- 0:01Warning Silver and gold are. Going to crash the stock.
- 0:05Market's going to correct, right?
- 0:07And that means the price of gold and.
- 0:09Silver are. Heading down, down, down, but.
- 0:12What about if we consider the other side of the coin?
- 0:16Is there evidence in the past? That that's not always the case.
- 0:20And could we possibly see? An even even.
- 0:23Quicker reaction in the gold price and the silver price
- 0:27because it seems like. Everybody just wants to tell.
- 0:29Us how if the market corrects the gold and silver price are
- 0:32going down, but I'm here to tell you I feel differently and we're
- 0:37going to talk about that in this video.
- 0:39Thank you to Daniel Bao. What a great comment.
- 0:42The word for silver. And money are the.
- 0:45Same in at least 14 languages. Yeah.
- 0:49So that means like, if in 14 languages you want to say money,
- 0:53it's the same exact word that you would use if you want to say
- 0:57silver. What does that tell us?
- 0:59Let's dig into what Goldman Sachs is telling us.
- 1:01And it's not. Just Goldman Sachs, there's a.
- 1:04A bunch of other analysts chiming in JP Morgan and Bank of
- 1:09America, but this came from Yahoo Finance.
- 1:11Investors should go for gold as the Fed rate cut looms.
- 1:17That's according to Goldman Sachs.
- 1:19Let that sink in. For a second, Goldman Sachs is
- 1:26saying this right. Hey.
- 1:27Remember, what are the 1st 4 letters in Goldman Sachs Gold?
- 1:32Investors should go for gold. As the precious metals stellar.
- 1:36Run isn't over, Goldman Sachs analyst said in a research note.
- 1:41They say quote our preferred near term long.
- 1:44That means their preferred near term investment idea is gold.
- 1:49It remains our preferred hedge against geopolitical and
- 1:53financial risks. Say it one more time, guys.
- 1:57We got to remember. This is Goldman Sachs, the most
- 2:00prestigious investment bank. In the world, Goldman Sachs,
- 2:04although they do, they are basement dwellers, they do watch
- 2:07Ron's basement on the training desk there.
- 2:09I have that on good word with added support from imminent Fed
- 2:13rate cuts in ongoing emerging market central bank buying,
- 2:17wrote Goldman Sachs on Sunday. So this is very recent news and
- 2:22very good news. The firm maintains a 2025 target
- 2:26of $2700 per oz, issued a long gold recommendation.
- 2:33They're telling people to buy gold.
- 2:35Now it gets interesting in blue purchases by central banks.
- 2:41I know we're going to barf if we hear if we hear that one more
- 2:45time. The world central banks are
- 2:46buying gold, which is a good thing.
- 2:48But come on, man. We've heard it about a million
- 2:50times, hit a record in the first quarter and has been one of the
- 2:53biggest drivers of the precious metals rise this year.
- 2:57Bank of America analysts estimate gold.
- 3:00Gold has now surpassed the euro to become the world's largest
- 3:06reserve asset, second only to the US dollar and in red.
- 3:10I wrote that here. This is the.
- 3:12Battle right now. Between precious metals and the
- 3:16dollar. Bank of America guys, number
- 3:19one, and #2 when it comes to reserve assets in the world are
- 3:24gold and the dollar. They are battling it out.
- 3:28It's a. Battle for the gold standard.
- 3:30I just want to remind you that on gold side we have that it's a
- 3:34real hard, tangible and asset. It's fungible, it's intrinsic
- 3:40value, and it's been around for 5000 years.
- 3:43On the. Dollar side, we have $35
- 3:46trillion in debt, really nothing backing.
- 3:49It up right? And in a, in a.
- 3:52Growing. Growing.
- 3:55Critical bad fiscal in monetary policy by the country that's
- 4:00backing it up. So that's who's.
- 4:01Battling it out right now. In Botha pointed that out, Bank
- 4:05of America geopolitical risk such as Israel, Hamas and
- 4:09Russia, Ukraine, as well as signals from the Fed of
- 4:12September rate cut amidst signs of a slowing labor market, have
- 4:17also buoyed precious metals prices.
- 4:20We are seeing gold being used as an uncertainty head, said Tom
- 4:24Bruni, head of market research at StockTwits, in a recent
- 4:28episode of Stocks and Translation.
- 4:30People are using gold as a hedge.
- 4:32Imagine that. Right, it's worked pretty well.
- 4:35For the last four or 5000 years. Very important here, very
- 4:38important in bold. Global physical backed gold ETS
- 4:44have now seen inflows 3 months in a row as Western investors
- 4:50pile into gold. That was the.
- 4:52Missing piece that we didn't. Have over the last year the
- 4:55Western investor with North American activity outpacing
- 5:00Europe and Asia in July, according to the latest World
- 5:04Gold Council data. It's happening guys.
- 5:07The Westerners are starting to wake up.
- 5:11It's very exciting right now what is happening in the
- 5:14precious metals market? No, just because the stock
- 5:18market corrects crashes just because.
- 5:21The. Economy goes into a recession or
- 5:24a deep recession or God forbid, a depression.
- 5:27If Botenomics doesn't work anymore right doesn't mean.
- 5:31That gold has to crash just because it went down during the
- 5:35great financial crisis and during the C19 crisis.
- 5:38There's plenty of other examples where it hasn't, and I believe,
- 5:42well, I'll get into that in a second.
- 5:43Bad news. Here's the bad news.
- 5:46In the near term, traders may be wondering if gold will succumb
- 5:49to a historically negative trend for assets in September.
- 5:53The yellow metal has declined every September since 2017,
- 5:58according to Bloomberg data. I don't know what to say about
- 6:02that. You know, that doesn't mean for
- 6:04sure that it's going to go down, but it does mean historically.
- 6:08And there's got to be some reasons.
- 6:10Behind that, September can be a challenging month for gold.
- 6:16OK analysts expect the commodities next catalyst will
- 6:20come when the Federal Reserve meets mid-september following a
- 6:23week of fresh labor data and crucial monthly jobs report on
- 6:28Friday. Barf.
- 6:29If we hear one more time about the big jobs report on Friday,
- 6:33we're going to talk a little bit more about that later.
- 6:35Gold prices, I got something funny to say, continue to hover
- 6:39around 2500, with focus primarily on the size of
- 6:43expected upcoming Fed rate cut later this month, wrote JP
- 6:46Morgan analyst in a note on Tuesday.
- 6:50So there we have it. Guys, Bank of America, right, JP
- 6:54Morgan, Goldman Sachs, we do not need to have a big.
- 6:59Major correction in gold things can be.
- 7:02I mean, do you? Believe.
- 7:03Thanks again, Daniel for that. Great.
- 7:05Comment my friend. Hello to Tim Zoob, good to see
- 7:09you on the live. Stream things.
- 7:12Do not have to be just because they were that they don't have
- 7:18to be the same as they were in in previous sets of
- 7:21circumstances. I believe we're in a much
- 7:24different set of circumstances right now for gold and silver,
- 7:28OK. I believe, I suspect that we're
- 7:32going to, we're going to see strength from the precious
- 7:35metals very soon again, OK. Even if the general markets
- 7:39continue down, what happened yesterday, right?
- 7:41The stock market went down big. Gold and silver went down big.
- 7:45What's critical? There's a couple, couple
- 7:47critical things to remember #1 even in these past
- 7:51circumstances, when gold and silver went down with the
- 7:54general markets, who was first to come back?
- 7:57Do you remember? It was gold and.
- 8:00Silver It was the mining stocks in the O 8.
- 8:03Financial crisis, even. During the C19 crisis.
- 8:07Gold and silver were the first. To snap back and it's happening.
- 8:11Quicker and quicker. So even if we do, even.
- 8:14If I am wrong? And we do get the big.
- 8:16We're going to have. A snap back that will be very,
- 8:19very cool and the general consensus is wrong.
- 8:21You want to hear a couple other great examples of when when it
- 8:24comes to precious metals, the general consensus is wrong.
- 8:29Remember in 2022 we had runaway. Inflation, right?
- 8:35And what what should have? Happened to the gold price and
- 8:38the silver price. They should have skyrocketed.
- 8:41That's a fundamental factor. Gold and silver always protect
- 8:44against runaway inflation. But in 2022, gold and silver
- 8:49didn't do that well. So there are We are ripe with
- 8:53examples of when the general consensus is wrong.
- 8:57Excuse me. The other recent one is that we
- 8:59saw a big rally in the. Dollar and and when we had a.
- 9:03Right now, recently the dollars gone down, but a lot of the
- 9:07major upswing in the gold and silver price occurred in an.
- 9:10Environment when the dollar was actually rallying, Which again,
- 9:15right? The gold and silver.
- 9:16Should have gone gone down. So the general consensus was
- 9:20wrong. Let's run out and take a look.
- 9:22Let's do a price update. I know we're struggling a little
- 9:25bit this morning guys in the precious metals market, but
- 9:28let's go check on the prices. I'm going to go out to our
- 9:32friends at channel sponsor Pmbacks.
- 9:35This is not up to date. It's going to be worse than
- 9:38this. We'll get an update here in a
- 9:39second after I say thank you to Pmbacks for helping all the
- 9:43basement dwellers get more metal for their money.
- 9:46Pmbacks is an online bullion dealer.
- 9:50I've received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our
- 9:54community. Those of you who have given them
- 9:57a shot right when you're online searching to buy silver, gold,
- 10:01platinum, group metals, what I hear and what.
- 10:04I experienced myself also. Is they always have competitive
- 10:07prices, great selection and it's a company you can trust.
- 10:12And the packages come up wrapped like Fort Knox.
- 10:14It's fun to get a a package from PMBEX.
- 10:17And please, please, please don't forget if you ever decide to
- 10:20convert an IRA into silver, gold to do a precious metals IRA,
- 10:26talk to a lot of people. Take your time.
- 10:28Please make one of those people that you talk to Pembex and just
- 10:33compare the total amount of Oz of silver and gold you can get
- 10:38from all your different options. I think you might be a little
- 10:41surprised by what Pembex can do for you.
- 10:44Let's get an update. Oh, hey guys, gold is up all
- 10:50right, 90. Seven cents.
- 10:51We'll take it. Silver up $0.19.
- 10:54All right. Hey, we are.
- 10:55Moving in the right, the right, right, right direction.
- 11:00Even Michael Oliver. Do you know who Michael Oliver
- 11:02is? Like one of the top dog analysts
- 11:04in the silver and gold community.
- 11:06He's saying the same thing. It's not just us basement
- 11:09dwellers. And by the way.
- 11:10Thank you. For being here?
- 11:11Yes, you. I'm talking to you, please.
- 11:14OK, I want you to. Feel comfortable here, I hope
- 11:16you feel like you. Found a little.
- 11:18Home away from home. We're all very nice to each
- 11:21other. OK, a little escape from reality
- 11:24where we get to talk about what we like.
- 11:26Silver and gold. Please give this video a thumbs
- 11:29up. We're really pushing to get to
- 11:3040,000 subscribers, so if you could subscribe if you haven't
- 11:33already, that would be great. And super chats are always.
- 11:37Super duper appreciated but Michael Oliver is saying the
- 11:41same thing like just. Everybody thinks that gold and
- 11:44silver. Have to go through a crash if
- 11:46the market crashes or the economy crashes it.
- 11:50Doesn't. And I'm telling you guys, is it
- 11:54Andy? Scheckman even says this.
- 11:55I've heard Lynette Zang say it. That the crisis the.
- 11:58Issues that we're having now. Are happening more frequently.
- 12:03And on much more severe levels and reactions by the Fed are
- 12:07much more quicker Again, what was it 4 weeks ago the the
- 12:12Japanese yen carry trade. Remember it was an apocalyptic
- 12:15Monday. The world was ending OK and how
- 12:18quickly they respond to. Things I'm telling you.
- 12:22It could be different. The next six months could be so,
- 12:25so critical, so fun for people who are invested in silver, gold
- 12:31and precious metal mining stocks.
- 12:33No doubt about it. I have a strong feeling, right?
- 12:36We talk about $44.00 silver by Christmas guys.
- 12:40It could be. It could be.
- 12:41Even better. But if we get our $44.00 right,
- 12:44will you be happy with that? I'd be happy.
- 12:47Do you think we can? Get it?
- 12:49I do. If you think we can get 44 by
- 12:51Christmas, do me a favor and type 44 there in the comments,
- 12:56OK? All right, guys, let's talk.
- 13:00About here I have a subscribe. We're going to talk about the
- 13:02comment from a subscriber we got.
- 13:04We got some controversy brewing here in the basement.
- 13:08This was a comment from yesterday from our friend Kenny
- 13:12Canoe House 5480. We were talking about the idea a
- 13:17silver hermit, but when looking at the Dow to silver ratio was
- 13:20talking about how silver could go as high as $4000.
- 13:24Now he even said in his interview and I know it sounds
- 13:26preposterous. I'm just pointing out what the
- 13:29charts are showing as a potential and Kenneth, Kenneth
- 13:34Kennu said if Silver hits 4000, there would be a hyper
- 13:38inflationary crash, extreme violence, chaos and danger
- 13:43beyond historical comparison. This.
- 13:46Would be an end of days scenario if the felons at the bullion
- 13:50banks lost control. Otherwise, this ain't going to
- 13:54happen. I understand what he's saying.
- 13:56And that's why I love. Reading the comments guys.
- 13:59Because we don't always agree and it gives us a different
- 14:02perspective. How do you feel about it?
- 14:04Do you think that, you know, even Peter Grandich, when I
- 14:07talked with him last week, he was like.
- 14:09I don't know that you want to live in a.
- 14:11World with $85. Silver.
- 14:14I don't know. I.
- 14:14Maybe I feel a little different. Maybe I maybe I would want.
- 14:18Wouldn't you want to live in a world with $4000 silver?
- 14:23My fellow. Silver staggers, you know, maybe
- 14:26we're a little different, right? The general population, yes, I
- 14:29would say there would be hyperinflation, no doubt about
- 14:32it. Violence, society being out of
- 14:36control, I could see that happening.
- 14:39But I don't think that's a sure thing.
- 14:41But I don't. I mean, I know, I'm, I know.
- 14:45That that a lot of people. Don't agree?
- 14:47With this, and I completely understand and I understand if
- 14:50you don't agree with it, but I think we could see silver prices
- 14:54during my lifetime. As high as $10,000 an ounce 20.
- 14:571000 Who knows Infinity? Right.
- 15:01If the, if, if it's. I mean if you look at the.
- 15:03At the at the trajectory of the debt in the monetary system in
- 15:07this country in the fiscal irresponsibility being being
- 15:12being being undertaken by our elected.
- 15:15Officials, it's easy to see. That the trajectory.
- 15:19Is not good and eventually the. Hens come home to roost.
- 15:24Right. I mean, it happened to Argentina
- 15:27it. Happened to Turkey, it happened
- 15:29to. A number of different.
- 15:31Countries throughout history. It's happened hundreds of times
- 15:34throughout history. What's to keep it from happening
- 15:37now? I need to take a quick break,
- 15:39get a drink of water. What's to?
- 15:50Keep it from happening. Again, right?
- 15:52Are we different? Is it?
- 15:54Really all that different? I would say no.
- 15:56I mean I know it feels different.
- 15:58How old are you? I'm 54 years old, right during
- 16:01my lifetime. This thing, this paper money is
- 16:06always. Held some level of quote UN
- 16:09quote value. I don't.
- 16:10Like it? I think it's it's paper Unicorn.
- 16:12Fart dust. I wish.
- 16:14That we were still on the gold standard, you know that.
- 16:17But just because it hasn't. Happened during my lifetime.
- 16:21It's called recency bias. Doesn't mean that it can't
- 16:25happen. Who knows?
- 16:28Right, I I don't I. But I do believe that during my
- 16:31lifetime, the possibility. Over the next 20.
- 16:35Years. 30 years, The possibility of the dollar.
- 16:38Going down massively in. Value is a real possibility.
- 16:43OK, a real a real maybe. It's a stretch to call it a
- 16:49likelihood, but it sure is. It is within the realm of
- 16:54reasonable possibilities in what what this is.
- 16:58This gets scary. Let's talk about now.
- 17:01What proof do we have that the? Economy is slowing.
- 17:05Down right now. We got some apocalyptic numbers
- 17:09yesterday. Let's go out and take a look
- 17:11here. This comes from Zero Hedge US
- 17:20manufacturing ISM signals accelerating stagflation.
- 17:26Why is stagflation a big deal? The S.
- 17:28Word right, guys, we know. Stagflation during the 1970s was
- 17:33one of the primary reasons why the gold and silver price, I
- 17:37mean silver went from like $1.50 to $50.
- 17:42Gold went up like 17. Times in value.
- 17:45One reason why stagflation A stagnant economy with inflation.
- 17:52OK as the PMI turns downright apocalyptic.
- 17:56These numbers come from like the Institute for Supply Chain
- 17:59Management. I don't think they're part of
- 18:00the US government. So these numbers are maybe a
- 18:03little more reassuring. Stagflation, stagflation.
- 18:07I wrote. These are my my comments are
- 18:09always the ones in red. Plus a crazy election on the
- 18:13horizon. Wait till you read.
- 18:18Wait till you hear some of these comments.
- 18:20OK. So ahead of ahead of the payroll
- 18:22report, again, that's Friday. That's the biggest piece of news
- 18:25in the history of the world. There were rising expectations
- 18:28that the economic rebound observed in the past two weeks
- 18:32and following the dismal July jobs report would persist.
- 18:35Alas, those hopes were promptly crushed moments ago when shortly
- 18:40after a dismal US manufacturing PMI report.
- 18:44Dismal. OK. the US manufacturing sector
- 18:48is imploding and the economic contraction is accelerating.
- 18:53Imploding and economic contraction accelerating.
- 18:58Hold on a second here guys, let. Me go back.
- 19:01And look at you. I need to fix something in the
- 19:04settings. Hopefully you guys can see me
- 19:05and hear me. All right, Hold.
- 19:07On one second here and. Audio and OK.
- 19:14Hopefully that's. Better, I got the washing
- 19:16machine running. We're doing a live stream and
- 19:21laundry simultaneously. OK, back to our back to the
- 19:25implosion of the US economy. The contraction?
- 19:29Was broad based with the index posting declines in the all
- 19:32important new orders production and employment.
- 19:35This really isn't the interesting part.
- 19:37The interesting part are are interesting are are scary
- 19:41comments from businesses about what they're seeing.
- 19:44Adding insult to insult to injury, the closely watched ISM
- 19:50new orders to inventory ratio suddenly plunged back into
- 19:54recession levels because inventories unexpectedly soared
- 19:59most of the last month. Inventories are building up at
- 20:02companies they can't sell things, signalling that the
- 20:05manufacturing pipeline is now hopelessly clogged.
- 20:08Price liquidations are imminent and mass layoffs are about to
- 20:13begin. OK.
- 20:17Here's some Here's some quotes from businesses.
- 20:20These are directly from businesses.
- 20:22A noticeable a noticeable slowdown in business activity.
- 20:26Orders have slowed significantly.
- 20:28New order intake is sluggish at best.
- 20:32Our order levels are are on a slow, steady decline.
- 20:36Business is cooling down and we don't expect a rebound until
- 20:40after. The election we are preparing.
- 20:43For a slowdown in US auto sales. At the same time, pent up demand
- 20:48seems to be growing for housing and remodeling.
- 20:50Interest rate cuts may not happen soon enough to have an
- 20:53impact this year. Here's.
- 20:56Let's let's just read this. I'll read it quick guys, but
- 20:59this is from the PMI. This is our economy right now.
- 21:04A further slow down lurch in the PMI points to the manufacturing
- 21:08sector acting as an increased drag on the economy midway
- 21:12through the third quarter. forward-looking indicator
- 21:14suggests this drag could intensify in coming months.
- 21:19Producers are also reducing payroll numbers.
- 21:22That's layoffs for the first time this year and buying fewer
- 21:25inputs amid concerns about excess capacity.
- 21:29Gloomiest. Forward, forward indication of
- 21:32production trends seen for 1 1/2 years OK, Although falling
- 21:38demand for raw materials has taken pressure off supply
- 21:41chains, remember that the big supply chain issue, rising wages
- 21:46and high shipping rates continue to be widely reported as factors
- 21:49for pushing up input cost, which are now rising at the fastest.
- 21:53Pace since April. This is our economy right now,
- 21:58guys. It is.
- 22:00I won't say. In a free fall, but absolutely
- 22:03in a contraction and remember when we have a contracting.
- 22:07Economy and we have inflation because.
- 22:11Inflation's not going anywhere. We have stagflation and when we
- 22:15have stagflation, people. The stock market doesn't look
- 22:21good. No, right?
- 22:23The real estate market's already in a bubble.
- 22:25OK. In bonds.
- 22:27They're gonna have to lower interest rates.
- 22:29We know that's supposedly coming.
- 22:32Bonds right? CDs look less.
- 22:35Attractive, right, If you were getting 5% on a 12 month CD and
- 22:40now you're only going to get 3%, but inflation is running at 8%
- 22:46or 10%, which is what we. Could see next year OK.
- 22:50You going into 2020, five 2026? Think about that.
- 22:54If you have ACD that comes due certificate of deposit or if you
- 22:57have money in a money market account, you're making 5% right
- 23:00now. In six.
- 23:01Months from now, you're making 3%, but inflation is taking off
- 23:06again, 8%, nine percent, and you're an average person.
- 23:10You're going to be like what this?
- 23:11I don't want this. Where are they going to turn?
- 23:13They're going to turn to precious metals.
- 23:15There's no doubt about it. They're going to turn to
- 23:18precious metals. That's.
- 23:20Why stagflation is the most? Fertile soil.
- 23:27For gold and silver. And that is where we're heading.
- 23:30Remember this guy, right? Where is he?
- 23:34Remember him? Jerome Powell.
- 23:36Yeah, we're going to. Hear from him in a few weeks.
- 23:39But he's in a box in. Literally, he's in a box.
- 23:42Because he's got. A recession to deal with on one
- 23:45side and an inflation problem. And on the other side, right,
- 23:50that is stagflation. There's no other.
- 23:54Way around it. There's no.
- 23:56Other way around it, OK. And we're in the middle of a
- 23:59regime change at the Fed, OK. They are cutting rates
- 24:04everybody. It's we're in a rate cut cycle
- 24:06now, OK, That's always supportive.
- 24:09The dollar is dropping. Let's go.
- 24:11Take a look at the. DXY index the last time we
- 24:14checked. Let's go.
- 24:21To MarketWatch and see how the DXY index is doing.
- 24:27Make sure I got you. Guys, on the right screen I do.
- 24:29Hey guys, thank you for being here.
- 24:30I want to hear. From you, please leave comments
- 24:33in the comments section. OK, so the.
- 24:38DXY right now is we have a slow loading computer.
- 24:47Here we go. One O 1 it.
- 24:50Really took a dive. Wonder what happened?
- 24:53Something kind? Of news must have came out it
- 24:55was at 1016. That's a pretty big move in the
- 24:57DXY index. But the dollar is dropping.
- 25:00We're in the middle of this rate cutting regime change while
- 25:04we're here just because we all love to remember this, OK?
- 25:09And I love to color and draw for you.
- 25:12Let's not forget, let's move this.
- 25:16Out of the way. OK.
- 25:18This is a 45 year chart of the DXY index.
- 25:22Guys look at that red line. How often has has the dollar
- 25:27been stronger And this is relative terms, but people
- 25:31follow it very little, very little in the last 45 years.
- 25:34We still and the the message there is we still have the
- 25:38potential for a big drop in the dollar.
- 25:41Imagine if the DXY index. Were to go to 75 OK, remember.
- 25:47OK, remember, hold on here this. Drop that we had from about O1.
- 25:55Hold on here, this was. Party time for gold and silver.
- 26:00All right, we're going to draw. Another line here soon as I get
- 26:02my act together. This.
- 26:06This move that we had. OK, from about. 2001.
- 26:13Down to. Let's say 2011 time frame.
- 26:17You see that? That's when the dollar index
- 26:18went down. That's when.
- 26:20Silver went from like $4.00 an ounce.
- 26:23To $50 per oz. OK, could we see that again
- 26:28forming starting from here? Could we be as we look?
- 26:33Look out and I just am screwing everything up.
- 26:37Sorry about that guys. As we look out into the future,
- 26:42could we see the dollar index heading further down in the next
- 26:45two to three years? I am here to tell you that would
- 26:48be super unbelievably bullish for for the silver and gold
- 26:55price. We also know right now
- 26:58Treasuries are. Being sold.
- 27:00OK. The dollar is.
- 27:02The the. Dollar's being sold, D
- 27:04dollarization bricks, major bricks meeting coming up here
- 27:08October 22nd, 23rd. Going to be very interesting for
- 27:12silver and gold investors right before the big election in the
- 27:16United States. Can you imagine what those last?
- 27:20Few weeks of of October going into early November are going to
- 27:23look like. It is going.
- 27:25To be crazy town. Guys right, Who knows what the.
- 27:29Bricks are going to say. Potential for a gold?
- 27:33Backed trade settlement currency while at the same.
- 27:35Time we could be having. Some very interesting
- 27:39developments socially, politically within the United
- 27:44States as we're heading into this very contentious
- 27:48presidential election, right? It's absolutely crazy.
- 27:51We talked about this earlier. This is.
- 27:53Big This should be. This should be.
- 27:58We should you, you. You should be mad.
- 28:00I am mad. I'll be mad for you.
- 28:03This should be the top story on CNBC.
- 28:06This should be the top story on Yahoo Finance, Barron's, The
- 28:10Wall Street Journal. The gold has now.
- 28:14Become the number two world reserve asset.
- 28:19Overtook the euro. Just let that sink in again for
- 28:23a second. OK, gold is now. #2 it's a
- 28:27battle between the dollar and gold.
- 28:31And you know what? I'm.
- 28:32Going to repeat myself. I apologize.
- 28:34Susie likes to call me Ron the Repeater.
- 28:36You can call me Ron the Repeater.
- 28:37I'll call you basement dweller. And it's a big deal.
- 28:39You're here. We appreciate you.
- 28:41Thank you. OK.
- 28:42We love talking about our silver and gold, but guys, this battle,
- 28:47guys. Gold has become the number.
- 28:50Two world reserve asset what? Is that telling us?
- 28:54I don't think we're, I don't think you know, that should be
- 28:57headline news. But it's not because.
- 29:00We know, we know. That the US government.
- 29:03We know that the Federal Reserve hates gold.
- 29:07It's been their enemy. Kryptonite, right for years and.
- 29:10Years go, here's the dollar. I'll use a silver.
- 29:16Coin. And here's gold right, moving
- 29:19its way up. OK.
- 29:22It's I'm sorry. But it's happening.
- 29:26And and don't forget, don't forget, it's the biggest news
- 29:29story. And it and it's a.
- 29:31Good thing, right? That it's being suppressed, I
- 29:34believe. Feels like it.
- 29:35Nobody's talking about it. They're not.
- 29:37I mean, Jim Cramer's not talking about it on.
- 29:40Mad money or anything like. That he should be banging the
- 29:43table saying buy gold mining stocks, buy gold mining stocks.
- 29:47Gold's become the number 2 reserve asset in the world, but
- 29:51they're not. It's a huge, huge deal.
- 29:54And think about this. This is scary, but it's true.
- 29:59Further. Evidence of this battle going on
- 30:02between between right now, the dollar and gold.
- 30:07The dollar is the dollar crashing, right, everybody?
- 30:10Wants to talk about waking up and the dollar crashed like
- 30:13we're going to. Wake up one morning, it could
- 30:14happen. I don't.
- 30:15I'm not predicting that will be the case.
- 30:18Right I'm. Not predicting that it could
- 30:20happen. There's Operation Sandman, which
- 30:23I don't really know a lot about. I don't that's a very
- 30:25speculative idea, but nonetheless, there's some people
- 30:29that like to spread, you know, some fear that oh, you could
- 30:32wake up one morning and your dollars, you know, worth 40% of
- 30:37what it was the night before. That's happened plenty of times
- 30:39throughout history, throughout the world, but.
- 30:42Consider this is the dollar crashing.
- 30:45Right now. Right now for you and.
- 30:47Me just in slow motion. Thank you.
- 30:50Cliff man, thank you for that super.
- 30:53Chat super appreciated. Cliff Moberg, my friend.
- 30:58Here here's an. Easy way for you to think about
- 31:00it. Think.
- 31:01About your dollars right now relative to housing.
- 31:06Think about your dollars right now relative to oil or gasoline.
- 31:12Think about your dollars right now relative to food.
- 31:17And then? Compare that to 10 years ago.
- 31:20Compare that to even just five years ago.
- 31:24Doesn't it? Become clear right that your.
- 31:27Dollars if you compare. It to housing for most people
- 31:30throughout the United States, your dollars today by about as
- 31:35much of the housing as they may have bought five years ago.
- 31:40Right. What about?
- 31:41Food your dollars today, maybe. By, I don't know, 60. 65% of
- 31:47the. Same food that they bought.
- 31:49Five years ago and you know, the gasoline's up, oil's up and
- 31:53there's a many other comparisons as well.
- 31:56So I think it's pretty easy. If you take a step back to see
- 32:00that the dollar is crashing, but it's doing.
- 32:03It in a more controlled slow motion manner.
- 32:09Now it could accelerate, right, Because as the US debt goes up
- 32:12further and interest expense goes up further, which adds more
- 32:15to the debt and we have deficits and all that, it could, it could
- 32:19turn into more of a, you know, a debt spiral, a really bad
- 32:22situation, but at minimum. We know that the US dollar you
- 32:27know you can. Say, oh, it's lost some value.
- 32:29Well, it's lost a lot of value. I think it's safe to say that
- 32:32it's pretty. Much crashed in the last three
- 32:35to five years alone, about 2030%.
- 32:38Isn't that a crash 40% then when compared to housing.
- 32:42It's even crazier, OK? And what do we know that the
- 32:46world is saying? That what the world is saying
- 32:48right now when it comes to the dollar is out with the fake and
- 32:52then with the real. Vladimir Putin even said it.
- 32:56Like two years ago he was like, he said something along the
- 33:00lines of like good talking about the West and the Fiat money
- 33:04systems. He said good luck eating your
- 33:08paper dollars. Good luck eating your tech
- 33:10stocks. Like we're.
- 33:12Tired of the make believe? Synthetic.
- 33:16Money systems and the financial games that are being played by
- 33:19the West. So I'm just reporting the facts,
- 33:22OK, just reporting what they're saying.
- 33:24And and I had an interesting conversation last night.
- 33:29Hold on one. Second, I want.
- 33:30To tell you a quick story, hold on one second about this economy
- 33:34and stagflation. So I grew up.
- 33:44With this guy named SpongeBob, it's not his real name.
- 33:46His real name is Timmy. He's my cousin.
- 33:48We've been friends since we were born.
- 33:50He's like a year older than me. Our mommies.
- 33:52Are sisters. He owns a.
- 33:54Business and it's a very successful business.
- 33:57He's been doing it for like 20 years, photography business
- 34:00where he goes travels around the country to these high end dance
- 34:04competitions and would take pictures of all.
- 34:07It would go on for like the whole weekend, you know, like
- 34:09the dance mom thing and all that.
- 34:11He's done very, very well with this business for decades.
- 34:14Very well. I was talking to him last night
- 34:17and he was expressing frustration and concern.
- 34:21He was like, we're not making that much money anymore, not
- 34:24like we used to. He said there's two things going
- 34:26on. And this is a.
- 34:28This is a. This is stagflation.
- 34:30This is the. The absolute This is how
- 34:32stagflation hurts real, everyday people.
- 34:36He said people aren't buying the pictures.
- 34:39They don't have money. The the not as much disposable
- 34:42income to buy the pictures and trust me a dance mom.
- 34:45If they've got their. Little you know, kid at the
- 34:47dance. Competition if they'll spend. 40
- 34:50or 50 bucks for a picture if they got it.
- 34:53Right. I mean cuz those.
- 34:54People are fanatical about this stuff, which is great, and I'm
- 34:57not putting anybody down. Select sports, dancing,
- 34:59whatever. But those Dance Moms, you better
- 35:02believe they'll buy the picture, right I.
- 35:05Mean if if it's between. Anything in the picture, they're
- 35:08going to buy the picture, but they don't have.
- 35:09The money, so sales. Are going down at the same time.
- 35:13He's like, man, it's like. Twice as expensive now since.
- 35:18He said since C 19 that hotel rooms are twice as expensive
- 35:23gas. Fuel.
- 35:24He's got a big. F-350 truck he drives around
- 35:27with a trailer all over the country, he said.
- 35:29Gas, diesel fuels, like twice as expensive.
- 35:32So what he's. Experiencing is stagflation.
- 35:35People aren't buying the pictures right?
- 35:39And at the same time, right? He's.
- 35:41Dealing with inflation. OK, that's it.
- 35:46That's what's going on. OK.
- 35:47So as we as we look at what's. Happening.
- 35:51That's a micro example of what's going on across the country on a
- 35:55macro level and. Stagflation is going to be.
- 35:58Rocket fuel. Do you believe it?
- 36:01Can you understand? Why right because it's a from
- 36:06every angle, every way you look at it.
- 36:08Stagflation is good for the gold price and the silver price.
- 36:12I made a video about this that I think comes out later today, but
- 36:14I want to touch on this right now.
- 36:17What this? This is a.
- 36:18Exciting for the precious metals regarding what happens when the
- 36:22Fed lower rate lowers rates. These are some facts.
- 36:25There's a lot of ideas, but here's some facts.
- 36:29When the Fed lowers rates. When interest rates come down.
- 36:33People won't be able to make 5. Percent of their money market
- 36:36accounts their CDs. And will be looking for a.
- 36:39Safe harbor investment. But here's what's critical to
- 36:42remember. Those trillions of dollars,
- 36:45right? Those trillions could come into
- 36:49the gold. And silver market, we don't need
- 36:52all of it, right? Heck, the whole.
- 36:54Silver market's worth what, 27 billion?
- 36:58It's just a annual. Annual output A billion ounces
- 37:02of 2828 billion, if just a little portion.
- 37:05Of that comes into the precious metals market, that's huge
- 37:09trillions of. Dollars sitting in CDs.
- 37:11And money markets, but think. About this, that money that's
- 37:14in. CDs and money markets, that's
- 37:16safe harbor money. That's money people don't want
- 37:18to put at. Risk.
- 37:20So when they start to look and say, well now I can only make
- 37:223%, gold and silver are going to become more attractive because
- 37:27point #2 inflation will be taking off when the Fed lowers
- 37:32rates. We are primed.
- 37:33We are on the. Launchpad be.
- 37:35Prepared over the next 18 months for another major wave of
- 37:39inflation. So if suddenly the general.
- 37:43Person out there who had their money and ACD.
- 37:47Now is only. Making 3%.
- 37:49But they're realizing that because of interest rate cuts
- 37:52and other factors, inflation's taking off at the same time, not
- 37:56only. Are they making less?
- 37:58Earning less on that money, but they're losing more to inflation
- 38:02that will make gold and silver. Again, even more attractive.
- 38:07Is this making sense? While at the same time.
- 38:11When the Fed lowers rates, usually the stock market goes.
- 38:14Down. In why?
- 38:16OK, because of stagflation. Right, right.
- 38:20The Fed's going. To lower rates, if inflation
- 38:23takes off, we're going to see cost for businesses go up and
- 38:29up. And up.
- 38:30And they're not. They're going to have a hard
- 38:32time raising prices. And if you think about it for a
- 38:36from a business perspective? If the Fed's.
- 38:40Lowering rates. That's because the economy is
- 38:43slowing down. Thank you shadow Work for that
- 38:45super chat my friend. OK.
- 38:48So the stock. Market's going to look bad.
- 38:50Right, so here we. Go real quickly.
- 38:51We'll sum it up. the Fed lowers rates.
- 38:54People can't make as much money on their CDs, their money
- 38:57markets, their safe harbor, money they're losing to another
- 39:00round of inflation. OK.
- 39:03The stock market at best will stagnate, right, because we're
- 39:07in a stagflationary environment. Where are people?
- 39:10Going to put money. They're not going to want.
- 39:12To keep it in CDs making 3%, one percent, 2%, they're not going
- 39:17to want to put it in Treasury bonds.
- 39:20They're not going to want to put it in the stock market because
- 39:22it'll be stagnating at best. And real estate's already in a
- 39:27bubble. I mean houses have gone up 100.
- 39:30Percent in the last. Three years, who's going to buy
- 39:32a house is an investment. OK, the money is going to go to
- 39:36gold and silver. That's what I think.
- 39:38Hey guys, thanks. Hey, let's go check, let's let's
- 39:41say thank you to our sponsors first Mining gold Canadian gold
- 39:44development stage company with two multi million ounce projects
- 39:48in Canada and. Fortuna mining right an exciting
- 39:52producing. Gold and silver mining company.
- 39:56Operations in Latin America and. West Africa and of course our
- 40:00friends at Pinbeck's, but we're going to go out to Pinbeck's
- 40:03right now. And do a checaroni on.
- 40:07The old and silver price, let's see if we're still green Take
- 40:10your blood pressure medicine. Who knows guys, I'm going to
- 40:13press the Pinbeck's magic button here and get an update, but
- 40:16let's see where we are and all. Right.
- 40:19Awesome. Woo Hoo, way to go, pin.
- 40:22Backs up $5 on. Gold and up $0.28 forgot.
- 40:27To talk about this. I apologize I.
- 40:30Owe you an apology. Owe you a big apology.
- 40:33You. Know and it's not.
- 40:36Just me 30. Dollar silver is critical.
- 40:39Right now getting above 30. Dollar.
- 40:41Silver is absolutely critical because we are.
- 40:45Then off to the races. But also right now.
- 40:50From looking at. Charts from absorbing just an.
- 40:54Endless amount of data and. Information about the silver
- 40:58market. Holding the.
- 41:00Line at $28.00 right now is very critical on a short term basis
- 41:05this week for silver. If we can end the week $28.00 or
- 41:09higher, I'm telling you we could be in for a a quick big move
- 41:14upward sooner as opposed to later.
- 41:18OK. And let's just review.
- 41:21What the heck here guys? You want to hear some?
- 41:23You want to see the good news? Because once we get above 30.
- 41:30Here's the facts. This will be the fastest reading
- 41:32I've ever done for you. There's not a lot of people
- 41:35little overhead resistance above 3030 is is essentially for all
- 41:40intents and purposes the all time high for silver.
- 41:43In my opinion, very few people want to sell silver above $30.
- 41:48The unwind. Of the short position, we looked
- 41:50at that yesterday, right? There's like 500 million oz sold
- 41:54short. Those people would freak above
- 41:563045 year cup and handle formation the most powerful,
- 42:01probably the longest cup and handle epic one for the
- 42:06textbooks in the silver price right now.
- 42:09We got new stackers coming in. It's happening right now.
- 42:13The precious metal ETF buying is on the upswing.
- 42:17China and India investors, right?
- 42:19They've taken a little break, but they could come running
- 42:21back. We know for silver, industrial
- 42:24demand still is coming up in the deficit, plus depletion of the
- 42:28slush fund. Guys, we haven't talked about
- 42:31this in three days. Let's not forget, right?
- 42:34Right now. Right now the above.
- 42:37Ground reserve of silver. Every single day, drip, drip,
- 42:41drip, drip, drip is being drained.
- 42:44That's an absolute fact. And it's an absolute fact that
- 42:47that amount of silver above ground, the amount of silver in
- 42:51the ground, is finite. It's not unlimited.
- 42:54You can't. Grow.
- 42:55It's not like trees or wheat or anything else, right?
- 42:57There's only so much we know that Mexico.
- 43:01The number one producer. In the world for silver is
- 43:04making it increasingly difficult for silver miners to mine,
- 43:08develop or even explore for silver in their country.
- 43:12We got the US dollar bear market, we talked about that
- 43:14earlier, right? If we go into another 10 year
- 43:17bear market in silver, we could have returns similar to what we
- 43:21had from O1 to 2011 when silver went from O $4.00 to $50.00.
- 43:26The US debt, no matter what they do.
- 43:29Right. The fact remains.
- 43:31Whenever what the Fed does, no matter what the Treasury does,
- 43:34we have a crazy insane. Amount of debt deficit fiscal.
- 43:39Mismanagement in this country and we've got the geopolitical
- 43:42issues as well. Hey, guys, thank you for being
- 43:45here this morning. OK?
- 43:48Seriously, you are the most important part of the basement.
- 43:51Susie myself. Thank you to the moderators.
- 43:53I see Jake from Jake's custom parts, Annie Oakley, big Tim the
- 43:58silvershire. Please say thank you guys to the
- 44:00moderators. They do a lot to make this
- 44:02happen. Of course, all the sponsors.
- 44:05Hey, don't forget, please subscribe.
- 44:08We're trying to get to 40,000 thumbs up super chats.
- 44:11Thank you guys for the support and I'll see you soon.
