- 0:47Speaker 3: about seven years, I think, and he has a lot
- 0:49Speaker 3: to offer and a ton of knowledge on insurance, and
- 0:52Speaker 3: I thought it'd be a good guest to bring on

- 0:56Speaker 2: Really really good.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Charles, welcome to the show. It's good to have you
- 1:01Speaker 1: along and last week it was interesting. It's interesting that
- 1:04Speaker 1: we're going to be talking about talking about this week's
- 1:07Speaker 1: topic about insurance and when it comes to insurance and
- 1:11Speaker 1: a house, I think there's a lot of confusion. Last
- 1:13Speaker 1: week we talked about on the program assessors, assessments, different
- 1:17Speaker 1: things as far as valuations for homes and very very
- 1:20Speaker 1: good information. And this is going to be another one
- 1:22Speaker 1: of those programs where there's just going to be a
- 1:24Speaker 1: lot of really interesting and important information. And Charles, before
- 1:27Speaker 1: we get rolling on this week's topic, real quick, a
- 1:30Speaker 1: little bit about your background. You are the owner of
- 1:33Speaker 1: Evolve Insurance Solutions. Veteran, let's talk a little bit about
- 1:36Speaker 1: about your agency and how you help people in general.
- 1:41Speaker 4: Absolutely, Sean, So, yeah, my name is Charles Bush. I'm
- 1:43Speaker 4: the owner of Evolve Insurtance Solutions. We're an independent agency
- 1:47Speaker 4: with locations in Stoughton and James ol, Wisconsin. As you mentioned,
- 1:51Speaker 4: we're one hundred percent veteran owned and our door is

- 1:58Speaker 4: personalized companies that we shop through and forty five commercial
- 2:02Speaker 4: lines to basically find the best coverage for the price
- 2:05Speaker 4: for all our customers.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Is that a little bit like a broker kind of
- 2:08Speaker 2: kind of role?
- 2:08Speaker 3: Is that?
- 2:09Speaker 4: Is that? Yeah, we're pretty much a broker, you know.
- 2:11Speaker 4: We we worked for the customer and not for the
- 2:14Speaker 4: insurance company. So we have no problem with you know,
- 2:17Speaker 4: keeping an eye on your policy and just making sure
- 2:20Speaker 4: that you know you're you're getting a good, good price
- 2:24Speaker 4: for your coverage.
- 2:25Speaker 2: And Charles, we'll mention the website again during this during
- 2:27Speaker 2: the program, but real quick for folks that want to
- 2:29Speaker 2: learn more, where's a good place? Uh? At the website?
- 2:31Speaker 2: Where is where can people find you?
- 2:33Speaker 4: Absolutely? So you can visit us online and it's www
- 2:38Speaker 4: dot e I s w I dot com And that's
- 2:42Speaker 4: e AS an Evolved as an Insurance s as in
- 2:45Speaker 4: Solutions and w I as in Wisconsin. So e I
- 2:48Speaker 4: s w I dot com.
- 2:50Speaker 1: So what, Charles, what got before we get into some
- 2:52Speaker 1: of the different differentiations and kind of the understanding insurance
- 2:55Speaker 1: for you personally? What what kind of led you down
- 2:57Speaker 1: this path? How did you get involved in working with
- 2:59Speaker 1: folks when it comes to insurance.
- 3:02Speaker 4: So I've always been kind of drawn to helping folks
- 3:06Speaker 4: out and I like to talk, so naturally this was
- 3:10Speaker 4: an area where I could use both those skill sets
- 3:14Speaker 4: and really maximize my interaction with folks, and I do.
- 3:17Speaker 4: I mean, that's the thing I really love is helping folks,
- 3:21Speaker 4: you know, help you know, maybe even uncovering things that
- 3:25Speaker 4: they didn't know they were missing, and even sometimes improving
- 3:29Speaker 4: their coverags and saving them money.
- 3:30Speaker 2: So that's just fantastic.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Talking this morning with Charles Bushy is with Evolve Insurance Solutions.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Of course, this is ask the experts with Rock Realty.
- 3:37Speaker 1: You can learn more about Rockrealty online their website Rock
- 3:40Speaker 1: Wisconsin dot com delph number six so eight six seven
- 3:43Speaker 1: three fifty four hundred, that's six seven fifty four hundred.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Matt heypmen along with us as well from Rockrealty. He'll
- 3:48Speaker 1: be chiming in on some questions as well, and of
- 3:51Speaker 1: course the other website for for Evolve Insurance Solution EI
- 3:56Speaker 1: S with WI dot com. That's EI S Wi.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Charles.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Let's talk about where we are and where things stand
- 4:03Speaker 1: when it comes to the insurance market. Obviously, anytime you
- 4:07Speaker 1: hear the term market things, there's a marketplace. There's a
- 4:10Speaker 1: variety of different options, but there's also always changes. Things
- 4:14Speaker 1: tend to evolve and where the kind of things stand
- 4:16Speaker 1: right now when it comes to that insurance market.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Absolutely so.
- 4:20Speaker 4: One of the biggest things we're doing right now is
- 4:22Speaker 4: we are in a hard insurance market. Now. We haven't
- 4:25Speaker 4: had a hard insurance market since the nineteen eighties. So
- 4:28Speaker 4: for many folks, this is something new, and for many
- 4:31Speaker 4: agents it says something new. Some agents are even calling
- 4:35Speaker 4: this a titanium market due to how hard it is.
- 4:39Speaker 4: What that means is keep an eye out for premium increases.
- 4:42Speaker 4: It's not unheard of to see a twenty to thirty
- 4:45Speaker 4: percent increase on your home in auto. Right now, you're
- 4:48Speaker 4: seeing a lot of companies maybe change their coverages to
- 4:52Speaker 4: limit their exposure. Some are putting one percent when heale
- 4:55Speaker 4: deductibles in I've seen up to five percent when heil deductibles.
- 5:00Speaker 4: Folks didn't even know about this. Particular folk had a
- 5:03Speaker 4: twenty five thousand dollars deductible for wind and hail. So
- 5:07Speaker 4: you know, those are some of the things that I
- 5:08Speaker 4: just want people to look out for. Another thing is
- 5:12Speaker 4: you do have a lot of insurance companies that are
- 5:14Speaker 4: struggling and some that are even you know, going out
- 5:17Speaker 4: of business. So you see, folks, you see insurance companies
- 5:21Speaker 4: pulling from markets, maybe pulling from specific products which are
- 5:25Speaker 4: then creates a void and then drives up prices because
- 5:30Speaker 4: other folks have to take them on and underwrite the risk. So,
- 5:34Speaker 4: I mean, this is all cause from the inflation that
- 5:37Speaker 4: we've kind of had. The cost of construction has gone
- 5:39Speaker 4: through the roof, and I think you and I have
- 5:41Speaker 4: seen all the storms that have gone through. It's been
- 5:43Speaker 4: there's been some pretty catastrophic weather patterns that we've been
- 5:47Speaker 4: dealing with.
- 5:48Speaker 1: You know, it's interesting what you mentioned pulling out of markets,
- 5:50Speaker 1: and I've heard in our some of our news reporting
- 5:53Speaker 1: over this past year, so pulling some insurance companies pulling
- 5:56Speaker 1: out of entire states because things have gotten gotten so
- 5:59Speaker 1: difficult and so complex. As we talk about kind of
- 6:03Speaker 1: how difficult this market can be. In this hard insurance market,
- 6:07Speaker 1: having somebody working with somebody like you, Charles, it's able
- 6:09Speaker 1: to help compare and understand that stuff. I mean, it's
- 6:13Speaker 1: insurance is a great thing until you need it and
- 6:16Speaker 1: then discover it's either you've got a super high deductible
- 6:19Speaker 1: and those.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Type of things.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Having somebody upfront that can say these are your options,
- 6:24Speaker 1: these are the costs, these are deductibles and things to
- 6:28Speaker 1: be aware of. Got to be a great benefit for
- 6:30Speaker 1: folks that work with you to kind of be able
- 6:31Speaker 1: to compare these different options and different opportunities and have
- 6:35Speaker 1: somebody like you with a knowledge to say this is
- 6:37Speaker 1: probably for you, what's going to be the best fit? Oh?
- 6:41Speaker 2: Correct?
- 6:42Speaker 4: And we are one hundred percent for the customer. So
- 6:45Speaker 4: majority of the time, I say ninety percent of the
- 6:47Speaker 4: time we are able to help folks out improve their coverage,
- 6:50Speaker 4: give them a fantastic gread. There are some times where
- 6:53Speaker 4: I'll come back and say, hey, this actually isn't that bad,
- 6:57Speaker 4: and you might want to make this tweak to it.
- 6:59Speaker 4: So we're we're definitely not just going to be selling
- 7:01Speaker 4: the customer something. We're going to be reviewing it with them,
- 7:04Speaker 4: making sure it's a good fit. And you know, the
- 7:06Speaker 4: most important thing is we have several options. We have
- 7:09Speaker 4: some companies ourselves that we are not very thrilled with
- 7:13Speaker 4: the increases that they're taking, so we're remarketing we're moving
- 7:16Speaker 4: them to more competitive companies. Now, if you're stuck with
- 7:19Speaker 4: a captive agency such as an ant BAM or state farm,
- 7:23Speaker 4: there's really no options to do that to move you
- 7:26Speaker 4: to maybe a more competitive company, and we are seeing
- 7:29Speaker 4: that there's definitely some companies that are better positioned to
- 7:33Speaker 4: be more competitive right now versus some like you alluded
- 7:37Speaker 4: to that are pulling out of states, that are pulling
- 7:40Speaker 4: out of products and are just not very competitive right now.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Talking this morning with Charles Bushy is with Evolved Insurance Solutions,
- 7:46Speaker 1: the website eiswi dot com. This is, of course ask
- 7:51Speaker 1: the experts with Rockrealty. Matt Heytman along with us as
- 7:54Speaker 1: well Don't freak can learn more about Rock Realty on
- 7:56Speaker 1: their website Rockwisconsin dot com. That's OROC Wisconsin dot com.
- 8:01Speaker 1: They're telephone number six, so eight six seven three fifty
- 8:04Speaker 1: four hundred. That's six seven three fifty four hundred and Charles,
- 8:08Speaker 1: as we kind of break down some of these different
- 8:11Speaker 1: types of coverages in some of the different areas as
- 8:14Speaker 1: we talk with with Matt each week, you know, buying
- 8:16Speaker 1: a home isn't something you typically do. You know, you
- 8:20Speaker 1: may do it a couple of times in a lifetime,
- 8:22Speaker 1: so when you when you go back to do it,
- 8:23Speaker 1: there's a lot of learning. I think sometimes the mistake
- 8:27Speaker 1: people make with insurance is they set it and forget
- 8:30Speaker 1: it and that can be quite costly. Or is that
- 8:33Speaker 1: something Charles that at Evolve Insurance Solutions, you guys are
- 8:36Speaker 1: working with people to kind of whether it's coming up
- 8:39Speaker 1: for renewals or or kind of approaching things saying, hey,
- 8:42Speaker 1: maybe we want to reanalyze this, maybe company B is
- 8:45Speaker 1: better than the current company or with I mean, are
- 8:46Speaker 1: you actively managing stuff for folks like that?
- 8:50Speaker 4: That is correct, So we do have an active renewal
- 8:52Speaker 4: process that we go through. We reach out to our
- 8:55Speaker 4: our customers. The biggest thing is we're Evolve Insurance Solution,
- 8:59Speaker 4: so we want to evolve grow and we want to
- 9:01Speaker 4: make sure we're protecting all of our clients' needs and
- 9:04Speaker 4: those change, Let's be honest, those change over time. Unfortunately,
- 9:08Speaker 4: we have run into situations where folks have that are
- 9:10Speaker 4: dwelling living on their home and we look at it
- 9:13Speaker 4: and it can be forty to fifty sometimes one hundred
- 9:16Speaker 4: percent under insured, which you know you find out unfortunately
- 9:20Speaker 4: sometimes when you got to file that claim. So we
- 9:23Speaker 4: are fixing a lot of that. We're running the situations
- 9:25Speaker 4: where maybe they don't have it covered periods such as
- 9:28Speaker 4: pools for other structures, boat houses, peers all sorts of
- 9:33Speaker 4: things that people just you know, the agent maybe forgot
- 9:36Speaker 4: to ask about, or maybe it was things that were
- 9:38Speaker 4: acquired down the road. So you know, at minimum, we
- 9:41Speaker 4: like to check in a few times a year just
- 9:43Speaker 4: to make sure our clients are being taken care of,
- 9:46Speaker 4: and we automatically right now used to be ten percent,
- 9:49Speaker 4: but due to the hard insurance market, anything above twenty
- 9:52Speaker 4: percent are our back office is automatically quoting and comparing
- 9:56Speaker 4: rates to make sure that our customers are still in
- 9:58Speaker 4: the best product.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Talking this morning with Charles Bush, he is a veteran
- 10:01Speaker 1: owner with Evolved Insurance Solutions, mentioned their website e I
- 10:05Speaker 1: s w I dot com. That's e I s w
- 10:09Speaker 1: I dot com. You mentioned earlier, Charles, you mentioned, of course,
- 10:13Speaker 1: we've had storms roll through here. I lived down in Edgerton.
- 10:16Speaker 1: We've had like, you know, three tornadoes and one of
- 10:19Speaker 1: them was was less than a mile from my house.
- 10:21Speaker 1: It's I mean, it's and and thank goodness, knock on wood.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Nothing has been horrible, but if you know, I saw
- 10:27Speaker 1: houses lose some siding, some outbuildings go down. We've had
- 10:32Speaker 1: had those type of things. And then folks, you know,
- 10:34Speaker 1: piece I mentioned the siding parts of roof working with
- 10:37Speaker 1: somebody when it comes to things like undamaged siding and roofing,
- 10:40Speaker 1: what are what are some of the things that folks
- 10:42Speaker 1: need to be.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Aware of there?
- 10:43Speaker 1: And how do you as a as an insurance a
- 10:45Speaker 1: guy with evolved insurance solutions, as the owner there, how
- 10:49Speaker 1: do you guys get involved in that type of situation?
- 10:52Speaker 3: Sure?
- 10:52Speaker 4: So in Wisconsin, the two big things we have is
- 10:55Speaker 4: wind in hell. As you've experienced, we've had tornadoes going through.
- 11:00Speaker 4: It's been unreal the amount. I think one day we
- 11:02Speaker 4: head up to eleven tornadoes. So this is something I
- 11:07Speaker 4: do stress with my clients. There's always coverage for the
- 11:10Speaker 4: damaged part of the roof or the siding, there is
- 11:13Speaker 4: not always coverage for the undamaged siding. So if you
- 11:17Speaker 4: think about it, if something happens as storm comes in,
- 11:19Speaker 4: there is a potential that half the roof gets hit
- 11:22Speaker 4: or one side of the home gets hit, but the
- 11:24Speaker 4: other sides are fine. In the situation like that, if
- 11:28Speaker 4: you didn't have what's called a roof matching endorsement or
- 11:32Speaker 4: undamaged siding and roofing restoration coverage, you wouldn't be able
- 11:36Speaker 4: to replace that undamaged side, and you could have situations
- 11:40Speaker 4: where maybe there are different products on the roof, two
- 11:43Speaker 4: different products, maybe two different colors, even if they don't match.
- 11:47Speaker 4: So definitely important. That's the first thing. When typically there's
- 11:51Speaker 4: a claim, your claims adjuster is going to look, hey,
- 11:54Speaker 4: do you have this coverage? And a lot of times
- 11:56Speaker 4: when you have it, there's a cyber leak because it
- 11:58Speaker 4: makes their job a lot easier.
- 12:00Speaker 3: And that's something I've noticed too, is like the longer
- 12:03Speaker 3: sighting is on a house, the more it fades. So
- 12:05Speaker 3: even if you get the same color sighting, it still
- 12:07Speaker 3: may not match.
- 12:08Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Right, And Matt, when you go to list one of
- 12:12Speaker 1: those you want it all to match, don't you.
- 12:14Speaker 3: Well, or you just don't take pictures of that side house?
- 12:17Speaker 2: Right there you go.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Talking this morning with Matt Heypmen of Rock Realty their
- 12:23Speaker 1: website Rock Wisconsin dot com. And Charles Bush with Evolve
- 12:27Speaker 1: Insurance Solutions their website EI SWI dot com. That's eis
- 12:32Speaker 1: Wi dot com. We'll talk a little bit more about
- 12:35Speaker 1: Charles's role and of course Evolution Evolve Insurance Solutions and
- 12:40Speaker 1: what they are able to do for you. We'll talk
- 12:41Speaker 1: about some of the equipment, some of the mechanicals and
- 12:44Speaker 1: other things around your house. Also things like service lines
- 12:47Speaker 1: and es, excavation that's an easy, easier one for me
- 12:50Speaker 1: to say, and other things. With the details from Charles,
- 12:52Speaker 1: we will do that all next as Ask the Experts
- 12:55Speaker 1: with Rock Realty continues right here on thirteen to.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Ten WI B A k w U I B A
- 13:15Speaker 2: and asks the experts.
- 13:16Speaker 1: Hanging out this morning with Matt Hetman and Charles Bush. Matt,
- 13:19Speaker 1: of course, comes to us from Rock Realty. Charles comes
- 13:22Speaker 1: to us from Evolve Insurance Solutions Rock Realty. Their website
- 13:26Speaker 1: Rock Wisconsin dot com. That's r O C K Wisconsin
- 13:29Speaker 1: dot com. They're telephone number six O eight six seven
- 13:32Speaker 1: three fifty four hundred. That's six seven three fifty four hundred.
- 13:35Speaker 1: You can learn more about Evolve Insurance Solutions their website
- 13:39Speaker 1: e I s WI dot com. That's e I s
- 13:43Speaker 1: WI dot com. And Charles, we've left that last segment
- 13:45Speaker 1: of I'm talking about things like roofs are siding and
- 13:48Speaker 1: understanding that that you know, you really want to make
- 13:51Speaker 1: sure that that it's matches and UH and some of
- 13:53Speaker 1: the some of the stuff that goes into consideration there.
- 13:55Speaker 1: What about things kind of on the inside of your house.
- 13:58Speaker 1: You know, I know actually with younger people high end appliances,
- 14:02Speaker 1: or older folks that those of us that maybe are
- 14:04Speaker 1: big time into baking or something have got that really
- 14:06Speaker 1: really beautiful, pricey range that we used to bake in
- 14:12Speaker 1: or something like that. Are there coverages for those type
- 14:15Speaker 1: of things.
- 14:17Speaker 4: Yeah. So one coverage that's become very popular popular is
- 14:22Speaker 4: called Equipment Breakdown or with some companies it's called Home
- 14:25Speaker 4: Systems Protection. Now, this is a newer coverage i'd say
- 14:29Speaker 4: in the last five to seven years that it's been
- 14:31Speaker 4: rolled out and then nice thing about it a lot, well,
- 14:34Speaker 4: the industry's picking it up, a lot of companies are
- 14:37Speaker 4: starting to offer it, and it is a really cool coverage.
- 14:41Speaker 4: So what it does is it covers mechanical and electrical
- 14:44Speaker 4: breakdown sudden and accidental to all your mechanicals and then
- 14:48Speaker 4: all your appliances. And as you kind of alluded to,
- 14:51Speaker 4: there are some appliances out there that are very expensive.
- 14:54Speaker 4: If you buy any Viking, any Wolf, those kind of items,
- 14:59Speaker 4: a couple those go out or even one of those
- 15:01Speaker 4: goes out, and you could be out several thousands of dollars.
- 15:04Speaker 4: So as long as it's not due to wear and tear.
- 15:08Speaker 4: This endorsement will actually pay to replace it, and if
- 15:11Speaker 4: they or I'm sorry, pay to fix it, and if
- 15:14Speaker 4: they cannot fix it, then they'll replace it. So I've
- 15:16Speaker 4: seen furnaces replaced, I've seen you know, high end appliances replaced.
- 15:23Speaker 4: Definitely worth the money, typically forty fifty dollars maybe on
- 15:26Speaker 4: an endorsement like this, and it can cover anywhere from
- 15:30Speaker 4: fifty to one hundred thousand dollars of those types of items.
- 15:33Speaker 4: One thing I want to note too is you know
- 15:35Speaker 4: there's coverage for lightning strikes, but what happens if there's
- 15:38Speaker 4: just an artificially generated current due to maybe the heat
- 15:42Speaker 4: or a subpanel surging or substation surging. That's typically not
- 15:47Speaker 4: covered unless you have this endorsement. And I've run into
- 15:50Speaker 4: that where one of those surges then fried all the
- 15:53Speaker 4: appliances in a home and they didn't have any coverage
- 15:56Speaker 4: for it. I've got to so definitely an important coverage
- 15:58Speaker 4: to have.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Weird question for Charles, what if you have an EV
- 16:01Speaker 2: plugged in? Is there coverage for that or would that
- 16:03Speaker 2: be your car insurance that would cover something?
- 16:05Speaker 4: So yeah, right, the EV itself is going to be
- 16:08Speaker 4: covered on your car insurance most likely. But you know,
- 16:12Speaker 4: let's say it fries the charger, Well, there's a good
- 16:15Speaker 4: chance that there would be coverage to repair or replace
- 16:19Speaker 4: that charger for the ev But you're correct. I mean,
- 16:22Speaker 4: there's so many things nowadays. We have smart home devices,
- 16:25Speaker 4: we have cameras. You know, if you be a pool,
- 16:28Speaker 4: you have you know, a pump for the pool. So
- 16:31Speaker 4: very important to make sure like if something like this
- 16:33Speaker 4: does happen that you would have coverage or at least
- 16:37Speaker 4: you know your exposure.
- 16:40Speaker 1: That's and that's and it's interesting Charles as well as
- 16:42Speaker 1: we kind of break down some of these different coverages
- 16:44Speaker 1: that folks may not have thought about. And I think
- 16:46Speaker 1: one of the important things is when folks get a
- 16:49Speaker 1: chance to talk with you, and of course you can
- 16:51Speaker 1: learn more online EI s WI dot com. That's EI
- 16:55Speaker 1: SWI dot com called the office eight six or eight
- 16:59Speaker 1: eight six ninety five seven, that's eight eight six ninety
- 17:03Speaker 1: five oh seven for Evolve Insurance Solutions.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Charles.
- 17:07Speaker 1: One of the great things is having somebody to talk
- 17:09Speaker 1: about these things with. Is everybody's a little bit different,
- 17:12Speaker 1: everybody's homes a little bit different. Some of their you know,
- 17:15Speaker 1: going back to some of these high end appliances. Some
- 17:17Speaker 1: folks really and that's that's kind of their big their
- 17:20Speaker 1: big investment is they want top end everything, and that
- 17:23Speaker 1: can get quite having somebody those can be quite pricey,
- 17:26Speaker 1: having somebody you can talk to and say, hey, you
- 17:28Speaker 1: want may want to look into the coverage for these
- 17:30Speaker 1: type of things. Or as I mentioned, folks, you got
- 17:31Speaker 1: an ev what does that mean? Well, it's important to
- 17:33Speaker 1: know some of the nuances. What about as we were say,
- 17:37Speaker 1: down down in my neck of the woods, I don't
- 17:40Speaker 1: know if they've been doing some type of installation with
- 17:42Speaker 1: the with the cable and internet, but there've been a
- 17:44Speaker 1: number of days where stuff just hasn't worked. And you say, well,
- 17:47Speaker 1: that's one thing, but what if somebody were to hit
- 17:49Speaker 1: like a like a service line or something like that
- 17:52Speaker 1: having some work done. Is there coverage for that that
- 17:55Speaker 1: type of issue?
- 17:57Speaker 4: Right, So with service lines it and obviously it's going
- 18:00Speaker 4: to boil down to who's at fault, you know, so
- 18:03Speaker 4: if it was a contractor that caused that, they would
- 18:06Speaker 4: be on the hook for that. But like let's just
- 18:08Speaker 4: say you had an old water pipe coming in and
- 18:11Speaker 4: that just bursts you know, some of these pipes are
- 18:14Speaker 4: could be one hundred years old. It is the property
- 18:18Speaker 4: owner's responsibility that pipe coming in. And unfortunately, if you
- 18:23Speaker 4: don't have underground service line protection, none of your underground
- 18:27Speaker 4: service lines are covered. So what this endorsement essentially does
- 18:31Speaker 4: is it would pay to excavate, dig up that line,
- 18:35Speaker 4: replace the line, and then backfell. Now it sounds kind
- 18:40Speaker 4: of simple, but it can be very costly to go
- 18:43Speaker 4: through something like this, you know, typically anywhere from eight
- 18:46Speaker 4: to ten thousand dollars. So definitely recommend having it if
- 18:50Speaker 4: you've got an older home and you may have lead pipes,
- 18:53Speaker 4: and this is something that you might have a little
- 18:56Speaker 4: bit more exposure than maybe some of the new homes
- 18:59Speaker 4: that have newer service lines coming in. So definitely, you know,
- 19:03Speaker 4: if it's of a concern to you, look into it,
- 19:07Speaker 4: because again it can happen on a new home, but
- 19:10Speaker 4: what I've seen is old homes definitely are a little
- 19:12Speaker 4: bit more subsectful to this than the newer ones.
- 19:15Speaker 1: Really important stuff to know about, and of course start
- 19:17Speaker 1: that conversation with Charles, I got to just head on
- 19:20Speaker 1: over the website eis wi dot com. That's eis Wi
- 19:24Speaker 1: dot com and also pick up phone call the office
- 19:26Speaker 1: eight eight six ninety five oh seven. That's eight eight
- 19:29Speaker 1: six nine five zero seven. This is ask the experts
- 19:32Speaker 1: with Rock Realty and Matt real quick. Let's talk in
- 19:35Speaker 1: a moment. We're gonna get to get a really cool
- 19:37Speaker 1: opportunity for folks that mentioned they heard the program. But
- 19:40Speaker 1: before we get to that, Matt, let's talk a little
- 19:42Speaker 1: bit about your role and how you and Charles work together,
- 19:44Speaker 1: and really how you help folks that you work with
- 19:47Speaker 1: work with Charles and and kind of introduce them to
- 19:50Speaker 1: each other.
- 19:51Speaker 3: Yeah. Absolutely. You know at Rock Reels, who are always
- 19:54Speaker 3: trying to find the best partners in the business, whether
- 19:56Speaker 3: that's insurance, title lending and Evolve Insurance Solution, has just
- 20:02Speaker 3: been an awesome partner. We just we get we can
- 20:05Speaker 3: have just complete confidence knowing, hey, if we send it
- 20:07Speaker 3: over Charles, he's going to either get them a better deal,
- 20:09Speaker 3: better coverage at a better price, or he's going to
- 20:12Speaker 3: tell them to stick with who they are. You know
- 20:14Speaker 3: who they're with, and it's it's just it's very nice
- 20:17Speaker 3: to be able to have that trust, you know they
- 20:21Speaker 3: It's also a nice partnership when you can like use
- 20:24Speaker 3: his mechanical you know waivers that we just talked about,
- 20:28Speaker 3: and like partner that up, let's say with a home warranty,
- 20:31Speaker 3: right or maybe just have the writer alone. And just
- 20:34Speaker 3: having that option for people has been really nice. So yeah,
- 20:37Speaker 3: one and one of the things that he's always been
- 20:40Speaker 3: able to offer our Rock Realty clients is he'll go
- 20:44Speaker 3: ahead and give give them a gift for quote. All
- 20:46Speaker 3: they have to do is get a quote for insurance
- 20:48Speaker 3: and he'll send them a gift card. And my understanding
- 20:51Speaker 3: is he's about to offer that to the people listening too,
- 20:54Speaker 3: So put you in a box there, Charles, But maybe
- 20:57Speaker 3: you can talk more on that.
- 20:59Speaker 4: Yeahly So would love to anybody listening if they do
- 21:04Speaker 4: want to participate, we will do a twenty five dollars
- 21:07Speaker 4: gift for quote, no obligation. So and I mean that
- 21:11Speaker 4: worst case scenario, you're gonna get a twenty five dollars
- 21:13Speaker 4: gift card. Best case scenario, you're gonna get a twenty
- 21:16Speaker 4: five dollars gift card and hopefully improve your coverage and
- 21:19Speaker 4: save you a little money as well.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Fantastic. All I gotta do is mention you heard today's
- 21:23Speaker 1: radio program. When you when you call Evolve Insurance Solutions again.
