  going to be talking about Tesla and some other vehicles that are

  coming up. That may be challenging the

  model 3, there's actually one vehicle in particular that I'd

  like to talk about the may be challenging the model 3 which
• 0:30
  Which is a really good seller for Tesla.

  It's a Hyundai. So we're going to be talking
• 0:36
  about that a little bit but first I want to talk about the
• 0:40
  Tesla delivery is that a fallen and the second quarter about
• 0:45
  18%, there's been a China Factory shut down for Tesla.

  So they've had a Slowdown and Tesla delivered, 250, 4695
• 0:57
  electric vehicles in the second quarter.

  Across the globe and that's nearly 18 percent drop from the
• 1:06
  previous period. And that's because there's
• 1:08
  supply chain, constraints, coming in covid.

  Had an extended covid. China had a extended covid-19
• 1:15
  lockdown. They had new factories built in
• 1:18
  Berlin and Austin, and it takes a lot of time to get those
• 1:21
  systems up and running, so they couldn't really ramp it up in
• 1:26
  time to get the deliveries out in a supply.
• 1:29
  I chain, we've all heard it before the chip makers.
• 1:34
  It's slowing everything down to slowing down the whole industry.
• 1:37
  The whole Auto industry has slowed down because of this and
• 1:40
  we've heard numerous rumors throughout the last six months
• 1:44
  that Tesla is going to take all chip design and making
• 1:48
  everything for the vehicles in house where they don't have
• 1:52
  anything built by anybody else. Anything at all?
• 1:56
  And that's a possibility because if the if these Lines.

  Keep kind of shutting down over time and they have to rely on
• 2:03
  other people. You know, it's going to be a
• 2:07
  tough one for Tesla in the near future and it could be also
• 2:12
  because of another vehicle. Now, this is the first time in
• 2:15
  two years that Tesla deliveries have fallen quarter-over-quarter
• 2:21
  and the second quarter last year was actually up about 26.5% and
• 2:27
  the reduction in the Quarter and quarter line, it's a supply
• 2:32
  chain issue. Of, like I said before, across
• 2:34
  the whole industry, every vehicle maker, you go to, let's
• 2:39
  say, you go to carvanha, right? You're looking for a car on
• 2:41
  Karana, any vehicle you're looking for?
• 2:44
  It's hard to find anything. Anything EV right now is almost
• 2:50
  impossible to get your hands on and I was on carvanha last
• 2:54
  night, check it out. Model threes, there's none, in
• 2:57
  stock, literally none. It I bought a new Subaru last
• 3:01
  year about a year ago and it's a nice vehicle but it was easy and
• 3:08
  it was almost. It's super hard to get a vehicle
• 3:10
  of any kind of this point through carvanha.
• 3:13
  They sell out immediately. And I know that that's a problem
• 3:17
  across the board and sometimes even at regular dealerships,
• 3:21
  people will buy something. From carvanha.
• 3:24
  Are they used to buy things on qivana at a discount?
• 3:27
  And then they would sell them to the local dealerships?
• 3:30
  That dealerships would mark them up.
• 3:31
  The dealership is make some money that's kind of the
• 3:34
  roundabout way to do it. And that's not happenin anymore
• 3:38
  because everybody's price is pretty high.

  So it's hard to find a vehicle in a few.

  Do you have to get it immediately?
• 3:45
  But there's a markup because there's very few of them
• 3:49
  available. So, Sometimes at Shops, you
• 3:54
  know, they mark them up a bunch a couple thousand dollars over
• 3:58
  MSRP and sometimes you could haggle before, you can haggle
• 4:01
  the MSRP. See if the vehicles 40,000 you
• 4:04
  can probably handle them down to if you're good you know 3650 you
• 4:09
  know 365 I should say. But now you can't do that.

  Everything seems to be over MSRP.
• 4:17
  So you know the fact that Tesla's Having all these issues
• 4:22
  and everybody else is having all these issues.

  It just it is across the whole board.

  So, no worries about Tesla for this.

  It's happening to everybody but there is something you might
• 4:33
  have to worry about if your Tesla.

  And that's the 2024, Hyundai ioniq 6.

  There were some concepts of this car out a little while ago, a

  few years ago and the concepts looked great and we were all
• 4:52
  hoping that the concepts of this vehicle would come to fruition,
• 4:57
  and they delivered. This vehicle.

  Looks amazing. It's kind of, like, a Porsche

  911. If you want to think about that
• 5:06
  Porsche 911. But modern, Evie.

  Everything looks. Just great.

  I don't know how, I don't know how to explain this vehicle to

  anybody who hasn't seen it yet, but I'm thinking think of about

  a Porsche 911 with the wing But it's a smaller Wing.

  looks great, it has like a kind of long Sleek.

  Look, there's a good length to it.

  It's a cavernous space, there's a lot of legroom for taller

  people. You know, the it's just it's a

  great looking vehicle. And somebody, if you can't get

  your hands on a Tesla because Tesla's are selling out like
• 8:50
  crazy and you have the money in your pocket, it's burning a hole
• 8:53
  in your pocket. You have 40 Grand to spend on a
• 8:56
  vehicle. I think you're going to go for
• 8:58
  this the Hyundai ioniq 6. It looks like it's going to be a

  direct competitor for people that don't want to buy a Tesla.

  And they don't want to deal with waiting, you know?

  Three, four, five months for their test, that a ship.

  I mean, I've had one of my friends and this is just
• 9:17
  anecdotal. One of my friends has a model.

  Why? An order, right?

  She put the money on the model, why they said, okay, we're going
• 9:26
  to, we're going to ship it to you in a month and they were
• 9:30
  like, that's fine. I have a vehicle already.

  I don't need of new vehicle right now.

  Then they postpone them for about four more months and she
• 9:38
  was like, maybe I don't need the Tesla.

  Maybe I need a different vehicle because at least I can actually
• 9:45
  get an EV at this point, because she was just interested in
• 9:49
  getting into a new TV, So I'm not going to tell you what
• 9:54
  vehicle she's looking at, but it's similar to or Tesla and

  it's in the same price range. So if you think about that and

  then you think about the ionic six, forty Grand around there
• 10:07
  for model 3 or the ionic 6. I don't know, it's going to be a
• 10:11
  tough one, because I'm going to be in the market for a TV and a
• 10:13
  couple of years, and when I was looking for a Tesla, I didn't
• 10:17
  have the money to be honest with you, when it's 40 Grand and I
• 10:20
  didn't have four, And for a Tesla at that point, I wasn't
• 10:22
  making enough money to spend on a Tesla.

  Those like, well, I gotta buy a Subaru because it's half the
• 10:28
  price. Basically, I can buy a nice
• 10:30
  Subaru, it's a great car. Subaru Legacy great, great
• 10:35
  vehicle. And I can spend half the price.
• 10:38
  But when I'm in the market for a new TV, hopefully by that time
• 10:42
  there's going to be competition and this is going to be driving
• 10:46
  Tesla forward to, because if people are starting to move away
• 10:49
  from Tesla to Another vehicle just because they can't get
• 10:54
  their hands on Tesla due to supply chain issues or they just
• 10:57
  don't like something about Teslas.
• 10:59
  You know, maybe there's they don't like the one screen and
• 11:03
  the cool thing about the ionic is that the screen is all the
• 11:05
  way across the bash. You know, maybe not all the way
• 11:08
  across it goes across towards the past the armrest from driver
• 11:12
  side to the passenger side and then it kind of cuts off but the
• 11:17
  the infotainment system seems All right.
• 11:21
  We don't really have any more information about the
• 11:23
  infotainment system other than it has one, and you could
• 11:25
  probably use, you know, Google play or an Apple device for your
• 11:32
  infotainment system. So it's just it, it looks cool
• 11:37
  man. If you pull up, you know,
• 11:39
  somebody's house in this thing or to a party or whatever people
• 11:42
  are gonna be like, that's a cool looking Hyundai.
• 11:44
  You know, that's a, that's a great looking, a little car.
• 11:47
  So, I think it's going to turn some heads.
• 11:50
  I think people are going to enjoy it, and we don't know a
• 11:53
  lot of specs about it at this point, but we're guessing it's
• 11:58
  going to get about 350 miles to the charge as well.

  So looking forward to this one in the future.

  I can't wait to see what they do with it.

  It looks I mean, looks similar to a Tesla.

  The Porsche looks kind of like a tie can in a model 3 in the
• 12:16
  front end and it has a Rear spoiler, which is like the 911
• 12:20
  so it looks just cool in general.

  Okay, get I can't wait to get my hands on something like this

  when I actually buy an EV. So so I'm a huge fan of it and I
• 12:32
  can't wait till I get my hands on something like this.

  I didn't couple years they're going to have something way
• 12:37
  cooler than ice to so Buy It. Now by it early or just wait,

  it's going to be a an easy choice for people that are
• 12:44
  interested in a TV in the same price range as a model.
