Young Man Killed by Police in Aldan | Philadelphia News
A 23-year-old man, Ugochukwu Ilodigwe, was fatally shot by police in Aldan early Monday morning. Officers say they responded to a call at a home on South Clifton Avenue and encountered Ilodigwe holding a knife; after a Taser failed to subdue him, an officer fired their service weapon. The coroner ruled it a homicide — meaning someone caused the death — but not necessarily that the officer acted unlawfully.
