- 0:03Speaker 1: This is a Bramble Jam podcast This week on Yo
- 0:13Speaker 1: Gabble Gabble. If you exchange cooking and cleaning for rent
- 0:16Speaker 1: when Grint comes due, do you owe money? Or is
- 0:18Speaker 1: Judge matthis drunk.
- 0:20Speaker 2: If you are in your friend's apartment and you dance
- 0:24Speaker 2: to some show tunes and break a statue, you gotta
- 0:27Speaker 2: repay it? Or is dancing the real art Here Judge
- 0:30Speaker 2: Jerry tells us real.
- 0:31Speaker 1: People, real cases. Thank just.
- 0:37Speaker 3: Hello, Welcome to another episode of Yo Gabble.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Here in the Chambers. I think someone.
- 0:45Speaker 2: I think someone's stolen our ropes new Week. I think
- 0:50Speaker 2: robes have been stolen after them. Yeah, I think justice
- 0:54Speaker 2: is what we're gonna do. Cornwall said he was gonna
- 0:57Speaker 2: borrow some stuff. Cornwell, Yeah, he said he's gonna borrow stuff.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Yeah, and he's an honest guy.
- 1:02Speaker 3: He's an honest guy. But I mean, I'm I don't
- 1:04Speaker 3: think it was nefarious.
- 1:06Speaker 1: It has nothing to do with it getting hotter outside either.
- 1:08Speaker 1: It is all about Lord Cornwell. So the least he
- 1:11Speaker 1: could do is bring him back. Come on, Cornball, that's
- 1:13Speaker 1: what you call him. Cornball's classic, You too, go ahead,
- 1:20Speaker 1: You're people could be listening to this like when it
- 1:23Speaker 1: actually obvious in twenty twenty four if they have the
- 1:26Speaker 1: Bramble Gym Plus subscription, or they could be listening to
- 1:28Speaker 1: it years late. Gabble gabble election. I just am hoping
- 1:34Speaker 1: by the time we get there, nothing's happened to Lord Cornwell,
- 1:37Speaker 1: because then what you're saying could really not age. Well,
- 1:40Speaker 1: you could get canceled. Yes, people are gonna listen and
- 1:42Speaker 1: be like, dude, it's too soon. If you know, you
- 1:46Speaker 1: know that something could happen. Situation all over all over again.
- 1:49Speaker 1: What it's time to Yeah, No, now I get it. Yes,
- 1:55Speaker 1: it was, Yes, it is yes.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Because we all like we all gas litter. And then
- 1:59Speaker 3: she's finally to be like, well here's.
- 2:00Speaker 1: What's going on. Yeah, that's why. Yes, Uh, let's get
- 2:05Speaker 1: to the cases. Let's do it. No, I went to
- 2:08Speaker 1: Judge Jerry, you went to judge. It's a good time.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Why don't you kick us off? I will kick us off,
- 2:14Speaker 1: And I will tell you first and foremost that the
- 2:17Speaker 1: case at hand here is interesting, but not nearly as
- 2:21Speaker 1: interesting as the fact that I am ninety nine percent
- 2:24Speaker 1: certain that Judge Matthis is inebriated during this case on
- 2:30Speaker 1: the South he is talking a lot slower than he
- 2:33Speaker 1: normally does, and not in a way where it's like
- 2:36Speaker 1: he's getting old a good way. He's just talking slower.
- 2:39Speaker 1: He interrupts the the people, the defendant of the plaintiff,
- 2:43Speaker 1: just to do bits he is no And as this
- 2:49Speaker 1: case progresses, you're just like man, I feel I started
- 2:53Speaker 1: to kind of feel bad by the end of it
- 2:54Speaker 1: because they maybe didn't get his best. They did not
- 2:57Speaker 1: get his best, and I think these two women probably
- 3:00Speaker 1: deserve his best and they did not get it. So
- 3:03Speaker 1: I'm gonna do a little bit of both here as
- 3:04Speaker 1: we move forward. And I'm gonna tell you what Judge
- 3:06Speaker 1: Matthis does his response to this, Alexis Taylor is suing
- 3:11Speaker 1: Jennifer Christian for twenty nine hundred dollars combination of rent
- 3:16Speaker 1: ode and damages. That's the come twenty nine hondo, right,
- 3:21Speaker 1: Alexis is gonna start out and mathis normally when he's
- 3:26Speaker 1: with it, he goes, let's start with you. That's what
- 3:28Speaker 1: he says. He does not say let's start with you.
- 3:31Speaker 1: He looks at her and goes, ma'am, you look like
- 3:33Speaker 1: you're about ten years old. How is do you own
- 3:37Speaker 1: your own place? This woman does not look anywhere close
- 3:40Speaker 1: to time, like not even not know and she's like oh,
- 3:44Speaker 1: she smiles and it kind of sheepishly like he's this
- 3:48Speaker 1: old man flirting with her. It's really uncomfortable. And she's like,
- 3:51Speaker 1: I'm twenty seven. And then he's like, oh man, that's
- 3:54Speaker 1: way older than I thought. Maybe I'm just getting old.
- 3:56Speaker 1: And she's like yes. She literally says yes, you're honor
- 3:59Speaker 1: and he's like, oh, so you're saying I'm old. Oh no,
- 4:04Speaker 1: and he's doing this whole bit where he's like are
- 4:06Speaker 1: you Like, he's like, you're saying I'm old, Like he
- 4:09Speaker 1: acts all serious and then he's like, I'm just joking.
- 4:12Speaker 1: It's really really, really uncomfortable, Like I was. I wanted
- 4:19Speaker 1: to call someone on Judge Mathis. It was bad. I
- 4:22Speaker 1: can't wait to find out to both the case.
- 4:24Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:24Speaker 1: So she's like, okay, I met Jennifer in twenty sixteen
- 4:27Speaker 1: because we both deal with chronic pain issues, and Mathis
- 4:32Speaker 1: is like, what, well, somebody well. The chronic pain community
- 4:36Speaker 1: is a tight knit community because chronic pain happens over
- 4:39Speaker 1: and over again. It's chronic, and it is It doesn't
- 4:43Speaker 1: have an easy fix or a fix at all. And
- 4:45Speaker 1: so most people don't believe you when you have chronic pain.
- 4:48Speaker 1: They think you're just making an excuse or you need
- 4:50Speaker 1: to power through. And there's a lot of different types
- 4:52Speaker 1: of chronic pain. For Alexis, it was neuropathy in her legs,
- 4:57Speaker 1: and they would just some days her legs would be
- 4:59Speaker 1: like walk and other days she would be fine. And
- 5:04Speaker 1: so she tells you, and she says, you'r honor like
- 5:08Speaker 1: I found Jennifer, like also has chronic pain. And when
- 5:11Speaker 1: you find somebody that's dealing with the same kind of
- 5:13Speaker 1: problems you're dealing with, it's great to have because you
- 5:16Speaker 1: kind of can empathize.
- 5:17Speaker 2: And understand each other. Is it just the same type
- 5:19Speaker 2: of chronic pain?
- 5:20Speaker 1: Different? But we'll get there, okay, And she says. By
- 5:23Speaker 1: twenty eighteen, Jennifer came to me we had been friends
- 5:26Speaker 1: for two years, and said she was on the verge
- 5:28Speaker 1: of being homeless. Jennifer immediately pipes up very Midwestern accent. No,
- 5:33Speaker 1: you're on or I did not say that, Alexis continues
- 5:37Speaker 1: your honor. I've been homeless before. Between the ages of
- 5:39Speaker 1: eighteen and twenty one, I found myself. I was by myself,
- 5:42Speaker 1: and I was in and out of different friends' houses
- 5:45Speaker 1: and homeless shelters, and I really didn't have a good
- 5:48Speaker 1: home life. Mathis goes off on a sidebar. It makes
- 5:50Speaker 1: no sense whatsoever. I'm very like, what is going on
- 5:53Speaker 1: with Mathis? He's speaking at half speed. I don't even
- 5:56Speaker 1: know how to describe it. He's like, let's hear from Jennifer.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Jennifer Is like, you're on our I never was gonna
- 6:00Speaker 1: be homeless. That's not what happened at all. We both
- 6:03Speaker 1: know how hard it is to share chronic pain, right.
- 6:06Speaker 1: We bonded over that pain because most people don't understand it.
- 6:09Speaker 1: And Alexis needed a roommate. She needed a roommate, and
- 6:12Speaker 1: we both thought it would be a great idea because
- 6:14Speaker 1: we can help each other out on when she had
- 6:16Speaker 1: good days and I had bad days, she'd be there.
- 6:18Speaker 1: And when I had good days and she had bad days,
- 6:20Speaker 1: I would be there. And Mathis starts to question chronic pain,
- 6:23Speaker 1: like I'm learning a lot today, Like, tell me about it. Well,
- 6:26Speaker 1: she had osteocrodomas, which are these bone tumors that aren't malignant,
- 6:30Speaker 1: but they grow started at four and then they just
- 6:33Speaker 1: kind of come and go and It's like he was
- 6:36Speaker 1: like baker cist kind of thing. Oh yeah, And so
- 6:40Speaker 1: Mathis is like, see I'm up here, I'm learning things right,
- 6:43Speaker 1: and You're like, all right, what is going on with
- 6:46Speaker 1: this guy? So Jennifer's like we became friends. Everything seemed fine.
- 6:49Speaker 1: We mesh really well. We agreed that I was going
- 6:52Speaker 1: to move in, but I wasn't going to pay for rents.
- 6:55Speaker 1: I was going to do the cooking and the cleaning.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Is this written down anywhere? It is not. I'm gonna
- 7:00Speaker 1: do the cooking and the cleaning. And when I moved in,
- 7:03Speaker 1: it seemed like that was fine and above board, and
- 7:05Speaker 1: then I quickly realized in my opinion that it wasn't
- 7:09Speaker 1: and I wasn't there to do the cooking and cleaning
- 7:11Speaker 1: as part of my rent. I was being treated like
- 7:13Speaker 1: a servant. I was, you know, it was my understanding
- 7:18Speaker 1: that I was going to keep the middle of the
- 7:19Speaker 1: house clean and everybody's gonna do their like, But like
- 7:22Speaker 1: she expected me to clean her bedroom, expects me to
- 7:25Speaker 1: do every bit of the cooking, not the majority of it. It
- 7:28Speaker 1: was like I was an employee in her apartment. Alexis
- 7:32Speaker 1: says the agreement was until she found employment. She would
- 7:36Speaker 1: do the cooking and cleaning while while I'm at work,
- 7:39Speaker 1: and she just wasn't doing it. She wasn't keeping up
- 7:41Speaker 1: her into the bark and that would go to a strait.
- 7:44Speaker 1: But we don't have a contract. Okay, yes, Mathis goes,
- 7:48Speaker 1: how much is the cooking and cleaning supposed to account for?
- 7:51Speaker 1: And Alexis says her half of the rent, which is
- 7:53Speaker 1: six hundred dollars a month, twelve hundred total half is
- 7:56Speaker 1: six hundred. Jennifer's like your honor. She treated me like
- 7:58Speaker 1: a servant. And Mathis goes, well, how many hours did
- 8:02Speaker 1: you put into cooking and cleaning? And she said so many.
- 8:05Speaker 1: I was always around the house doing something. It was
- 8:09Speaker 1: pretty NonStop. And he says, but that was the agreement, correct,
- 8:14Speaker 1: And she says to an extent, but not to the
- 8:17Speaker 1: extent that Alexis was thinking that I was going to
- 8:20Speaker 1: do it. And Matthis goes, well, did you tell her
- 8:23Speaker 1: that it was just too much? And Jennifer says, I
- 8:26Speaker 1: talked about it, but I tried to tell her I
- 8:29Speaker 1: thought she was taking advantage of me. While she I'm
- 8:33Speaker 1: not making this up. While Jennifer is explaining to Judge
- 8:37Speaker 1: Mathis that she felt taken advantage of. We go back
- 8:41Speaker 1: over to Mathis and he is wheeze laughing at his
- 8:45Speaker 1: bailiff who did something funny. Oh no, and he's like,
- 8:50Speaker 1: do that again. You're doing a little step over there,
- 8:52Speaker 1: do it? Like Jennifer's very serious. I thought I was
- 8:55Speaker 1: being taken advantage of matthis.
- 8:57Speaker 3: Is, like, was the bailiff like purpose good?
- 9:01Speaker 1: I don't know, but Bayliff's laughing, he's laughing. He does
- 9:04Speaker 1: a whole thing with the bailiff. Bayliff's got a bounce
- 9:08Speaker 1: in his step. It is as embarrassed as I've ever
- 9:10Speaker 1: been for a guy that's supposed to be in charge
- 9:12Speaker 1: of her court work. Really really bad. And Jennifer finally
- 9:17Speaker 1: like gets Mathis back on track. And Jennifer's like, Alexis
- 9:20Speaker 1: took the talks positively, but sometimes I have a bad
- 9:23Speaker 1: day and I can't do all the cleaning and matthis goes,
- 9:27Speaker 1: but you do have an agreement, and she said, you're
- 9:29Speaker 1: on her. She wouldn't even put things in the garbage can, literally,
- 9:33Speaker 1: like if she was eating a meal, she wouldn't put
- 9:35Speaker 1: like a paper towel or something in the garbage can.
- 9:39Speaker 1: And matthis is like, ma'am, you wouldn't put anything in
- 9:41Speaker 1: the garbage can. Alexis says, of course I would, you're honor,
- 9:44Speaker 1: I would put stuff in the trash can. She she
- 9:48Speaker 1: just couldn't do what she said she was gonna do,
- 9:50Speaker 1: and so instead of facing me about it, she just
- 9:52Speaker 1: stopped being around. She just left. And Jennifer's like, you're
- 9:56Speaker 1: on her. There's so much only only so much I
- 9:57Speaker 1: can take. So matthis like, we'll break it down for me.
- 10:01Speaker 1: What are you asking for? Did she do the cooking
- 10:03Speaker 1: and cleaning for some of this time? And Alexis say
- 10:05Speaker 1: is like, yes, sir, I'm only asking for February March.
- 10:09Speaker 1: She left in February March. She literally said she was
- 10:12Speaker 1: still living there. And then whenever I was home, she
- 10:13Speaker 1: wasn't home. She would always leave when I was there.
- 10:17Speaker 1: I kept texting her asking if she was coming back,
- 10:20Speaker 1: and for those two months she just wasn't there whenever
- 10:23Speaker 1: I was there, but said she was coming back home.
- 10:25Speaker 1: We have those texts. They are pretty damning. Alexis says,
- 10:29Speaker 1: I'm just worried about you. Let me know if you're
- 10:32Speaker 1: going to be back. The response is if that, if
- 10:34Speaker 1: you you're dumb. I'm not going to give you a
- 10:37Speaker 1: red cent. Take me to small claims court. You'll pay
- 10:39Speaker 1: for it in lawyers. That is how Jennifer responds, Well, yeah,
- 10:44Speaker 1: not great. Now there's also twelve hundred rent, seventeen hundred damages.
- 10:49Speaker 1: One day, Alexis came back was upset that she had
- 10:52Speaker 1: not been doing the cleaning, and it was clear that
- 10:54Speaker 1: Jennifer had. According to Alexis, the cabinets were all ruined,
- 10:58Speaker 1: she poured juice, it was everything was sticky, kitchen was stained,
- 11:02Speaker 1: and she walked into that. Jennifer says, that's a lie.
- 11:04Speaker 1: I just didn't clean up for a couple of days,
- 11:06Speaker 1: and you see what happens. That's what she said, right.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Matthis says, do you have any evidence? Do you have
- 11:12Speaker 1: any evidence of this? Alexis says, I have receipts of well,
- 11:15Speaker 1: how much it's gonna cost to get clean? Mathis is like, no,
- 11:18Speaker 1: do you have any evidence that she admits she did it?
- 11:20Speaker 1: Well on the text. In the text, Alexis asked her,
- 11:25Speaker 1: and she does not admit to doing it, but she says,
- 11:28Speaker 1: you're the dumb one. Maybe think twice next time. Who
- 11:33Speaker 1: Jennifer says, you'r honor. I still want to be friends
- 11:35Speaker 1: with Alexis. All she had to do is say she
- 11:36Speaker 1: was sorry. She didn't account for my well being, and
- 11:38Speaker 1: matthis says, well what she's supposed to be sorry for,
- 11:41Speaker 1: and Jennifer says she took advantage of me. I thought
- 11:44Speaker 1: I was supposed to clean the main area of the house,
- 11:45Speaker 1: and I did more than I could possibly bear, and
- 11:48Speaker 1: she never accounted for my chronic pain when I did
- 11:50Speaker 1: account for hers.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Matthews is ready to rule this tough, tough, y'all. You've
- 11:59Speaker 2: heard it here see for a million times. Gotta get
- 12:02Speaker 2: a contract, get her contracts, write stuff down, even if
- 12:07Speaker 2: it's between friends. Just better to be safe than sorry,
- 12:11Speaker 2: you know. I think in this situation it is tough.
- 12:14Speaker 2: Obviously there's nothing written down. The agreement was for the
- 12:17Speaker 2: cleaning and the food. She did some of it.
- 12:20Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 12:20Speaker 2: If she just stops doing it, does that suddenly go
- 12:24Speaker 2: to owing rent payments?
- 12:27Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 12:28Speaker 2: I think it would have been something nice to have
- 12:30Speaker 2: written down to make that a little bit more clear.
- 12:33Speaker 2: I don't think she's gonna get any money, unfortunately, so
- 12:35Speaker 2: I think Mathis would normally side with you but drunk
- 12:38Speaker 2: mathist does not.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Okay, drunk Mathis goes, ma'am. You told her to take
- 12:42Speaker 1: her to you to court, she did, and now you
- 12:44Speaker 1: owe her twenty nine hundred dollars.
- 12:46Speaker 2: What I'm not upset that she's getting money, don't hear
- 12:50Speaker 2: what I'm not saying. But to give her all the
- 12:53Speaker 2: money just because she said take me to small claims
- 12:55Speaker 2: court is a.
- 12:57Speaker 1: Wild judgment in favor of the plane of twenty nine
- 12:59Speaker 1: hundreundred dollars. Judge matthis is not well in this episode.
- 13:03Speaker 1: I don't know what else to say. I was uncomfortable.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I've always been a fan of Judge Matthis. This was
- 13:08Speaker 1: Judge Matthis at his worst. It was really, really bad.
- 13:11Speaker 1: How does she take that? They both talk afterwards like
- 13:14Speaker 1: like they still want to be pretty.
- 13:15Speaker 2: They shouldn't be friends, though, Like you shouldn't be calling
- 13:18Speaker 2: your texting your buddy being like, hey you're dumb, Yes,
- 13:20Speaker 2: you're dumb, dumb back like I do that to you, yea,
- 13:26Speaker 2: But like that's that seemed like a very toxic relationship.
- 13:30Speaker 1: It wasn't great. It wasn't great. I'll say that much.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Let's to Judge Jerry obviously obviously Michael Vega is suing
- 13:41Speaker 2: Alexander Rodriguez, not Alexander, for five hundred and fifty dollars
- 13:48Speaker 2: for broken arts.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Are you ready?
- 13:51Speaker 2: Michael helps Alexander with his as they say, podcast radio show.
- 13:58Speaker 2: The show's on the rocks with Alexander, Okay, And gotta
- 14:02Speaker 2: be honest, I'm pretty sure Michael and Alexander did the
- 14:05Speaker 2: thing that we talked about doing where they just go
- 14:08Speaker 2: on the show to promote their podcast, and that's neither
- 14:10Speaker 2: here nor there. Sometimes Michael co hosts a show. Sometimes
- 14:17Speaker 2: he's just behind the scenes, but he's always around, and
- 14:20Speaker 2: the show is all about drinking alex Everyone knows Alexander
- 14:24Speaker 2: loves to drink.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Everyone knows it.
- 14:26Speaker 2: Everybody knows that, and he has some fun while he's drinking.
- 14:30Speaker 2: He has some fun while he's drinking. So after the show,
- 14:32Speaker 2: Michael invites alex overdue his place for drinks after they
- 14:37Speaker 2: get done recording. This is something they do occasionally, and
- 14:41Speaker 2: they both are very much into Broadways show tunes, Dan
- 14:46Speaker 2: and so sounds like something Michael puts on some chorus
- 14:53Speaker 2: line music, specifically the song I Can Do That. Apparently
- 14:57Speaker 2: that's a big dance number and alex says that song
- 15:01Speaker 2: is a challenge, by the way, like I can do that,
- 15:04Speaker 2: and I can do that. Michael says it was not
- 15:07Speaker 2: a challenge, but just listening to the song was not
- 15:09Speaker 2: a challenge. You're in my house, it's not a challenge anyway.
- 15:14Speaker 2: They're kind of like, you know, moving their arms together
- 15:17Speaker 2: as you do when you're listening to some.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Chorus line, doing a little this.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Alex then says, no, this is how you do a
- 15:25Speaker 2: little dance. Stands up. I'm so jealous of the stands
- 15:31Speaker 2: up and starts doing a full blown tap dance routine.
- 15:36Speaker 2: Jerry asks to see it, and luckily Alex always wears
- 15:42Speaker 2: tap shoes. So Alex Rodriguez comes out and dances does
- 15:50Speaker 2: so tap dance routine, and Michael's just over there being like,
- 15:53Speaker 2: this is so disrespectful.
- 15:55Speaker 3: This is just putt.
- 15:56Speaker 2: You're just spitting in my face right now. Blah blah blah.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Can't believe this is happening. Back to the actual case,
- 16:03Speaker 2: Michael says, he's dancing and he throws his arms out,
- 16:08Speaker 2: you know, as you do. Sometimes it hits my statue.
- 16:13Speaker 2: It's a little tiny statue of a rocket.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Uh.
- 16:16Speaker 2: He brought it. He brought it in a paper bag
- 16:20Speaker 2: and it is in shambles.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Why not like a.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Well, I think because it's you know, it would poke through.
- 16:28Speaker 2: It's like, you know, it's I don't think so. So
- 16:34Speaker 2: we do see a picture of it altogether though it
- 16:37Speaker 2: is uh yeah, man, it's a rocket. It's like a
- 16:41Speaker 2: glass not the worth of a rocket could be I
- 16:44Speaker 2: don't know, Alex says, looks like a cabbage patch doll
- 16:50Speaker 2: from a dumpster. Crowd loves that. Crowd's eating it though.
- 16:54Speaker 2: Michael says, this is important to me. I bought it
- 16:59Speaker 2: with my ex and we bought a lot of art together,
- 17:03Speaker 2: and one of the hardest parts of breaking up with
- 17:05Speaker 2: this person was that, you know, splitting out of all
- 17:09Speaker 2: up all the art was really tough. You know, we
- 17:11Speaker 2: bought this art together, and this specific piece was the
- 17:14Speaker 2: one that we fought over the most and I ended
- 17:16Speaker 2: up getting it.
- 17:17Speaker 3: So it's very important to me.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Alex says, well, first of all, he gave me the alcohol, duh. Two,
- 17:27Speaker 2: maybe don't have an art show just out and about
- 17:31Speaker 2: in your apartment. And three, if you're going to invite
- 17:34Speaker 2: people over, you assume the risk. You know what I'm
- 17:38Speaker 2: like when I have alcohol, You gave me the alcohol.
- 17:42Speaker 2: You you you accepted that risk by bringing me into
- 17:44Speaker 2: your apartment. You knew that the statue was out. You
- 17:47Speaker 2: gave me alcohol. You put on show tunes. Yes, exactly that.
- 17:52Speaker 2: You know exactly what you were doing when you gave
- 17:54Speaker 2: me alcohol. I danced to show tunes.
- 17:57Speaker 1: You know that. I think Jerry's gonna not give him
- 18:06Speaker 1: the money. I think that alex Is just gonna like
- 18:09Speaker 1: what he says, is gonna weigh a lot with Jerry
- 18:11Speaker 1: and go, this is ridiculous. But you were in your house,
- 18:13Speaker 1: you had an art show in the middle of your
- 18:15Speaker 1: living room, and you gave alcohol. I don't think you
- 18:17Speaker 1: can possibly hold people responsible at that point for decisions
- 18:21Speaker 1: that you helped set up.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Jerry says, you have to prove whether or not his
- 18:27Speaker 2: behavior was unreasonable or Negligentce you know what he's like
- 18:34Speaker 2: when he drinks. You put on the show tunes, you
- 18:38Speaker 2: gave him the alcohol. I don't think what he did
- 18:42Speaker 2: was unreasonable. In fact, he has a history of doing this.
- 18:46Speaker 1: No money for.
- 18:48Speaker 3: Michael.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Alex Rodriguez has to keep all of his money. And
- 18:52Speaker 2: it's called on the what's it called on the rocks?
- 18:56Speaker 2: With Alexander okay, well, at least they got a sh
- 19:00Speaker 2: shout out out of.
