A disturbing incident unfolded at a Manassas Walmart when a 51-year-old woman was allegedly touched and flashed obscene material by a Hispanic male around 6:30 PM on July 11. Though no physical harm occurred, the assault shattered the sense of safety shoppers expect. Police are urgently seeking witnesses and anyone with info — the suspect was last seen in a blue shirt, grey shorts, and grey shoes.
