- 0:21Speaker 3: announced who the halftime entertainment is going to be, who
- 0:24Speaker 3: they're bringing with them to perform, and it is the
- 0:27Speaker 3: Jonas Brothers.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Oh here wow, I'm circle.
- 0:31Speaker 3: So they released a statement saying we couldn't be more
- 0:33Speaker 3: excited to perform at halftime during the NFL's first ever
- 0:37Speaker 3: regular season game in Australia. Playing at the iconic MCG
- 0:40Speaker 3: in front of such a passionate Australian crowd is an
- 0:42Speaker 3: incredible honor. Now this marks the Jonahs Brothers first time

- 0:58Speaker 3: up but the headliners of the Jonahs Brothers now Sneaky
- 1:00Speaker 3: sound System. I've got a fun fact about them.
- 1:02Speaker 2: Do you know this as I play.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Head so this lead singer, Yeah, I remember her, Connie,
- 1:11Speaker 3: I believe money. So she's the vocalist in a lot
- 1:15Speaker 3: of huge Kanye West songs and she's not credited so
- 1:19Speaker 3: you know flashing lights. Yeah, then she would have been paid.
- 1:23Speaker 3: She's just not credited on the track.
- 1:25Speaker 1: So that isn't that what a backup singer does though, But.
- 1:29Speaker 3: She's quite a like her voice is quite prominent in
- 1:32Speaker 3: the song. It's not really a backup. She sings the
- 1:33Speaker 3: hook like the chorus.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Oh wow.
- 1:35Speaker 4: Usually they'd say feat staring Connie Connie, Yes.
- 1:38Speaker 1: But she's got no crediting on the song.
- 1:41Speaker 2: There we got fun facts, fun fact from that.
- 1:43Speaker 3: And yeah, celeb news Hey also Overnight Call Her Daddy
- 1:47Speaker 3: have released their latest podcast and this guest was Paris Jackson,
- 1:51Speaker 3: which is the daughter of Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe. Now,
- 1:54Speaker 3: she's had a pretty troubled childhood because not only did
- 1:58Speaker 3: her dad, Michael pass away when she was only a
- 1:59Speaker 3: lean back in two thousand and nine.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Her dad was Michael. That'd be troubled enough.
- 2:03Speaker 3: I mean she also got into drugs relatively early and
- 2:06Speaker 3: stuff like that. She also didn't have her mum in
- 2:08Speaker 3: her life for majority of the time, like her childhood
- 2:11Speaker 3: and teenagehood. So when she was on call her daddy,
- 2:14Speaker 3: she spoke about what it was like to grow up
- 2:17Speaker 3: in Neverland, which.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Of course after her after Michael died.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Around she'd been old enough by them.
- 2:23Speaker 1: She was eleven, So I mum wasn't around.
- 2:26Speaker 3: I mean, he's got a number of siblings.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Yeah, it might have been that monkey had bubbles. Bubbles
- 2:31Speaker 2: might have looked after us.
- 2:32Speaker 1: The monkey's still alive and it's in like some zoo somewhere.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Bubbles is thriving.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Yeah, he's like forty or something.
- 2:38Speaker 3: Oh wow, Because monkeys lived to like almost the same
- 2:41Speaker 3: age of humans, It's like.
- 2:43Speaker 2: We've related distantly somehow.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Yeah, Chelsea wants to say something and confirm it was
- 2:48Speaker 3: her grandma who looked after her after Michael died.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Catherine Jackson, you.
- 2:53Speaker 3: Go, so, yeah, she was talking about what it was
- 2:55Speaker 3: like to grow up on Neverland, which was obviously the
- 2:57Speaker 3: huge ranch that he built named after the fantasy island
- 3:01Speaker 3: in peter Pan Because of course he never wanted to
- 3:02Speaker 3: grow up Michael Jackson. So on Neverland there were things
- 3:05Speaker 3: like an amusement park, a zoo, there were animals just
- 3:09Speaker 3: roaming around.
- 3:10Speaker 1: There was even a movie theater.
- 3:12Speaker 3: He eventually left the ranch in two thousand and five
- 3:14Speaker 3: when all that child molestation stuff came to light because
- 3:17Speaker 3: he obviously had to pay for all these legal bills.
- 3:19Speaker 1: He was acquitted of all those charges.
- 3:21Speaker 3: But she grew up for a lot of her time
- 3:23Speaker 3: on Neverland Ranch, and this is what she had to
- 3:25Speaker 3: say about living there.
- 3:26Speaker 2: What was a normal day in your childhood like.
- 3:29Speaker 5: At Neverland, I'd wake up and I'd go to school
- 3:31Speaker 5: and homeschooled, right, Yeah, Yeah, I'd wake up and we'd
- 3:34Speaker 5: go to the room that was our classroom, and.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Clee, we'd go to school.
- 3:38Speaker 5: It was made the cool, like very congruent line throughout
- 3:41Speaker 5: my childhood that kind of started there and then just
- 3:44Speaker 5: continued on wherever we went. Was if you're good and
- 3:48Speaker 5: you do your chores, and you do homework, and you
- 3:50Speaker 5: do the things that you're supposed to do, then on
- 3:52Speaker 5: the weekends you can go see some animals, and you
- 3:55Speaker 5: can go rad some rides, and you can go.
- 3:56Speaker 1: To the movies.
- 3:56Speaker 5: It was made very very clear that all of the
- 3:59Speaker 5: attraction there were not for us that did not belong
- 4:02Speaker 5: to us. That was for you know, underpreferged children and
- 4:05Speaker 5: children that were terminally well, they couldn't go to like Disneyland.
- 4:08Speaker 2: That's us. Hey, what do you think about homeschooling.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Oh, it's an absolute hard no for me.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Yeah, you wouldn't do it.
- 4:15Speaker 6: I feel like a lot of people are leaning more
- 4:17Speaker 6: towards it.
- 4:18Speaker 1: You have to be.
- 4:20Speaker 6: I actually think school is really important for kids from
- 4:22Speaker 6: a socializing aspect, and like, yeah, if you I know,
- 4:27Speaker 6: there's this constant need and want to protect their children
- 4:30Speaker 6: and school is a little bit dated and there's you know,
- 4:34Speaker 6: one size fits all kind of structure. But if you homeschool,
- 4:40Speaker 6: they're going to struggle even more than going out into
- 4:43Speaker 6: the workforce.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Totally, man even a reason to stay for eleven and twelve,
- 4:47Speaker 4: Like you've got the rest of your life to work,
- 4:48Speaker 4: and there's a social aspect, So there is no way
- 4:51Speaker 4: in hell.
- 4:51Speaker 1: You I personally could never homeschool.
- 4:54Speaker 2: No.
- 4:54Speaker 3: I got another fun fact for you actually, Oh yeah
- 4:56Speaker 3: on home fun fact No, not at homeschooling. On Michael Jackson,
- 5:01Speaker 3: I didn't know this and maybe it's common knowledge.
- 5:02Speaker 1: So correct me if it is.
- 5:04Speaker 3: But so his kids, including Paris, off with Debbie Rowe.
- 5:08Speaker 3: Now they were married, but I never knew they were
- 5:10Speaker 3: in a non sexual partnership maratonic where there was Yeah.
- 5:15Speaker 3: So basically they only got married so that she could
- 5:18Speaker 3: be the surrogate for his kids and then as soon
- 5:20Speaker 3: as she had the kids, relinquish all parental rights and
- 5:23Speaker 3: give them to Michael. So that's why she grew up
- 5:25Speaker 3: without a mum is because he they had that agreement
- 5:28Speaker 3: and he wanted to be a single father and just
- 5:30Speaker 3: raise children, couldn't you.
- 5:32Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure in America it's legal to just be
- 5:34Speaker 1: a surrogate and off.
- 5:35Speaker 3: They had a private agreement of some sort of I
- 5:37Speaker 3: don't know. Yeah, I don't know.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Well, yeah, but you can't do that here can you
- 5:42Speaker 2: do it?
- 5:43Speaker 1: But in America? Are you going to pay for a
- 5:45Speaker 1: surrogate to have your baby.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Carry guns into a Walmart? In America, it's like a
- 5:49Speaker 2: different world.
