  Speaker 4: person's life, within a territory. The surprising thing about dealing

  Speaker 4: with the dynamics of the word of God is that

  Speaker 4: on one hand, after you examine the potency of the word,

  Speaker 4: you must understand the law of conversion, the system by

  Speaker 4: which divine realities become manifest in the life of the

  Speaker 4: saints here and now. If you fail to understand that dynamics,

  Speaker 4: you can have the word of God all potent as

  Speaker 4: it is, but it will never be made manifest in

  Speaker 4: your life. So I'm teaching this morning very briefly. Like

  Speaker 4: I said, it's a prayer meeting, so let's prepare our

  Speaker 4: hearts to pray while I teach enforcing God's will. Enforcing

  Speaker 4: God's will. I want to show you how to come
• 5:47
  Speaker 4: into partnership with God, particularly when looking at the prayer ministry.

  Speaker 4: So I want to show you how to come into
• 5:54
  Speaker 4: partnership with the word of God In and through prayer.

  Speaker 4: How to birth. Supernatural possibilities. How to birth the verdict

  Speaker 4: of God. In the place of prayer. That it is

  Speaker 4: not enough to know what God has said. You must
• 6:10
  Speaker 4: understand that transportation system. How to import divine realities. To

  Speaker 4: make them manifest in your life.

  Speaker 4: So Jesus is teaching. And when we get to Matthew

  Speaker 4: chapter 6. He's teaching what we have. Come to know

  Speaker 4: as the Lord's Prayer. And he says in the preceding verses.

  Speaker 4: When you pray, pray thus. Our Father which art in heaven.

  Speaker 3: He says. Hallowed be your name. Then he says. Thy kingdom.

  Speaker 3: Verse 10. That means.

  Speaker 4: When you pray. This should be your focus. Thy kingdom come.

  Speaker 4: Your will be done in earth. As it is in heaven.

  Speaker 4: Then he goes to the other discussions. But we are

  Speaker 4: focusing on verse 10. It says your kingdom come. That

  Speaker 4: is the agenda. Then he tells you how the kingdom

  Speaker 4: of God comes. That everywhere the will of God is

  Speaker 4: allowed to find expression.

  Speaker 3: His kingdom comes. Are we together?

  Speaker 4: So your kingdom comes by your will. Being allowed to

  Speaker 4: find expression. Notice he never said on earth. He said

  Speaker 4: in earth. Your kingdom come. Your will be done in

  Speaker 4: earth as it is in the heavens. And perhaps you've

  Speaker 4: heard it through my teachings that the first earth that

  Speaker 4: needs to experience the manifestation of the will of God

  Speaker 4: is this earthen vessel called you, not the territory. So

  Speaker 4: he says, your will be done in earth, in my life,

  Speaker 4: then extending to my territory.

  Speaker 4: One scripture that has blessed me so much, we're going

  Speaker 4: upon the earth require the active cooperation of men. the

  Speaker 4: manifestation of God's will, the manifestation of God's desire upon

  Speaker 4: the earth require the active participation of men. In fact,

  Speaker 4: it is safe to broadly say that the manifestation of
• 13:38
  Speaker 4: all supernatural programs, divine programs, Demonic depend on men as midwives.

  Speaker 4: Satan will have to depend on the cooperation of men.

  Speaker 3: To birth his purposes.

  Speaker 4: God will have to depend on men to birth his purposes.

  Speaker 4: Now let me state a very quick disclaimer here because

  Speaker 4: to walk upon the earth. What God needs is man's participation.

  Speaker 4: And it is not as a result of weakness. He

  Speaker 4: has chosen to incorporate us in his program so that

  Speaker 4: we can enjoy what it means to be co-creators with him.

  Speaker 4: Man does not need to give God permission to function

  Speaker 4: upon the earth. The earth is still the Lord's and

  Speaker 4: its fullness thereof.

  Speaker 3: Are we together? So the idea that God.

  Speaker 4: Needs man's permission may be well-intentioned, but it's not accurate.

  Speaker 4: God does not need man's permission. However, God needs man's cooperation.

  Speaker 4: And this is not because of weakness on his own part.

  Speaker 4: He has so designed his economy to run that way.

  Speaker 4: Are we learning now? It was Jesus who said, if

  Speaker 4: I can raise up anything, inanimate things to praise me.

  Speaker 4: Every time Satan wants to move over a life, a family,

  Speaker 4: every time Satan wants to carry out his demonic program,

  Speaker 4: he looks for a man. Every time God wants to
• 15:30
  Speaker 4: birth his purposes over a territory, over a life, a nation,
• 15:35
  Speaker 4: a family, he looks for a man. Psalm 82 and
• 15:39
  Speaker 4: Psalm 89 and verse 21. It says, I have found
• 15:45
  Speaker 4: David my servant. I like that scripture. Verse 20 now.

  Speaker 4: I have found David my servant.

  Speaker 3: Can you imagine?

  Speaker 4: It's as though God is finally rejoicing that I have

  Speaker 4: found a man. God is not ashamed to express his vulnerability.

  Speaker 3: Found a man. I have found David, my servant.

  Speaker 4: Now I'm not doing a teaching on this but right

  Speaker 4: here is the secret to the anointing. I have found

  Speaker 4: David but the oil will not come on David. The

  Speaker 4: oil will come on my servant. And it takes a

  Speaker 4: long time for David to become my servant he can

  Speaker 4: find David in 2021 and find his servant in 2031

  Speaker 4: it takes a journey for David to become my servant

  Speaker 4: but the day David becomes my servant the holy oil

  Speaker 4: can now come on him I'm just digressing to help

  Speaker 4: you you see so don't say God has found me

  Speaker 4: he's looking for two people He's found you, but he's

  Speaker 4: looking for himself in you. The day he finds his servant,

  Speaker 4: there are so many congregants, God should have enough men. Unfortunately,

  Speaker 4: Are not deployable for God's program. So there are many

  Speaker 4: people who are believers but they can't do much for

  Speaker 4: the kingdom. They are saved but they are still babes.

  Speaker 4: Infant in knowledge. They have not grown through transformation. And

  Speaker 4: there are others who have contended for transformation, but without empowerment,

  Speaker 4: you will be an ineffective witness. You will say many
• 18:33
  Speaker 4: things God can do that never gets done through your life.

  Speaker 4: Empowerment brings you to a point where you can give
• 18:40
  Speaker 4: defense to the speakings of God. That when you say

  Speaker 4: God can heal, you will show that God heals. When

  Speaker 4: you say God can lift, you will show that God lifts.

  Speaker 4: When the believer becomes transformed and empowered.

  Speaker 3: He stops being called a believer. He's called a witness.

  Speaker 4: And it is a witness who is given an allocation

  Speaker 4: in God's program. There is a space in God's program.

  Speaker 3: He sends you as a preacher. He sends you as

  Speaker 3: a businessman. He sends you.

  Speaker 4: As a leader because you are beyond a believer. You

  Speaker 4: are still a believer but you have earned a status

  Speaker 4: by reason of your alignment called a witness.

  Speaker 3: Not everybody can be called a witness.

  Speaker 4: Just because you want to serve God does not mean

  Speaker 4: you are a witness. Just because you are posted to

  Speaker 4: go and serve as a pastor does not make you

  Speaker 4: So the journey is salvation, transformation, empowerment, and then you

  Speaker 4: a man willing to partner with you. But in any case,

  Speaker 4: This is very important. Now, there are two ways we

  Speaker 4: enforce the will of God. Let me go straight to

  Speaker 4: the point this morning. There are two biblical ways that

  Speaker 4: every time God speaks, every time God announces a verdict

  Speaker 4: on a matter, there are two ways to enforce that verdict.

  Speaker 4: Number one is through partnership in prayer. You birth that

  Speaker 4: verdict to be made manifest in prayer.

  Speaker 3: Number two, obedience. These are the.

  Speaker 4: Two biblical pathways to birthing the will of God, to

  Speaker 4: birthing the program of God. I repeat, number one is

  Speaker 4: your partnership with God in the.

  Speaker 3: Place of prayer. Number two, obedience.

  Speaker 4: Every time you are clear about the will of God
• 22:13
  Speaker 4: and yet you do not see it manifest, these are
• 22:16
  Speaker 4: the two things that are wrong. Every time the will
• 22:19
  Speaker 4: of God is clear, that God already spoke to you,

  Speaker 4: you are not in doubt. He's told you, I am
• 22:26
  Speaker 4: visiting your family. But it looks like nothing is happening.

  Speaker 4: The two areas to consult is whether or not he
• 22:33
  Speaker 4: has found a man who can pray in partnership or
• 22:37
  Speaker 4: he has found obedience. These are the places for diagnosis.

  Speaker 4: If you ever see the will of God wanting in

  Speaker 4: your life, something is wrong. You have not known how
