- 0:31Speaker 1: How you doing fantastic? How are you, Marximone?
- 0:35Speaker 2: I'm good. Hey. Did you know that you're in the
- 0:37Speaker 2: Epstein files?
- 0:40Speaker 1: I did, I have been. I've been perusing the Epstein files.
- 0:43Speaker 1: I'll be My column is going up about a few
- 0:46Speaker 1: highlights you won't be reading in the New York Times.
- 0:49Speaker 1: I only saw a few of them, with Epstein denouncing
- 0:53Speaker 1: me for staying all over his case. As you will recall,
- 0:58Speaker 1: I was the first one to write it because it
- 1:00Speaker 1: was all over the Palm Beach Post and no place else.
- 1:03Speaker 1: The national news media was not covering it. I got
- 1:07Speaker 1: the Sainted Bill O'Reilly to cover it. He was the
- 1:10Speaker 1: first national media, first TV post to cover it. He
- 1:13Speaker 1: had a really great opening segment on it. You can
- 1:15Speaker 1: find his opening segment by the way in the in
- 1:18Speaker 1: the Epstein files. So yay Bill O'Reilly. But the rest
- 1:22Speaker 1: of the national media absolutely would not touch it because
- 1:25Speaker 1: it was entirely a Democrat affair. It was, for example,
- 1:31Speaker 1: the the the name you never hear. It's just it's
- 1:34Speaker 1: unbelievable how this guy has skated away. The state prosecutor or,
- 1:38Speaker 1: that's how what we call DA's in Florida, who spent years,
- 1:45Speaker 1: literally at least three years, going after Rush Limbaugh for
- 1:48Speaker 1: back pain medication, you know, seizing records, rating pharmacies, leaking information.
- 1:56Speaker 1: When when the entire Epstein case was presented to him
- 2:00Speaker 1: by the Palm Beach police, who had done like a
- 2:03Speaker 1: one year meticulous investigation. They were getting collecting Epstein's garbage,
- 2:08Speaker 1: they were interviewing witnesses. It was because a woman, so
- 2:10Speaker 1: I think everyone knows now, came from les pom Beach
- 2:12Speaker 1: and said her stepdaughter, fourteen years old, was giving naked
- 2:16Speaker 1: massages and getting molested by a wealthy man in Palm Beach.
- 2:21Speaker 1: That's what started the investigation. They had seventeen seventeen witnesses,
- 2:25Speaker 1: including about a dozen I think maybe it was half
- 2:29Speaker 1: a dozen of the girls themselves, plus people who worked
- 2:32Speaker 1: for Epstein, butlers and so on. Had them all on record.
- 2:38Speaker 1: You can you can read at least snippets, maybe the
- 2:41Speaker 1: entirety of their of the statements they gave presented to
- 2:45Speaker 1: the Democratic da who was about after years finally dropping
- 2:51Speaker 1: the charges against against Limbaugh. And although he had he
- 2:55Speaker 1: had shown great enthusiasm for the case, and oh, we
- 2:58Speaker 1: got to get this guy because the police chief was
- 3:01Speaker 1: keeping him informed as they were collecting more and more evidence.
- 3:05Speaker 1: And we've got this and we have this on the guy,
- 3:07Speaker 1: and oh, Barry Krishner was really into it. Yeah, you
- 3:10Speaker 1: stick it to this guy. We got to get this
- 3:12Speaker 1: restitution Palm Beach. And then he find out it's Jeffrey Epstein,
- 3:17Speaker 1: big Democratic donor, and throws the case. Throws the case.
- 3:22Speaker 1: He and his assistant prosecutor put the girls on trial,
- 3:26Speaker 1: accused them of prostitution, asked if they were committing crimes,
- 3:29Speaker 1: went through their drug and alcohol use. Totally blew the
- 3:33Speaker 1: case and that's why it ever ended up in front
- 3:36Speaker 1: of the one prosecutor you've ever heard of on this case.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Alex Acosta, who Yeah, okay, he chickened out, but not
- 3:44Speaker 1: compared to Krishner. Krisher is his name, Krishner. I was
- 3:48Speaker 1: in Krishner. He at least got him registered as a
- 3:52Speaker 1: as a sex offender. Should just let Epstein walk. There
- 3:56Speaker 1: was no no penalty whatsoever. He had to serve time
- 4:00Speaker 1: that wasn't decided by Acosta. Guess who was decided by
- 4:04Speaker 1: because what he fled guilty to was a stage charge
- 4:06Speaker 1: Barry Krusher. That home release wasn't even done by a cosme.
- 4:12Speaker 1: It was done by the original villain in this case.
- 4:15Speaker 1: This entire sex ring could have been shut down in
- 4:18Speaker 1: two thousand and six except for big Democratic da Barry Krusher.
- 4:24Speaker 1: So there's a little more information about him that I
- 4:26Speaker 1: found in the file.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Yeah, he was a massive donor to democratic stuff. But hey,
- 4:31Speaker 2: he was also a big donor to the Palm Beach
- 4:33Speaker 2: Police Department. So good for them that they went after
- 4:35Speaker 2: him anyway despite his donation.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Yes, I think at one state it started investigating him.
- 4:40Speaker 1: I believe they refused to take his donations.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Yeah, so yeah, you're you're in the files. I made
- 4:46Speaker 2: the files. Nothing good, nothing bad.
- 4:48Speaker 1: What are you on the files.
- 4:49Speaker 2: For harmless stuff? He was coming to some event that
- 4:53Speaker 2: I was the MC. My name was on the invitation,
- 4:57Speaker 2: and then Jackie Martling apparently had a always emailing back
- 5:01Speaker 2: and forth and mentioned me in an email to him.
- 5:04Speaker 2: But that's it, nothing, nothing bad.
- 5:07Speaker 1: So why this guy had a lot of free time.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Well, as you know, like a lot of bazillionaires, they're
- 5:14Speaker 2: all starstruck, chasing celebrities, chasing Jackie Martling and Jackie introducing
- 5:19Speaker 2: him to Gilbert Godfrey.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Well, like a lot of billionaires who aren't making their
- 5:23Speaker 1: own money, They've never known a rich person making his
- 5:28Speaker 1: own money who wasn't kind of busy. Not this guy.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Well, I know a few that make their own money.
- 5:35Speaker 2: They just you know how they are anytime they see
- 5:37Speaker 2: a celebrity. I'm sure they chase you around Palm Beach
- 5:40Speaker 2: and where in Los Angeles and New York and look
- 5:43Speaker 2: to hang out with.
- 5:43Speaker 1: You, including Epstein. Not the amount of time he dedicated
- 5:47Speaker 1: to it. Yeah, it was very clear early on that
- 5:52Speaker 1: he was not in a legitimate line of work.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Hey, I'm much of these congressional hearings where they're beating
- 5:58Speaker 2: up the ice guy and they're beaten up. Pam BONDI
- 6:00Speaker 2: today that Democrats are yelling and scoon. They're really good
- 6:03Speaker 2: at doing these hearings. Republicans think at it. They don't
- 6:06Speaker 2: know how to beat anybody up in the hearings. Wouldn't
- 6:08Speaker 2: you agree?
- 6:11Speaker 1: No, what I would agree with is Republicans are very
- 6:15Speaker 1: bad at making commercials. I do it in an afternoon
- 6:18Speaker 1: from yesterday's commercial. I mean that hysterical black woman yelling
- 6:23Speaker 1: at the guy, are you going to hell? Do you
- 6:26Speaker 1: believe in God? Mister blah blah. I didn't get her
- 6:29Speaker 1: name or his name, and then MSNBC cut to into
- 6:34Speaker 1: a break, so I didn't have time to get it.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Ask him if he was a religious person, And what
- 6:39Speaker 1: do you think will happen to you on judgment day
- 6:44Speaker 1: with the blood on your hands? I would just run
- 6:46Speaker 1: that and then run the crimes that the illegals they
- 6:49Speaker 1: are arresting have committed, because contrary to the free Press, no,
- 6:55Speaker 1: fourteen percent, only fourteen percent. It's not fourteen percent that
- 6:58Speaker 1: are criminals. They say only fourteen percent are guilty of
- 7:04Speaker 1: violent crimes. And the way the free press, apparently and
- 7:11Speaker 1: the left defined violent crime excludes you know, kidnapping, embezzlement, robbery, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 7:21Speaker 1: all kinds of crimes. These are not all I'd say
- 7:23Speaker 1: they're guests in our country. I mean, you can get
- 7:25Speaker 1: deported for committing a slew of crimes as a legal immigrant.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Those are guests in our country committing crimes. Got they go.
- 7:36Speaker 1: These are people who aren't guessed. There's already that one
- 7:38Speaker 1: little crime of breaking in illegally.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Yeah, but these Democrats are great with the hearings, and
- 7:43Speaker 2: in fact, if the witness ever tries to answer, they
- 7:45Speaker 2: start yelling, I'm reclaiming my time, reclaiming my time.
- 7:49Speaker 1: That's why I think these would make fantastic ads if
- 7:52Speaker 1: if the Republicans would do it right. But they always
- 7:54Speaker 1: hire some idiot consulting firm, probably the brother in law
- 7:57Speaker 1: of the candidate or some guy at the r. They
- 8:01Speaker 1: put together absolutely the most horrible ads, and I think
- 8:05Speaker 1: anyone with half a brain could tell them how to
- 8:07Speaker 1: do the ads as I just did. I'd run a
- 8:10Speaker 1: lot from that here and yesterday. They were monsters. I
- 8:14Speaker 1: particularly likes one that, Oh I can't think I'm that
- 8:20Speaker 1: rich scion.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Do nothing, Dan Goldman, thank you, I knew who you
- 8:27Speaker 2: meant New York Dan.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Goldman, Yeah, he had a when you write he's at
- 8:33Speaker 1: the Crescendova's point, that's not why my immigrants came here. Yeah, yeah,
- 8:38Speaker 1: they're your immigrants, all right, Yeah, Dan.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Goldman, he's Jewish, so I'm shocked that he would trivialize
- 8:44Speaker 2: the Holocaust, which is a horrible thing to do by
- 8:47Speaker 2: saying these are Nazis and concentration camps.
- 8:49Speaker 1: To Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, that was that was good.
- 8:52Speaker 1: But what I liked about it was the originality of it,
- 8:56Speaker 1: because I haven't heard that at all.
- 8:58Speaker 2: Well, and called their great stuff and that makes you right.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Make sure you follow her on Twitter, but also make
- 9:02Speaker 2: sure you're following her on substack because you've got all
- 9:04Speaker 2: kinds of stuff. A column comes out today, right.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Yes, I have the stuff you're not gonna ree in
- 9:10Speaker 1: the New York Times about from the Epstein five.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Oh okay, we'll see it today and culture on Twitter
- 9:16Speaker 2: but even better and culter dot substack dot com and
- 9:19Speaker 2: culter dot substack dot com and culter thanks for being
