- 0:00Speaker 1: And this is an article from The Cut and this
- 0:02article was released on August twenty first of two thousand
- 0:05and nineteen. The author of the article is Bridget read
- 0:10the headline Gilaine Maxwell's twin sisters have their own wild stories.
- 0:15I mean, does that shock anybody that Gilaine Maxwell's sisters
- 0:18are crazy as well? They all grew up with Papa Maxwell.
- 0:22They all grew up in that same sort of court
- 0:25of mayhem that Bob Maxwell lived in. So is anybody
- 0:30shocked that they have their own wild stories? Or they're
- 0:32both fed up as well as Gilaine Maxwell. Maxwell hides
- 0:38out somewhere in the world at one of America's burger joints,
- 0:41or maybe in her boyfriend seaside mansion or neither. Her
- 0:45unconventional family with its own scandalous history has come back
- 0:49into view. And of course that happens, right if you
- 0:52have one of these eccentric families, one of these families
- 0:55where there are a lot of people who are you know,
- 1:00well odd, I guess you would say, involved in some
- 1:03weird shit. Well, that is the Maxwell's. They're definitely one
- 1:06of those unconventional, unconventional families where they have a lot
- 1:10of people involved in a lot of odd shit. And
- 1:16when you have someone like Giley and Maxwell who gets
- 1:18thrusted to the forefront of the news, of course it's
- 1:22going to shine a light on her family as well,
- 1:24and people are going to start digging, and people are
- 1:26going to start searching for whatever they can find that
- 1:29has to do with Gileayan Maxwell's upbringing. On Saturday, we
- 1:34got a rare glimpse of Maxwell's sixty nine year old sister, Christine,
- 1:38who was spotted packing up a car outside of a
- 1:40hotel near the Manchester by the Sea residence where Gelaye
- 1:44had been rumored to be staying. So again, I have
- 1:48no idea where Gelaane Maxwell is or was. I haven't
- 1:52seen any sort of credible evidence that would uh that
- 1:55would point us in a direction where we could find her.
- 1:58But when this article was first published, of course that
- 2:04you know, they were just on to the case, right,
- 2:06They were just looking into where Gelayne Maxwell might be.
- 2:09So who knows. She might have been at the mansion
- 2:15by the Manchester by the Sea at some point, and
- 2:17she might be there today. Again, I have no idea.
- 2:21It's the first sighting of one of Maxwell's family members
- 2:24since pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein's arrest in death, and a
- 2:28hint of whom Maxwell might be leaning on as she
- 2:30avoids the authorities. She has been accused by several Epstein
- 2:34survivors of helping to traffic dozens of underage girls for sex,
- 2:38some of whom are suing her as a co conspirator
- 2:41in Epstein's crimes. This is a great article by the cut.
- 2:44They're using all the right language and everything, and this
- 2:46was back in August, Okay, co conspirator, pedophile. But one
- 2:52thing that I think they're missing here is I doubt
- 2:54that Gilaane Maxwell would attempt to hide with her family.
- 2:57I think that would be one of the first places
- 2:59that private investigators would look, the authorities would look. I
- 3:03think that Gilaine Maxwell would have to go deep into
- 3:05her war chest and find people that she knows are
- 3:09about that life, the life of protecting somebody like her,
- 3:13the life of living very cautiously so that your cover
- 3:19isn't blown. So I don't think that she would be
- 3:21with the Maxwell's with her family. I believe that she's
- 3:24with other operatives or people who have been operatives at
- 3:27some point, and we know that they have safe houses
- 3:30all over the world right, who knows where she could be.
- 3:33I'm not going to sit here and make a guess.
- 3:35I doubt though. One thing I will say, like I
- 3:37said previously when we were talking about this a little bit,
- 3:40one thing I will say is I highly doubt that
- 3:42she is still in the United States. If she was
- 3:44in the United States, she would be put on blast already.
- 3:47They would have found her. The PIS would have found her,
- 3:49the law would have found her. Somebody would have exposed
- 3:52where she is. So I highly doubt she's in the
- 3:54United States right now. Christine is just one of Maxwell's
- 4:00living siblings. Her sister Kareein and brother Michael died at
- 4:03ages three and fifteen. A brother Philip, and the eldest
- 4:06daughter Anne have not been heard from publicly for at
- 4:10least a decade. But tracing the four others Christine and
- 4:13her twin sister Isabelle, Kevin and Ian, along with Elaine,
- 4:17who at fifty seven is the youngest, is like watching
- 4:19a real life season of succession, as these heirs to
- 4:22their disgraced media mogul fathers empire have strived toward their
- 4:26own ambitions. That is a great a great comparison. Now
- 4:32if you don't watch the show's succession. As soon as
- 4:35you're done listening to this podcast, go do yourself a favor,
- 4:38throw on HBO and watch the show. It is absolutely amazing.
- 4:42It's about a media mogul and his family that is
- 4:46all jockeying for position to try and take over the
- 4:48reins from their father. And of course there's a bunch
- 4:52of other stuff subplots that are going on, et cetera,
- 4:55et cetera. But I cannot recommend that show enough. Me
- 5:00and Lisa from The Prince and the Pervert podcast, we're
- 5:03just talking about it a little bit and she's into
- 5:06the show as well, obviously, and it's just awesome and
- 5:10it really mirrors the Maxwell's almost right. This is really
- 5:12a good comparison. I never really put two and two
- 5:15together thinking about it, because I never really think about
- 5:18the Maxwells as a whole family unit. I'm so focused
- 5:21on Guilaine or Robert most of the time that I
- 5:23sometimes forget about the sisters and how involved they are
- 5:26and how they've had their fingers in a lot of
- 5:28pies as well. So I'm glad that I pulled this
- 5:32article out of the archive today and decided to use
- 5:35it because it gives us a little refresher course and
- 5:37reminds us that Maxwell's family they're also smarty. Twin sisters
- 5:45Christine and Isabelle are the most fascinating of the bunch
- 5:48and have their own ties to entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs on orthodox
- 5:52and in some cases shady men. The family patriarch media mobile.
- 5:57Robert Maxwell built the publishing empire and police local career
- 6:00in the United Kingdom. We just talked about Robert Maxwell.
- 6:03We just went through the whole situation of his death
- 6:07and the aftermath, et cetera, et cetera. But we know
- 6:11that Robert Maxwell was connected big time, and we know
- 6:16that he was also seriously connected when it comes to intelligence. Now.
- 6:20He had a state funeral in Israel after he passed away.
- 6:26That doesn't just happen for anybody. Not just anybody gets
- 6:28a state funeral in Israel. It's only for people who
- 6:31have you know, done something to help the further the
- 6:35cause of the nation, right, and that's like anywhere. But
- 6:38Robert Maxwell, well, we know how he was furthering the cause.
- 6:42We know that he had his hands on some very
- 6:44uh let us say, devious strings. But he died suddenly
- 6:51in nineteen ninety one from a supposed fall from his yacht,
- 6:54though there is speculation that he was pushed after it
- 6:57was discovered that he had plundered his company's funds to
- 7:01cover his debts. Maxwell's sons, Kevin and Ian, who had
- 7:04been working for their father, were caught up in the
- 7:06investigation of his fraud. Since then, they've laid somewhat low
- 7:11as businessmen, now sixty and sixty three, respectively. It is
- 7:15unknown how much contact they've had with Gilaine, but neither
- 7:18one has made a statement about her publicly for many years.
- 7:22And it's interesting right now. Either they just keep everything
- 7:26close to the vest, and they learned their lesson from
- 7:28their father and at his side of how to conduct
- 7:31themselves when it comes to making sure things are quiet
- 7:36and making sure they're not divulging information. Or they might
- 7:40have just said, you know what, she's too sick, even
- 7:42for us. We don't want anything to do with her.
- 7:45Who knows, you know, there's no information about Glaane Maxwell's
- 7:49relationship with her brothers that I know of, or even
- 7:53to a deep extent, the rest of her family, besides
- 7:56the relationship with her father. But there's really I mean,
- 7:59I don't know of any journalist or author who has
- 8:02sat down with one of the Maxwells and gotten a
- 8:04full story from them. If anyone has seen something like that,
- 8:08I would love to see it. So if you have
- 8:10access to that and there's an article perhaps where one
- 8:13of the Maxwells has sat down and spoke with and
- 8:16spoken to a journalist, I would definitely love to check
- 8:21that out. So make sure you send that to me
- 8:22if it's out there and I've missed it. Christine and
- 8:26Isabelle had more freedom to strike out on their own
- 8:28after the demise of the Maxwell Empire in the nineteen eighties.
- 8:32They decamped to Silicon Valley, and in nineteen ninety three
- 8:35they helped co found Magellan, an early search engine, with
- 8:39Isabelle's then husband, David hayden Man. I remember the Magellan
- 8:43search engine back in the old old old days when
- 8:46the Internet first started. You know, then obviously you had Internet,
- 8:51the America Online, and then you had God, there was
- 8:56another one. It's escaping me right now, but there was
- 9:00all sorts of these kinds of things when the Internet
- 9:02first started, and obviously AOL was the big gorilla in
- 9:06the room. According to the Daily Beasts, the sisters appear
- 9:11in Michael Wolfe's book on dot com startups burn Rate.
- 9:14Wolf describes Christine as more commanding than her sister, but
- 9:18both Maxwell's are memorable characters early Winkelvoss prototypes. In a
- 9:24nineteen ninety seven interview, Isabelle credits her sister with coming
- 9:27up with the idea of reviewing and rating. Again, you
- 9:30see what I'm saying here, folks. These women have been
- 9:34ensconced in Silicone Valley since the early nineties, and they've
- 9:39been involved in the creation of a lot of computer programs,
- 9:42a lot of programs that are used by governments around
- 9:45the world. And my question has always been, what sort
- 9:49of backdoor did they put into those operating systems? What
- 9:53sort of backdoor did they create for themselves so that
- 9:56they can remotely access those programs. Now, of course you
- 10:00want to. If you're being skeptical or this is any
- 10:03other case, you're like, oh, come on, can't You can't
- 10:06really think that they're going to do that. But then
- 10:08when you think about who they are and their stock,
- 10:11who their father is, who their sister is, the sort
- 10:13of people they've hung around with, then you start to
- 10:17see a bigger picture emerge. And you say to yourself, well, eh,
- 10:20it's pretty likely that they added some sort of backdoor
- 10:23software to the programs that they created. The twins made
- 10:28millions when Magellan was sold to another company, Excite, but
- 10:31according to Isabelle, it cooled the relationship between the two
- 10:34of them when McKinley Magellan's parent company didn't make it.
- 10:38Our relationship changed, Isabelle said, in two thousand and two,
- 10:42and I changed in terms of my relationship with my family.
- 10:45Before then, I was completely in sync with the family.
- 10:48When something got to them, it got to me too.
- 10:53So after two thousand and two, everything seemed to go
- 10:56south for them, and their relationship changed. And also of note,
- 10:59in twowo thousand and two, Helaine Maxwell was at basically
- 11:02her pinnacle with Jeffrey Epstein. They were flying high. In
- 11:05two thousand and two, everything was going good for them.
- 11:07They had all the pieces in place. Well machine was
- 11:11a well oiled machine. Things were moving, nothing was breaking down.
- 11:15They had all the proper pieces around them, and the
- 11:19criminal organization was on its way to becoming what we
- 11:23seen at its peak. When it was destroyed. Well, I
- 11:27shouldn't even say destroyed, because we don't even know that
- 11:30for a fact, if it's destroyed, right, I should say
- 11:32until the head at the time, Jeffrey Epstein was arrested.
- 11:36So again, I'm not willing to say that the trafficking
- 11:40ring is even destroyed. Who knows. We don't have any
- 11:44information about that, right, We don't know what these people
- 11:47are still doing in the dark. So two thousand and
- 11:51two was a year for not only Maxwell's sisters of
- 11:56them having their relationship kind of go on the skids,
- 11:58but it was also a point in time where Gilain
- 12:02Maxwell was at her peak of being involved with Jeffrey
- 12:07Epstein and having the whole entire honey trap put in
- 12:12motion and moving forward. Since then, both sisters seem to
- 12:17have remained in the software and technology spheres. Christine is
- 12:21a doctoral candidate in the Humanities Department at the University
- 12:24of Texas at Dallas, and continues to consult for her
- 12:27for internet companies. Her UTD website lists a personal website,
- 12:31Christine'sworld dot com, which is no longer active, but it
- 12:35does have the brief personal statement that she came to
- 12:38the university in January twenty twelve and she's enjoying academia
- 12:43and the associated activities of big city life very much.
- 12:47It's much different from the French countryside where I was
- 12:49working on my own Internet content projects. Boy, so we
- 12:55see here that she is still working in computer software,
- 12:59that she's going for a degree here, a technology degree,
- 13:04and that sort of thing is worrisome to me because
- 13:08we don't know again what sort of backdoor these people
- 13:12are putting into these programs. And I hate to say it,
- 13:14but if your last name is Maxwell and you're related
- 13:16to Guilaine, I do not trust you. After Magellan, Isabelle
- 13:23was the president of an Israeli email venture called Calm Touch,
- 13:27and has continued to work in the country. She has
- 13:29used the title Technology Pioneer of the World Economic Forum.
- 13:34In a two thousand interview, she displays a zuck Bergian
- 13:37enthusiasm for the Internet. The wonderful thing about email is
- 13:41it's not sexist, she said, it's democratizing. Uh okay, these
- 13:48pe umtu. I'm telling you, these sort of people, the
- 13:50Maxwells and people of their ilk they're just weird to me.
- 13:53I don't even I can't even comprehend the way they think,
- 13:57in the way they live their lives. Everything is so convoluted,
- 14:02is everything is thinking ten steps in the future, about
- 14:05making a power move, about how they can consolidate their power.
- 14:09And even these sisters, you see them, they have a
- 14:12very high opinion of themselves. The Maxwell's twin twin husbands
- 14:19have truly bizarre histories, which has led observers to point
- 14:22out that they share Gilan's association with powerful and unconventional men.
- 14:26Christina is married to Roger Molina, an astrophysicist at the
- 14:30University of Texas whose father, Frank Molina, was also a scientist. Molina,
- 14:35The Daily Beast reveals hung out in California with the
- 14:38likes of Scientology founder el Ron Hubbard and rocket engineer
- 14:42Jack Parsons, occultists and transhumanists, a strange echo of Jeffrey
- 14:47Epstein's friends in similar academic and business circles. So you
- 14:50see it here, Look these people. This doesn't happen in
- 14:53a vacuum. Okay, Her sister's busy hanging out with transhumanists, occultists, etc. Etc.
- 15:00The same kind of people that Jeffrey Epstein flocked to,
- 15:04the same sort of people Jeffrey Epstein collected. So I
- 15:09have a hard time believing that all of this wasn't
- 15:13being done in a concerted effort that you know, the
- 15:17Maxwell family in general worked together when it came to
- 15:22stuff like this. In my opinion, I don't believe that
- 15:25the sisters had no idea what was going on with
- 15:28Jeffrey Epstein and Ghilane. Oh. They definitely knew what was up.
- 15:32And they were also involved in writing these programs and
- 15:35being involved with all of these software companies that were
- 15:38then distributed amongst other countries, and there was all sorts
- 15:42of security problems, and you know, it just stinks, right,
- 15:46the whole Maxwell family stinks, from Robert Maxwell on down,
- 15:51and Isabelle's romantic history might be the strangest. First, she
- 15:55married the son of Carl de Rossi, a scientist who
- 15:58invented the birth control Then Carl do Rossi and her
- 16:03son Alexander de Rossi, remember worked for the State Department
- 16:07under Hillary Clinton, and he had a big role in
- 16:11the Arab Spring, the failed Arab Spring that has went
- 16:14on to give us nothing but misery in the Middle East,
- 16:17including an open air slave market in Libya. Her third husband,
- 16:23Al Seckel, was a com man and optical illusionist who
- 16:26befriended scientists and academics despite not having a degree in
- 16:30those fields himself. Boy does that sound familiar, huh? Him
- 16:33and Jeffrey Epstein kindred spirits. He co founded a group
- 16:37called the Southern California Skeptics that investigated science relationship to
- 16:40the paranormal. Secel and Isabelle moved to France at some
- 16:44point in twenty ten, according to reports, where they lived
- 16:47in a chateau and acquired thousands of stone age tools
- 16:51to sell in the US. That same year, Sekeel hosted
- 16:54a scientific conference on Jeffrey Epstein's private island, where Epstein
- 16:58also allegedly held under age girls for sex. Presumably the
- 17:02connection was Isabelle's little sister, Gilaine. Of course that was
- 17:07the connection. Of course that was a connection. What do
- 17:10you think that this all happened in a vacuum, That
- 17:12Gilaine's sisters weren't involved, that they didn't know, that they
- 17:15weren't friendly with them, That people like al Seckel weren't
- 17:19going to be drawn to Jeffrey Epstein because they knew
- 17:22that it could move their own stock higher. Of course
- 17:26that was what was going on, folks. Secl died in
- 17:30twenty fifteen from a rumored fall off a cliff near
- 17:33his home. Yeah, you know how many so called suicides
- 17:37are going to be around the Maxwell clan. I mean again,
- 17:42they want us to believe in a lot of coincidences, folks,
- 17:44A lot of coincidence coincidences that I am not willing
- 17:48to believe in. All right, So all of these people
- 17:51just happened to slip and fall one off a boat,
- 17:53one off of a cliff. Jeffrey Epstein just happened to
- 17:55slip and fall off the top bunk. Come on, they
- 17:58really want us to buy all they shit? Not unlike
- 18:04Robert Maxwell. According to an obituary, secl died just a
- 18:07few weeks after an article in Tablet magazine exposed his
- 18:11fraudulent past and his mounting debts, but The Daily Beast
- 18:14reports that it has not been able to find official
- 18:16proof of his death. Afterward, Isabelle had to declare bankruptcy. Man,
- 18:22this is just this is so crazy. A Secel is
- 18:24a crazy cat. In general, his whole story is just insane.
- 18:28He was an absolute con man and a fraud. He
- 18:31was involved with the Edge Foundation that Jeffrey Epstein was
- 18:35involved in, and who knows what else. Right, obviously, he
- 18:40was involved in all sorts of fraud. But my question
- 18:44is was he also involved with any of the other
- 18:46players that were running Epstein? What else did Seckel know?
- 18:52Did Sekeel have any information? Was Secel also being run
- 18:55as an asset from the shadows because we all know
- 19:00that intelligence agency sure love to make it look like
- 19:02a suicide and Maxwell, Epstein, Secle all people that have
- 19:10a lot of skeletons in their closet and who undoubtedly
- 19:15held a lot of secrets. For all of them to
- 19:18die under these sort of circumstances is just it's a
- 19:22bridge too far for me. Last week, it was rumored
- 19:26that Glaine Maxwell might be staying in Mariul, France, near
- 19:30her mother's old estate, where Christine and her husband supposedly
- 19:33spent some of their time. That is until that is,
- 19:36until it was reported that they sold that home in
- 19:39twenty fifteen, and until Christine was seen packing up a
- 19:42car near Manchester by the Sea. A day later, the
- 19:45mysterious photo of Glaane and Los Angeles was leaked to
- 19:48the New York Post, possibly by a lawyer who once
- 19:51represented Kevin Maxwell. It's unknown how much contact Glaine has
- 19:56with her siblings, but it seems increasingly likely that at
- 19:58least one of them know where she is, and that's
- 20:01pretty interesting there as well. Christine Maxwell wasn't seen until
- 20:06twenty fifteen packing up a car at the house near
- 20:10Manchester by the Sea, and then a day later the
- 20:13photograph which people, you know, the photoshop photograph of in
- 20:17and out, et cetera, et cetera, pops up of Geelane
- 20:20Maxwell saying that she's in Los Angeles. So again, if
- 20:24we're dealing with regular people, you could just say, oh, yeah, well,
- 20:27no big deal. You know, maybe it was a coincidence.
- 20:29But when we're talking about Gaelaye Maxwell at this point,
- 20:32I don't think anything is a coincidence. Everything's obfuscation, everything's
- 20:36cloak and dagger, everything's spy games and everything. Everything that
- 20:41she does is done for a reason. So whenever she
- 20:45talks to the media through Laura Goldman or whoever she
- 20:48talks uses as a mouthpiece, there's a reason her picture
- 20:52being released like this, when her sister's packing up at
- 20:55Manchester by the Sea, there's a reason. So again, I
- 21:00don't know where Geelan Maxwell is, but I do know this.
- 21:03She's playing games, She's using the media to her benefit,
- 21:07she's using reports to her benefit. And meanwhile, while these
- 21:11reports are coming out and she's muddying the waters, she
- 21:14has a game plan. She knows what she's doing, she
- 21:16knows what the next move's going to be. And until
- 21:19she is completely and utterly out of moves and has
- 21:23nowhere left to turn, we're going to keep seeing the
- 21:25sort of thing from Geelan Maxwell well, the way that
- 21:29she goes about her business, the way everything is planned
- 21:33and is part of See, nothing is ever just one
- 21:37move with Gelan Maxwell. One move always signifies that something
- 21:41bigger is coming down the pipe, and we saw that
- 21:44with how everything moved forward with her talking to Laura
- 21:49Goldman through the Sun, Oh I was hacked, and then
- 21:51Oh I'm gonna sue Jeffrey, you know what I mean.
- 21:54So when all of this stuff comes out and you
- 21:58see it all in the big pitch, sure, it's hard
- 22:01to not understand what Gilane Maxwell was up to. It's
- 22:05hard to not understand what she was doing. And she
- 22:08is playing chess while the prosecution is busy playing checkers.
- 22:13So remember, every time Gelaane Maxwell supposedly says something in
- 22:18the media or has a statement, you have to look
- 22:21deeper into it. Never take it for face value. There's
- 22:24always a deeper meaning with Gilane Maxwell and what she's
- 22:27attempting to do and what her plans are, So we
- 22:32have to be very cautious about what gets leaked about
- 22:35her and what we take at face value and what
- 22:39we know is bs it's gonna It takes a lot
- 22:41of research and you have to really, really really take
- 22:45a look at what she's saying and never, never, just
- 22:48accept her statements at face value because it's to uh
- 22:54the pattern, the historical pattern that she has shown us
- 22:58in the in throughout this whole entire case, is she
- 23:01is always plotting and planning and maneuvering. She's always looking
- 23:05to manipulate the narrative, and she's always looking to put
- 23:08herself in a position where she is in control of
- 23:11that narrative. And now that that's starting to crumble down
- 23:14around her ears, and now that people are starting to
- 23:17call her out from every corner, you can possibly imagine
- 23:21she's starting to feel like she's trapped. And that's why
- 23:24we saw the barrage of the media comments through Laura Goldman,
- 23:28because she was trying to shake trees and let people
- 23:30know who were involved that if she goes down, They're
- 23:33all going down with her. Gilaine Maxwell is not the
- 23:40kind of person that is going to ever give herself
- 23:44up or is ever going to come in without being
- 23:48dragged in, kicking and screaming. And for that to occur,
- 23:52the prosecution needs to go one hundred percent pedal to
- 23:58the metal all way down in pursuit of these people,
- 24:02because you see from the article that we just read,
- 24:04we're not dealing with normal people here, right, We're dealing
- 24:07with people that are very connected. They have a lot
- 24:09of connections not only in private life but in the
- 24:13public sector, and they have people in the media, or
- 24:17they used to have people in the media that were
- 24:19willing to protect them. And Gilaine Maxwell has been a
- 24:22master at using the media to move the narrative in
- 24:26the direction she wants it to go. But those days
- 24:28are over. Nobody's buying that anymore, and everybody's onto the
- 24:31media for their role in protecting Jeffrey Epstein and Gilaine
- 24:35Maxwell at this point, so nobody's buying that shit anymore.
- 24:38Every time Gilaane Maxwell says something, everybody pulls out their
- 24:42you know, their microscope to take a better look at it.
- 24:45And that's what has to happen because we can't let
- 24:47these people control the narrative, and we can't let their
- 24:50friends in the media run the narrative that these scumbags
- 24:53try and trot out. If you'd like to contact me,
