- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: What is the bubble that no one is talking about
- 1:03Speaker 3: and how can we profit from it?
- 1:04Speaker 2: Oh my god, I'm excited for this. Listen, this is
- 1:06Speaker 2: the American bubble of everything? Can I run off some
- 1:09Speaker 2: stats real quick, Mike, clip this up. We're at the
- 1:12Speaker 2: record seventeen point one trillion in household debt number two.
- 1:16Speaker 2: We have twelve trillion dollars in mortgages. We have a
- 1:20Speaker 2: record of one point six trillion dollars in auto loans,
- 1:24Speaker 2: one point six trillion in student loans, one trillion dollars
- 1:27Speaker 2: in credit card debt. The total debt now is more
- 1:30Speaker 2: than it was in two thousand and six before the crash.
- 1:34Speaker 2: The leading economic index is in a recession tory, is
- 1:38Speaker 2: in a recession territory. As indicated from this past week,
- 1:42Speaker 2: the NK two five, which is Japan's stock market, is
- 1:45Speaker 2: doing better than the S and P five hundred. That's
- 1:47Speaker 2: not a good sign. And when normally when we're inflationary
- 1:51Speaker 2: periods like we are now four out of seven times,
- 1:55Speaker 2: it means we are headed to a recession and a
- 2:00Speaker 2: fault cycle has started. So what that means for those
- 2:03Speaker 2: of you who are listening listening, there's a bubble of
- 2:06Speaker 2: everything happening right now, tech, ai, housing, credit card debt
- 2:15Speaker 2: at scale. If you're looking at indicators, that tells you
- 2:18Speaker 2: what's happening in the market. We're maxed out in every
- 2:21Speaker 2: area with no great leadership, how can we make money
- 2:24Speaker 2: from it? I propose that you would go long on
- 2:28Speaker 2: the VIX Future, or go long on the VIX around
- 2:31Speaker 2: now sixty one, and I will exit at twenty four
- 2:33Speaker 2: to twenty six if the NAS that goes back up
- 2:36Speaker 2: twenty percent, if they do announce that we are in
- 2:40Speaker 2: a recession, or stop saying that we're going to be
- 2:42Speaker 2: in the soft landing, because the other three times we
- 2:44Speaker 2: said that we were going to be in the soft landing,
- 2:46Speaker 2: the landing wasn't soft, I was short. If we get
- 2:49Speaker 2: to maybe eighteen thousand down to thirteen thousand, seven eighty
- 2:51Speaker 2: one fifty six, and I will find a real estate
- 2:54Speaker 2: ETF that is not in the top fifteen to short.
- 2:57Speaker 2: When we work comes out and publicly tells you, hey,
- 3:00Speaker 2: we probably won't be able to stand business, which for
- 3:04Speaker 2: those of your business, no, in order to admit defeat
- 3:07Speaker 2: publicly and your publicly traded company. It's all over that
- 3:11Speaker 2: should not be happening. Wild credit card that is at
- 3:14Speaker 2: an all time high. And I'm back here in Houston.
- 3:17Speaker 2: Even when I go to New York, I don't see
- 3:18Speaker 2: any of those office buildings being full. We are in
- 3:23Speaker 2: a bubble of everything, and we just need to go
- 3:25Speaker 2: back to We need a correction to level out the market,
- 3:28Speaker 2: to get things back to where they should be. And
- 3:32Speaker 2: once again I keep saying that there's seven stocks in
- 3:35Speaker 2: the United States that is keeping everything afloat out of
- 3:40Speaker 2: six thousand. Most people can't name me another seven that
- 3:44Speaker 2: they would bet their kids' life on. McDonald's, Starbucks, Caterpillar,
- 3:49Speaker 2: and Video is great. You gotta wait to buy back
- 3:51Speaker 2: into in video. M D is still good, John Deere
- 3:54Speaker 2: is good, Gallagher is good, Geico is good. But you
- 3:58Speaker 2: can't like this is one of the weakest markets that
- 4:01Speaker 2: I've seen in a long time that has had these
- 4:04Speaker 2: many gains over a short period of time. Definitely troubling.
- 4:09Speaker 2: And when the truth is not willing to be told
- 4:12Speaker 2: because of election cycles, it could lead to it could
- 4:17Speaker 2: lead to disaster. So be prepared. And my favorite thing
- 4:20Speaker 2: to do, and let's put it in chat. Do you
- 4:23Speaker 2: feel more secure in twenty twenty three than you did
- 4:25Speaker 2: in twenty twenty And did you make more money in
- 4:28Speaker 2: twenty twenty three versus twenty twenty. I don't want to
- 4:33Speaker 2: touch on this scam things and all that, but a
- 4:35Speaker 2: lot of those Ponzi's end up getting highlighted right before recession,
- 4:41Speaker 2: usually two years before recession hits. A lot of misappropriation
- 4:46Speaker 2: of funds issues come out because the little liquidity is
- 4:49Speaker 2: driding up, and when the fan is saying that we're
- 4:51Speaker 2: not going to actively buy anything, that is an effing problem.
- 4:56Speaker 4: So all right, percentage wise your thoughts on the chances
- 5:01Speaker 4: of the soft lending. Because they are saying that wages
- 5:05Speaker 4: are increasing, which is a good sign. Golin Sach just
- 5:08Speaker 4: said today that they think that the Fed will stop
- 5:11Speaker 4: raising interest rates in fact start to decrease in interest
- 5:14Speaker 4: rates by maybe the first quarter of twenty four. Good
- 5:18Speaker 4: sign interest rates are coming down. You think there's no
- 5:21Speaker 4: chance of a soft landing.
- 5:23Speaker 2: A soft landing is equivalent of your girl going through
- 5:26Speaker 2: your phone catching you cheat, and you say, maybe that
- 5:27Speaker 2: wasn't me, that was a virtual assistant who sent the
- 5:30Speaker 2: messages to bring me rent. So we can lie and say, hey,
- 5:37Speaker 2: we are upon the soft landing and everything's going to
- 5:39Speaker 2: be fine. But when you still have weakness in the
- 5:43Speaker 2: market at scale, US still is going through issues, and
- 5:50Speaker 2: the Fed keeps saying that they're not going to continue
- 5:52Speaker 2: to raise inflation. But if you ask most people do
- 5:56Speaker 2: they feel it? They're feeling it and when they told
- 5:59Speaker 2: you prior, we need to rate.
- 6:02Speaker 4: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.

- 7:52Speaker 2: He's raised to a certain level. They told us last year.
- 7:55Speaker 2: They may halt how fast they do it, but at
- 7:58Speaker 2: some point I think those mortgages is a want to
- 8:00Speaker 2: get back to seven and a half percent. Yeah, just
- 8:06Speaker 2: my thoughts. Yeah.
- 8:08Speaker 3: We spoke to Mike Noblegrets about the AI bubble.
- 8:12Speaker 2: What did he say, can you give us at insight?
- 8:15Speaker 3: He said, it's definitely going to be a bubble. He
- 8:18Speaker 3: said that it usually happens. It's a delayed reaction from
- 8:23Speaker 3: the stock market and the actual bubble happening. At the
- 8:26Speaker 3: start of this, she was like, you know, mashing all
- 8:29Speaker 3: of the guys in tech. They were saying, like the
- 8:31Speaker 3: Video and Microsoft, those are the two companies, Like those
- 8:34Speaker 3: are the two companies that's going to benefit.
- 8:35Speaker 2: The most from the situation.
- 8:37Speaker 3: And he was saying that he still thinks that there
- 8:40Speaker 3: is still room for in the Video and Microsoft to
- 8:43Speaker 3: go up to yeah, because it's just not really a
- 8:47Speaker 3: lot of other places to park money. But it's definitely
- 8:49Speaker 3: going to be a bubble, an AI bubble that's going
- 8:52Speaker 3: to happen, and the stock market will follow suit. The
- 8:58Speaker 3: bubble will happen first and thennis stock market work reflected
- 9:03Speaker 3: later as opposed to the stock market reflecting it first,
- 9:06Speaker 3: and then you know, companies starting to just disappear out
- 9:10Speaker 3: of the woodwork. So he felt that it was it
- 9:13Speaker 3: was an AI bubble for sure. He said, there's definitely
- 9:16Speaker 3: an AI bubble has about to pop soon.
- 9:22Speaker 2: I'm hearing some rubblers that even open AI, they spend
- 9:24Speaker 2: a little too much in the bots. And because AI
- 9:27Speaker 2: was created to remove mundane tasks and when there's a
- 9:34Speaker 2: lot of decisions to use the AI around creativity, Like
- 9:38Speaker 2: I think mid Journey is great, but the most present
- 9:40Speaker 2: problem isn't like can I get a digital version of
- 9:42Speaker 2: me that looks like I came out of Fortnite? That's
- 9:45Speaker 2: not going to fix the GDP problem. So is there
- 9:51Speaker 2: gonna be AI bubble? I believe we're already there and anytime,
- 9:55Speaker 2: like let's go back to when Lebron was facing then.
- 9:58Speaker 4: There this there's a keep part of that. Though we
- 10:01Speaker 4: said we I mean, we're only five months into this,
- 10:04Speaker 4: so the bubbles still has chances. Yeah, eight months ago
- 10:09Speaker 4: this wasn't the conversation. And there's one of the things
- 10:13Speaker 4: that you learn inside this is that there's money to
- 10:16Speaker 4: be made. You just have to know when to take
- 10:19Speaker 4: profit and when to leave before the bubble or invest
- 10:22Speaker 4: in the companies that are going to be able to
- 10:24Speaker 4: withstand about.
- 10:25Speaker 2: But once again we have a major VC problem. The
- 10:30Speaker 2: crypto funds blew up because they and everyone who's a
- 10:33Speaker 2: crypto fan. I'm not on crypto, but they mismanaged the
- 10:36Speaker 2: funds and how they promoted crypto. As soon as that
- 10:41Speaker 2: powder can exploded, they took all that money and did
- 10:44Speaker 2: and moved to AI and they're going to cause the
- 10:45Speaker 2: same contagion issue there, and then they're going to find
- 10:48Speaker 2: another project to go to all of a sudden, Even
- 10:50Speaker 2: if you look at Netflix while we're there on this
- 10:52Speaker 2: right strike, they're going to create to find ways to
- 10:57Speaker 2: fill gaps in the entertainment climate. So at some point
- 11:00Speaker 2: American vcs are going to leave here and go internationally
- 11:03Speaker 2: to find companies to fund, which is one of our
- 11:05Speaker 2: issues of not taking care of our own people and
- 11:07Speaker 2: our own talent. Even if you look at Taiwan's Semiconductor,
- 11:11Speaker 2: do most people know that the only reason he wanted
- 11:14Speaker 2: to go form their company is because he cannot get
- 11:16Speaker 2: elevated to CEO of Texas Instruments. What a fucking disaster.
- 11:21Speaker 2: It's like when James Harden left Oklahoma City, was it
- 11:24Speaker 2: really worth losing him over that extra six million for
- 11:28Speaker 2: him to then become a star in the Houston Rockets.
- 11:31Speaker 2: So one of the greatest developments in the last forty years,
- 11:35Speaker 2: one of the greatest companies is not even here because
- 11:38Speaker 2: they didn't want to make him CEO. All the inventions
- 11:41Speaker 2: and ideas and properties and products that he created for
- 11:43Speaker 2: them he wanted to keep here, didn't let them. Meanwhile,
- 11:47Speaker 2: We're building India's middle class at a scale I've never
- 11:50Speaker 2: seen for a country. But they'll tell black people there's
- 11:54Speaker 2: no money available for you. They'll tell brown people there's
- 11:57Speaker 2: no money available for you, and all the conversation is
- 12:01Speaker 2: about when that guy got hit with that chair, like
- 12:03Speaker 2: he was Hokogan. We have some major corrections to do
- 12:09Speaker 2: in our country in order to make Because my guy
- 12:11Speaker 2: Rubini asked me, He's like, what can we do to
- 12:13Speaker 2: avoid a crash? Like we need to make better companies,
- 12:18Speaker 2: point blank. And that's the other reason. Even when I
- 12:20Speaker 2: tell people don't copy me, it don't copy you guys.
- 12:22Speaker 2: It's like, if you copy me, you only raise my valuation.
- 12:26Speaker 2: It doesn't raise the valuation of the space. Create your
- 12:29Speaker 2: own version. And if we have diversity and products and
- 12:32Speaker 2: companies and great, the overall GDP can be moved. But
- 12:37Speaker 2: that isn't being done. But the unfortunate part on a
- 12:40Speaker 2: VC and Angel side, they are funding a lot of copycats.
- 12:45Speaker 2: We see it in the music industry. Everyone sounds like
- 12:47Speaker 2: each other. Every app that comes out is a recreation
- 12:49Speaker 2: of another. We need more innovation, but the innovation has
- 12:52Speaker 2: to be funded.
- 12:53Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 12:56Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
