- 0:07Speaker 1: know on Thursday.
- 0:09Speaker 2: No, no, Tuesday Tuesday six dot com slash line. Can
- 0:15Speaker 2: you see that.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Tuesday Gina right after her mother fell down the stairs
- 0:22Speaker 1: and broke her leg. Yep, no, No, my mom's fine,
- 0:25Speaker 1: that's fine, that's right. She was at a concussion. But
- 0:28Speaker 1: that was so you went you were you went home
- 0:30Speaker 1: to get some supplies. Well, yeah, and you fell down
- 0:33Speaker 1: the stairs at your house.
- 0:35Speaker 2: Yes, broke two bones in my foot, and it's it's
- 0:41Speaker 2: mostly just annoying because it's my right leg. And I know, Bill,
- 0:46Speaker 2: you've been dealing with this exact same thing with the
- 0:49Speaker 2: exact same leg.
- 0:51Speaker 1: If it were my not your leg.
- 0:53Speaker 2: No, but if it were my left leg, I could dry.
- 0:58Speaker 2: You don't realize how much freedom you have being able
- 1:02Speaker 2: to do that. It's been so all last week. I
- 1:07Speaker 2: didn't talk about this on the air. My husband was
- 1:09Speaker 2: out of town for all of this. He missed this
- 1:13Speaker 2: entire episode.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Oh but he'll still got plenty of misery to come.
- 1:19Speaker 2: So I had to rely on my kids to.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Fight around that drive.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Yeah, No, it's nice, but it's my daughter said a
- 1:29Speaker 2: couple of days ago. She said, our house runs like
- 1:32Speaker 2: a well oiled machine.
- 1:34Speaker 1: We all have our parts, we play, and you slipped
- 1:37Speaker 1: in the oil. That's what happened.
- 1:39Speaker 2: And when that breaks down, because number one, dad's out
- 1:42Speaker 2: of town and then mom is laid up, it kind
- 1:46Speaker 2: of falls apart.
- 1:47Speaker 1: I mean they picked up the slack. But well now,
- 1:50Speaker 1: so so what but what is you haven't? All you
- 1:54Speaker 1: know is that the bones are broken. You went because
- 1:56Speaker 1: that was from Instacare emergency room.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Or I have an appointment with an orthopedist a week
- 2:02Speaker 2: from today. So they said until I go to that doctor,
- 2:06Speaker 2: I cannot put any weight on it. So I have
- 2:08Speaker 2: a big boot that goes all the way up to
- 2:10Speaker 2: my knee and crutches.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Well so, so I already I already offered to drive
- 2:14Speaker 1: you to work, but Carrie took that that honor away
- 2:17Speaker 1: from me, So Carrie gets to be the driving. He wrote,
- 2:24Speaker 1: But it's sort of those make more sense because it's
- 2:26Speaker 1: like you'd have to backtrack. I'd have to backtrack, and
- 2:29Speaker 1: it really is kind of on Carrie's way coming down
- 2:31Speaker 1: the hill. So so, but so you can.
- 2:34Speaker 2: So at least this week I will need a rise.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Well, so let me let me gina. Anything you need,
- 2:40Speaker 1: let me run and get it for you. If you
- 2:42Speaker 1: need something, don't don't get up and hobble around, you know,
- 2:45Speaker 1: like I did. I'll get it for you. Okay. Do
- 2:50Speaker 1: you nobody offered to get me stuff? They just do?
- 2:55Speaker 1: You have family here? I mean here, oh here here,
- 3:00Speaker 1: that's not true, that's here. But anything you need you
- 3:04Speaker 1: let me know. You need me to go get your snack,
- 3:06Speaker 1: I'll go get.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Your snack and ask him to get him a snack.
- 3:11Speaker 1: If you need a diet coke out of your desk,
- 3:13Speaker 1: out of your fridge there, I'll get you a diet coked.
- 3:16Speaker 2: I get up and do the door.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Don't don't do that. Don't I'm saying, don't do that.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Let me do. But now you're making me so.
- 3:24Speaker 2: You sat there for weeks and weeks with your cast
- 3:28Speaker 2: and you're mad that I didn't get you a snack.
- 3:31Speaker 1: No I feel bad. No, I'm not mad. You're kind
- 3:33Speaker 1: of mad though thought about it. I was. I was
- 3:40Speaker 1: planning on this is what an actor does, you see.
- 3:43Speaker 1: I plan out the script. I figure out, now what
- 3:46Speaker 1: can I do to bring some drama to this whole
- 3:50Speaker 1: way you do you.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Feel horrible about having I mean like having to have
- 3:55Speaker 2: everybody else.
- 3:56Speaker 1: I felt horrible about having to you having to pick
- 3:59Speaker 1: me up up. Uh. And then but anytime I needed
- 4:03Speaker 1: to go somewhere to a doctor's appointment, my wife would
- 4:06Speaker 1: have to drive me, and I just felt it got
- 4:08Speaker 1: to the point where you feel like, jeezus, I'm a
- 4:12Speaker 1: burden and I don't know and mine still hasn't healed,
- 4:15Speaker 1: so I don't know what I'm gonna do. I've got
- 4:17Speaker 1: an appointment with the orthopedist in two weeks or something
- 4:21Speaker 1: like that.
- 4:22Speaker 2: So Carrie, you can't. You gotta stay intact.
- 4:25Speaker 1: I don't fall, don't fall down the stairs.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Oh, the funny story from from Joe's camping trip.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Though they're out in the middle of nowhere, your husband
- 4:36Speaker 1: and his drinking bat and his buddies, and uh, there
- 4:41Speaker 1: was a group of people.
- 4:42Speaker 2: I guess this time of year. There's a big bike
- 4:44Speaker 2: track where people go through the Tetons and up into Canada.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Are you talking about, well, no mind.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know what it's. It's a long hundreds
- 4:53Speaker 2: of miles bike tracks, not loaded j no something else. Anyway,
- 5:00Speaker 2: These international people are like from Belgium and they ran
- 5:04Speaker 2: into them. They're like, hey, oh, do you want to
- 5:05Speaker 2: come over and have a beer, buy our fire and
- 5:08Speaker 2: take a break from your bike trip and uh in
- 5:11Speaker 2: the cooler here Bill frost All like this. Joe had
- 5:14Speaker 2: purchased Iron Maiden beer because they have their own beer,
- 5:20Speaker 2: and they're passing out the beers and one of the
- 5:23Speaker 2: bike truckers said, oh, Iron Maiden beer that Oh that
- 5:26Speaker 2: makes me think of Ozzie. It's too bad about Ozy.
- 5:29Speaker 2: And they'd been camping. They hadn't heard the Auzy news.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Oh it died, okay.
- 5:34Speaker 2: They heard it from the Belgian bikers from Oh you
- 5:38Speaker 2: didn't hear you've been out in the wilderness. You didn't
- 5:40Speaker 2: hear all. They got the news a couple of days late.
- 5:42Speaker 1: I was hoping they'd say, did you know that your
- 5:45Speaker 1: wife broke her foot? I get all my news from
- 5:48Speaker 1: Belgian bikers. It's the only so you can trust them.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Oh really, it's
