- 1:00SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: I am really excited for today's guest.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: So today's guest, Dr.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: Wordsmith, he has been in my life for probably about 25 years.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: I met him when I was about 14, 15 years old.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: And I actually knew his brother before that because we all went to school together.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: So I think he's about four years older than me.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: So we were kind of far apart in school.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: But his brother and I went to school together and we grew up in the same town.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: And when we were in college, we connected because we both got really into healing and spirituality.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: And that was when I first discovered breath work.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: And he was doing a bunch of Chinese healing arts and taekwondo and all of these things and massage.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: And we just connected over our spiritual journeys.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: And we have kind of been supporting each other on our spiritual journeys ever since.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: And this was, I think, uh the year 2000 that we started doing this.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: So we have been friends, and I know we were definitely had some past lives together.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: We just have always been super close.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: And he is a profound healer and energy worker.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: And he's actually the one who taught me how to do energy work originally.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: And then I, you know, kind of started to channel my own energy work.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: But he was the first one who introduced me to energy work and showed me how to do it.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: And he is an incredibly, incredibly powerful healer, among other things.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: So I'm really excited for everyone to be introduced to Dr.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: Ward Smith.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: Go follow him on Instagram, connect with him, have a session with him.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: You will be really glad that you did.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: So also another quick announcement.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: I am offering a discount for podcast listeners only on my Ascension Toolkit.
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: So one of the really profound and unique things about my work is the tools that I create for you to use in the off time, right?
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: When you are not working with me, I give you tools like breath work, like meditation, journaling, and energy work for you to do on your own in between sessions.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: And I believe this is part of the reason why my clients get such profound results in such a short amount of time, is because of these tools.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: So the Ascension Toolkit is basically your teaser, a little taster for you for being able to use the tools that I create.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: So in the Ascension Toolkit, there is four breathwork sessions, three meditations, and three sets of journaling.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: And it's all around like the major topics that we all come up against: money, relationships, fear, and intuition.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: So these tools are incredibly powerful.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: All of my clients have access to them and use them, which again is why they get such rapid results.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: So if you would like to purchase the Ascension Toolkit, I'm offering 40% off, which is really good.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: So the original price is$97 and you get 40% off of that.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: You just use the code energy at checkout to receive that discount.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: And that is available right now for podcast listeners only.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: So definitely grab that if you haven't already, because you will love it and you will definitely experience some profound shifts from the Ascension Toolkit.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: And we will link the link below on my website to grab that.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: So I know you guys are gonna love this episode.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: Enjoy the show.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone, welcome back to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: I am so excited today because I have, I don't even know how to describe him.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: He's like my best friend slash brother slash spiritual partner slash, I think we've spent many lifetimes together.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: So today I have on the show Dr.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: Word Smith, and he is a 20-year veteran practitioner of Chinese medicine, energy work, body work, herbs, and so much more.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: There's so many things about him that we probably won't even get to all of it today.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: But um, after countless hours of meditation and helping others one-on-one, he developed a streamlined method to profoundly change lives quickly and efficiently.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: And he has synthesized his knowledge and practices from Taoist, Buddhist, Indian yogic, and Western philosophical studies to bring a body of knowledge that not only brings understanding, but also forms a theoretical backbone of the practice to help manifest the things that you want.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: And I can attest that this shit works.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: So welcome to the show, Dr.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: Word Smith.
- 6:03SPEAKER_02: Hi.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: Thank you for being here.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: I'm really, really, really excited.
- 6:09SPEAKER_02: So glad to be on.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: So just to give everyone a little bit of a background, I met Word, who I call Ed, because I met him when I was 15 years old at a party in Ben Salem where we grew up.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: And I actually knew his brother before that because his brother was a grade older than me in school.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: And we all went to school together.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: We went to high school together.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: And um, I've known him since I was a teenager.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: And then we both went to college together.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: Well, he was a little older than me, but we went to college together and we both got interested in spirituality and personal growth around the same time in like 2000, 2001.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: And we connected over that.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: And we've just since then we've just been like partners in um supporting each other on our spiritual and personal growth path.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna get emotional.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: And like I seriously don't know what I would do without you.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: So yeah, so that's kind of where we're coming from.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: And he is the one who basically taught me how to do energy work and taught me the basics of energy work.
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: And now I channel my own energy work, and this is where I learned it.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: So I just want to start, maybe if you can just share a little bit of your story and your background and how you got from like being born in Ben Salem and graduating Ben Salem High School to where you are today.
- 7:38SPEAKER_02: Thank you for that introduction, Elise.
- 7:40SPEAKER_02: Wow, well, it's a crazy story.
- 7:42SPEAKER_02: I mean, I'm in my 40s now and I've been practicing for 20 years, and it has been a very lively 20 years.
- 7:49SPEAKER_02: I've had an amazing life overall, and uh yeah, a lot of my early life was spent in Ben Salem, Pennsylvania, which is a relatively small town close to Philadelphia.
- 7:59SPEAKER_02: It's a suburb.
- 8:01SPEAKER_02: And uh I grew up in a place, the same neighborhood, actually, is at least, and it has a lot of woods.
- 8:06SPEAKER_02: And I was super intrigued with those woods from when I was super young, like five.
- 8:11SPEAKER_02: I wanted to know everything about them, and I basically just grew up exploring them and I started to have experiences adjacent to those woods and in the areas close by that I were unexplained, and they were the kind of thing that no one else was talking about.
- 8:25SPEAKER_02: So I didn't really tell anyone, and anytime I did tell people about them, they would kind of look at me weird and I would just like quickly realize that like they either had no idea what I was talking about or I was gonna sound crazy if I told them anymore.
- 8:38SPEAKER_02: So I don't know, since I was about five, I started to have experiences.
- 8:41SPEAKER_02: I guess you would describe them now as like psychic experiences or yogic kind of experiences, and um, I still don't talk about them much because I I do my best to like keep them powerful in my own mind.
- 8:53SPEAKER_02: But age five, I just started to realize, become conscious of myself and the world and to start questioning reality in certain ways.
- 9:02SPEAKER_02: And then around 12, I've had to start having like kind of more paranormal experiences, which a lot of which is outside of what our society believes is even possible overall.
- 9:12SPEAKER_02: So again, I don't go there except with people like Elise or people who are ready for that, because I notice that if I talk about stuff a lot that um people aren't ready to hear or they doubt, or they're you know skeptical of, it actually takes the power away from those experiences in a way and it kind of cheapens them.
- 9:31SPEAKER_02: But um, I want to share with the audience as best I can because I think people tuning in are going to get a lot out of this.
- 9:38SPEAKER_02: The big turning point was around 16.
- 9:41SPEAKER_02: I started to see like uh energies, like entities, like little beings at this place called uh Groden Mansion, yeah, which is not far from where Elise grew up, like her house, very close.
- 9:54SPEAKER_02: And it was an old mansion from like the 17th century, from literally William Penn gave this land to this guy, John Groden, which became Pen Ben Salemartel.
- 10:04SPEAKER_02: Anyway, I started to see these little entities, and at first I thought they were like rabbits, like then I was like, those aren't rabbits, and I kind of was like, it was night, and I was like freaked out.
- 10:11SPEAKER_02: I was like, ah, and I just kind of like I just scurried home because I was, you know, young and and then I just started having experience after experience after experience after that, and then it just reached a point around when college ended where I was like, okay, that's it.
- 10:27SPEAKER_02: This stuff is real, it's amazing, it's cool.
- 10:30SPEAKER_02: You know, I grew up on comic books.
- 10:32SPEAKER_02: I'm like, this is what I always wanted.
- 10:34SPEAKER_02: Like this really cool life, and this have seeing cool stuff and like having like a some kind of I don't know, insight into reality that other people weren't having.
- 10:44SPEAKER_02: It was very exciting.
- 10:46SPEAKER_02: So I decided to become a yogi, packed up my whole life, and moved out west and just started to explore all these different experiences because I thought it was the coolest thing possible.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: Well, we're gonna get into more of that.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: So, okay, so you moved out west, and what happened then?
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: Like, did you start to like discover?
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: I mean, I know you did, but for the audience, what did you discover when you moved out west?
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: Why did you move out west?
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: Why did you think that that was the place to go?
- 11:16SPEAKER_02: Well, first, because a girl.
- 11:17SPEAKER_02: I mean, why why else?
- 11:19SPEAKER_02: Um, but it didn't work out with the girl.
- 11:22SPEAKER_02: I was actually originally gonna move to San Francisco.
- 11:25SPEAKER_02: Um, and then I decided to go on a like a three-week bus trip all over the United States.
- 11:30SPEAKER_02: I'd never been past like Ohio or something at that point.
- 11:35SPEAKER_02: Uh, I think that once I actually once before that, I did go to California and Las Vegas briefly.
- 11:40SPEAKER_02: But anyway, I decided to just travel to the United States because I was done college and it was time to just check things out.
- 11:46SPEAKER_02: And um, on my way through to get to San Francisco, I stopped in Tucson to visit a friend, Tucson, Arizona, and then when it didn't work out with the romance, I decided to move to Tucson.
- 11:57SPEAKER_02: So there I started to practice Tai Chi and Capoeira and do all this nutrition stuff.
- 12:03SPEAKER_02: I became a raw foodist and did a lot of fasting and start hanging out with all these kind of quote hippie types and uh like hardcore ecologist types.
- 12:13SPEAKER_02: Anyway, but even more important than any of that, I just started noticing my mind more than ever.
- 12:18SPEAKER_02: And I was like, why is my mind that way?
- 12:20SPEAKER_02: I noticed I was always having arguments in my head, and I was like, who am I arguing with?
- 12:24SPEAKER_02: What's going on?
- 12:26SPEAKER_02: Like, what is this?
- 12:27SPEAKER_02: Something is not okay.
- 12:29SPEAKER_02: And so I just started to explore my mind and the things that really I was really called to do, and decided I needed to cleanse and and just change my whole life.
- 12:41SPEAKER_02: I stopped drinking alcohol or doing anything else that I felt was toxic, and I just started doing all this kind of uh yoga as well, hot yoga and all these yogic practices and body work and more and more.
- 12:54SPEAKER_02: And uh yeah, everything started to shift, and I started to feel a lot of things.
- 13:00SPEAKER_02: And most of them weren't pleasant in the beginning, some were, and then the summer I moved back to Philadelphia because Philadelphia has amazing summers, and I found Elise was doing very similar things, and so then we started to trade ideas and trade um healing techniques and so on.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so that was when I had just discovered breath work.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: This was in like I guess it was the summer of 2001, right?
- 13:25SPEAKER_02: That you moved that was 2002 at that point.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: Okay, 2002, and you lived right down the street from me.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: Well, your brother lived right down the street from me, and then you like moved back in, and then you were always over at our apartment, and like the I remember the whole raw food thing because remember when you ordered those like huge boxes of cashews and figs?
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: Wait, was it figs?
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, figured.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you had like how many pounds of cashews were was it like five pounds or no, it was more, it was like 20 pounds.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: It was like 20 pounds of cashews that were just like six figs, yeah.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: Something like that.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: So anyway, that was always like a running joke in the apartment that I was living in was you and you stored like these 20-pound boxes of cashews there.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: And yeah, and it was a really awesome time, but I feel like the thing about you, and I I think one of the things that that sets you apart from other people is your ability to absorb information and retain it.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: Because you've studied so many different modalities, so many different healing things, and so many different things.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: Like I probably couldn't say them all.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: And you literally just like store all of the information, and then you've taken all of that and basically like synthesized it into your own energy work that you do today.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: So, can you like talk a little bit more about that and how you have come to not only create the energy work, but also the results that it has on like that it's had on you and other people and like how you came up with this?
- 15:08SPEAKER_02: Let's sweat in tears.
- 15:10SPEAKER_02: Uh a lot of tears.
- 15:15SPEAKER_02: Uh I mean it's indicative, it takes a lot of energy and a lot of like what I guess.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: Sorry, I don't mean to interrupt you, but I just want to also add, like, what really propelled you towards this?
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: You know, like what was the driving factor for you in all of this?
- 15:32SPEAKER_02: To be honest, if people if the audience believes in past lives, it's probably that, but I can't really say for that, to be sure.
- 15:39SPEAKER_02: I'll tell you this after I graduated college, I after like my whole life, you know, like basically 17 years of school, I was done.
- 15:46SPEAKER_02: I was like done with people telling me what I should do next.
- 15:49SPEAKER_02: Like people were like, you should get your master's and blah blah blah.
- 15:52SPEAKER_02: Then I'm like, stop, I'm not gonna listen to you.
- 15:55SPEAKER_02: I'm I'm done.
- 15:55SPEAKER_02: I listened to you this much.
- 15:57SPEAKER_02: It's brought me a modicum of happiness, but really it's it hasn't been what I wanted to do.
- 16:02SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna do my next step, it's gonna be whatever I want.
- 16:05SPEAKER_02: And I didn't know what that was.
- 16:06SPEAKER_02: And in my mind, I just did thought experiments.
- 16:09SPEAKER_02: I was just like, Well, what if I become a lawyer?
- 16:11SPEAKER_02: And I was like, Okay, I'll become a lawyer, and then uh I'll make some money and then I get married, and then I'll die.
- 16:17SPEAKER_02: I was like, okay, well, but what if I become a stockbroker?
- 16:21SPEAKER_02: I was like, okay, I'll be a stockbroker, okay, I'll get some money, get married, kiss, and then die.
- 16:26SPEAKER_02: And every every scenario ended the same.
- 16:30SPEAKER_02: And I was like, wait a second, there's something there, and like, in a sense, everyone knows that we're gonna die.
- 16:37SPEAKER_02: But in another sense, I feel like most people, at least the ones I've met, act like that's not a real thing or it's not gonna happen to them.
- 16:44SPEAKER_02: And I knew, and something in my heart just told me there's an answer, even for that.
- 16:49SPEAKER_02: And I was like, but every external scenario I can think of either equals death, which is which is what it is, it doesn't have to be bad necessarily, or more problems.
- 17:01SPEAKER_02: Like, there's no situation that's gonna be like quote, perfect in the sense that there's not gonna be a problem.
- 17:06SPEAKER_02: So I'm like, so whatever solution there is to this, to life, because I could have extrapolated anyone's paths and it would have equaled the same thing, the only solution could had to be an internal solution.
- 17:19SPEAKER_02: And I was like, Eureka.
- 17:21SPEAKER_02: And from that moment on, I've never turned back.
- 17:23SPEAKER_02: I'm like, there is something inside of me that has all the answers, and like, even if I need teachers to guide me to that or help me, or even if I need support while I'm moving through stuff to work deeper towards that, I knew it had to be the case, and anything else would not be the solution on the level I was looking for.
- 17:47SPEAKER_02: And so I've dedicated my whole life to finding out what that is, and this is where it's led me.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: Can you talk?
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: Well, I have a couple of things, but first, just can you talk about just some of the traditions that you've studied and some of the modalities that you've studied that have kind of like been like the stepping stones to where you are now?
- 18:08SPEAKER_02: Sure.
- 18:09SPEAKER_02: Well, I started a huge shift for me was going to college.
- 18:13SPEAKER_02: Me and Elise both went to Temple University, TU.
- 18:16SPEAKER_02: And when I was there, I was a philosophy major.
- 18:19SPEAKER_02: So that helped a lot because I got to do like basically a survey of some of the most well-known philosophies in the world while I was at school.
- 18:27SPEAKER_02: And then as well, I had um hopes of being in the Olympics, and I was training uh with our school taekwondo team to go to the Olympics.
- 18:37SPEAKER_02: So there is some magic that happens when you train your mind and your body really hard together.
- 18:44SPEAKER_02: And like the yogic schools know that, the Buddhist schools know that, the Taoist schools, they all do it, you know.
- 18:50SPEAKER_02: Indian yoga schools, obviously, everyone knows they do yoga.
- 18:53SPEAKER_02: You know, Daoist schools, they do different types of like martial arts, and same with some of the Buddhist schools, etc.
- 18:59SPEAKER_02: So something just started to happen to me where my mind just started to change.
- 19:05SPEAKER_02: And the discipline from working really hard and doing taekwondo and doing what I could at school, it just started to propel me.
- 19:12SPEAKER_02: And that was the beginning.
- 19:14SPEAKER_02: And after that, I was like, oh, I know how to learn, I know how to do what I want.
- 19:18SPEAKER_02: And so from there, I started to study Whole Foods nutrition, and I started to study raw foods, and I started to study body work, I started to do tai chi and I did capoeira, and that was a huge stepping stone.
- 19:32SPEAKER_02: And I started to study permaculture as well as like more intellectual subjects like economics and etc.
- 19:38SPEAKER_02: And then from there, I did that for about three years on my own, rigorously though, as hard as I could, as much as I could, while doing my own internal work and meditating as I could and such.
- 19:48SPEAKER_02: And from there I went to a school called Heartwood Institute in California, and I started to study all kinds of bodywork modalities, including Xia Tsu, craniosacral, deep tissue, uh, Swedish massage, which is traditional Chinese massage, Reiki, medical qigong, etc.
- 20:08SPEAKER_02: As well as studying herbs, um, flower essences, homeopathics, crystals, more, more, more, blah, blah, blah.
- 20:15SPEAKER_02: And that that whole study, that was four years, and that took me to a whole level.
- 20:19SPEAKER_02: And then I decided to get my doctorate in medical qigong, and it was mainly a Taoist school, so a lot of Chinese influence, influenced, you know, modalities and traditions, mostly Taoist, but also Buddhist, um, with some Confucianism mixed in, because that just happens with Chinese um systems.
- 20:37SPEAKER_02: And so I studied that really, really hard.
- 20:40SPEAKER_02: And while I was there, more herbs, more Chinese medicine, more than you ever'd want to know.
- 20:46SPEAKER_02: Trying to live off of just herbs didn't work.
- 20:50SPEAKER_00: By the way, I'm drinking nettle tea right now in honor of you.
- 20:54SPEAKER_02: So uh yay! He listens, this is crucial.
- 20:58SPEAKER_02: You just gotta try it for yourself, right?
- 21:00SPEAKER_02: And then from there, as around the time I started to graduate medical qigong school, I started to study Buddhist studies with my Buddhist teacher, and that changed a lot.
- 21:10SPEAKER_02: And I decided to study languages, and I started to study Chinese, Tibetan, Sanskrit, and other languages as best I could.
- 21:19SPEAKER_02: And um, I became a translator of Buddhist texts and uh a philosopher, scholar, whatever, I don't know what I'm what you call me.
- 21:28SPEAKER_02: I just came up with a book by it.
- 21:30SPEAKER_02: Um it's called The Golden Key.
- 21:31SPEAKER_02: But anyway, long story short, those are some of the major stepping stones.
- 21:36SPEAKER_02: There's others in there.
- 21:37SPEAKER_02: I don't want to take anything away from all my teachers, but those are some of the major stepping stones and major traditions.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: So, first of all, all of those things, I don't think many people will study even like a quarter of those things in their life, let alone before 40.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: So, you know, I know we both know that you are intellectually Extremely smart, right?
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: Like very high IQ, like very intellectually inept.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: But beyond that, I think there's something beyond that, you know, that that has enabled you to take all of this information and synthesize it into what you do that is beyond just intellect, right?
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: Because there's plenty of people that are incredibly smart that don't do what you've done.
- 22:24SPEAKER_00: So, like, what do you think it is beyond the intellect that has enabled you to go down a path like this?
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: Because this is highly unusual.
- 22:36SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 22:37SPEAKER_02: I think honestly, I embraced being weird at a very young age and like even kind of encouraging myself, like, oh, I want to be weirder than these people, or I want to do something different.
- 22:48SPEAKER_02: And that's not always necessarily a good thing, right?
- 22:50SPEAKER_02: But I embraced my uniqueness in certain ways very early on in my life, and uh still with self-esteem issues and what everyone has and stuff like that.
- 23:00SPEAKER_02: Um, not saying that's not going on in certain ways, but you know, I just allowed myself to like follow the thing and do the things that really called to me, you know, even though people thought it was weird or thought I was literally crazy or joining cults and like, oh yeah, cults, okay, whatever.
- 23:18SPEAKER_02: But you know, I just did my thing and I just got as much out of it as possible.
- 23:23SPEAKER_02: And you know, from a very young age, I mean I literally grew up on comic books and sci-fi and uh like fantasy novels, and that was the coolest stuff to me.
- 23:32SPEAKER_02: Like, X-Men, magicians, like like what's cooler than that?
- 23:36SPEAKER_02: And like I always believed in magic, you know, and like maybe obviously it's not gonna necessarily look like it does in the comic books or whatever, but I knew there was magic in the world, and that doesn't mean there's not a logical explanation for this magic, but there's things out there that our culture doesn't embrace that are possible, and I just decided to embrace them and I stayed really open, and like I there's a kind of childlike way about me, and that I think people can tell where I am really open like a kid in certain ways, and like I discover really cool things in myself, you know, as well as like in the world.
- 24:15SPEAKER_02: And um, I think all the magic is in us, and I love magic, and what and you can call it whatever, you can call it energy work, you can call it, you can even call it therapy.
- 24:24SPEAKER_02: I mean, all that stuff's magic.
- 24:25SPEAKER_02: Anything that helps people feel better in a matter of minutes or even days or weeks is is magic.
- 24:32SPEAKER_02: So I think it's openness and listening to my intuition, you know?
- 24:36SPEAKER_02: And that's a thing that I think a lot of people don't allow themselves to do.
- 24:40SPEAKER_02: Dare say, I'll even dare say, especially men, um, at least culturally, I think listening to your intuition and things like that is something that's more loud and encouraged in women, at least how I grew up.
- 24:52SPEAKER_02: Maybe it's different for other people.
- 24:54SPEAKER_02: I'm not discounting that.
- 24:55SPEAKER_02: But I listened to it and I've listened, literally, it said, go to India.
- 24:59SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, all right, I'm out, you know, and like that thing where I say, okay, I'm gonna go to like I've literally gone on planes with five dollars or zero dollars.
- 25:10SPEAKER_02: I bought an airport with a bunch of stuff and no money, no credit card, and I just recently in my life got like credit cards and stuff like that.
- 25:20SPEAKER_02: And I just knew it's gonna work out.
- 25:22SPEAKER_02: And literally, someone walks up, hey Ed, I didn't know you were gonna be at the airport.
- 25:26SPEAKER_02: Oh, I didn't know you were here either.
- 25:28SPEAKER_02: Can you help me out a little bit?
- 25:30SPEAKER_02: And they're like, sure, no problem.
- 25:32SPEAKER_02: Like, and when those things happen over and over again, you start to not doubt your intuition, you know?
- 25:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you doubt the people who doubt your intuition.
- 25:39SPEAKER_02: You're like, nah, I know.
- 25:41SPEAKER_02: And then the voice inside you grows, and when that voice inside you grows, you can't be stopped because you're just you it's like the key to the universe.
- 25:49SPEAKER_02: So I think those things.
- 25:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, I know just from knowing you for all these years, that you know, we always joke that you literally will be standing on the street, you'll be like thinking, like, hey, I need a new pair of shoes.
- 26:02SPEAKER_00: And then somebody will walk up to you and say, Hey, I have this pair of shoes that's brand new and they're really expensive and they don't fit me.
- 26:09SPEAKER_00: Do you want them?
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: And then you're like, Oh well, they happen to be my size, and like, like, that's literally your life.
- 26:16SPEAKER_02: That has stuff like that has happened.
- 26:19SPEAKER_00: No, I know, literally.
- 26:20SPEAKER_00: So I've always known that about you, but I think it is your ability, your innate ability to not only listen to your intuition, but to trust it and to also be in touch with it.
- 26:32SPEAKER_00: So, like, why do you think that men, especially in our society, are so cut off from their intuition?
- 26:38SPEAKER_02: Because intuition depends on feeling, it's just a subtle form of feeling.
- 26:44SPEAKER_02: And women are encouraged and allowed to feel, and men are generally discouraged.
- 26:49SPEAKER_02: I know it's changing in our world now, but I grew up in the 80s, okay.
- 26:54SPEAKER_02: Uh, it was different.
- 26:56SPEAKER_02: And yeah, men are generally discouraged from feeling, still, right?
- 27:00SPEAKER_02: Basically, be being called anything with feeling is as I grew up, you'd be called some kind of like insult that meant you were feminine in certain ways.
- 27:08SPEAKER_02: And right, we all know what those insults are, right?
- 27:11SPEAKER_02: Um, and that was supposed to be this horrible thing, you know.
- 27:13SPEAKER_02: And like, I don't know, but something just broke loose in me late in high school, early in college, where I was just like, nah, there's something to this, and amazing, magical, crazy coincidences have just happened to me.
- 27:26SPEAKER_02: And I'm just like, why would I ever listen to anyone?
- 27:29SPEAKER_02: Like, this is pure magic.
- 27:32SPEAKER_02: This literally, I need something, I find it on the street corner in the middle of like one of the biggest cities in the whole United States of America, and like not once, like over and over.
- 27:42SPEAKER_02: And I mean, like money, like, oh my god, I need some money.
- 27:45SPEAKER_02: Oh, look, there it is.
- 27:46SPEAKER_02: Like, once I found I wanted figs, and I found figs, and I'm like, oh, yeah, I remember that story.
- 27:53SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like who finds figs?
- 27:54SPEAKER_02: I had never really even eaten a fig, really, at that point.
- 27:57SPEAKER_02: I didn't grow up eating, and I just like, wait, these are figs.
- 28:00SPEAKER_02: Oh, like it's it's so ridiculous and obvious that I'm just like, but you have to feel it, you have to be able to feel into it.
- 28:08SPEAKER_02: And like sometimes you might just take me down some weird road, like literally.
- 28:11SPEAKER_02: And you know, I came up in Philly a good part of my life, and I would just go down this weird place, and then I would just see some weird guy, and I would just talk into somebody who I never met, and they would point me to this thing, and then I would end up in this place, and then I would meet exactly who I'd wanted to meet, and they'd be like, Hey, I've been looking for you.
- 28:29SPEAKER_02: I'm like, Oh, okay, well, here I am, you know.
- 28:31SPEAKER_02: So it is feeling.
- 28:33SPEAKER_02: I I really think that and like learning to feel again for men, I think is big, and people in general, but especially men, in my experience.
- 28:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I totally agree.
- 28:42SPEAKER_00: And like, I kind of want to shift gears just a little bit because I really want to talk about the work that you and I have done together, because I really feel like the two of us have been pioneers in a lot of ways, where we've kind of come together to figure out, like, you know, a lot of the stuff that you're talking about around like manifestation and listening to your intuition and creating the life that you want to live.
- 29:09SPEAKER_00: But, you know, as far as like the healing, the role that healing plays in that and how you and I have like kind of come together to figure all of this out, I just want to like talk about that a little bit because I think that we couldn't have done it without each other, right?
- 29:27SPEAKER_00: And the power that comes in getting support around this stuff, but also the way that we've kind of figured out how to do things that no one had figured out before, right?
- 29:41SPEAKER_00: So, like, I don't know, let's kind of talk about like how this all started.
- 29:46SPEAKER_00: I mean, I don't even know when it exactly started, and then how we kind of started to manifest things together and you helping me and me helping you, and you know, just how that all happened.
- 29:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, yeah, it started from me in college.
- 30:03SPEAKER_02: I started to feel energy in my body, and then I started to be able to move it in my body, and I'd heard about stuff like Qigong, and there was like some Qigong group that met on our campus.
- 30:16SPEAKER_02: I don't know if you remember that, but and I knew of some people who had gone to it, but I never got to go to it.
- 30:21SPEAKER_02: My brother went to it like a few times, so that stuff was around, but I wasn't doing it per se.
- 30:26SPEAKER_02: But in like 2001, it was just like, oh, oh my god, this is happening.
- 30:31SPEAKER_02: Like it was no longer just quote in my head, I could feel it and move it.
- 30:35SPEAKER_02: And then I was like, wait a second, if I can move it in my body, maybe I can move it in other people's bodies.
- 30:42SPEAKER_02: And so, well, first I learned how to cure headaches in myself.
- 30:45SPEAKER_02: I was like, wait, I could see the energy in my head, and I was like, there's too much energy up.
- 30:51SPEAKER_02: What if I brought it down?
- 30:53SPEAKER_02: Very simple concept, right?
- 30:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and I did.
- 30:56SPEAKER_02: That is the last headache I ever had.
- 30:59SPEAKER_02: I have not had a headache for 21 years.
- 31:04SPEAKER_02: Like, like, who can say that even?
- 31:06SPEAKER_02: I mean, yeah, I mean, I might like I might have a sensation in my head, but like it's not like when I was a kid when it's like, oh, my head hurts, what am I gonna do?
- 31:14SPEAKER_02: Should I eat aspirin?
- 31:16SPEAKER_02: That doesn't happen.
- 31:17SPEAKER_02: That that stopped that day.
- 31:19SPEAKER_02: And like, I was like, wait a second, what?
- 31:22SPEAKER_02: How did I just cure my what?
- 31:24SPEAKER_02: So when other people had headaches, I was like, wait, let me try stuff.
- 31:28SPEAKER_02: So I started to basically experiment on my friends in a very innocuous way.
- 31:31SPEAKER_02: I just started putting my hands on their heads, different places that felt, I don't know, felt right.
- 31:37SPEAKER_02: I started at the temples, I think, and yeah, and I was curing headaches, and I was like, whoa, I wonder what I can do for backaches.
- 31:46SPEAKER_02: I wonder what and I just started like trying stuff out, and then the aforementioned trip to Tucson happened, and I came back for the summer, and then Elise was doing stuff with breathing, right?
- 31:58SPEAKER_02: And so then I was like, so then we started trading.
- 32:00SPEAKER_02: I was doing more body work, energy work stuff, she was doing more breath work stuff, um, which was super powerful, and we just started to like help each other, and then that just kept happening over and over, you know, and I got all these different influences and teachers.
- 32:13SPEAKER_02: I've had amazing teachers and in energy work as well, and I amazing Reiki teachers, amazing everything teachers, but I was still not satisfied, like even though I'm super intuitive, I am extremely logical, like almost to a fault, and at least would say to a fault sometimes.
- 32:31SPEAKER_00: Um and oh no, you have no faults.
- 32:34SPEAKER_02: Oh finally you realize.
- 32:38SPEAKER_02: But what happened was I wanted to put together something that was like a machine, me in the sense that because a lot of NGOR systems, which are great and helpful, still felt like a kind of shot in the dark for me.
- 32:53SPEAKER_02: It's just like, okay, I gave you this treatment, let's see what happens.
- 32:56SPEAKER_02: And you know, and the tendency was that good things would happen.
- 32:59SPEAKER_02: So I'm not complaining, but it was like the tendency and just kind of a general sense.
- 33:04SPEAKER_02: I wanted something that was like a light switch or turning on a car.
- 33:08SPEAKER_02: Like you turn this thing, the car comes on, you know.
- 33:11SPEAKER_02: You turn on, I mean, and if it doesn't come on, then there has to be something wrong with the starter, or you know, if it's a light switch, the electricity, and you can trace it back.
- 33:20SPEAKER_02: And so that's what I started to develop.
- 33:23SPEAKER_02: And it took some time.
- 33:24SPEAKER_02: And like people work with me through some very hard things for me to get there.
- 33:28SPEAKER_02: So thank you to them.
- 33:30SPEAKER_02: But in the last few years, and I remember I said it to Elise one day, I was like, Elise, this is it.
- 33:35SPEAKER_02: This is like math now.
- 33:38SPEAKER_02: It's not a matter of if this works or not, it's just doing it enough to get what you want because it works.
- 33:45SPEAKER_02: It's just like it's not a matter of like, does a hammer and chisel work?
- 33:49SPEAKER_02: It's just like, no, how long are you willing to chip away at the iceberg?
- 33:53SPEAKER_02: Because it's like the iceberg is going away, it just gonna take a while.
- 33:57SPEAKER_02: And yeah, and eventually you're like, okay, I'm moving up to jackhammers, you know, and then right.
- 34:02SPEAKER_02: So like it's making the energy system like, yeah, now it's a chisel, we know it works, but now we're developing jackhammers, and like I want the nuclear bomb of energy work, le literally like just being able to like make stuff happen like that for myself and others, because that's what everybody wants, and that's what I want for everybody.
- 34:21SPEAKER_00: So yeah, yeah.
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: So then, you know, we started working more deeply, seriously deeply together in 2020, right?
- 34:30SPEAKER_02: Yep, a good year to do energy work.
- 34:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 34:35SPEAKER_00: And when I say working more deeply together, it was when we were both kind of okay, well, you were gonna help me.
- 34:40SPEAKER_00: You helped me leave my job and do my business full time, and you were like, Okay, I can help you manifest this.
- 34:48SPEAKER_00: Like, let's do this.
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: And we worked really closely together, where we were just like nonstop talking every day, doing energy work.
- 34:56SPEAKER_00: And in that process, you taught me the energy work that you did, and then I started doing it, and I started doing it my own way.
- 35:06SPEAKER_00: And then after you helped me, I started helping you.
- 35:10SPEAKER_00: And then we also infused like the emotional component, which I really want to go into next, which is kind of like my area of expertise, obviously, where we started to understand that in order to create what you wanted, you had to go through the emotional blocks that were standing between you and getting what you want.
- 35:30SPEAKER_00: So then we started to discover how to pinpoint those things and move through those things, which is a huge part of you know what I do with people now and what you do with people.
- 35:42SPEAKER_00: But I think the discovery of that for us and how we've been able to help each other move through our emotional stuff so quickly.
- 35:52SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's what I attribute to why I've been so successful.
- 35:58SPEAKER_00: I mean, hands down, it's because of the work we've done together and the way that we've been able to move through emotions because I think for most people, that's where they get stuck.
- 36:10SPEAKER_00: So um, I just wanted to comment on that because that's a huge piece of it.
- 36:16SPEAKER_02: Yeah, these methods, the jackhammers and missiles we've developed now are incredible.
- 36:22SPEAKER_02: It still blows me away what can happen.
- 36:24SPEAKER_02: And um, it goes back to my 2001 realization.
- 36:28SPEAKER_02: It's all inside.
- 36:29SPEAKER_02: And like the reason that we have the things we do and don't have the things we don't is something in you.
- 36:36SPEAKER_02: And um, I take that as my that's my worldview, that's how I take life, and you don't have to take that life that way, but with my 20 years experience doing this kind of work and you know, 40 plus years of experience living in a conscious way as best I could, I noticed that the people who don't take life in a way of responsibility based on what's inside of them are unhappy, yeah, and they're not successful.
- 37:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 37:05SPEAKER_02: So, and the people who are successful, you know, take responsibility.
- 37:08SPEAKER_02: I mean, what Harry Truman say, the buck stops here, meaning it's all on me.
- 37:13SPEAKER_02: And that's hard, you know, and that you gotta be an adult and it's difficult.
- 37:17SPEAKER_02: And you only take on as much as you can take.
- 37:19SPEAKER_02: Doesn't mean you try to take on the whole world the first day or something, but that doesn't mean that one day you can't, it just means you gotta you gotta build up to go there.
- 37:28SPEAKER_02: And so, yeah, that the work is incredible and um it brings up so much.
- 37:33SPEAKER_02: I mean, it's very challenging.
- 37:36SPEAKER_02: I mean, probably the most challenging thing you can do, which is another reason I love it, because I love challenges and I love things that are worthwhile.
- 37:44SPEAKER_02: So, this is the the most worthwhile challenge is dealing with your stuff, you know, your own issues, whatever they are, and taking responsibility.
- 37:52SPEAKER_02: And that's also means taking responsibility for the good things in your life, meaning you wouldn't have the things you had if on some level you hadn't done good and you didn't think you deserved good.
- 38:02SPEAKER_02: And maybe some people will challenge me on that, and you can, but I bet they're not happy.
- 38:10SPEAKER_00: So I completely agree with you, and I, you know, I'd love and I can share this too.
- 38:16SPEAKER_00: My audience has definitely heard me share about my story, but I'd love to hear for you what do you feel like was the biggest internal challenge that you have faced, you know, most recently, and how you've used this work to completely shift it.
- 38:32SPEAKER_02: Whoa, whoa.
- 38:35SPEAKER_02: One amazing thing I can say about my life is like people sometimes are like, you know, what was the best day of your life?
- 38:40SPEAKER_02: I was like, yesterday.
- 38:44SPEAKER_02: No, I really, and I'm being sincere too.
- 38:46SPEAKER_02: Like, I've had a lot of like cool, like kind of peak experiences in life, but honestly, my life is better than it's ever been now.
- 38:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you know, there's not some like yesteryear, right?
- 38:57SPEAKER_02: Like some camelot that was like like high school, like oh my god, I know.
- 39:03SPEAKER_00: When I think back to high school, I was just like, oh god.
- 39:06SPEAKER_00: I mean, there are some great memories, but like as far as like personal evolution, I feel the same exact way.
- 39:13SPEAKER_00: Like, I feel like right now, in this moment, I feel better than I've ever felt in my entire life.
- 39:19SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 39:20SPEAKER_02: And I mean, the processes that I have moved through just last week were the best ever.
- 39:26SPEAKER_02: I mean, the the the deepest ever.
- 39:28SPEAKER_02: Um, what was last week's?
- 39:30SPEAKER_02: Thankfully, I don't even remember.
- 39:32SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, a lot of it's family pattern stuff because you know, that's a lot to do with however you want to look at it, either on the psychological level where we formed or on the more like karmic level, the fact of how we came into this life in the first place or something.
- 39:51SPEAKER_02: So yeah, I mean, it's so satisfying to work through stuff that has bothered you your whole life.
- 40:00SPEAKER_02: And when you realize like deep in your heart what it is, and then just say, Oh, I choose not to have that life, and you watch it dissolve like so much cotton candy, like in the rain, and then it's gone, you know, and like honestly, I don't even think most people think that's possible, right?
- 40:23SPEAKER_02: You know, they just think they're stuck with stuff or they have to have this stuff, or you know, or it's gonna take forever, or whatever.
- 40:30SPEAKER_02: And like, you know, there's various modalities that help with various things, and people should find the ones that work for them.
- 40:35SPEAKER_02: But what I'm doing now, and what me and Elise are doing together, it is ridiculous how potent it is.
- 40:42SPEAKER_02: And it's like I'm almost excited about my issues.
- 40:45SPEAKER_02: I'm like, what's the next issue?
- 40:46SPEAKER_02: Because I know it's like, first of all, it's not long for this world because yeah, we're gonna clear it, we're gonna get rid of it, we're gonna integrate it, we're gonna learn from it, it's gonna shift shortly once you decide that's what you want to do.
- 40:59SPEAKER_02: And um, yeah, it's just it's just it becomes like your insides are like a treasure trove.
- 41:03SPEAKER_02: It's amazing.
- 41:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love that.
- 41:05SPEAKER_00: And uh it's the acknowledgement and realization of it, right?
- 41:09SPEAKER_00: And I think this is the thing that that you and I talk about all the time.
- 41:13SPEAKER_00: Once we pinpoint what is, then the rest is easy, right?
- 41:18SPEAKER_00: I think it's just this ongoing discovery with each other of like, okay, what is the next thing?
- 41:25SPEAKER_00: Okay, like what are we moving into and what's holding us back from that?
- 41:29SPEAKER_00: Like for me, for example, with growing my business, right?
- 41:32SPEAKER_00: And my goals for 2022 and how I want to expand, we quickly got to what I need to clear, right?
- 41:39SPEAKER_00: Like the other day we've been talking about this, right?
- 41:41SPEAKER_00: Like we click quickly were able to pinpoint the energetic shift that I need to make to step into the growth that I want.
- 41:49SPEAKER_00: And once we're able to pinpoint it, forget it.
- 41:52SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 41:53SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 41:54SPEAKER_00: But it's it's just a lot of what we're doing is really like distilling down and distilling down and pinpointing what the block is, what the belief is, what the energy is, and then shifting it.
- 42:07SPEAKER_00: But I think that that's where people kind of get stuck.
- 42:10SPEAKER_00: Or the other thing that I think, you know, for the majority of people is they don't even realize that they can have more or that there is more available to them, or that what they have is not just like their lot in life, right?
- 42:26SPEAKER_00: And I think that that is the biggest thing that I want people to understand, and I know you want people to understand too, is that you literally can create whatever you want and you can change whatever you want about your life.
- 42:42SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, it might not be easy at times because you will need to confront the things about yourself that you don't want to confront.
- 42:51SPEAKER_00: But at the end of the day, what's on the other side of that is better than you can ever imagine.
- 42:57SPEAKER_00: So just being uncomfortable for like 24 to 48 hours, to me, in my opinion, is very much worth living the life of your dreams rather than being in a constant like state of just suppression and just like existence and just accepting what you think you have to accept in life.
- 43:18SPEAKER_02: Totally.
- 43:18SPEAKER_02: And it just reaches a point where you realize that like a lot of what people think is happiness is just kind of some kind of numbness.
- 43:25SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 43:25SPEAKER_02: And so they think they're just gonna be like they don't have to feel, but feeling is the key to the whole thing, it's the thing that tells you exactly what you need to do.
- 43:37SPEAKER_02: I mean, if you're bored at work, that means something needs to shift.
- 43:40SPEAKER_02: If you're, you know, if you're mad at your husband, that means something's going on.
- 43:46SPEAKER_02: I mean, it's recognizing these feelings and realizing that there's there's something valid going on inside you that connects to why you're having that feeling, and then allowing yourself to explore within you.
- 44:00SPEAKER_02: Why that would be the case.
- 44:02SPEAKER_02: And then from there, deciding you want something different, you know, um, because that's the feeling indicates it's like that's why we have pain or something.
- 44:11SPEAKER_02: Like if someone started poking you with a knife, you would move away because you're like, ouch, that hurts.
- 44:16SPEAKER_02: But if you didn't feel the pain that was indicated by that, then you could get really hurt by that, you know?
- 44:22SPEAKER_02: And if you decided to be numb and ignore it, or you couldn't feel knives, right?
- 44:28SPEAKER_02: Like a lot of people can't feel their pain because they've decided to numb it because it was it's too hard.
- 44:35SPEAKER_02: But then when you numb it, it's like ice, you crystallize those things, and then it seems like that's all that life is or could be or will ever be, because you're you start to crystallize, right?
- 44:47SPEAKER_02: And then you don't even think there is a choice because you know it seems so solid, but ice isn't solid, right?
- 44:56SPEAKER_02: It can melt, but even huge pieces of ice like there's this huge glacier that's what's supposed to like fall off Antarctica and like can raise sea levels, like a foot by itself or something.
- 45:06SPEAKER_02: I don't know the numbers, but all those things seemed really solid, you know, a a hundred years ago or something like that.
- 45:14SPEAKER_02: Ice isn't going anywhere, but it's solid, none of it is your whole reality, it is fluid, every part of it, including your body and your mind, and the bodies and minds of those around you.
- 45:28SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's why people can die, and that's also why you could live a whole other life, you know.
- 45:34SPEAKER_02: But like the dying part, if things are solid and crystallized, will happen due to it.
- 45:40SPEAKER_02: I mean, that is a sort of death.
- 45:42SPEAKER_02: That is why death happens in a way.
- 45:44SPEAKER_02: But to consciously be alive and be alive more, that takes this kind of energy, this kind of investigation, this kind of desire, and then the will to carry it out.
- 45:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I totally agree with you.
- 45:56SPEAKER_00: And like, what do you think?
- 45:58SPEAKER_00: You know, because I think there's so many people right now, especially on the planet, that are wanting more, that are waking up.
- 46:06SPEAKER_00: What do you feel like really fuels that for people?
- 46:10SPEAKER_00: Because I think we're seeing that more and more, just in your perspective.
- 46:13SPEAKER_00: Why do you think that's happening?
- 46:15SPEAKER_00: Or what do you think drives people to have that desire that we're talking about?
- 46:20SPEAKER_02: Honestly, there's a lot of possible explanations.
- 46:24SPEAKER_02: I mean, you could talk about the stars, obviously, or you could talk about shifts in the earth, or you know, I mean, I've studied different things like prophecies and the changes of the ages, you know, like the procession of the equinoxes, like now we're moving into like the age of Aquarius, kind of thing.
- 46:40SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 46:41SPEAKER_02: You know, and some people uh will think that's interesting, and other people think it's not.
- 46:47SPEAKER_02: But honestly, I think the ultimate answer for me is I've decided to evolve, so I see other people around me deciding to evolve.
- 46:57SPEAKER_02: Because even though you also believe that, at least, because you also have decided to evolve, there's people you could ask right now, and they'd be like, No, the world's worse, it's horrible.
- 47:06SPEAKER_02: No one's waking up.
- 47:07SPEAKER_02: This I hate it, I hate myself.
- 47:09SPEAKER_02: Everything's the same.
- 47:10SPEAKER_02: Yeah, global warming's not happening, there's no age of Aquarius.
- 47:14SPEAKER_02: What are you talking about?
- 47:15SPEAKER_02: Like, I mean, I mean, you can agree or disagree with any of those points, but I'm saying is it's perspective.
- 47:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, the reason we get to see this world where we get to live this great life as spiritual entrepreneurs and coaching people to like to be successful.
- 47:32SPEAKER_02: I mean, I literally help people like get their dream job and like get their dream partner, and literally, that I mean that's literally what I do, yeah, you know, and and they're just like, Oh my god, I'm so grateful.
- 47:44SPEAKER_02: And you're like, So I'm nothing to make me happier than that.
- 47:48SPEAKER_02: And so, but someone else feels like the only thing you could ever do with your life is I don't know, like shovel dirt or something, and they, you know, and like there's nothing wrong with shoveling dirt, but I'm saying if you don't love it and you don't think you have a choice, it's gonna frame the rest of your life.
- 48:04SPEAKER_02: So honestly, I think that's the real answer because because there can always be in a disagreement, and that means it's perspective.
- 48:11SPEAKER_00: Totally.
- 48:12SPEAKER_00: And and everything really comes from you, and I think that's one of the biggest things, you know, that the basis that we've worked with in the work that we've done together, and I know, you know, the basis of a lot of things that you've studied, but ultimately too, it's really about taking our power back.
- 48:31SPEAKER_00: And I think that those that are choosing to take their power back are creating the lives that they want.
- 48:37SPEAKER_00: And and I think the one thing that I keep saying about the energy work, you know, when I do it with my clients and I teach my clients different energy work techniques to do on themselves, when you're doing energy work, especially when you're doing it on yourself to shift your own energy, that is the ultimate form of taking your power back because it's ultimately sitting in the knowing that you have full control, you have full agency over your life, over your energy and what you're creating and what you're experiencing.
- 49:11SPEAKER_00: And when you take that step to say, no, I am not, things aren't happening to me.
- 49:19SPEAKER_00: I am not a victim, I am not just experiencing random things.
- 49:24SPEAKER_00: I know that I have the power to shift how I feel right now.
- 49:28SPEAKER_00: And you do that, that's like the ultimate form of self-sovereignty.
- 49:32SPEAKER_00: It's the ultimate form of evolution, in my opinion, you know, from where we were on this planet to where we're going.
- 49:40SPEAKER_00: So, like the energy work is not only, it's not only like a tool for manifestation or a tool for feeling better or a tool for shifting your energy in the moment.
- 49:52SPEAKER_00: Like it's a tool for evolution.
- 49:54SPEAKER_00: And it's the way that we really step into to higher states of consciousness and higher states of awareness.
- 50:00SPEAKER_00: So, like, yes, it's awesome and it's fun and it's totally like we have a great time with it.
- 50:05SPEAKER_00: But I also think it's like really, really, really important.
- 50:09SPEAKER_00: I keep saying this all the time, for people to start learning how to work with their own energy because that's really gonna be the way that we shift.
- 50:19SPEAKER_02: 100%.
- 50:20SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and working with all energy, you have to work with your own mind, you have to work with your own feelings, and you have to be real.
- 50:27SPEAKER_02: I mean, I love this work because the results are directly correlated with um the effort you put in.
- 50:35SPEAKER_02: And there's kind of nothing better than that.
- 50:38SPEAKER_02: You know, if you try to skirt issues or don't really want to go there in yourself, you're not gonna get the results.
- 50:44SPEAKER_02: You know, things aren't gonna change.
- 50:46SPEAKER_02: And you can blame the energy work or something like that, but that's just more of the same.
- 50:51SPEAKER_02: It's just another thing to blame.
- 50:53SPEAKER_02: But yeah, me and Elise are really good at encouraging each other to just take full responsibility, and that's not always easy, especially, you know, you grow up with certain cultural ideas like, oh, this thing is that person's fault, this thing is those people's fault.
- 51:08SPEAKER_02: And I get it, and I honor people's feelings and their experiences of life.
- 51:12SPEAKER_02: What I'm saying is that in my experience, the places in my life I've taken my power back and taken responsibility for, which are the same thing, have been completely changed.
- 51:26SPEAKER_02: And that change is not random, it has been conscious and it's been on purpose and it's been beautiful.
- 51:33SPEAKER_02: And because of those changes and that responsibility I took, I'm now able to take more power and have more power back and take more responsibility.
- 51:42SPEAKER_02: And it's just an upwards, it just triggers a whole upward cycle when the reverse does the reverse.
- 51:48SPEAKER_02: You go further and further down, the less responsibility you take, the more you feel like a victim, the more you feel like a victim, you take even less responsibility.
- 51:56SPEAKER_02: And it seems like you're right all the while.
- 51:58SPEAKER_02: And that's the way the mind works.
- 52:00SPEAKER_02: Your perspective is always your perspective, and it's a hundred percent your perspective, and it's gonna seem like the only thing in the universe.
- 52:08SPEAKER_02: And that's why the way I'm doing it works, because in a way, it is the only thing for you, yeah, you know, and that means whatever you are thinking, you know, and not just on a conscious level, you know, um, really more so on a subconscious and unconscious level, is what you're gonna see.
- 52:26SPEAKER_02: So why wouldn't you think I have all the power, I have all the responsibility, and therefore you'll see that.
- 52:32SPEAKER_00: Totally.
- 52:32SPEAKER_00: And like you've helped me so much in just the relationship with my husband and how, you know, it's so easy to blame him, right?
- 52:40SPEAKER_00: And I always talk about this.
- 52:41SPEAKER_00: He's very easy to blame, right?
- 52:43SPEAKER_00: I always say this.
- 52:44SPEAKER_00: I could literally get like 10 people to agree with me that he's a huge asshole and he did this and he did that, and he's all to blame.
- 52:53SPEAKER_00: But like, where is that getting me?
- 52:55SPEAKER_00: It's literally getting me nowhere other than feeling like a victim and feeling like I'm owed something and feeling right.
- 53:02SPEAKER_00: And you said to me that one day you're like, well, do you want to be right or do you want to be happy?
- 53:07SPEAKER_00: And the moment, and this is a continuous process for me, but the more I take responsibility and the more I see everything as my own projection of reality and completely take responsibility for my part in my relationship, everything changes.
- 53:27SPEAKER_00: Everything changes.
- 53:29SPEAKER_00: And it starts to unravel like these stories that I told myself about like, well, he's to blame and he did this and he did that.
- 53:39SPEAKER_00: It all unravels, and I realize that like ultimately this was something that I was creating.
- 53:45SPEAKER_00: And when I can come back to that, that's like the ultimate form of taking your power back.
- 53:52SPEAKER_00: And it's the ultimate, then gives you the ultimate ability to literally create exactly what you want and like things of just keep getting better and better.
- 54:01SPEAKER_00: I know we could talk about this stuff all day, and I'm sure I'll have you back on again.
- 54:06SPEAKER_00: But um, I want to be mindful of the time.
- 54:09SPEAKER_00: So, can you share with everyone?
- 54:10SPEAKER_00: Because I know everyone's probably gonna want to have a session with you, probably very quickly.
- 54:16SPEAKER_00: So, can you tell everybody how they can get in touch with you and where they can find you?
- 54:21SPEAKER_02: Sure.
- 54:21SPEAKER_02: You can find me on my website, which is drwordsmithwisdom, um, and doctors just drth.com.
- 54:32SPEAKER_02: And I'm on Instagram, and you can um DM me on Instagram at uh dr wordsmithwisdom, and I have my YouTube channel, which is wordsmithwisdom, as well.
- 54:44SPEAKER_02: So you can watch my videos and subscribe there if you'd like.
- 54:48SPEAKER_02: And yeah, those are the best ways to contact me.
- 54:51SPEAKER_02: I'm doing sessions regularly with people and having amazing results every day, every single day, either on myself or on someone else.
- 55:02SPEAKER_02: And so I'd love to help more people.
- 55:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I definitely recommend for me anyway, I would say it's important to work with you in a longer term, especially if there's that one thing that you're really wanting to manifest, whether it's like a new relationship, a new business, a new amount of money.
- 55:18SPEAKER_00: Like I think that your work is very results-oriented.
- 55:22SPEAKER_00: So it's kind of like if you have that one thing that you're wanting to create, then you really just work with the person intimately until you create that thing.
- 55:32SPEAKER_00: So it's just it's really powerful, it's really magical, and I encourage everyone to do so.
- 55:38SPEAKER_00: So thank you so much for being here.
- 55:41SPEAKER_00: Like I said, I'm sure we'll have you back because you and I can talk about this stuff all day.
- 55:46SPEAKER_00: But um, thank you everyone, and we will talk to you soon.
- 55:50SPEAKER_02: Thank you, Elise.
