- 0:11Speaker 1: w o R.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Okay, let's take some calls. Let's go too. Let's go
- 0:16Speaker 2: to Loretta in beautiful Rye, New York. Loretta, how are
- 0:19Speaker 2: you doing?
- 0:20Speaker 3: Okay?
- 0:21Speaker 4: How are you good?
- 0:22Speaker 3: I'd like to comment on the Pope. We need an
- 0:25Speaker 3: exorcism in Rome. I'm sick of these priests coming out
- 0:31Speaker 3: with all this crap instead of taking care of the
- 0:33Speaker 3: Catholic Church and doing what they're supposed to do. I
- 0:36Speaker 3: don't think this is going to affect Trump.
- 0:39Speaker 5: In any way.
- 0:40Speaker 3: No, no, I know many many people.
- 0:42Speaker 5: Feel that this is terrible what they do. Yeah.
- 0:45Speaker 2: No, the Pope totally inappropriate. Just stay in this lane.
- 0:48Speaker 2: You know, it has no effect on President Trump. He
- 0:51Speaker 2: did this before with the last pope a few years ago,
- 0:53Speaker 2: same thing. This is it. He's finished. You can't fight
- 0:55Speaker 2: with a pope. Yes you can. It's terrible you would
- 0:59Speaker 2: have to. But again, Pope totally out of line defending
- 1:02Speaker 2: the biggest terrorist regime on earth. Let's go to Kay
- 1:06Speaker 2: in Manhattan, k How you doing?
- 1:09Speaker 5: Hello? Well, thank you, Mark, I just have to say
- 1:13Speaker 5: that this pope is very similar to his predecessor Francis,
- 1:17Speaker 5: and I do not think the curious Catholics have a
- 1:22Speaker 5: lot of respect, have a lot of respect, or have
- 1:24Speaker 5: a lot of respects for this pope. As you're saying.
- 1:28Speaker 5: It's true he's very left leaning, and that's not what
- 1:33Speaker 5: a pope is, what a real pope is. And when
- 1:37Speaker 5: you can think of the suffering in Iran, the suffering
- 1:40Speaker 5: of the hangings, the torture, what they do to the women,
- 1:46Speaker 5: what is this pope defending? What is he talking about?
- 1:51Speaker 5: There is such a thing as a righteous.
- 1:53Speaker 2: War him hypocrisy the left is famous for. He is
- 1:59Speaker 2: the pope, be still the pope. But you're right, and
- 2:01Speaker 2: that's a good point, k Yeah, And he should, you know.
- 2:04Speaker 2: And the big argument against him is where the hell
- 2:06Speaker 2: was he for the last four or five months when
- 2:09Speaker 2: Iran was slaughtering people in the streets. They shot thirty
- 2:13Speaker 2: thousand protests, just shot them right in the streets. Some
- 2:16Speaker 2: of them didn't die, They ended up in the hospital.
- 2:18Speaker 2: This is absolutely true. They sent the Republican guard into
- 2:21Speaker 2: the hospital the ones that were alive, and in the
- 2:24Speaker 2: hospital they shot sent the Republican Guardian to the hospitals
- 2:28Speaker 2: to shoot these patients right in their bed. Where was
- 2:30Speaker 2: this pope then totally silent about that. Let's go to
- 2:35Speaker 2: rich Myrtle Beach, Rich, how you doing?
- 2:38Speaker 4: Hey? Thanks Mark? These lovely women pretty much to all
- 2:41Speaker 4: my son to. I mean, it even proved that even
- 2:43Speaker 4: the Pope isn't immune from TDS syndrome, you know what
- 2:45Speaker 4: I'm saying. So it's all about that, you know, in
- 2:48Speaker 4: the Catholic Church. Listen, I'm preface it by saying, you know,
- 2:50Speaker 4: I was raised Catholic, but I haven't been to church
- 2:52Speaker 4: since I was like sixteen years old. But you know,
- 2:54Speaker 4: every generation is getting set up and more set up
- 2:57Speaker 4: with the pope as they become more political. Instead of
- 3:00Speaker 4: just doing what they're supposed to be doing, they're becoming
- 3:02Speaker 4: more woke and more left leading, instead of being a
- 3:04Speaker 4: conservative organization like the Catholic Church always was. And as
- 3:08Speaker 4: far as this Swollwell thing is concerned, nobody could call
- 3:12Speaker 4: them out because every single one of them is guilty
- 3:14Speaker 4: of the same thing. That's why that even my kookie
- 3:16Speaker 4: congresswoman down here, Nancy Mace, had the right idea of
- 3:19Speaker 4: putting up that bill to expose all of them and
- 3:21Speaker 4: they don't have to go.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Yeah, well it is a mess. The worst people in Congress,
- 3:27Speaker 2: Democrats and Republicans, a lot of bad sleeves balls in Congress. Hey,
- 3:33Speaker 2: and not all Catholic leaders are back. You look at
- 3:35Speaker 2: the Cardinal Dolan. That's an example of how you should behave.
- 3:39Speaker 2: He was outspoken on everything except politics. He stayed out
- 3:45Speaker 2: of partisan politics or that sort of stuff. Let's go
- 3:48Speaker 2: to Pat Scarsdale. Pat, how you doing?
- 3:51Speaker 6: Hey? Mark o'donald this morning on the CBS show was
- 3:57Speaker 6: going over all of the Catholics that are in the
- 4:00Speaker 6: in it and her contention was that this thing is
- 4:04Speaker 6: going to hurt Trump on the midterms. Now, our family,
- 4:07Speaker 6: I just want to say, my family, we're all called
- 4:09Speaker 6: carrying Catholics, and everyone is furious at the Pope, not Trump.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Yeah, they're saying, no, no, it's it's Nora o'donald. That's
- 4:16Speaker 2: Nora o'donald. They've been doing the lead story on the
- 4:21Speaker 2: nightly news last night, the Pope, the fight, the few
- 4:23Speaker 2: of the President. Trump attacked the Pupe. We've been through
- 4:26Speaker 2: this before with the previous Pope and President Trump. It'll
- 4:30Speaker 2: be forgotten. About in two weeks, nobody will remember it.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Let's go to Bob and New Rochelle. Bob, how you
- 4:36Speaker 2: doing good?
- 4:38Speaker 4: I just want to thank the Dear Lord every now
- 4:40Speaker 4: and then he throws us a bone.
- 4:41Speaker 6: Years ago was Elliot Spitzer, and then it was Anthony Wiener,
- 4:45Speaker 6: and I was the testible Swallow.
- 4:47Speaker 5: I don't normally to join people's doubtful, but he's just
- 4:51Speaker 5: so unlikable.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Yeah, he is one slimy guy, this Swallow. When you
- 4:56Speaker 2: read these accounts and the things that are h come out,
- 5:00Speaker 2: it's just horrible. Now, remember he can resign from Congress,
- 5:04Speaker 2: which will save his pension and all that. But he's
- 5:06Speaker 2: facing criminal charges in New York City. It's Alvin Bragg
- 5:11Speaker 2: who But this all looks very orchestrated. It's taken out
- 5:16Speaker 2: Eric Swalwell. It looks paid for, packaged. All these allegations
- 5:22Speaker 2: which people knew about for years, all of a sudden,
- 5:23Speaker 2: exploding at once, this criminal case. And it looks like
- 5:27Speaker 2: it's coming from the Democratic side of the aisle for
- 5:29Speaker 2: whatever reason, they want this guy gone, so he's not
- 5:33Speaker 2: out of the woods. Got to get through these criminal
- 5:35Speaker 2: charges in Manhattan. Hey, when we come back, we always
- 5:37Speaker 2: bring you the smartest people on Earth. Steve Forbes will
- 5:41Speaker 2: be with us next and get a lot to talk
- 5:42Speaker 2: about with Iran and oil prices, the economy and all that.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Will get to that next on seven to ten wor
