- 0:00Speaker 1: Theologies within one individual we are triune beings we are
- 0:04Speaker 1: spiritual beings we are spiritual beings listen carefully we are
- 0:10Speaker 1: spiritual beings we are not physical beings we are spiritual
- 0:13Speaker 1: beings we have a soul a mind a memory emotions
- 0:19Speaker 1: soul and we live in a body I'll say that again.
- 0:25Speaker 1: We are spirit. We have soul. We live in a body.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Say it with me. We are spiritual. We have a soul.
- 0:37Speaker 1: We live in a body. That's why Paul says if
- 0:40Speaker 1: this earthly house and tabernacle shall be dissolved, I have
- 0:43Speaker 1: another building. In other words, death is only moving. Death
- 0:49Speaker 1: is not the cessation of life. It is the moving
- 0:52Speaker 1: from one house into the next. I am not my body.
- 0:57Speaker 1: I live in my body. My mother, when she was dying,
- 1:00Speaker 1: was talking to me. She said, baby, she said, the
- 1:03Speaker 1: only thing got old on me was my body. The
- 1:07Speaker 1: body is cursed to withering like figs leaves on a tree.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Though my outward man perishes, my inward man is renewed
- 1:18Speaker 1: day by day. So don't let the box fool you.
- 1:23Speaker 1: There is a vibrant, thinking, functioning, full of life individual
- 1:28Speaker 1: in the most old, frail person you ever meet. So
- 1:32Speaker 1: stop treating old people like they're not people. We are
- 1:42Speaker 1: one of the few cultures that glorify youth and ignore age.
- 1:48Speaker 1: In most cultures, they glorify age because of the wisdom
- 1:51Speaker 1: it should accumulate. Much of our being is like a
- 1:55Speaker 1: department store in the sense a store can have many
- 1:58Speaker 1: departments and still be one store. And it is possible
- 2:02Speaker 1: to buy some unique product from one department and then
- 2:05Speaker 1: go to another department with that same item and get
- 2:08Speaker 1: another item and still run it through the cash register
- 2:11Speaker 1: and even though each one came from a different department,
- 2:15Speaker 1: it's still one store and you can check out In
- 2:17Speaker 1: the paint department. Though you started in housewares. Okay. Now
- 2:23Speaker 1: that is simple about the department store. But complex about people.
- 2:27Speaker 2: You can check out.
- 2:29Speaker 1: In your body. With an ailment. That's coming from your spirit.
- 2:37Speaker 1: You can have something. That attacks your soul man. And manifests.
- 2:43Speaker 1: In hypertension. In your body. Sometimes there's nothing wrong with
- 2:49Speaker 1: your body. It's coming out of your spirit and out
- 2:55Speaker 1: of your soul. Because of that intersectionality, it is easy
- 2:59Speaker 1: to misdiagnose a problem as a body problem. It can
- 3:06Speaker 1: actually be a soul problem but manifest in the body.
- 3:10Speaker 1: The text before us deals with all three. And I
- 3:14Speaker 1: want you to understand because of our intersectionality, one thing
- 3:17Speaker 1: affects the other. Have you ever been so worried you
- 3:21Speaker 1: couldn't sleep? I have.
- 3:25Speaker 2: And there's nothing wrong in my body.
- 3:27Speaker 1: And I can't take a sleep aid and go to
- 3:29Speaker 1: sleep because the sleep aid is designed to help the body.
- 3:32Speaker 1: But what's keeping me up is in my head. So
- 3:37Speaker 1: all the sleep aid does is make you miserable because
- 3:40Speaker 1: it's treating your body. But the problem is manifested in
- 3:44Speaker 1: my body, but I got it in the other department.
- 3:50Speaker 1: The problem in the Texas, they've been trying to fix
- 3:53Speaker 1: a spiritual problem with physical restraints and it has not worked.
- 3:59Speaker 1: His problem is affecting his body, but it is not
- 4:02Speaker 1: his body. Yet the text is diagnosed in the opening
- 4:06Speaker 1: phrase that says there came to him a man with
- 4:10Speaker 1: an unclean spirit.
- 4:13Speaker 2: How do you chain a spirit? They have chained.
- 4:18Speaker 1: His body through their misdiagnosis. But the reality is there's
- 4:23Speaker 1: something wrong with his spirit. They've been misdiagnosing him for
- 4:28Speaker 1: a while. My father, for instance, died of renal failure,
- 4:31Speaker 1: but he actually died from misdiagnosis. It took them so
- 4:36Speaker 1: long to find out what was really wrong with him
- 4:39Speaker 1: that his chances of being healed in his kidneys began
- 4:43Speaker 1: to diminish until his kidneys died while they were searching
- 4:47Speaker 1: in the wrong place. They were treating his symptoms, but
- 4:51Speaker 1: no one was treating the root causes. I wonder, are
- 4:54Speaker 1: we treating symptoms and not causes? Are we treating what's
- 5:00Speaker 1: and not why's? Are we praying to be better in
- 5:03Speaker 1: our symptoms or cured at our root? Let's talk about this.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Can we talk about this? Many overweight people, for example,
- 5:14Speaker 1: are being treated with diets when in fact it may
- 5:16Speaker 1: not be what you're eating that's making you fat. It
- 5:20Speaker 1: could be what's eating at you. And the eating is
- 5:26Speaker 1: only a symptom and when you treat symptoms, they always
- 5:30Speaker 1: come back.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Oh, that was worth coming to church for right there.
- 5:37Speaker 1: You got to get beneath the symptoms that are bothering
- 5:40Speaker 1: you and get down to the cause and you can't
- 5:43Speaker 1: cure what you misdiagnose. Now, in order to receive this
- 5:48Speaker 1: word in a personal way, you have to be open
- 5:50Speaker 1: to the fact that you could be wrong about somebody
- 5:53Speaker 1: you don't like. You could misdiagnose them as not being
- 5:59Speaker 1: honorable or trustworthy because you are looking at what they
- 6:02Speaker 1: did and not why they did it. And you might
- 6:07Speaker 1: make them act the way they act because you are
- 6:10Speaker 1: dominating and intimidating and you say it's them that's wrong,
- 6:14Speaker 1: but you're treating symptoms.
- 6:19Speaker 2: And not causes.
- 6:20Speaker 1: The common theme in the text is four instances of
- 6:24Speaker 1: being sent away. I'm just opening up. I haven't got
- 6:27Speaker 1: to the text yet. I'm just talking around it. They
- 6:31Speaker 1: sent the demonic man away from the village in the
- 6:34Speaker 1: first place. They sent him away. Jesus sent the demons away.
- 6:40Speaker 1: The villagers sent Jesus away. Jesus, after he had healed
- 6:45Speaker 1: the man, sent the man away. And everybody in the
- 6:49Speaker 1: text is being sent away. And God is getting ready
- 6:53Speaker 1: to send you When we step into the text, he
- 7:02Speaker 1: is now homeless. Homeless, and later in the text we
- 7:07Speaker 1: will find out Jesus tells him to go home with
- 7:09Speaker 1: his friends.
- 7:11Speaker 2: If you have friends, how did you end up homeless?
- 7:19Speaker 1: The man is living in the tombs. In the tombs,
- 7:24Speaker 1: mind you. With friends. The truth of the matter is,
- 7:34Speaker 1: even friends get tired. Are there any tired friends in here?
- 7:44Speaker 1: And you've done everything you could think of to do
- 7:46Speaker 1: to help a person become who they're trying to become.
- 7:49Speaker 1: And eventually, sooner or later, you give up because you
- 7:51Speaker 1: find out that there is nothing in your inventory that
- 7:54Speaker 1: can successfully make them better. And it's called compassion fatigue.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Be careful that you don't wear people out. Always bringing
- 8:03Speaker 1: them your problems and never bringing them a blessing. Always
- 8:07Speaker 1: bringing them your troubles. It's always you, you, you, you, you.
- 8:10Speaker 1: Because even love gets tired. Even love needs a day off.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Even love needs a break. Even the most giving person
- 8:22Speaker 1: in the world needs reciprocity. Don't ever let anybody out
- 8:26Speaker 1: give you, out love you, out bless you, out sow you,
- 8:30Speaker 1: because eventually they'll get tired of you and send you away.
- 8:37Speaker 1: The man is dwelling amongst the tombs, the place where
- 8:40Speaker 1: we relinquish what we loved. Graveyards, cemeteries, the place where
- 8:47Speaker 1: we relinquish what we loved. And though he is not
- 8:52Speaker 1: dead yet, they have sent him to the cemetery where
- 8:57Speaker 1: we relinquish what we love. And they have sent him
- 9:02Speaker 1: there alive, but to die. If you send me to
- 9:08Speaker 1: the cemetery chained, you want me to die. It's one
- 9:16Speaker 1: thing to send me to the cemetery loose. At least
- 9:18Speaker 1: I can scavenge around and get some food. But if
- 9:20Speaker 1: you send me to the cemetery and tie me up,
- 9:23Speaker 1: you are just waiting on me to become what I
- 9:25Speaker 1: am around. And eventually, if you get around something long enough,
- 9:31Speaker 1: you become it. He's not dead yet. Oh my God.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Somebody holler, I'm not dead yet.
- 9:38Speaker 2: I'm not dead yet.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Yeah, don't be so quick to talk about, can.
- 9:42Speaker 2: I have your car? Can I have your washing machine?
- 9:45Speaker 2: Can I have your, all.
- 9:47Speaker 1: They got to do is find out you're sick and
- 9:48Speaker 1: then eventually they'll come around and start asking you for stuff.
- 9:54Speaker 1: And tell them I'm not dead yet. There are some
- 9:56Speaker 1: people that are just waiting on you to keel over
- 9:58Speaker 1: so that they can get what you got. They're already
- 10:01Speaker 1: picking out stuff that they're going to have. There are
- 10:03Speaker 1: some people that are just waiting on.
- 10:05Speaker 2: You to collapse.
- 10:05Speaker 1: They're already making inroads to take over your influence, your family,
- 10:09Speaker 1: your business, your husband, your wife. They're just waiting on you.
- 10:13Speaker 2: To find it.
- 10:13Speaker 1: But type on the line, I'm not dead yet. don't
- 10:16Speaker 1: count me out I may be sick I may be
- 10:18Speaker 1: crazy I may be confused I may be tormented I
- 10:21Speaker 1: may be in trouble but I'm not dead yet I
- 10:23Speaker 1: came this morning to tell the devil I'm not dead
- 10:27Speaker 1: yet don't rule me out yet there's still another miracle
- 10:31Speaker 1: there's still another power there's still another deliverance working down
- 10:35Speaker 1: inside of me somebody shout at me I'm not dead
- 10:38Speaker 1: yet the cemetery is a place of memories and mournings
- 10:46Speaker 1: It is a place of memories and mourning. And that's
- 10:49Speaker 1: exactly what he was tormented with, his memories and mourning.
- 10:54Speaker 1: It is a place where we visit and not where
- 10:57Speaker 1: we live. And Jesus comes to rescue him. In fact,
- 11:02Speaker 1: he comes to rescue us from living amongst what should
- 11:08Speaker 1: be buried. It is one thing to visit the cemetery.
- 11:15Speaker 1: It is another thing to live there. I want to
- 11:17Speaker 1: dig into that for a moment. All of us visit
- 11:20Speaker 1: the cemetery sometime. We go down in the graveyard and
- 11:24Speaker 1: think about things and things that we buried and things
- 11:27Speaker 1: that we lost and things that didn't work out.
- 11:29Speaker 2: That's normal.
- 11:30Speaker 1: It's a human proclivity to rehearse your past, helps you
- 11:33Speaker 1: to have wisdom for your future. It's one thing to
- 11:36Speaker 1: visit the graveyard. It's another thing to live there. Some
- 11:40Speaker 1: people live in the cemetery of their failures and their
- 11:43Speaker 1: mistakes and their areas and their problems. And once you
- 11:46Speaker 1: start living in the tombs, it's a sign that you
- 11:49Speaker 1: are completely dysfunctional. I can relate to you because I
- 11:52Speaker 1: visited my graveyard, but I never stayed in one. It's
- 11:55Speaker 1: one thing to get a pillow and a mattress and
- 11:58Speaker 1: start living in a graveyard. Don't start living amongst dead things.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Have you ever had somebody that brought up stuff you
- 12:04Speaker 1: did 10 years ago? 12 years ago, 15 years ago,
- 12:08Speaker 1: you moved on with your life and they're still talking
- 12:10Speaker 1: about what you did 15 years ago. They are living
- 12:14Speaker 1: in the cemetery. They got a pillow and a mattress
- 12:17Speaker 1: amongst corpses. They are living in a dead place because
- 12:20Speaker 1: they are tormented.
- 12:21Speaker 2: By a spirit.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Only a spirit can see a cemetery as a castle.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Only a spirit will try to handcuff you to your
- 12:32Speaker 1: past and leave you stuck in your memories and bound
- 12:36Speaker 1: by your mourning and cause you to succumb in death
- 12:40Speaker 1: and wait on it to kill you. Because if you
- 12:43Speaker 1: stay around dead things long enough, you will become like
- 12:46Speaker 1: your friends forever. If you hang out with the dead,
- 12:49Speaker 1: you will become dead. That's why the angel told Mary
- 12:52Speaker 1: when she came to the cemetery, why seek ye the
- 12:55Speaker 1: living amongst the dead? Jesus visited the grave, but he
- 12:59Speaker 1: didn't stay there. He arose with all power in his hand.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Can I get a witness in this place? Don't look
- 13:09Speaker 1: for me in the grave. I might have been in
- 13:12Speaker 1: the grave when you saw me, but don't expect me
- 13:14Speaker 1: to stay there. You met me on Friday, but wait
- 13:17Speaker 1: till Sunday morning. I'm getting back up again with all
- 13:21Speaker 1: power and authority in my hand. And I want to
- 13:23Speaker 1: say to somebody who's fallen or collapsed or lost your
- 13:27Speaker 1: house or entered into a scandal or everybody hates you
- 13:30Speaker 1: and everybody walked away from you, don't live where they
- 13:33Speaker 1: left you. Oh, you ought to shout me down. Don't
- 13:39Speaker 1: live where your husband left you. Don't live where your
- 13:42Speaker 1: boss left you. Don't live where the haters left you.
- 13:45Speaker 1: You might visit there, but don't live there. Nerd somebody
- 13:55Speaker 1: and tell them I will not die here. I've been here,
- 13:58Speaker 1: but I'm not going to die here. I've visited here,
- 14:01Speaker 1: but I'm not going to die here. I will not
- 14:03Speaker 1: die on drugs. I will not die in depression. I
- 14:07Speaker 1: will not die in fear. Whatever it takes to get
- 14:09Speaker 1: me out of there. If I have to pray, take medicine,
- 14:12Speaker 1: get therapy, go jogging, stand on a mountaintop, whatever it
- 14:16Speaker 1: takes for me to get out, I got to get
- 14:18Speaker 1: out of here because this don't look like a house
- 14:20Speaker 1: to me. This does not look like it was designed
- 14:23Speaker 1: for me. I will not die where you met me.
- 14:27Speaker 1: I will not die where you met me. I will
- 14:29Speaker 1: not die where you left me. Don't chain me to this.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Don't tie me to this. Don't hold me to this.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Don't lock me up to how you met me.
- 14:45Speaker 2: Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Nudge a couple of people and tell them
- 14:49Speaker 2: I'm coming out of this. I'm coming out. I'm coming out.
- 14:53Speaker 2: I'm coming out. I'm coming out. I'm coming out. I'm
- 14:55Speaker 2: coming out. I'm coming out. I'm coming out. I'm coming out.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Type it on the line. I'm coming out. I'm coming out.
- 15:02Speaker 2: I'm coming out.
- 15:02Speaker 1: I'm coming out of debt. I'm coming out of poverty.
- 15:05Speaker 1: I'm coming out of depression. I'm coming out of despair.
- 15:09Speaker 1: I'm coming out of disgrace. I'm coming out of dysfunction.
- 15:12Speaker 1: I'm coming out if I got to crawl out. I'm
- 15:14Speaker 1: coming out if I got to roll out. I'm coming
- 15:17Speaker 1: out if I got to dip in the Jordan. I'm
- 15:19Speaker 1: coming out. I'm coming out.
- 15:20Speaker 2: Somebody shout it. I'm coming out.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I feel something mounting in the room.
- 15:35Speaker 1: I feel something building in the room. I feel something
- 15:37Speaker 1: flowing in the room. Somebody's already getting a breakthrough in
- 15:41Speaker 1: this room. You've been in a funk. You've been in
- 15:44Speaker 1: a despair. You've been in a dark place. You've been
- 15:47Speaker 1: in isolation. It's affected you. It's affected your mood and
- 15:51Speaker 1: your emotion. But The devil is a liar. I refuse
- 15:55Speaker 1: to be locked up while other people are driving down
- 15:58Speaker 1: the highway. I refuse to be shut up in a
- 16:00Speaker 1: closet while other people are at the bowling alley living
- 16:03Speaker 1: their lives like it's golden. The devil is a liar.
- 16:06Speaker 1: You got to get your life back. Come out of
- 16:09Speaker 1: the graveyard. I came here this Sunday morning to call
- 16:12Speaker 1: you out of the graveyard. I don't know who I'm
- 16:14Speaker 1: talking to. Come out, come out wherever you are. Somebody
- 16:18Speaker 1: give him 10 seconds of crazy praise.
- 16:39Speaker 2: I'm coming out. I'm coming out.
- 16:42Speaker 1: I know you need me to stay in here, but
- 16:44Speaker 1: I'm coming out. I know you are comfortable with me
- 16:47Speaker 1: living in here, but I'm coming out. I know you
- 16:49Speaker 1: don't want me to be walking out free, but I'm
- 16:52Speaker 1: coming out. I'm coming out if I'm dragging my leg.
- 16:55Speaker 1: I'm coming out if it can't be glamorous. I'm coming
- 16:58Speaker 1: out if I'm not dressed right. I'm coming out even
- 17:00Speaker 1: while you're talking about me. Talk about me all you
- 17:03Speaker 1: want to, but I'm coming out. You will not talk
- 17:06Speaker 1: me into staying in my house, living beneath my promise,
- 17:09Speaker 1: living beneath my dream. I'll fight my way out. I'll
- 17:12Speaker 1: be scared and come out. I'll be nervous and come out.
- 17:16Speaker 1: I'll be shaking and coming out. But I will not
- 17:18Speaker 1: stay with the dead. I don't know who I'm preaching to,
- 17:23Speaker 1: but God is calling you out. You're in a place
- 17:26Speaker 1: where God is calling you to a new dimension. God
- 17:29Speaker 1: is raising you up out of that situation, and it's
- 17:32Speaker 1: time for you to break some chains. I feel a
- 17:35Speaker 1: chain-breaking anointing about to hit this place. I feel a
- 17:38Speaker 1: chain-breaking anointing about to hit this place. Hallelujah, type it
- 17:42Speaker 1: on the line, it will break. Crack will break. Cocaine
- 17:46Speaker 1: will break. Meth will break. Alcohol will break. Whatever's got
- 17:50Speaker 1: you bound, it's going to break this morning. Somebody start
- 17:53Speaker 1: praising for a breakthrough. Can I teach this thing this morning?
- 18:16Speaker 1: I want to talk about the fetters and the chains
- 18:19Speaker 1: that people put on you. The fetters and the chains
- 18:22Speaker 1: they put on him was to keep him in his place.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Sometimes titles can be chains. Sometimes people can say something
- 18:34Speaker 1: to you that leaves you chained up. They can say
- 18:37Speaker 1: something to you early in your life that has you
- 18:38Speaker 1: chained up for years. You're stupid. You're dumb. You're too tall.
- 18:43Speaker 1: You're too short. You're fat. These are chains that people
- 18:46Speaker 1: put on you to keep you locked up to how
- 18:49Speaker 1: they described you. This is as far as you can go.
- 18:52Speaker 1: This is who you are. I told the lady, she said,
- 18:54Speaker 1: you're a preacher. I said, no, I'm a man.
- 18:58Speaker 2: No, I'm a man.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Preaching is what I do. But being a man is
- 19:02Speaker 1: what I am.
- 19:03Speaker 2: I'm a grown man, baby. I'm a full grown man.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Don't lock me up to how you met me. I
- 19:10Speaker 1: will not live in the chains of how you choose
- 19:12Speaker 1: to describe me. Because with that comes a prejudice. With
- 19:15Speaker 1: that comes an opinion. With that comes an attitude. And
- 19:19Speaker 1: I will not be locked up by the narrow parameters
- 19:22Speaker 1: of your understanding of who I am. Just because I
- 19:25Speaker 1: play basketball don't mean I can't play football. Just because
- 19:29Speaker 1: I'm a boxer don't mean I can't be a wrestler.
- 19:32Speaker 1: And just because I'm a preacher doesn't mean I can't.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Be a man.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Break yourself loose. Type it on the line, I'm getting
- 19:45Speaker 1: ready to break out. Tell all your neighbors, I'm getting
- 19:48Speaker 1: ready to break out. I'm getting ready to break out.
- 19:51Speaker 1: I'm breaking out. I'm breaking out of what you think.
- 19:54Speaker 1: I'm breaking out of what you said. I'm breaking out
- 19:56Speaker 1: of where you left me. I'm breaking out of how
- 19:58Speaker 1: you locked me down. Somebody help me praise him.
- 20:01Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Who I'm talking to, but I'm talking to somebody in
- 20:06Speaker 1: this room. This is going to be a massive breakout.
- 20:10Speaker 3: Breakout, break, break, break, break, break, break, break, breakout, breakout, break, break, break.
- 20:34Speaker 2: And the text says.
- 20:36Speaker 1: I'm going to try to calm myself. But I feel
- 20:39Speaker 1: something pushing me. I feel something pushing me. I feel
- 20:43Speaker 1: like God got me.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Coming for somebody.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Hey, I'm coming for you. I'm coming for you. Make
- 20:48Speaker 1: no mistake about it. It ain't no accident. I'm coming
- 20:51Speaker 1: for you. The Holy Ghost sent me after you. We're
- 20:53Speaker 1: going to do some chain breaking up in here this morning.
- 20:56Speaker 1: We're going to break the chains of your past. We're
- 20:58Speaker 1: going to break the chains your daddy put on you.
- 21:00Speaker 1: The chains your mama put on you. Your first grade
- 21:03Speaker 1: teacher left you chained up. But today I command the breakthrough.
- 21:07Speaker 1: I command a breakthrough. I command a breakthrough. I command
- 21:10Speaker 1: a breakthrough. I command a breakthrough. Everybody in here that's
- 21:13Speaker 1: got a chain to break, make some noise. See, that's
- 21:30Speaker 1: the difference in a crowd like this. Some people just
- 21:33Speaker 1: came to church, but some people came to break a chain.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Let all my chain-breaking people make some noise in this place.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Step past them church folk. Step around them church folk.
- 21:46Speaker 1: I ain't got time to be tied to you. I
- 21:48Speaker 1: got to break this chain. Break that chain. Break it,
- 21:52Speaker 1: break it, break it, break it. The devil is a liar.
- 21:54Speaker 1: I command you in the name of Jesus to break
- 21:58Speaker 1: that chain.
- 21:59Speaker 2: Let me hear you break chains.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Last night, night before last, I was talking to Derek,
- 23:15Speaker 1: one of my staff people, about our movies on Lifetime
- 23:18Speaker 1: that are getting ready to come out. Saturday morning, I
- 23:21Speaker 1: was speaking for 10X, a bunch of real estate developing people.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Sunday morning, I'm in church preaching. Get off me. Get
- 23:36Speaker 1: off me. Somebody said, get off me. I'm going to
- 23:40Speaker 1: release a chain breaking anointing over your finances. Stop being
- 23:45Speaker 1: limited to your job description. I break the curse of
- 23:49Speaker 1: how people describe you. That is not the only thing
- 23:52Speaker 1: that you can do.
- 23:54Speaker 2: Do all of it.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Do all of it and leave nothing out. I release
- 23:58Speaker 1: a chain breaking anointing.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Come out, come out, come out wherever you are.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Just because you're a housewife, just because you're a mother,
- 24:17Speaker 1: doesn't mean you can't be an entrepreneur. Doesn't mean you
- 24:20Speaker 1: can't do business. Doesn't mean you can't do public speaking.
- 24:23Speaker 1: Doesn't mean you can't do fashion design. Doesn't mean you
- 24:25Speaker 1: can't develop your own line. I release you. Go after
- 24:29Speaker 1: your stuff. The devil is trying to chain you up.
- 24:33Speaker 1: But break every chain. Blow their mind. Give them trouble
- 24:37Speaker 1: trying to introduce you. Tap three people on the shoulder
- 24:50Speaker 1: and tell them I got more in me than this.
- 24:53Speaker 1: That's why I'm moody. That's why I'm frustrated. That's why
- 24:56Speaker 1: I'm walking around here tomorrow. Because deep down in my spirit,
- 25:00Speaker 1: deep down in my spirit, deep down in my spirit.
- 25:05Speaker 2: I know I got more in me.
- 25:06Speaker 1: I can't die until I get it all out.
- 25:15Speaker 2: Type it on the line.
- 25:16Speaker 1: Break every chain. Break every chain. Every chain they put
- 25:21Speaker 1: on you. Every chain they used to lock you up.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Every chain that would make you inferior. You stop being
- 25:27Speaker 1: polite and living within the parameters of where they left you.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Break the chain. Shout yes. The Bible said.
- 25:42Speaker 1: No man could bind him. Look at your neighbor and say,
- 25:45Speaker 1: you can't hold me. Stare me down all you want to,
- 25:51Speaker 1: write all your notes, look funny, whisper and gossip, but
- 25:54Speaker 1: you can't bind me. I'm grown, you can't bind me.
- 25:58Speaker 1: You can't send me to my room and tell me
- 26:00Speaker 1: to stay in my room. I'll kick the door off
- 26:03Speaker 1: the hinges. I mean off the hinges. I will kick
- 26:09Speaker 1: down the frame and everything. These are the failed attempts
- 26:25Speaker 1: to constrain you. And let me show you the damage
- 26:28Speaker 1: of the chains. Had the man accepted the chains, he
- 26:33Speaker 1: couldn't have run to meet Jesus when he came. And
- 26:37Speaker 1: if you accept your chains, you can't even get loose
- 26:43Speaker 1: to get to Jesus. Men bind him With chains. Christ
- 26:54Speaker 1: is not a binder. He's a liberator. Christ is not
- 26:59Speaker 1: a slave master. He's an emancipator. He is a master
- 27:03Speaker 1: of deliverance. He is a master of deliverance. And I
- 27:08Speaker 1: want to see massive deliverance, gully washing, deliverance, thirst quenching, deliverance.
- 27:15Speaker 1: And I want to see it now. And I want
- 27:18Speaker 1: to see it today. And I want to see it
- 27:20Speaker 1: in your living room. And I want to see it
- 27:22Speaker 1: in your kitchen. And I want to see it on
- 27:24Speaker 1: your couch. And I want to see it in this
- 27:26Speaker 1: church today. Somebody shout, break every chain. Y'all don't hear
- 27:49Speaker 1: what I'm saying to you. Somebody shout hallelujah for about
- 27:52Speaker 1: three minutes. Yeah, yeah, for about three minutes. Just shout
- 27:57Speaker 1: hallelujah for about three minutes. For about three minutes, just
- 28:00Speaker 1: shout hallelujah. For about three minutes, just shout hallelujah. Just
- 28:03Speaker 1: shout hallelujah for three minutes. Just shout hallelujah for three minutes.
- 28:07Speaker 1: Shout hallelujah for three minutes. Shout hallelujah for a minute
- 28:10Speaker 1: and a half. Shout hallelujah for a minute. Shout hallelujah
- 28:13Speaker 1: for 45 seconds. Shout hallelujah for 32 seconds. Shout hallelujah
- 28:17Speaker 1: for 15 minutes. Because demons hate it when you praise
- 28:20Speaker 1: the Lord. You may be in the tomb, but you're
- 28:22Speaker 1: going to praise the Lord. You may be in constraints,
- 28:25Speaker 1: but you're going to praise the Lord. The anointing breaks
- 28:28Speaker 1: the yoke. So.
- 28:43Speaker 1: Sit down, I'm going further. I ain't finished yet. You
- 28:47Speaker 1: going with me? Let's do this. So we went from
- 28:52Speaker 1: cemeteries to constraints and from constraints to crying because anytime
- 29:01Speaker 1: I live amongst the dead and I am limited by
- 29:04Speaker 1: the constraints of where people are comfortable with me staying,
- 29:09Speaker 1: y'all don't hear it. People will lock you up for
- 29:12Speaker 1: their comfort It makes you comfortable to think of me
- 29:18Speaker 1: in one dimension. So you describe me within the parameters
- 29:25Speaker 1: of your comfort.
- 29:28Speaker 2: You a mother. No, I'm a person who happens to
- 29:34Speaker 2: be a mother.
- 29:36Speaker 1: People will lock you up for their comfort. There is
- 29:41Speaker 1: nothing comfortable about constraints for the victim. It was comfortable
- 29:47Speaker 1: for the village, but not for the victim. Oh, y'all
- 29:52Speaker 1: don't hear what I'm saying to you. Watch out for
- 29:56Speaker 1: people who want to tell you who you are. The
- 30:03Speaker 1: better conversation is to.
- 30:06Speaker 2: Ask me who I am.
- 30:09Speaker 1: But when you, who don't even live in any part
- 30:13Speaker 1: of the triunity of myself, try to tell me from
- 30:16Speaker 1: the outside who I am, you have stepped on private territory.
- 30:20Speaker 1: You cannot tell me who I am. You can tell
- 30:24Speaker 1: me who you are, but you can't tell me who
- 30:27Speaker 1: I am. And so they took him to the cemetery.
- 30:35Speaker 1: And they constrained him because that made them comfortable. I'm
- 30:40Speaker 1: not denying the fact that the man had problems. I'm
- 30:43Speaker 1: not denying the fact that he didn't have, that he
- 30:45Speaker 1: had problems, but I also recognize that he had a promise.
- 30:52Speaker 1: And when you are trapped between your problems and your promise,
- 30:55Speaker 1: people want to move you out of the way because
- 31:00Speaker 1: the lack of the affinity makes people uncomfortable. Can you
- 31:06Speaker 1: think with me this morning? So we went from cemeteries
- 31:10Speaker 1: to constraints. But every time they constrained him, he broke loose.
- 31:21Speaker 1: Look back over your life at the many times people
- 31:24Speaker 1: tried to constrain you. I know we're going to have
- 31:29Speaker 1: church today. I knew it when I got up this morning.
- 31:31Speaker 1: I could feel it in my spirit. But I'm here
- 31:34Speaker 1: for it, baby. Let's do it. I got up for
- 31:36Speaker 1: it this morning. Let's do it. Look back at the
- 31:38Speaker 1: many people in your life who tried to constrain you
- 31:42Speaker 1: and tell you how far you could go and what
- 31:44Speaker 1: you could do.
- 31:45Speaker 2: They were all wrong.
- 31:49Speaker 1: No man can constrain you. Anytime any people oppress another people,
- 31:57Speaker 1: the chain will eventually break. Because no man can change
- 32:02Speaker 1: what God has liberated. Every liberated soul in here, holler.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Don't get me wrong, you don't have to like me,
- 32:19Speaker 1: but you can't hold me. You don't have to invite
- 32:22Speaker 1: me to your birthday party, but you can't hold me.
- 32:24Speaker 1: We don't have to go golfing, but you can't hold me.
- 32:27Speaker 1: I may not be in your inner circle, but you
- 32:28Speaker 1: can't hold me. I'll make my own circle.
- 32:37Speaker 2: And so.
- 32:40Speaker 1: We went from cemeteries to constraints. Point three, we went
- 32:44Speaker 1: to crying. And the Bible says every day at night
- 32:50Speaker 1: he cried. Every day and.
- 32:56Speaker 2: Night, he cried.
- 32:59Speaker 1: I want to talk about seasons of crying. Seasons of crying.
- 33:06Speaker 1: And I don't know how you was raised. I was
- 33:08Speaker 1: raised not to cry. So I have to climb over
- 33:12Speaker 1: top of everything I was taught to cry because I
- 33:18Speaker 1: was denied permission.
- 33:21Speaker 2: To cry.
- 33:22Speaker 1: So crying hurts. And when crying hurts, my soul has
- 33:31Speaker 1: no way to irrigate itself from the stress it has incurred.
- 33:37Speaker 1: Grief doesn't leave if tears don't flow.
- 33:47Speaker 2: I need.
- 33:49Speaker 1: To be able to release. I need to be able
- 33:53Speaker 1: to cry. Hear me brothers. I need to be able
- 33:56Speaker 1: to cry. Not crying doesn't make you stronger. It makes
- 34:01Speaker 1: you sick. I don't walk around crying all the time.
- 34:08Speaker 1: But when I need to cry. I need to let out.
- 34:11Speaker 1: There are seasons in your life. Where you are mourning.
- 34:18Speaker 1: And don't nobody have to be dead. You can be
- 34:24Speaker 1: mourning the job you lost, the house you didn't get,
- 34:30Speaker 1: the age you're at, the stage you're at. You can
- 34:34Speaker 1: be mourning the lack of companionship. There are a lot
- 34:39Speaker 1: of things you can mourn about that create a season
- 34:45Speaker 1: of crying. Whether you see him do it or not,
- 34:53Speaker 1: he cries. He may wait till you sleep. But he cries.
- 35:03Speaker 1: And thank God, he does. Because if he doesn't, he's
- 35:09Speaker 1: going to die. Or commit suicide. Or drive his car
- 35:15Speaker 1: into a river. Tears are a gift from God to
- 35:21Speaker 1: ventilate the soul when you have ingested too much pain.
- 35:33Speaker 1: Tears are a sign to God, I need you. Somebody
- 35:43Speaker 1: shall cry.
- 35:45Speaker 2: There is a cry.
- 35:48Speaker 1: The kids can be playing in the backyard and they
- 35:50Speaker 1: make a noise and hollering and you don't pay them
- 35:52Speaker 1: no attention. But there is a cry that will make
- 35:57Speaker 1: you drop a plate on the floor and run out
- 36:00Speaker 1: there with soap suds on your hands because there is
- 36:03Speaker 1: a cry that gets your attention as a parent. As
- 36:08Speaker 1: it is with you, so it is with God. There
- 36:11Speaker 1: is a cry. that will get God's attention, that will
- 36:16Speaker 1: arrest him and stop him in his tracks. If you
- 36:19Speaker 1: don't believe it, ask Blind Bartimaeus, who sat by the
- 36:23Speaker 1: highway setbacking. But when he heard Jesus was passing by,
- 36:30Speaker 1: the Bible said that Blind Bartimaeus began to cry. And
- 36:36Speaker 1: he cried till he got on people's nerves. And he
- 36:39Speaker 1: cried till they told him to shut up. But the
- 36:42Speaker 1: more they told him to shut up, the louder he cried.
- 36:47Speaker 1: And the Bible said, can I preach a minute? The
- 36:52Speaker 1: Bible said that blind Bartimaeus cried till Jesus died. stood still.
- 37:00Speaker 1: There is a cry that will arrest the Lord. There
- 37:04Speaker 1: is a cry that will get God's attention. I heard
- 37:08Speaker 1: David say, this poor man cried and the Lord heard
- 37:12Speaker 1: him and delivered him out of all his troubles. If
- 37:16Speaker 1: you would open your mouth and cry, God would deliver you.
- 37:21Speaker 1: The children of Israel were down in Egypt and Bible says, Moses,
- 37:27Speaker 1: go down and let my people go. For I have
- 37:30Speaker 1: heard the cry of my people. What's wrong with you
- 37:34Speaker 1: is that you keep your mouth closed. If you open
- 37:37Speaker 1: your mouth and cry, God will come and rescue you.
- 37:42Speaker 1: No wonder the winds couldn't stop him. No wonder the
- 37:46Speaker 1: waves couldn't stop him. Jesus had to make it to
- 37:49Speaker 1: the other side because he heard one of his children crying.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Somebody open up your mouth and just holler. Holler. Holler
- 38:03Speaker 1: in your house. Holler in your kitchen. Holler in your
- 38:07Speaker 1: living room. Holler in your bedroom. Open your mouth and
- 38:11Speaker 1: just let it out. Let it out. Let it out.
- 38:16Speaker 1: Let it out. Let it out. I don't care what
- 38:19Speaker 1: it looks like. I don't care what it sounds like.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Open your mouth and holler. Jesus will stand still when
- 38:27Speaker 1: you cry.
- 38:29Speaker 2: If you don't believe me, ask Abel. They killed Abel.
- 38:33Speaker 1: And God said, I have heard the cry of Abel's
- 38:36Speaker 1: blood crying up to me out of the ground. Somebody
- 38:40Speaker 1: has left you for dead. But I dare you to
- 38:43Speaker 1: open your mouth and holler, I'm still here. I'm still alive.
- 38:48Speaker 1: They threw Jonah in the belly of a fish. And
- 38:52Speaker 1: Jonah said, out of the belly of the fish cried I.
- 38:55Speaker 1: And the Lord heard me. If you make your bed
- 38:58Speaker 1: in hell, And cry out. God can hear you. Somebody cry.
- 39:11Speaker 1: Elkanah came to church to worship, but Hannah came to
- 39:15Speaker 1: church to cry. And the Bible said she staggered up
- 39:19Speaker 1: to the altar like a drunk woman and cried out
- 39:23Speaker 1: bitterly before God. Sister, stop fussing and start crying. Stop
- 39:29Speaker 1: nagging and crying. start crying. If you start crying, God
- 39:33Speaker 1: will deliver you. I feel like getting my preach on.
- 39:38Speaker 1: Jesus cried. He came to Mary and Martha's house and
- 39:43Speaker 1: the Bible said Jesus wept. And if Jesus can cry,
- 39:47Speaker 1: every man in here open your mouth and holler. In
- 39:56Speaker 1: the book of Revelations, it said that I heard the
- 39:59Speaker 1: cry of souls crying out up under the altar saying, Lord,
- 40:04Speaker 1: how long? Somebody say, how long? You've been in a
- 40:08Speaker 1: condition for a long time. You got a right to
- 40:11Speaker 1: cry and tell God enough is enough. Because if you
- 40:16Speaker 1: cry out, God will deliver you. If you cry out,
- 40:21Speaker 1: God will set you free. I want somebody that's sick
- 40:25Speaker 1: and tired of being sick and tired.
- 40:28Speaker 2: To run out in the aisle and holler out to God.
- 40:36Speaker 1: I'm sick of this. I've had enough of this. I
- 40:40Speaker 1: don't want no more of this. I'm going to cry out.
- 40:43Speaker 1: I'm tired of being quiet. I'm tired of shutting up.
- 40:47Speaker 2: I'm tired of holding it in.
- 40:49Speaker 1: I can't hear you.
- 40:54Speaker 2: I can't hear you. I can't hear you.
- 40:58Speaker 1: Get it out.
- 40:59Speaker 2: Get it out of your mouth. Get it out of
- 41:01Speaker 2: your belly. Get it out of your system.
- 41:04Speaker 1: Get it out of your heart.
- 41:06Speaker 2: I can't hear you. Open your mouth and hide.
- 41:20Speaker 1: Something's going to happen in here. Something's going to happen
- 41:22Speaker 1: in here. Touch everybody, you know, and tell them something's
- 41:24Speaker 1: going to happen in here.
- 41:25Speaker 2: Something's going to happen in here. Something's going to happen
- 41:27Speaker 2: in here. Something's going to happen in here. Something's going
- 41:30Speaker 2: to happen in here. Something's going to happen in here.
- 41:32Speaker 2: Something's going to happen in here. Something's going to happen.
- 41:34Speaker 2: Something's going to happen.
- 41:35Speaker 1: I feel it in my hands. I feel it in
- 41:36Speaker 1: my feet. I feel it in my soul. I feel
- 41:38Speaker 1: it in my toes. Something's going to happen in here.
- 41:40Speaker 1: Something's going to happen in here. I mean, I want
- 41:42Speaker 1: a disruption. I don't care if you moved out of
- 41:45Speaker 1: your seat. I don't care if you ain't got no seat.
- 41:47Speaker 1: I don't care if you shake down your hair. I
- 41:49Speaker 1: don't care if your mascara runs. I don't care if
- 41:52Speaker 1: you mess up your makeup. This is about deliverance. I
- 41:55Speaker 1: will not die in this cemetery. I will not keep
- 41:58Speaker 1: my mouth shut. I got to get this out of me.
- 42:16Speaker 1: And the Bible says, And the Bible said, and the
- 42:21Speaker 1: Bible said, night and day. Look at the oxymoron, night
- 42:29Speaker 1: and day, he cried. In the tombs and in the mountains,
- 42:35Speaker 1: he cried. Whether he was up or down, he cried.
- 42:42Speaker 1: You understand why somebody would cry in the valley. But
- 42:45Speaker 1: you have no grace for people who cry from the mountain.
- 42:48Speaker 1: You think that because they're at the mountain, they don't cry.
- 42:52Speaker 1: But successful people cry. Intellectual people cry. Educated people cry.
- 42:58Speaker 1: Crying is God's gift to give you to keep you
- 43:01Speaker 1: from a nervous breakdown. And if you don't get that
- 43:04Speaker 1: stuff out of you, it will eat at you like cancer.
- 43:08Speaker 1: It'll make you sick. It'll upset your digestion. It'll affect
- 43:12Speaker 1: your bloodstream. It'll drive up your blood pressure. It'll cause
- 43:16Speaker 1: you to have an aneurysm. That's why I told you
- 43:19Speaker 1: to open your mouth and holler because every time you holler,
- 43:22Speaker 1: God will heal you. Every time you holler, every time
- 43:34Speaker 1: you holler, every time you shout, every time you scream,
- 43:38Speaker 1: every time tears run down your face, every time you
- 43:42Speaker 1: make a noise, every time you make a sound, you
- 43:45Speaker 1: got to get that out of you. You can't go
- 43:48Speaker 1: back home in the state you're in. God said, I
- 43:51Speaker 1: want that out of you. I want you to stop
- 43:53Speaker 1: keeping it a secret and let that out of your belly.
- 43:56Speaker 1: Let it out, let it out, let it out, let
- 43:59Speaker 1: it out, let it out.
- 44:14Speaker 2: Oh, I'm almost finished.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Sit down.
- 44:16Speaker 2: Let me hear it. I got to hear it.
- 44:16Speaker 1: I got to hear it.
- 44:17Speaker 2: I'm almost here. I'm almost here. I'm looking for deliverance.
- 44:30Speaker 2: I'm not lost.
- 44:30Speaker 1: I'm looking for deliverance. I'm looking for deliverance. I'm looking
- 44:34Speaker 1: for deliverance because the Holy Ghost promised me that if
- 44:36Speaker 1: I preach this word today, there will be deliverance in
- 44:38Speaker 1: this place. I'm looking for deliverance. I'm looking for deliverance.
- 44:41Speaker 1: I'm looking in the balcony. I'm looking in the side.
- 44:44Speaker 1: I'm looking for breakthrough people. Where are my breakthrough people?
- 44:47Speaker 1: Where are my breakthrough people? Are you online? Are you online?
- 44:53Speaker 1: Are you online? Let me hear from you. This is
- 44:56Speaker 1: a breakthrough, a breakthrough of debt, a breakthrough of fear,
- 45:00Speaker 1: a breakthrough of doubt, a breakthrough of grief, a breakthrough
- 45:03Speaker 1: of agony. God said, I'm going to break it up
- 45:06Speaker 1: this morning. God told me you won't leave like you came.
- 45:10Speaker 1: Slap your neighbor and say, I won't leave like I came.
- 45:13Speaker 1: Don't expect me to be the same. I won't be
- 45:16Speaker 1: the same woman today. I won't be the same man today.
- 45:20Speaker 1: Somebody shout hallelujah. Shout with a shout of victory. Shout
- 45:26Speaker 1: with a shout of praise.
- 45:32Speaker 2: I'm almost done. I have to explain to you.
- 45:58Speaker 1: Why the man ran to Jesus. And even though he
- 46:03Speaker 1: ran to Jesus, even though he ran to Jesus, even
- 46:08Speaker 1: though he ran to Jesus,
