The First Record Breakers, Episode 2 of 7. In 1899 no car on Earth had ever gone faster than 100 kilometres an hour. Two men near Paris were racing to be the first: a French count and a red-bearded Belgian engineer called Camille Jenatzy, nicknamed the Red Devil. In four months they set the world speed record six times between them.
