker 1: able to get deep into the muscles and to be
- 3:06:32Speaker 1: able to just message inside your thighs, message in the
- 3:06:38Speaker 1: bones of your leg, message in all the veins, and
- 3:06:46Speaker 1: just gently healing your thighs and you could move down
- 3:06:59Speaker 1: message and inside your knees. It's a messaging those bones,
- 3:07:05Speaker 1: but with healing fingertips, spreading that healing energy deep into
- 3:07:12Speaker 1: the joints of your knees. Of course, there's the back
- 3:07:22Speaker 1: of your your knee, you know, the inside crease where
- 3:07:27Speaker 1: your knee is. It's a very sensitive area, very sounds
- 3:07:35Speaker 1: very nice when you stroke it. That might be because
- 3:07:40Speaker 1: it's an area that's not really touched very often. It's
- 3:07:45Speaker 1: almost like a hidden part, that crease in your legs.
- 3:07:51Speaker 1: It's almost like a part that has a sensitivity which
- 3:07:59Speaker 1: is a little bit differ from of course, it's protected
- 3:08:09Speaker 1: by your legs. So you can imagine putting your fingers
- 3:08:20Speaker 1: into that crease in your legs, that fold in between
- 3:08:30Speaker 1: your legs. You can just message with your fingertips. Imagine
- 3:08:35Speaker 1: your fingertips going inside message in the muscle tissue. You
- 3:08:46Speaker 1: can of course feel the bones of your knees heading
- 3:08:52Speaker 1: through your fingertips. And then as you go down to
- 3:09:05Speaker 1: your calf muscles, and that's the part I'd like to
- 3:09:08Speaker 1: be able to really put my fingertips deep inside my
- 3:09:14Speaker 1: calf muscles, massage in every single tissue of that muscle.
- 3:09:24Speaker 15: Healing every part, and then doing.
- 3:09:32Speaker 1: The same for my shins, massage in and gently stroking
- 3:09:40Speaker 1: the bones gently stroking them, healing in a loving way,
- 3:09:48Speaker 1: because they deserve to be treated as the precious bones
- 3:09:54Speaker 1: that they are. Because our legs are so precious as
- 3:09:59Speaker 1: in all the other hearts of our body, the more
- 3:10:04Speaker 1: precious of amytual on the planet. When you start to
- 3:10:19Speaker 1: think about your legs in this way, it can change
- 3:10:31Speaker 1: your perspective. It might sound a bit a bit silly
- 3:10:40Speaker 1: to start with the idea of having love for your legs,
- 3:10:47Speaker 1: showing appreciation for your thighs, wanting to be able to
- 3:10:56Speaker 1: put your hands in your thighs, the message the muscles
- 3:11:04Speaker 1: and the bones, and to get your fingers deep in there,
- 3:11:10Speaker 1: releasing all tension, just to show how much you care
- 3:11:22Speaker 1: about your legs, how much you care for what your
- 3:11:27Speaker 1: legs do for you regularly, your knees, your calves, your ankles,
- 3:11:41Speaker 1: the strength of your ankles considering how thin they are
- 3:11:49Speaker 1: compared to the rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah,
- 3:11:57Speaker 1: this so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Your ankles
- 3:12:09Speaker 1: are truly a gift because of what they do for you,
- 3:12:24Speaker 1: supporting all that weight, regardless of how what weight you are,
- 3:12:32Speaker 1: even if you're only eight stone, there's still a lot
- 3:12:37Speaker 1: of weight for these little ankles. Now, I'm a lot
- 3:12:44Speaker 1: heavier than eight stone double dock, yet my ankles support
- 3:12:54Speaker 1: my body all the time. They do give off a
- 3:13:01Speaker 1: sigh of relief when I sit down. That's my whole
- 3:13:07Speaker 1: legs do. My feet feet also go, my toes clap.
- 3:13:18Speaker 1: We're so happy. Your legs really are amazing. And I
- 3:13:46Speaker 1: know that talking about talking about your legs is probably
- 3:13:53Speaker 1: possibly among the most most boring things I've ever heard
- 3:13:58Speaker 1: anyone say. Possibly there bory or not. Everything I said
- 3:14:06Speaker 1: is true. Your legs are amazing. Your legs deserve not
- 3:14:23Speaker 1: just respect, They deserve to relax deeply. They deserve to
- 3:14:42Speaker 1: take some time out of the day to just let
- 3:14:47Speaker 1: go completely. The legs really can relax. And because the
- 3:15:23Speaker 1: legs are so such a most, you know, very important
- 3:15:28Speaker 1: part of your body. When you relax your legs, the
- 3:15:33Speaker 1: rest of your body also naturally follows in that journey
- 3:15:44Speaker 1: of comfort. I can feel it in my hips. My
- 3:15:56Speaker 1: hips feel really loose, and also my light.
- 3:16:03Speaker 8: Back as well.
- 3:16:06Speaker 1: My ler back really feels it feels stretched, even though
- 3:16:11Speaker 1: I'm just sitting in a chair and there's no stretching.
- 3:16:18Speaker 1: As far as I'm aware that I'm doing it's almost
- 3:16:21Speaker 1: as if the muscles are just relaxed so much that
- 3:16:25Speaker 1: there is a natural stretch as the tension has reduced
- 3:16:33Speaker 1: a lot. And I'm now going to count down from
- 3:16:53Speaker 1: ten down to one, and you can continue to fill
- 3:17:03Speaker 1: wonderfully relaxed ten nine, eight, seven, six.
- 3:17:27Speaker 7: Five.
- 3:17:32Speaker 1: Four three two one relax. I'm just going to count
- 3:18:01Speaker 1: down and fire down to one. And as a countdown,
- 3:18:07Speaker 1: if you just focus on the numbers, just the numbers
- 3:18:13Speaker 1: counting down, and notice how you feel in this moment
- 3:18:24Speaker 1: as you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those
- 3:18:29Speaker 1: numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer, not just in
- 3:18:42Speaker 1: your body, but also relaxing your mind. Just notice how
- 3:18:50Speaker 1: you feel. There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say,
- 3:18:57Speaker 1: there's nothing to think about, starting with number five, four
- 3:19:23Speaker 1: three two one. As you notice the gradual letting go
- 3:20:02Speaker 1: the tension in your body, you may also begin to
- 3:20:09Speaker 1: notice and be aware of how your mind is starting
- 3:20:17Speaker 1: to slow down. This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 3:20:28Speaker 1: It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural because
- 3:20:33Speaker 1: as your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax.
- 3:20:40Speaker 1: And the more your mind relaxes the more your body relaxes.
- 3:20:44Speaker 1: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation, and there's that
- 3:20:56Speaker 1: calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know, even even
- 3:21:04Speaker 1: if there's background sounds either your side online is still
- 3:21:11Speaker 1: going to be quite calm. You know, you haven't got
- 3:21:17Speaker 1: the television on, there's no music in the background unless
- 3:21:22Speaker 1: you're listening to the recording. With music, of course, you're
- 3:21:29Speaker 1: very likely not going to be sitting in a room
- 3:21:32Speaker 1: with other people. Of course you might be, but generally
- 3:21:36Speaker 1: it's more ideal if you can do this on your own,
- 3:21:41Speaker 1: so no distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff,
- 3:21:58Speaker 1: relaxation automatically rises. A sense of comfort starts to grow,
- 3:22:13Speaker 1: and without trying to build it up into something fantastical
- 3:22:20Speaker 1: or something magical, this is just a natural process, something
- 3:22:32Speaker 1: that's easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost the sense
- 3:22:43Speaker 1: of relaxing completely happens really when you put no effort
- 3:22:50Speaker 1: into it. It's not something that you can really force.
- 3:22:56Speaker 1: It's something that happens naturally. And part of the process
- 3:23:06Speaker 1: of this recording and others is simply two allow you
- 3:23:20Speaker 1: to take advantage of this space, this time, to just
- 3:23:35Speaker 1: let go, to just be here. To be in tune
- 3:23:46Speaker 1: with how you feel, yet with the intention of wanting
- 3:23:58Speaker 1: to relaxed deeply and maybe even to fall asleep, depending
- 3:24:11Speaker 1: on what it is that you wish for yourself in
- 3:24:17Speaker 1: this moment. As we know, relaxing is the majority of
- 3:24:33Speaker 1: the process of falling asleep. The actual falling asleep part
- 3:24:38Speaker 1: is the tiny bit of the end. The deeper relaxed
- 3:24:47Speaker 1: you become, the easier you find yourself drifting. You can also,
- 3:25:09Speaker 1: if you choose, stay focused on my voice and really
- 3:25:20Speaker 1: enjoy the process, gradually relaxing each muscle in your body
- 3:25:54Speaker 1: effortlessly and just observing the sensation of letting go completely.
- 3:26:30Speaker 1: This time, I'm going to count from six down to one,
- 3:26:38Speaker 1: and you can notice your mind calming down more with
- 3:26:48Speaker 1: each number.
- 3:26:51Speaker 8: That you hear me.
- 3:26:52Speaker 1: Say, naturally, feeling colm slow, peaceful, six, five, four, three, two.
- 3:29:40Speaker 16: Four, being aware of how your mind has slowed.
- 3:30:10Speaker 1: Right down, sinking deeply into relaxation. And as you focus
- 3:30:37Speaker 1: on your mind, you may notice that there are some
- 3:30:46Speaker 1: thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn thoughts that for some
- 3:30:56Speaker 1: reason need your attention.
- 3:31:08Speaker 8: That's what you can do.
- 3:31:09Speaker 1: Is send love to those thoughts, Sprinkle those thoughts with love.
- 3:31:29Speaker 1: I all petals from a flower. Just sprinkle it over them,
- 3:31:35Speaker 1: petals filled with love towards those thoughts, to let those
- 3:31:42Speaker 1: thoughts know that you're not abandon in them. You just
- 3:31:49Speaker 1: need them. You require them to just calm down, slow down,
- 3:32:01Speaker 1: quiet down for now, so as you focus on those
- 3:32:17Speaker 1: remaining thoughts. As we count down this time from seven
- 3:32:23Speaker 1: down to one. With each number, just imagine sprinkling those
- 3:32:32Speaker 1: flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude over those thoughts, which
- 3:32:51Speaker 1: will allow them to just melt away and relax deeply.
- 3:33:01Speaker 1: For every number, they thoughts would become more and more relaxed.
- 3:33:21Speaker 1: Starting with number seven, six, five, four, three.
- 3:35:16Speaker 17: Two.
- 3:35:35Speaker 1: What is it? Now? Notice how relaxed your feeling in
- 3:36:09Speaker 1: your body. We're going to focus on your hands, because
- 3:36:31Speaker 1: the more relaxed your hands are, the more relaxed your
- 3:36:37Speaker 1: body and mind are.
- 3:36:55Speaker 8: And this.
- 3:36:57Speaker 1: You focus on your hands and your fingers. There's nothing
- 3:37:07Speaker 1: needed to be done. There's no clenching of fists or
- 3:37:13Speaker 1: dents in the fingers or anything like that. Yeah, it's
- 3:37:23Speaker 1: just noticing and focusing on your hands, noticing how they feel.
- 3:37:53Speaker 1: Because the mow relaxed do your hands feel, the calmer
- 3:38:03Speaker 1: your mind feels and more comfort you feel throughout your body,
- 3:38:20Speaker 1: and you may have already noticed you mind is starting
- 3:38:54Speaker 1: to dress like sense just on your hands and fingers,
- 3:39:22Speaker 1: allowing them to experience a real deepening of that relaxation
- 3:39:37Speaker 1: in your hands and fingers.
- 3:39:45Speaker 2: More.
- 3:39:49Speaker 1: And more relaxed. With each number from eight down to one,
- 3:40:13Speaker 1: you can almost a few that healing and relaxing energy
- 3:40:23Speaker 1: spreading into your hands and fingers becoming year row relaxing
- 3:40:43Speaker 1: with each number year going down from eight down to one, drifting,
- 3:41:06Speaker 1: drifting again starting with nomber eight, seven, five, four, three, Hush,
- 3:45:13Speaker 1: just being here now, nothing to think about, nothing to do,
- 3:45:24Speaker 1: nothing to say, and everything just feels calmer. This is
- 3:45:39Speaker 1: your natural state of being. This is how you just
- 3:45:47Speaker 1: normally feel when you take away all that other stuff
- 3:45:56Speaker 1: that we add nothing that less and worrying and overthinking, anxiety, tension,
- 3:46:14Speaker 1: just generally thinking about stuff. You take that away, which
- 3:46:21Speaker 1: is what we do. What we do now you're left
- 3:46:30Speaker 1: with a real sense of peacefulness which comes to you
- 3:46:42Speaker 1: very quickly, because ultimately it's just a feeling, a feeling
- 3:46:57Speaker 1: of comfort, almost as if you've gone inside yourself and
- 3:47:04Speaker 1: you've found a special place where everything is peaceful, a
- 3:47:19Speaker 1: place where you can feel relaxed and your natural sense
- 3:47:26Speaker 1: of comfort, A place where.
- 3:47:31Speaker 8: You can be you, where you can.
- 3:47:38Speaker 1: Accept yourself for who you are, the place where you're
- 3:47:45Speaker 1: not trying to please anybody else ever, a place where
- 3:47:56Speaker 1: you can actually not just love yourself, but in some
- 3:48:05Speaker 1: ways more importantly, you can like yourself appreciate who you are.
- 3:48:24Speaker 1: That sense of gratitude is in the air all around you.
- 3:48:38Speaker 1: That's also a place where you can actually feel the
- 3:48:46Speaker 1: healing energy soaking into your body. Healing energy soaking into
- 3:49:01Speaker 1: your body, and that healing energy spreads through your veins,
- 3:49:15Speaker 1: traveling to each and every single part of your body.
- 3:49:28Speaker 1: When you start to realize that actually that healing energy
- 3:49:35Speaker 1: it's not just entered into your brain, it's become part
- 3:49:42Speaker 1: of your brain, and the spinal fluid is now mixed
- 3:49:53Speaker 1: with healing energy, not just allowing you to feel so
- 3:50:05Speaker 1: much more relaxed and healthy in this moment, but also
- 3:50:19Speaker 1: you start to realize to actually, what's happening now without healing,
- 3:50:29Speaker 1: relaxing energy spreading through your body, it's actually changing your life.
- 3:50:44Speaker 1: It's actually changing the way you're going to feel not
- 3:50:49Speaker 1: just now, but tomorrow and the next day, as your
- 3:50:57Speaker 1: health improves, not just your physical health but your mental health.
- 3:51:09Speaker 1: Things that used to bother you in the past, for
- 3:51:14Speaker 1: some reason, no longer have the effect that they used
- 3:51:20Speaker 1: to because something has changed deep within you. Maybe things
- 3:51:35Speaker 1: that used to cause you to feel anger no longer
- 3:51:45Speaker 1: have that power to control you the way they seem
- 3:51:55Speaker 1: to be able to before. As you realize that you're
- 3:52:04Speaker 1: the one who decides what affects you, you're the one
- 3:52:17Speaker 1: who decides to feel relaxed and calm when you choose
- 3:52:31Speaker 1: to enjoy noticing these natural developments of healing, continuing to grow.
- 3:52:49Speaker 18: And improve your life day by day, including a course,
- 3:53:00Speaker 18: your ability.
- 3:53:03Speaker 1: To relax so much easier and sleep in it's the
- 3:53:18Speaker 1: most natural thing in the world to you, because falling
- 3:53:29Speaker 1: asleep is something that you've.
- 3:53:31Speaker 15: Done so many times.
- 3:53:37Speaker 1: In your life, and you know that you were born,
- 3:53:44Speaker 1: as we all were, with the ability to fall asleep naturally.
- 3:53:55Speaker 1: You're born with that ability to just drift off into
- 3:54:07Speaker 1: a deep, healing sleep. Even when we're kids, sometimes will
- 3:54:20Speaker 1: fall asleep and we don't even want to try to
- 3:54:25Speaker 1: stay awake. Maybe it's a birthday in the morning, or
- 3:54:29Speaker 1: it's Christmas or holiday or something we look forward to.
- 3:54:34Speaker 8: We don't want to go to sleep, but the.
- 3:54:38Speaker 1: More you want to stay awake, the more we just
- 3:54:43Speaker 1: start to drift. And the more you fight drifting, the
- 3:54:52Speaker 1: more you try to stop yourself and drift in a
- 3:54:54Speaker 1: safe the deeper and stronger they're drifting. Comes because we're
- 3:55:08Speaker 1: born not just with the need to relax deeply and
- 3:55:15Speaker 1: to naturally fall asleep, but it's our birthright, it's part
- 3:55:25Speaker 1: of our DNA. And sometimes as we get older in life,
- 3:55:37Speaker 1: perhaps at times we have forgotten that relaxing completely is
- 3:55:50Speaker 1: not only a wonderfully pleasant experience, it's also really easy.
- 3:56:15Speaker 1: It's very very easy to let go, because that's all
- 3:56:23Speaker 1: it is.
- 3:56:23Speaker 8: It's just.
- 3:56:27Speaker 1: Deciding to let go. And when you press the play
- 3:56:38Speaker 1: button on my recordings, you have given permission for my
- 3:56:49Speaker 1: voice to relax you. When you press that play button,
- 3:56:58Speaker 1: you have given me permission for my words to effect
- 3:57:09Speaker 1: you in a positive, only a positive way. Opening up
- 3:57:26Speaker 1: your mind two useful and healing suggestions that can have
- 3:57:49Speaker 1: such an amazing effect on how you feel right now,
- 3:58:01Speaker 1: as well as those changes that continue long after the
- 3:58:11Speaker 1: recording ends, those changes within you that continue to flourish
- 3:58:23Speaker 1: and grow, transforming your life. In a positive, beautiful way,
- 3:58:40Speaker 1: allowing you to move forward in your life in the
- 3:58:47Speaker 1: direction that you choose for yourself. And this feeling, this
- 3:59:05Speaker 1: feeling that you can experience of safety, comfort, calmness, This
- 3:59:21Speaker 1: feels so nice. It's such a healthy place to be,
- 3:59:42Speaker 1: and that positivity grows within you each and every day
- 3:59:59Speaker 1: move looking forward, you're how to find that you're more
- 4:00:08Speaker 1: relaxed physically and in your mind is more relaxed. And
- 4:00:23Speaker 1: it's not that you're thinking slower. It's just that your
- 4:00:29Speaker 1: mind will be less clogged up with unnecessary negativity because
- 4:00:41Speaker 1: from now on, your mind rejects negativity. From now on,
- 4:00:51Speaker 1: you're going to start noticing when negativity arises and you
- 4:01:02Speaker 1: can just say stop, stop, and that negativity will turn
- 4:01:16Speaker 1: around and leave you alone. Stop and that negativity will disappear.
- 4:01:45Speaker 1: And as you notice that you feel way more relaxed
- 4:01:53Speaker 1: than you probably expected, you can now congratulate yourself because
- 4:02:08Speaker 1: you're the person that has done this. You are the
- 4:02:15Speaker 1: one that has opened your mind up to the simple facts.
- 4:02:24Speaker 1: You can feel more relaxed in your body and in
- 4:02:29Speaker 1: your mind. You've opened your mind up to the birthright
- 4:02:41Speaker 1: of being able to just fall asleep easily when you choose,
- 4:02:59Speaker 1: And that's a nice feeling.
- 4:03:02Speaker 8: Don't you think.
- 4:03:05Speaker 1: It feels nice? Doesn't it? To feel calm? All that
- 4:03:14Speaker 1: healing energy is spreading through your body in your mind
- 4:03:25Speaker 1: to spend time in a special place where negativity can
- 4:03:36Speaker 1: no longer enter. Negativity is banned. It's bad, it's not allowed.
- 4:03:49Speaker 1: Intrigue doesn't it doesn't. This doesn't deserve to be here.
- 4:03:56Speaker 1: It doesn't belong here. Negativity has no place in your life,
- 4:04:15Speaker 1: which makes room for more comfort, more healing, more relaxation,
- 4:04:30Speaker 1: more peace. It feels nice, doesn't it?
- 4:04:51Speaker 8: Just let go.
- 4:04:57Speaker 1: With everything. I'm gonna count down now from twenty down
- 4:05:17Speaker 1: to one. He can continue to relax. If you choose,
- 4:05:26Speaker 1: you can dread to sleep. With every number you hear
- 4:05:40Speaker 1: me say, you can fill twice as relaxed, or if
- 4:05:52Speaker 1: you choose, you can feel twice as sleeping now twenty ninety, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, four, fourteen, thirteen,
- 4:07:17Speaker 1: too well, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven six five.
- 4:08:24Speaker 5: War.
- 4:08:57Speaker 1: It's your time.
- 4:09:01Speaker 8: To just take a break.
- 4:09:07Speaker 1: You're trying to relax, to allow your mind to slow down,
- 4:09:27Speaker 1: to give yourself permission to take a break from everything,
- 4:09:45Speaker 1: and you're the only person.
- 4:09:48Speaker 8: That can make that decision.
- 4:09:53Speaker 1: You're the only person that can actually tell your mind
- 4:10:01Speaker 1: just relax, to just.
- 4:10:14Speaker 8: Take some time.
- 4:10:17Speaker 1: Off so that you can focus on your body, getting
- 4:10:29Speaker 1: in touch with how you feel physically, and in the
- 4:10:43Speaker 1: process of this body scan, where you focus on different
- 4:10:52Speaker 1: parts of your body, those parts that you focus on
- 4:11:02Speaker 1: and observe. Even though you're not purposely requesting for those
- 4:11:14Speaker 1: parts of your body to relax, it's kind of expected.
- 4:11:21Speaker 1: You expect when you listen to my voice to feel
- 4:11:28Speaker 1: more relaxed naturally, because when you're listening to me, your
- 4:11:41Speaker 1: attention is focused on my words, and as my words
- 4:11:55Speaker 1: guide you to focus on those parts of your body,
- 4:12:09Speaker 1: your focus increases, which actually calms your mind. And when
- 4:12:31Speaker 1: you wind calms down, your body relaxes. And when your
- 4:12:50Speaker 1: body calms down, your mind relaxes. And even though you
- 4:13:14Speaker 1: have not really started to focus on your body, you
- 4:13:23Speaker 1: can already feel that healing energy spreading through your body,
- 4:13:38Speaker 1: pushing out stress and tension, healing.
- 4:13:52Speaker 8: All the parts of your body.
- 4:13:55Speaker 1: Bleeding ther skin, your bones, your blood, all of your
- 4:14:03Speaker 1: organs inside your body, all of the muscles, all.
- 4:14:09Speaker 8: The fact.
- 4:14:11Speaker 15: Or everything.
- 4:14:15Speaker 1: Every air on your body is filled with bad healthing energy.
- 4:14:29Speaker 8: And when your.
- 4:14:30Speaker 1: Brain fills with bad healthing energy, the feeding of comfort
- 4:14:48Speaker 1: and relaxation increases deeply increases in a way. Your mind
- 4:15:18Speaker 1: starts to feel perhaps speak to rousing.
- 4:15:30Speaker 8: Because it's not needed, and it may start to drevet
- 4:15:49Speaker 8: if that's what's needed. So you're listening to this, and
- 4:15:58Speaker 8: what you need is deep relaxation, that's what you get.
- 4:16:04Speaker 8: If what you need is to fall asleep.
- 4:16:10Speaker 1: Naturally easily, that your mind drifts.
- 4:16:17Speaker 8: That's also for whatever.
- 4:16:26Speaker 1: Accuse. By pressing that play button on the podcast and
- 4:16:34Speaker 1: listening to me, I give permission.
- 4:16:39Speaker 8: For your body and your mind. In fact, you give
- 4:16:50Speaker 8: the command to your.
- 4:16:52Speaker 1: Body and your mind to relax deeply and to drift.
- 4:17:04Speaker 8: Off to sleep, if that's what he wants or need.
- 4:17:20Speaker 1: And as I focus on the different parts of your body,
- 4:17:31Speaker 1: you may start to just drift.
- 4:17:39Speaker 8: And then you come back again and hear me.
- 4:17:42Speaker 1: Talking and focusing on the different parts of your body,
- 4:17:53Speaker 1: you may find yourself drifting. Do you don't realize you drifting.
- 4:18:04Speaker 8: Until you stop drifting?
- 4:18:08Speaker 1: You're a laugh again to my voice it said, what
- 4:18:15Speaker 1: a different part of your body starts to relax?
- 4:18:19Speaker 8: The young demail.
- 4:18:25Speaker 1: Because that drifting is basically you already.
- 4:18:32Speaker 8: In the sleep sound, and the more you drift, the
- 4:18:42Speaker 8: longer you drift, and the longer you dreat Eventually that
- 4:18:52Speaker 8: drifting continues into sleep, and that's the last you remember
- 4:19:04Speaker 8: until you wake up in your own time when.
- 4:19:12Speaker 1: You experience the right amount of.
- 4:19:15Speaker 8: Sleep here because when you do, and if you don't,
- 4:19:24Speaker 8: all asleep extremely pleasant, so relaxing, so deep he sleep.
- 4:19:53Speaker 1: It was so nice to relax into.
- 4:20:00Speaker 8: The one body in mind as you feel that he
- 4:20:09Speaker 8: is spreading through it.
- 4:20:13Speaker 1: Relaxing is so deeply, relaxing, so so deeply. When we
- 4:20:36Speaker 1: start to focus.
- 4:20:39Speaker 8: On your eyes, doubt to your jaw, no, you.
- 4:21:09Speaker 1: Assure this.
- 4:21:34Speaker 8: Envious?
- 4:21:42Speaker 1: Yes, yes, why.
- 4:22:13Speaker 8: You you makes you fat? You jay being being breading
- 4:23:06Speaker 8: grime inside your body being you are.
- 4:23:16Speaker 1: Now let's focus again.
- 4:23:23Speaker 8: And parts of your body proby.
- 4:23:29Speaker 1: Send this time on your forehead. Now on your mouth,
- 4:23:40Speaker 1: your lips.
- 4:23:42Speaker 8: Your tongue, the hold of your mouth.
- 4:24:00Speaker 1: What you said on your fingers.
- 4:24:08Speaker 8: Would be a kid. Maybe you think it's a little bits.
- 4:24:12Speaker 8: You can focus on each one individually, both hands.
- 4:24:28Speaker 1: And even though if you focus on both.
- 4:24:30Speaker 8: Of your hands now it almost seems just melting into one.
- 4:24:41Speaker 8: Maybe your right hand. Start in your left hand hand
- 4:24:49Speaker 8: almost is it just mixed together? Now focusing on your knees.
- 4:25:07Speaker 8: Just makea sing. How your knees film?
- 4:25:28Speaker 1: Now focusing I'm with elbers, focusing on both of your elbows,
- 4:25:41Speaker 1: just observing the feeling.
- 4:25:48Speaker 8: Love you with elbows now had to see soon? Why
- 4:26:19Speaker 8: do you do that? S I ny jan the cat
- 4:26:35Speaker 8: came backs. GOLs Beware it's cool sensations. Don't think guls
- 4:28:32Speaker 8: no twice what you do? See few.
- 4:29:00Speaker 1: Right? No notice? Then hi e tire baty feels noticing
- 4:30:06Speaker 1: you mind feels now.
- 4:30:33Speaker 8: Let him go, let him go, let's him.
- 4:30:53Speaker 1: Go everything h m the team go, letting go, letting go, verything.
- 4:31:48Speaker 8: I can't start now and I like it.
- 4:31:52Speaker 1: Just first of all, just to see yourself.
- 4:31:55Speaker 8: Laying down.
- 4:31:57Speaker 1: On the message table, lying on the front. Your head
- 4:32:03Speaker 1: is supported, the arms are supported, and you feel comfortable
- 4:32:12Speaker 1: and breathing. It's really easy, and you feel you feel
- 4:32:21Speaker 1: confident in how you look as well. So there's none
- 4:32:25Speaker 1: of that issue of body problems or shyness because I'm
- 4:32:31Speaker 1: a professional and this is a therapy session, so none
- 4:32:39Speaker 1: of that stuff matters. And whatsoever. This is about you.
- 4:32:49Speaker 1: This is about how you feel and how you can
- 4:32:56Speaker 1: enjoy that sense of comfort and realifexation that comes from
- 4:33:03Speaker 1: letting go and allow him my hands and my fingers
- 4:33:09Speaker 1: to relax you by a messagey your body. Someone starts
- 4:33:21Speaker 1: off just by placing my hands on the back of
- 4:33:26Speaker 1: your head, just gently, just so you can feel with
- 4:33:31Speaker 1: my hands feel.
- 4:33:33Speaker 8: Like really on you.
- 4:33:39Speaker 1: So you can maybe feel the warmth of my hands
- 4:33:41Speaker 1: on the back of your head. And with my hands
- 4:33:47Speaker 1: to the side of your head, not pressing, but just
- 4:33:50Speaker 1: holding there very gently, maybe over your ears, and a
- 4:33:57Speaker 1: little bit on your face, just so you can feel.
- 4:34:01Speaker 8: My hands.
- 4:34:04Speaker 1: So you can become accustomed.
- 4:34:07Speaker 8: To them.
- 4:34:16Speaker 1: And now put my hands on the back of your
- 4:34:18Speaker 1: head again and gently let them slide.
- 4:34:22Speaker 8: Down onto the back of your neck.
- 4:34:34Speaker 1: You can feel my hands gently stroke in the back
- 4:34:44Speaker 1: of your neck.
- 4:34:45Speaker 8: And start with just so you can get used to the.
- 4:34:53Speaker 1: Feeling my hands on your skin, get accustomed to realize
- 4:35:01Speaker 1: that you're safe and it's all good, it's all fine.
- 4:35:12Speaker 1: And really start gently massaging the muscles.
- 4:35:16Speaker 8: In the back of your neck with both hands. And
- 4:35:32Speaker 8: this is a very.
- 4:35:33Speaker 1: Trusting situation really, because our necks is so fragile, and
- 4:35:41Speaker 1: to have someone have their hands around your neck in
- 4:35:45Speaker 1: that way and sometimes be problematic for people, which is
- 4:35:50Speaker 1: why messages are quite good because it allows you to
- 4:35:55Speaker 1: relax and to in touch with trust, to feel peaceful
- 4:36:10Speaker 1: and calm. There's a message the side of your neck
- 4:36:23Speaker 1: gently moving from the bottom of your neck.
- 4:36:31Speaker 8: Would be sort of near where.
- 4:36:33Speaker 1: Your shoulders start against all the way up.
- 4:36:38Speaker 8: To your jaw.
- 4:36:40Speaker 1: It is kind of area. The side of your neck,
- 4:36:47Speaker 1: of course, is a.
- 4:36:47Speaker 8: Lot longer than the front of your neck.
- 4:37:03Speaker 1: And massage in the back of your neck, especially that
- 4:37:10Speaker 1: area where perhaps we hold tension, and there's that area's massage,
- 4:37:20Speaker 1: you can actually feel a sense of release in the
- 4:37:24Speaker 1: back of your neck and maybe you can breathe it
- 4:37:32Speaker 1: out as well. Notice how it feels. Notice how you feel.
- 4:37:48Speaker 1: Then moving down to that area between your neck and
- 4:37:51Speaker 1: your shoulders, that mustle area, starting to message.
- 4:38:01Speaker 8: That area on both sides, and.
- 4:38:05Speaker 1: This would be the area that a lot of people
- 4:38:07Speaker 1: would message if they were going to give you, like
- 4:38:10Speaker 1: the shoulder message. Even that's not technically the shoulders, but
- 4:38:16Speaker 1: it's all the muscles that lead to the shoulders.
- 4:38:20Speaker 8: From the neck and the game that can hold attention.
- 4:38:26Speaker 1: And stress, and when messaged sometimes a nice deep message
- 4:38:33Speaker 1: is useful, and you decide how deep that message is,
- 4:38:51Speaker 1: and just allow my knuckles just to dig.
- 4:38:57Speaker 8: In, to get to those lind sols into a really
- 4:39:04Speaker 8: relaxed up.
- 4:39:08Speaker 1: All the time being firm yet gentle, did you, and
- 4:39:25Speaker 1: just striking down the area to your actual shoulders, moving
- 4:39:35Speaker 1: to the muscles of your shoulders, and maybe initially just
- 4:39:45Speaker 1: pulling up the shoulders a.
- 4:39:47Speaker 8: Little bit off the table, just to give you a
- 4:39:50Speaker 8: little bit of.
- 4:39:51Speaker 1: A stretch the reach gently. You've got the muscles at
- 4:40:02Speaker 1: the front of your shoulders, the sides of the back again,
- 4:40:14Speaker 1: this is a part that can really take quite a
- 4:40:18Speaker 1: bit of pressure, quite.
- 4:40:21Speaker 8: A bit of.
- 4:40:25Speaker 1: Needing if if you wish to really release the tension,
- 4:40:34Speaker 1: really get into those muscles and let your fingers in there.
- 4:40:42Speaker 1: Make you feel really nice. Sometimes it's just being stroked
- 4:40:48Speaker 1: gently or being massaged quite strongly.
- 4:40:57Speaker 8: It can all be.
- 4:40:58Speaker 1: Beneficial to the realization. Put the muscles in your shoulders.
- 4:41:18Speaker 8: Now to move down your arms. Put one arm at
- 4:41:28Speaker 8: a time.
- 4:41:29Speaker 1: Starting with your right arm.
- 4:41:37Speaker 8: What idea is I just lift your arm up, just
- 4:41:42Speaker 8: hold it to the side of here.
- 4:41:47Speaker 1: And where it's to attached, and I just message.
- 4:41:53Speaker 8: The tops of your arms all the way down to.
- 4:42:06Speaker 1: Your forearms into your wrists. Gently massage in that parts,
- 4:42:33Speaker 1: the softer.
- 4:42:33Speaker 8: Part which is the under part of the arm, which.
- 4:42:40Speaker 1: Leads to the crease in the rowbo inside much more
- 4:42:46Speaker 1: sensitive skin. Sometimes just having that strike you are really nice,
- 4:43:06Speaker 1: pleasurable and relaxing.
- 4:43:16Speaker 8: I'm now moving down to your.
- 4:43:20Speaker 1: Right hand, just holding your hand.
- 4:43:31Speaker 8: The right of my hands, just pressing gently on the
- 4:43:41Speaker 8: back of your hand, stretching your fingers.
- 4:43:48Speaker 1: Ever slightly.
- 4:43:52Speaker 8: At the same time.
- 4:43:55Speaker 1: Pressing down and messaging each finger, and then starting to
- 4:44:08Speaker 1: message the palms of the hand. Just turning the hand gently,
- 4:44:22Speaker 1: stretching it gently, and actually having your handheld need be
- 4:44:34Speaker 1: emotional experience sometimes.
- 4:44:37Speaker 8: Even if it is a stranger, someone you don't know
- 4:44:42Speaker 8: very well, like.
- 4:44:44Speaker 1: A massage person or a therapist.
- 4:44:47Speaker 8: Maybe because it's intimate, you can feel, you get You're safe.
- 4:45:11Speaker 8: As I put it down, right arm back down where
- 4:45:14Speaker 8: it was. You do the same when you left hard
- 4:45:26Speaker 8: factually the same.
- 4:45:32Speaker 1: Aside gin the muscles, you are boiling down your wrist
- 4:45:43Speaker 1: strictly inside of your arm. There's tin gentle or it's
- 4:45:53Speaker 1: fun as you will require and the messaging who left hand,
- 4:46:13Speaker 1: stretching the fingers gently massaging the palm of.
- 4:46:22Speaker 8: Your left hand feels so so laxing, so comforting. I
- 4:47:03Speaker 8: just rest your left down, back.
- 4:47:06Speaker 1: Down, start, message you back, make your smart everybody starting
- 4:47:26Speaker 1: at the top, starting again.
- 4:47:31Speaker 8: Where we already be a been the area of the
- 4:47:34Speaker 8: top in between your shoulders and even there. Coming back
- 4:47:41Speaker 8: and started in the area again, this time len downwards,
- 4:47:53Speaker 8: taking downwards stood a middle of your back, working from
- 4:48:02Speaker 8: the outside of the words massage in that you're back,
- 4:48:10Speaker 8: but the outside your back parts, your arms would maybe
- 4:48:23Speaker 8: breast against the most heart that connects you want to
- 4:48:36Speaker 8: your back. I'll just message it down t me gently.
- 4:48:53Speaker 8: Suppose you want leven down the cross a little bit
- 4:49:02Speaker 8: of move all the way down again, people very gentle. Yeah,
- 4:49:08Speaker 8: a few shoes and then Steve gets the spine, get
- 4:49:21Speaker 8: their sides, the muscles and be the side of your
- 4:49:24Speaker 8: spine on the top of your neck all the way down.
- 4:49:31Speaker 3: You gonna know a back.
- 4:49:39Speaker 8: You can do that a few times. Sometimes people juice
- 4:49:48Speaker 8: the knuckle of the you know, two fingers and just
- 4:49:54Speaker 8: go in the side of the spine. Must just pushed
- 4:49:58Speaker 8: down to all the down to the bottom of the spine,
- 4:50:03Speaker 8: each time, releasing tension and opening up the body, stretching
- 4:50:14Speaker 8: your body so that you feel more relaxed at the
- 4:50:21Speaker 8: same time deumnated. Now I'm gonna move to one side,
- 4:50:39Speaker 8: to your one side from the bottom of your lips
- 4:50:49Speaker 8: to your elvis, you can message that area. I feel bad,
- 4:50:57Speaker 8: I'll stretch over the other side, you know, the muscles
- 4:51:01Speaker 8: gently message and crush one end that side of the
- 4:51:08Speaker 8: right and my st to the middle of the back
- 4:51:13Speaker 8: to where your spine is. Message in that side of
- 4:51:17Speaker 8: your spine, the opposite side to outstanding. It's almost like
- 4:51:25Speaker 8: leading bread. There's that big area which is yeah, they're
- 4:51:34Speaker 8: not there to message. Potentially one of the most important
- 4:51:43Speaker 8: places to actually have a message because you need being there,
- 4:51:52Speaker 8: really feel the release and the pleasure having your lower back.
- 4:51:58Speaker 8: Message beneath this so much my body, it's not useful.
- 4:52:11Speaker 8: Start to make feeling process, which would continuing long after
- 4:52:16Speaker 8: this reporting a message in this part of your body. No,
- 4:52:30Speaker 8: it feels really good a year. It's actually funny to
- 4:52:35Speaker 8: do because it is a sad like needing bread. It's
- 4:52:42Speaker 8: part you can really get out older and reading message deeply.
- 4:52:50Speaker 8: That's your choice.
- 4:52:59Speaker 2: Ye and move boe to.
- 4:53:00Speaker 8: The outside of your body. Do the same with the
- 4:53:07Speaker 8: opposite part.
- 4:53:11Speaker 2: What do you ron back.
- 4:53:14Speaker 8: Needing messaging inside or.
- 4:53:18Speaker 2: The way.
- 4:53:23Speaker 8: To little back bring the spirs. Pressing and needing burn
- 4:53:38Speaker 8: came at the same time. It feels so releasing some
- 4:53:48Speaker 8: mixture of pleasure renas the arms relaxation lets together. What's
- 4:54:04Speaker 8: this bad being from the stomach has been stretched even
- 4:54:10Speaker 8: when you're a stomach. Now we can't even in stress
- 4:54:14Speaker 8: because that on area is connected to your stock only bad.
- 4:54:31Speaker 8: Go talk to your body. I would to the same
- 4:54:36Speaker 8: the time sparking.
- 4:54:39Speaker 11: M hmm about the back of my hands.
- 4:54:43Speaker 8: I'll tell you about And that's the other side of
- 4:54:47Speaker 8: that area, your spine on the side of the buds.
- 4:54:55Speaker 8: Spie something right side the result teaching and whatever, appetition
- 4:55:06Speaker 8: booking as plet's that's a chu spool.
- 4:55:20Speaker 3: So that still.
- 4:55:22Speaker 8: Sorry, let's talk that spot. It's ship
- 4:56:07Speaker 3: Sh
