- 3:24Speaker 5: home churned butter. Just no fish tacos.
- 3:28Speaker 4: I don't think they're allowed to make fish tacos.
- 3:30Speaker 14: I don't think so.
- 3:31Speaker 4: I think it's in the bylaws.
- 3:32Speaker 3: I don't think they experience other cultures in Amishtown, U.S.A.
- 3:37Speaker 4: Or tacos.
- 3:38Speaker 14: The Mennonites do. The Mennonites eat Mexican food.
- 3:44Speaker 15: Alright.
- 3:45Speaker 5: What movie did we go see today? Resident Evil Afterlife.
- 3:48Speaker 4: This week's Out of the Town feature is.
- 3:50Speaker 6: I already told you.
- 3:52Speaker 4: Too late.
- 3:53Speaker 5: Resident Evil Afterlife.
- 3:55Speaker 15: Never mind.
- 3:55Speaker 4: You said it all funky.
- 3:56Speaker 5: How do you want me to say it?
- 3:58Speaker 4: Like you did the first time.
- 3:59Speaker 5: Resident Evil Afterlife.
- 4:01Speaker 6: There we go.
- 4:03Speaker 4: The year, obviously, is 2010, since we just got back,
- 4:06Speaker 4: and the director is the return, the triumphant return of
- 4:10Speaker 4: Paul W.S.
- 4:12Speaker 5: Anderson.
- 4:13Speaker 4: Not to be confused with other Andersons.
- 4:15Speaker 6: Paul W.S. Anderson. Oh, okay.
- 4:17Speaker 14: Never mind.
- 4:18Speaker 8: Jokes.
- 4:19Speaker 4: So the plot, according to IMDb, that every week.
- 4:24Speaker 5: This one's even more plotless than normal.
- 4:27Speaker 4: Maybe, kind of. Okay, according to them... In a world
- 4:31Speaker 4: ravaged by a virus infection turning its victims into the undead,
- 4:35Speaker 4: Alice continues her journey to find survivors and lead them
- 4:38Speaker 4: to safety. Her deadly battle with the Umbrella Corporation reaches
- 4:42Speaker 4: new heights, but Alice gets some unexpected help from an
- 4:45Speaker 4: old friend. A new lead that promises a safe haven
- 4:48Speaker 4: from the undead takes them to Los Angeles, but when
- 4:50Speaker 4: they arrive, the city is overrun by thousands of undead
- 4:53Speaker 4: and Alice and her comrades. are about to step into
- 4:59Speaker 4: a deadly trap.
- 5:00Speaker 6: That's awesome.
- 5:02Speaker 14: Isn't that the plot for the last three movies?
- 5:05Speaker 6: They didn't really try and get away to L.A. because
- 5:08Speaker 6: they knew L.A. was ravaged by zombies.
- 5:10Speaker 4: Wait, are you saying the IMDb plot is full of holes?
- 5:13Speaker 6: No, I would never say that. I would not say
- 5:15Speaker 6: that to you.
- 5:16Speaker 4: Impossible. That having been said, spoiler alert, it's a new movie.
- 5:22Speaker 4: We're obviously going to ruin the hell out of it. So,
- 5:25Speaker 4: Just go see it before you listen to us tear
- 5:28Speaker 4: into it.
- 5:30Speaker 8: All right.
- 5:30Speaker 4: That out of the way, where would you like to begin?
- 5:32Speaker 5: I love this movie. Sorry, I didn't mean to cut
- 5:34Speaker 5: you off. It's okay.
- 5:35Speaker 6: It was a good time.
- 5:37Speaker 3: Has anyone seen Grandma's Boy?
- 5:39Speaker 4: Yes.
- 5:40Speaker 5: Okay, you know the guy who developed the video games?
- 5:43Speaker 10: Yes.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Why did the main guy in this movie remind me
- 5:46Speaker 3: so much of that guy? I hate your face.
- 5:49Speaker 5: It was like the exact same guy.
- 5:52Speaker 4: Like the villain?
- 5:53Speaker 8: The villain.
- 5:53Speaker 4: The sunglasses?
- 5:54Speaker 6: Oh, okay, yeah. He was like the same guy. He
- 5:57Speaker 6: looked like he dressed from The Matrix, but I don't.
- 5:59Speaker 4: Well, to me, he looked like, and not that we
- 6:01Speaker 4: haven't harped on him all episode long, but he looked
- 6:03Speaker 4: like about 14 rungs down wannabe Chris Pine.
- 6:06Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 6:06Speaker 4: He sat there going, man, I wish I was Chris Pine. Man,
- 6:09Speaker 4: I wish I was Chris Pine.
- 6:10Speaker 14: As he was sitting there.
- 6:11Speaker 4: Me too, actually.
- 6:12Speaker 6: He was like, I could be on the spot.
- 6:14Speaker 14: That starts at the Enterprise right now.
- 6:16Speaker 4: If I dress like the Matrix, maybe it'll make me
- 6:18Speaker 4: more like Captain Kirk. Wait, that doesn't make sense at all.
- 6:21Speaker 5: I really just hated that guy. But you think you're
- 6:24Speaker 5: supposed to hate him. I know, but for different reasons.
- 6:27Speaker 3: His acting was terrible, and he really, really, really just
- 6:29Speaker 3: made me think Like, I couldn't stop thinking.
- 6:33Speaker 5: He's supposed to be like that because that character in
- 6:36Speaker 5: the video games, he plays a good version of the
- 6:39Speaker 5: character in the video games. He's Wesker in the video games.
- 6:41Speaker 5: You fucking hate him. I think he plays him pretty
- 6:43Speaker 5: spot on.
- 6:44Speaker 6: I think he's really good.
- 6:45Speaker 4: I guess.
- 6:46Speaker 5: He's still an asshole.
- 6:47Speaker 4: Yeah, he's just such a douchebag.
- 6:49Speaker 14: But he's supposed to be.
- 6:49Speaker 6: He fucks over everybody in the games.
- 6:52Speaker 5: You're not supposed to like him. To me, I think
- 6:53Speaker 5: he plays a good portrayal of that character. Do I
- 6:55Speaker 5: like him?
- 6:56Speaker 6: No. You're not supposed to like him.
- 6:57Speaker 4: I wasn't overly thrilled with his performance, but.
- 7:00Speaker 5: But to me, he's so similar to the video game character.
- 7:03Speaker 4: That's the thing. I haven't played the video games as much, so.
- 7:05Speaker 6: Well, he was a different... Because in 3, didn't they use...
- 7:09Speaker 6: They used somebody... This guy's completely different from that guy
- 7:12Speaker 6: that they used, I think.
- 7:13Speaker 4: Actor-wise or bad guy character?
- 7:15Speaker 6: No, it's the same bad guy, but it's a different actor.
- 7:17Speaker 6: And that guy, almost his performance in his 3 lines
- 7:20Speaker 6: that he said in 3, I think was better than,
- 7:24Speaker 6: you know, everything, like his acting in this one.
- 7:26Speaker 5: But.
- 7:27Speaker 6: I agree. I think he was a great portrayal of
- 7:29Speaker 6: Wesker from the games, especially for, you know, like the
- 7:33Speaker 6: fight scene at the end was kind of like the same.
- 7:35Speaker 6: But I don't know. he's just like them. He fit
- 7:39Speaker 6: as a, as a, just a Royal asshole.
- 7:41Speaker 4: He's, he's an asshole. And he seems like not again,
- 7:45Speaker 4: there's many references to this to come up, but he's
- 7:47Speaker 4: definitely seems like he's pulling the Mr.
- 7:50Speaker 6: Anderson card.
- 7:52Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 7:52Speaker 4: He's playing that card a lot. Only he's not even doing,
- 7:55Speaker 4: I mean, you know, that you, that guy is good.
- 7:57Speaker 4: He can carry that kind of thing. He's, Like he's trying,
- 8:00Speaker 4: once again, he's just bargain basement version of all these people.
- 8:03Speaker 4: He's just, he wishes he looked like Chris Pine. He
- 8:05Speaker 4: wished he could deliver lines like, what's his face? Hugo Weaving. Yeah,
- 8:08Speaker 4: Hugo Weaving. But he just doesn't pull off any of
- 8:11Speaker 4: them for me. Again, maybe it's closer to the video game.
- 8:14Speaker 4: I just haven't played it that much. But as a movie,
- 8:16Speaker 4: I was just like. He was the weakest link for me,
- 8:19Speaker 4: was that guy.
- 8:19Speaker 5: I think the weakest link was the plot.
- 8:21Speaker 14: The whole fucking story.
- 8:23Speaker 5: I loved it. The movie was fun. I loved it.
- 8:25Speaker 5: The fight scenes were awesome.
- 8:26Speaker 6: It was beautiful.
- 8:27Speaker 4: It's a gorgeous movie. It looked amazing.
- 8:28Speaker 5: It was a great movie. There was little, very little plot.
- 8:31Speaker 4: There was very little plot, I'll give you that. But
- 8:33Speaker 4: I was okay with what they had.
- 8:35Speaker 6: I was excited about, you know, okay, the third movie
- 8:39Speaker 6: ended with all the ounces waking up and they're going
- 8:42Speaker 6: to go storm the... umbrella headquarters tokyo which that's what
- 8:46Speaker 6: you get in the beginning of the movie but i
- 8:47Speaker 6: figured that that would kind of be leading up to
- 8:49Speaker 6: and then the final battle in the bowels of the
- 8:51Speaker 6: tokyo umbrella headquarters well it's decimated in the first five
- 8:55Speaker 6: minutes yeah which is awesome actually it was awesome it
- 8:59Speaker 6: was a great scene but i was kind of like
- 9:00Speaker 6: wait well what now Okay, well now you're going to
- 9:03Speaker 6: go look for the... They already moved headquarters. Yeah, this
- 9:07Speaker 6: place that doesn't or does exist.
- 9:09Speaker 4: Arcadia.
- 9:10Speaker 6: Arcadia that is free of the virus and there's no
- 9:13Speaker 6: one dead and there's food and love for everybody.
- 9:15Speaker 4: Well, they sort of changed gears midway through on all those.
- 9:19Speaker 4: It's like they set you up on that battle and
- 9:21Speaker 4: then that battle's over with really quick.
- 9:23Speaker 6: And it totally slows down and it feels like a
- 9:25Speaker 6: different movie almost.
- 9:25Speaker 4: Well and then they also set up the plot like
- 9:27Speaker 4: you were going to like the whole thing is going
- 9:29Speaker 4: to take place oh we're going off to alaska we're
- 9:31Speaker 4: gonna battle and like that's five minutes and then we're
- 9:33Speaker 4: like oh well nobody here let's go somewhere else so
- 9:36Speaker 4: and then it gets to yeah so what were you
- 9:39Speaker 4: gonna say about the after that uh when it changes.
- 9:42Speaker 6: Gears it just changes gears and it's kind of like
- 9:44Speaker 6: the beginning gets you so amped up and you know
- 9:47Speaker 6: you get so much good stuff and then it just
- 9:49Speaker 6: slows down and i'd almost would have been better if
- 9:53Speaker 6: If there was a place in Alaska, I would have
- 9:57Speaker 6: liked to have seen something other than what we've seen
- 9:59Speaker 6: in the other movies. ruined cities okay the desert was
- 10:02Speaker 6: awesome i could see going to like the frozen waste
- 10:04Speaker 6: being a cool place to take.
- 10:05Speaker 4: It that i think would it would have at least
- 10:07Speaker 4: given us a change up in visual because that's what
- 10:09Speaker 4: i noticed is like especially i don't remember much about
- 10:13Speaker 4: two but to me this felt exactly like one visually
- 10:16Speaker 4: because he loves to set it in the middle of
- 10:18Speaker 4: a big metal room yeah everything's great metal yeah metal
- 10:21Speaker 4: floors metal doors metal you know everything is just a
- 10:23Speaker 4: huge metal compound before it was underground now it's still you.
- 10:28Speaker 14: Know it's a work that they kept it there because
- 10:30Speaker 14: you know.
- 10:32Speaker 4: Yeah it didn't matter really i mean i guess you
- 10:34Speaker 4: wouldn't have the as many people to have you know
- 10:37Speaker 4: in the middle of los angeles you're gonna have tons
- 10:39Speaker 4: of people in the wastelands i guess they wouldn't have
- 10:41Speaker 4: been surrounded to fight off all of those i don't
- 10:44Speaker 4: know if zombies freeze to death in the cold.
- 10:47Speaker 17: I don't know it would have been cool to have
- 10:49Speaker 17: seen but it would have yeah You know, okay, we're
- 10:51Speaker 17: going back to somewhere that decimated there in a building
- 10:55Speaker 17: that's fenced off completely where every single undead in LA.
- 10:59Speaker 6: Is now crowded around this. And I remember that from three,
- 11:02Speaker 6: whereas the same thing, there's this one place out in
- 11:04Speaker 6: the desert and every zombie around was crowded around it. Well,
- 11:07Speaker 6: why don't you have it in Alaska where maybe the
- 11:09Speaker 6: infection is slowly starting to get there and you start
- 11:12Speaker 6: seeing zombies show up or whatever.
- 11:14Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 11:14Speaker 6: And that would have been cool. Instead of just going
- 11:16Speaker 6: back to the same old... Random rabid deer. Yeah, and
- 11:19Speaker 6: then have infected deer.
- 11:20Speaker 4: Rabbit moose.
- 11:22Speaker 6: Polar bears.
- 11:22Speaker 5: Polar bears. I had to have it at a prison.
- 11:24Speaker 5: You can't have Wentworth Miller anywhere but in a prison. Right? Yeah, right?
- 11:28Speaker 14: I thought that was hilarious.
- 11:29Speaker 4: I know. I'm like, poor guy.
- 11:30Speaker 14: He's always in prison.
- 11:32Speaker 6: Every single thing.
- 11:33Speaker 4: That bastard cannot escape from prison.
- 11:35Speaker 10: Literally.
- 11:35Speaker 6: To the entrance of... chris redfield which from the games
- 11:38Speaker 6: you're like yes finally chris redfield he does nothing basically
- 11:42Speaker 6: almost nothing he grows a lot.
- 11:44Speaker 4: Well nobody really liked him in the game either you
- 11:46Speaker 4: got to be one of the other everybody wanted to
- 11:47Speaker 4: be her.
- 11:48Speaker 6: So yeah she had more item spaces and was the
- 11:50Speaker 6: master of unlocking and she's a chick it was harder
- 11:53Speaker 6: and you're like geeks like to be the chick come
- 11:56Speaker 6: on But, I don't know, it just seemed like then
- 11:59Speaker 6: the Axe guy from Resident Evil 4 comes out of nowhere.
- 12:03Speaker 6: And you're like, okay, where is this guy coming from
- 12:05Speaker 6: and why?
- 12:06Speaker 5: Is he wandering over from a coffee shop?
- 12:08Speaker 6: Yeah, was he just on break? And it's just like, oh,
- 12:11Speaker 6: I feel Alice, you know, activate. I'm going to chill now.
- 12:14Speaker 4: I don't remember much of, especially nothing about the second one.
- 12:18Speaker 4: Did they work in any of those other weird, like,
- 12:20Speaker 4: boss-type characters?
- 12:21Speaker 6: Well, at the end of the third one, you finally
- 12:23Speaker 6: get the tyrant, which is the boss from the very
- 12:25Speaker 6: first game. Yeah, I remember that. You know, give the
- 12:28Speaker 6: fans what they want to see, and you're like, awesome.
- 12:30Speaker 6: But other than that, you don't really get the myriad
- 12:33Speaker 6: of other things you fight in the games, other than zombies.
- 12:36Speaker 4: See, I guess they're just banking on everybody knows the
- 12:39Speaker 4: story of the game. Because, yeah, as a movie, they
- 12:42Speaker 4: don't explain anything.
- 12:44Speaker 6: Anything everything's just so random.
- 12:46Speaker 4: Yeah especially stuff like that like zombie movies you don't
- 12:49Speaker 4: really have to explain a lot the basic rules are
- 12:51Speaker 4: there they all apply but this is a weird variation
- 12:54Speaker 4: on a zombie movie where we're like engineering the zombies
- 12:57Speaker 4: so we really can create other crazy things like these
- 13:01Speaker 4: big giant.
- 13:01Speaker 6: Mutants and they totally dropped that whole thing where Wesker
- 13:05Speaker 6: started creating his own type of zombies super zombies that
- 13:08Speaker 6: were kind of like in the third movie which was
- 13:10Speaker 6: not him But, you know, in this movie, you saw
- 13:13Speaker 6: his eyes glow. Well, the zombies he created were called
- 13:16Speaker 6: Crimson Head zombies, and their eyes would glow. And that
- 13:19Speaker 6: would have been cool to have worked that in, in
- 13:21Speaker 6: any way, shape, or form.
- 13:22Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 13:22Speaker 6: You know, Resident Evil 4 is a completely different game
- 13:24Speaker 6: that didn't deal with anything, and that's what the axe
- 13:27Speaker 6: guy was from. Came out of nowhere. Have him, like,
- 13:30Speaker 6: launching these creations from the ship to come and kill
- 13:34Speaker 6: whoever's left, that would have been cool.
- 13:35Speaker 4: Or if there was just a lab somewhere where they
- 13:37Speaker 4: had been working and they set him free when the
- 13:41Speaker 4: zombies started running him up or something. But yeah, there's
- 13:44Speaker 4: just nothing. He just comes walking up.
- 13:46Speaker 6: But I can't say that I really have a problem
- 13:48Speaker 6: with it because it was so cool.
- 13:49Speaker 12: He was awesome.
- 13:50Speaker 6: It was so good. Such great action scenes. So, I mean,
- 13:54Speaker 6: I have a problem with the story, but I don't
- 13:57Speaker 6: have a problem with the movies.
- 13:58Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm kind of on my... And it really does, like,
- 14:02Speaker 4: it is one of those, once she gets to Alaska
- 14:04Speaker 4: and they're not there, it hits, like, this 20-minute lull
- 14:08Speaker 4: of her flying back and her, like, talking into her
- 14:12Speaker 4: camcorder the whole time.
- 14:13Speaker 6: Here's what.
- 14:14Speaker 3: I mean, I know it would have just ended up
- 14:16Speaker 3: being pointless, but it's just, like, I feel like they
- 14:18Speaker 3: should have left it out because it was dumb. The
- 14:20Speaker 3: whole time it kept showing, like, the plane or her,
- 14:24Speaker 3: and it would say target locked. Okay, like, if you
- 14:26Speaker 3: want to kill this girl, why don't you just, like,
- 14:28Speaker 3: explode her right there like drop a bomb like really
- 14:31Speaker 3: let's make it really hard and dumb and like lure
- 14:37Speaker 3: her here so i can fight her personally you know
- 14:39Speaker 3: it's just like fucking blow her up or whatever god.
- 14:42Speaker 4: Well that's true the first scene there i'm like if
- 14:45Speaker 4: he was really worried about it he should have just
- 14:46Speaker 4: finished capping her right there Before he crashed into the mountain.
- 14:50Speaker 4: I mean, shit.
- 14:50Speaker 6: But I don't even understand. What is Umbrella's... Yeah, what
- 14:53Speaker 6: a shitty pilot.
- 14:54Speaker 14: He fucking gets up and walks away. Like, okay.
- 14:57Speaker 4: Playing a pilot. Yeah, isn't there an autopilot? Shouldn't that
- 15:00Speaker 4: inflatable guy come.
- 15:01Speaker 13: Out right now?
- 15:02Speaker 6: Yeah, right? But what's Umbrella's motivation at this point? The
- 15:07Speaker 6: world is decimated. Everything is dead. Everyone's gone. What do
- 15:10Speaker 6: you care? Like, there's no money to be made. It's
- 15:13Speaker 6: not like you're... Why do you even care about any
- 15:18Speaker 6: of this shit?
- 15:18Speaker 4: And again, there could be a reason. Especially by the end,
- 15:23Speaker 4: he's got this big spiel about whatever he's doing. He
- 15:26Speaker 4: could have gone into some sort of plan of how
- 15:28Speaker 4: they were going to enslave all these people and build
- 15:32Speaker 4: it into the umbrella world and do whatever. But he
- 15:34Speaker 4: didn't have anything.
- 15:35Speaker 14: Appealing world i'm just saying even for people who work
- 15:38Speaker 14: for the corporation it seems like yeah.
- 15:42Speaker 4: They well in the middle of talking to you they
- 15:44Speaker 4: pull out a gun and shoot you that's how the
- 15:46Speaker 4: uh everybody so what yeah well.
- 15:51Speaker 3: I guess actually spoiler alert but I remember now towards
- 15:56Speaker 3: the end he wanted her DNA so he.
- 15:59Speaker 4: Could be better but again that was all about him
- 16:01Speaker 4: I guess so he still didn't have a plan as
- 16:04Speaker 4: to what the whole world what he or Umbrella or
- 16:07Speaker 4: whatever was going to do it was all just sort
- 16:09Speaker 4: of He personally was going to infuse her DNA, and
- 16:13Speaker 4: then he would be the special one and whatever, but...
- 16:15Speaker 4: They're like, what do you do then? Again, yeah.
- 16:17Speaker 6: More freak dogs?
- 16:18Speaker 4: You've got a big empty world for you to run
- 16:20Speaker 4: around and, yeah, pet your dog. So is she human again?
- 16:22Speaker 18: Yeah.
- 16:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 16:23Speaker 6: But she seemed like she was still super ultra-human.
- 16:26Speaker 14: She couldn't do the weird eye thing anymore, but she
- 16:28Speaker 14: was still like, I'm going to kick your ass in
- 16:30Speaker 14: slow motion.
- 16:31Speaker 6: Yeah, could get hit with huge hammers.
- 16:32Speaker 5: 7,000 times.
- 16:35Speaker 4: I was really, I was like, okay, if she's supposed
- 16:36Speaker 4: to be human again, that little swinging on the rope
- 16:40Speaker 4: landing thing, I was like, no human being could possibly, granted,
- 16:43Speaker 4: this is a movie, it's cool and all, and that's
- 16:45Speaker 4: why I gave it points. I was like, you know what,
- 16:46Speaker 4: I don't care.
- 16:47Speaker 5: It's Mula, she's that awesome.
- 16:48Speaker 4: But yeah, I was like, if we're going to get technical,
- 16:50Speaker 4: you might have been able to skate by when she
- 16:52Speaker 4: wasn't human, but if you turned her human again, that
- 16:54Speaker 4: shouldn't have just happened.
- 16:55Speaker 14: It's funny, that's what I said at the beginning of
- 16:56Speaker 14: the movie. I was like, oh, it's so cool. She's
- 16:58Speaker 14: so super badass because she's not human.
- 17:00Speaker 5: She's like Superwoman.
- 17:02Speaker 14: And then I was like, she's human again.
- 17:03Speaker 4: And then two minutes later, they pulled that rug out
- 17:06Speaker 4: from under you.
- 17:07Speaker 6: Yeah, it's like, I wanted to have superpowers. I can't
- 17:09Speaker 6: believe this anymore.
- 17:11Speaker 4: Well, now this is completely unbelievable.
- 17:13Speaker 6: I was with you up until this point.
- 17:15Speaker 4: It was all like a documentary until that came along.
- 17:18Speaker 6: I just want to know.
- 17:19Speaker 5: Where exactly that zombie friend came from because she wasn't
- 17:22Speaker 5: in any of the games.
- 17:23Speaker 4: So, I mean... For the movie.
- 17:25Speaker 6: Made up for the movie.
- 17:26Speaker 4: I mean, usually.
- 17:27Speaker 5: Why do they bother sticking with the other characters? I mean,
- 17:29Speaker 5: why bother having.
- 17:30Speaker 4: Nerd appeal.
- 17:31Speaker 3: Claire.
- 17:31Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 17:31Speaker 5: But.
- 17:32Speaker 6: See, and that's what I don't like is like, don't
- 17:34Speaker 6: just like have some schmo in there and be like, oh, well,
- 17:36Speaker 6: this is a character from the game, but they don't
- 17:38Speaker 6: do anything.
- 17:38Speaker 4: Don't they always do that with video game movies? Like
- 17:40Speaker 4: they never match anything.
- 17:42Speaker 6: Well, they do. But I was excited in two because
- 17:44Speaker 6: two followed the second game so closely. You're like jazzed
- 17:48Speaker 6: about it. And then the third one came kind of
- 17:50Speaker 6: less jazzed about it. And this, it just departs further
- 17:54Speaker 6: and further, and you've got no connection with the characters whatsoever, ever.
- 17:58Speaker 6: It's just a name on a person.
- 18:00Speaker 4: Which I think is what they were trying to do
- 18:03Speaker 4: with all these. It's like they've never really followed suit.
- 18:05Speaker 4: It's like they've always just thrown things in for the
- 18:07Speaker 4: sake of them being popular. Like we were saying, they'll
- 18:10Speaker 4: take a character from this game and put it in
- 18:11Speaker 4: here where it doesn't belong. They've totally skipped over those
- 18:15Speaker 4: important two characters for the first two movies. They finally
- 18:19Speaker 4: brought her in the third one. Now they just throw
- 18:20Speaker 4: him in for the sake of throwing his name in there.
- 18:22Speaker 4: So I think that's all it is. It's just they
- 18:25Speaker 4: feel like they have to check the list and be like, oh,
- 18:28Speaker 4: got that, got that, got the dogs. We're all set.
- 18:30Speaker 4: It's Resident Evil now.
- 18:32Speaker 14: Dogs were freaky.
- 18:32Speaker 6: I did not like that.
- 18:34Speaker 4: Dogs got extra freaky.
- 18:35Speaker 14: Yeah, they scared me in the pants.
- 18:38Speaker 6: See, and, you know, going back to it would have
- 18:40Speaker 6: been cool to have seen things in Alaska with once
- 18:43Speaker 6: you got into the hold of the ship and everything
- 18:44Speaker 6: was stark white, I loved it. I did like that.
- 18:47Speaker 6: I thought that was awesome.
- 18:48Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:48Speaker 6: Unlike that sterile kind of, you know, again, umbrella feel.
- 18:52Speaker 6: I was like, this is cool. Just the change of
- 18:55Speaker 6: a color palette made such a big difference than... The gray, brown, black.
- 19:01Speaker 4: I mean, that's what I give credit for the third one.
- 19:04Speaker 4: I really like the way it looked. It did bring
- 19:06Speaker 4: a whole new color palette in and really was like
- 19:09Speaker 4: a different visual experience. It may not have been amazing,
- 19:13Speaker 4: but I mean, I think... Visually, it was kind of
- 19:15Speaker 4: cool to look at, and this one just seemed like
- 19:17Speaker 4: it went right back to the first one.
- 19:20Speaker 3: I know the zombies in the game are probably like this,
- 19:23Speaker 3: but I just feel like they were so.
- 19:24Speaker 6: The zombies were the most boring part. They're all so similar.
- 19:27Speaker 4: There was no threat, really, from them.
- 19:30Speaker 14: I mean, after four years, they can't be much harm.
- 19:34Speaker 6: I mean, they couldn't be that fast, really, which I understand.
- 19:37Speaker 14: Unless you're one of the ones that now have squids
- 19:40Speaker 14: coming out.
- 19:40Speaker 12: Of their balls.
- 19:42Speaker 6: What's their metabolism like?
- 19:44Speaker 5: Which reminds me of Blade II.
- 19:46Speaker 6: I think that's where they got that from. It has
- 19:48Speaker 6: no basis from the game.
- 19:49Speaker 4: It was never in the game like that? I thought
- 19:53Speaker 4: at some point maybe they mutated them into something like that,
- 19:56Speaker 4: but I guess not.
- 19:58Speaker 5: I like that Mila was hot in this movie again.
- 20:02Speaker 14: She was way hot.
- 20:03Speaker 5: The last couple movies she was in, she was in
- 20:04Speaker 5: Perfect Getaway. She wasn't so hot. She had those stupid
- 20:06Speaker 5: bangs that I wasn't dealing well with her because... She's hot,
- 20:09Speaker 5: but those bangs on her.
- 20:10Speaker 6: I like her with bangs.
- 20:12Speaker 14: I think she normally looks good with bangs.
- 20:13Speaker 5: I didn't like her in that movie with bangs. I
- 20:14Speaker 5: don't know if it was the length of them or what.
- 20:17Speaker 8: Maybe.
- 20:18Speaker 5: But then, I don't know, just the way they had
- 20:20Speaker 5: a saying about them, I don't know. But in this movie,
- 20:22Speaker 5: she was way hot again.
- 20:24Speaker 6: She looked feminine again, which is good. Because even in
- 20:26Speaker 6: the second movie, she was tough. Hot, yes, but, like,
- 20:32Speaker 6: too tough. Like, you know, all of her femininity was gone.
- 20:34Speaker 14: I like the third one where she was all, like,
- 20:37Speaker 14: rogue warrior down.
- 20:37Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah. Again, the third one's kind of a cool aspect.
- 20:40Speaker 5: That's what she designed her own costume on, so she
- 20:43Speaker 5: had that going for her.
- 20:44Speaker 4: I kind of want to be her for Halloween. The
- 20:45Speaker 4: costume was awesome, actually. I really liked just the whole
- 20:49Speaker 4: look of it. Yeah, the fact that she had, you know,
- 20:51Speaker 4: the guns on the back and her samurai sword and had, like, two, like,
- 20:55Speaker 4: freaking magnums on the front there on another holster... And
- 20:58Speaker 4: then the weird leggings thing, just the whole look she
- 21:00Speaker 4: had was actually awesome.
- 21:01Speaker 6: Which I'm interested that six shooters are now 40 shooters.
- 21:05Speaker 6: I mean, automatics, you can shoot all day, but it's
- 21:09Speaker 6: awesome when she's doing the same thing with revolvers. I'm like, wait, what?
- 21:13Speaker 6: You ran out five minutes ago.
- 21:15Speaker 4: No, she got that gun from Ash.
- 21:16Speaker 6: Oh, this is true.
- 21:18Speaker 4: She went to S-Mart and picked those up.
- 21:20Speaker 5: Right?
- 21:20Speaker 6: I like her on.
- 21:22Speaker 14: A quarter bullet.
- 21:23Speaker 6: Yeah, a quarter shotgun.
- 21:25Speaker 4: Those were kind of cool.
- 21:26Speaker 6: Pretty rounded.
- 21:27Speaker 10: Oh, okay.
- 21:27Speaker 5: I didn't know.
- 21:28Speaker 6: It's a hobby of mine.
- 21:30Speaker 4: But as far as her being hot, that's the other
- 21:33Speaker 4: thing I noticed. And once again, just to kind of
- 21:35Speaker 4: stay on this train of thought, I noticed this time
- 21:40Speaker 4: she's not a kid. And again, in my mind, she's
- 21:42Speaker 4: still that 16-year-old girl that they started putting in movies.
- 21:45Speaker 4: And I finally looked at her and went, okay, she's
- 21:47Speaker 4: a grown-up lady now. And then I looked at her
- 21:49Speaker 4: and was like, She looks really good.
- 21:52Speaker 14: That's what I was noticing.
- 21:54Speaker 4: Her face just looks really good. She was born in 75.
- 21:57Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 21:58Speaker 4: So I'm just like.
- 21:59Speaker 14: It's got to be about 40.
- 22:00Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 22:00Speaker 4: I was just like, she looks really good. And I
- 22:04Speaker 4: don't know if I've stopped and paid attention to her.
- 22:06Speaker 4: But yeah, I kind of like getting on the bandwagon
- 22:08Speaker 4: of not selling women off just because they turn 30. Right.
- 22:12Speaker 4: I think, you know, she's another one of those that
- 22:14Speaker 4: looks really good, not even for her age, just in general.
- 22:18Speaker 4: And I think it's kind of cool that she's held
- 22:20Speaker 4: on to not just this property, but continues to get roles,
- 22:23Speaker 4: even though she's not the kid that she used to
- 22:25Speaker 4: be anymore. She still looks damn good.
- 22:28Speaker 6: Well, she trains, like, for every one of these movies. She's, like,
- 22:30Speaker 6: a complete badass.
- 22:31Speaker 4: I mean, whatever. That, too. But, I mean, you can
- 22:34Speaker 4: get too over the top.
- 22:37Speaker 6: You can get old and.
- 22:38Speaker 4: Creepy, Madonna.
- 22:39Speaker 8: Yep.
- 22:39Speaker 15: Ugh.
- 22:40Speaker 4: She is she is ripped but um she looks fucking
- 22:44Speaker 4: scary now whereas this is different to me i was
- 22:46Speaker 4: just looking at her face on the giant screen i'm
- 22:49Speaker 4: like mila just looks attractive yeah skin's good beautiful so
- 22:53Speaker 4: it's yeah i think if nothing else it shows that
- 22:55Speaker 4: you can be like an aging actress and still have
- 22:58Speaker 4: work in hollywood it goes against the grain i know
- 23:01Speaker 4: but yeah get on board that that's kind of.
- 23:04Speaker 3: Cool i know it's been like over 10 years but
- 23:06Speaker 3: i can't look at ali larder without.
- 23:07Speaker 4: Thinking what great bikini, with great bikini, with great bikini.
- 23:09Speaker 15: Right?
- 23:10Speaker 7: I can't.
- 23:11Speaker 14: I just can't.
- 23:11Speaker 5: I can't look at her without thinking, God, shut your mouth.
- 23:15Speaker 8: Why?
- 23:15Speaker 5: She's like this all the time.
- 23:17Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 23:18Speaker 5: I can't even do it.
- 23:19Speaker 14: She has a weird mouth.
- 23:20Speaker 4: She's a mouth reader. She goes back and forth with me.
- 23:23Speaker 14: I think she's pretty, but I mean.
- 23:24Speaker 5: She did keep her mouth closed in this movie more
- 23:26Speaker 5: than normal.
- 23:26Speaker 14: She has a small mouth.
- 23:28Speaker 5: But it's just like, always open.
- 23:29Speaker 14: She's just always overly like, ugh.
- 23:32Speaker 6: I can do this.
- 23:33Speaker 14: I'm a badass.
- 23:35Speaker 4: It's fun.
- 23:36Speaker 5: But I didn't hate her in this movie. It's just
- 23:39Speaker 5: like her teeth are too big for her mouth and
- 23:41Speaker 5: it's just like they're always straining to cover it.
- 23:44Speaker 6: Her lips are just like ripping.
- 23:50Speaker 4: There's a hand motion going on with her mouth right now.
- 23:52Speaker 6: She secretly hates every second of life and is looking
- 23:55Speaker 6: for operations to push her jaw back.
- 23:59Speaker 4: Actually, isn't there a creature that kind of looks like
- 24:00Speaker 4: that in one of them?
- 24:01Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 24:01Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 24:02Speaker 6: Has like some sort of weird mandible thing.
- 24:04Speaker 4: There you go.
- 24:05Speaker 5: Don't get me wrong. She's a nice girl. I like
- 24:07Speaker 5: her just fine, but she's a mouth breather.
- 24:11Speaker 4: The classics never die.
- 24:12Speaker 5: That's the best quote I've heard today.
- 24:14Speaker 4: Damn straight.
- 24:15Speaker 6: Well, and you know, we're getting to the prison and.
- 24:19Speaker 6: Getting all these new characters where you've got, you know,
- 24:22Speaker 6: the token black character. You've got the token.
- 24:24Speaker 4: Who I actually liked.
- 24:25Speaker 6: Yeah, we all liked him. The Hispanic Jesus.
- 24:28Speaker 14: Oh, I liked him.
- 24:29Speaker 6: Was his name Jesus?
- 24:30Speaker 14: No, his name was Angel.
- 24:31Speaker 6: Angel, sorry.
- 24:32Speaker 4: Angel, Jesus, whatever. They all had.
- 24:35Speaker 5: Little Mexican names written down.
- 24:37Speaker 6: And they're awesome. And then there's the sleazy lawyer slash.
- 24:42Speaker 4: pleaser suit larry.
- 24:43Speaker 6: Producer guy and his little man boy slave.
- 24:47Speaker 5: It was fun watching me cut in half though yeah
- 24:49Speaker 5: and he was kind.
- 24:49Speaker 4: Of like but we worked in an asian dude you
- 24:51Speaker 4: know we got it we got.
- 24:52Speaker 6: All the tokens and there were only like five characters
- 24:55Speaker 6: but every single one.
- 24:56Speaker 3: Of them was a token the british accent girl who was.
- 25:00Speaker 5: Like some sort of even jay forgot where she went
- 25:02Speaker 5: halfway through the movie he's like oh but yeah when
- 25:04Speaker 5: the movie was over jay's like where'd that one girl.
- 25:05Speaker 4: Go she's the tom savini of this movie She disappeared
- 25:09Speaker 4: midway in.
- 25:10Speaker 6: What happened to her?
- 25:11Speaker 5: She got eaten. They got out of the water.
- 25:13Speaker 14: That's why.
- 25:13Speaker 4: Yeah, she got sucked in.
- 25:15Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 25:15Speaker 4: Which is, I guess that was just set up because,
- 25:17Speaker 4: you know, he sucked her off and then it was
- 25:19Speaker 4: gone and so you kind of, with the black guy,
- 25:21Speaker 4: you kind of got that saying, oh, well, fuck it,
- 25:22Speaker 4: he's gone now.
- 25:23Speaker 6: But he comes back.
- 25:25Speaker 4: Spoiler. Yeah. He sneaks out at the end. What did
- 25:27Speaker 4: they say?
- 25:28Speaker 5: Star power bitches?
- 25:29Speaker 14: Yeah, star power bitches.
- 25:30Speaker 4: They are still in L.A.
- 25:31Speaker 6: Well, it's funny. Well, I thought that was more a
- 25:33Speaker 6: Mario reference. star power you know he did star power and.
- 25:39Speaker 4: I just ate a mushroom motherfucker I.
- 25:41Speaker 5: Like the Asian I like the Asian guy the uh
- 25:44Speaker 5: angel guy I liked.
- 25:45Speaker 6: Him I wanted him yeah and he got wasted the
- 25:47Speaker 6: worst way he died he didn't even get killed in
- 25:49Speaker 6: a cool way he just got killed.
- 25:50Speaker 4: In that random yeah random out of the blue.
- 25:53Speaker 15: He was like that wasn't even necessary you could have
- 25:55Speaker 15: done what you wanted to do without.
- 25:57Speaker 4: Yeah just just go hey look over there and then
- 25:59Speaker 4: run for the plane seriously did you need to excuse
- 26:02Speaker 4: me I have to go to the bathroom mhm Would
- 26:05Speaker 4: you help me, little sidekick guy?
- 26:06Speaker 12: Yeah, really.
- 26:07Speaker 4: Why don't you hold things for me?
- 26:08Speaker 12: Yeah, hold it.
- 26:09Speaker 4: And he'd be like, okay. Shake. Because he seemed like
- 26:11Speaker 4: he was up for that, but.
- 26:14Speaker 4: But I have to say, actually, as far as the
- 26:17Speaker 4: prison aspect of it, granted, the visuals are very similar
- 26:20Speaker 4: to before, but I like the idea. I think that's
- 26:23Speaker 4: one I was like, oh, huh, I'll be damned. I'm
- 26:25Speaker 4: writing that down for the contingency plan, because that's a
- 26:29Speaker 4: hell of an idea. We haven't seen that before, have we?
- 26:32Speaker 4: Is that a zombie movie? Moving into a prison, basically,
- 26:35Speaker 4: to protect yourself?
- 26:36Speaker 15: That's pretty secure, yeah.
- 26:37Speaker 4: I mean, can you get a more secure haven to
- 26:40Speaker 4: escape from zombies?
- 26:41Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 26:41Speaker 14: Something about them being there for four years and not
- 26:44Speaker 14: knowing that there was a truck downstairs.
- 26:48Speaker 6: Yeah. Or an arsenal.
- 26:51Speaker 4: At least, I guess, the armory you couldn't get to
- 26:53Speaker 4: because of the war.
- 26:54Speaker 6: You want to keep yourself sane after four years in
- 26:56Speaker 6: this dingy frickin' prison with the same people reading.
- 26:59Speaker 3: I would have wanted to just kill myself. I mean, like,
- 27:01Speaker 3: I feel like if the world was... If the world
- 27:03Speaker 3: was that bleak, fuck surviving. Just kill yourself.
- 27:06Speaker 5: What's the point? Why do you make me look cheerful?
- 27:09Speaker 5: I've been like.
- 27:11Speaker 14: We can do it, guys.
- 27:13Speaker 6: We can do it.
- 27:13Speaker 13: Come on.
- 27:15Speaker 5: It's what zombies miss living for.
- 27:18Speaker 14: Zombie apocalypse, let's do this.
- 27:21Speaker 6: Poor Chris Redfield, he's in the prison, in this box
- 27:24Speaker 6: locked in the prison. Like, oh, fucking Jesus.
- 27:27Speaker 4: That did suck.
- 27:28Speaker 6: God, give him a magazine or something.
- 27:30Speaker 14: At first I thought he had a piano in there.
- 27:32Speaker 4: I was like, what the fuck? Well, I was like,
- 27:39Speaker 4: they had a guard sitting out there 24-7. I'm like,
- 27:42Speaker 4: where is he going?
- 27:43Speaker 6: Look at that box.
- 27:44Speaker 4: It's like a fucking lecher box. I mean, he's not
- 27:48Speaker 4: going anywhere. Yeah, I was like, isn't that the point
- 27:53Speaker 4: of that box is that they cannot escape? I mean,
- 27:55Speaker 4: you're in a prison in a prison.
- 27:57Speaker 6: Surrounded by zombies.
- 27:58Speaker 4: Yeah, where the fuck's he going? And he's like 22.
- 28:03Speaker 14: What the fuck is he going to do? Just let
- 28:05Speaker 14: him out.
- 28:05Speaker 6: I was really excited for the busting out in the
- 28:09Speaker 6: urban crushing vehicle.
- 28:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 28:11Speaker 6: But apparently its engine was not installed, so... I was pissed.
- 28:15Speaker 5: I was like, yeah.
- 28:16Speaker 7: Exactly, right?
- 28:17Speaker 6: I was like, this is going to be bad.
- 28:18Speaker 14: I didn't like that build up in Disappointment.
- 28:20Speaker 4: Well, I was okay with that because I was kind
- 28:22Speaker 4: of like, oh, kind of like Dawn of the Day
- 28:23Speaker 4: when they... make those big RVs, because that part was
- 28:26Speaker 4: awesome in Dawn of the Dead. So I was kind
- 28:27Speaker 4: of like, well, it would have been cooler because it
- 28:29Speaker 4: was more military outfit instead of like the, you know,
- 28:33Speaker 4: ramshackle school bus thing that they throw together.
- 28:35Speaker 5: Although I did like that one scene where he took
- 28:37Speaker 5: off in the airplane and he went in and skidded.
- 28:40Speaker 6: And like chewed through everybody. That was fucking awesome.
- 28:44Speaker 14: All over the ground red everywhere.
- 28:46Speaker 4: Good times so yeah i guess to me that was
- 28:49Speaker 4: at least a change that was different you know we
- 28:51Speaker 4: had and i guess the tunnels were kind of creepy
- 28:54Speaker 4: having to deal with that in the middle of zombies
- 28:57Speaker 4: you know yeah it's good to know zombies.
- 29:01Speaker 14: We did not get to see her shower yeah what was.
- 29:04Speaker 6: Up with there was another build up no freaking delivery.
- 29:07Speaker 14: Not even like she slowly takes off her gun.
- 29:09Speaker 4: Yeah not even side boob or anything.
- 29:11Speaker 6: Yeah we've seen her boobs and the first two yeah
- 29:15Speaker 6: two we see boobs but then they i guess.
- 29:17Speaker 5: You know she's cool with it she's okay she's damn
- 29:20Speaker 5: near 40 now maybe they're not where they used to be.
- 29:22Speaker 4: No for her i.
- 29:24Speaker 14: Mean come on now I think she'd be damn near
- 29:27Speaker 14: 70 and they'd still be where they're.
- 29:30Speaker 6: Supposed to be.
- 29:32Speaker 4: She's got that metal breastplate holding them all day long anyway.
- 29:35Speaker 4: They're not going anywhere.
- 29:36Speaker 3: So she should be awesome i feel like her legs
- 29:40Speaker 3: looked a little fatter in this movie what.
- 29:42Speaker 5: The hell you say they still look good They just
- 29:45Speaker 5: looked a little fatter.
- 29:46Speaker 14: What the hell are you saying?
- 29:48Speaker 4: At some point, we need to go ahead and say,
- 29:50Speaker 4: I mean, my legs are fatter.
- 29:53Speaker 14: I'm not judging.
- 29:54Speaker 6: I mean, I'm not hating.
- 29:55Speaker 14: I like fat legs.
- 30:01Speaker 5: She got thunder thighs right now. So does Jerry Lee Lewis.
- 30:04Speaker 3: That song kept looping in my head.
- 30:07Speaker 4: Keep your own dress down. But maybe she's just growing up.
- 30:11Speaker 4: Maybe that's part of, you know, now she's not a
- 30:13Speaker 4: little kid anymore. She doesn't have stick legs now. She's
- 30:16Speaker 4: a woman now. She's got little meat on her legs.
- 30:18Speaker 5: She's healthy.
- 30:19Speaker 14: I like a woman with a little meat on her legs.
- 30:22Speaker 9: No shame in that.
- 30:24Speaker 4: Oh, man.
- 30:25Speaker 6: But the end, kind of how it, like, they... beat
- 30:28Speaker 6: Wesker and then beat him again and then blow him
- 30:30Speaker 6: up and then they really saw the people that were
- 30:35Speaker 6: in the hold of the ship like an experiment on
- 30:37Speaker 6: and the lead up to the fifth movie I guess
- 30:40Speaker 6: now would be is like, it's going to be a
- 30:43Speaker 6: short movie because they're fucked.
- 30:44Speaker 4: Yeah, kind of. Like, right off the bat. They have, like,
- 30:47Speaker 4: maybe a.
- 30:48Speaker 6: Hundred rounds between them, four people.
- 30:49Speaker 4: Like, dozens.
- 30:50Speaker 6: Yeah, and then the rest of them are all just in, like,
- 30:53Speaker 6: white jumpers. And they got PJs. And they need you
- 30:55Speaker 6: to target. And I don't know where Umbrella is still
- 30:57Speaker 6: coming out with the resources to fucking send this tack force,
- 31:01Speaker 6: who I'm guessing is... Right?
- 31:04Speaker 14: That's where they are, Abu Dhabi.
- 31:06Speaker 4: The underground fortress of Abu Dhabi.
- 31:09Speaker 5: And it's Odie, one of the dogs there in Abu Dhabi.
- 31:13Speaker 6: Nermal.
- 31:13Speaker 5: No, it's Nermal. Maybe Odie went with him. I always
- 31:16Speaker 5: think of Abu Dhabi, I think of Garfield, I think
- 31:18Speaker 5: of dogs, and I think of Odie.
- 31:19Speaker 6: Well, he always said normal things.
- 31:21Speaker 4: Zombie Odie is what you're saying.
- 31:22Speaker 8: Yes.
- 31:22Speaker 6: Zombie Odie.
- 31:23Speaker 5: Zombie Odie's like, you picture his little Odie head cracking open.
- 31:29Speaker 14: Yikes.
- 31:30Speaker 6: That's how I'm just like, the fifth movie is going
- 31:32Speaker 6: to be short and stupid, because how are they going
- 31:34Speaker 6: to get at us?
- 31:35Speaker 5: Well, there was the planes in the bottom of the ship.
- 31:37Speaker 5: Maybe they all gathered into the planes.
- 31:38Speaker 8: Maybe.
- 31:39Speaker 4: Well I mean maybe they'll just pull what they did
- 31:41Speaker 4: this last time because they set you up for two
- 31:43Speaker 4: very specific things on this one and then they you
- 31:45Speaker 4: know 10 minutes in both of those are out the
- 31:48Speaker 4: window well they deliver on one but then it's just
- 31:50Speaker 4: over with and gone and then they don't deliver on
- 31:52Speaker 4: the other so I mean maybe they're just gonna like
- 31:54Speaker 4: knock out that first scene she'll like pull out a
- 31:56Speaker 4: flare and shoot the plane and the whole thing will
- 31:58Speaker 4: go down well and.
- 31:59Speaker 14: I'm pretty sure that they shoot one plane and for
- 32:02Speaker 14: some reason crashes into the other yeah it causes.
- 32:05Speaker 4: This domino effect and they all blow up It only
- 32:08Speaker 4: cost one bullet. And then they're like, all right, well,
- 32:11Speaker 4: what do you want to do with the rest of
- 32:12Speaker 4: this movie?
- 32:14Speaker 6: Well, and super duper spoiler alert, I'm pretty sure that
- 32:18Speaker 6: this is a return of Jill Valentine as the leader
- 32:21Speaker 6: of this tech force or whatever, who disappeared at the
- 32:23Speaker 6: end of the second movie, and you never know what
- 32:25Speaker 6: happens to her. Because Carlos, who leaves with them... Ends
- 32:29Speaker 6: up in the third movie, but Jill somewhere disappears. And
- 32:33Speaker 6: now she's blonde.
- 32:33Speaker 4: Off to Umbrella.
- 32:35Speaker 6: And, yeah, so.
- 32:36Speaker 14: She's got one of those weird red bug thingies.
- 32:38Speaker 6: Those spider things, which are stupid.
- 32:41Speaker 5: I want to talk about one of my major problems
- 32:42Speaker 5: with this movie. All right, there's all these planes. How
- 32:45Speaker 5: does she know which plane he's going to take to
- 32:47Speaker 5: put the exploding thing on?
- 32:48Speaker 4: I kind of thought that. Well, first, I think my
- 32:51Speaker 4: first thought was. Didn't we just kill him, like, four times? Like,
- 32:55Speaker 4: how many times?
- 32:56Speaker 14: Didn't we spend five minutes emptying our, like, clips into him?
- 33:00Speaker 4: Like, two minutes of watching you shoot him. Like, okay, granted,
- 33:04Speaker 4: if you want to have the fake-out scene, why devote
- 33:07Speaker 4: that much time to killing him if 30 seconds later
- 33:10Speaker 4: he's going to be alive and flying a plane again?
- 33:12Speaker 4: I'm just like, what?
- 33:12Speaker 5: But how did she know which plane he was going
- 33:14Speaker 5: to take? And there's all those planes. How did she
- 33:16Speaker 5: know which one? I know she's awesome and all.
- 33:17Speaker 6: She may be human, but she still has superhuman perceptions.
- 33:19Speaker 5: But is she still human?
- 33:20Speaker 4: Maybe they're connected.
- 33:21Speaker 6: I don't think she is.
- 33:22Speaker 14: I don't think she is.
- 33:23Speaker 6: I think it's like that X-Men shit where it's like,
- 33:25Speaker 6: you'll be cured for a little while.
- 33:28Speaker 5: Well, if you know, like a spoiler alert, when she
- 33:30Speaker 5: throws that knife and it hits Wesker in the face
- 33:33Speaker 5: and it gets his blood on it, that's the same
- 33:34Speaker 5: knife that guy picks up and.
- 33:35Speaker 4: Stabs her with.
- 33:36Speaker 5: So does she have.
- 33:37Speaker 4: Maybe she's reinfected.
- 33:39Speaker 6: They cross-mogenated their DNA.
- 33:43Speaker 4: Cross-mogenization.
- 33:44Speaker 10: Yes, yes.
- 33:44Speaker 6: Maybe it was DNA transfer without any intercourse.
- 33:48Speaker 14: Ooh, my favorite kind.
- 33:50Speaker 5: Boring.
- 33:51Speaker 6: From across the room. With a water balloon.
- 33:54Speaker 5: So is that going to be the next one?
- 33:55Speaker 6: With a water balloon.
- 33:55Speaker 5: So the next movie, is she going to be back
- 33:57Speaker 5: to being all super kick-ass?
- 33:58Speaker 10: I hope so.
- 33:58Speaker 18: I love that.
- 33:59Speaker 4: That'd be cool.
- 33:59Speaker 5: At the beginning of the movie, you're like, fuck it,
- 34:01Speaker 5: let's go drinking.
- 34:02Speaker 6: Yeah. I loved all the Alice clones and how they
- 34:04Speaker 6: were just rickrolling everybody.
- 34:06Speaker 14: It was a whole army of people. Rickrolling everybody.
- 34:08Speaker 5: It's a whole army of hot mules. Yeah. So, I mean,
- 34:11Speaker 5: holy shit. And she was in 3D. What more could
- 34:13Speaker 5: you fucking ask for?
- 34:14Speaker 4: Yeah, that was my next step. Let's discuss the 3D aspect.
- 34:17Speaker 5: I was kind of disappointed.
- 34:19Speaker 6: I thought it looked good.
- 34:20Speaker 4: I thought it looked good.
- 34:21Speaker 5: I thought it looked good, but as much as they
- 34:23Speaker 5: were hyping it for the most, it's shot specifically, everything's
- 34:26Speaker 5: going to be in 3D, it's made specifically, and it's
- 34:28Speaker 5: going to be the best 3D ever, and it's like...
- 34:30Speaker 5: It's no better than My Bloody Valentine.
- 34:32Speaker 4: That's where I put it. But to me, that's been
- 34:34Speaker 4: the high part for all of them. I mean, that's
- 34:37Speaker 4: been about the best thing I've seen.
- 34:38Speaker 5: But if they're going to hype it as being so
- 34:40Speaker 5: much more awesome, I expected... I mean, I still loved it.
- 34:43Speaker 5: It was still fun. But I expected a little bit more.
- 34:46Speaker 6: Nothing's going to be better than Avatar for me. I mean,
- 34:48Speaker 6: you can't reach that.
- 34:50Speaker 5: But they were trying to hype it as using the
- 34:52Speaker 5: same kind of 3D that he used for that. So
- 34:54Speaker 5: I expected a lot more. I mean, it was still good,
- 34:57Speaker 5: but it didn't seem up to par. It didn't seem
- 34:59Speaker 5: like where it should be for what they were hyping
- 35:01Speaker 5: it as.
- 35:02Speaker 6: I thought just in general everything looked good. I didn't
- 35:05Speaker 6: notice that there was a lot of the gimmick of
- 35:08Speaker 6: it coming out at you.
- 35:09Speaker 5: It looked good, but it wasn't blown away.
- 35:10Speaker 6: My boy Valentine 3D utilized that a whole lot more
- 35:14Speaker 6: and better.
- 35:14Speaker 5: Well, this one used it quite a bit, too. But still,
- 35:16Speaker 5: I wasn't blown away with it. It wasn't like... oh
- 35:18Speaker 5: my god it's mind-blowing it still looked good the rain
- 35:21Speaker 5: in the beginning shots was awesome yeah it's the scene
- 35:23Speaker 5: where the oh my god it made me dizzy when
- 35:25Speaker 5: they were doing this with a pull-up scene and then
- 35:27Speaker 5: the back down i was.
- 35:27Speaker 4: Just like yeah i think i had that too i
- 35:30Speaker 4: was like whoa i got a little too crazy like
- 35:32Speaker 4: that when.
- 35:32Speaker 15: She threw the guns and going through the water yeah
- 35:36Speaker 15: yeah that was awesome well i think what i gave
- 35:38Speaker 15: this one credit for more than anything 3d wise was
- 35:42Speaker 15: the same thing i was probably most impressed with with
- 35:44Speaker 15: the my bloody valentine was just the layering and they
- 35:47Speaker 15: just within the scenes themselves you could actually see background
- 35:52Speaker 15: and you could see people in another layer in the
- 35:54Speaker 15: background and then you could see her in the foreground
- 35:56Speaker 15: or whatever.
- 35:57Speaker 6: Like every scene.
- 35:59Speaker 4: Was yeah or even when it wasn't they found a
- 36:01Speaker 4: way for it to still be sort of its own
- 36:03Speaker 4: layer further back and this which is to me is
- 36:05Speaker 4: kind of the cool part like that's not gimmicky that's
- 36:08Speaker 4: just making use of the technology that's what i think
- 36:11Speaker 4: if you're going to do more movies like that they
- 36:13Speaker 4: should sort of focus on being able to make use
- 36:15Speaker 4: of that and.
- 36:15Speaker 6: That's that's what i think is the best thing about
- 36:18Speaker 6: 3d is not stuff coming at you it's the depth
- 36:21Speaker 6: that they can kind of project back into the movie
- 36:24Speaker 6: to where you get that sense of depth instead of, ooh,
- 36:27Speaker 6: I'm getting shot in the face with bullets.
- 36:29Speaker 5: Oh, I still like that. It's still fun.
- 36:31Speaker 4: That's fun. That's fun, too.
- 36:32Speaker 6: But definitely, I think the depth of field, like drawing
- 36:35Speaker 6: that back, I think is more like wowing to me. Like,
- 36:39Speaker 6: you know, when she slid down from the crazy rope
- 36:41Speaker 6: slide and landed in the zombie, like, frickin'... whatever mosh
- 36:47Speaker 6: pit there you go and when she was running through
- 36:49Speaker 6: them and they were all like right fucking around her
- 36:52Speaker 6: and she shoots both of her yeah quarter pistols or
- 36:54Speaker 6: cannons or whatever that to me was like the depth
- 36:57Speaker 6: of field of that was like oh this is bad
- 36:59Speaker 6: looking this is just awesome.
- 37:01Speaker 4: There's a lot just even like the simple like the
- 37:03Speaker 4: her on the beach at the beginning like that looked
- 37:06Speaker 4: really good and you there was like the whole layers
- 37:08Speaker 4: of the ocean versus the beach versus the stuff that
- 37:10Speaker 4: was up in the foreground that stuff all looked really
- 37:13Speaker 4: good and then once you get into like very specific
- 37:15Speaker 4: things like The first time they show the hole that
- 37:18Speaker 4: the zombie had dug, you really got that sense of
- 37:21Speaker 4: depth that it went on forever. That was kind of creepy, too,
- 37:25Speaker 4: because then they have to go in there at some point.
- 37:28Speaker 4: I think they made use of it.
- 37:30Speaker 5: I'm not saying it's not good. I'm just saying I
- 37:32Speaker 5: wasn't as blown away as I expected to be with
- 37:34Speaker 5: all the hype they were giving it.
- 37:35Speaker 4: I just don't go in expecting much with 3D anymore
- 37:38Speaker 4: because the last few times has been kind of lame.
- 37:41Speaker 5: Marlena has to go say goodbye and go. Sorry, guys.
- 37:47Speaker 4: All right. No feedback for you, then.
- 37:48Speaker 18: No feedback.
- 37:50Speaker 4: There was specific Marlena.
- 37:52Speaker 5: It was specific for me?
- 37:54Speaker 4: Come on.
- 37:54Speaker 5: I don't want to listen to it.
- 37:56Speaker 10: Okay.
- 37:56Speaker 4: All right.
- 37:57Speaker 3: Well, then I'll just have to wait for feedback.
- 38:02Speaker 4: All righty.
- 38:02Speaker 15: All right.
- 38:03Speaker 5: Back to the movie. What are we talking about now?
- 38:05Speaker 4: I don't know. Where were we at?
- 38:07Speaker 6: I don't have that much more to say.
- 38:10Speaker 4: I don't know. The only other thing I thought was
- 38:12Speaker 4: kind of... I mean, there's a hell of a lot
- 38:15Speaker 4: of Matrix-ing.
- 38:16Speaker 6: Going on in this thing. Bullet time.
- 38:20Speaker 4: Just like freeze-framing, jumping. In a way, it was cool.
- 38:24Speaker 4: There were times when they did something different. They've had
- 38:28Speaker 4: several years of extra technology upgrades since Matrix to be
- 38:33Speaker 4: able to do different stuff. So that first time it
- 38:34Speaker 4: sort of freezes... and you're dealing with the 3d because
- 38:38Speaker 4: matrix could never make use of the 3d aspect so
- 38:40Speaker 4: it's like there's moments when it's like okay that's kind
- 38:42Speaker 4: of cool that's making use of you know what they
- 38:44Speaker 4: can do with this but let's do it again by
- 38:47Speaker 4: the yeah by the end fight i was just like
- 38:49Speaker 4: really like just hurry up and shoot him in the
- 38:51Speaker 4: head i mean not slow-mo shoot him in the head
- 38:53Speaker 4: we've seen that a lot of times so i could
- 38:56Speaker 4: have lived with a little bit less matrix and but
- 38:59Speaker 4: you know I know that's the thing. Actually, I thought
- 39:02Speaker 4: that was gone by now. That was the thing like
- 39:04Speaker 4: five or six years ago.
- 39:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:07Speaker 4: Or more.
- 39:09Speaker 6: This is probably a two-minute fight scene that is drawn
- 39:12Speaker 6: out to five minutes because of all the slow motion.
- 39:14Speaker 4: If not longer. If not longer.
- 39:15Speaker 6: Which, it still looked cool, but it was a little
- 39:19Speaker 6: gratuitous there at the end. I was like, okay.
- 39:23Speaker 5: It's not a great movie.
- 39:24Speaker 4: It's a fun movie.
- 39:25Speaker 6: It's a very fun movie.
- 39:26Speaker 5: It's very shiny. Not really shiny, but it's got a
- 39:28Speaker 5: lot of explosion.
- 39:29Speaker 6: Very pretty.
- 39:32Speaker 4: It's very pretty. To me, again, as much as I
- 39:34Speaker 4: was not thrilled with his change to the old color palette,
- 39:37Speaker 4: there were times when I was like, this visually is
- 39:40Speaker 4: actually more impressive, I guess, than I've seen from him.
- 39:43Speaker 4: I mean, he's made.
- 39:45Speaker 6: Really good-looking movies.
- 39:46Speaker 4: But he's also made some crap. I mean, if I remember,
- 39:49Speaker 4: he was Death Race, and Death Race was pretty bad.
- 39:53Speaker 6: It was garbage.
- 39:54Speaker 4: Well, I mean, even visually, though, it was just boring,
- 39:56Speaker 4: and he brought nothing to the table, whereas... This, it's
- 39:59Speaker 4: like that first scene where we're watching it in the
- 40:02Speaker 4: rain and he's doing the close-up on the girl and
- 40:05Speaker 4: we're just, you know, it's just cutting back and forth.
- 40:07Speaker 4: All of that was actually visually interesting and more credit
- 40:12Speaker 4: than I will normally give him for being a director. So,
- 40:14Speaker 4: I mean, he's actually got a little skill that if
- 40:18Speaker 4: he would just not focus so much on matrixing and,
- 40:22Speaker 4: you know, crazy nonsense like that and quit doing some
- 40:25Speaker 4: of these, you know, more ridiculous things, ideas following more
- 40:29Speaker 4: he does about as many video game movies as Uwe
- 40:32Speaker 4: Boll but he does better video game movies he does
- 40:35Speaker 4: better I'll give him that but that's also not saying.
- 40:37Speaker 6: Much I always enjoy his movies so Uwe Boll? no
- 40:41Speaker 6: not Uwe no dude fuck that guy Anderson.
- 40:45Speaker 5: I want a list of all the shitty video game
- 40:48Speaker 5: movies that fuckers made not necessarily now.
- 40:50Speaker 4: But in general we'll get back to that But yes,
- 40:53Speaker 4: I don't know. It's one of those. Yeah, he's he's
- 40:56Speaker 4: hit and miss. I think he's got visual style. He
- 40:58Speaker 4: can deliver pretty good stuff. But then sometimes he just
- 41:02Speaker 4: sort of phones it in and focuses more on the
- 41:04Speaker 4: cheesy action or whatever, you know, what's easier. And I
- 41:07Speaker 4: think that's. If I didn't think he had talent, I
- 41:10Speaker 4: think I'd let him slide on that. But I see
- 41:12Speaker 4: moments here and there, and I'm like, you've kind of
- 41:15Speaker 4: got a little more skill than that. I would kind
- 41:16Speaker 4: of like to see him do something more with that.
- 41:19Speaker 4: But maybe in the Three Musketeers.
- 41:22Speaker 6: But definitely, I think it's a good... time if you
- 41:26Speaker 6: you know yeah spend the time spend the money i think.
- 41:28Speaker 5: It's worth it you definitely go more towards the matinee
- 41:31Speaker 5: like joni.
- 41:31Speaker 4: Says yeah yeah especially since it's costing so much more
- 41:35Speaker 4: for 3d in some places it's a fortune so yeah.
- 41:39Speaker 5: It was we paid 24 dollars for me and jay
- 41:41Speaker 5: to see it yeah.
- 41:42Speaker 4: And that's i mean i've i know like in new
- 41:43Speaker 4: york it's almost that a person like it's damn near
- 41:46Speaker 4: 20 bucks a person to go so i Yeah, I mean,
- 41:50Speaker 4: it's like that's that really sort of you have to
- 41:54Speaker 4: deliver with a pretty impressive movie when you start asking
- 41:57Speaker 4: that much. So it's kind of hard with these fun movies,
- 41:59Speaker 4: you know, like. like this and piranha and it's like
- 42:02Speaker 4: stuff that you go in just to have a good
- 42:03Speaker 4: time with.
- 42:04Speaker 6: That's a lot.
- 42:05Speaker 4: It's a lot to ask.
- 42:07Speaker 6: $ 20 a pop, you know? Yeah.
- 42:10Speaker 4: So, yeah, it's one of those you do sort of
- 42:13Speaker 4: have to factor that in and be like, yeah, matinee, right? So, yeah,
- 42:17Speaker 4: it's definitely matinee. Maybe, you know, maybe full if you're
- 42:20Speaker 4: a big.
- 42:21Speaker 14: Maybe full price for if you go on a date.
- 42:22Speaker 4: Well, if you're a Resident Evil geek and, you know,
- 42:25Speaker 4: you really want to see it regardless, you don't really care.
- 42:27Speaker 4: But for most people, I think... For the extra dollar amount,
- 42:32Speaker 4: you'd probably be better doing the matinee. But I think
- 42:34Speaker 4: it's worth seeing it in the theater because I still
- 42:36Speaker 4: think the 3D makes it more fun. It's something you're
- 42:39Speaker 4: not going to be able to recreate any version of
- 42:41Speaker 4: it really at home, not at this point. Or not
- 42:44Speaker 4: with the technology I have, I'm sure. I'll tell you that.
- 42:47Speaker 4: I don't know what you're talking about.
- 42:48Speaker 5: I was looking at 3D porn on the internet just
- 42:50Speaker 5: this morning.
- 42:51Speaker 4: Well, that's like every morning. But it's not going to
- 42:54Speaker 4: look good on my cheesy 20-year-old TV now. Yeah, they
- 42:59Speaker 4: need to just give us better TVs if they're going
- 43:01Speaker 4: to keep making these high-tech movies. Yeah, those cost money.
- 43:05Speaker 13: I know.
- 43:06Speaker 4: I can't even afford plumbing. I was rolling coin to
- 43:08Speaker 4: go to the movie today, damn it.
- 43:10Speaker 9: Word.
- 43:10Speaker 4: Pole. So, yeah, that having been said, if you want
- 43:14Speaker 4: to see it in 3D, yeah, you better go while
- 43:16Speaker 4: it's in the theater.
- 43:17Speaker 3: Do it.
- 43:18Speaker 4: Get shot by Allison. Do it. Have some quarters.
- 43:22Speaker 6: All right.
- 43:23Speaker 4: Otherwise, I guess that will wrap up our Resident Evil talk.
- 43:28Speaker 4: till next time till part five wonder how fast he'll
- 43:31Speaker 4: crank that out.
- 43:33Speaker 14: I'm gonna be doing twilight movies every like six months now.
- 43:35Speaker 5: Those suck so those aren't in 3d though they're in glitter.
- 43:40Speaker 4: But it does seem like they just started this one
- 43:42Speaker 4: not that long ago it seems like we just heard
- 43:44Speaker 4: oh they're gonna make the fourth one and now it's
- 43:45Speaker 4: already in theater so maybe he's doing a quicker turnaround
- 43:49Speaker 4: now i don't know but.
- 43:51Speaker 14: And he secretly already has them done.
- 43:52Speaker 6: They've been in Canada for so long.
- 43:55Speaker 4: Like Robert Rodriguez. They said he's already got a trailer
- 43:59Speaker 4: for the second one. I don't know if that means
- 44:01Speaker 4: in mind or he already shot it while they were
- 44:04Speaker 4: on set doing the other stuff. Because it wouldn't surprise me.
- 44:07Speaker 4: Maybe they're all going to take a cue from Rodriguez
- 44:09Speaker 4: and just start cranking them out all at once. Just
- 44:12Speaker 4: sit them on the shelf somewhere. In WS's garage somewhere. Alright,
- 44:18Speaker 4: we will take a break and be back with the
- 44:20Speaker 4: rest of the show.
- 45:17Speaker 5: Let's all go to the lobby.
- 45:20Speaker 4: Let's all go to the lobby. Let's all go.
- 45:24Speaker 13: To the lobby to get ourselves a treat.
- 45:27Speaker 16: That's a good idea.
- 45:30Speaker 5: I do feel a little hungry and thirsty.
- 45:32Speaker 1: Okay, let's go to the lobby for a snack.
- 45:37Speaker 15: Whoa!
- 45:38Speaker 5: Hey, where are you all going?
- 45:40Speaker 14: Why, we're going to the lobby for some of that
- 45:42Speaker 14: delicious popcorn.
- 45:44Speaker 4: Popcorn? Hey, wait for text.
- 45:47Speaker 8: I'm hungry, too.
- 45:49Speaker 1: Count Floyd here, reminding you to stay tuned to Monster

- 45:59Speaker 1: Tom's 3D House of Stewardesses.
- 46:04Speaker 4: It's going to be a scary film.
- 46:06Speaker 1: But, you know, you can't watch this film unless you
- 46:08Speaker 1: have your.
- 46:09Speaker 6: Special 3D glasses.
- 46:12Speaker 3: That's right.
- 46:13Speaker 4: You've got to send $ 18 to me, Count Floyd.
- 46:15Speaker 1: And be sure to throw in three bucks for postage
- 46:19Speaker 1: and handling because I handle these things myself and.
- 46:22Speaker 5: Send them out, so.
- 46:23Speaker 1: Sure send that money in, get your 3D glasses, and
- 46:26Speaker 1: then you can watch this Saturday night's monster-chiller horror theater.
- 46:31Speaker 1: Now let's take a look at some thrilling.
- 46:33Speaker 11: 3D scenes from that.

- 47:53Speaker 7: God I'm undead And I am on the prowl I'm a.
- 47:57Speaker 10: Resident evil I'm walking around No power place For the

- 48:04Speaker 10: bite off your eyes You can come out with fists
- 48:09Speaker 10: You can come out with knives.
- 48:16Speaker 4: Hi.
- 48:16Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 48:17Speaker 7: Did you say hi?
- 48:26Speaker 4: Yep.
- 48:26Speaker 5: Hi.
- 48:26Speaker 3: Hi.
- 48:27Speaker 8: Hi.
- 48:27Speaker 5: Hi.
- 48:27Speaker 4: Where are you?
- 48:29Speaker 9: What?
- 48:29Speaker 5: Very well, thank you. I don't work at the cafeteria.
- 48:36Speaker 15: What?
- 48:36Speaker 8: Cheese.
- 48:37Speaker 3: What?
- 48:37Speaker 8: Spaghetti.
- 48:37Speaker 5: Spaghetti?
- 48:37Speaker 6: Spaghetti?
- 48:45Speaker 5: All right, we.
- 48:52Speaker 4: Are back and we've got feedback.
- 48:57Speaker 15: I'm serious.
- 48:58Speaker 6: Don't fucking play with my emotions.
- 48:59Speaker 4: How much did you pay this person? Oh, yeah, you
- 49:02Speaker 4: paid a quarter. Yeah, again, I wouldn't have been able
- 49:04Speaker 4: to go to the movie today if I gave him
- 49:06Speaker 4: my quarters.
- 49:07Speaker 5: Did you give him a lap dance?
- 49:08Speaker 4: I don't think I did.
- 49:09Speaker 14: It's always better when strippers cry.
- 49:12Speaker 6: When strippers are crying dorks.
- 49:16Speaker 4: That's we are all right so this time we heard
- 49:20Speaker 4: from barb who uh i believe you know quite well
- 49:24Speaker 4: hello movie geeks i don't think she's actually like writing
- 49:28Speaker 4: in from britain but but she did address it as hello.
- 49:31Speaker 5: Hello just because she knows i don't like.
- 49:32Speaker 4: British people um probably because she's pretty far from britain
- 49:36Speaker 4: if i know Where she's, if I remember correctly.
- 49:38Speaker 5: I remember where I stalked her last.
- 49:42Speaker 4: I don't have time to stalk people anymore. It's just
- 49:44Speaker 4: too much trouble. Too much commuting and shit. So she says,
- 49:48Speaker 4: just wanted to share my thoughts on the first Evil
- 49:50Speaker 4: Dead film. I love it and it scared me. When
- 49:52Speaker 4: I first watched it, I was angry because my ex
- 49:55Speaker 4: and his friend thought the movie was hilarious, so they
- 49:57Speaker 4: were almost ruining my fear buzz with the laughing and
- 49:59Speaker 4: cutting up. Bastards. Sons of bitches. It is still my
- 50:03Speaker 4: favorite of the Evil Dead films, and the cover is awesome.
- 50:06Speaker 4: The part where Ash's girlfriend's infection spreads through her foot
- 50:09Speaker 4: still gets me. I just think it's a neat effect.
- 50:11Speaker 4: And then there's the whole tree rape thing.
- 50:13Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 50:14Speaker 4: Tree rape was pretty singular and excellent.
- 50:16Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 50:18Speaker 4: Oh, just thought I'd share. And ends it with, thanks
- 50:21Speaker 4: for the apple.
- 50:22Speaker 2: Nice.
- 50:23Speaker 4: Oh, and then the P.S. moment here in Too Bad
- 50:26Speaker 4: She Already Wandered Out because she ends it with, black
- 50:29Speaker 4: snake mole.
- 50:31Speaker 10: Nice.
- 50:32Speaker 4: In parentheses it says, this cracks me up every time. So, sadly,
- 50:36Speaker 4: she won't be able to do that for you this time,
- 50:38Speaker 4: because she's wandered off mid-episode, as she's prone to do.
- 50:42Speaker 2: All right.
- 50:42Speaker 4: So, from there, we also.
- 50:44Speaker 5: I have, like, a sound slip from, like, one of
- 50:45Speaker 5: the other episodes. You can just slip in it.
- 50:47Speaker 4: I can, but I don't know if that'll really fulfill
- 50:51Speaker 4: her need. Put it on a loop. I can throw
- 50:53Speaker 4: it in there. We can just have it on a
- 50:54Speaker 4: button over here.
- 50:54Speaker 5: You can have, like, a remix, like a.
- 50:56Speaker 16: that was sick i might even say ill.
- 51:06Speaker 4: We are so awesome so yeah next up we hear
- 51:09Speaker 4: from naked eskimo which again i've decided to just throw
- 51:12Speaker 4: them in that was our official email was the last
- 51:15Speaker 4: one now this one i we usually get some interesting
- 51:18Speaker 4: uh twitter's I'll use that term since you don't like
- 51:21Speaker 4: the other one, Roger. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, we
- 51:26Speaker 4: get some interesting Twitter responses. So, yeah. One of my
- 51:33Speaker 4: favorites from Naked Eskimo was, God bitch slapped my mom.
- 51:36Speaker 4: Thank you. That was awesome. Yeah, that's us in a nutshell.
- 51:41Speaker 4: Once again, Marlena, who's wandered off. That was tied to
- 51:45Speaker 4: her mother. No surprise if you know her stories of
- 51:47Speaker 4: her mother, that is. Also, in response to our little
- 51:52Speaker 4: dollar pitch we threw out there, which, by the way,
- 51:54Speaker 4: did you ever fill in Joni on the dollar idea? No,
- 51:56Speaker 4: I didn't. No, I didn't.
- 51:58Speaker 6: I don't think so.
- 51:59Speaker 4: Anyway, we've got a surprise coming for you later.
- 52:02Speaker 10: Oh, yeah.
- 52:03Speaker 6: Yeah, we forgot to talk about this, baby.
- 52:04Speaker 5: What? Oh, by the way.
- 52:06Speaker 4: Would you like to fill her in now?
- 52:07Speaker 6: No, let's just go for it.
- 52:08Speaker 14: No, we can wait until later.
- 52:09Speaker 6: We'll go in cold.
- 52:09Speaker 4: It'll be a surprise. But this will really confuse you then, because, yeah,
- 52:13Speaker 4: Nakedosco wrote in and said... I'll write the feedback on
- 52:16Speaker 4: the dollar and then get it sweaty and send it
- 52:18Speaker 4: to you. That's how awesome I am. As long as
- 52:24Speaker 4: you send us money, we don't care. We need the dollar.
- 52:26Speaker 4: I don't know. Again, I didn't come up with the
- 52:30Speaker 4: sweaty money idea the first time. But, you know, if
- 52:33Speaker 4: you want to send it, I... And I'll get some
- 52:36Speaker 4: tongs or something. We'll spend it just the same.
- 52:38Speaker 6: We've got surgical gloves.
- 52:40Speaker 4: There you go. I don't want to know what you're
- 52:42Speaker 4: doing with those surgical gloves.
- 52:44Speaker 15: No, you don't.
- 52:44Speaker 4: Either way.
- 52:45Speaker 6: You don't. It's your business.
- 52:47Speaker 4: They also have practical uses.
- 52:49Speaker 14: However, you can see it on www.hotpastrychefs.com.
- 52:54Speaker 4: Oh, yeah. Do we get a cut off of that?
- 52:57Speaker 4: can we at least get bounced back and forth you
- 52:59Speaker 4: know some sort.
- 52:59Speaker 14: Of once my paypal comes through yeah that's right all
- 53:02Speaker 14: right once the account gets we'll run some ads don't
- 53:05Speaker 14: you worry once.
- 53:05Speaker 5: I get my page for my socks.
- 53:07Speaker 4: We can see between the two of you we could
- 53:09Speaker 4: retire all of it that's what i'm saying.
- 53:11Speaker 5: I'm gonna start a page for my socks.
- 53:14Speaker 14: Mistysocks.org hot socks hot socks hot misty socks i'm.
- 53:20Speaker 4: Gonna see if that's available before i post this because
- 53:23Speaker 4: i'm buying it if so.
- 53:24Speaker 5: Right that's awesome i'm in i'm in You don't know.
- 53:28Speaker 5: I've got 400 pairs of socks. I put them all
- 53:30Speaker 5: on mine.
- 53:30Speaker 14: That scares me, Misty. That scares me.
- 53:32Speaker 5: I have a closet full.
- 53:35Speaker 6: Some people have shoes.
- 53:36Speaker 8: No, no, no.
- 53:37Speaker 6: Misty, what's under all these socks?
- 53:38Speaker 5: It's not Chris Pine. I swear to God, it's not
- 53:40Speaker 5: Chris Pine. Yeah, no.
- 53:42Speaker 4: I believe Jay did refer to you as the Melba
- 53:44Speaker 4: Marcos of socks, so that ain't no lie.
- 53:47Speaker 5: I have a dresser plus a laundry basket full. It
- 53:51Speaker 5: took me three hours to just get through the laundry
- 53:53Speaker 5: basket because I was trying them all on and taking pictures.
- 53:58Speaker 10: What?
- 53:59Speaker 5: I like socks.
- 54:00Speaker 4: Let's see. Continuing. Well, let's see. So moving on, we
- 54:04Speaker 4: also have a tweet here from, oops, I forgot, a
- 54:07Speaker 4: Twitter response from Fozzie Bear. Yay, Fozzie Bear. We start
- 54:12Speaker 4: off with, the first one is, Movie Meltdown's recent episode
- 54:16Speaker 4: all about Apple. I think I have to see this movie.
- 54:19Speaker 4: Sounds like they all did acid and imagined it.
- 54:22Speaker 6: No, no, that's a funny.
- 54:23Speaker 2: No, it's yeah.
- 54:25Speaker 4: As we described, it still doesn't do any near the
- 54:28Speaker 4: justice of actually sitting in front of it. Cause he's
- 54:33Speaker 4: having flashbacks right now.
- 54:35Speaker 14: Maybe it's okay.
- 54:37Speaker 4: Apple flashbacks.
- 54:38Speaker 5: Apple flashbacks.
- 54:39Speaker 15: Come back, baby.
- 54:40Speaker 5: Come back. Come back. He's going to bite you. Somebody
- 54:42Speaker 5: give me a belt. You're going to lose one of them.
- 54:43Speaker 6: Put something in his mouth before he bites his tongue off.
- 54:45Speaker 14: Somebody give me a belt.
- 54:46Speaker 6: It's insane.
- 54:48Speaker 4: Oh, then he followed that up with, the good folks
- 54:50Speaker 4: at Movie Meltdown just gave me an idea. I'm going
- 54:52Speaker 4: to subscribe to the podcast podcast anytime I'm alone with
- 54:55Speaker 4: someone else's computer. Which I then responded to him and said,
- 54:59Speaker 4: now anybody with any sense wouldn't leave you alone with
- 55:01Speaker 4: their laptop anyway.
- 55:02Speaker 2: That's right.
- 55:04Speaker 4: But, yeah, I like that all of our endless amounts
- 55:08Speaker 4: of bitching because nobody bothers to call in most of
- 55:11Speaker 4: the time.
- 55:12Speaker 6: Finally.
- 55:13Speaker 4: He follows it up with, and way to lay the
- 55:15Speaker 4: guilt trip. I guess I'll have to call in even
- 55:16Speaker 4: though I feel boring and have little to say. That's
- 55:19Speaker 4: the way I feel. Prepare for the lame.
- 55:21Speaker 2: Let's do it.
- 55:22Speaker 4: So, yeah, I guess at some point we'll have to
- 55:25Speaker 4: hear from Fozzie Bear now because we guilt tripped him,
- 55:27Speaker 4: which I said it wasn't even directed towards him. It
- 55:30Speaker 4: was towards all the other slackers that haven't even been
- 55:33Speaker 4: calling him. Well, no, he said he could feel the longing.
- 55:37Speaker 4: He could hear it in my voice, that Fozzie Bear,
- 55:41Speaker 4: I need you. He said he also hears that from
- 55:44Speaker 4: Justin Timberlake a lot.
- 55:46Speaker 14: He stutters when he says his.
- 55:52Speaker 4: Oh, and this one I just wanted to throw out there. Again,
- 55:55Speaker 4: I guess we'll just mix them from everywhere. Mostly I
- 55:58Speaker 4: think I'm doing it for.
- 55:59Speaker 5: Any feedback we get, I don't care.
- 56:01Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying, but we've got so many places
- 56:03Speaker 4: now that it sort of distracts from it. I mean,
- 56:05Speaker 4: there's no way to be like, hey, call us and
- 56:07Speaker 4: leave us feedback, because now there's like... Facebook and Twitter
- 56:11Speaker 4: and now we have our message boards. So this one
- 56:14Speaker 4: is actually from the message boards and that's kind of
- 56:17Speaker 4: why I wanted to do it was to highlight the
- 56:19Speaker 4: fact that A, our message boards are once again up
- 56:21Speaker 4: and running and B, this one is pretty awesome so
- 56:24Speaker 4: I thought you guys need to hear it. Again, it's
- 56:26Speaker 4: at palavr.com and go to the Movie Meltdown message boards
- 56:32Speaker 4: and leave us something like this because this is from
- 56:34Speaker 4: gto-tim I'm not sure if he goes by that in
- 56:38Speaker 4: the real world or not but um gto tim not
- 56:41Speaker 4: tom gto tim and it is i got it that
- 56:48Speaker 4: took me a second and it is entitled hoist a
- 56:52Speaker 4: beer to the meltdown nice let's see it says this
- 56:55Speaker 4: is just a small shout out to i can avoid
- 56:58Speaker 4: the rest of it if everyone's not enlisted by name
- 57:00Speaker 4: are you gonna be upset no Because you at least
- 57:03Speaker 4: get one, Misty, just to feed your ego. Oh, hell yeah.
- 57:05Speaker 6: Oh, nice.
- 57:07Speaker 4: So a shout out to Brian and Misty and the
- 57:08Speaker 4: gang at Movie Meltdown. If I could send you a
- 57:10Speaker 4: cold six, I would. But instead of... He says you can't.
- 57:14Speaker 4: But instead, I toast you from here in Seoul, I'm
- 57:17Speaker 4: assuming South Korea?
- 57:19Speaker 6: Awesome.
- 57:20Speaker 4: With a cold height, he says the local PBR.
- 57:22Speaker 5: Nice.
- 57:23Speaker 13: Nice.
- 57:24Speaker 4: I've had my ears on Movie Meltdown for the last
- 57:26Speaker 4: year or so, and it's gotten me through many flights
- 57:28Speaker 4: and trains through Thailand and further points abroad. The Corman
- 57:32Speaker 4: interview was ace. Even though I'm not inclined to get
- 57:34Speaker 4: excited about Star Wars and the like, you still made
- 57:36Speaker 4: it interesting. That being said, he says, can I make
- 57:40Speaker 4: a recommendation for Sofa Theater? Once again, we have many
- 57:43Speaker 4: backlogged recommendations now.
- 57:46Speaker 5: Not the room.
- 57:46Speaker 4: Not the room. But this one, you might be equally
- 57:49Speaker 4: as weirded out by this one. I don't know if
- 57:51Speaker 4: you've even seen... It's like the trailer of this. He says,
- 57:54Speaker 4: how about the slimy exploitation classic Street Trash?
- 57:57Speaker 6: Oh, God. That movie is excellent.
- 58:00Speaker 8: Oh, shit.
- 58:01Speaker 6: I can't believe you just asked.
- 58:02Speaker 4: This film is a hell of a lot of fun
- 58:04Speaker 4: with some friends, some beers, and party favors. Yeah, it is.
- 58:07Speaker 4: Something to offend everyone in this gym.
- 58:09Speaker 6: Yes.
- 58:09Speaker 4: The other one I'd like to suggest is The Seven
- 58:11Speaker 4: Faces of Dr.
- 58:12Speaker 10: Lau.
- 58:13Speaker 4: It is directed by the legendary George Powell in the 60s,
- 58:15Speaker 4: starring Tony Randall playing multiple characters. It's almost like a
- 58:19Speaker 4: Gilliam film long before Gilliam. Worth digging it up. Which actually,
- 58:22Speaker 4: I kind of had thought about that one a long
- 58:25Speaker 4: time ago. It does seem pretty cool. He says, thanks
- 58:28Speaker 4: for the episodes and keep on keeping on. that's excellent
- 58:32Speaker 4: so i believe uh again half of us here are
- 58:35Speaker 4: slackers and aren't online or don't have internet as we
- 58:38Speaker 4: heard earlier so the response we got i'm still gonna
- 58:41Speaker 4: leave him some but um yeah the response they got
- 58:44Speaker 4: right off was uh from greg who actually had had
- 58:46Speaker 4: some nice things to say as well and said he
- 58:48Speaker 4: was glad to at least get a chance to sit
- 58:50Speaker 4: in with us every once in a while and he
- 58:52Speaker 4: said he wasn't sure if we'd take him up on
- 58:53Speaker 4: the six pack or at least all of us would
- 58:55Speaker 4: but some of us might so if he can you
- 58:58Speaker 4: know fedex some height over here i'm sure roger will
- 59:01Speaker 4: take sure.
- 59:02Speaker 14: Yeah tony and roger will definitely definitely.
- 59:05Speaker 4: Oh but yes thank you to tim that was that
- 59:07Speaker 4: was actually awesome and at a time when we we
- 59:10Speaker 4: hadn't had feedback for quite a while that was really
- 59:13Speaker 4: nice to hear that's tasty yes thank you tim it.
- 59:16Speaker 5: Was tasty and it's thank you tom thank you.
- 59:21Speaker 4: She knows what your name is she thinks she's being.
- 59:23Speaker 5: Funny i am being funny i'm trying to harsh my funny.
- 59:27Speaker 4: Book but once again this this sort of uh what
- 59:30Speaker 4: what i threw out there a few weeks ago of
- 59:31Speaker 4: like who are these people where are we way off
- 59:34Speaker 4: in the other parts of the world this is odd
- 59:37Speaker 4: to know that we're going out to seoul you know
- 59:39Speaker 4: that yeah.
- 59:39Speaker 20: That's awesome people in korea i think that i'm keeping
- 59:43Speaker 20: somebody company in a little bit you know because they're
- 59:47Speaker 20: Commuting from here to there, knowing long commutes have gone
- 59:50Speaker 20: on in some parts of my life.
- 59:54Speaker 4: Well, maybe he's asleep on the train, too, and they
- 59:56Speaker 4: can just be napping together. The security of sleeping.
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: I think that's awesome, you know, knowing that we're being
- 1:00:02Speaker 6: listened to while people are traveling around the world in
- 1:00:05Speaker 6: some fashion is pretty freaking amazing.
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm still shocked by the.
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: Yeah, I like it.
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: That we're even going out to other cities in this country,
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: let alone internationally.
- 1:00:14Speaker 5: Yeah, right.
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: Boggles the mind i was.
- 1:00:16Speaker 6: Like are we even getting like out until like falling.
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: Rain nobody here listens but it's amazing how many and
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: other places do that that still totally shocks me just
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: shows what tastes are.
- 1:00:26Speaker 5: Like the fact that anybody listens anywhere hey we're awesome
- 1:00:31Speaker 5: and you know yeah.
- 1:00:34Speaker 4: That you also should you know get a hold of
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: us and let us know your thoughts similar to that
- 1:00:39Speaker 4: feelings how awesome we are tell us that we rock
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: much like we told ourselves there yeah Or other complaints.
- 1:00:46Speaker 14: The disillusionment that we provide will only last so long.
- 1:00:49Speaker 6: Yeah, that's true.
- 1:00:49Speaker 14: We need you to help.
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: We need constant... Affirmation.
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: Yes. Boosting of our egos.
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: I don't know if my ego gets any bigger.
- 1:00:58Speaker 4: I know. These are tall ceilings, but not that tall.
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: I need a shoehorn to get married.
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: Please send us your emails and give us a phone call.
- 1:01:08Speaker 9: Hey.
- 1:01:08Speaker 5: Hey.
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: We're always up for voicemails as well.
- 1:01:11Speaker 14: Yeah, no more naked pictures, though. That was a bit
- 1:01:13Speaker 14: much last time, guys.
- 1:01:14Speaker 5: What are you talking about? That part was awesome. That's
- 1:01:16Speaker 5: the only reason I come to this show for the
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: naked pictures.
- 1:01:18Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:01:20Speaker 4: So, depending on who you are, hey, send naked pictures.
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: We'll take a look and decide who wants the photo.
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: How about that?
- 1:01:27Speaker 6: We'll divvy it up.
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: We'll see.
- 1:01:28Speaker 5: Or you can draw naked photos onto money and then
- 1:01:32Speaker 5: send it to us.
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: There you go. Naked drawings.
- 1:01:35Speaker 15: I think they may be sweaty just by a transformation.
- 1:01:40Speaker 14: Portation. It's been a long day, kids.
- 1:01:45Speaker 4: So, yes, please continue with the feedback.
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: Don't be shy.
- 1:01:52Speaker 11: Just let your.
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: Feelings roll on by.
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: Don't be shy. We'd like to hear from you. So
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: give us a call at 502-365-5565. Or you can email
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: us at geeksatmoviemeltdown.com. And just stop by the website for
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: our frequent updates. That's moviemeltdown.com.
- 1:02:11Speaker 6: On by, on by, on by, on by.
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: I don't think that was the reason.
- 1:02:18Speaker 5: Ha ha.
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: You're supposed to be here regardless of your gender. We're
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: not gender biased here.
- 1:02:24Speaker 9: I am.
- 1:02:25Speaker 4: Well, that's because you are racist and offensive and genderific.
- 1:02:32Speaker 5: Genderific.
- 1:02:33Speaker 4: Yes. Is it time?
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: Is that kind of like Fergalicious?
- 1:02:38Speaker 4: I hope not.
- 1:02:38Speaker 14: You might want to get that looked at.
- 1:02:43Speaker 4: It is time.
- 1:02:44Speaker 5: What time is it, yo?
- 1:02:45Speaker 14: Shocked of us countdown.
- 1:02:47Speaker 7: Woo!
- 1:02:55Speaker 17: I've got a picture called Sharktopus, which comes out September
- 1:02:59Speaker 17: 25th on the Sci-Fi Channel.
- 1:03:02Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:03:02Speaker 4: All right, Misty, are you in charge of it again?
- 1:03:05Speaker 5: Unless somebody else wants it. Does anybody else want to
- 1:03:07Speaker 5: do the time? Do you want to do the time?
- 1:03:08Speaker 6: You don't tell me.
- 1:03:09Speaker 14: 13 days, 3 hours, 6 minutes, and 25, 4, 3, 2,
- 1:03:15Speaker 14: 1 second.
- 1:03:17Speaker 8: Woo!
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: It's clicking ever closer, ladies and gentlemen, to the glory.
- 1:03:21Speaker 6: And wonder that will be Sharktopus.
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: Sharktopus premiere. Yes.
- 1:03:25Speaker 14: I'm so stoked.
- 1:03:26Speaker 4: And our infamous Sharktopus coverage.
- 1:03:29Speaker 5: I drew a picture of Sharktopus the other day when
- 1:03:30Speaker 5: I was sitting in the car waiting for a boyfriend
- 1:03:32Speaker 5: to go pick the kid up.
- 1:03:32Speaker 6: Sharktopus.
- 1:03:33Speaker 4: This was a different one than your other drawing of Sharktopus?
- 1:03:35Speaker 14: Yeah, we did the same.
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: Oh, my lord.
- 1:03:37Speaker 6: Sharktopus.
- 1:03:40Speaker 4: Are we going to use that as our title card
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: for the episode? It has addresses on it, too.
- 1:03:44Speaker 14: I like that octopus.
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: I can make use of that, though.
- 1:03:48Speaker 5: It has addresses of the two same ones.
- 1:03:49Speaker 14: I like how it's on a sticker folder.
- 1:03:51Speaker 4: Did it have Selena Gomez on it?
- 1:03:54Speaker 5: It had Selena Gomez in here at one point.
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: I called it Selena Gomez paper.
- 1:04:01Speaker 5: Sticky paper.
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: Oh, wait a minute.
- 1:04:03Speaker 4: It's as if I have this little head going. You
- 1:04:07Speaker 4: can't talk about that.
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: Anyway.
- 1:04:10Speaker 4: I would have brought my McDashed Potatoes.
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: Anyway.
- 1:04:13Speaker 4: That's exactly what the line is.
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:04:19Speaker 4: Okay, kids, get out your decoder pins.
- 1:04:22Speaker 6: Is that a fucking chicken?
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: Come on down to the bucket.
- 1:04:30Speaker 6: Wow.
- 1:04:33Speaker 14: Chickens and piggies living as one.
- 1:04:37Speaker 4: Chicken pig.
- 1:04:38Speaker 14: What time is it?
- 1:04:39Speaker 4: Dogs and cats living together.
- 1:04:42Speaker 6: Mass hysteria. For you members of the Secret Circle.
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: It is time for the Movie Meltdown Secret Circle reveal
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: of the next two features.
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: Let's see.
- 1:04:55Speaker 4: This week's feature, or next week's, or some feature.
- 1:04:58Speaker 6: Just next week.
- 1:04:59Speaker 4: Next week. I think we're still on track.
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: Yep.
- 1:05:02Speaker 4: So next week's feature should be Night of the Creeps.
- 1:05:06Speaker 5: It's a classic.
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: So, get on it. Let us know what you think
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: of Night of the Creeps.
- 1:05:12Speaker 6: Rewatch it, because you know you've probably seen it somewhere
- 1:05:15Speaker 6: in your life before.
- 1:05:16Speaker 5: Or if not. I've never seen it.
- 1:05:17Speaker 4: That's the thing. I think this should be interesting because
- 1:05:19Speaker 4: I think we've got several new entries into Night of
- 1:05:22Speaker 4: the Creeps. It'll be good to hear what other people.
- 1:05:25Speaker 14: See.
- 1:05:26Speaker 13: There you go.
- 1:05:27Speaker 4: This will be interesting. There's a cripple in it.
- 1:05:30Speaker 6: Handicapable.
- 1:05:32Speaker 14: Handicapable.
- 1:05:33Speaker 6: Walk challenge.
- 1:05:34Speaker 4: We are so PC. And I thought I looked bad. So, yes,
- 1:05:42Speaker 4: including the Tom Adkins interview. So, that will be next week.
- 1:05:47Speaker 5: We already talked about shooting somebody a whole bunch of
- 1:05:49Speaker 5: times in the face.
- 1:05:51Speaker 4: No, that's all in your imagination. In the following week,
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: as we've already alluded to, we're actually catching up with it.
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: The next week will be Shark to Push.
- 1:06:05Speaker 6: Oh, my God.
- 1:06:06Speaker 14: I think I just broke my own, like, eardrum.
- 1:06:08Speaker 4: You be careful with that. So, yes, Sharktopus Super Premier Party.
- 1:06:13Speaker 9: Awesome.
- 1:06:13Speaker 5: Are you all going to be here or do you
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: have to work?
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: No, we're going to be here. It's at night.
- 1:06:19Speaker 6: Saturday night.
- 1:06:21Speaker 4: I told you a long time ago. You're supposed to
- 1:06:23Speaker 4: get that day off. All right. Otherwise, anything else to
- 1:06:28Speaker 4: round up this episode?
- 1:06:29Speaker 6: I think that's it.
- 1:06:30Speaker 12: That's it.
- 1:06:32Speaker 4: Well, I'm thinking as we go out, screw that perfect
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: circle nonsense. I think we should go out with Arcadia.
- 1:06:38Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: Because I'm the only one dorky enough to play Arcadia.
- 1:06:42Speaker 6: Wow.
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: And I own Arcadia, so F it. I'm playing Arcadia.
- 1:06:47Speaker 6: Do it.
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: Let's roll with it.
- 1:06:49Speaker 5: We're censoring ourselves now for saying F it instead of
- 1:06:52Speaker 5: actually fucking?
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: No, I actually say F it all the time. Oh,
- 1:06:54Speaker 4: fuck that. So fuck that. I still say fuck all
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: the time. I just have occasionally decided to throw in.
- 1:06:59Speaker 5: An F here and there.
- 1:07:00Speaker 14: But not, like, just the letter F.
- 1:07:02Speaker 5: In his mind, it's E-F-F.
- 1:07:05Speaker 6: Whatever, dude.
- 1:07:07Speaker 4: Otherwise, that about does it. We will return next week.
- 1:07:09Speaker 4: Same geek time, same geek feed. Thanks for listening.
- 1:07:12Speaker 15: Bye, guys.
- 1:07:13Speaker 5: Have a good week.
- 1:07:15Speaker 6: Have a good night.
- 1:07:16Speaker 5: Have a good week.
- 1:07:17Speaker 14: Sometimes you have no choice.
- 1:07:21Speaker 18: Sometimes you've got no voice to say. Say if you
- 1:07:28Speaker 18: will the words. Say if your work is so great.
- 1:07:36Speaker 14: But we can decide.
- 1:07:38Speaker 18: It There'd be no tears, no tragedy Sure I wouldn't
- 1:07:46Speaker 18: break and cry if.
- 1:07:48Speaker 6: You go your own.
- 1:07:50Speaker 13: Way And leave me, hey Goodbye Goodbye is for Forever
- 1:08:05Speaker 13: Goodbye is forever and ever Sometimes.
- 1:08:22Speaker 6: It makes no sense.
- 1:08:26Speaker 18: The sign of cruel coincidence Brought up in our own
- 1:08:32Speaker 18: bonfire To set us free Believe me, say goodbye Goodbye
- 1:08:45Speaker 18: is forever Hey, forever Goodbye is forever and ever.
- 1:08:57Speaker 6: Oh, oh, oh, oh.

- 1:09:49Speaker 7: Hey, forever Goodbye is forever and ever Goodbye Goodbye is
