Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: From Hollywood to you.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Thank you for listening to us.
- 0:03Speaker 1: Ryan Seacrest.
- 0:04Speaker 3: Seacrest.
- 0:04Speaker 1: On air, on air, on air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Monday morning, 21 of September. Good morning, everybody.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Good morning. Good morning.
- 0:16Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 0:16Speaker 2: So nice to spend the weekend with you in Las
- 0:18Speaker 2: Vegas at the iHeartRadio Music Festival.
- 0:20Speaker 5: I love Vegas.
- 0:21Speaker 6: So cute.
- 0:22Speaker 2: I would say, well, we'll rehash a lot of it.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 0:25Speaker 2: And you've probably seen it on social, too. But just like,
- 0:27Speaker 2: it's so great. So cool to see all the different
- 0:29Speaker 2: artists together. Everybody excited to be there. And what's fun
- 0:32Speaker 2: is that a lot of these artists, they obviously know
- 0:35Speaker 2: of each other, but they've never met each other because
- 0:38Speaker 2: they aren't in the same place at the same time
- 0:40Speaker 2: or they're touring on their own. So it's fun. Several
- 0:44Speaker 2: conversations backstage, artists just saying, oh my gosh, I'm such
- 0:47Speaker 2: a big fan of yours. And taking pictures together and
- 0:52Speaker 2: all that fun stuff that we know happens in collaborations, camaraderie, respect.
- 0:57Speaker 2: And if we were to go around the room to say,
- 1:01Speaker 2: you know, who did what, I would say Sissany went
- 1:03Speaker 2: missing from Saturday night till now. I just found her.
- 1:07Speaker 2: But she is back. She was on her way out
- 1:10Speaker 2: fast on Saturday night. Not quite sure. Maybe you can
- 1:12Speaker 2: tell me later what the highlight was.
- 1:13Speaker 5: I'll give you all the highlights.
- 1:15Speaker 2: Where it was. And Tani, did you have a good time?
- 1:18Speaker 6: I had the best time. I'm in my responsible girl era, so... Hey,
- 1:21Speaker 6: I'm still responsible even though I go out. I didn't
- 1:24Speaker 6: say that you weren't, but when I go out, I
- 1:27Speaker 6: am not responsible.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Here's the thing. Sisany has pods of time, units of
- 1:34Speaker 2: time in her life where she's you know, without all
- 1:36Speaker 2: of the kids or without all the duties. So she
- 1:39Speaker 2: has to maximize those units of times. Whereas we may
- 1:43Speaker 2: have more units of time to do stuff like that.
- 1:47Speaker 2: And Tanya, maybe you do, but what's your responsible era? Like,
- 1:49Speaker 2: what are the rules?
- 1:50Speaker 6: Um, you know, like prioritizing my sleep, making sure I
- 1:53Speaker 6: show up. Like I've missed flights back from my heart
- 1:56Speaker 6: rating music festival. Cause I've slept through my alarm.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Everybody has missed a flight from Vegas.
- 2:02Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Well, I'm glad that you're in that era. And I'm
- 2:06Speaker 2: glad Sisney had a chance to let loose a little bit.
- 2:08Speaker 7: And having my husband there was like a big bonus
- 2:12Speaker 7: because he hasn't come to these, I think, for like
- 2:14Speaker 7: the past 10 years. Because I was either like pregnant
- 2:16Speaker 7: with the twins and then I had another baby. You know,
- 2:18Speaker 7: it's just like crazy years where he just had.
- 2:21Speaker 5: To stay home with the kids.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Oh, I wish I were a fly on the wall.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Not really. For the celebration. But anyway. We'll rehash a
- 2:29Speaker 2: lot of that coming up. Some clouds this morning, sunshine later.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Highs around 80 and upper 80s inland. We do have
- 2:36Speaker 2: a Ryan's Roses this morning. Also, Ronnie is out with
- 2:39Speaker 2: Free Gas in Covina. So we'll check in with him
- 2:41Speaker 2: in a second, too. Kiss Ryan's Roses this morning at 740.
- 2:45Speaker 2: They got married in July, but she just found out
- 2:48Speaker 2: that he cheated on her when they were dating. Oh,
- 2:51Speaker 2: my God. So what happens next? 740 this morning. Every
- 2:55Speaker 2: day we are here bright and early. Jason is on
- 2:59Speaker 2: the line. Hey, Jason, good morning.
- 3:00Speaker 4: How are you?
- 3:00Speaker 2: It's Seacrest.
- 3:02Speaker 8: Hi, what's going on, Ryan? I just wanted to personally
- 3:05Speaker 8: call you. I had to call a couple times, but
- 3:07Speaker 8: I just wanted to personally call and say I appreciate
- 3:10Speaker 8: the gas.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Oh, you got the free gas?
- 3:13Speaker 9: Yes, sir.
- 3:15Speaker 2: Now, Jason, where did you go? How did you use
- 3:17Speaker 2: that gas wisely?
- 3:20Speaker 8: I'm on the way. Well, I just got off of
- 3:22Speaker 8: work in Glendora. I'm on the way to Cerritos right now,
- 3:26Speaker 8: on the way to my job orientation for my second job.
- 3:29Speaker 8: So that's where I'm at right now.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Everybody's got a side hustle. You're making it work out there, huh? Busy.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Yes, sir.
- 3:39Speaker 2: You're the security guard at the hospital, and also you
- 3:42Speaker 2: work at another hospital too, yeah? Yes, sir.
- 3:46Speaker 8: I'm a mental health worker at another hospital.
- 3:49Speaker 2: It's our pleasure. I remember last week we had a
- 3:50Speaker 2: chance to chat and get to know each other. My
- 3:52Speaker 2: pleasure to hook you up. I appreciate you. Just so
- 3:55Speaker 2: nice of you to call and say thank you, man.
- 3:57Speaker 8: The least I could do. I'm always calling trying to
- 4:01Speaker 8: win some concert tickets or something. It was crazy that
- 4:05Speaker 8: I didn't have to call to win anything today. I
- 4:07Speaker 8: just had to be at the right place.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the that's what you know. It's funny, Jason.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Ronnie is out doing this all the time. And some
- 4:15Speaker 2: people are they don't know what he's walking up to
- 4:17Speaker 2: them to do. And they don't take the free gas
- 4:20Speaker 2: like they deny the free gas because they think there's
- 4:23Speaker 2: a catch.
- 4:24Speaker 8: I asked Ronnie, I said, you know, you got some
- 4:26Speaker 8: free tickets or something. And he said, how about some
- 4:29Speaker 8: free gas?
- 4:29Speaker 2: Because you saw the kiss vehicle. Well, what tickets, Jason?
- 4:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:35Speaker 2: What tickets do you want?
- 4:36Speaker 8: It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter because you know what?
- 4:39Speaker 8: I'm a fan of music.
- 4:41Speaker 6: Oh, I love that.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Wow.
- 4:43Speaker 6: Okay.
- 4:43Speaker 2: So Jason, I got just my inventory here since we
- 4:47Speaker 2: just finished the I Heart Radio Music Festival, my inventory
- 4:50Speaker 2: of tickets. Here's what I got. I can offer you
- 4:52Speaker 2: this because you're just a totally nice guy to call
- 4:56Speaker 2: back and say thank you. I know you're working really
- 4:57Speaker 2: hard out there. You can have four tickets to Disneyland
- 5:01Speaker 2: or Jonas Brothers tickets. Which would you prefer?
- 5:04Speaker 8: Dang, that's a hard one because somebody might tell me,
- 5:07Speaker 8: why didn't you take the Jonas Brothers tickets? But then
- 5:09Speaker 8: somebody might say, why you didn't take the Disneyland tickets?
- 5:15Speaker 8: Jonas Brothers, that's at the Hollywood Bowl, isn't it?
- 5:19Speaker 6: And the Honda Center, too.
- 5:20Speaker 2: And the Honda Center. So, yeah, you can decide.
- 5:23Speaker 8: Let's do Jonas Brothers. Wow!
- 5:26Speaker 6: I love that for us.
- 5:30Speaker 8: I do music before lines in amusement parks.
- 5:34Speaker 2: I got you.
- 5:34Speaker 1: All right, cool.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Do you have a favorite brother, Jonas?
- 5:38Speaker 3: I don't, actually.
- 5:39Speaker 8: I mean, but like I said, I listen to the songs.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Okay, good. Well, we're going to set you up.
- 5:45Speaker 8: And I can dance all day.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Okay, good. Well, get your moves out there. Nick, Joe, Kevin,
- 5:50Speaker 2: we appreciate that. Jason, who got the free gas on
- 5:53Speaker 2: his way to the Jonas Brothers when they performed. Thank
- 5:55Speaker 2: you so much for calling in.
- 5:57Speaker 8: Ryan and the crew, you guys have a blessed day.
- 5:59Speaker 5: You too.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Hold on one second. I want to get all this
- 6:02Speaker 2: to you. The back room is going to come on
- 6:03Speaker 2: and take care of you. We meet the kindest, nicest people.
- 6:10Speaker 2: The best. That are just really good human beings by
- 6:15Speaker 2: giving away the free gas. Like we don't know who
- 6:17Speaker 2: we're going to meet when we go out there.
- 6:18Speaker 5: That's true.
- 6:18Speaker 2: But I feel like every single person we have met
- 6:21Speaker 2: has been somebody I want to be with in my
- 6:23Speaker 2: spare time.
- 6:24Speaker 1: I know.
- 6:25Speaker 2: I know. Jason and I would love to go to
- 6:29Speaker 2: the Jonas Brothers with Jason.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:31Speaker 2: It would be fun.
- 6:32Speaker 4: Totally.
- 6:33Speaker 2: I wish I could fill his tank every week. I
- 6:35Speaker 2: love that guy so much. He might call back.
- 6:38Speaker 5: You're right.
- 6:39Speaker 2: That's true. He's doing pretty well when he calls back
- 6:41Speaker 2: and asks for stuff.
- 6:41Speaker 3: All right.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Disneyland tickets next at Kiss to Win. So much excitement.
- 6:48Speaker 2: You can hear our voices a little bit after the
- 6:49Speaker 2: iHeartRadio Music Festival because we were talking and screaming so much.
- 6:52Speaker 2: So we're almost back to good voice. But Ruby, this
- 6:56Speaker 2: is so interesting. She, like I do, sometimes when I'm
- 7:02Speaker 2: out and about in the wild, I do like to
- 7:04Speaker 2: observe people, not stare in a creepy way, but certainly
- 7:07Speaker 2: in restaurants, I will observe couples to see what their
- 7:12Speaker 2: energy is and if they're in a good place or
- 7:14Speaker 2: not a good place. And you can tell so much, obviously,
- 7:17Speaker 2: by body language. But this is a really interesting question.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Ruby said she saw somebody in a restaurant. She was
- 7:25Speaker 2: with her sister and the guy was by himself. And
- 7:28Speaker 2: you think he got stood up by a date and
- 7:30Speaker 2: it was more embarrassing?
- 7:31Speaker 9: Yes.
- 7:32Speaker 10: I mean, it was pretty clear something happened because we
- 7:35Speaker 10: kind of sat down around the same time and the
- 7:38Speaker 10: waiter came by and asked him, you know, would you
- 7:39Speaker 10: like to order? He said, no, I'm waiting on someone.
- 7:43Speaker 10: So I'll just wait. But he did order a drink.
- 7:46Speaker 10: So he's waiting about 45 minutes.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Are you just listening to him and just watching?
- 7:51Speaker 10: I just kind of clocked it initially, but I wasn't
- 7:54Speaker 10: listening to everything. It was just like, oh, he's waiting
- 7:56Speaker 10: on someone. Like I remember that. And then 40, maybe
- 8:00Speaker 10: 45 minutes go by. He's still there by himself. And
- 8:03Speaker 10: then finally he asked for the check. And so my
- 8:06Speaker 10: sister looks at me and she's like, I think he
- 8:08Speaker 10: got stood up.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:10Speaker 10: But we don't want to say it too loud because
- 8:11Speaker 10: we don't want to make him feel worse if that
- 8:13Speaker 10: was the case. But we both, after the fact, were like,
- 8:16Speaker 10: what do you do in that moment? That's the first
- 8:18Speaker 10: time I ever witnessed something like that. And do you offer,
- 8:22Speaker 10: do you say something like, so sorry, sorry that happened
- 8:25Speaker 10: to you?
- 8:26Speaker 2: It's a tricky one.
- 8:28Speaker 6: Yes.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Because you don't want to embarrass the person further.
- 8:32Speaker 3: Right.
- 8:32Speaker 2: By bringing it up, by making like a point of
- 8:36Speaker 2: the conversation about being stood up because then they kind
- 8:38Speaker 2: of have to explain it. And it is embarrassing if
- 8:41Speaker 2: that's what happened.
- 8:42Speaker 4: Right.
- 8:42Speaker 2: But at the same time, it kind of is so
- 8:45Speaker 2: nice and would make his night better instead of just
- 8:48Speaker 2: being stood up. Two nice people, strangers ended up buying
- 8:51Speaker 2: a drink. And, you know, that's a it's not a
- 8:53Speaker 2: full loss of a night. But I wonder what happened next.
- 8:59Speaker 2: I wonder why he or she didn't show up. I
- 9:03Speaker 2: have been places where I don't really feel comfortable eating
- 9:10Speaker 2: by myself sometimes. Really? Yeah, I don't know why. Why
- 9:15Speaker 2: is that?
- 9:16Speaker 5: Oh, I love it.
- 9:17Speaker 2: I'm not so good at that. So if I've had
- 9:20Speaker 2: to do it before, I have said a table for
- 9:24Speaker 2: two or two seats. Oh, my gosh. No, true story.
- 9:28Speaker 2: And then I pick up my phone and act like, okay,
- 9:34Speaker 2: she can't come because she's stuck at work. So I'll just, I'll,
- 9:38Speaker 2: I go through a whole charade of pretending somebody was
- 9:41Speaker 2: going to go.
- 9:41Speaker 6: That's even weirder than just eating alone.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:44Speaker 5: Why can't you just own it?
- 9:45Speaker 2: Is it weirder or does it make me feel better? Well,
- 9:49Speaker 2: does it make you feel better? Yeah, it makes me
- 9:51Speaker 2: feel better.
- 9:52Speaker 5: Well, then you do you.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Yeah, because, you know, they think, you know, should I
- 9:56Speaker 2: take the place away? No, no, I think they're still
- 9:57Speaker 2: coming and then they cancel and they'll come.
- 9:59Speaker 5: But then that makes it look like you got stood
- 10:00Speaker 5: up too.
- 10:01Speaker 2: No, because they were, but I say I just got
- 10:04Speaker 2: a call from her.
- 10:05Speaker 6: Yeah, and that showed up because he knows you're in
- 10:08Speaker 6: on it. It's not even real.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Yeah, and she had to come from over the hill.
- 10:11Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 10:12Speaker 1: That is LARPing, by the way.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the definition of LARPing. I am a LARPer.
- 10:19Speaker 2: I have a quote of the day for this Monday
- 10:23Speaker 2: to get you in the right frame of mind. Every
- 10:25Speaker 2: morning at this time, we get your quotes. But if
- 10:26Speaker 2: you're single, listen to this. You are statistically most likely
- 10:31Speaker 2: to meet your future spouse here. And that is here.
- 10:37Speaker 1: At work.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Really?
- 10:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 10:39Speaker 2: Because you spend so much time at work. According to
- 10:43Speaker 2: the Bureau of National Affairs, you're way more likely to
- 10:47Speaker 2: meet your future spouse at work than at school or
- 10:50Speaker 2: at bars or at a party or just around the neighborhood.
- 10:52Speaker 2: But what's the rule on that? Can you?
- 10:54Speaker 6: Yes.
- 10:54Speaker 5: It's happened in the past.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Are we allowed to meet our spouse at work?
- 10:58Speaker 5: I think so. Does our company have a crazy rule
- 11:00Speaker 5: against it?
- 11:01Speaker 6: But also, we work with a lot of adjacent people, publicists, managers, labels.
- 11:05Speaker 2: No, but I'm saying at work, in your work, at
- 11:09Speaker 2: your job, that's where you're most likely to meet somebody.
- 11:14Speaker 2: But then you have to tell your boss probably when
- 11:16Speaker 2: you start to.
- 11:17Speaker 6: meet your one i don't think you can you're not
- 11:19Speaker 6: allowed to like date your boss but you're allowed to
- 11:22Speaker 6: date amongst your colleagues.
- 11:24Speaker 2: So tanya you could have dated tubs.
- 11:27Speaker 6: Yes correct i could have dated tubs but i could
- 11:29Speaker 6: not date beata you see the difference but could i
- 11:32Speaker 6: have dated tubs yes but you could not have dated beata.
- 11:36Speaker 2: No got it yeah but tubs really i thought maybe
- 11:41Speaker 2: are you sure uh brian i'm married so no no
- 11:45Speaker 2: i know you're married trying to figure out the dynamic
- 11:48Speaker 2: of it you know because you don't work for me
- 11:51Speaker 2: you work for the company correct yeah right so we
- 11:55Speaker 2: could date i mean if i wasn't married yeah but
- 12:00Speaker 2: but tanya's the one that wanted the shot i think
- 12:02Speaker 2: not me.
- 12:04Speaker 7: Oh my god that was festival like how many years ago.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Yeah it wasn't that many When somebody needed an extension
- 12:11Speaker 2: cord in their room at the hotel. 3 a.m.
- 12:13Speaker 6: No, I needed a charger for my computer.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Who needs a charger at 3 a.m. from engineer tubs
- 12:23Speaker 2: and has to come to the room? Leave it at
- 12:25Speaker 2: the front desk and have them send it up. I
- 12:29Speaker 2: was so, remember that morning? I remember it like.
- 12:31Speaker 3: It was yesterday.
- 12:31Speaker 7: I do remember it, because yes, I think we ended
- 12:33Speaker 7: up doing the show that morning from there.
- 12:35Speaker 1: In our pajamas.
- 12:35Speaker 2: We did from there live. Yes, from our pajamas. Oh
- 12:39Speaker 2: my gosh, so funny. Today's quote, let your self-respect be
- 12:44Speaker 2: greater than your desire to be loved.
- 12:48Speaker 9: Ooh.
- 12:49Speaker 4: Oof.
- 12:51Speaker 2: After 7 o'clock, Ryan's Rose is here on KISS FM. Sissany,
- 12:54Speaker 2: the headlines. KISS FM headlines with Sissany.
- 12:57Speaker 7: Well, Governor Gavin Newsom signed a legislation providing $ 7 million
- 13:01Speaker 7: for LA's preparations for the upcoming 2028 Olympics. Long Beach
- 13:05Speaker 7: is embarking on its biggest street redevelopment yet, reshaping over
- 13:10Speaker 7: five miles of Studebaker Road into bike-friendly lanes. A new
- 13:15Speaker 7: CDC report finds nearly three out of four American adults
- 13:19Speaker 7: have experienced exhaustion in the last past three months, and
- 13:22Speaker 7: younger adults and women go through it the most.
- 13:25Speaker 5: And the LA.
- 13:25Speaker 7: Sparks unveiled a statue of Lisa Leslie yesterday outside Crypto.com Arena,
- 13:32Speaker 7: the first woman to be honored in the Star Plaza.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Down, down, down. Kiss FM, about to pay another bill.
- 13:38Speaker 2: If you have not gone to KissFM.com, keyword bills, do so,
- 13:41Speaker 2: so I can call your name and you can get
- 13:43Speaker 2: the free money. Then it's into Ryan's Roses this morning.
- 13:46Speaker 6: Ronnie.
- 13:47Speaker 2: He's out on the streets this morning of Covina. He's
- 13:50Speaker 2: rolled out there, picked a random gas station, and now
- 13:52Speaker 2: about to surprise somebody with free gas.
- 13:54Speaker 3: Ronnie.
- 13:55Speaker 4: Good morning. And this gas station is really nice and really.
- 13:59Speaker 3: Big, actually.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Okay. Compared to the others you've been to?
- 14:04Speaker 4: Yeah, because the others have been, like, smaller, but this
- 14:07Speaker 4: one has a lot of options.
- 14:08Speaker 3: There's so many people here.
- 14:10Speaker 4: So I'm really about to just walk up to this
- 14:12Speaker 4: lady right now.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Okay, here we go.
- 14:14Speaker 3: Because her window's down. Hi, my name is Ronnie.
- 14:18Speaker 4: We would love to fill up your gas tank today.
- 14:20Speaker 4: I have Ryan Seacrest on the phone with me right now.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Okay.
- 14:24Speaker 4: Okay, here she is.
- 14:26Speaker 11: Hello.
- 14:28Speaker 2: Hi, what's your name?
- 14:30Speaker 4: Nalda.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Nalda, it's Ryan Seacrest on KISS FM, the radio station.
- 14:35Speaker 2: How are you?
- 14:37Speaker 3: I'm doing great.
- 14:39Speaker 4: Good.
- 14:40Speaker 2: So what's up, Nalda? Just hanging at the station, getting
- 14:42Speaker 2: ready to get some gas?
- 14:43Speaker 3: Yes.
- 14:44Speaker 11: Yes, I'm actually an empty. Yeah, I'm an empty. I
- 14:48Speaker 11: just dropped off my daughter at school.
- 14:50Speaker 2: Okay. Well, you got her to school. You got to
- 14:52Speaker 2: the station. And that guy right there, Ronnie, works with me.
- 14:55Speaker 2: And what he's going to do is fill up your
- 14:57Speaker 2: tank and not charge you for a thing. You just
- 15:00Speaker 2: head off.
- 15:02Speaker 11: Well, that's awesome. I came at the right time to
- 15:05Speaker 11: the gas station.
- 15:06Speaker 5: You sure did.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Your timing is perfect this morning. Yeah, baby. Hey, does
- 15:11Speaker 2: Nalda have a meaning? What does that name mean?
- 15:14Speaker 11: Nelda. N-E-L-D-A.
- 15:17Speaker 2: Nelda. Does it mean anything?
- 15:18Speaker 11: I have no idea. My sister was from an actor
- 15:21Speaker 11: a long time ago when I was born. So I'm like, okay,
- 15:24Speaker 11: I'm just going to go wrong with it. And then
- 15:27Speaker 11: I had a sister that her name was Rosa Nelda.
- 15:32Speaker 11: And she passed away. So my mom named me after her.
- 15:36Speaker 2: I'm sorry that you lost her. Sorry about that.
- 15:41Speaker 11: Yeah, it was a long time ago. But yeah, so
- 15:45Speaker 11: I was named after her.
- 15:45Speaker 2: It's a beautiful name.
- 15:46Speaker 11: To honor her.
- 15:47Speaker 2: It is a beautiful, beautiful name. Thank you so much, Nelda,
- 15:51Speaker 2: for allowing us to pump up your tank and fill
- 15:53Speaker 2: it up with free gas this morning. What do you
- 15:55Speaker 2: think of my guy, Ronnie, there?
- 15:56Speaker 11: Oh, it was awesome. I was like, okay, why is
- 15:59Speaker 11: this person walking to me?
- 16:00Speaker 3: And I'm like, ah, yes!
- 16:04Speaker 2: That's exactly what we want to get out of this.
- 16:06Speaker 2: All right, thanks, Nelda. Have a good day. Thank you.
- 16:09Speaker 8: You guys too.
- 16:09Speaker 4: Bye.
- 16:10Speaker 2: Bye.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Hello.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Ronnie, she's perfect. Thank you so much. What's she driving?
- 16:17Speaker 4: She actually has a big car. Actually, it's the same
- 16:21Speaker 4: car as our kiss vehicle. Like, what is this? A
- 16:23Speaker 4: Chevy Suburban.
- 16:24Speaker 2: Yeah. Oh, nice.
- 16:25Speaker 6: All right.
- 16:26Speaker 2: We'll fill her up. Let her get on her way.
- 16:28Speaker 2: We'll talk to you in a little bit. It's a
- 16:31Speaker 2: big boy.
- 16:31Speaker 3: Bye, you guys.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Bye, Ronnie. I don't know who's having more fun, us
- 16:38Speaker 2: listening to him or him there doing it. All right,
- 16:40Speaker 2: let's get to Rosalyn in Long Beach right now. She's
- 16:43Speaker 2: calling about something interesting. So Rosalyn, good morning and thanks
- 16:46Speaker 2: for listening.
- 16:46Speaker 3: How are you?
- 16:48Speaker 9: Hi, I'm doing good.
- 16:49Speaker 3: How are you?
- 16:50Speaker 4: I am great.
- 16:52Speaker 2: So the guy you're seeing is still on Hinge. Did
- 16:57Speaker 2: you meet him on Hinge?
- 17:00Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 17:00Speaker 9: Yeah, that's where we met originally.
- 17:03Speaker 2: Okay. And how many times have you seen him, dated him?
- 17:08Speaker 9: I mean, pretty consistently. A handful of times. Like, once
- 17:13Speaker 9: a week. Once we even saw each other, like, twice
- 17:15Speaker 9: a week.
- 17:17Speaker 2: And he's still on Hinge. And your question is, is
- 17:21Speaker 2: that appropriate?
- 17:23Speaker 4: Yes.
- 17:24Speaker 9: Especially, like, you know, it's been three months.
- 17:28Speaker 2: That's a long time. I think so, too. Why do
- 17:30Speaker 2: you think he's still on Hinge?
- 17:34Speaker 9: Well, I, like, I noticed, I saw on, like, his
- 17:37Speaker 9: Hinge profile that it has a new singles badge. I, like,
- 17:42Speaker 9: I got a notification. I usually, like, you know, you know,
- 17:47Speaker 9: I don't look on it.
- 17:48Speaker 3: But, like, I.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Oh, she said, I don't ever look on it.
- 17:51Speaker 5: Yeah, so technically, you still have Hinge, too.
- 17:53Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 17:55Speaker 9: I mean, honestly, you know, when you start like seeing
- 17:58Speaker 9: someone off like the internet, you don't like immediately delete
- 18:03Speaker 9: the app.
- 18:03Speaker 2: But wait, do you have hinge? Are you still on hinge? I,
- 18:08Speaker 2: I still.
- 18:09Speaker 9: I still, yeah, I still am, but I don't like
- 18:12Speaker 9: look at it like at all. Like I totally forgot.
- 18:15Speaker 2: He doesn't either.
- 18:17Speaker 9: Well, but then it has a new singles badge, which
- 18:20Speaker 9: means active.
- 18:20Speaker 6: Right.
- 18:22Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 18:23Speaker 9: He would have like put it up there. Like, and honestly,
- 18:25Speaker 9: like I straight up have not looked at it. I
- 18:27Speaker 9: totally forgot. I usually wait till like at least the
- 18:30Speaker 9: two month mark, like I'm not going to delete it,
- 18:32Speaker 9: but it'd been going so well that like, I kind
- 18:35Speaker 9: of even forgot I had it on my phone until
- 18:37Speaker 9: I got this notification.
- 18:38Speaker 2: And I was like, Oh, so here's the only way
- 18:42Speaker 2: to address this. And that is to have the conversation about, Hey,
- 18:46Speaker 2: we've been dating for three months. I don't think we
- 18:48Speaker 2: should both be on hinge or be active on hinge. And,
- 18:53Speaker 2: conversation done because the ambiguity here is the problem you
- 18:56Speaker 2: need total clarity if you want to date the guy
- 18:59Speaker 2: and three months in he should be focused on you
- 19:02Speaker 2: not badging or signal badging anybody else.
- 19:07Speaker 9: Yeah that's good can you do that Yeah, I think so.
- 19:12Speaker 9: That would also, you know, heck, I'll get it off
- 19:14Speaker 9: my phone too. I didn't, I even halfway feel bad
- 19:17Speaker 9: that I even had it on my phone to get
- 19:19Speaker 9: the notification.
- 19:20Speaker 2: Halfway feel bad.
- 19:22Speaker 1: It's time.
- 19:22Speaker 9: I just like, oh, well, maybe because I know how
- 19:25Speaker 9: it looks, but like, yeah.
- 19:27Speaker 2: If it's going well, three months in, it's time to
- 19:29Speaker 2: get off hinge and just talk to the guy and
- 19:31Speaker 2: just say, look, I think we need to end that
- 19:34Speaker 2: and move forward dating each other, focus on each other.
- 19:36Speaker 2: It's a good conversation to have.
- 19:40Speaker 11: Yeah, very true.
- 19:42Speaker 3: Very true.
- 19:42Speaker 9: Yeah, that would be good.
- 19:44Speaker 2: And just to say, Hinge works. I know someone that
- 19:48Speaker 2: met somebody on Hinge and got married to them.
- 19:50Speaker 5: That's right.
- 19:51Speaker 9: No way.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah.
- 19:53Speaker 2: There's this person that I know in my life. She
- 19:56Speaker 2: met this guy. She went through a lot of ups
- 19:59Speaker 2: and downs in dating, and I had to hear all
- 20:02Speaker 2: about it. And then she met this dude on Hinge,
- 20:04Speaker 2: and they ended up falling in love and getting married.
- 20:06Speaker 2: And then I actually married them. No way.
- 20:11Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 20:11Speaker 5: So it works.
- 20:12Speaker 2: So it does.
- 20:13Speaker 9: Well, that's encouraging.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Get off the phone here and get on the phone
- 20:18Speaker 2: with him. Goodbye. Okay.
- 20:20Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 20:21Speaker 2: I'm talking about you, Tanya.
- 20:25Speaker 5: I know you were talking about me.
- 20:26Speaker 6: I know.
- 20:27Speaker 2: 102.7 KISS FM. It's time for Ryan's Roses. We do this.
- 20:35Speaker 2: As a public service, as a last resort in your relationship,
- 20:38Speaker 2: if you cannot figure out what's going on and you
- 20:40Speaker 2: think your spouse is cheating on you, talk to them first.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Come to us last. If you do end up here,
- 20:48Speaker 2: this is what happens. I'm going to bring up Nicole
- 20:51Speaker 2: from Woodland Hills. And she has reached out to us
- 20:56Speaker 2: because she's got real concern. Nicole, good morning. Thank you
- 20:58Speaker 2: for reaching out to us. So I see here in
- 21:00Speaker 2: your email, you got married last month and you found
- 21:03Speaker 2: out he cheated on you while you were dating.
- 21:06Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 21:08Speaker 12: Yeah. We literally got married, um, July 25th actually. And, um,
- 21:14Speaker 12: he came to me and he confessed to sleeping with
- 21:16Speaker 12: another woman earlier this summer.
- 21:19Speaker 3: Um, Yeah.
- 21:21Speaker 12: He's a camp counselor at a wilderness camp. And I
- 21:24Speaker 12: guess they'd been drinking after everyone got back from a
- 21:27Speaker 12: trip and somebody suggested strip poker and things got very
- 21:32Speaker 12: out of hand. And he wanted to confess so we
- 21:35Speaker 12: could start our marriage with a clean slate. And yeah,
- 21:40Speaker 12: he said, cheating on your girlfriend is different than cheating
- 21:43Speaker 12: on your wife. And he would never cheat on his wife.
- 21:45Speaker 12: And I really want to believe him, but I just,
- 21:47Speaker 12: I would feel a lot better if he sent.
- 21:49Speaker 3: Me the roses.
- 21:50Speaker 2: Were you engaged when he cheated?
- 21:52Speaker 6: Yeah, he was your fiance.
- 21:53Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 21:53Speaker 5: It was earlier in the summer.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:55Speaker 5: I got married in July.
- 21:56Speaker 2: Yeah, so you were engaged. That's even closer to your marriage.
- 21:59Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 22:00Speaker 6: Yeah, we were.
- 22:02Speaker 2: And when did he tell you about this?
- 22:06Speaker 9: Last weekend.
- 22:08Speaker 2: So after you got married. He didn't come clean before
- 22:10Speaker 2: you got married.
- 22:11Speaker 6: Of course he didn't come clean before they got married.
- 22:14Speaker 5: Of course he didn't.
- 22:15Speaker 3: I hate it.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:17Speaker 12: Sorry.
- 22:17Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 22:18Speaker 12: Didn't really give me a chance to, you know, make
- 22:21Speaker 12: a decision before.
- 22:22Speaker 5: What would you have done if you got married?
- 22:26Speaker 12: I don't know. I, yeah, I think that I would
- 22:28Speaker 12: have been really hesitant or I don't know, like calling
- 22:33Speaker 12: off a wedding feels like such a big deal, but
- 22:37Speaker 12: I don't know where.
- 22:38Speaker 11: I would be.
- 22:38Speaker 2: I mean, look, he cheated on you. I mean, he lied,
- 22:43Speaker 2: he betrayed you. He covered it up. He cheated on you.
- 22:48Speaker 2: And so the question, even before I call him, the
- 22:51Speaker 2: question is, can you live with that? Can you forgive
- 22:55Speaker 2: him for cheating on you? Whether you're dating or engaged
- 22:58Speaker 2: or married, he cheated on you. Is that something that
- 23:02Speaker 2: you're going to think about all the time? Or do
- 23:04Speaker 2: you really think you can let that go? Because it
- 23:06Speaker 2: doesn't matter what happens when we call him. That's the question.
- 23:10Speaker 12: Yeah, I don't know right now. It feels like really impossible.
- 23:13Speaker 11: So I just want to see what he says.
- 23:15Speaker 12: And then maybe I can be a little more like
- 23:17Speaker 12: clear about what I'm going to do moving forward.
- 23:21Speaker 2: I'm going to put you on hold and we are
- 23:24Speaker 2: going to call him and we can find out here.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Okay.
- 23:29Speaker 12: Okay.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 23:30Speaker 2: One second, Nicole bear with us. One of 2.7. It's
- 23:33Speaker 2: kiss FM. We are making the Ryan's roses call right
- 23:36Speaker 2: now on kiss FM. I don't know. I don't think
- 23:39Speaker 2: this is good. So she got married last month, Nicole.
- 23:44Speaker 2: And after the wedding, her husband then decided to come
- 23:49Speaker 2: clean and tell her that he cheated just a few
- 23:52Speaker 2: weeks earlier while they were engaged. A few weeks before
- 23:55Speaker 2: the wedding, he cheated with another woman. And she obviously
- 24:00Speaker 2: is very upset, but she's trying to figure out, oh, well,
- 24:03Speaker 2: he told me the truth. Should I forgive him or not?
- 24:06Speaker 2: That's weeks before the wedding. That is bad. And if
- 24:12Speaker 2: he's a liar and a cheater, what does it matter
- 24:17Speaker 2: if they're married or engaged? That's what he did and
- 24:19Speaker 2: how he acted, and he might do it again. And
- 24:21Speaker 2: then she's going to lose sleep every night thinking about it,
- 24:24Speaker 2: not trusting it.
- 24:25Speaker 6: And also, if he got away with it once, what's
- 24:27Speaker 6: going to stop him from doing it again?
- 24:29Speaker 2: Nicole, we need you to say, Ryan, you have my
- 24:32Speaker 2: permission to call, and then his name. Go ahead. Okay.
- 24:37Speaker 12: Ryan, you have my permission to call.
- 24:38Speaker 3: Okay.
- 24:41Speaker 2: We are going to call him right now. Be very quiet.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Do you know the other woman's name? Yeah, it's Kyla. Kyla. Okay.
- 24:55Speaker 2: We're going to offer him roses, romantic roses and see
- 24:58Speaker 2: where this goes. Here we go.
- 25:00Speaker 3: Good luck.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Okay. Hello?
- 25:12Speaker 5: Hi, is this Jeremiah?
- 25:14Speaker 12: Yes.
- 25:15Speaker 5: Hi, my name is Heather. I'm calling from Bloomin' Up.
- 25:17Speaker 5: How are you doing this morning?
- 25:18Speaker 3: I'm doing well.
- 25:21Speaker 7: So I'm calling because we actually deliver here locally and
- 25:24Speaker 7: surrounding areas, and I'm offering a free promotion today. It's
- 25:27Speaker 7: a dozen red roses. They're absolutely free, and you can
- 25:31Speaker 7: send them to anybody that you'd like.
- 25:34Speaker 3: Wait, I'm sorry. What is this again?
- 25:36Speaker 7: It's free flowers that you can send to anybody that
- 25:38Speaker 7: you'd like today. We're just trying to promote our business.
- 25:40Speaker 7: We hope that you come back as a customer one day,
- 25:42Speaker 7: but these are free. I don't need cash from you
- 25:44Speaker 7: or any sort of information.
- 25:45Speaker 2: All right.
- 25:48Speaker 3: What do you get out of this?
- 25:49Speaker 5: We hopefully get you as a customer one day. Okay.
- 25:55Speaker 4: Sure, I guess.
- 25:56Speaker 6: Okay.
- 25:56Speaker 5: Who would you like to send them to?
- 25:57Speaker 1: Okay.
- 26:01Speaker 3: Uh, let's send them to Kyla.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Great.
- 26:07Speaker 5: And what do you want to put on the note
- 26:08Speaker 5: for Kyla?
- 26:10Speaker 3: Uh, good luck. You can do way better than me.
- 26:13Speaker 11: Good.
- 26:14Speaker 6: Good luck.
- 26:15Speaker 5: You can do way better than me.
- 26:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 26:19Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 26:19Speaker 3: I think that's a good one.
- 26:21Speaker 4: Okay.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Jeremiah, your voice is being broadcast on the radio. I
- 26:26Speaker 2: have your wife, Nicole on the line.
- 26:30Speaker 1: Why? Why?
- 26:30Speaker 2: Did you just send romantic roses with that card to
- 26:35Speaker 2: another woman named Kyla?
- 26:38Speaker 3: Well, I mean, my wife understands. I've been 100% open
- 26:43Speaker 3: with her.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Open in what way? What do you mean she understands?
- 26:48Speaker 11: She understands.
- 26:49Speaker 3: She knows. She understands who Kyla is.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Who is Kyla? I'm curious.
- 26:56Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 26:58Speaker 3: Just somebody I worked with.
- 27:01Speaker 2: Okay, and did you have an affair with her?
- 27:08Speaker 3: I mean, yeah, she knows what it is. My wife
- 27:13Speaker 3: knows what it is.
- 27:14Speaker 2: So I have a question for you. After you hooked
- 27:17Speaker 2: up with Kyla, why did you wait to tell your
- 27:20Speaker 2: wife after you got married to her to fess up?
- 27:28Speaker 9: What's going on?
- 27:30Speaker 2: I'm trying to figure out why so you cheated on
- 27:33Speaker 2: your fiance and then you got married then you told
- 27:38Speaker 2: her the truth why did you wait after you got married.
- 27:40Speaker 3: I just want to start my relationship the right way
- 27:46Speaker 3: that's all at the end of the day.
- 27:49Speaker 6: You're sending another woman flowers like hello.
- 27:52Speaker 3: Why it's my way of saying goodbye to her I
- 27:59Speaker 3: let her down easily.
- 28:00Speaker 2: Why do you need to say goodbye to her? Okay, so, Jeremiah,
- 28:03Speaker 2: I have your wife, Nicole, on the phone right now. Nicole,
- 28:07Speaker 2: what would you like to say to your husband?
- 28:08Speaker 12: I was like, why?
- 28:12Speaker 9: Why couldn't you just send me.
- 28:17Speaker 3: The roses? I was just trying to let her down easy.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Ew. Why do you care so much about letting her
- 28:24Speaker 2: down easy? You're married to another woman. You just got married.
- 28:29Speaker 1: You told me that it was a one-time thing.
- 28:32Speaker 5: This doesn't feel like it is.
- 28:34Speaker 2: It is.
- 28:35Speaker 3: I just didn't want... She didn't do anything wrong. I
- 28:39Speaker 3: feel really bad. And that was the reason why I
- 28:41Speaker 3: sent the flowers.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Okay, Jeremiah. Jeremiah, you cheated on your fiancé. Then you
- 28:49Speaker 2: just you have no remorse or guilty feeling about it.
- 28:53Speaker 2: You feel more concerned about sending romantic roses to this
- 28:58Speaker 2: woman you cheated with at work. And your wife has
- 29:02Speaker 2: the right question. Can she trust you? And I don't
- 29:05Speaker 2: think she can.
- 29:06Speaker 3: I've been look, hey, we're good. I've been faithful. I
- 29:12Speaker 3: was just ending it.
- 29:14Speaker 2: Jeremiah, you were with her when you were engaged.
- 29:16Speaker 6: Yeah, you're literally the opposite of faithful.
- 29:18Speaker 5: You were unfaithful. You lied, and you still married her.
- 29:21Speaker 4: Faithless.
- 29:23Speaker 12: And you didn't give me an option.
- 29:25Speaker 3: Like, you didn't tell me this before, so I have
- 29:28Speaker 3: the information. It was a mistake, and we weren't married yet,
- 29:34Speaker 3: and when you're married, it's just different.
- 29:37Speaker 2: Jeremiah, Jeremiah, Jeremiah. it's not different. You conveniently waited until
- 29:43Speaker 2: after your wedding to tell your now wife because she
- 29:47Speaker 2: probably would have left you if you would have told
- 29:50Speaker 2: her before. And I, Nicole, do not think you should
- 29:54Speaker 2: think of this as any different than when you were married.
- 29:57Speaker 2: You were engaged. It was weeks before your wedding. He
- 30:00Speaker 2: seems to think that this is in some way okay.
- 30:02Speaker 2: And he cares too much about this other person. I
- 30:05Speaker 2: don't like it. What do you think, Nicole?
- 30:09Speaker 12: I just don't think I want to be married to you.
- 30:13Speaker 3: This is just so unfair what you've done to me.
- 30:16Speaker 3: It's so humiliating. It's humiliating.
- 30:20Speaker 2: It's betrayal. It's betrayal. It's deceitful. It's betrayal. It's actually manipulative.
- 30:28Speaker 3: Please don't do anything crazy.
- 30:30Speaker 5: You've already done the crazy part here.
- 30:32Speaker 2: Jeremiah, you're manipulating all of this. You did it. You waited.
- 30:36Speaker 2: Then you told her because you figured it would be okay.
- 30:39Speaker 2: And it's not. And, Nicole, if you want out, get
- 30:42Speaker 2: out now. Not later.
- 30:44Speaker 12: Now.
- 30:46Speaker 3: I don't know how I can ever trust you again.
- 30:48Speaker 12: Like, and how can you start a marriage this way?
- 30:51Speaker 3: It's just.
- 30:53Speaker 12: You're not the person that I thought that I knew.
- 30:57Speaker 3: It's so... It's humiliating. Babe, look, I love you so much.
- 31:04Speaker 2: No, you don't.
- 31:04Speaker 11: Come on.
- 31:05Speaker 3: I'm coming home right now. Let's just talk about it.
- 31:08Speaker 2: Jeremiah, you love her so much that you wanted to
- 31:11Speaker 2: get it out of your system before you got married
- 31:13Speaker 2: to be with another person. And then you lied and
- 31:16Speaker 2: waited to tell her. If you loved her so much
- 31:18Speaker 2: and you made a mistake, guess what? You should have
- 31:20Speaker 2: told her right away. But that's not the case. I
- 31:23Speaker 2: don't think that you have a lot of credibility here.
- 31:25Speaker 2: And Nicole, you've just gotten married. I don't think he's changing.
- 31:30Speaker 2: If you feel like you need to get out, you
- 31:31Speaker 2: should do it now.
- 31:33Speaker 12: Yeah. Yeah, this is just quite unbelievable.
- 31:41Speaker 3: Wait, I'm coming home right now. Just, I'm coming home.
- 31:44Speaker 12: No.
- 31:44Speaker 2: You don't have to come home.
- 31:48Speaker 12: I'm not going to be there when you come home,
- 31:50Speaker 12: just so you know. Like, this is, I don't want
- 31:54Speaker 12: to see you.
- 31:56Speaker 2: And Jeremiah, you need to study up on what is
- 31:59Speaker 2: right and what is wrong.
- 32:00Speaker 3: Let's just talk, please. I'll be home soon.
- 32:07Speaker 12: No, I'm not. No.
- 32:08Speaker 2: Nicole, we're going to let you go. Good luck, Nicole.
- 32:10Speaker 2: Thank you very much for reaching out. Bye-bye.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Hi.
- 32:15Speaker 2: She needs to get out.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:17Speaker 2: That guy's never going to be trustworthy.
- 32:19Speaker 5: Narcissist. 101.
- 32:22Speaker 2: He cheated, but then he waited. That's the thing. He
- 32:25Speaker 2: made it worse by lying and waiting strategically until after
- 32:30Speaker 2: they got married. He does not deserve her.
- 32:34Speaker 5: No, he doesn't.
- 32:36Speaker 2: That's Ryan's Roses. Mondays and Thursdays.
- 32:41Speaker 1: On air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 32:46Speaker 2: She was on stage Friday night at the iHeartRadio Music Festival.
- 32:50Speaker 2: Thank you so much for those who came out to
- 32:52Speaker 2: the T-Mobile and also those who watched and listened to it, too.
- 32:55Speaker 2: It was fun to be on Disney Plus and Hulu
- 32:57Speaker 2: hosting that and, of course, streaming it on our iHeartRadio app.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Ronnie is out on the streets with free gas this morning.
- 33:05Speaker 2: I got a bill I'm going to pay next, but
- 33:06Speaker 2: Ronnie in Covina. So Ronnie has picked a gas station.
- 33:10Speaker 2: He's there now in Covina Live. And have you found
- 33:13Speaker 2: someone to get free gas for?
- 33:15Speaker 3: Well, I'm about to walk up to her right now.
- 33:18Speaker 4: She looks really nice and she's in a colorful sweater.
- 33:21Speaker 3: So let's see if she wants some gas.
- 33:23Speaker 4: Hi, my name is Ronnie.
- 33:24Speaker 3: I work for Kiss FM.
- 33:25Speaker 4: We would love to fill up your gas tank this morning.
- 33:27Speaker 3: Do you want free gas?
- 33:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 33:29Speaker 4: OK, Ryan Seacrest is on the phone.
- 33:30Speaker 3: He wants to talk to you.
- 33:31Speaker 4: OK, here you go. Hello.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Hi, what's your name?
- 33:35Speaker 11: My name is Allison.
- 33:37Speaker 2: Allison, it's Ryan Seacrest. How are you?
- 33:40Speaker 1: I'm good.
- 33:41Speaker 2: How are you? I'm great. Thank you. So we are
- 33:44Speaker 2: here at our morning job, the Kiss FM morning show.
- 33:48Speaker 2: I've got Sisney and Tanya. You are on the air.
- 33:51Speaker 11: Oh, hi, guys.
- 33:52Speaker 1: This is exciting.
- 33:53Speaker 2: It really is. I hear you have a very colorful
- 33:57Speaker 2: sweater on.
- 33:59Speaker 3: I sure do.
- 34:00Speaker 11: Well, not quite a sweater.
- 34:01Speaker 9: It's a little hot for that. But yeah, colorful top.
- 34:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 34:04Speaker 2: Top, I should say. Okay.
- 34:05Speaker 3: Yes.
- 34:05Speaker 2: Where are you headed this morning?
- 34:09Speaker 11: Um, I'm about to go to work.
- 34:11Speaker 2: What do you do?
- 34:13Speaker 11: I work with children at a preschool.
- 34:15Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. Yeah.
- 34:18Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 34:18Speaker 9: So I'm about to go ahead and see them.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Wow.
- 34:21Speaker 2: You must have like a lot of patients.
- 34:24Speaker 4: Yeah, literally. I do.
- 34:26Speaker 11: And I'm a Girl Scout troop leader.
- 34:28Speaker 3: So, you know, and a mom.
- 34:29Speaker 11: So yes, lots of patients.
- 34:30Speaker 2: All right. Well then let's get you on your way.
- 34:34Speaker 2: Ronnie's going to fill up your tank with free gas.
- 34:36Speaker 2: And thank you so much, Alison, for listening to Kiss FM.
- 34:40Speaker 8: Okay, yeah.
- 34:40Speaker 11: Thank you.
- 34:41Speaker 3: Y'all have a good one.
- 34:42Speaker 2: Good luck with those. Wait, question. At the end of
- 34:45Speaker 2: your day, after all the kids, do you have this
- 34:48Speaker 2: much energy too, still?
- 34:51Speaker 12: No.
- 34:51Speaker 4: Well, not really.
- 34:53Speaker 1: No.
- 34:53Speaker 2: Wait, really quick.
- 34:56Speaker 6: What's your zodiac sign?
- 34:58Speaker 3: I'm Sagittarius.
- 34:59Speaker 2: December.
- 35:00Speaker 6: Okay.
- 35:02Speaker 2: You want to ask her social security number next? No, no, no.
- 35:04Speaker 6: I'm just curious. I was curious because she's super patient.
- 35:08Speaker 12: Oh.
- 35:08Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 35:10Speaker 1: Oh.
- 35:10Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 35:11Speaker 3: Tracks.
- 35:12Speaker 2: Okay, great.
- 35:13Speaker 11: Okay, good.
- 35:13Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 35:14Speaker 3: All right.
- 35:15Speaker 2: Have fun at work. Thanks for listening to us. All right, Allison.
- 35:17Speaker 3: Okay, thank you.
- 35:18Speaker 12: Bye. Bye.
- 35:19Speaker 4: What about.
- 35:20Speaker 2: Do I... Do Capricorns track? Patient?
- 35:22Speaker 12: No.
- 35:23Speaker 2: Sisney, Aries, are they patient? I feel like I have
- 35:25Speaker 2: a lot of patience. I don't... I mean, you have
- 35:30Speaker 2: more than I do, but definitely less than Tanya. We're
- 35:36Speaker 2: paying your bill next. 102.7... It's Kiss FM. Sam Smith.
- 35:41Speaker 2: Stay with me. Hi, and happy Monday. Happy Monday. We
- 35:49Speaker 2: have recovered from our iHeartRadio Music Festival. I say it
- 35:52Speaker 2: like it's laborious. It's really not. It's a big concert
- 35:55Speaker 2: that just goes for hours and hours. Double-nighted, too.
- 35:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 35:59Speaker 5: What a weekend.
- 36:01Speaker 2: So many great performances. So many great artists. Everything from
- 36:05Speaker 2: Benson Boone's Abs to Zara Larson's Lush Life Dance.
- 36:10Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 36:11Speaker 2: We experienced it all in real time. There's no right there.
- 36:15Speaker 10: All right.
- 36:17Speaker 3: Cool time.
- 36:18Speaker 2: Pleasure of introducing BTS, but it didn't matter what I
- 36:21Speaker 2: said because all of the screaming in the T-Mobile arena,
- 36:24Speaker 2: they wanted them badly. They wanted them now. Here they are.
- 36:28Speaker 2: They're great live. They're super choreographed and very good in person.
- 36:35Speaker 2: There's your mystical magical. That was Benson on Saturday night. And,
- 36:45Speaker 2: I mean, where do you want to begin, Sisini? Tanya,
- 36:48Speaker 2: you want to start with how cold that T-Mobile arena was?
- 36:50Speaker 2: Why was it so cold? So, I did, it was so,
- 36:55Speaker 2: I don't know, it was so cold inside the arena
- 36:57Speaker 2: and also backstage in the areas where we were. I
- 37:01Speaker 2: was told they just poured the ice for ice hockey.
- 37:03Speaker 5: That was the rumor going around.
- 37:04Speaker 2: Underneath the iHeart stage.
- 37:07Speaker 1: Yes.
- 37:07Speaker 2: And so they had to keep the ice cold. Even
- 37:10Speaker 2: when all the bodies got in there, it did not
- 37:12Speaker 2: warm up at all. I got a space heater.
- 37:14Speaker 5: Yeah, I heard you put one in your dressing room. Oh,
- 37:16Speaker 5: that's cute.
- 37:17Speaker 2: I got a space heater and was curled up next
- 37:19Speaker 2: to it.
- 37:20Speaker 7: Tonya, you had long sleeve leathers. I feel like you
- 37:23Speaker 7: were warm.
- 37:24Speaker 5: Yeah, I was definitely warm.
- 37:25Speaker 7: But I was in a short, sheer shirt, and it
- 37:29Speaker 7: was freezing.
- 37:32Speaker 3: I know.
- 37:32Speaker 2: Every time I complained that it was cold to somebody,
- 37:34Speaker 2: they were in a sheer shirt. Yeah, exactly. And I thought,
- 37:37Speaker 2: maybe I shouldn't complain to sheer shirt people. Sheer shirted people.
- 37:40Speaker 5: You still have long sleeves.
- 37:42Speaker 2: So, Tanya, you got back to your room after the
- 37:45Speaker 2: show and then you had to have Sisany help you
- 37:47Speaker 2: get out of your dress?
- 37:48Speaker 1: Yes.
- 37:48Speaker 2: Is that what happened?
- 37:49Speaker 6: I got up to my room and I was like,
- 37:51Speaker 6: I can't. It's one of those dresses where the zipper
- 37:53Speaker 6: goes all the way from my neck down to my butt.
- 37:56Speaker 6: And I was like, I can't get it.
- 37:57Speaker 2: Was your husband there?
- 37:58Speaker 6: He only came Saturday.
- 37:59Speaker 5: He was not there. This was Friday night.
- 38:01Speaker 2: You should have put that dress on.
- 38:02Speaker 4: The other night.
- 38:03Speaker 2: I know.
- 38:04Speaker 6: So I was like, oh my gosh, I need somebody
- 38:05Speaker 6: to help me unzip it. So I had to go
- 38:07Speaker 6: all the way down to the casino to meet Cisney
- 38:09Speaker 6: so that she could unzip me.
- 38:10Speaker 2: Oh, let's talk about that. What time was the unzipping
- 38:12Speaker 2: in the casino appearance?
- 38:14Speaker 6: Like 1.32?
- 38:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:16Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 38:16Speaker 5: Normal time.
- 38:17Speaker 2: Is that when you ran into Ellen K?
- 38:19Speaker 5: No, that was a different night.
- 38:21Speaker 2: Ellen K celebrating her birthday. Happy birthday to Ellen K
- 38:24Speaker 2: on Saturday night.
- 38:25Speaker 7: That was the night of her birthday, but it was
- 38:27Speaker 7: already like 1.30 in the morning. I think we have
- 38:29Speaker 7: audio of that if you want to hear it.
- 38:30Speaker 2: Audio of what? Okay, Ellen.
- 38:33Speaker 6: Come to Marshmallow with us.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Alright, I will go.
- 38:35Speaker 5: Wait, where are we going? I'm dropping off my dumbbell.
- 38:40Speaker 12: Where's Marshmallow?
- 38:41Speaker 1: Um....
- 38:43Speaker 5: Access, surrender, one of those clothes.
- 38:45Speaker 2: Come to Marshmallow with us. You mean to see Marshmallow
- 38:48Speaker 2: the performer?
- 38:49Speaker 1: Yes.
- 38:49Speaker 6: Okay.
- 38:50Speaker 2: And then she says, sure. Guaranteed she did not go.
- 38:53Speaker 7: Well, our rooms were on the same floor. So I
- 38:55Speaker 7: was going to have to drop off my duffel and
- 38:56Speaker 7: we get all the way up. We're on the same floor.
- 38:58Speaker 5: And then she went down her aisle.
- 39:02Speaker 2: I know she pulls a me. She does the Houdini
- 39:05Speaker 2: like me. Absolutely. I'll see you there.
- 39:07Speaker 12: No.
- 39:09Speaker 2: Great time. If you went, let us know what your
- 39:12Speaker 2: highlight was. What were your favorite performances over the weekend
- 39:15Speaker 2: at our iHeartRadio Music Festival? You can reach out to us.
- 39:18Speaker 2: Send us a talk back. Give us a call here.
- 39:20Speaker 1: 800-520-1027.
- 39:20Speaker 2: It is KISS FM. We're all boys that hear the same.
- 39:24Speaker 2: Dancer Zara Larson. It's Kiss. Zara was at our iHeartRadio
- 39:29Speaker 2: music festival over the weekend. It was very nice of
- 39:31Speaker 2: her backstage. She taught me. I mean, I had seen
- 39:33Speaker 2: it before, but that Lush Life dance. I have to admit,
- 39:36Speaker 2: I posted it up. I have to admit, it wasn't
- 39:38Speaker 2: as bad as I thought it could have been.
- 39:40Speaker 5: No, you did really good. I was surprised.
- 39:42Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 39:43Speaker 5: Because it's hard.
- 39:44Speaker 2: My little niece called me and said, is that the
- 39:47Speaker 2: Lush Life dance you just did?
- 39:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 39:50Speaker 2: The answer is I did part of it. Maybe 33%
- 39:53Speaker 2: of it. The Lush Life dance. Here it is.
- 39:57Speaker 3: Wind it up.
- 39:59Speaker 4: Back and forth.
- 40:00Speaker 12: Hip.
- 40:01Speaker 1: Hip.
- 40:02Speaker 2: And then at the end, just run in place. That
- 40:03Speaker 2: part I knew. Just run in place.
- 40:09Speaker 3: Turn around.
- 40:12Speaker 2: She was very patient with me to teach me a
- 40:13Speaker 2: few steps before we actually tried it. Thank you, Zara. Czerny,
- 40:17Speaker 2: also Ciara was incredible. There she is on the staircase.
- 40:24Speaker 2: And I love goodies.
- 40:25Speaker 1: So good.
- 40:26Speaker 2: These are vintage.
- 40:30Speaker 7: It was phenomenal what she did because she is pregnant
- 40:34Speaker 7: with her fifth. And so to see her up there
- 40:36Speaker 7: with her bump and she's doing back bends.
- 40:39Speaker 2: Unbelievable.
- 40:40Speaker 5: It was unbelievable.
- 40:41Speaker 7: It just goes to show how powerful the women's bodies
- 40:44Speaker 7: are and how phenomenal we are.
- 40:46Speaker 6: Whitney Carson is also dancing this season on Dancing with
- 40:48Speaker 6: the Stars. Five months pregnant. And it is.
- 40:50Speaker 5: pretty epic to see.
- 40:51Speaker 2: I think with Sierra taken on, so they rolled out
- 40:54Speaker 2: this lit, this flashing staircase on the stage and she
- 40:57Speaker 2: started on the top and she worked her way while
- 41:00Speaker 2: dancing and singing the whole way down the staircase. It
- 41:03Speaker 2: was awesome.
- 41:04Speaker 5: It was really, really awesome.
- 41:05Speaker 7: And at some point she kind of like joked with
- 41:07Speaker 7: the crowd and told the crowd like this mama has
- 41:09Speaker 7: got to stay moving. And she clearly meant it because
- 41:11Speaker 7: she was, did not stop. It was such a great performance.
- 41:15Speaker 3: Five?
- 41:16Speaker 2: This is her fifth kid?
- 41:17Speaker 5: This is her fifth.
- 41:18Speaker 1: Yes.
- 41:19Speaker 2: Now, how many is a lot?
- 41:21Speaker 6: Five feels like a lot.
- 41:23Speaker 2: I was thinking about this.
- 41:24Speaker 7: I think after three, it really doesn't matter, in my opinion.
- 41:27Speaker 7: I feel like if I had a fourth, a fifth,
- 41:28Speaker 7: it's like, eh. The older ones start taking care of
- 41:31Speaker 7: the younger ones.
- 41:32Speaker 2: When I grow up. Oh. When I grow up, and
- 41:36Speaker 2: if I have kid.
- 41:38Speaker 9: Yes.
- 41:39Speaker 2: I think it will be kid. If I have kid.
- 41:41Speaker 2: I think I want kid.
- 41:43Speaker 4: Yeah, okay.
- 41:44Speaker 2: Because people say, do you want kids? I'm like, no,
- 41:47Speaker 2: I'm not sure about kids. But I'd like kid.
- 41:49Speaker 1: One.
- 41:50Speaker 12: Maybe.
- 41:51Speaker 2: Okay. Yeah, I think one is about all I could manage.
- 41:55Speaker 5: One is cute.
- 41:56Speaker 3: Yeah, chic.
- 41:57Speaker 2: Yeah, but my response is.
- 41:58Speaker 5: Easy to travel with one. It's just easier with one.
- 42:01Speaker 2: I'm not trying to be chic. I'm just trying to
- 42:03Speaker 2: manage expectations.
- 42:05Speaker 5: It is though.
- 42:05Speaker 7: All my friends that just have one kid, they travel
- 42:08Speaker 7: so much more and they like will actually do like
- 42:11Speaker 7: a nice vacation versus like us where it's hard to travel.
- 42:13Speaker 5: It's expensive.
- 42:15Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 42:16Speaker 2: So what do you want to do? What do you
- 42:17Speaker 2: want to have? You want kids?
- 42:18Speaker 12: No.
- 42:19Speaker 2: Maybe kid.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Kid.
- 42:22Speaker 2: Maybe just kid.
- 42:23Speaker 5: There's Ryan with his kid.
- 42:24Speaker 2: Not five. I don't think five. I don't think I'll
- 42:27Speaker 2: be alive long enough to get to five. Anyway, Sissany,
- 42:31Speaker 2: that is remarkable that she did that. I loved seeing Sierra.
- 42:34Speaker 2: She's one of my favorites. She's hosted New Year's Rockin'
- 42:36Speaker 2: Eve with me over the years. And she's just fantastic.
- 42:39Speaker 2: So congratulations, Sierra, and everybody who was there for bringing
- 42:42Speaker 2: their A-game to our iHeartRadio Music Festival over the weekend.
- 42:46Speaker 1: On air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 42:49Speaker 2: It's Kiss and Raven Linnae fresh off our iHeartRadio Music
- 42:54Speaker 2: Festival over the weekend.
- 42:56Speaker 1: Come on!
- 42:58Speaker 2: Vincent Boone. His mustache caught my eye in person.
- 43:08Speaker 6: I have to say, I never had an exchange with
- 43:10Speaker 6: Benson Boone. I gave him one of the 16 candles
- 43:13Speaker 6: because it was I Heart's Sweet 16.
- 43:14Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 43:17Speaker 6: He was so lovely and so playful and so fun.
- 43:20Speaker 6: I'm like, I'm in on the fan club.
- 43:22Speaker 2: Did you expect anything less? The guy is in a
- 43:24Speaker 2: vest with nothing else on doing backflips on stage. What
- 43:26Speaker 2: do you think he's going to be, serious?
- 43:28Speaker 1: Yes, I don't know.
- 43:29Speaker 6: Like, he's a performer. I didn't really know what to expect,
- 43:32Speaker 6: but he was like above and beyond.
- 43:33Speaker 5: No, he's so down to earth.
- 43:35Speaker 6: Oh my gosh, so now I'm like... Fan club, sign
- 43:38Speaker 6: me up.
- 43:38Speaker 2: I've never stared at a skinny mustache as long as
- 43:41Speaker 2: I stared at Benson Boone's upper lip.
- 43:43Speaker 6: You could pull it off.
- 43:44Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 43:45Speaker 2: I thought about it, but it might look a little,
- 43:47Speaker 2: you know what?
- 43:49Speaker 4: Weird.
- 43:50Speaker 6: I think you don't know until you try.
- 43:54Speaker 2: I might rather try just going vest and nothing else
- 43:56Speaker 2: before I go mustache.
- 43:57Speaker 6: Or I guess we could try on Chachapiti.
- 43:58Speaker 5: Why don't you? Oh, yeah, we could.
- 44:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 44:00Speaker 2: But it's a thin stache. It's like just this thin
- 44:03Speaker 2: little line. It's not a big stache.
- 44:04Speaker 1: No.
- 44:04Speaker 2: Not like a thick stache. A little thin stripe of stache.
- 44:07Speaker 5: Can somebody put his face into Chachapiti?
- 44:09Speaker 1: Mark's on it.
- 44:11Speaker 2: Somebody do that, whoever you are.
- 44:14Speaker 3: Interesting.
- 44:14Speaker 2: So for the first time, all the staff is there.
- 44:17Speaker 2: You know, all of us from all over the country
- 44:19Speaker 2: at iHeart.
- 44:19Speaker 4: Right. There.
- 44:21Speaker 2: Charlemagne was there. Woody from alt a chance to hang
- 44:25Speaker 2: with him backs. Everybody's there. Big boy is there. And
- 44:29Speaker 2: after night two, people kept saying to me, are you
- 44:33Speaker 2: going to take the bath?
- 44:34Speaker 5: Yes.
- 44:35Speaker 2: Are you going to the bath afterwards? What the bath?
- 44:38Speaker 1: Right.
- 44:38Speaker 2: There's an after bath. A sound bath. Was it, it
- 44:41Speaker 2: was staff and invited guests for an after bath.
- 44:43Speaker 3: Right.
- 44:44Speaker 2: A sound bath after night two of the show. I
- 44:47Speaker 2: don't know what it is, but I did not go
- 44:49Speaker 2: to the bath. What, what was, what is a group
- 44:51Speaker 2: sound bath after a music festival?
- 44:54Speaker 7: Um, I did not go either, but I saw some
- 44:57Speaker 7: posts on Instagram of the people that did attend and,
- 45:00Speaker 7: And it's exactly what it sounds like. Everybody was just
- 45:02Speaker 7: laying down on mats in the big suite and there
- 45:06Speaker 7: was sound music and they had eye masks on and
- 45:09Speaker 7: it just looked like everybody was sleeping.
- 45:12Speaker 2: This was hosted by our chairman at iHeart, Bob Pittman.
- 45:17Speaker 2: One of our idols, our leader, the sound bath sounded
- 45:21Speaker 2: like this. This was right after Snoop.
- 45:27Speaker 7: That would make me fall asleep.
- 45:30Speaker 2: Literally, D-O-double-G into this.
- 45:32Speaker 3: Yeah. I don't know.
- 45:36Speaker 2: Maybe it was relaxing.
- 45:38Speaker 6: It's so smart because I think after these festivals, you're
- 45:41Speaker 6: so wound up.
- 45:43Speaker 2: I can't go to sleep. Did Snoop come to the
- 45:47Speaker 2: sound bath?
- 45:48Speaker 1: No.
- 45:49Speaker 7: He hung out with Big Boy a little bit and
- 45:51Speaker 7: then Snoop did an after party of his own at
- 45:53Speaker 7: like 2 a.m.
- 45:55Speaker 2: You mean the counter-programming to this?
- 45:57Speaker 4: Yeah. Exactly.
- 45:58Speaker 2: That sounds actually quite great.
- 46:01Speaker 5: Yeah, this I would have done.
- 46:02Speaker 6: I didn't know about this, but nobody invited me to
- 46:03Speaker 6: the bath. I would have done the bath.
- 46:05Speaker 2: You were invited.
- 46:06Speaker 5: Yeah, you were invited, Tanya.
- 46:09Speaker 2: But you had to get out. You couldn't unzip your clothes, apparently.
- 46:12Speaker 2: She was stuck in her own dress. Had to get
- 46:14Speaker 2: Sissy to help. Although Robbie was there on Saturday night,
- 46:16Speaker 2: so he could help you. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Great to see.
- 46:18Speaker 3: I didn't see Michael.
- 46:19Speaker 2: I kept asking. I saw Robbie. I didn't see Michael.
- 46:21Speaker 2: You said he got taken away by bigger, better opportunities
- 46:24Speaker 2: at the T-Mobile Arena.
- 46:25Speaker 11: I don't know.
- 46:26Speaker 5: He was on his own. But he got upgraded.
- 46:28Speaker 2: We thought we gave him good access. Then he got
- 46:30Speaker 2: upgraded from us. Remember? You told me. He's like, he
- 46:32Speaker 2: knows people here at the venue. He's upgraded.
- 46:34Speaker 5: Yeah, he's good.
- 46:34Speaker 1: All right, friends.
- 46:36Speaker 2: That is going to wrap it up for the morning
- 46:37Speaker 2: show today. Thanks for hanging with us. Tomorrow, a second
- 46:41Speaker 2: date update. Also, more Disneyland tickets. And Sisney is going
