- 0:57Speaker 1: all you need.
- 0:58Speaker 2: All right, let's talk about the S ANDP. Five hundred,
- 1:02Speaker 2: down almost a thousand points from its high fifty two
- 1:06Speaker 2: week low at thirty nine hundred. You know, some people
- 1:13Speaker 2: I was watching CNBC. Some people say thirty eight hundred
- 1:16Speaker 2: is a good is a good level? Yeah, it's been falling.
- 1:20Speaker 2: The stock market as whole has been falling. But the
- 1:23Speaker 2: S and P is probably the best judge of the
- 1:25Speaker 2: stock market because it's five hundred companies from all different areas.
- 1:28Speaker 2: So it's a very broad range, you know, perspective on
- 1:33Speaker 2: the stock market, where the dal Jones is a lot
- 1:35Speaker 2: more narrow and the Nasdaq is even more specific because
- 1:38Speaker 2: it's just for tech companies. So all right, S and
- 1:42Speaker 2: P five hundred, will it continue to keep falling?
- 1:45Speaker 3: Absolutely? Unequivocally I feel like Tia today. Yes, because there's
- 1:55Speaker 3: no reason to. I know, in a podcast I should
- 1:57Speaker 3: probably elaborate, right you hear it?
- 2:03Speaker 2: Words know.
- 2:06Speaker 3: If quantitative easting has went away and all the easy
- 2:10Speaker 3: wins are now gone. That's why I told everyone last
- 2:13Speaker 3: year study twenty fifteen, two thousand and eight, nineteen ninety,
- 2:16Speaker 3: nineteen ninety one, to see what those conditions were like
- 2:19Speaker 3: when higher interest rates were there. For those of you
- 2:22Speaker 3: that did the homework and studied the past seven recessions,
- 2:26Speaker 3: how long due to interest rates going up? How long
- 2:30Speaker 3: should we be in the bear market? You should know
- 2:32Speaker 3: the number of days then, not a guess, it's a
- 2:36Speaker 3: range that we will be in so until so even
- 2:40Speaker 3: with a chip shortage that will end roughly summer of
- 2:44Speaker 3: twenty twenty three.
- 2:46Speaker 4: We'll see some relief.
- 2:47Speaker 3: There probably by fall of this year September, we'll start
- 2:52Speaker 3: to push back up and stabilize. But yeah, for the
- 2:57Speaker 3: next through the summer, it's gonna be a little bit treacherous.
- 2:59Speaker 3: But if you want to know what this market is
- 3:01Speaker 3: going to be like, look at twenty fifteen, in twenty ten,
- 3:04Speaker 3: two thousand and nine. It'll tell you if you study
- 3:08Speaker 3: what the market is going to look like for sure.
- 3:11Speaker 4: Is there something that could single maybe not even a reversal,
- 3:16Speaker 4: but some sort of up trend maybe? I mean obviously
- 3:19Speaker 4: with China be in lockdown right now to Corona, if
- 3:22Speaker 4: we saw something like China reopening on a global scale,
- 3:26Speaker 4: could that be like one of those signs that there
- 3:27Speaker 4: could be a nice tick up or nice with the rebound.
- 3:32Speaker 3: That would definitely help end companies that are MidCap companies
- 3:36Speaker 3: like the Rust of two thousands to start to go up,
- 3:38Speaker 3: because without Apple and Microsoft, who would be in a
- 3:41Speaker 3: big bear, big ass bear market. Luckily we have those Now.
- 3:46Speaker 3: As far as to what the S and P is
- 3:48Speaker 3: gonna go, yeah, we should go to thirty seven h three.
- 3:53Speaker 4: Yeah, there you have it. Yeah, and a lot. I've
- 3:55Speaker 4: seen a lot of analysts. Even with the SMP being
- 3:59Speaker 4: at a fifty two weeks though, I watched a lot
- 4:00Speaker 4: of analysts today. They're still keeping their price soccer for
- 4:03Speaker 4: the year at fifty one hundred some people out of
- 4:05Speaker 4: the fifty two hundred. No budget on that. So we
- 4:09Speaker 4: will see, hopefully, not even hopefully, we shall see if
- 4:12Speaker 4: they're right.
- 4:14Speaker 3: We shall see, I hope. So, but it's looking scary.
- 4:17Speaker 3: It does look scary. It does look scary.
- 4:20Speaker 2: It could get worse, definitely, that's that's well, they go
- 4:22Speaker 2: definitely no, no, no, no, no, I got a play before
- 4:25Speaker 2: we die. Okay, oh yes, it could definitely. Well, first
- 4:29Speaker 2: of all, sixty dollars of people on YouTube, hit the
- 4:32Speaker 2: like button. Please hit the like button. Appreciate it absolutely
- 4:35Speaker 2: can get worse because we're not technically in a recession yet.
- 4:40Speaker 2: The only only index out of those major three that's
- 4:45Speaker 2: actually in recession, well bear market territory is NASA. NASA
- 4:49Speaker 2: like twenty five percent. Neither the dal Jones or S
- 4:53Speaker 2: and P has reached twenty percent pullback.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Yet, Yeah, I think at fifteen percent, so it's.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Still not a bear market technically, and we're still not
- 5:03Speaker 2: The economy itself can get a lot worse. There's still
- 5:06Speaker 2: a lot more room for the economy to get worse.
- 5:09Speaker 2: So if the economy can get worse, then obviously the
- 5:11Speaker 2: stock market can get worse.
- 5:12Speaker 4: We won't used to say like, wait, the market, it
- 5:14Speaker 4: doesn't match the economy. Remember when during the pandemic, we're like,
- 5:17Speaker 4: wait with this jobless teams and all these things happening
- 5:21Speaker 4: and earners, what's up.

- 8:11Speaker 4: Economy, We're like, wait, why is the market still going up?
- 8:13Speaker 4: And it finally I feel like we're at a point
- 8:15Speaker 4: now where it's like the economy and the market are massing.
- 8:20Speaker 4: They're matching each other now right like, as it's just happening, inflation,
- 8:25Speaker 4: interest rates going up, marketing.
- 8:29Speaker 3: This is what happens when you cheat. Now, I never
- 8:34Speaker 3: will want to sit in that fetch your position. But
- 8:36Speaker 3: when you have quantitative easing for so long opposed to
- 8:41Speaker 3: just letting things settle out and fall apart, this is
- 8:45Speaker 3: what happens when you go on to twelve year run
- 8:46Speaker 3: and you don't have any pullbacks and you don't let
- 8:49Speaker 3: things settle. A lot of funded went to companies that
- 8:52Speaker 3: were terrible companies. Like remember the era after like fifty
- 8:57Speaker 3: and then it was like uh D four l rest
- 9:01Speaker 3: in low but not his version.
- 9:04Speaker 4: It's like laffy.
- 9:04Speaker 3: We're in a laughy taffy era of investing all the
- 9:08Speaker 3: companies of the trash. Let them get washed out. Then
- 9:12Speaker 3: companies that are really good adventure, companies that are good
- 9:15Speaker 3: at angel companies that are strong will invest in better technology.
- 9:20Speaker 3: We're in twenty twenty two. As a kid, we don't
- 9:23Speaker 3: have any flying cars, great healthcare, great tech company, and
- 9:28Speaker 3: we have a whole bunch of social media apps that
- 9:30Speaker 3: are remixes of black Plannet and instant Messenger. What we
- 9:36Speaker 3: expect as a country we've produced some of the shittiest
- 9:39Speaker 3: companies in the last twenty years.
- 9:41Speaker 4: What do we expect?
- 9:43Speaker 2: We're des tracking.
- 9:45Speaker 3: When Paul Rosenberg is.
- 9:46Speaker 4: Up there, shout, shout Rosenberg.
- 9:54Speaker 6: Er, Yeah, I know, so Okay, should don't be mad
- 10:00Speaker 6: at me, you know, so Fayorball legend, legend.
- 10:11Speaker 2: So jay Z, one of the greatest rappers of all time,
- 10:19Speaker 2: has one of the greatest lyrics of all time. It
- 10:21Speaker 2: was actually the lyrics we named our second podcast ever
- 10:26Speaker 2: this lyric where he said, and anticipation for precipitation stat
- 10:30Speaker 2: chips for a rainy day, very important, very important. Cash
- 10:35Speaker 2: is still king, and in times of uncertainty, it's okay
- 10:39Speaker 2: to be in cash until you're actually certain. The dollar
- 10:44Speaker 2: is actually strengthen, very strong right now. I think a
- 10:47Speaker 2: fifteen years high for the strength of the dollar right now.
- 10:51Speaker 2: Dollars in a good place right now. Nothing wrong with
- 10:55Speaker 2: having money on the sideline until you're comfortable. I think
- 11:01Speaker 2: that there's still some more room for the market to
- 11:03Speaker 2: go down. Be patient, be patient, have money waiting, and
- 11:10Speaker 2: get in at good prices and just write it up.
- 11:13Speaker 4: I said, we're gonna play Belichick. Man, We're gonna win
- 11:16Speaker 4: rings from the sideline. We're gonna watch the game, We're
- 11:18Speaker 4: gonna make moves at the right time. We're gonna play Belichick.
- 11:21Speaker 4: Shout out to the Patriots fans. But that's that I mean,
- 11:24Speaker 4: he's right right, if we know, if we've seen the
- 11:27Speaker 4: market pull back, there's no need for us to keep
- 11:31Speaker 4: investing in large sums of money. We're gonna watch it,
- 11:34Speaker 4: keep our cash as king and when we can make moves,
- 11:37Speaker 4: we will.
- 11:39Speaker 2: And that song is from Rainna's first single, not her
- 11:46Speaker 2: first single, the first big single.
- 11:49Speaker 4: Relays her first plays, the first first one and her
- 11:52Speaker 4: first single.
- 11:53Speaker 2: But that wasn't number one, first number on my first
- 11:55Speaker 2: number one record.
- 11:56Speaker 4: It might not even be our first one record, but
- 11:58Speaker 4: definitely a big record, big record, Yeah, big record twenty one.
- 12:02Speaker 3: What was like the football era when like everybody got
- 12:06Speaker 3: participation in trophies? Right now, it's nineteen seven, hard nose,
- 12:10Speaker 3: helmet to helmet, bust your ass football.
- 12:14Speaker 2: My graduates from my school being forced back. Drop bag,
- 12:20Speaker 2: drop my drop bag, drop drop.
