- 1:00Speaker 1: Okay, so it's like a sightery, but it's a meaty meaty.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Got yeah? Is it? Are there more than one variety
- 1:07Speaker 1: of need or is there just one?
- 1:10Speaker 6: So we make all of our mead from local honey
- 1:14Speaker 6: and then we flavor it with local grown fruit that
- 1:18Speaker 6: we get from local farmers market. So right now we
- 1:21Speaker 6: have seven flavors. We'll introduce two more on Saturday, for
- 1:25Speaker 6: a total of nine different flavors.

- 2:11Speaker 9: I just learned last weekend another radio station fired all
- 2:15Speaker 9: their DJ staff and right now they're doing a stunt
- 2:18Speaker 9: of all Christmas music all the time. And I'm sad
- 2:22Speaker 9: to see that station go. I mean, I know you guys,

- 2:27Speaker 9: that had been around forever.

- 2:38Speaker 2: It's happening nationwide.
- 2:41Speaker 8: Every every morning I get these newsletters, like three of
- 2:44Speaker 8: them from the industry, you know, talking about what's happening
- 2:47Speaker 8: in the industry, and and uh, you know, the company
- 2:52Speaker 8: calls itself iHeartRadio, but I don't think.
- 2:54Speaker 2: I don't think I believe that all. They don't seem
- 2:57Speaker 2: to heart it at all.
- 2:58Speaker 1: It's it's it's eye black.
- 3:00Speaker 8: Part because they they are firing people and just turning
- 3:03Speaker 8: their radio stations into giant iPods.
- 3:05Speaker 1: You know.
- 3:07Speaker 10: Yeah, that's sad.
- 3:09Speaker 4: But iPods are iPods are iPods are a lot easier
- 3:13Speaker 4: to manage, Carrie.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Yes, that's true.
- 3:15Speaker 8: They don't need health insurance, don't need health insurance, time

- 4:10Speaker 5: day too.
- 4:12Speaker 2: See how easy?
- 4:13Speaker 10: Hello?
- 4:13Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 4:14Speaker 1: What is? You could just call and say anything.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Anybody can do it, even down can do it. If
- 4:19Speaker 2: you don't do it, you can do it if don Yes, exactly, Hello,
- 4:24Speaker 2: yeah what that is the feature?
- 4:26Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 4:27Speaker 2: All right, so join us. Let's see what begin with?
- 4:30Speaker 1: Uh stella stella stella, hi stella?
- 4:33Speaker 3: Hello?
- 4:34Speaker 1: Yeah, what with you?
- 4:36Speaker 5: Hello?
- 4:37Speaker 3: Hey?
- 4:38Speaker 11: I just wanted This is probably from two weeks ago
- 4:41Speaker 11: Gina was talking about it was either a list but
- 4:43Speaker 11: it was the happiest country in the world, and it
- 4:45Speaker 11: turned out to be Finland. Yes, so I just wanted
- 4:47Speaker 11: to share. My daughter has dual citizenship. Her father is
- 4:52Speaker 11: finished and they don't do it anymore, but she started
- 4:54Speaker 11: grandfathered in, so she has dual citizenship. She was also
- 4:58Speaker 11: born with hiptos SLAA. She's in her twenties now and
- 5:02Speaker 11: basically needs to get both hips. It's not replaced with
- 5:05Speaker 11: hip to slaya. They shatter the pulpit, so they stick
- 5:07Speaker 11: those females and at a different ankle. So she had
- 5:10Speaker 11: one done. They did one at a time. She had
- 5:13Speaker 11: one done here, bill was well over fifteen thousand dollars
- 5:16Speaker 11: and we're still getting bills for it.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Wow.
- 5:18Speaker 11: So she decided for the second hip, she was just
- 5:20Speaker 11: going to move to Finland for a year in Royland
- 5:22Speaker 11: University there. Yeah, and do the other hip. Yeah eight
- 5:25Speaker 11: hundred dollars. Well yeah, and her she's at a top
- 5:31Speaker 11: university in Helsinki, does not speak finish two semesters. There
- 5:36Speaker 11: was fifteen hundred dollars including boarding. So she's kind of
- 5:39Speaker 11: loving it and does never want to come back.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:42Speaker 4: I remember talking to when the only time I was
- 5:45Speaker 4: in Finland in Helsinki and I was talking to a bartender,
- 5:49Speaker 4: I think it was at the airport and he and
- 5:52Speaker 4: he said he was from America.
- 5:54Speaker 1: And I said, oh, don't you miss America.
- 5:56Speaker 4: Oh no, nope, nope, have everything I need right here,
- 5:59Speaker 4: I said, know, do you make much money as a bartender?
- 6:02Speaker 4: He said, I do, okay that the government sets the
- 6:05Speaker 4: standard of pay for me, but I have all my
- 6:08Speaker 4: healthcare is free, and uh yeah, I'm great. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 6:14Speaker 4: it makes me. It makes people happy when they have
- 6:16Speaker 4: health care rather than having Congress bicker and bitch and
- 6:22Speaker 4: not want to raise health.
- 6:24Speaker 12: But I would say, though I don't want to live
- 6:26Speaker 12: in Finland, I want to live here and have things
- 6:29Speaker 12: be better here.
- 6:31Speaker 1: I was hoping you were going to move to Finland. Thanks,
- 6:35Speaker 1: thanks for the.
- 6:36Speaker 8: Call, you, Katie says. Katie says she was born with
- 6:40Speaker 8: that as well, but didn't have to have the surgery.
- 6:42Speaker 8: I did wear a full body brace for the first
- 6:44Speaker 8: two years.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Of my life.
- 6:46Speaker 4: Oh but my hips are my hips are forever messed up.
- 6:49Speaker 4: I want to see pictures and little Katie in a
- 6:53Speaker 4: full body brace.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Mike in Nashville.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Hell, yeah, good morning Mike, Good morning Laura.
- 7:00Speaker 5: Before I start, I actually also have finished ancestry, so
- 7:03Speaker 5: maybe I should look into.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Look into some kind of dual citizenship.
- 7:09Speaker 5: So anyway, yeah, this week being rivalry week with Utah BYU,
- 7:13Speaker 5: I have a little story about when I first got
- 7:16Speaker 5: married about eighteen years ago. My wife and I I
- 7:21Speaker 5: wanted to go see the football game the Holy War
- 7:23Speaker 5: that year and it wasn't on you know, regular TV
- 7:26Speaker 5: because they were both in the Mountain West Conference. So
- 7:28Speaker 5: I looked up where BYU had a local chapter here,
- 7:32Speaker 5: alumni chapter in Nashville, and I pretty much invited myself
- 7:35Speaker 5: over with my wife, and so we got there and everything,
- 7:39Speaker 5: and we were, you know, getting ready to watch the game,
- 7:42Speaker 5: and my wife was talking to some other people on
- 7:44Speaker 5: the other side of the room and and they asked her, so,
- 7:48Speaker 5: what ward are you in? And my life has no
- 7:51Speaker 5: knowledge of the church at all, and she actually thought
- 7:54Speaker 5: they were asking since she was a Utah fan. She
- 7:58Speaker 5: said they were asking her what mental ward are you from? Right,
- 8:06Speaker 5: So luckily I was able to go over there quickly
- 8:09Speaker 5: and say, actually, we're not members. And they were very
- 8:12Speaker 5: nice about it. They said, oh, okay, well, yeah, that's
- 8:14Speaker 5: that's great.
- 8:15Speaker 4: Well coin, glad you're here to see the game, and
- 8:19Speaker 4: and well and who won that day?
- 8:24Speaker 1: You know?
- 8:25Speaker 5: I think it was by U unfortunately m M all right, thanks,
- 8:29Speaker 5: but they were everybody was very gracious and everything.
- 8:32Speaker 1: And but I haven't seen.
- 8:33Speaker 8: Them saint because they won exactly, all right, thank you, Mike.
- 8:38Speaker 1: They haven't sent people around to his house exactly. Chris. Yeah,
- 8:42Speaker 1: what hi, Chris, what's up?
- 8:45Speaker 4: Good morning?
- 8:45Speaker 7: Lords. I've just had a question that's been eating at
- 8:48Speaker 7: me for a few weeks and I keep hearing hello, yo.
- 8:50Speaker 4: What.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Okay, go ahead, all right.
- 8:55Speaker 7: So I've always wondered if somebody were like, come on
- 8:58Speaker 7: on this and start calling out those activation words for
- 9:02Speaker 7: the various things, you know, for the Amazon water theory
- 9:05Speaker 7: or Google, and start saying like call mom, you know,
- 9:09Speaker 7: activating everybody who's got their phone near the radio. Would
- 9:12Speaker 7: that be like against the rules? What would you guys do?
- 9:16Speaker 4: I mean, well, we couldn't do anything.
- 9:20Speaker 2: And there's no I mean rules about it.
- 9:23Speaker 1: We would just hang up. That would not be a
- 9:25Speaker 1: nice thing to do. Well, I hope somebody doesn't call
- 9:28Speaker 1: your mom.
- 9:31Speaker 4: Yeah, hey, Siri, call your mom. Doesn't have a mom,
- 9:38Speaker 4: Siri doesn't have a mother.
- 9:42Speaker 7: I won't waste your time anymore.
- 9:47Speaker 2: Let's see Karen.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Hello, Karen.
- 9:54Speaker 10: I wanted to promote a book that I wrote. My
- 9:57Speaker 10: book has called Bright Days. Do Come It's or anyone
- 10:02Speaker 10: dealing with grief, loss or wanting to connect with their
- 10:05Speaker 10: loved ones. My family and I were in a car
- 10:09Speaker 10: accident when we were heading to Saint George back in
- 10:11Speaker 10: nineteen ninety one. It claimed the life of my brother
- 10:15Speaker 10: and it almost claimed my own life. And the majority
- 10:20Speaker 10: of the book I talk about all the incredible signs
- 10:23Speaker 10: that my brother has given my family and I and
- 10:28Speaker 10: so it's pretty incredible. One day I asked him for
- 10:31Speaker 10: the song that was played at his funeral, which was
- 10:34Speaker 10: somewhere out there, and I had my radio on X
- 10:39Speaker 10: ninety six and I switched the station to another one
- 10:43Speaker 10: that might be likely to play that song, and it
- 10:46Speaker 10: came on next amazing.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Wow. So what's the name of your book? Yeah?
- 10:50Speaker 10: Pretty amazing. It's called Bright Days Do Come and it's
- 10:53Speaker 10: full of tons of you bump inducing signs.
