- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, Welcome to Jason Newland dot com. My name is
- 0:09Speaker 1: Jason Newland.
- 0:12Speaker 2: This is what is this? Let me boy to sleep.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Whisper Wednesday and Finnie as soon as I start doing
- 0:28Speaker 1: his recording and he's up and awake. He was fast
- 0:32Speaker 1: asleep about thirty seconds ago. I think he just wants
- 0:39Speaker 1: a bit of a cuddle, so to say hello to everyone,
- 0:47Speaker 1: A big special hello to Ben, who is the only
- 0:52Speaker 1: person I know that likes the Whisper Wednesdays Wednesday Whisper
- 0:56Speaker 1: whatever this is, I say, the only person I know
- 0:59Speaker 1: that likes they. They do get listened to by lots
- 1:04Speaker 1: of people, but just you know, I mean I know that,
- 1:10Speaker 1: Hi Ben, as I'm saying as high Vinnie.
- 1:15Speaker 2: Because hello to Ben.
- 1:18Speaker 1: He said hi as well, actually said no, I'm don't
- 1:22Speaker 1: have to do what you tell me.
- 1:24Speaker 2: He's very rude.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Such today is Wednesday.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Fee, I've got to no one do what they were
- 1:36Speaker 2: the data is. I think it's the eleventh of.
- 1:40Speaker 1: June twenty twenty five. I was thinking about doing this recording,
- 1:52Speaker 1: but I was watching something on TV and then there
- 1:57Speaker 1: was this massive sound outside because I had the window open,
- 2:02Speaker 1: and I thought it's the lawn mowerment just coming the lawn,
- 2:09Speaker 1: which means it's loud, but it doesn't last long.
- 2:17Speaker 2: But it seemed to be lasting.
- 2:19Speaker 1: A little bit longer than normal because the communal garden
- 2:27Speaker 1: here is very small. It doesn't take more than probably
- 2:34Speaker 1: five minutes for them to come. And then they started.
- 2:42Speaker 2: I started to hear a revn like where that's my
- 2:45Speaker 2: impression of a raven, and.
- 2:47Speaker 1: I realized there was a motorbike over the fence, so
- 2:54Speaker 1: I had to close the window because there was way
- 2:57Speaker 1: too loud. But when as the window, the motorbike stopped,
- 3:05Speaker 1: and now I can just.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Hear loads of voices.
- 3:11Speaker 1: So I'm going to continue making this recording, even though
- 3:16Speaker 1: literally as we speak, I heard the person's trying to
- 3:22Speaker 1: start the momentbike again.
- 3:29Speaker 3: It's just.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not it's very loud. It's very very loud.
- 3:40Speaker 3: I might just.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Continue talking anyway, because you may not how it might
- 3:46Speaker 1: not be very loud on the microphone because he's literally
- 3:52Speaker 1: outside over the fence and you might not hear it,
- 4:01Speaker 1: or it.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Might be very faint.
- 4:04Speaker 1: I can hear it, well, I can't hear it now
- 4:09Speaker 1: because it's not it's not going. But anyway, oh yeah,
- 4:15Speaker 1: please only listening.
- 4:17Speaker 2: You can safely go your eyes.
- 4:22Speaker 1: It's times like this that I that I feel glad
- 4:28Speaker 1: that yesterday I actually made use of the day and
- 4:37Speaker 1: made some recordings. Because a day when there's a motorbike
- 4:44Speaker 1: being reved all day long, which has happened well for
- 4:48Speaker 1: a few hours anyway, it's I just find it distracted
- 4:56Speaker 1: to make a recording. I mean, I can't make any
- 5:00Speaker 1: kind of hypnosis and stuff like that. But yesterday added
- 5:08Speaker 1: to a couple of.
- 5:09Speaker 2: New recordings as well as the Drivia Tuesday.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Or is this whisper Wednesday? Wednesday whispers Whisper Wednesdays. Now
- 5:23Speaker 1: I'm trying to trying to stick to the routine of
- 5:29Speaker 1: Monday's boring objects Drivia Tuesday, Whisper Wednesday, and Q and
- 5:40Speaker 1: a Friday. So that's for four days when it's like
- 5:45Speaker 1: a regular type of recording. So I do trying. I
- 5:52Speaker 1: am trying, not very hard, but very minimally giving it
- 5:58Speaker 1: a go. Oh yeah, oh yeah. I found a new
- 6:05Speaker 1: way and exercise. I can't using the word exercise very flimsily,
- 6:14Speaker 1: but took.
- 6:15Speaker 2: My little one out for a w a l okay.
- 6:24Speaker 1: And he started to bullowing me towards the bridge, so
- 6:31Speaker 1: I got this railway bridge and it's not even really used.
- 6:36Speaker 1: I think it was originally built because I'm going to
- 6:38Speaker 1: be building a railway station there, and they never built
- 6:41Speaker 1: the railway station, but they built a prayer.
- 6:44Speaker 2: New bridge in.
- 6:46Speaker 1: It's one of those really nice bridges. I'd say really
- 6:50Speaker 1: nice bridges. I mean, you might not be into bridges,
- 6:53Speaker 1: but it's like metal and it there's steps coming up.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Also i'd be cramp as well.
- 7:01Speaker 1: So you on a bike or in a wheelchair you
- 7:05Speaker 1: can get access. And it's a big, old, big old bridge.
- 7:15Speaker 1: And for some reason Venue was trying to take me.
- 7:19Speaker 1: I just wanted to take me away from I think
- 7:22Speaker 1: what it is. He gets bored being in the same
- 7:27Speaker 1: little park every day. He wants to go for a
- 7:32Speaker 1: walk and explore other places. So I just let him
- 7:38Speaker 1: lead me the way. I just sometimes I won't do that.
- 7:42Speaker 1: I'll just follow him, or as my old friend not
- 7:46Speaker 1: I used to say. Fully, I used to follow him,
- 7:50Speaker 1: follow folly.
- 7:55Speaker 2: And he led me to the the bridge and he
- 8:02Speaker 2: started trying to walk up the the.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Ramp and I pulled him away and said no, and
- 8:10Speaker 1: then he walked and he tried to cut the steps.
- 8:14Speaker 2: So I thought when he clearly wants to go up here,
- 8:16Speaker 2: so I just.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Followed him up the steps. He walked across the bridge,
- 8:27Speaker 1: and then I think we went down the ramp. No,
- 8:30Speaker 1: we went down the steps.
- 8:33Speaker 2: And then he wanted to walk.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Further away, which would be leading us pretty much to
- 8:45Speaker 1: nowhere really, and I thought, no, but.
- 8:56Speaker 2: He clearly wants to have a good walk, and I
- 8:59Speaker 2: need a walk. I ne too. I get out walking,
- 9:04Speaker 2: but I don't. I don't walk any kind of real.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Distance, not really. I don't think I get my ten
- 9:13Speaker 1: thousand steps a day. I get a few thousand, but
- 9:17Speaker 1: I don't think ten thousand.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Maybe I do, but I doubt it. I've never counted them.
- 9:26Speaker 1: It's quite hard, though, isn't if you count your steps
- 9:29Speaker 1: and then another dog walker says hello, What am I
- 9:34Speaker 1: supposed to do? Is a wait a second, let me
- 9:37Speaker 1: just write down the steps that I've done so far.
- 9:43Speaker 1: It's I think there's a gadget you can get a
- 9:49Speaker 1: step counter. There used to be this thing that you
- 9:57Speaker 1: could use, which basically it was like a wheel.
- 10:04Speaker 2: And you put on the ground and you.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Walked with it, pushing it, and it measured the distance
- 10:11Speaker 1: and you went and I used to use I used to.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I used to have one of them and i'd use
- 10:21Speaker 1: it sometimes in London because I wanted to see how
- 10:24Speaker 1: far it warmed. It was very weird looks.
- 10:29Speaker 2: But you can't. Yeah, apparently.
- 10:32Speaker 1: This I think the step or meter things is just
- 10:36Speaker 1: because you shake.
- 10:39Speaker 2: So literally.
- 10:40Speaker 1: You could just, I don't know, stand on one of
- 10:46Speaker 1: those shaky machines and it looks like you walked for
- 10:51Speaker 1: miles when in fact you haven't done anything. You could
- 10:57Speaker 1: bounce on a bouncy castle. That would be exercise as well,
- 11:02Speaker 1: wouldn't it. Yeah, I wonder if you're registers steps.
- 11:12Speaker 2: On the Moon. I don't mean we're not walking, I
- 11:17Speaker 2: mean somebody that was on the moon.
- 11:23Speaker 1: But then I suppose because it's so advanced, isn't it
- 11:27Speaker 1: all the technology that they probably are registering the distance
- 11:34Speaker 1: did the astronauts are traveling anyway, and how many steps
- 11:39Speaker 1: they take? Plus they don't have to make as many steps,
- 11:43Speaker 1: do they because that almost being bulled into space? But
- 11:50Speaker 1: the heavy boots keep them down, which I never understood.
- 11:54Speaker 2: How heavy are those shoes?
- 12:03Speaker 1: Wouldn't it make more sense right because if the shoes
- 12:07Speaker 1: are really really heavy, because you mentioned if we didn't
- 12:10Speaker 1: have any gravity on this planet, we would just end
- 12:15Speaker 1: up in the sky. How heavy would we have to
- 12:19Speaker 1: have how heavy would our.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Shoes have to be to keep us thuck to the ground.
- 12:26Speaker 2: Because I've seen movies where no gravity and.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Things cars are just being bowled up into the air
- 12:39Speaker 1: because there's no gravity.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Okay, it's a movie.
- 12:43Speaker 1: But if that's the case, does that mean that the
- 12:47Speaker 1: astronauts shoes, slippers or boots whatever, boots. I guess the
- 12:55Speaker 1: astronauts boots, well into boots are heavier than a car.
- 13:02Speaker 1: So if that's the case, then that's gotta be part
- 13:08Speaker 1: of the reason why it's so hard to get into space,
- 13:17Speaker 1: because it's not so much again through the atmosphere.
- 13:20Speaker 2: The rocket is the weight of those shoes, the astronauts' shoes.
- 13:28Speaker 1: So when it makes sense if they just add a little.
- 13:33Speaker 2: I don't know, on the Moon or on.
- 13:37Speaker 1: The space station, a shoe couped or something where they
- 13:45Speaker 1: can just leave the shoes there so they could wear
- 13:48Speaker 1: slippers or crocs going up and then when they get
- 13:53Speaker 1: there they can go on and slip into their astronaut wellies.
- 14:00Speaker 2: They are really heavy, they.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Might end up using a lot less fuel.
- 14:06Speaker 2: They might get that quicker. I might just solved a
- 14:13Speaker 2: big issue.
- 14:16Speaker 1: See, it's amazing what you can do and you're not
- 14:24Speaker 1: even trying. That's the problem. But I bet you're not
- 14:30Speaker 1: one astronaut or not one astro physicist or the scientist
- 14:41Speaker 1: is listening to this, because if they were, this could
- 14:47Speaker 1: change the whole rolling landscape of space travel. In fact,
- 14:56Speaker 1: it could be the break needed that could bridge. Got
- 15:02Speaker 1: back to the talking about bridges, could bridge towards further
- 15:10Speaker 1: exploration because it'd be able to get in and out
- 15:15Speaker 1: of space a lot quicker. And they could just start
- 15:20Speaker 1: to store stuff in space on the space station of
- 15:24Speaker 1: on the Moon and have that as like a like
- 15:27Speaker 1: a lockup, you know, like an old lockup, just keep stairs,
- 15:32Speaker 1: spare stuff in there. Well, they could even open shops
- 15:37Speaker 1: up really, but I guess that's more for the future,
- 15:40Speaker 1: like a shoe shop and helmets. Do they need their
- 15:48Speaker 1: helpt while when they're traveling up again, I'm not sure.
- 15:54Speaker 1: I thought the container they in was pressurized, which meant
- 16:00Speaker 1: they'll be able to breathe.
- 16:02Speaker 2: I might be wrong. What they could do is fill
- 16:11Speaker 2: you know, the airbags that they have on their back,
- 16:15Speaker 2: which gives them oxygen. Why not fill them with oxygen?
- 16:20Speaker 2: Like thousands of them and just keep taking them into space.
- 16:27Speaker 1: So that eventually we have unlimited supply of oxygen up there.
- 16:37Speaker 1: But I don't know would that run out the oxygen
- 16:40Speaker 1: in this world we kept filling. If you kept filling
- 16:45Speaker 1: an oxygen tank up the oxygen the air and you
- 16:51Speaker 1: did that, you got millions of billions and billions of them.
- 16:55Speaker 2: Do the oxygen run out?
- 16:58Speaker 1: And another thing is that what's the life you know,
- 17:06Speaker 1: the life span of oxygen? Does he go off after
- 17:11Speaker 1: a few years? Does he go malting? Because I used
- 17:15Speaker 1: to think that the soup tense soup lasts forever.
- 17:24Speaker 2: I remember seeing these again.
- 17:28Speaker 1: I'm not sure if there were documentaries or if there
- 17:31Speaker 1: were movies or TV shows where people would be climbing
- 17:35Speaker 1: up a mountain and they get to a shack or
- 17:39Speaker 1: some kind of wooden.
- 17:44Speaker 2: The house and.
- 17:46Speaker 1: It'd be a cellar. Would it be like a like
- 17:49Speaker 1: we have lots of food and stuff, but all tin
- 17:52Speaker 1: food because bananas don't last long on a mountains.
- 18:01Speaker 2: But they go there and.
- 18:03Speaker 1: The last time anyone was there was like one hundred
- 18:06Speaker 1: years ago because sort of wrote in a book, I
- 18:12Speaker 1: was here one hundred years ago, or I don't know, whatever,
- 18:16Speaker 1: and they don't open up the food in the tin,
- 18:21Speaker 1: and they'd eat it and it'd be all ym.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Yem yum yum yum.
- 18:26Speaker 1: Mind you, cat food would taste amazing if you hadn't
- 18:32Speaker 1: eaten for five days, wouldn't it. It would be the
- 18:35Speaker 1: most delicious thing you'll ever eat it. And it tastes
- 18:41Speaker 1: even better if you didn't know his cat food. So
- 18:44Speaker 1: don't present it in a cat food ball. Probably not
- 18:49Speaker 1: that you're cannot present it. I mean, if someone's hungry
- 18:54Speaker 1: and you give us some food and they haven't eaten.
- 18:56Speaker 2: For days, you're not gonna be worried about present day.
- 19:00Speaker 2: I suppose.
- 19:04Speaker 1: They put it, be happy just to eat it out
- 19:05Speaker 1: of the tin. What I used to think the wall
- 19:15Speaker 1: tins lasted like forever, I say forever, maybe not thousands
- 19:22Speaker 1: of years, but just a long long time because they
- 19:27Speaker 1: were air tight and they.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Were built to last.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Well, let me tell you the tins are today are
- 19:34Speaker 1: not built to last. I had some tins of soup
- 19:41Speaker 1: and they were good ones like Hines. They weren't, you know,
- 19:46Speaker 1: they weren't like Little Iron Brand. Not did this anything
- 19:50Speaker 1: wrong with Little Iron Brand. I'm just saying it was
- 19:55Speaker 1: Heines the most, I would say, put it most faith
- 20:00Speaker 1: miss soup maker in this country anyway, heinz tomato soup
- 20:10Speaker 1: and most people, even if they don't, I have soup.
- 20:15Speaker 1: I really said, eat soup. But soup is eating. It's drunk,
- 20:18Speaker 1: isn't it. Even if it's got vegetables in and stuff.
- 20:24Speaker 1: It's just lumpy water, lumpy flavored water.
- 20:27Speaker 2: That's what it is.
- 20:28Speaker 1: It's not a meal at best, It's a starter's Did
- 20:35Speaker 1: I ever tell you about the day I went on
- 20:39Speaker 1: and she said would you like some lunch before we
- 20:43Speaker 1: go out?
- 20:44Speaker 2: And I thought, oh yeah.
- 20:47Speaker 1: She gave me soup and one piece of bread. I
- 20:54Speaker 1: was like, well, am, I is this a day or
- 20:59Speaker 1: is this my first stay in prison?
- 21:01Speaker 2: I mean, what, what the heck?
- 21:04Speaker 1: I mean literally I get fed in prison. That was
- 21:07Speaker 1: always like what was going on? Those are the days
- 21:13Speaker 1: where my belly didn't enjoy soup.
- 21:15Speaker 2: I needed food.
- 21:19Speaker 1: The same thing happened when I visited my dad my stepmam,
- 21:24Speaker 1: and this was I think it was December two thousand
- 21:35Speaker 1: and eleven, December two thousand and eleven, and I just
- 21:43Speaker 1: wanted to tell them because I'd just been diagnosed with
- 21:47Speaker 1: bipolar and I wanted to tell them because it was
- 21:52Speaker 1: I don't know, it just seemed like the right thing
- 21:54Speaker 1: to let them know. I think when my dad what,
- 21:57Speaker 1: maybe both of them looked at each other like that
- 22:00Speaker 1: explains it. But what I remember about that meeting is
- 22:09Speaker 1: we met in this restaurant cafe. Place had soup, soup.
- 22:17Speaker 1: I had no money, so I can They paid for
- 22:20Speaker 1: the meal.
- 22:22Speaker 2: And they had soup.
- 22:26Speaker 1: In fact, I'm pretty sort of conversations, should we just
- 22:29Speaker 1: all have some soup. I'm like, I thought they were joking.
- 22:35Speaker 2: Soup.
- 22:35Speaker 1: We could have done it at home. I don't know
- 22:41Speaker 1: why I focused on soup today. I just I like soup.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I'm not prejudiced against soup.
- 22:48Speaker 2: I'm not, you know. I do like chicken soup, like
- 23:00Speaker 2: cream cream of chicken or I don't know, creamy, that's nice.
- 23:05Speaker 2: I'm not so beef broth.
- 23:08Speaker 1: No, not so much vegetable soup. Okay, tomato soup and
- 23:14Speaker 1: takes the boxes for me.
- 23:21Speaker 2: But it's not a meal. It's not a meal.
- 23:26Speaker 1: What I'm thinking about it, maybe I'm going to start
- 23:29Speaker 1: is weird. It's now start off moaning about soup. Now,
- 23:32Speaker 1: start to think I'd quite like a nice bowl of soup.
- 23:37Speaker 1: What a strange brain.
- 23:39Speaker 3: I have.
- 23:42Speaker 1: A nice bowl of soup and a few, maybe two
- 23:45Speaker 1: or three slices of toast. It seemed like a real
- 23:49Speaker 1: yummy thing. But I don't even I don't have any
- 23:52Speaker 1: soup I did. That's why I'm telling you a story.
- 23:56Speaker 2: I add some soup, I can't. That's the boyers.
- 24:00Speaker 1: They're supposed to last a long time. I went into
- 24:07Speaker 1: the cupboard and next to the cooker on the left
- 24:12Speaker 1: hand side, underneath and don't go in that cupboard really ever.
- 24:19Speaker 1: And I went in there just to look what's in there.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Tens of Superboy in there, so I went to pick
- 24:28Speaker 1: one up and.
- 24:30Speaker 2: It was empty.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Well, it also leaked, so basically all the soup cans
- 24:41Speaker 1: had disintegrated to the point where the lids came off,
- 24:49Speaker 1: the contents leaked out and also disintegrated.
- 24:53Speaker 2: There was no smell or anything. It's just.
- 24:57Speaker 1: It'd been there for maybe six years, seven years, completely destroyed.
- 25:08Speaker 1: And the ironic thing is, on that particular day, really
- 25:12Speaker 1: fency a bowl of soup. I remember thinking, I don't
- 25:18Speaker 1: a drink more soup. I really used to like soup,
- 25:24Speaker 1: which I did, but I was a kid back then,
- 25:32Speaker 1: and I used to get soup.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Whenever I was a little bit balling.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Maybe i'd coloring from school or maybe half the day off,
- 25:39Speaker 1: and I remember sitting at the table. My stepmom would
- 25:43Speaker 1: be looking after me, and she'd make me some soup,
- 25:45Speaker 1: and I'd watch Sesame String on television because I think
- 25:54Speaker 1: Sesame Street used to be on.
- 25:55Speaker 2: About midday and it was great color. Bits of toast.
- 26:05Speaker 1: A cup of tea as well, though that was a
- 26:07Speaker 1: bit weird because it feels like you have a liquid
- 26:12Speaker 1: drink with solid food. It almost felt like I should
- 26:16Speaker 1: be hearing some kind of solid drink, maybe an icicle
- 26:21Speaker 1: or something.
- 26:25Speaker 4: I don't know. You can't only get solid drinks, can you,
- 26:30Speaker 4: other than a slushy? Maybe that's quite solid. I'm not
- 26:35Speaker 4: sure they would fit together with soup.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Though well soup.
- 26:43Speaker 1: I suppose I feel a little bit nostalgic towards some
- 26:46Speaker 1: of those times because I got to spend time with
- 26:52Speaker 1: my stepmom and me and.
- 26:57Speaker 2: No one else.
- 26:58Speaker 1: There was just nice, quite a piece for no arguments,
- 27:02Speaker 1: you know, and I just like I didn't be soup.
- 27:07Speaker 1: It's weird how quickly soup cools down, but you think
- 27:14Speaker 1: like it can be like super boiling a hole and
- 27:18Speaker 1: you put the spoon in because the spoon is metal.
- 27:21Speaker 2: It conducts the heat. I think that.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Might be, you know, but the spoon is very hot
- 27:28Speaker 1: and you're not blowing on the spooner.
- 27:32Speaker 3: And then.
- 27:34Speaker 1: The soups squirting off the spoon. It depends how hard
- 27:39Speaker 1: you blow it. Guess could just like spray over everyone
- 27:43Speaker 1: else at the table.
- 27:43Speaker 2: But or you make a little dent in it, don't
- 27:47Speaker 2: you almost like if you mind? I used to do these.
- 27:53Speaker 1: I used to try and so have a spoon, not
- 27:55Speaker 1: look at it. I'd fill it with soap, but I
- 27:58Speaker 1: try and blow it. So they had parted in the
- 28:01Speaker 1: middle a bit like Moses, did you know with the
- 28:05Speaker 1: rid scene, and I just pretend, you know, to hear music,
- 28:14Speaker 1: pretend to hear music. Sometimes I would hear music if
- 28:18Speaker 1: music was being played. The yeah, tomato soup or any
- 28:28Speaker 1: kind of soup would be an opportunity to reenact the
- 28:35Speaker 1: Moses scene than the Bible. I'm sure not the only
- 28:40Speaker 1: one that did that. So that was pretty good special effects,
- 28:50Speaker 1: considering the movie was like the sixties, the Moses Pioneers.
- 29:03Speaker 1: I think I don't know if it was just the
- 29:05Speaker 1: Bible was the movie. There was another one the greatest
- 29:09Speaker 1: story ever told. Maybe it was actually called Moses. But yeah,
- 29:20Speaker 1: that scene where they're walking across the sea and all
- 29:26Speaker 1: the sea the sea wall is kind of just splashing personal.
- 29:31Speaker 2: That's the weird thing about it. That's the.
- 29:38Speaker 1: It didn't seem realistic in one sense, because if you
- 29:42Speaker 1: had the sea parted and you're walking down and there's
- 29:46Speaker 1: a bigger wall and both you know there'd be some
- 29:52Speaker 1: splash back when not one splash that's water along knowing
- 30:02Speaker 1: you know, you'd think they'd when you wouldn't moan about
- 30:06Speaker 1: a little a few splashes, you know, you can't get
- 30:09Speaker 1: to the other side, and Moses would be fitting pretty
- 30:13Speaker 1: proud of them, so probably, and everyone's saying well done, Moses,
- 30:17Speaker 1: and one person says, oh, actually.
- 30:23Speaker 2: My shoes are ruined. That's another thing, isn't there.
- 30:31Speaker 1: I have I have to clean my glasses because I'm
- 30:33Speaker 1: all the splash back from the water.
- 30:38Speaker 2: When they walked across, the ground was dry.
- 30:42Speaker 1: Now the ground would be we wouldn't it be muddy.
- 30:46Speaker 1: I know, it's just details, but you know, maybe that's
- 30:55Speaker 1: not the most unrealistic part of the whole story.
- 30:58Speaker 2: Maybe. So we're walking over this bridge and I thought
- 31:09Speaker 2: to myself.
- 31:10Speaker 1: This is quite a distance, really walking over, going down
- 31:19Speaker 1: the steps, walking all the.
- 31:23Speaker 2: Way back the long.
- 31:26Speaker 1: Ramp, back to the bridge again, crossing over, walking down
- 31:33Speaker 1: the steps, then walking up the other ramp on the
- 31:37Speaker 1: other side, which is like up one end and then
- 31:41Speaker 1: back again. I thought, you know, if I started doing that,
- 31:48Speaker 1: maybe did that ten times a day. I don't mean
- 31:52Speaker 1: going up there ten times and walking over it once.
- 31:57Speaker 2: Or maybe.
- 32:02Speaker 1: Go in there once and doing it ten times, maybe
- 32:08Speaker 1: twice and doing it five times.
- 32:14Speaker 2: Or I could carry it five times and do it twice.
- 32:25Speaker 1: I could go there three times and do it three
- 32:31Speaker 1: three times.
- 32:33Speaker 2: Thirty six.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Oh no, I could do three in a bin. Or
- 32:44Speaker 1: I could do it three times and on every third
- 32:47Speaker 1: day do an extra time. Maybe do a fourth.
- 32:54Speaker 2: That makes sense.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Three six nine, No way at three six nine three
- 33:03Speaker 1: six nine, No, every other day to no thirty six nine.
- 33:14Speaker 2: So nine nine nine nine nine nine nine nine nine,
- 33:19Speaker 2: So that'll be ten days. It'll be ninety.
- 33:22Speaker 1: Instead of one hundred. So on the tenth day I
- 33:29Speaker 1: could do twenty. On the fifth day do fifteen, and
- 33:39Speaker 1: not twentieth day to fifteen, which you mean it would
- 33:43Speaker 1: be the criminal doing ten a day. I think I'm
- 33:50Speaker 1: not sure if it's really necessary to get too bogged
- 33:54Speaker 1: down in specifics regarding.
- 34:00Speaker 2: How many times I is to walk over it, but
- 34:05Speaker 2: I thought.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Maybe that would be useful to get a little bit
- 34:11Speaker 1: more exercise and you know, get out. Plus there's not
- 34:18Speaker 1: really anyone around.
- 34:21Speaker 2: There are people around, but not much. And the whole
- 34:29Speaker 2: the whole way up and down, it's up the ramp.
- 34:33Speaker 1: And across the bridge is all he's got side star ways.
- 34:37Speaker 2: I thing he can't wander off.
- 34:40Speaker 1: He kind of can only go one way or go
- 34:45Speaker 1: backwards or stop, which he likes to stop. He just
- 34:50Speaker 1: likes to do the opposite to what I want him
- 34:52Speaker 1: to do. Earlier today we went into the park.
- 34:59Speaker 2: And the the thing he did was he stole another
- 35:02Speaker 2: dog's ball, Amber's ball that said the name of the dog.
- 35:09Speaker 2: He would not let it go, and the ball was
- 35:13Speaker 2: too big for his mouth. He was huge, but he
- 35:17Speaker 2: loved it.
- 35:19Speaker 1: He fell in love with his ball. It's almost like
- 35:21Speaker 1: it was the most precious item in the whole world.
- 35:28Speaker 1: I literally had to pick him up and price it
- 35:31Speaker 1: out of his mouth.
- 35:33Speaker 2: So I could give it back to the dog. He
- 35:37Speaker 2: didn't want to give it back. There was one point,
- 35:40Speaker 2: right and.
- 35:42Speaker 1: I kind of picked him up a little bit to
- 35:45Speaker 1: get it out of his mouth, and he wouldn't let
- 35:46Speaker 1: it go, so I started messaging his hands. Now he
- 35:52Speaker 1: does not let me do that ever without crowning then snapping,
- 36:00Speaker 1: doesn't mind me doing that. By on this occasion, he
- 36:03Speaker 1: couldn't do anything because this ball was in his mouth.
- 36:07Speaker 1: So I'm thinking, next hole, the next time I want
- 36:09Speaker 1: to carry his toenails, I'm just going to stick a ball,
- 36:15Speaker 1: get him to hold the ball, and then he won't
- 36:18Speaker 1: be what I want to do. Maybe I think it's
- 36:26Speaker 1: good though, because he needs to spend more time walking
- 36:29Speaker 1: on the pavement, because his toenails do need to get
- 36:32Speaker 1: trimmed a little bit. They're not long, but they're not
- 36:36Speaker 1: sure either.
- 36:39Speaker 2: But that's weird.
- 36:41Speaker 1: The feet, his feet toenails are always sure, but his
- 36:46Speaker 1: finger tonails or his toetols, his toe toenails, his finger toenails,
- 36:52Speaker 1: his fingernails are longer than his toenails.
- 36:58Speaker 2: And it's not like he's.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Walking side ways to his feet.
- 37:06Speaker 2: Or on the paper and his hands are on the grass.
- 37:09Speaker 1: You know, that would make sense, and you know if
- 37:12Speaker 1: that's why there are different lengths, but no, normally he
- 37:16Speaker 1: does running forward and he see on the path where
- 37:21Speaker 1: it's on the grass or in the mud or wherever.
- 37:27Speaker 1: Although he does love running into the long grass, this
- 37:33Speaker 1: is this thing. I don't know if other parts of
- 37:36Speaker 1: the country do it, or other parts of the world
- 37:38Speaker 1: to do this.
- 37:40Speaker 2: The council.
- 37:43Speaker 1: Affordered the lord mower, people who cut the grass in
- 37:49Speaker 1: the park, to leave certain areas wild.
- 37:55Speaker 2: When I say wild, I don't mean angry.
- 37:59Speaker 1: You know, they're just walking up to the bit of
- 38:01Speaker 1: grass and teasing it.
- 38:04Speaker 2: Just is dead, leaving it and not cutting it.
- 38:08Speaker 1: So it's something about well, you know, encouraging wildlife.
- 38:20Speaker 2: And then after about a year they cut it. Another
- 38:27Speaker 2: dog walker pointed out, well, first of all, I don't.
- 38:32Speaker 1: Think there's a huge amount of wildlife. Maybe there is
- 38:36Speaker 1: insects and stuff. That's definitely true, because those grasp leave
- 38:44Speaker 1: things they could go on to him if I let
- 38:48Speaker 1: him in the long grass.
- 38:49Speaker 2: So I don't.
- 38:51Speaker 1: And before I used to have him off the lead
- 38:53Speaker 1: in the bark and he used to love the long
- 38:56Speaker 1: grass being come home with all these ticks and stuff
- 39:00Speaker 1: like that. Now I don't let him go in a
- 39:03Speaker 1: long grass and he's got nothing. Hasn't it any For
- 39:11Speaker 1: every year hasn't it anything on him? And someone, I
- 39:20Speaker 1: think a couple of days ago another dog walker was
- 39:24Speaker 1: pointed out, it's all fair and well, you know, them
- 39:28Speaker 1: encouraging wildlife, but what happens to that wildlife when they
- 39:32Speaker 1: cut the grass. That's a fair point in it. The
- 39:40Speaker 1: thing is when it comes to.
- 39:44Speaker 2: Wildlife.
- 39:48Speaker 1: I literally lived in the countryside. There's a farm at
- 40:00Speaker 1: the end of each road. At the end of every
- 40:03Speaker 1: road there was a farm. For turn left, there's farms.
- 40:09Speaker 1: Ever turn right, there's farms. If I go through the
- 40:13Speaker 1: park and keep going through there, there's farms. It's just
- 40:18Speaker 1: farms everywhere. By farms, I mean growing.
- 40:22Speaker 2: Farms, not animal farms. I tell you what animal farm.
- 40:29Speaker 1: The move It was very different from the book. But yeah,
- 40:34Speaker 1: as though there's not really so don't get to hear
- 40:39Speaker 1: cocks every morning like cocker to do or whatever they do.
- 40:47Speaker 1: That wouldn't bother me really because I'm up quite early anyway.
- 40:53Speaker 1: I'm sure there are some farms like that around here,
- 40:56Speaker 1: but it's really just like growing crops. But they're everywhere
- 41:02Speaker 1: all around here.
- 41:04Speaker 2: His whole area is farms.
- 41:08Speaker 1: There again, the whole country is pretty much farmland, with
- 41:13Speaker 1: some towns and some cities.
- 41:17Speaker 2: And some beaches, but it's just a huge amount of
- 41:20Speaker 2: farmland here.
- 41:24Speaker 1: Apparently the bloke who owns the dice and vacuum cleaner thing,
- 41:31Speaker 1: he's the biggest farm owner in the country, or one
- 41:35Speaker 1: of them, And in America, the biggest farm owner I
- 41:42Speaker 1: think is Bill Gates. That's not just farms, that's the land.
- 41:48Speaker 1: Isn't it to be a landowners? If you own the farms,
- 41:55Speaker 1: you almost kind of own the food. Wow, or as
- 42:04Speaker 1: a plane going past, maybe not, I taste strange?
- 42:11Speaker 2: Oh yeah, can you hear that nicer train? It's a train.
- 42:23Speaker 2: I just realized. I don't think.
- 42:25Speaker 1: It's very windy today, because normally only on days when
- 42:30Speaker 1: it's very mild, very calm, that I.
- 42:35Speaker 2: Can hear the trains. When it's windy, I generally can't
- 42:41Speaker 2: hear the trains. It's lovely out there, blue sky, sunny.
- 42:52Speaker 2: It's going to be difficult because I got my jumper.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Oh will.
- 43:02Speaker 1: That's kind of strange because I have the window open
- 43:05Speaker 1: most of the time, but with that window closed, it's
- 43:09Speaker 1: so much quieter.
- 43:13Speaker 2: Because that literally just.
- 43:17Speaker 1: You know, in the garden, I can hear I can't
- 43:22Speaker 1: hear what they're saying quite often I can't hear what
- 43:24Speaker 1: they're saying anyway, not that I want to, but it's
- 43:29Speaker 1: weirdly enough, unless my hearing has changed, I can't really.
- 43:36Speaker 2: Hear them very well. I'm not complaining. It's lovely. Oh yes,
- 43:49Speaker 2: So yesterday I walked twice over these bless bridge.
- 43:54Speaker 1: I walked, I went up the steps, went over, went.
- 43:58Speaker 2: Down the steps, walked back up and then back up again.
- 44:02Speaker 2: Because the or is it.
- 44:06Speaker 1: The ramp is in two parts.
- 44:10Speaker 2: It's quite long. It's in two parts, so you've got
- 44:14Speaker 2: one end. You got up one bit and then you
- 44:16Speaker 2: turn around and you come.
- 44:17Speaker 1: Back the other bit, and it gradually goes up for
- 44:20Speaker 1: each one, and then you end up at the top
- 44:24Speaker 1: of the Basically you end up exactly where you were
- 44:28Speaker 1: where it was before before I went down the snaps.
- 44:34Speaker 1: And it's built for large traffic. Really, it is the
- 44:41Speaker 1: kind of it's the same kind of bridge that you
- 44:43Speaker 1: would see a busy train station, but there's no train
- 44:49Speaker 1: station there. There is a train track. I think part
- 44:55Speaker 1: the reason they did it was for safety, which is
- 44:58Speaker 1: fair enough, because people used to just across the track
- 45:02Speaker 1: there was no way of monitoring it. So it's a
- 45:08Speaker 1: good thing that it's got something over there. But one
- 45:13Speaker 1: of the neighbors when I moved in ten years ago
- 45:15Speaker 1: said that they spent like half a million pound putting
- 45:20Speaker 1: that bridge up. It still looks in good condition.
- 45:25Speaker 2: It's hardly been used something. Seriously, if I reckon.
- 45:32Speaker 1: The amount of people that cross that bridge in a
- 45:34Speaker 1: year would be the same amount of people that would
- 45:39Speaker 1: cross a busy train station in a day. Probably less
- 45:45Speaker 1: in fact, yeah, probably if you get fifty people a
- 45:57Speaker 1: day crossing that bridge, I'd be surprised. Maybe one hundred.
- 46:02Speaker 1: I'd be surprised if it was that high. Seriously, as normaliser,
- 46:09Speaker 1: wed I classes two people because I went over twice?
- 46:15Speaker 2: Or did I go over three times?
- 46:21Speaker 1: No, I went over twice, but I went over back
- 46:27Speaker 1: towards and that's four times actually yesterday. So I went
- 46:31Speaker 1: down down the So I went up the steps, across
- 46:36Speaker 1: the bridge, down the steps, back up the ramp, across
- 46:45Speaker 1: the bridge, down the steps, back up the ramp, across
- 46:54Speaker 1: the bridge, down the steps, and I back up the ramp,
- 47:02Speaker 1: cross the bridge and down the steps, and then we
- 47:07Speaker 1: went home. So what is the one, two, three, four?
- 47:19Speaker 1: So we crossed the bridge four times, So four times
- 47:26Speaker 1: we went up and down the ramp one two.
- 47:32Speaker 2: I don't know if we said four times we passed
- 47:35Speaker 2: over the bridge, so how many times did we go
- 47:39Speaker 2: up the ramp?
- 47:41Speaker 1: So we got up the steps, across the bridge, go
- 47:44Speaker 1: down the steps on the other side, so.
- 47:48Speaker 2: Up the ramp. So one up the ramp.
- 47:53Speaker 1: Crossover, down the steps, then up that ramp again, then
- 48:02Speaker 1: crossover down the steps, up that ramp, crossover and down
- 48:09Speaker 1: the steps. It's just three Okay, let me do this again.
- 48:18Speaker 1: Up the steps, across the bridge, down the steps, and
- 48:24Speaker 1: then up the ramp, crossing over to the bridge, down
- 48:30Speaker 1: the steps, then up the ramp, cross over the bridge,
- 48:35Speaker 1: down the steps, up the ramp, cross over the bridge,
- 48:40Speaker 1: and down the steps. So how many times is that
- 48:45Speaker 1: across the bridge? One two, three, four? So it's only
- 48:54Speaker 1: three ramps. I walked up the ramp three times, one.
- 49:02Speaker 2: Two three.
- 49:09Speaker 1: It's a classed as far, you know, because I've crossed
- 49:13Speaker 1: four times.
- 49:16Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 49:17Speaker 1: Maybe if I walked up the ramp the first time,
- 49:22Speaker 1: crossed over, went down the steps, then went up the
- 49:27Speaker 1: ramp the other side, walked down the steps, went up
- 49:31Speaker 1: the ramp, or what I could do? No, yeah, I
- 49:37Speaker 1: mean I could just walk up the ramp, cross over
- 49:42Speaker 1: the bridge, go down the ramp, and then just turn
- 49:47Speaker 1: back and walk up the ramp again.
- 49:51Speaker 2: But just I don't know.
- 49:58Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a weird one. I'm already sure it's same,
- 50:05Speaker 1: but more maybe walk up the ramp us, over the bridge,
- 50:10Speaker 1: go down the steps that walk up that ramp us
- 50:13Speaker 1: over and down the steps, walk up with that, so
- 50:17Speaker 1: I don't walk up any steps.
- 50:21Speaker 2: But technically the thing is I was thinking, is it
- 50:29Speaker 2: better for me to walk up the steps because that's
- 50:31Speaker 2: more exercise. But at the same time, if I'm walking
- 50:38Speaker 2: down a ramp that's not really but a lot of energy,
- 50:44Speaker 2: is it's.
- 50:48Speaker 1: Because I mean, it's not like steep steep, but it's
- 50:52Speaker 1: steep still.
- 50:53Speaker 2: You know this guy is walking upwards.
- 51:01Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't think i'd want to roll it like
- 51:05Speaker 1: every ball up there. Definitely didn't want to try to
- 51:10Speaker 1: roll a skate up there. Just gravity it, yeah, because
- 51:18Speaker 1: I might fall back.
- 51:26Speaker 2: I don't know, I have to think about it.
- 51:29Speaker 1: I just thought it'd be quite nice if I had
- 51:31Speaker 1: this like nice space to take him over a few times.
- 51:37Speaker 1: And another thing I was thinking I could do is
- 51:43Speaker 1: walk up and down my steps where I live across
- 51:47Speaker 1: stairs and maybe try to walk up and down, start off,
- 51:54Speaker 1: maybe doing it twice, and then work it up. So
- 51:56Speaker 1: I'm doing walking up and down maybe one hundred times
- 52:00Speaker 1: a day, like in one go, just as an exercise thing.
- 52:05Speaker 2: But I don't know.
- 52:07Speaker 1: I'm not sure. I've started to press ups again and
- 52:17Speaker 1: doing some exercise with my weights and doing the leg
- 52:24Speaker 1: raises in bed for my stomach. So I'm kind of
- 52:29Speaker 1: because I took a little bit of a break for
- 52:31Speaker 1: probably two weeks. Well, I wasn't really doing much exercise
- 52:36Speaker 1: at all, not even the weights, not crouching.
- 52:44Speaker 2: What do they call it crouching, I don't know.
- 52:50Speaker 1: Whatever it is that I do for my lower back
- 52:52Speaker 1: while I hold weights.
- 52:55Speaker 2: I've not done that for a while.
- 53:00Speaker 1: I did an the other day, but I've not done
- 53:01Speaker 1: it regularly every day like like I used to. And
- 53:08Speaker 1: part of the reason for that is because at the
- 53:12Speaker 1: weekend I readjusted my bedroom, not purposefully thinking oh, I'm
- 53:19Speaker 1: going to readjust my bedroom. I didn't wake up that
- 53:23Speaker 1: morning on Saturday thinking, oh, you jumped out of bed
- 53:27Speaker 1: with full excitement. I'm going to move my chair to
- 53:30Speaker 1: a different part of the room. I don't mean that,
- 53:34Speaker 1: It's just I was getting the microphones out of the.
- 53:38Speaker 2: Storage room setting them up. So I got one hair
- 53:43Speaker 2: on my chair near my chair, attached to a table.
- 53:47Speaker 1: I got one next to my bed. I had one
- 53:52Speaker 1: attached so I can make videos. But I don't think
- 53:55Speaker 1: I can do videos anymore. I just I prefer audio.
- 54:02Speaker 1: It's an old saying. You know, some people have got
- 54:06Speaker 1: they've got a face for radio, and I'm one of them.
- 54:14Speaker 1: I think it's possibly a disappointment if someone sees me
- 54:19Speaker 1: like they might be listening to me for a long time.
- 54:22Speaker 2: Some people will be listening to me for years and
- 54:26Speaker 2: then they.
- 54:27Speaker 1: They get curious and they go on to the YouTube
- 54:29Speaker 1: channel and see me. I think, well, now that's ruined.
- 54:38Speaker 1: That's ruined everything. So you know, it's not like I'm
- 54:45Speaker 1: not hiding myself. But plus, I think with video, I've
- 54:55Speaker 1: never liked pictures.
- 54:57Speaker 2: I'm not.
- 54:58Speaker 1: I don't mean I've never liked the picture I've ever
- 55:00Speaker 1: seen ever. I mean I've never really enjoyed a picture
- 55:04Speaker 1: of me because I don't think photographs necessarily show the person,
- 55:17Speaker 1: but a video can you know, your personality can show
- 55:23Speaker 1: in a video. You don't smile and frowning, facial expressions,
- 55:29Speaker 1: the voice, all that stuff movement, which I guess is
- 55:34Speaker 1: part of the whole video processes net movement, but I didn't.
- 55:44Speaker 2: I feel I've done that now I've been there. I did.
- 55:46Speaker 1: I spend years doing videos, and there's a little part
- 55:52Speaker 1: of me thinking I just wish that. I just don't
- 56:00Speaker 1: really want to make videos. I prefer audio. This is
- 56:08Speaker 1: more relaxing for me. This is where I can really
- 56:12Speaker 1: just be myself because if I've got a video camera there,
- 56:16Speaker 1: I've got a tendency of.
- 56:19Speaker 2: I don't know if it's so much showing off, but
- 56:24Speaker 2: I definitely.
- 56:26Speaker 1: Feel very self conscious, feel very self conscious. At no
- 56:32Speaker 1: point do I forget that the camera's pointing at me
- 56:36Speaker 1: with the microphone. This is almost the most natural thing
- 56:41Speaker 1: in the world for me to just talking to a microphone.
- 56:46Speaker 1: It's there's no effort. I think that comes across the clearly,
- 56:52Speaker 1: there's no effort. That's why it's though it's so awful.
- 56:56Speaker 2: Because no energy, no effort.
- 57:00Speaker 1: I'm planning, it's real, this is just me and I
- 57:10Speaker 1: don't necessarily think that that happens as much on a
- 57:16Speaker 1: video because I just I feel self conscious. I mean,
- 57:25Speaker 1: I didn't enjoy it when I had a hair, but
- 57:27Speaker 1: now now that my hair's kind of it's really weird,
- 57:37Speaker 1: like I got a bald patch in the back and
- 57:44Speaker 1: my hairs.
- 57:46Speaker 2: I tripped my hairs so it was stuck a a crooker.
- 57:50Speaker 2: I guess I can see in a mirror that the
- 57:57Speaker 2: gap between the hairs.
- 57:59Speaker 1: Is growing, and some of those hairs that are growing
- 58:03Speaker 1: back are not the same strength for thickness that they.
- 58:07Speaker 2: Used to be.
- 58:12Speaker 1: And I'm thinking that possibly the next thing years I
- 58:22Speaker 1: might Okay, well I'll be bored and that's it really.
- 58:29Speaker 1: I showed a picture to Jack TBT to create an
- 58:33Speaker 1: image for me, and I said, oh, make an image of.
- 58:39Speaker 3: Vinny and me.
- 58:42Speaker 1: Veoinix on the bed making a podcast or something and
- 58:47Speaker 1: I'm sleeping on a dog bed on the floor.
- 58:52Speaker 5: So I did that and they said, oh, I said
- 59:01Speaker 5: what Jack Russell read Jack Russell when they did that,
- 59:05Speaker 5: and I posted a picture of him.
- 59:07Speaker 1: So they changed it to like a lifelike picture of Vinnie.
- 59:13Speaker 3: I think he was.
- 59:13Speaker 2: Holding a board which said I A Q and a
- 59:17Speaker 2: Friday or whatever it was.
- 59:22Speaker 1: And then I said, can you make my image as well?
- 59:29Speaker 1: So they said upload the picture of you, so I did.
- 59:33Speaker 2: It just showed someone.
- 59:34Speaker 1: With a massive ball batch and just her hair growing
- 59:38Speaker 1: on the side like that's.
- 59:42Speaker 2: Not why I look like not yet. It possibly will be,
- 59:50Speaker 2: but it won't because I will shake my hair.
- 59:53Speaker 3: I will.
- 59:55Speaker 1: That's that's so annoying, though, because I'm pretty sure that
- 59:59Speaker 1: the side my hair and the back of my hair
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: is so thick and curly, but so thick that it
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: would never board. I don't think I'm ever going to
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: be that. That will always be thick hair and on
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: the side as well, but not so much in the middle.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: It is like going back to Moses. It's a little
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: bit like the Pine of the Red Sea. It started
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: at the back and it's just slowly move into the front.
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: It's weird.
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: Moses and bridges. That seems to be the topic of
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: the day. I did another video. I never put a
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: podcast image, and they said, so do you want to
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: I want to put in an.
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: Image of me.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: They said, describe yourself, So I said, fifty four year
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: old man. I looked about ninety when they put this
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: picture of me, like this old, old looking person. I
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: do not look like that, or maybe I do.
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: I don't to me, but I do need to have
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: my eyes checked to be fair.
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: I'm saving up for an eye test and to get
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: what the eye test is free, but the glasses aren't.
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: So I think I get the lenses free for free,
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: but I have to pay for.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: To have the glass, you know, the protection on them,
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: and also the actor light so they go dark in the.
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: Sun, so I have to pay for that and I
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: have to.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: I think I get a discount on the frames, or
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: I think I can get a free frame.
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: But they're like NHS.
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: There's nothing wrong with NHS, but I kind of think
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: I don't care what the frame looks like if they're
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: ever reading, because I'm not going to be reading outside.
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: Pretty much. I'm going to read it here and.
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: I'm looking forward to getting my glasses so I can
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: get back to reading again.
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: I just can't do it at the moment, nor with these.
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: So it's going to cost me a few hundred pounds
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: two because I'm gonna have to get two.
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: Different probably three different frames, one for.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: Distance, you know, normal day to day, one for reading,
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: and one for use on a computer. I need to
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: start like protecting my eyes a bit more, and I've
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: noticed that.
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: I can't.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: I can't spend as much time looking at the computer screen.
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: As I used to do, which is.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: It's not a terrible thing, really, because I don't really
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: want to be spending all day looking at a computer screen.
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: But at the same time it is limiting and I'd
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: at least like to have the option, but at the
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: same time by looking after my eyes. So as soon
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: as I've saved up enough, I'm gonna get an appointment
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: go to the optitions I'm thinking about asking for because
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: I saw somewhere that there's certain lenses that I quite
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: good for people bipolar. Now, I might have dreamt it,
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: but it's not something I would normally dream about.
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: But then I don't remember everything I dream about.
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: In fact, I can't remember the last time I had
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: a dream. I ever dream I've done, and I have dreamt,
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: I just don't remember exactly what.
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: I dreamt about.
- 1:04:32Speaker 6: And yeah, wow, I think I had a dreamed the
- 1:04:43Speaker 6: other day, and I just.
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: I can't remember what it was.
- 1:04:53Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: I was talking about dreaming. I was talking about dreaming. Oh,
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: biparle lenses. I know that there's some lenses to people
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: with some conditions, not just visual conditions, where like different
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: colored tinted glasses that color all the time, not just
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: in the sun, but my tint dark in the sun.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: Apparently people can see where I'm looking, know, which is
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: be hame as a bit of a surprise. After ten years,
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: I'm thinking I was.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: My eyeballs had freedom.
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: So now before I go to the optations and we
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: do a bit of research, if there's.
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: Something that can help me.
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: In some way, you think if looking through a different
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: colored lens could be useful.
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: Then it's worth exploring. That's on my to do list. Yeah,
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: because I remember one of the beges. I think it
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: was the maybe two of them, but one of them matter.
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: I think like a yellow tilted or tilted glasses.
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: And I used to know someone I think she was
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: a customer, or i'd said when I worked in the
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: Evolution shop in m Switch.
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: She I think she worked.
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: Next door in Snappy Snaps, which was this camera processing
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: place or picture processing and she had I think yellow
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: lenses or blue lenses and said I asked her about it,
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: and she said it was something to do with I'm
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: pretty sure she said autism.
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: Or I'm also I have a memory of hearing that.
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: Lenses can help with ADHD, but again I'm not sure
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: right just these are like faint memories that may be
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: complete fabrications. But I think anything really is worth for dry,
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: isn't it? It's now to lose. I might give some
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: funny looks wise think you is maybe going forward. I'll
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: ask them if I can care lenses always dark.
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: All the time, like Roy Robison?
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: Did you know Roy Robison didn't wear those classes because
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: he had anything wrong with his eyes. It's true he
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: had an eye injury, or he had a style or
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: something like that. So he wore those classes when he
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: was on stage because his eye was all scammy.
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: And this might be a lie, but this is my
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: memory of it. And he wore his classes on stage
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: to perform Miss Robison the singer, and he liked them
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: so much he decided to spend the rest of his
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: career wearing those classes, those big, thick classes, which looked
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: like he had.
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: Serious sight issues, but apparently he didn't. I have seen
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: people wear those type of glasses that were very had
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: impaired sight. But I was thinking maybe I could get some. No,
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: I don't want them like that. But just the thing is,
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: I think some people look they think it's weird if
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: you walk around in the winter wearing sunglasses. And I've
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: had a couple of people say, why you were in sunshine.
- 1:09:55Speaker 2: It's it's like, I'm not. These are my normal glasses.
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: But these don't look like sunshades because it's a different frame.
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: These look like glasses because sunshades are normally a bit
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: more I'm more stylish and more. There's a different kind
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: of a frame I think with sunshades, although I kind
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: of do like you know, remember like the Blues Brothers,
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: that kind of sunshades. Yeah, maybe I look I look
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: into that. Maybe that's what I do, just something to
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: kind of protect my eyes from the sun, from the light.
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: I'll see what the optician says. But before or that,
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: do a little bit of research online, maybe watch a
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: few YouTube videos and find out what's about, and perhaps
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: to a bit of research into the science behind it
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: and see what studies have shown, because I'll figure it
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: if anything that can help is brilliant.
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: Although in the.
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: Future, the smart classes will be the.
- 1:11:37Speaker 3: Norm, and.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: I'm interested in there. I do like the idea of
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: wearing smart glasses and being able to talk to them.
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: I like the idea of being able to make a
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: podcast while I'm just walking around. Probably I probably have
- 1:12:01Speaker 2: I don't know how good the microphone would be on.
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: This is the glasses.
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: But audio is improving all the time, and the ability
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: to improve audio as well after recording is technologies is
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: improving all the time.
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: So it's there's so much more that can be done.
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: So I'm just I'll see what happens, but I'm going
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: to look into it. My question is what was I
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: talking about when I very first started this recording, Because
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: it wasn't bridges, it wasn't glasses.
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: What was it. I don't know. I can't remember. I
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: cannot remember old motorbikes in the garden. That's it.
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: So I've got no idea how long I've been talking.
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: It might be twenty minutes, it might be an hour.
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: I don't know. But I'm going to go.
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: So thank you for listening. Remember to be kind to yourself,
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: because you do deserve to be happy and be gentle
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: with yourself. You deserve to feel safe, lots of love.
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: Bye. Relax in a more deep and meaningful way, maybe
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: in a way that can not just allow you to
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: feel calm now and throughout the time we spend together here,
- 1:14:08Speaker 2: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 1:14:21Speaker 2: and peace. But also I think it would be nice
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: the recording has ended, so that you can still benefit
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: from listening to my voice, maybe in a few hours time,
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you
- 1:15:32Speaker 2: find like some people do and myself as well. Sometimes
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: I find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 1:15:48Speaker 2: and I just listen to it over and over again
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations. It kind
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: of was hypnosis, really, and I managed to find it
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: again and it still has the same effect on me.
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: And part of it was the person's voice relaxed me.
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: She just felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward to
- 1:16:49Speaker 2: listening to her in the morning and in the evening.
- 1:17:02Speaker 2: And I knew before even pressing the play button that
- 1:17:11Speaker 2: as soon as I've done that pressed the play button.
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: This is in the days of CD players press the
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: play button. In fact, it might have even been a
- 1:17:32Speaker 2: tape recorder. I'd lie down on the bed and then
- 1:17:42Speaker 2: even without necessarily listening to her words because I had
- 1:17:55Speaker 2: them memorized. Really, it was as if my body knew
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: exactly what to do, and the muscle was just almost
- 1:18:18Speaker 2: went into automatic relaxation, and I remember my mind.
- 1:18:38Speaker 7: Would slow down.
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: Now. Now, I was listening to this recording in the
- 1:18:53Speaker 2: early days of learning hypnosis, and long before I ever
- 1:19:01Speaker 2: made any videos or audio recordings myself, because I didn't
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: start doing that till two thousand and six, I knew,
- 1:19:23Speaker 2: I knew how helpful I found being able to just
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: let go, to have that trust in the person that
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: I'm listening to, knowing that it's going to be just
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: as relaxing, if not more so. Each time you hear
- 1:20:06Speaker 2: my voice, you may feel the same.
- 1:20:18Speaker 7: Some people.
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: Have been listening to me for over a decade, maybe
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: not solidly, obviously not twenty four hours a day, but.
- 1:20:41Speaker 7: Maybe people come back.
- 1:20:44Speaker 8: Some people maybe listen every day.
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: That's something that I do which you may not realize
- 1:21:05Speaker 2: by listening, is when I record these recordings. Now, for example,
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: I also am affected by the words that I say.
- 1:21:42Speaker 2: So if I set you focus on your feet, notice
- 1:21:51Speaker 2: your feet relaxing, I will be focusing on my feet.
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: I will be noticing my feet relaxing. If I said,
- 1:22:21Speaker 2: focus on your hands and maybe notice the difference between
- 1:22:28Speaker 2: each hand. Perhaps notice the air in the room, the
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: temperature of the room.
- 1:22:42Speaker 9: On the backs of your hands.
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: You may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: very light breeze, even though there may not be any
- 1:23:04Speaker 2: type of breeze at all where you are right now.
- 1:23:17Speaker 2: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: aware of how relaxed my hands are feeling now, and
- 1:23:57Speaker 2: when it comes to tend to be drifting off to sleep,
- 1:24:03Speaker 2: which may be the reason you're listening. I also feel
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: drousy when I make these recordings. I also notice my
- 1:24:31Speaker 2: mind drifting. In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: without even noticing, and then I can harry on talking.
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: It's suddenly, when I listen back to do the editing,
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: I hear snoring, and I think, I don't remember snoring.
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: I remember talking. Snoring was a pick turned up. That's
- 1:25:37Speaker 2: why I sound like when I snore, I get really
- 1:25:45Speaker 2: into the whole experience. I don't know how you feel,
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: how relaxed you feel in your feet, how relaxed.
- 1:26:15Speaker 9: You feel in your hands.
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: I have noticed more and more that the more relaxed,
- 1:26:46Speaker 2: deeper level of comfort you feel, the easier your breathing becomes.
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: It's all almost like that additional muscle relaxation. So this
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: allows you to breathe easier without necessarily focusing on your breath, however,
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: being able to notice the ease in which you breathe
- 1:28:25Speaker 2: so naturally. You breathe so very easily and smoothly. Whenever
- 1:29:15Speaker 2: I imagine my breathing improving. When I've got my eyes closed,
- 1:29:39Speaker 2: I tend to visualize a beautiful field, trees and flowers
- 1:30:00Speaker 2: producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels nice to,
- 1:30:34Speaker 2: if nothing else, just taking some time away from everything,
- 1:31:05Speaker 2: enjoying that feeling of pace, serenity with a joyful art.
- 1:32:03Speaker 2: Time seems to just drip by, so very slowly, relaxed,
- 1:32:34Speaker 2: so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in
- 1:33:13Speaker 2: this moment, completely free, not to say that your mind
- 1:34:16Speaker 2: slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really requires your attention.
- 1:35:12Speaker 2: You can enjoy the physical sensations of allowing the stress
- 1:35:27Speaker 2: to drip out of your body, dripping out of every
- 1:35:43Speaker 2: part of your body, being released from your brain, your
- 1:36:14Speaker 2: mind slowly but surely muscles in your legs.
- 1:37:05Speaker 10: Lass.
- 1:37:23Speaker 2: Surfery deaplay rides, sweft, deep play, feelings, pleasant feelings in
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: your arms and shoulders, deepening each part of your body.
- 1:38:33Speaker 7: Further and deeper.
- 1:38:51Speaker 2: And deeper. Like to say, the feedings in the back
- 1:39:12Speaker 2: of your neck, the feedings in your wrists, muscles in
- 1:40:14Speaker 2: the front of your body, I will say, peaceful, deep,
- 1:41:08Speaker 2: there was a sense of peace spreads through a very
- 1:41:18Speaker 2: cool When you focus on your mind, the mind becomes
- 1:42:16Speaker 2: Ahn's slower, deeper, relaxing, faery slater, stomach tasteful, many of stomach,
- 1:44:17Speaker 2: your back lettice letice sound laxed. Now feel in the
- 1:44:52Speaker 2: hole of a bad.
- 1:45:18Speaker 11: A spy.
- 1:45:23Speaker 7: From your brain.
- 1:45:25Speaker 9: All lay down the middle of your back.
- 1:45:32Speaker 2: Sending and receiving millions of messages every day, die comfort, increasing,
- 1:46:06Speaker 2: declart ms, legs, spreading those signals down your spinal cord
- 1:47:18Speaker 2: into every part of your body, your shins and your calf.
- 1:47:38Speaker 9: Muscles, your elbows, fields of.
- 1:48:24Speaker 2: Peace and tranquility, spreading through your body, tips.
- 1:48:40Speaker 9: Of your toes, to your eyes, your fingers.
- 1:48:56Speaker 2: All wait, you'll love back m.
- 1:49:10Speaker 3: I think.
- 1:49:12Speaker 2: Three, I think pays drifting mind. Just wanted to be away,
- 1:50:22Speaker 2: happy to let go.
- 1:50:28Speaker 12: Let God.
- 1:50:33Speaker 2: Completely let go, so drink nobody enjoyed of sense pace, joy, space,
- 1:53:59Speaker 2: this peace and safety, safe fairy.
- 1:54:40Speaker 3: As us.
- 1:55:12Speaker 13: Different the.
- 1:55:42Speaker 2: Lad letting go. Maybe we can just focus on the
- 1:56:34Speaker 2: different parts of your body, just to notice food, your
- 1:57:11Speaker 2: eyes sundayshhh, not say a sense of complete freedom, absolute
- 1:58:30Speaker 2: freedom's energy paste to breeze much pace. You may not
- 2:01:36Speaker 2: have noticed your mind drifting.
- 2:02:20Speaker 14: Pace many annual deeply.
- 2:02:43Speaker 2: In the direction of ttle blissful pace for pace two
- 2:04:20Speaker 2: pace st let's go my mind okays for the film's
- 2:06:42Speaker 2: host this fairy fact and paceful.
- 2:07:13Speaker 15: So pay.
- 2:07:45Speaker 2: Like so, and you could start to notice that you
- 2:08:26Speaker 2: are feeling more relaxed, even though I've not purposely focused
- 2:08:38Speaker 2: your mind upon that sense of physical comfort that is
- 2:08:46Speaker 2: growing within you throughout your body, and your mind starts
- 2:08:55Speaker 2: to slow down, And that could be almost in recognition
- 2:09:06Speaker 2: of I guess my speech not being particularly fast, and
- 2:09:20Speaker 2: things generally feel calmer. Just by listening to my voice,
- 2:09:34Speaker 2: you give yourself an opportunity to take a break from
- 2:09:41Speaker 2: the day, take a break from your life, as it is,
- 2:09:51Speaker 2: to give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take
- 2:09:59Speaker 2: some time and to allow your body to relax and
- 2:10:06Speaker 2: allow your mind to slow down, which in turn releases
- 2:10:17Speaker 2: the tension any stresses that you had in your body.
- 2:10:28Speaker 2: It's almost as if the parts of your body just
- 2:10:32Speaker 2: open up, allowing the negativity out and at the same
- 2:10:44Speaker 2: time replacing that negativity with positive healing energy, which then
- 2:10:55Speaker 2: fills your body up, and your mind also starts to
- 2:11:07Speaker 2: appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence and an almost uplifting feeling,
- 2:11:24Speaker 2: positive healing energy that spreads through your body like a
- 2:11:39Speaker 2: wave of comfort.
- 2:11:47Speaker 9: And all this comes from just allowing yourself.
- 2:11:56Speaker 2: A few minutes, maybe off an hour, hourver long you
- 2:12:02Speaker 2: wanted to be, just rest.
- 2:12:11Speaker 13: And allow.
- 2:12:14Speaker 2: Your mind and your body to almost preset itself to
- 2:12:25Speaker 2: the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more
- 2:12:40Speaker 2: room for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move around
- 2:12:54Speaker 2: your body and into your mind. Must as if your
- 2:13:02Speaker 2: mind and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring each
- 2:13:13Speaker 2: other with that growing positivity and calmness, And it feels nice,
- 2:13:29Speaker 2: really does feel nice to know that you are the
- 2:13:35Speaker 2: one that has allowed yourself to feel more comfort and
- 2:13:49Speaker 2: to experience more this deep relaxation throughout your body. And
- 2:14:10Speaker 2: as I focus on each part of your body, you
- 2:14:17Speaker 2: can notice that that part becomes even more relaxed just
- 2:14:32Speaker 2: by focusing on it. It becomes even more calm and comfortable.
- 2:14:44Speaker 9: Just by focusing.
- 2:14:50Speaker 2: And as I move down your body starting and your head,
- 2:14:58Speaker 2: the parts that you have all already focused on, or
- 2:15:02Speaker 2: can continue to relax deeply those parts to have not
- 2:15:11Speaker 2: yet focused on, or just automatically release any remain intention
- 2:15:25Speaker 2: in anticipation of even more comfort about to come. Now
- 2:15:39Speaker 2: the start by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware
- 2:15:47Speaker 2: of the feelings of your forehead. Any background sounds like
- 2:15:57Speaker 2: mister Herbert o Pigeon can just allow you to feel
- 2:16:02Speaker 2: you're more relaxed. Just means you're in the moment. This
- 2:16:13Speaker 2: isn't this isn't a sterile environment. This is the world.
- 2:16:21Speaker 9: I live in the countryside.
- 2:16:25Speaker 2: There's lots of nature sounds around. As you focus on
- 2:16:35Speaker 2: your forehead, just notice how it becomes even more relaxed
- 2:16:43Speaker 2: as you focus only on my voice and that part
- 2:16:52Speaker 2: of your body moved down to your eyes. Focusing on
- 2:17:03Speaker 2: your eyes, noticing how your eyelids feel so heavy yet
- 2:17:17Speaker 2: so light at the same time, and all the muscles
- 2:17:24Speaker 2: around your eyes relaxing completely.
- 2:17:33Speaker 3: Moving your focus.
- 2:17:36Speaker 9: Down to your mouth, the.
- 2:17:39Speaker 2: Lips, your tongue, your teeth, your comes, the hole of
- 2:17:47Speaker 2: your mouth, relaxing, calm and loose. If you focus now
- 2:18:03Speaker 2: on your jawl just a part of your jaw near
- 2:18:10Speaker 2: your mouth, your chin, all the way up the size
- 2:18:16Speaker 2: of your face to your ears. Now on your jaw,
- 2:18:25Speaker 2: leading all relaxed, a calm, focusing on your neck.
- 2:18:52Speaker 7: On the front of your neck and your throat.
- 2:18:57Speaker 2: Relaxin, loose and calm. The sides of your leg, right
- 2:19:10Speaker 2: and left side.
- 2:19:12Speaker 12: Of your leglass and place.
- 2:19:22Speaker 3: And calm.
- 2:19:30Speaker 2: Now the back of your leg, focusing on the back
- 2:19:37Speaker 2: of your leg, letting go with any tension that may
- 2:19:48Speaker 2: be there before, and enjoying that sense of increasing on
- 2:20:00Speaker 2: foot and release. I think you can experience in the
- 2:20:08Speaker 2: back of your neck, moving down your back, moving either
- 2:20:21Speaker 2: side of your spine right from the top of your
- 2:20:25Speaker 2: back all the way down to the bottom of your back.
- 2:20:37Speaker 2: Down it's your lower back. Let jim move up and down.
- 2:20:51Speaker 9: Your spine.
- 2:20:54Speaker 2: You can feel the muscles either side of your spine
- 2:21:01Speaker 2: relaxing even more. And there's those muscles relax That sense
- 2:21:15Speaker 2: of comfort starts to spread outwards from your spine into
- 2:21:26Speaker 2: both sides of your back. The top of your back,
- 2:21:33Speaker 2: the middle end your lower back, and as you scan
- 2:21:41Speaker 2: gently and slowly up and down your back, there the
- 2:21:49Speaker 2: muscles in the top of your back relax and become
- 2:21:55Speaker 2: a laves. Muscles in the middle of your back also
- 2:22:05Speaker 2: seem to just almost define from each other, separating and
- 2:22:14Speaker 2: almost melting, and in your lower back seems to be
- 2:22:27Speaker 2: an extra special feeling of comfort. The spreads into your hips.
- 2:22:43Speaker 2: Sit down your lower back, into your hips, into the
- 2:22:51Speaker 2: area where you cosix are, and into your buttocks. The
- 2:23:00Speaker 2: wise muscles dont spread. Bring your life back into a hyperia.
- 2:23:14Speaker 2: Start to mount, start to reading echo, and you know
- 2:23:31Speaker 2: where about. Focus on your shoulders back your spine will
- 2:23:40Speaker 2: continue to let go, continue to relax.
- 2:23:53Speaker 10: So coldly.
- 2:24:01Speaker 2: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're already.
- 2:24:09Speaker 3: Feeding.
- 2:24:13Speaker 9: Ready, they're already come Feeling.
- 2:24:42Speaker 2: Those muscles then move from your neck into your shoulders.
- 2:24:57Speaker 2: Feels so soft and gentle, so small and calm. The
- 2:25:27Speaker 2: feeling in your shoulders seems to spread deep into your
- 2:25:40Speaker 2: shoulders and since relaxation, not just traveling deeply into your mossles,
- 2:25:55Speaker 2: also relaxing.
- 2:26:00Speaker 9: The butterness and moving all the way to underneath your arms.
- 2:26:12Speaker 2: Relaxing, the whole area between the tops of your shoulders
- 2:26:20Speaker 2: and underneath your arms heathing you just so relaxed and
- 2:26:38Speaker 2: comfortable in your shoulders, which says that deep healing.
- 2:26:53Speaker 9: Message into your eye ars. You may feel.
- 2:27:09Speaker 2: Almost to s if your arms annoy.
- 2:27:12Speaker 3: Even that.
- 2:27:14Speaker 2: Because the sun relaxed so deeply relaxed, s.
- 2:27:35Speaker 15: S so.
- 2:28:05Speaker 2: That things spreading a way down your arms to elbas.
- 2:28:21Speaker 11: Cleaved in.
- 2:28:23Speaker 2: Your elbows, circumfut spreads away into wrists, your form saer
- 2:28:51Speaker 2: wrists so heavy. It's the same time sunlight and gentle.
- 2:29:43Speaker 9: Like said.
- 2:29:47Speaker 3: Now you had.
- 2:30:22Speaker 2: Peaces as sensal pace just seems to feel filion, hands
- 2:31:16Speaker 2: las deeply else things chips, attention to freds, your body,
- 2:33:53Speaker 2: many new focus lights, figs, spots, the faith, faints, sir pas, sircom,
- 2:38:39Speaker 2: sack pace, sircom.
- 2:39:19Speaker 16: Peace, fall, sick co pase faum, same place faun.
- 2:39:53Speaker 2: Come on, deep relaxation, the spread chest stone. Let's me go.
- 2:40:28Speaker 3: Everything.
- 2:40:40Speaker 2: So I'm gonna start counting down now, from twenty down
- 2:40:46Speaker 2: to one. You can imagine in a way it's like
- 2:40:55Speaker 2: just walking down some steps, and each step from twenty steps,
- 2:41:01Speaker 2: each step represents a level of comfort. Each step represents
- 2:41:14Speaker 2: a deepening of the comfort and the firties you walk
- 2:41:27Speaker 2: down those steps that deeper rags. Do you feel.
- 2:41:39Speaker 3: So?
- 2:41:40Speaker 2: Starting with number twenty twenty nineteenhhhhhhhh eighteen seven ten sixt
- 2:45:30Speaker 2: three four twohhhhhh.
- 2:52:39Speaker 17: Eight us st.
- 2:55:16Speaker 2: Six five.
- 2:57:11Speaker 17: Us us.
- 2:58:16Speaker 11: The ladists.
- 3:00:17Speaker 15: Lassist.
- 3:02:19Speaker 2: And now as you focus on your eyes, you're gonna
- 3:02:36Speaker 2: countdown from ten outs one, focusing just on your eyes,
- 3:02:52Speaker 2: your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your eye will themselves,
- 3:03:02Speaker 2: the whole area that makes up your eye. As we
- 3:03:19Speaker 2: count down ten down to one, wants to focus in
- 3:03:28Speaker 2: on your eyes, you become twice is relaxed with each
- 3:03:44Speaker 2: number counting down.
- 3:03:50Speaker 9: That you may find the way we want to do
- 3:03:57Speaker 9: is just.
- 3:04:00Speaker 2: Drift off to sleep. And if that's what you want, then.
- 3:04:11Speaker 12: Just allow yourself to do that.
- 3:04:19Speaker 2: Now focus in on your eyes. Then to begin counting
- 3:04:28Speaker 2: down from ten down to one. Right now.
- 3:04:45Speaker 10: Ten nine.
- 3:05:46Speaker 2: Eight z.
- 3:10:02Speaker 17: Using pree.
- 3:13:58Speaker 2: Cut down tent one ten nine eight seven six five
- 3:14:17Speaker 2: four three two one. And maybe that was a bit
- 3:14:34Speaker 2: too quick in order to relax. Maybe it's a too
- 3:14:39Speaker 2: fast for you to notice the calming of your body,
- 3:14:48Speaker 2: maybe even a little bit of pressure there, like you'll
- 3:14:53Speaker 2: count it down from ten to one. What do you
- 3:14:55Speaker 2: expect me to do? Man? Expect me to just to
- 3:14:58Speaker 2: go with floppy? Just I guess you're counting down if
- 3:15:08Speaker 2: you try again, but this time I'll go get slower
- 3:15:14Speaker 2: this time that you focus on the whole of your
- 3:15:19Speaker 2: body before we focus on the legs. Just notice how
- 3:15:27Speaker 2: your body does start to feel more relaxed with every
- 3:15:42Speaker 2: number that I count down ten, nine, seven, six, five.
- 3:16:34Speaker 3: Four, three.
- 3:17:16Speaker 2: One.
- 3:17:28Speaker 7: I just notice how.
- 3:17:32Speaker 2: How you feel, generally, how your body feels. It's not
- 3:17:42Speaker 2: necessarily even about counting down from ten to one. It's
- 3:17:53Speaker 2: that space that you have, that space between being active.
- 3:18:12Speaker 7: Physically or mentally, just.
- 3:18:20Speaker 2: Sitting or lying down, just being there, not doing anything,
- 3:18:25Speaker 2: not saying anything, or needing to think about anything.
- 3:18:31Speaker 18: So it opens up the space, you know, a bit
- 3:18:35Speaker 18: of a space, a gap. And the more I came
- 3:18:46Speaker 18: down from ten to one, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 3:18:54Speaker 18: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort or axation.
- 3:19:06Speaker 2: It's a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or
- 3:19:19Speaker 2: discomforts physically or emotionally, moves them away. Allows you to just.
- 3:19:39Speaker 9: Slow down.
- 3:19:43Speaker 19: Someone to count the game from ten down to one
- 3:19:46Speaker 19: and notice that gap widening, the gap, and as it widens,
- 3:19:56Speaker 19: it's almost like the.
- 3:19:59Speaker 2: Stress some attention falls into the gap.
- 3:20:16Speaker 9: Give you that distance, that space.
- 3:20:23Speaker 3: Now ten.
- 3:20:33Speaker 2: Nine, eight, seven, six five three one. Now how did
- 3:22:30Speaker 2: your body you feel? Now? Can you notice that?
- 3:22:51Speaker 9: Do you feeling calm? Are you feeling more relaxed.
- 3:23:27Speaker 2: As were?
- 3:23:27Speaker 1: Now?
- 3:23:28Speaker 9: Focus on your lex just a lex.
- 3:23:47Speaker 2: You're just gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course,
- 3:24:08Speaker 2: it's not the most exciting thing to be doing, because
- 3:24:16Speaker 2: I'm sure, like most of your body is not a
- 3:24:19Speaker 2: lot going on right now. Just focusing on the whole
- 3:24:31Speaker 2: of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides
- 3:24:38Speaker 2: of your fires the bottoms of your thighs. You're outer
- 3:24:44Speaker 2: thighs and you're inner thighs. Basically the whole of your
- 3:24:50Speaker 2: thigh that leads into your hip and it goes down
- 3:24:59Speaker 2: to your knee joint. And this is a big area.
- 3:25:13Speaker 2: It's a very heavy area. It's very strong, probably the
- 3:25:18Speaker 2: strongest muscles in your body or in your thighs. But
- 3:25:33Speaker 2: I don't think we.
- 3:25:35Speaker 9: Perhaps will give enough attention to our thighs.
- 3:25:47Speaker 2: Perhaps we don't and acknowledge how important our thighs are
- 3:25:58Speaker 2: to our lives, how much they actually do for us
- 3:26:18Speaker 2: all through our lives. And it may seem sound really weird,
- 3:26:29Speaker 2: but I think that all her body parts, especially our thighs,
- 3:26:39Speaker 2: needs some TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit
- 3:26:47Speaker 2: of acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for what our thighs do
- 3:27:06Speaker 2: for us. And I know this makes sound a bit strange.
- 3:27:18Speaker 2: Maybe you think, why am I short? How should be
- 3:27:21Speaker 2: out in the garden hugging a tree or something? Wow,
- 3:27:30Speaker 2: it's hard to sell like a phone up on a tree.
- 3:27:33Speaker 2: That's what I'm doing this indoors. Otherwise I wouldn't be
- 3:27:36Speaker 2: outside huging a tree. I can't see the television for
- 3:27:39Speaker 2: the tree. We moved down to your knees. He gain
- 3:27:50Speaker 2: such an important part, and I think we don't necessarily.
- 3:28:00Speaker 2: I'll speak for myself. I don't necessarily appreciate all that
- 3:28:08Speaker 2: one needs to do for me until I have a
- 3:28:13Speaker 2: problem with my need. Occasionally, if I ever, maybe i'll
- 3:28:18Speaker 2: bash it or it's aching for some reason. It's then
- 3:28:24Speaker 2: that I realize how much it does. You know, the
- 3:28:30Speaker 2: benefit of being able to use my legs without any
- 3:28:38Speaker 2: kind of physical discomfort is a beautiful thing. That's possibly
- 3:28:45Speaker 2: not appreciated until it's temporarily removed. You know that's comfort.
- 3:28:57Speaker 2: But as you focus on your knees, regardless of how
- 3:29:02Speaker 2: your knees feel, you can have that sense of gratitude
- 3:29:11Speaker 2: and love to your knees for all they do for you.
- 3:29:25Speaker 2: You can still have that attention on your thighs. Maybe
- 3:29:29Speaker 2: notice how your thighs feel, Maybe notice that they are
- 3:29:38Speaker 2: relaxing more deeply as you focus now on the bottoms
- 3:29:54Speaker 2: of your legs and your shins and your calf muscles,
- 3:29:59Speaker 2: the bones between your knees and your feet. Incorporating the
- 3:30:07Speaker 2: course from ankles so important. Anyone that's had even like
- 3:30:20Speaker 2: the slightest spray of an ankle knows how how much
- 3:30:27Speaker 2: we take.
- 3:30:28Speaker 9: Our ankles for granted.
- 3:30:36Speaker 2: And it's kind of strange in a way when you
- 3:30:38Speaker 2: think that. You know, logically, our wrists are a lot
- 3:30:44Speaker 2: thiller than the rest of our arms, which is okay,
- 3:30:49Speaker 2: it doesn't I can't see any problem with that because
- 3:30:52Speaker 2: we're just picking stuff up. Our ankles so much thinner
- 3:31:00Speaker 2: then the rest of our legs, and from a physics
- 3:31:09Speaker 2: perspective or logical even it doesn't really make sense that
- 3:31:15Speaker 2: all this weight will ultimately be resting on your ankles
- 3:31:24Speaker 2: then lead to your feet. That thin area, thin bone. Yeah,
- 3:31:37Speaker 2: it does so much great work. Supports us, supports our
- 3:31:43Speaker 2: body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps
- 3:31:55Speaker 2: you to get her to be mobile. And there's the
- 3:32:07Speaker 2: calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't
- 3:32:16Speaker 2: see the pointing calf muscles.
- 3:32:18Speaker 9: Didn't seem to do anything.
- 3:32:20Speaker 2: Okay, if I walked around tiptoes, then my calf muscles
- 3:32:26Speaker 2: get some work. But of course that's not true. The
- 3:32:29Speaker 2: calf muscles are being used whenever we use our legs.
- 3:32:39Speaker 2: Then your shins there to protect your lower legs, shaped
- 3:32:52Speaker 2: in away, almost as a protector for the bone, leading
- 3:33:06Speaker 2: of course to your ankles and your feet. We're not
- 3:33:17Speaker 2: going to focus on your feet. I'm just going to
- 3:33:19Speaker 2: focus on the legs. And I realize, now that I've
- 3:33:25Speaker 2: mentioned your feet, you'll probably focusing on them anyway, So
- 3:33:30Speaker 2: maybe I should focus on your feet a little bit.
- 3:33:37Speaker 2: You can have them in your awareness the same as
- 3:33:41Speaker 2: you have your thighs in your awareness. Even though we
- 3:33:45Speaker 2: haven't been focusing on your thighs a few minutes, we'll
- 3:33:51Speaker 2: be focusing on your ankles.
- 3:34:00Speaker 15: Still.
- 3:34:00Speaker 2: That sensation of comfort in your thighs, and there's that movement.
- 3:34:18Speaker 9: Of energy.
- 3:34:20Speaker 2: Because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 3:34:28Speaker 2: there's the muscles, the big strong muscles that we have
- 3:34:32Speaker 2: in our thighs.
- 3:34:42Speaker 9: But the skin.
- 3:34:45Speaker 2: On the outside of the thighs, as in the outside
- 3:34:49Speaker 2: of all of our body, can be very sensitive, sensitive
- 3:34:59Speaker 2: at time, sensitive to temperature. And inside your thighs the bones,
- 3:35:15Speaker 2: there's the muscle, is the blood, vessels, the ar trees
- 3:35:21Speaker 2: to all this stuff inside of thighs. I guess sometimes
- 3:35:31Speaker 2: it'd be nice if you could actually put your fingers
- 3:35:35Speaker 2: inside your thighs and message, so you can message on
- 3:35:41Speaker 2: the outside of the course, but be able to get
- 3:35:44Speaker 2: deep into the muscles, and to be able to just
- 3:35:48Speaker 2: message inside your thighs, message in the bones. If your
- 3:35:54Speaker 2: leg massage veins just generally healing fives, you can move
- 3:36:11Speaker 2: down message inside your knees, some message in those bones
- 3:36:20Speaker 2: with healing fingertips spreading the healing energy deep into the
- 3:36:27Speaker 2: joints new knees. Of course, it's the back of your
- 3:36:38Speaker 2: need and the inside crease.
- 3:36:41Speaker 15: Real need is.
- 3:36:45Speaker 2: Through sensitive area. It feels very nice when we stricken.
- 3:36:52Speaker 2: That might be because it's an area that's not really
- 3:36:56Speaker 2: touched very often. It's like a hidden part, a crease
- 3:37:05Speaker 2: your legs awast, like a part that has a sensitivity,
- 3:37:13Speaker 2: which is a little bit different. Of course, it's protected
- 3:37:24Speaker 2: by your legs, so you can legend put in your fingers.
- 3:37:35Speaker 9: Into that crease your legs.
- 3:37:43Speaker 2: And folding between your legs, you can just message with
- 3:37:47Speaker 2: your fingertips. Leagine your fingertips going inside, massage in the
- 3:37:55Speaker 2: muscle tissue. You can cause fielder the bones of your
- 3:38:04Speaker 2: knees heating from your fingertips. And then if you go
- 3:38:17Speaker 2: down to your calf muscles, and that's the part I'd
- 3:38:22Speaker 2: like to be able to really put my fingertips steep
- 3:38:27Speaker 2: inside the calf muscles, massage in every single tissue of
- 3:38:36Speaker 2: the muscle, healing every part, and then doing the same
- 3:38:48Speaker 2: for my shoes. Massage and gently stroking the bones, generally
- 3:38:58Speaker 2: stroking them in a loving way because they deserve to
- 3:39:04Speaker 2: be treated. There's the precious bones that they are, because
- 3:39:11Speaker 2: their legs are so precious as in all the other
- 3:39:14Speaker 2: parts of our body, the more precious of any tune
- 3:39:22Speaker 2: on the planet.
- 3:39:32Speaker 9: When you start to think about.
- 3:39:38Speaker 2: Legs in this way, it can change your perspective. It
- 3:39:50Speaker 2: might sound a bit silly to start with the idea
- 3:39:58Speaker 2: of having love for your legs, show an appreciation for
- 3:40:05Speaker 2: your thighs, wanting to be able to put your hands
- 3:40:12Speaker 2: in your thighs, massage the muscles and the bones, to
- 3:40:21Speaker 2: get your fingers deep in there, releasing moteens. Just to
- 3:40:30Speaker 2: show how much you care about your legs, what you
- 3:40:40Speaker 2: care for, what your legs do for you regularly, your knees,
- 3:40:48Speaker 2: your calves, your ankles, the strength of your ankles, considering
- 3:41:02Speaker 2: how thin they are compared to the rest of your legs,
- 3:41:06Speaker 2: especially your thighs. Yeah, they're so strong, so flexible, absolutely
- 3:41:20Speaker 2: amazing things. Ankles are truly a gift because of what
- 3:41:32Speaker 2: they do for you, supporting all that weight, regardless of
- 3:41:44Speaker 2: how what weight you are, even if you're only eat
- 3:41:48Speaker 2: a stony, it's still a long weight for these little ankles,
- 3:41:57Speaker 2: how a lot heavier.
- 3:41:59Speaker 9: The mainstone.
- 3:42:01Speaker 2: Double down in my course, support my body all the time.
- 3:42:14Speaker 2: What they do give off a sigh of relief and
- 3:42:17Speaker 2: to sit down as if my old licks do h
- 3:42:26Speaker 2: my feet feel seco my toes clap. Your legs really
- 3:42:57Speaker 2: are amazing. I don't know talking about talking about your
- 3:43:04Speaker 2: legs is probably possibly one of the most most boring
- 3:43:11Speaker 2: things I've ever heard anyone say. Possibly boring or not,
- 3:43:20Speaker 2: everything I said is true. The legs are amazing. Your
- 3:43:35Speaker 2: legs deserve not just respect, they deserve to relax.
- 3:43:48Speaker 3: Deeply.
- 3:43:55Speaker 2: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:44:01Speaker 2: to just let go completely. Legs really can relax because
- 3:44:38Speaker 2: the legs are so such a most you know, very
- 3:44:42Speaker 2: important part of your body. When you relax your ects,
- 3:44:47Speaker 2: the rest of your body also naturally follows.
- 3:44:54Speaker 3: In that.
- 3:44:58Speaker 2: Journey of comfort that I feel in my hips. My
- 3:45:11Speaker 2: hips feel really those and also my life back as well.
- 3:45:20Speaker 12: My lie back.
- 3:45:21Speaker 2: Really feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting
- 3:45:27Speaker 2: in a chair and there's no stretching as far as
- 3:45:33Speaker 2: I'm aware that I'm doing. It's almost as if the
- 3:45:36Speaker 2: muscles are just relaxed so much that there is a
- 3:45:40Speaker 2: natural stretch as the tension has reduced a lot. And
- 3:46:05Speaker 2: am now going to count down ten downs one, you
- 3:46:13Speaker 2: can continue to fill wonderfully relaxed ten nine, eight, seven, six, five,
- 3:46:47Speaker 2: four three two. Relax because I'm just going to count
- 3:47:15Speaker 2: down from five down to one, and as a countdown
- 3:47:22Speaker 2: and just focus on the numbers, just the numbers counting down,
- 3:47:30Speaker 2: And notice how you feel in this moment as you
- 3:47:39Speaker 2: hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those numbers counting
- 3:47:47Speaker 2: down represent you feeling calmer, not just in your body,
- 3:47:57Speaker 2: but also relaxing mind. Just notice how you felt there's
- 3:48:07Speaker 2: nothing to do, there's nothing to say, there's nothing to
- 3:48:12Speaker 2: think about, starting with number five, four.
- 3:48:38Speaker 9: Three two.
- 3:48:55Speaker 3: One.
- 3:49:05Speaker 2: As you notice.
- 3:49:10Speaker 7: The gradual.
- 3:49:13Speaker 2: Letting go of the tension in your body, you may
- 3:49:22Speaker 2: also begin to notice and be aware of how your
- 3:49:28Speaker 2: mind is starting to slow down. This is just a
- 3:49:37Speaker 2: natural thing that happens. It's not really a special procedure.
- 3:49:46Speaker 7: It's just natural.
- 3:49:47Speaker 2: Because it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax.
- 3:49:55Speaker 2: And the more your micro relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:49:59Speaker 2: Is just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that
- 3:50:11Speaker 2: calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know, even even
- 3:50:19Speaker 2: if this background sounds, even your side online is still
- 3:50:26Speaker 2: going to be quite calm. You know, you haven't got
- 3:50:31Speaker 2: the television on, there's no music in the background.
- 3:50:36Speaker 9: Unless you're listening to the recorded.
- 3:50:38Speaker 2: With music, of course, you are very likely not going
- 3:50:45Speaker 2: to be sitting in a room with other people. Of
- 3:50:48Speaker 2: course you might be, but generally it's more ideal if
- 3:50:53Speaker 2: you can do this on your own, so no distractions,
- 3:51:04Speaker 2: and when you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation automatically arises,
- 3:51:19Speaker 2: the sense of comfort.
- 3:51:22Speaker 9: Starts to grow, and.
- 3:51:29Speaker 2: Without trying to build it up into something fantastical, something magical,
- 3:51:41Speaker 2: this is just a natural process, something that's easy to accomplish.
- 3:51:54Speaker 2: In fact, it's almost you know, the sense of relaxing
- 3:52:01Speaker 2: happens really when you put no effort into it. It's
- 3:52:06Speaker 2: not something that you can really force. It's something that
- 3:52:13Speaker 2: happens naturally. And part of the process of this recording
- 3:52:25Speaker 2: and others is simply two allow you to take advantage
- 3:52:36Speaker 2: of this space this time. It's just leto to just
- 3:52:53Speaker 2: be here, to be in tune with how you feel,
- 3:53:08Speaker 2: yet with the intention of wanting to relax deeply, that
- 3:53:20Speaker 2: maybe even to fall asleep, depending on what it is
- 3:53:27Speaker 2: that you wish for yourself in this moment. As we know,
- 3:53:40Speaker 2: relaxing is the majority of the process of falling asleep.
- 3:53:51Speaker 2: The actual fall in the sleep part is the tiny
- 3:53:55Speaker 2: bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you become, the
- 3:54:06Speaker 2: easier you find yourself drifting. You can also, if you choose,
- 3:54:25Speaker 2: stay focused on my voice and then really enjoy the
- 3:54:41Speaker 2: process corradually relaxing each muscle in your body effortlessly and
- 3:55:18Speaker 2: just observing.
- 3:55:24Speaker 7: The sensation.
- 3:55:30Speaker 2: Of letting go completely. This time, when a count from
- 3:55:46Speaker 2: six down to one, you can notice your mind calm
- 3:56:00Speaker 2: down with each number.
- 3:56:06Speaker 9: That you hear me saying naturally feeling.
- 3:56:16Speaker 2: Calm, slow, peaceful, sex fiveh Being aware of how your
- 3:59:21Speaker 2: mind slowed right down, sinking deeply into relaxation lets you
- 3:59:51Speaker 2: focus on your mind and may notice that the some
- 4:00:01Speaker 2: thoughts still there. Maybe some stubborn thoughts don't for some reason,
- 4:00:14Speaker 2: perhaps need your attention. That's what you can do is
- 4:00:29Speaker 2: send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts with love
- 4:00:43Speaker 2: my door petals for my flower. Just sprinkle over the petals,
- 4:00:50Speaker 2: feel good love towards those thoughts. To let those thoughts more.
- 4:00:57Speaker 2: Then you're bending the number. You just need them. You
- 4:01:05Speaker 2: require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down.
- 4:01:21Speaker 3: For now.
- 4:01:29Speaker 2: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts. As we
- 4:01:34Speaker 2: count down this time from seven down to one of
- 4:01:40Speaker 2: each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude,
- 4:02:00Speaker 2: those thoughts which will allow them to just melt away,
- 4:02:11Speaker 2: relaxed deeply. With every number, those thoughts will become more.
- 4:02:29Speaker 7: And more relaxed.
- 4:02:36Speaker 2: Starting with number seven, six, five, four.
- 4:05:07Speaker 3: Let you now.
- 4:05:12Speaker 2: Notice how relaxed your feeling in your body. We got
- 4:05:33Speaker 2: to focus on your hands, because the more relaxed your
- 4:05:47Speaker 2: hands on, the more relaxed your body and mind.
- 4:05:54Speaker 3: Not As.
- 4:06:11Speaker 2: You focus on your hands and your fingers, there's nothing
- 4:06:22Speaker 2: needed to be done. There's no clinching the fists or
- 4:06:28Speaker 2: tents in the fingers or anything like that. It's just
- 4:06:39Speaker 2: noticing and focusing on your hands, noticing the early film.
- 4:07:07Speaker 2: Because the all relaxed your hands fail, the calm ma
- 4:07:18Speaker 2: mind feels the all confidence fail.
- 4:07:28Speaker 9: Throughout your body.
- 4:07:36Speaker 2: Jeer may have already.
- 4:07:49Speaker 15: Not tice.
- 4:07:53Speaker 2: Fell mind is starting.
- 4:08:09Speaker 12: To drift.
- 4:08:24Speaker 2: Ficks him. Just on your hands and fingers, allowing that
- 4:08:39Speaker 2: cheap experience. I'm real deepening of that relaxation.
- 4:08:52Speaker 12: In your hands and fingers, oh.
- 4:09:04Speaker 2: More relaxed. With each number eight n one, we can
- 4:09:28Speaker 2: almost feel that healing, relaxing energy spreading into your hands
- 4:09:41Speaker 2: and fingers becoming ke relaxing. With each number going down,
- 4:10:09Speaker 2: I hats down to one, drift in drifted again, spots
- 4:10:27Speaker 2: in wis.
- 4:10:32Speaker 1: No I ate.
- 4:11:18Speaker 2: Seven just being here now, nothing to think about, nothing
- 4:14:36Speaker 2: to do, nothing to say, and everything just feels calm.
- 4:14:52Speaker 2: This is your natural state of being. This is how
- 4:15:00Speaker 2: you just normally feel when you take away.
- 4:15:07Speaker 9: That other stuff.
- 4:15:10Speaker 3: That we add.
- 4:15:13Speaker 9: And think that stress and wad.
- 4:15:19Speaker 2: Thinking, anxiety, tension, enny, thinking about stuff. You take that away,
- 4:15:35Speaker 2: which is what we did. We now left with a
- 4:15:48Speaker 2: real sense of leasures which comes to you an good
- 4:15:57Speaker 2: place because ultimately it's just a feeling of feeling of
- 4:16:11Speaker 2: comfort amost as if you've got inside yourself and you've
- 4:16:19Speaker 2: found a special place where everything is basiful place week
- 4:16:34Speaker 2: in the film relaxed and your natal sense of comfort.
- 4:16:45Speaker 2: Place we can be here, we can accept yourself when
- 4:16:56Speaker 2: you are place wee ntuit please anybody else and place
- 4:17:10Speaker 2: way you can actually just love yourself in some ways.
- 4:17:20Speaker 2: More importantly, you can like yourself appreciate that sense of gratitude.
- 4:17:43Speaker 7: The air.
- 4:17:52Speaker 2: That's also place where you can actually feel the healing
- 4:18:02Speaker 2: energy soaking into your body. Healing energy soaking into your body.
- 4:18:22Speaker 2: The healing energy spreads through your veins, traveling to each
- 4:18:33Speaker 2: every single part of your body. You start to realize
- 4:18:44Speaker 2: that actually the healing energy, it's not just entered into
- 4:18:51Speaker 2: your brain, it's become part of your brain, and the
- 4:19:03Speaker 2: spinal fluid is now mixed with healing energy, not just
- 4:19:17Speaker 2: allowing you to feel so much more relaxed and healthy
- 4:19:25Speaker 2: in this moment, but also you start to realize that actually,
- 4:19:39Speaker 2: what's happening now without healing relaxing energy spreading through your
- 4:19:48Speaker 2: body is actually changing your life, sactually changing the way
- 4:20:02Speaker 2: you're going to feel, not just now, but tomorrow and
- 4:20:08Speaker 2: the next day. There's your health improves, not just your
- 4:20:17Speaker 2: physical health, but your mental health. Things that used to
- 4:20:25Speaker 2: bother you in the past, for some reason, no longer
- 4:20:33Speaker 2: have the effect that they used to because something has
- 4:20:40Speaker 2: changed deep within you. Maybe things that used to cause
- 4:20:53Speaker 2: you to feel anger no longer have that power to
- 4:21:05Speaker 2: control you the way they seem to be able to before.
- 4:21:14Speaker 2: As you realize that you're the one who decides what
- 4:21:25Speaker 2: affects you, you're the one who decides to feel relaxed
- 4:21:38Speaker 2: and can't when you choose to enjoy noticing these natural developments,
- 4:21:56Speaker 2: the healing continue to grow and prove your life day
- 4:22:07Speaker 2: by day, include of course, your ability to relax so
- 4:22:19Speaker 2: much easier.
- 4:22:26Speaker 9: And sleep in it's the most natural thing in the.
- 4:22:36Speaker 2: World to you because falling asleep is something that you've
- 4:22:46Speaker 2: done so many times in your life, and you know
- 4:22:57Speaker 2: that you're born, as we all were, with the ability
- 4:23:04Speaker 2: to fall asleep naturally, with that ability to just drift
- 4:23:20Speaker 2: off into a deep, healing sleep. Even when we're kids,
- 4:23:34Speaker 2: sometimes will fall asleep and we don't even want to.
- 4:23:39Speaker 7: Try to stay awake.
- 4:23:42Speaker 2: Maybe it's a birthday in the morning, when it's Christmas
- 4:23:45Speaker 2: or holiday or something we look forward to. I don't
- 4:23:49Speaker 2: want to go to sleep. But the more we want
- 4:23:54Speaker 2: to stay awake, the more we just start to drift.
- 4:24:03Speaker 2: And the war he fights drifting, we try to stop
- 4:24:08Speaker 2: yourself and drifting asleep. The deeper and stronger without drifting becomes.
- 4:24:22Speaker 2: Because we're born not just with the need to relax
- 4:24:27Speaker 2: deeply and to actually fall asleep, but it's our birthright,
- 4:24:39Speaker 2: it's part of our DNA, and sometimes as we get
- 4:24:49Speaker 2: older in life, perhaps at times we have forgotten relaxing completely.
- 4:25:05Speaker 2: It's not only a wonderfully pleasant experience, it's also really easy.
- 4:25:30Speaker 2: It's very very easy to let.
- 4:25:34Speaker 9: Go because that's what it is.
- 4:25:38Speaker 3: It's just.
- 4:25:42Speaker 2: Deciding to let go. And when you press the play
- 4:25:53Speaker 2: button on my recordings, yeah, given permission for my voice
- 4:26:06Speaker 2: to relation. You press that play button, you have given
- 4:26:14Speaker 2: me permission for my words to effect in a positive,
- 4:26:29Speaker 2: only a positive way, opening up your mind to useful
- 4:26:49Speaker 2: and healing suggestions.
- 4:26:58Speaker 3: They can have.
- 4:27:04Speaker 2: Such an amazing effect on how you feel right now,
- 4:27:16Speaker 2: as well as those changes that continue long after the
- 4:27:26Speaker 2: recording ends, Those changes within you the continue to flourish
- 4:27:37Speaker 2: and grow, transforming your life in positive, beautiful way, allowing
- 4:27:56Speaker 2: you to move forward in your life in the direction
- 4:28:03Speaker 2: that you choose for yourself. And this feeling, this feeling
- 4:28:20Speaker 2: that he can experience a safety, comfort, calmness. This feels
- 4:28:36Speaker 2: so nice. It's such a healthy place to be, and
- 4:28:57Speaker 2: that positivity cross within you.
- 4:29:08Speaker 20: Eat every day.
- 4:29:14Speaker 2: Moving forward, you're going to find that you're more relaxed
- 4:29:26Speaker 2: physically and in your mind it's more relaxed. And it's
- 4:29:38Speaker 2: not that you're thinking slower. It's just that your mind
- 4:29:44Speaker 2: would be less knocked up with unnecessary negativity because from
- 4:29:56Speaker 2: now on, your mind rejects negativity. For now, you're going
- 4:30:07Speaker 2: to start noticing when negativity arises and you can just
- 4:30:17Speaker 2: say stop, stop, and then negativity will turn around and
- 4:30:32Speaker 2: the leave your stop and then negativity disappear. And did
- 4:31:00Speaker 2: you notice that you feel way more relaxed than you
- 4:31:08Speaker 2: probably expected. You can now congratulate yourself because you're the
- 4:31:24Speaker 2: person that has done this. You are the one that
- 4:31:30Speaker 2: has opened your mind up to the simple facts, and
- 4:31:39Speaker 2: you can feel more relaxed in your body and in
- 4:31:44Speaker 2: your mind.
- 4:31:50Speaker 9: You've opened your mind up to the birthright of being.
- 4:31:56Speaker 2: Able to just fall asleep easily when he cheers. And
- 4:32:13Speaker 2: that's a nice feeling. Don't you think it feels nice?
- 4:32:20Speaker 2: Doesn't it? To feel calm? Wha hear? The energy is
- 4:32:30Speaker 2: spreading through your body, in your mind to spend time
- 4:32:43Speaker 2: a special place where negativity can no longer get enter.
- 4:32:58Speaker 2: Negativity is better, and it's barred, it's not allowed entry.
- 4:33:07Speaker 2: It doesn't, It doesn't. This doesn't deserve to be here.
- 4:33:11Speaker 2: It doesn't be long here. Negativity has no place in
- 4:33:19Speaker 2: your life, which makes room for more comfort or hearing,
- 4:33:38Speaker 2: or relaxation or peace.
- 4:34:02Speaker 9: It feels nice, doesn't it, to just.
- 4:34:09Speaker 15: Let go.
- 4:34:11Speaker 7: With everything.
- 4:34:27Speaker 2: I'm gonna count down now from twenty down to one.
- 4:34:35Speaker 2: You can continue to relax.
- 4:34:40Speaker 3: Chs. She can.
- 4:34:45Speaker 2: Drift to sleep every number, he'd be saved even film
- 4:35:02Speaker 2: twice relaxed if you changed film twice sleeping now twenty nineteen, eighteen,
- 4:35:49Speaker 2: seventeen six stay fifty four say two eleven two nine
- 4:37:05Speaker 2: eight seven six.
- 4:37:31Speaker 13: Five line.
- 4:38:12Speaker 2: This is your time to just take a break, your
- 4:38:22Speaker 2: time relax, to allow your mind to slow down, to
- 4:38:42Speaker 2: give yourself permission to take a break from everything, ensuring
- 4:39:01Speaker 2: a new person that can make that decision. You're the
- 4:39:08Speaker 2: only person that can actually tell your mind.
- 4:39:15Speaker 12: Just relax, to just.
- 4:39:28Speaker 2: Take some time off so that you can focus on
- 4:39:41Speaker 2: your body. Get in touch me how you feel physically
- 4:39:58Speaker 2: and in the process of this body scared where you
- 4:40:05Speaker 2: focus on different parts of your body, those parts that
- 4:40:15Speaker 2: you focus on and observe, even though you're no perapsy,
- 4:40:25Speaker 2: requesting those parts of your body to relax. It's kind
- 4:40:33Speaker 2: of expected. You expect when you listen to my wise

- 4:41:36Speaker 13: Calms your mind. Your mind calms now.
- 4:41:54Speaker 2: Body relaxes, and when your body calms down, your mind
- 4:42:18Speaker 2: relaxes ready, started to focus on your body already, feel
- 4:42:44Speaker 2: that energy spreading through your body, pushing out stress and
- 4:43:04Speaker 2: hear all the parts of your body, creating skins.
- 4:43:15Speaker 21: Blood, all of your audians, inside your buddy, of the muscles,
- 4:43:23Speaker 21: what of the fact.
- 4:43:27Speaker 2: Of everything. Every hair on your body is filled with
- 4:43:34Speaker 2: that heal energy. Knowing your brain fills with that energy
- 4:44:00Speaker 2: feet in the comfort relaxation increases deep by increases in
- 4:44:24Speaker 2: a way that your mind.
- 4:44:32Speaker 12: Starts to fill.
- 4:44:37Speaker 2: Perhaps spend to rousing because it's not needed, and they
- 4:44:50Speaker 2: starts to drill.
- 4:45:04Speaker 9: If that's what's needed.
- 4:45:09Speaker 12: So if you're listening to.
- 4:45:10Speaker 9: This and we need is deeply relaxation.
- 4:45:16Speaker 2: That's where you get. Before you need is to fall
- 4:45:23Speaker 2: asleep naturally and easily that your mind drifts. That's also
- 4:45:34Speaker 2: what happened.
- 4:45:40Speaker 9: Because by.
- 4:45:44Speaker 2: Pressing out play button on the podcast and listening to me,
- 4:45:50Speaker 2: give permission of your body and your mind, in fact,
- 4:46:04Speaker 2: give the command to your body and your wand to
- 4:46:09Speaker 2: relax deeply, to drift off to sleep.
- 4:46:20Speaker 12: If that's what he wants.
- 4:46:27Speaker 3: Need.
- 4:46:35Speaker 2: Imside focus on different parts of your body.
- 4:46:45Speaker 15: You may.
- 4:46:47Speaker 12: Start to just drift and then you come back again.
- 4:46:56Speaker 2: You gave me to again, focus and a different parts
- 4:47:01Speaker 2: of your body. You may I'm just so drifting, being realized,
- 4:47:16Speaker 2: you drifting into your song, drifting dream to get to
- 4:47:25Speaker 2: the voice. Like I said, what a different parts of
- 4:47:31Speaker 2: your body spots to relax save because I'm drifting, it's
- 4:47:42Speaker 2: basically already in the sleep zone.
- 4:47:54Speaker 12: The more you drift, the long you drift.
- 4:48:00Speaker 2: Draft fetch.
- 4:48:06Speaker 9: I've drafted continues.
- 4:48:09Speaker 2: Get to sleep and that's the last year till I got.
- 4:48:24Speaker 2: When you're time, when you've experienced, they about to sleep,
- 4:48:38Speaker 2: and if you don't have to sleep, it's extremely pleasant.
- 4:48:48Speaker 9: S relax.
- 4:48:52Speaker 12: So deep.
- 4:48:57Speaker 2: Sleep feels eeteraxins body mind.
- 4:49:21Speaker 9: You feel that which is spreading through lax deeply.
- 4:49:36Speaker 2: Maxes restarts.
- 4:49:54Speaker 9: Your eyes.
- 4:50:24Speaker 2: The showdiss hicks ss ss ss ss spreading. Say your
- 4:52:24Speaker 2: body in your mouth now spocus again the parts of
- 4:52:38Speaker 2: your body focusing this time and yourvoiead Now on your mouth,
- 4:52:54Speaker 2: your lips, hold of your mouth, Focus on your fingers,
- 4:53:22Speaker 2: maybe get your fingers a little bits. You can focus
- 4:53:29Speaker 2: on each one individually, both hands and even though you
- 4:53:43Speaker 2: should focus on both of your hands, now I seem
- 4:53:49Speaker 2: to just built into one.
- 4:53:56Speaker 9: Maybe your hands starting.
- 4:53:59Speaker 22: Left, Just to say, just speaks stick out.
- 4:54:14Speaker 2: Alfolics just as alas you said, just see the same
- 4:55:31Speaker 2: sau secuty six sex shops upst Like you said, body fails,
- 4:59:13Speaker 2: not to say.
- 4:59:21Speaker 9: Your mind.
- 4:59:25Speaker 2: Fails. Lets him go, let him go, let's say go everything,
- 5:00:21Speaker 2: let's think go, let's think go, let's see go everything everything.
- 5:01:03Speaker 2: We're going to start now, and like you just to
- 5:01:06Speaker 2: first of all, just to see lying down on the
- 5:01:12Speaker 2: message table, lying on in front. Your head is supported,
- 5:01:19Speaker 2: your arms are supported, and you feel comfortable, and breathing
- 5:01:28Speaker 2: is really easy, and you feel you feel confident in
- 5:01:37Speaker 2: how you look as well. So there's none of that
- 5:01:40Speaker 2: issue of body problems or shyness because I'm a professional
- 5:01:47Speaker 2: and this is a therapy session, so none of that
- 5:01:54Speaker 2: stuff matters whatsoever. This is about you. This is about
- 5:02:05Speaker 2: how you feel, how you can enjoy that sense of
- 5:02:13Speaker 2: comfort and relaxation that comes from letting go and allowing
- 5:02:20Speaker 2: my hands and my fingers to relax you.
- 5:02:27Speaker 9: By a message your body.
- 5:02:35Speaker 2: Soon starts off. Just by placing my hands on the
- 5:02:40Speaker 2: back of your head, just generally, just you can feel
- 5:02:45Speaker 2: my hands feel like really on you, so you can
- 5:02:54Speaker 2: maybe feel the warmth of my hands on the back
- 5:02:56Speaker 2: of your head. With my hands to the side of
- 5:03:02Speaker 2: your head, not pressing, but just holding there very gently,
- 5:03:09Speaker 2: maybe over your ears, and a little bit on your face,
- 5:03:14Speaker 2: so you can feel my hands.
- 5:03:18Speaker 9: So you can become accustomed.
- 5:03:21Speaker 2: To them. And now I'll put my hands on the
- 5:03:32Speaker 2: back of your head again and gently let them slide
- 5:03:37Speaker 2: down onto the back of your neck. You can feel
- 5:03:49Speaker 2: my hands gently stroking the back of your neck. Are
- 5:04:00Speaker 2: with just so you can get used to the feeling
- 5:04:08Speaker 2: of my hands on your skin, get accustomed to realize
- 5:04:16Speaker 2: that you're safe.
- 5:04:18Speaker 9: It's all good, it's all fine.
- 5:04:27Speaker 2: And I want to start gently messaging the muscles in
- 5:04:31Speaker 2: the back of your neck.
- 5:04:39Speaker 9: With both hands. And this is a very trusting.
- 5:04:50Speaker 2: Situation really, because our necks is so fragile to have
- 5:04:56Speaker 2: someone have their hands around your neck in that way
- 5:05:01Speaker 2: and sometimes be problematic for people, which is why massages
- 5:05:06Speaker 2: are quite good, because it allows you to relax and
- 5:05:12Speaker 2: to get in touch with trust, to feel peaceful and calm.
- 5:05:34Speaker 2: There's a massage the side of your neck, gently moving
- 5:05:42Speaker 2: from the bottom of your neck. It would be sort
- 5:05:47Speaker 2: of near where your shoulders start. I guess all the
- 5:05:50Speaker 2: way up to your jaw is kind of an area
- 5:05:57Speaker 2: the side of your neck. Of course, it's a lot
- 5:06:02Speaker 2: longer than the front of your neck. The message in
- 5:06:18Speaker 2: the back of your neck, especially that area where perhaps
- 5:06:27Speaker 2: we hold tension, and there's that area's message. You can
- 5:06:35Speaker 2: actually feel the sense of release in the back of
- 5:06:39Speaker 2: your neck. Maybe you can't breathe it out as well.
- 5:06:50Speaker 2: Not just how it feels, notice how you feel. They're
- 5:07:03Speaker 2: moving down to that area between your neck and your shoulders,
- 5:07:08Speaker 2: that musty area.
- 5:07:12Speaker 9: Started to message that area on both sides.
- 5:07:20Speaker 2: This would be the area that a lot of people
- 5:07:22Speaker 2: would message if they were going to give you, like
- 5:07:25Speaker 2: a shoulder message. Even that's not technically the shoulders, but
- 5:07:31Speaker 2: it's all the muscles that lead to the shoulders.
- 5:07:35Speaker 12: From the neck.
- 5:07:38Speaker 2: And the game that can hold tension and stress. And
- 5:07:43Speaker 2: when massaged, sometimes a nice deep message is useful, and
- 5:07:51Speaker 2: you decide how deep that message is. Just allow my
- 5:08:09Speaker 2: knuckles just to dig in to get to those muscles,
- 5:08:15Speaker 2: to really relaxed, all the time being firm yet gentle.
- 5:08:27Speaker 2: Begin just striking down the area to your actual shoulders,
- 5:08:49Speaker 2: moving to the muscles of your shoulders, and maybe initially
- 5:08:58Speaker 2: just pulling up my shoulders a little bit off the table,
- 5:09:04Speaker 2: just to give you a little bit of a stretch
- 5:09:08Speaker 2: very chinly. You've got the muscles at the front of
- 5:09:17Speaker 2: your shoulders the side.
- 5:09:20Speaker 12: Of the bank.
- 5:09:28Speaker 2: Again, this is the part that you can really take
- 5:09:32Speaker 2: quite a bit of pressure, quite a bit of needing
- 5:09:40Speaker 2: if if you wish to really release the tension to
- 5:09:49Speaker 2: really get into those muscles, let your fingers in there.
- 5:09:57Speaker 2: You feel really nice. Sometimes it's just being stroked gently,
- 5:10:04Speaker 2: being messaged quite strongly.
- 5:10:12Speaker 9: You can all be beneficial.
- 5:10:15Speaker 2: To the real conversation with the muscles in your shoulders.
- 5:10:33Speaker 2: Now as you move down your arms. Were doing one
- 5:10:42Speaker 2: arm at a time, starting with your right arm, but DearS,
- 5:10:53Speaker 2: I just lift your arm up, just hold it to
- 5:10:57Speaker 2: the side of you.
- 5:11:01Speaker 9: The word still be attached, just a message.
- 5:11:08Speaker 2: Tops of your arms, all the way down to your foremarms,
- 5:11:24Speaker 2: into your wrists, gentle messaging that part, softer part, which
- 5:11:49Speaker 2: is the underpart of the arm, which leads to the
- 5:11:55Speaker 2: crease in your rowbo the inside much more sensitive skin.
- 5:12:11Speaker 2: Sometimes just having that stroked feel really nice, pleasurable and relaxing.
- 5:12:31Speaker 2: Now moving down to your right hand, just holding your
- 5:12:42Speaker 2: hand in both of my hands, just pressing gently on
- 5:12:55Speaker 2: the back of your hand, stretching your fingers ever slightly
- 5:13:07Speaker 2: at the same time, pressing down and messaging each finger
- 5:13:22Speaker 2: and then starting to massage the.
- 5:13:24Speaker 12: Palms and the hand.
- 5:13:32Speaker 2: Just turning the hand, stretching it gently and actually having
- 5:13:44Speaker 2: your hand held can really be an emotional experience sometimes
- 5:13:52Speaker 2: even if it is a stranger. So when you don't
- 5:13:57Speaker 2: know very well, I can message much person or a
- 5:14:01Speaker 2: therapist maybe because it's intimate, you can feel nice, you
- 5:14:17Speaker 2: can feel safe. As I put down right arm back
- 5:14:28Speaker 2: down where it was, we do the same with your
- 5:14:37Speaker 2: left arm, thankfully, the same assiegy the muscles, and you
- 5:14:50Speaker 2: are more way down, dear wist strikingly inside if you're
- 5:15:05Speaker 2: just being gentle, as fun as you require. And then
- 5:15:19Speaker 2: massaging your left hand, stretching the fingers gently, massaging the
- 5:15:36Speaker 2: palm of your left hand, and you feel so so relaxing,
- 5:16:03Speaker 2: so canetting And I'll just rest your left arm back down.
- 5:16:28Speaker 2: Start to massage your back, the biggest part of your body,
- 5:16:40Speaker 2: starting at the top, starting again where we already have been,
- 5:16:47Speaker 2: the area at the top.
- 5:16:49Speaker 9: And between your shoulders and your egg.
- 5:16:54Speaker 2: Going back and massage in the area again, but this
- 5:16:59Speaker 2: time moving downwards.
- 5:17:08Speaker 9: Making it downward. Stroke to the middle of a back
- 5:17:16Speaker 9: working for me.
- 5:17:17Speaker 2: Outside inwards, massage.
- 5:17:21Speaker 3: In that.
- 5:17:24Speaker 9: Your back, but the outside of your back.
- 5:17:32Speaker 2: The paths were arms. We maybe rest against almost the
- 5:17:48Speaker 2: path that connects your front to your back. Just message
- 5:18:02Speaker 2: it down firmly but gently, as a firm as you want,
- 5:18:13Speaker 2: moving down and moving across a little bed and moving
- 5:18:17Speaker 2: all the way down again. Be very gentle. You have
- 5:18:23Speaker 2: firm if you cheers. Eventually even get to the spine.
- 5:18:35Speaker 2: You can massage the muscles on either side of your
- 5:18:39Speaker 2: spine from the top of your neck or the way
- 5:18:43Speaker 2: down to your lower back. You can do that a
- 5:18:54Speaker 2: few times. Sometimes people cheer the knuckle or the you know,
- 5:19:05Speaker 2: the two fingers. Just go your side of the spine
- 5:19:11Speaker 2: almost just push down, go all the way down to
- 5:19:15Speaker 2: the bottom of the spine, each time releasing tension and
- 5:19:23Speaker 2: opening up the body, stretching your body so that you
- 5:19:32Speaker 2: feel more relaxed but at the same time rejuvenated. And
- 5:19:51Speaker 2: now I'm going to move to one side, to your
- 5:19:54Speaker 2: right side, from the bottom of your lips to your pelvis,
- 5:20:05Speaker 2: We're gonna message that area of your back. I'll stretch
- 5:20:12Speaker 2: over the other side and i will pull the muscles
- 5:20:16Speaker 2: gently and massage and push from one end.
- 5:20:22Speaker 9: That side will way to my side.
- 5:20:25Speaker 2: To the middle of the fact to where your spine
- 5:20:28Speaker 2: is massaging that side of your spine the opposite side
- 5:20:35Speaker 2: to where I'm standing, it's almost likely kneading bread.
- 5:20:43Speaker 9: There's that big area which is.
- 5:20:46Speaker 3: Firm.
- 5:20:47Speaker 9: Yeah, lots there to message.
- 5:20:56Speaker 2: Potentially one of the most important places to Actually you
- 5:21:00Speaker 2: have a message because you really feel it, really feel
- 5:21:08Speaker 2: the release and the pleasure of having your lower back massage.
- 5:21:17Speaker 2: It releases so much from your body that's not useful
- 5:21:25Speaker 2: starting a heading process.
- 5:21:29Speaker 9: Which will continue long after this recording is over.
- 5:21:42Speaker 2: The message in this part of your body not only
- 5:21:45Speaker 2: feels really good for you, it's actually fun to do
- 5:21:51Speaker 2: because it is, as I said, like kneaded bread, it's
- 5:21:57Speaker 2: a part that you can really get hold of, really
- 5:22:01Speaker 2: message deeply. If that's your choice. They're not going to
- 5:22:14Speaker 2: move over to the other side of your body and
- 5:22:17Speaker 2: do the same with the opposite part of your lower
- 5:22:26Speaker 2: back kneeding and messaging from your side away to the
- 5:22:38Speaker 2: middle of your back where your spine is pressing and needing,
- 5:22:52Speaker 2: firm and gentle at the same time. It feels so
- 5:22:58Speaker 2: releasing this mixture of pleasure, comfort, release, calmness, relaxation or
- 5:23:11Speaker 2: mixed together. Plus there's that feeling from your stomach that
- 5:23:21Speaker 2: it's being stretched.
- 5:23:25Speaker 9: Even though you're in your stomach now, you can feel
- 5:23:28Speaker 9: it being.
- 5:23:28Speaker 2: Stretched because the whole area is connected to your stomach.
- 5:23:41Speaker 2: The we're gonna move or move further up to your
- 5:23:46Speaker 2: top of your body, and we did the same this time,
- 5:23:52Speaker 2: starting with upper back. Put my hands forward over a
- 5:24:01Speaker 2: massive massage in that area up to your spine, from
- 5:24:08Speaker 2: the side of your body up to your spine to
- 5:24:12Speaker 2: someone at the message area the muscle tissue or whatever
- 5:24:19Speaker 2: fatty tissue even will be possibly from your chest because
- 5:24:24Speaker 2: it's all connected chest in the back connect together. I'm
- 5:24:32Speaker 2: going to be massaging and just pulling some of that
- 5:24:35Speaker 2: skin from your side up the massaging the area of
- 5:24:46Speaker 2: your upper back all the way into your spine. And
- 5:24:54Speaker 2: then I'll move down a bit and I'll continue with
- 5:24:57Speaker 2: the middle of your back doing.
- 5:24:59Speaker 12: Exactly same thing.
- 5:25:04Speaker 9: There's gentle as deep as you ches.
- 5:25:17Speaker 2: Now I'll move the other side again and do the
- 5:25:21Speaker 2: exact same thing with the top of your back on
- 5:25:26Speaker 2: the other side, from.
- 5:25:33Speaker 9: Pretty much underneath your are are you really.
- 5:25:41Speaker 2: To your spine and they continue in that all the
- 5:25:50Speaker 2: way down including your you're the middle of your back.
- 5:26:09Speaker 2: Now I can go to your thighs, the backs of
- 5:26:14Speaker 2: your thighs, and the side of your thighs, starting with
- 5:26:23Speaker 2: your right leg, massage the back.
- 5:26:32Speaker 9: And the sides of your thighs gently and firmly.
- 5:26:40Speaker 2: There's a lot of muscles there, a scenario that can
- 5:26:44Speaker 2: be very tense at times and maybe needs a little
- 5:26:48Speaker 2: bit more pressure than the rest of the body that's
- 5:26:52Speaker 2: up to you. You can gently strike the back, have
- 5:27:02Speaker 2: your legs where you know, opposite your knee joints underneath
- 5:27:08Speaker 2: your knee joint very sensitive, gentle area, and working down
- 5:27:22Speaker 2: to your calf muscles. Massage in your calf muscles thoroughly
- 5:27:31Speaker 2: and deeply, if you choose, using both hands fingers, digging
- 5:27:44Speaker 2: deep to your ankles, on the back of your back,
- 5:27:58Speaker 2: of your ankles. Just generally message in the.
- 5:28:03Speaker 9: Area, maybe lifting the leg and stretching.
- 5:28:15Speaker 2: A little bit. Moving to the right foot, massage the
- 5:28:40Speaker 2: bottom of your feet and the size of your feet
- 5:28:54Speaker 2: gently but firm enough so they don't tickle. Just allow
- 5:29:07Speaker 2: the pleasure that you get from heaving your feet message
- 5:29:13Speaker 2: to just overtake you as I continue to message your feet,
- 5:29:22Speaker 2: the bottoms of your feet, the sides, your arches, your heel.
- 5:29:33Speaker 2: You can put a lot of pressure into your heel
- 5:29:36Speaker 2: and it feels amazing, Yet the arches need to be
- 5:29:41Speaker 2: a bit more gentle. Stretching your toes gently the message
- 5:29:52Speaker 2: in the bottoms of your toes with my fingers, each
- 5:29:59Speaker 2: one individually. Moving over to the left leg to do
- 5:30:12Speaker 2: exactly the same thing. Starting at the top of the thighs,
- 5:30:23Speaker 2: work in the back of the thighs and the side
- 5:30:28Speaker 2: massageant deeply and gently the whole area, working all the
- 5:30:38Speaker 2: way down. This is an area that maybe you could
- 5:30:51Speaker 2: like to spend more time relaxing the message. Perhaps, if
- 5:31:00Speaker 2: you wanted, I could make a feature recording on spend
- 5:31:05Speaker 2: more time in one particular area. She moved down to
- 5:31:17Speaker 2: your calf muscles. Massage your calf muscles, and gently moved
- 5:31:38Speaker 2: down your ankle into your feet. Massage backs of your feet,
- 5:31:49Speaker 2: bumbles of your feet, stretching your toes and massage in
- 5:31:58Speaker 2: each tone to July love, feeling of pleasure and release.
- 5:32:07Speaker 2: The experience with your having your feet massaged feels reating.
- 5:32:27Speaker 2: Now if she turned over in your mind, laying on
- 5:32:34Speaker 2: your back, it's gonna start again with your nick area.
- 5:32:54Speaker 9: In your shoulders, just to get back in touch with
- 5:33:02Speaker 9: that area.
- 5:33:10Speaker 2: Let it move up.
- 5:33:19Speaker 3: I can clean my.
- 5:33:20Speaker 2: Hands, make a little fresh because now I'm gonna message
- 5:33:25Speaker 2: your face simply.
- 5:33:32Speaker 9: Starting off with your forehead.
- 5:33:40Speaker 2: Your eyes are closed, Just stretch your eyes a little bit,
- 5:33:49Speaker 2: pushing up on your eyebrows. Just message in around, just scale,
- 5:34:05Speaker 2: massaging down your cheeks, around your ears, into your chaw,
- 5:34:16Speaker 2: chimly the sides of your neck chin, and just move
- 5:34:39Speaker 2: it down. Me back down to your chest, starting up
- 5:34:51Speaker 2: bessage in the very top of your chest with a
- 5:34:58Speaker 2: collar bonies give side of the collar bone, and then
- 5:35:12Speaker 2: just aside in the hole of the chest, moving the
- 5:35:24Speaker 2: chest around. Because it's quite a large area. You can
- 5:35:38Speaker 2: move from one side to the next. Moving on my
- 5:35:46Speaker 2: heads underneath you pretty much re arms up, stretching up,
- 5:35:59Speaker 2: stretching on the muscles of your back in the process,
- 5:36:07Speaker 2: moving up over your chest.
- 5:36:14Speaker 12: And they're moving down again. Then laying my hands.
- 5:36:30Speaker 2: They're just massage gently and slide down towards your stomach,
- 5:36:39Speaker 2: starting in the middle of your chest. And then gradually
- 5:36:45Speaker 2: my head's moving apart and a massage and sliding at
- 5:36:53Speaker 2: the same time, moving down to just blow your red cage.
- 5:37:11Speaker 3: Moving down.
- 5:37:14Speaker 9: And then messaging up a game, giving you a chest
- 5:37:21Speaker 9: all the attention.
- 5:37:24Speaker 2: When it needs to feel completely relaxed, remembering that I'm
- 5:37:38Speaker 2: also you going to be focusing on your sides as well,
- 5:37:44Speaker 2: an area that really doesn't get much attention to feel
- 5:37:50Speaker 2: really good when it's massaged. Just striking my head down
- 5:38:01Speaker 2: the sides of your body, just below your arms, all
- 5:38:08Speaker 2: the way down to your hips. Now move into your
- 5:38:20Speaker 2: stomach area. Can stand on one side of you like
- 5:38:27Speaker 2: I did when I did your lower back, with a
- 5:38:32Speaker 2: similar process of just stretching the muscles from the side,
- 5:38:41Speaker 2: gently massaging on one side to the next.
- 5:38:53Speaker 10: Move in.
- 5:38:56Speaker 2: The whole area from below your ribs way down to
- 5:39:01Speaker 2: below your belly button and moving around to the outside
- 5:39:12Speaker 2: of you, and repeat that process of relaxing deeply, calmly.
- 5:39:30Speaker 2: You feel loose, You feel free. There's something about having
- 5:39:38Speaker 2: your stomach message. It's different from any other part because
- 5:39:46Speaker 2: we do have a tendency holding a different kind of
- 5:39:51Speaker 2: stress in our stomach that we may not be aware of.
- 5:40:01Speaker 2: There's an now message your stomach. In front of your stomach,
- 5:40:09Speaker 2: they can circles around your baby bottom, then going the
- 5:40:20Speaker 2: other way around. The gentleness and the freedom that comes
- 5:40:32Speaker 2: from feeling how you're feeling. There's a now moved down
- 5:40:44Speaker 2: the tops of your thighs, muscles, massage in them. I
- 5:40:51Speaker 2: can do this to your legs at the same time,
- 5:40:56Speaker 2: pressing down, massaging deeply those muscles in your thighs, the
- 5:41:06Speaker 2: front of your thighs, and moving down to your knees,
- 5:41:15Speaker 2: gently massaging your knees, sliding down your shins, pressure on
- 5:41:28Speaker 2: either side of your shin gently, softly but firmly, moving
- 5:41:41Speaker 2: down to your ankles, stroking the tops of your feet,
- 5:41:56Speaker 2: and then with each foot in each hand and just
- 5:42:01Speaker 2: gently messaging the whole of the foot, the top of
- 5:42:09Speaker 2: the bottom, your heel, your ankle, your toes, massage in
- 5:42:17Speaker 2: every part of your feet. It feels so good to
- 5:42:27Speaker 2: still let go an enjoy the process, enjoy fa so
- 5:42:43Speaker 2: deeply relaxed, so much comfort, So many feelings become just
- 5:42:59Speaker 2: from touching your skin, and you can.
- 5:43:13Speaker 12: Just annoy there.
- 5:43:17Speaker 9: As long as you choose.
- 5:43:22Speaker 2: Enjoying the fear of deep comfort.
- 5:43:30Speaker 9: Being massaged.
- 5:43:34Speaker 3: With me.
- 5:43:41Speaker 2: Enjoy fear deep rise And all we're gonna do is
- 5:44:07Speaker 2: blow out some candles. In your mind, there're gonna be
- 5:44:24Speaker 2: a hundred candles and You're going to blow each one
- 5:44:35Speaker 2: out individually, one by one, starting at one hundred. As
- 5:44:46Speaker 2: I count down on my way down to one, and
- 5:44:58Speaker 2: each time I say that number, you can imagine that
- 5:45:07Speaker 2: candle in front of you, and I'd like you to
- 5:45:13Speaker 2: actually physically gently blow that candle out, just it's not
- 5:45:33Speaker 2: big blows, just a gentle, and.
- 5:45:41Speaker 9: That candle.
- 5:45:43Speaker 2: Will extinguish. And then I'll say the next number to
- 5:45:53Speaker 2: move down, and you just blow that one out as well.
- 5:46:09Speaker 2: And as we move down the numbers, you'll find yourself
- 5:46:19Speaker 2: feeding more and more relaxed. If you need to sleep,
- 5:46:28Speaker 2: you'll also find yourself becoming incredibly tired and sleeping. In fact,
- 5:46:40Speaker 2: you me struggle to blow out all one hundred of
- 5:46:51Speaker 2: these candles.
- 5:46:59Speaker 7: There's you feel.
- 5:47:03Speaker 2: More more deeply relaxed, more more deeply tied, and the
- 5:47:32Speaker 2: fur go down. The more.
- 5:47:38Speaker 9: Your mind.
- 5:47:41Speaker 2: Stance to drift. You may find the stop listening to
- 5:47:54Speaker 2: me after a while. And even though that maybe background
- 5:48:08Speaker 2: sounds where you are, you'll be aware of those sounds.
- 5:48:19Speaker 9: At the moment.
- 5:48:25Speaker 2: He may.
- 5:48:29Speaker 9: Start just.
- 5:48:34Speaker 7: Won't even notice.
- 5:48:36Speaker 2: Them at all because they're unimportant. Where I am. Look
- 5:48:57Speaker 2: at the sounds of the birds, there's a horrist. The
- 5:49:01Speaker 2: pigeon likes to say hello sometimes. And there's the old
- 5:49:10Speaker 2: playue that goes by, maybe traffic and trains in the
- 5:49:20Speaker 2: distance that see is important whatsoever or candles you blow
- 5:49:40Speaker 2: out less important? Anything is more candles you blow out,
- 5:49:59Speaker 2: the further you seem to move away, sounds, general, date, days, stuff.
- 5:50:22Speaker 9: Seems to just away on its side.
- 5:50:35Speaker 2: She feel calm, have a can, go out riding the
- 5:51:01Speaker 2: next number? Did you hear me saying?
- 5:51:13Speaker 9: And then you buy that candle out too?
- 5:51:25Speaker 2: So easy, so simple. I'm gonna start by introducing the
- 5:51:49Speaker 2: first candle, some hundred first candles, one hundred. When you
- 5:52:13Speaker 2: blow that candle out, you'll find immediately a slight change
- 5:52:40Speaker 2: as well as a real sense of positivity crying within you. Relaxation, sleepiness,
- 5:53:02Speaker 2: spend starting one hundred capt Jennie Can ninety eight, Can

- 6:51:00Speaker 2: sads about the past, thoughts about the future, and even
- 6:51:07Speaker 2: things you've been thinking about today, just let it all
- 6:51:11Speaker 2: go because none of it is useful in this moment.
- 6:51:22Speaker 2: This is your opportunity to just focus on feeling relaxed,
- 6:51:42Speaker 2: allowing yourself to get in touch with that natural.
- 6:51:48Speaker 24: Sense of peace that we all have within us. It's
- 6:51:58Speaker 24: available for everyone.
- 6:52:01Speaker 2: It just sometimes takes a little bit of effort to
- 6:52:06Speaker 2: set up.
- 6:52:06Speaker 25: The right.
- 6:52:09Speaker 2: Time and place in order for you to just let go.
- 6:52:17Speaker 2: Because when you do decide to let go relax, that's
- 6:52:25Speaker 2: what your body starts to do because you've chosen. You've
- 6:52:34Speaker 2: chosen to just allow your body to unwind and your
- 6:52:41Speaker 2: mind starts to slow down, and it's a nice feeling.
- 6:52:49Speaker 2: It's a nice feeling at the beginning, just to know
- 6:52:54Speaker 2: that you have chosen to decide to relax deeply because
- 6:53:04Speaker 2: you've made that decision, your body or just follow suit,
- 6:53:13Speaker 2: because sometimes all the muscles in your body need is
- 6:53:18Speaker 2: just permission from you to relax, because so often we're busy,
- 6:53:28Speaker 2: we're going from here to there, we're walking around, and
- 6:53:32Speaker 2: we're doing stuff, and the body doesn't have any time
- 6:53:40Speaker 2: or space to really relax deeply. So it kind of
- 6:53:48Speaker 2: waits for you to lead the way, waits for your permission.
- 6:53:58Speaker 2: And when you do give your permission, when you give
- 6:54:05Speaker 2: to say so, when you say okay, it's time for
- 6:54:11Speaker 2: your body to let go completely relax totally, your body
- 6:54:21Speaker 2: just follows. So I have like a breath of relief,
- 6:54:28Speaker 2: ah relax, that feeling at the end of a day,
- 6:54:38Speaker 2: of very physical day that you may experience in the
- 6:54:42Speaker 2: past when you get home and you just sit down
- 6:54:46Speaker 2: in a chair, maybe you kick your shoes off, and
- 6:54:51Speaker 2: feels so nice. I know that you don't have to
- 6:54:56Speaker 2: get up again for a little while at least.
- 6:55:01Speaker 12: And if you choose, you can just.
- 6:55:02Speaker 2: Sit there for maybe an hour to.
- 6:55:07Speaker 7: Feels lessen.
- 6:55:15Speaker 2: And just by sitting down like that, your body knows
- 6:55:20Speaker 2: that it's time to relax. Your body has been given
- 6:55:25Speaker 2: permission from you. Because it's a mindset in your mind,
- 6:55:36Speaker 2: you're prepared to let go of everything and just completely
- 6:55:47Speaker 2: allow all the stress of your body to evaporate.
- 6:55:56Speaker 9: An intensions can just gradually.
- 6:56:01Speaker 3: Vanish.
- 6:56:08Speaker 2: It's almost like magic, really, because that sense of relaxation
- 6:56:20Speaker 2: in your body, it's a very natural state. It's not
- 6:56:27Speaker 2: something unusual. It may feel unusual when you first start
- 6:56:31Speaker 2: to relax, if you if you have really spent a
- 6:56:36Speaker 2: lot of time focusing and giving yourself this space to
- 6:56:40Speaker 2: let go completely and relax, may seem most s aalien,
- 6:56:48Speaker 2: but it isn't. It's actually the most natural thing in
- 6:56:54Speaker 2: the world to lego completely, to relax totally, most natural
- 6:57:05Speaker 2: thing in the world to allow yourself to feel really
- 6:57:18Speaker 2: calm in your mind. And it is almost like a
- 6:57:24Speaker 2: literal unwinding. Slightly press a button and all the tension
- 6:57:35Speaker 2: just releases. It's like a wheel, like a cog, like
- 6:57:42Speaker 2: the inside of the clock. Just untwinding, and he's watched
- 6:57:46Speaker 2: I could see that the little wind up, not that
- 6:57:51Speaker 2: it's used, just going the opposite way the energy used
- 6:57:56Speaker 2: to wind it up, the energy that frymetic stress for
- 6:58:04Speaker 2: energy corradually winding down, losing its power and losing its straightly.
- 6:58:16Speaker 2: There's a sense of relaxation become stronger and deeper, and
- 6:58:26Speaker 2: you may find the more relaxed you feel, your mind
- 6:58:35Speaker 2: starts to wander. Maybe you seem to stop listening to
- 6:58:45Speaker 2: me for a while, your mind goes somewhere else, and
- 6:58:51Speaker 2: you realize you're listening to me again, and that was
- 6:58:57Speaker 2: just your mind drifted to, which is quite natural, because
- 6:59:08Speaker 2: sometimes when we're stressed tense, we may not actually be
- 6:59:17Speaker 2: aware of what we need or we physically emotionally need
- 6:59:24Speaker 2: in this moment.
- 6:59:28Speaker 12: But when you allow your.
- 6:59:31Speaker 2: Body and mind to relax completely, you let go all thoughts, concerns, worries, ideas,
- 6:59:45Speaker 2: all the go, allow them to drop into floor. You
- 6:59:55Speaker 2: start to get in touch with the feelings of such relaxation.
- 7:00:09Speaker 2: Feels so nice to be in touch with the calmness.
- 7:00:17Speaker 2: How the different body parts stay become looser and looser, believe,
- 7:00:31Speaker 2: and you breathe in scenes easier and more natural, effortless
- 7:00:42Speaker 2: as they call it, s through your mouthful nose into
- 7:00:48Speaker 2: your lance, breathing in comforts and relaxation, and then just breathing.
- 7:01:00Speaker 9: How any excess.
- 7:01:03Speaker 2: Remain intentional stress from every part of your body and mind.
- 7:01:15Speaker 2: As you start to focus on your mind, maybe you
- 7:01:20Speaker 2: notice that things come to a standstill, maybe just much
- 7:01:30Speaker 2: much lower than before because your mind is not really
- 7:01:39Speaker 2: needed when listening to my voice, which allows your mind
- 7:01:49Speaker 2: to relax just as deep as your body. And that's sychronicity.
- 7:01:59Speaker 2: But between the relaxation of your body relaxation of your mind,
- 7:02:13Speaker 2: let you know, the feeling completely calm, beliefs relaxed really
- 7:02:26Speaker 2: is the great experience for you as so many positive
- 7:02:45Speaker 2: benefits for your body, mind, and your life. To be
- 7:02:53Speaker 2: able to let go everything and to relax completely you know,
- 7:03:04Speaker 2: oh pots, everybody in mind, even your body arised, your
- 7:03:17Speaker 2: muscle surrised, even the skin.
- 7:03:28Speaker 12: That covers your body.
- 7:03:33Speaker 2: Is relaxed. Every you have as deeply rased, and your
- 7:03:57Speaker 2: brain restarts the feel the benefits.
- 7:04:07Speaker 11: With this.
- 7:04:09Speaker 2: He and relaxation. As you focus in the side of
- 7:04:21Speaker 2: your scalp where your brain is, you can start to
- 7:04:27Speaker 2: realize and notice the benefits of your brain relaxing demain
- 7:04:41Speaker 2: in your brain continues to rics sends those messages to
- 7:04:54Speaker 2: the rest of your body, your mind to re works deep,
- 7:05:12Speaker 2: relax more completely, letting of any remaining thoughts ocnsense just
- 7:05:36Speaker 2: to drop onto the floor because they are not even necessary.
- 7:05:43Speaker 9: In this moment, this moment.
- 7:05:49Speaker 12: Of deep.
- 7:05:52Speaker 2: Reaxation and calmness, phising.
- 7:06:01Speaker 9: Your brain.
- 7:06:03Speaker 2: With deep concentratednathing, calming, relaxing.
- 7:06:24Speaker 9: Every power to your brain.
- 7:06:31Speaker 2: Feeling so uncomfortable, so relaxed, and be so your brain
- 7:06:53Speaker 2: feels sunlight that's unhealthy. That sense of deep deep comfort
- 7:07:09Speaker 2: really does allow you to enjoy those ever increasing sensations
- 7:07:23Speaker 2: of comfort. That is spreading throughout your body, relaxing each
- 7:07:39Speaker 2: and every muscle of your body, a demo deper much
- 7:07:57Speaker 2: deeper than before, much confact, spreading through your body mind,
- 7:08:20Speaker 2: be so peaceful, calm, so peaceful, a repot your body,
- 7:08:45Speaker 2: let it go and everything and everything so peaceful, call.
- 7:09:04Speaker 13: So relax.
- 7:09:12Speaker 2: Every second the passes fill d.
- 7:09:24Speaker 22: D PA, relax.
- 7:09:32Speaker 15: D PA.
- 7:09:35Speaker 2: And dlacs circond b from so very b I had
- 7:10:03Speaker 2: bilt your twys such piece and comforts.
- 7:10:14Speaker 12: Rye all the time.
- 7:10:20Speaker 2: Such peace and comfort spreading through your body, you mind deeper,
- 7:10:36Speaker 2: deepot such comforts, spreading and seeking deeper.
- 7:10:50Speaker 9: To a remus body selling hell.
- 7:11:01Speaker 2: Amazing, so relaxed, so peaceful, so peace letting go everything.
- 7:11:35Speaker 2: Do any body scan, focusing on firstly how you feel
- 7:11:43Speaker 2: in your body, not trying to change how you feel,
- 7:11:49Speaker 2: not trying to relax, not trying to move away from
- 7:11:54Speaker 2: any discomfort or stress or a tension. Just accept observing
- 7:12:02Speaker 2: and accepting how you feel in the different parts of
- 7:12:07Speaker 2: your body, Just allowing yourself to be exactly as you are,
- 7:12:17Speaker 2: to notice, to get in touch with how you actually
- 7:12:26Speaker 2: feel in this moment. It starts off by focusing on
- 7:12:37Speaker 2: your hands. Just be aware of your hands, like you
- 7:12:50Speaker 2: have to move your hands around. Just maybe move your
- 7:12:55Speaker 2: fingers a little bit. I've been in close your hands
- 7:13:01Speaker 2: very gently, just so you can get in touch with
- 7:13:09Speaker 2: how your hands and your fingers fell, very very slow movements.
- 7:13:32Speaker 2: Focusing now on your feet. If you can just do
- 7:13:41Speaker 2: kind of an equivalent with your feet. You've just stun
- 7:13:46Speaker 2: your hands, maybe turn in your angles, ving your feet around,
- 7:13:57Speaker 2: moving your toes gently by very gently and very slowly,
- 7:14:10Speaker 2: noticing the hell your feet feel in this moment. Focusing
- 7:14:25Speaker 2: now on your eyes. I'd like you to just.
- 7:14:32Speaker 7: Focus on your eyelids.
- 7:14:36Speaker 2: Maybe you can open and close your eyes a couple
- 7:14:39Speaker 2: of times to really get in touch with how you
- 7:14:45Speaker 2: feel when you do close your eyes.
- 7:14:49Speaker 7: The muscle changes.
- 7:14:53Speaker 2: In your eyes when you do close them, maybe raising
- 7:14:59Speaker 2: your eye eyebrows. It stretches the tops of your eyes,
- 7:15:08Speaker 2: perhaps squinting your eyes, scrunching up your eyes just so
- 7:15:16Speaker 2: you can.
- 7:15:18Speaker 12: Hear it.
- 7:15:19Speaker 9: Get in touch with all aspects of how your eyes fell.
- 7:15:32Speaker 2: Right now. Now focusing on your thighs, then it just
- 7:15:48Speaker 2: starts you to gently tense your thighs, just very very gently,
- 7:15:59Speaker 2: just enough so.
- 7:16:01Speaker 9: You can become.
- 7:16:04Speaker 2: More achieved.
- 7:16:09Speaker 7: To the physical sensation.
- 7:16:14Speaker 2: Of your upper legs, the front of your thighs, and
- 7:16:20Speaker 2: the banks of your thigh. Noticing and observing how your
- 7:16:33Speaker 2: thighs feel. Right now, moving your focus to the back
- 7:16:48Speaker 2: of your neck, just noticing the back of your neck.
- 7:16:56Speaker 9: The muscles or they lead to the side of your neck.
- 7:17:04Speaker 2: They also lead to the top of your back, which
- 7:17:09Speaker 2: leads to your shoulders. So as your focus on the
- 7:17:15Speaker 2: back of your neck, maybe you can move your head gently.
- 7:17:22Speaker 9: Upwards as if you were looking up.
- 7:17:27Speaker 2: Maybe moving your head down as if you're looking down,
- 7:17:35Speaker 2: perhaps moving your head side to side, right to left
- 7:17:42Speaker 2: by very slowly, very gently. You're not trying to force anything.
- 7:17:57Speaker 2: It has to be very very gentle, just so you
- 7:18:06Speaker 2: can be in touch with the feelings, with the sensations,
- 7:18:20Speaker 2: the physical sensations of how the back of your neck feels.
- 7:18:31Speaker 2: Right now.
- 7:18:39Speaker 15: As we.
- 7:18:42Speaker 2: Now focus on the tops of your arms, the parts
- 7:18:50Speaker 2: where your biceps and your dry steps are between your
- 7:18:55Speaker 2: elbow and your shoulders. Just to focus on those parts,
- 7:19:03Speaker 2: the tops of your arms, you may like to just
- 7:19:10Speaker 2: tense them, but very very gently and slowly, so you're
- 7:19:21Speaker 2: not straining or putting any pressure whatsoever on your arms.
- 7:19:33Speaker 2: It's just slowly you can gain more of a sense
- 7:19:41Speaker 2: of how your upper parts.
- 7:19:47Speaker 12: I feeling.
- 7:19:50Speaker 2: In this moment, just noticing as you gently, very gently,
- 7:20:04Speaker 2: it's slowly tightening the muscles and they're like, go, I just.
- 7:20:17Speaker 9: Our tops of your arms feel.
- 7:20:23Speaker 2: Right now.
- 7:20:33Speaker 9: Now focus.
- 7:20:37Speaker 2: On your stomach, the area the lower capito, the area
- 7:20:44Speaker 2: below your belly button, living all the way down to
- 7:20:53Speaker 2: your hips, just above your grind. Maybe you're able to
- 7:21:05Speaker 2: tense these muscles in the area very very champlain.
- 7:21:17Speaker 12: And slowly.
- 7:21:23Speaker 2: If that's a difficult thing, to do. Maybe you can
- 7:21:28Speaker 2: just move your body, pushing.
- 7:21:35Speaker 22: Your stomach up, maybe move a little bit.
- 7:21:39Speaker 2: Of a side us no hips, just so.
- 7:21:46Speaker 20: Get more.
- 7:21:49Speaker 2: In chin. Hell you're lower up to an area fear
- 7:22:04Speaker 2: in this moment.
- 7:22:11Speaker 12: Just know to send the.
- 7:22:14Speaker 2: Physical sensations your lower abdomen as your attention to your mouth.
- 7:22:46Speaker 2: Not to sit in your lips, the inside your mouth,
- 7:22:53Speaker 2: the teeth, gums, your tongue.
- 7:23:07Speaker 11: Just noticin.
- 7:23:10Speaker 9: Have your tongue and your mouth feels.
- 7:23:16Speaker 2: It. May help by moving your tongue around your mouth,
- 7:23:25Speaker 2: living it to your left, maybe pressing it gently against
- 7:23:33Speaker 2: the side of your mouth, and then to the right,
- 7:23:39Speaker 2: gently to the side of your mouth, perhaps pressing up
- 7:23:46Speaker 2: against it.
- 7:23:48Speaker 9: The top of your mouth, and then down gently.
- 7:23:54Speaker 2: Against the bottom of your mouth. Always very slightly fairy
- 7:24:08Speaker 2: fairy chap soy, be aware, very feel in the mouth area.
- 7:24:43Speaker 2: Now have to focus.
- 7:24:51Speaker 12: On your wrists.
- 7:25:02Speaker 2: I'm gonna ask you to maybe just writing your wrists
- 7:25:11Speaker 2: with your hands in a circular motion, very shackly and slowly,
- 7:25:27Speaker 2: slowly feel the sensations that you are currently experiencing in
- 7:25:52Speaker 2: your wrists.
- 7:25:57Speaker 9: Perhaps move in your way up and down.
- 7:26:05Speaker 2: A game chick checks, start trips, look back, there bare parts,
- 7:27:06Speaker 2: just the buf your hips where your coxis are the
- 7:27:22Speaker 2: whole area, which also really does include the side of
- 7:27:29Speaker 2: your body, because those muscles are very much connected. There's
- 7:27:39Speaker 2: those muscles also move into your hyperia, connecting too your
- 7:27:47Speaker 2: buttys sides of your hips. And if you're physically able
- 7:28:06Speaker 2: to do so, maybe it can very gently.
- 7:28:14Speaker 12: Just believe your body.
- 7:28:18Speaker 9: And slightly, very slowly.
- 7:28:26Speaker 12: Some side to side, just.
- 7:28:32Speaker 2: Enough, yeah, to engage how you feel you love about
- 7:28:56Speaker 2: perhaps even my heads gently up and down, gently and
- 7:29:12Speaker 2: slightly in orders the touch with the physical sensations of
- 7:29:30Speaker 2: your low back. As we have your attention. Your jaw
- 7:30:03Speaker 2: an area of your chin all my way out to
- 7:30:09Speaker 2: the area your ears are all your jaw.
- 7:30:26Speaker 15: You just.
- 7:30:29Speaker 2: It's okay to do sid gently open your mouth, no
- 7:30:39Speaker 2: wide stretching, just very chiently and slowly open in your mouth,
- 7:30:54Speaker 2: having close in your mouth. Very jack.
- 7:31:02Speaker 9: It's eight Joe fans.
- 7:31:57Speaker 2: Say. The chest area. You don't need to do anything
- 7:32:16Speaker 2: to move your chest because it loves every time you break.
- 7:32:28Speaker 9: The mose s very.
- 7:32:30Speaker 2: Gently and sperly automatically with each bread you take.
- 7:32:50Speaker 9: As you focus on.
- 7:32:55Speaker 2: Your chest fails when you pray leave in your focus
- 7:33:41Speaker 2: to your forearms. John nobis.
- 7:33:52Speaker 9: Maybe a bot say.
- 7:33:56Speaker 2: Fairy checkly and sly tense the muscles in your farms.
- 7:34:11Speaker 2: Now when you do that, you can feel no outwards
- 7:34:18Speaker 2: as well, very gently and surly, jack gay and softly
- 7:34:54Speaker 2: absurd four arms, the talpas.
- 7:35:25Speaker 9: Focus, the rest of a bank.
- 7:35:38Speaker 2: Up back.
- 7:35:43Speaker 15: And the.
- 7:35:46Speaker 2: The bttle band. Again this spot of your body us
- 7:36:08Speaker 2: also every time grain when you like to sound, usually
- 7:36:26Speaker 2: by your serf. You other back in the middle of
- 7:36:33Speaker 2: your back can really fill that gentle.
- 7:36:50Speaker 12: And scommodven new focus.
- 7:37:36Speaker 2: Et are but as.
- 7:37:46Speaker 9: By that muscles about bays.
- 7:37:54Speaker 2: Mid section.
- 7:38:22Speaker 9: Just side the sun. How my hips fail right now.
- 7:38:42Speaker 2: You can have chinely my hips maybe side the sign jam.
- 7:39:51Speaker 2: Everything starts to slow down, including the thoughts in your mind.
- 7:40:10Speaker 7: And your mind.
- 7:40:10Speaker 2: Itself just starts to gradually. It doesn't have to be instant,
- 7:40:21Speaker 2: but just gradually starting too. It's almost like time is
- 7:40:29Speaker 2: storing chin It's a slower pace to maybe what you're
- 7:40:41Speaker 2: used to in your day to day life. It's a
- 7:40:48Speaker 2: slower movement of energy, very small movements which make up
- 7:41:16Speaker 2: the larger movements, which is always the case. When you
- 7:41:24Speaker 2: move your hand, it might seem like it's one movement,
- 7:41:29Speaker 2: but it's lots of minute different muscles moving in accordance
- 7:41:37Speaker 2: with each other. And what happens in this space that
- 7:41:48Speaker 2: we're sharing is we move from that big movement into
- 7:42:07Speaker 2: those smaller movements. Starting to focus on how your body feels,
- 7:42:27Speaker 2: not just as a whole, not just oh, i'm feeling
- 7:42:31Speaker 2: this way. I'm feeling stressed or tense, or I'm feeling
- 7:42:36Speaker 2: relaxed and calm. I'm feeling this way, I'm feeling that way.
- 7:42:45Speaker 2: Starting to notice that your body begins to present to
- 7:42:53Speaker 2: you small feelings around your body, small physical sensations in
- 7:43:14Speaker 2: your legs, whether pleasurable or not. Maybe resisting the temptation
- 7:43:30Speaker 2: to label them or to judge them those feelings. Just
- 7:43:40Speaker 2: thinking them, thinking about them is just being neutral, just feelings,
- 7:43:54Speaker 2: not being particularly concerned, just noticing what.
- 7:44:02Speaker 9: Your body.
- 7:44:05Speaker 2: Is telling you, the feelings in your arms. Instead of
- 7:44:19Speaker 2: feeling the hole of the arm, maybe notice those individual feelings,
- 7:44:29Speaker 2: all those different muscles and the skin, the hairs of
- 7:44:41Speaker 2: your arms, that all the internal parts of your arms,
- 7:44:46Speaker 2: the veins, the bones, Just being aware of maybe your
- 7:45:05Speaker 2: elbow on your right arm has a certain feeling, maybe
- 7:45:14Speaker 2: your left wrist also has its own individual physical sensation.
- 7:45:39Speaker 2: What about your forearm on your right arm, your right forearm,
- 7:45:54Speaker 2: there may not be any particular feeling that he could
- 7:46:00Speaker 2: even give a name to, may not feel like anything
- 7:46:09Speaker 2: other than just a feeling. You know, it's there. The
- 7:46:19Speaker 2: feelings in your shoulders, perhaps your shoulders when you think
- 7:46:25Speaker 2: about them, kind of almost like they're the same, you know,
- 7:46:31Speaker 2: the same feeling, almost like you both of your shoulders
- 7:46:36Speaker 2: are just one thing. Of course they're not. Or when
- 7:46:49Speaker 2: you focus on your left shoulder and then on your
- 7:46:54Speaker 2: right shoulder, maybe find that you move the muscles a
- 7:47:01Speaker 2: little bit, maybe tense the muscles gently, noticing the difference
- 7:47:16Speaker 2: in each shoulder. Your lower back, the left side of
- 7:47:44Speaker 2: your lower back and the right side of your lower back.
- 7:47:56Speaker 2: Of course that connection to your buttocks into your hips,
- 7:48:09Speaker 2: and also moving up into the middle of your back.
- 7:48:23Speaker 2: And sometimes like right now, actually I want to focus
- 7:48:27Speaker 2: on their part. When I focused on my buttocks and
- 7:48:32Speaker 2: then I focused on the middle of my back, it
- 7:48:36Speaker 2: almost felt like the muscles in my mother back were
- 7:48:39Speaker 2: being stretched very gently, just stretched a little bit, even
- 7:48:51Speaker 2: though I wasn't doing anything to try to stretch your
- 7:49:00Speaker 2: lower back.
- 7:49:01Speaker 9: It just seems to happen.
- 7:49:03Speaker 7: The feeling of.
- 7:49:07Speaker 2: Very gently stretching your lower back comes along. I have
- 7:49:25Speaker 2: feeling in your chest, just noticing what sensations you are
- 7:49:51Speaker 2: experiencing in your chest right now. And there's so much
- 7:50:08Speaker 2: of the chest. Of course, there's the collar bone leading
- 7:50:12Speaker 2: to the chest. You've got the chest bone, You've got
- 7:50:19Speaker 2: the muscles in your chest, and of course, if you're female,
- 7:50:28Speaker 2: there's possibly the breasts. If you're male, you've got the
- 7:50:38Speaker 2: different well why not make different these days, But there
- 7:50:43Speaker 2: may be more muscles at the top of the chest,
- 7:50:52Speaker 2: but at the side underneath it's pretty much the same.
- 7:50:57Speaker 2: Whether you're a man or a woman. There's muscles there,
- 7:51:01Speaker 2: muscles that stretch out to your back as well as
- 7:51:06Speaker 2: breast tissue stretches and moves into your back. To just
- 7:51:15Speaker 2: being aware of your chest, being with whatever feeling there
- 7:51:35Speaker 2: is in your chest. And when I noticed that, I
- 7:51:54Speaker 2: focused on my chest. I feel it in my back
- 7:52:03Speaker 2: and my upper back. I mean, I guess the obvious
- 7:52:07Speaker 2: reason would be because you know, I'm breathing in and
- 7:52:17Speaker 2: it stretches my chest and my back at the same
- 7:52:20Speaker 2: time that it feels.
- 7:52:32Speaker 7: It feels okay, it doesn't feel.
- 7:52:44Speaker 2: A little bit of pain in my right chest, a
- 7:52:50Speaker 2: little bit, not pain, but little discomfort, maybe stiffness possibly,
- 7:52:57Speaker 2: I don't know. I notice my shoulders also wanting to
- 7:53:08Speaker 2: flex for some reason. I think that's probably part of
- 7:53:13Speaker 2: my other back, that connection between my shoulders and my
- 7:53:22Speaker 2: other back. Because I can move my shoulders and stretch
- 7:53:27Speaker 2: the muscles in my back, moving the shoulders backwards up,
- 7:53:37Speaker 2: which then moves.
- 7:53:38Speaker 9: I think it's the scapulous.
- 7:53:42Speaker 2: In your back.
- 7:53:53Speaker 7: It feels quite nice.
- 7:53:54Speaker 2: Actually, a good thing about this is you can, if
- 7:54:03Speaker 2: you want to, you can just flex or stimulate the
- 7:54:17Speaker 2: various muscles in your body gently in order to get
- 7:54:25Speaker 2: more of a sense of how they feel. And when
- 7:54:34Speaker 2: you're relaxing, when you do tense and muscle, then you
- 7:54:44Speaker 2: let it go and let it relax. It relaxes way more.
- 7:54:53Speaker 9: Than it would normally. You have have to feel.
- 7:55:03Speaker 2: That you're able to do that. There's no point in
- 7:55:07Speaker 2: doing it if there's an issue with the per part
- 7:55:13Speaker 2: of your body. You need to be gentle with yourself
- 7:55:22Speaker 2: at all times when relax in deeply, it's important to
- 7:55:35Speaker 2: be kind to yourself. As you notice your mind. How
- 7:55:51Speaker 2: much has your mind slowed down since we started recording?
- 7:56:16Speaker 2: How came and peaceful is your mind right now with
- 7:56:32Speaker 2: nothing to think about.
- 7:56:36Speaker 9: And just my voice to listen to.
- 7:56:42Speaker 2: Because you know the intention behind this recording, this relaxation.
- 7:56:53Speaker 2: At the very least, for you to feel more relaxed
- 7:57:00Speaker 2: at the end of the recording than you did at
- 7:57:03Speaker 2: the beginning, at the very least, for your mind to
- 7:57:16Speaker 2: slow down.
- 7:57:20Speaker 7: Because your body.
- 7:57:22Speaker 2: Continues to relax, because that's what you want to happen.
- 7:57:41Speaker 2: That's what you expect to happen. For relaxation, to feel
- 7:58:02Speaker 2: your body maybe calm your mind to the point of boredom.
- 7:58:20Speaker 2: When you start maybe too drift away. Drifting it's almost
- 7:59:04Speaker 2: as if you're moving further away from your body in
- 7:59:13Speaker 2: your mind, just leaving that there. Kind of liking it
- 7:59:27Speaker 2: an escape pod and a spaceship a movie, a space movie,
- 7:59:33Speaker 2: you know when they get into a little part in it.
- 7:59:37Speaker 2: Since the month far away from the spaceship.
- 7:59:51Speaker 9: Safe to Dream.
- 8:00:02Speaker 20: Two at Peace, at the peace, I'd.
- 8:01:56Speaker 2: Fin like to see on that feeling of those individual
- 8:02:09Speaker 2: parts of your body that or relaxing.
- 8:02:18Speaker 25: One by one.
- 8:02:27Speaker 2: You may find that every now and then.
- 8:02:38Speaker 9: You realize that you aren't listening.
- 8:02:46Speaker 2: To my voice. That gives your mind started to imagine
- 8:02:55Speaker 2: something different, maybe started to almost move into some kind
- 8:03:08Speaker 2: of a dream state. And then you become aware of
- 8:03:16Speaker 2: my voice again. And even though you may want to
- 8:03:26Speaker 2: focus on my voice, you may also wish to allow
- 8:03:33Speaker 2: your mind to just drift naturally into that space and
- 8:03:45Speaker 2: comfort and safety.
- 8:03:55Speaker 9: As you feel.
- 8:04:05Speaker 2: Warm comfort spreading through your body like a warm blanket
- 8:04:18Speaker 2: covering you.
- 8:04:21Speaker 9: Champlin, keeping your body.
- 8:04:27Speaker 2: It just the perfect temperature, and you can hear background sounds,
- 8:04:54Speaker 2: they just don't seem to matter anymore.
- 8:05:05Speaker 9: There's that sense of.
- 8:05:09Speaker 2: Peace spreads through your mind like a gentle breeze, yet
- 8:05:26Speaker 2: strong enough to blow away all negativity, strong enoughter remove
- 8:05:43Speaker 2: from your mind any anxiety or stress that was there before,
- 8:06:01Speaker 2: and blow away any other thoughts.
- 8:06:06Speaker 9: Or feelings.
- 8:06:08Speaker 2: Then just unfit with the sense relaxation that it's a
- 8:06:33Speaker 2: feeling your body and your mind unless you focus on
- 8:06:59Speaker 2: your mind. We countdown from ten down to one. With
- 8:07:07Speaker 2: each number in mind, become slightly relaxed, just just slightly,
- 8:07:41Speaker 2: from ten down to nine, just a slid moment, nine
- 8:07:49Speaker 2: down to eight, just another.
- 8:07:53Speaker 9: Small change in how you feel. Eight down to seven.
- 8:08:11Speaker 2: That feeling is a gap, almost like a gap that
- 8:08:17Speaker 2: starts to get wider the gap between those feelings that
- 8:08:27Speaker 2: you used to have in your mind compared to the
- 8:08:34Speaker 2: feelings you have there growing now, feelings of comfort and
- 8:08:42Speaker 2: security and confidence, and the gap becomes the wider. Made
- 8:08:53Speaker 2: down to seven, seven, down to six. When you get
- 8:09:00Speaker 2: to five, your mind will start to have a certain
- 8:09:09Speaker 2: physical sensations, like there's a magnet outside of your head
- 8:09:22Speaker 2: sucking at tension and the stress and any remaining feedings
- 8:09:29Speaker 2: that you don't want, sucking them out through your skull.
- 8:09:40Speaker 2: And a down to four you could start to really
- 8:09:46Speaker 2: experience that sense of not just emptiness, but space full
- 8:10:00Speaker 2: of fresh air, place where you can stretch. It's almost
- 8:10:12Speaker 2: as if as you go down to four and three,
- 8:10:16Speaker 2: your mind is expanding with this sense of peace and
- 8:10:27Speaker 2: tranquility growing as it moved down to When you get
- 8:10:37Speaker 2: to one, mind just feels exactly how you want to feel,
- 8:10:51Speaker 2: almost perfect fear, maybe a sensation that you'd like to keep.
- 8:11:13Speaker 7: A place that's safe, where.
- 8:11:17Speaker 2: Nothing can affect you at all, and you can stay
- 8:11:36Speaker 2: in that that space of comfort and confidence, confident in
- 8:11:45Speaker 2: your own ability to create this space, this fear and
- 8:11:54Speaker 2: comfort within your own mind.
- 8:11:58Speaker 9: Just by counting ten.
- 8:12:02Speaker 2: Down to one.
- 8:12:08Speaker 9: And this is something that you can do yourself.
- 8:12:12Speaker 2: When you're on your own, the time when you can
- 8:12:19Speaker 2: maybe sit down, maybe just for a few minutes, close
- 8:12:28Speaker 2: your eyes. It just counts slowly.
- 8:12:35Speaker 7: From ten.
- 8:12:38Speaker 2: Down to one. The real experience these feelings in your mind.
- 8:12:56Speaker 2: And when you feel that way in your mind, your
- 8:13:00Speaker 2: body copies.
- 8:13:06Speaker 7: Your mind.
- 8:13:12Speaker 2: And that feeling. It's spread through your spine and your
- 8:13:19Speaker 2: nervous system into every part of your body, travels through
- 8:13:26Speaker 2: your blood stream, healing and relaxing every article of your existence.
- 8:13:53Speaker 2: And we can practice this a few times before the
- 8:14:03Speaker 2: end of the recording, and then you can practice on
- 8:14:07Speaker 2: your own. And each time you count from ten about one,
- 8:14:20Speaker 2: the feelings of comfort, calmness, deep, deep relaxation becomes stronger, deeper.
- 8:14:41Speaker 2: Feel your mind your green with these positive chemicals spread
- 8:14:53Speaker 2: throughout your body, relaxing you so quickly, relaxing your whole
- 8:15:03Speaker 2: body and mind so very very easily. Just by counting
- 8:15:17Speaker 2: ten down to one. You can do it now. I'm
- 8:15:28Speaker 2: gonna count from ten down to one. I'd like you
- 8:15:33Speaker 2: to repeat the number after me, So when I say ten,
- 8:15:41Speaker 2: you can just repeat to yourself ten. Just notice, be
- 8:15:53Speaker 2: aware of how you feel in your mind and the body,
- 8:16:06Speaker 2: and when I say nine, you can repeat to yourself nine.
- 8:16:20Speaker 2: A game.
- 8:16:22Speaker 22: Do it is s.
- 8:16:25Speaker 2: Increase and comforted calms in your mind and in your body.
- 8:16:40Speaker 2: The same when the same paint. When I say seven, six,
- 8:16:52Speaker 2: When I say five, four, I want to say three.
- 8:17:06Speaker 15: Two.
- 8:17:11Speaker 2: Lastly, when I say one, can you be that number? Now?
- 8:17:25Speaker 2: Of course, when you do this on your own, without
- 8:17:30Speaker 2: listening to me, you can say the numbers or whatever
- 8:17:37Speaker 2: speed that you feel is necessary for you, so you
- 8:17:46Speaker 2: can adapt. So you feel you want to say the
- 8:17:52Speaker 2: numbers ten out one faster than I do, you go
- 8:18:00Speaker 2: ahead and do that. Or if you feel when you
- 8:18:03Speaker 2: do it yourself that you'd like to have or space
- 8:18:10Speaker 2: between the numbers, maybe take a lot longer to get
- 8:18:17Speaker 2: from ten all the way down to one, that's your
- 8:18:27Speaker 2: choice also to do. So I'm going a cow from
- 8:18:40Speaker 2: ten down to one. When I get to one, that
- 8:18:50Speaker 2: will be the end of this recording.
- 8:18:55Speaker 11: This.
- 8:18:55Speaker 2: Of course, you're listening to music, and the music you'll get.
- 8:19:20Speaker 7: No fight.
- 8:20:02Speaker 2: Us twenty ninety eighty sixteen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirty twelve eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four,
- 8:25:05Speaker 2: three two one. Now open your eyes noticing a physical
- 8:25:34Speaker 2: film having counted down from twenty to one, allowing stress
- 8:25:43Speaker 2: tension to leave through your fingertips and your toes. And
- 8:25:48Speaker 2: as you focus on your fingertips maybe they feel a
- 8:25:53Speaker 2: little bit tingling, which is I suppost quite understanding, considering
- 8:26:00Speaker 2: the tension has been exiting your body through your fingertips.
- 8:26:11Speaker 2: So now I'm going to count from twenty out to twenty. Game.
- 8:26:14Speaker 2: This time you can feel relief of tension and stress
- 8:26:25Speaker 2: and the anxiety that you may have leaving through your stomach.
- 8:26:37Speaker 2: Just leaving through your stomach, almost as if it's just
- 8:26:42Speaker 2: releasing the whole of your stomach or naval to just
- 8:26:49Speaker 2: above your chest or below your chest, rather so surrounding your.
- 8:26:54Speaker 12: Belly by an area, the whole area.
- 8:26:58Speaker 2: You can feel the tension of your body where's left.
- 8:27:03Speaker 2: Just release from the area, and you may notice that
- 8:27:08Speaker 2: your stomach will become very complexed. As my count down twenty,
- 8:27:16Speaker 2: that's one.
- 8:27:18Speaker 7: Now twenty.
- 8:27:26Speaker 2: Nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirty, twelve, eleven, nine, eight, seven, six, five,
- 8:28:43Speaker 2: three two one class Again you can choose, but you
- 8:29:01Speaker 2: just keep them closed because it feels relaxing. Just notice
- 8:29:07Speaker 2: saying a stomach feels Notice that's your focus, just a
- 8:29:13Speaker 2: little scared of your body, just to say your body
- 8:29:18Speaker 2: feels focusing of the body, back, chest, stomach, playing simes, hands, fiend,
- 8:29:33Speaker 2: just noticing and you know, you may start to film
- 8:29:43Speaker 2: a sense of tiredness, which may be the reason listening
- 8:29:48Speaker 2: to this recording because you like to let go completely
- 8:29:56Speaker 2: of everything dread or into a nice, natural, calm, relaxing sleep.
- 8:30:17Speaker 7: So now focus.
- 8:30:21Speaker 2: On your forehead, and if you choose, you can incorporate
- 8:30:28Speaker 2: your eyes in this focus as well. Your forehead and
- 8:30:33Speaker 2: your eyes. It's that whole area basically almost as if
- 8:30:39Speaker 2: you were wearing a mask, you know, like a I
- 8:30:44Speaker 2: don't know, bat make mask or something I'm trying to
- 8:30:51Speaker 2: sorrow or something, you know, the kind of mask that
- 8:30:53Speaker 2: covers your eyes but also covers quite a lot of
- 8:30:56Speaker 2: the forehead. Focused on that area because that's the area
- 8:31:03Speaker 2: that we're now going to release tension, stress from your mind,
- 8:31:10Speaker 2: your brain, from your mind, and any tension that you
- 8:31:14Speaker 2: may have remain in your face, in your neck, your jaw,
- 8:31:20Speaker 2: your eyes, your forehead, or your scalp. It's basically any
- 8:31:26Speaker 2: intension within your head area, including your mind and your
- 8:31:32Speaker 2: brain that's going to be released through your forehead and
- 8:31:40Speaker 2: your eyes as I count down the game from twenty
- 8:31:48Speaker 2: down to one now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen, twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 8:33:22Speaker 15: Thirty.
- 8:33:43Speaker 2: She scared your face.
- 8:33:47Speaker 7: Jaw, your eyes, but cheap.
- 8:33:54Speaker 2: A forehead, scalp, backing your neck, front of your neck,
- 8:34:03Speaker 2: the size of your neck and the throat. Letice be
- 8:34:14Speaker 2: aware of the comfort increased in relaxation, not just in
- 8:34:26Speaker 2: your head and neck and mind, also the rest of
- 8:34:31Speaker 2: your body. Just notice how loose.
- 8:34:40Speaker 9: And calm you felt, how easy.
- 8:34:46Speaker 2: It is to just let go completely, let go completely,
- 8:35:05Speaker 2: how eas de palace to focus on the top of
- 8:35:18Speaker 2: your head aloud, every last least tension or stressed mind
- 8:35:35Speaker 2: be ingry, hiding in your body mind my head just
- 8:35:45Speaker 2: be sucked down on the top of your head.
- 8:35:50Speaker 25: At least.
- 8:35:55Speaker 7: To the air was sucked down into.
- 8:35:58Speaker 12: The clouds, be cloud of bad.
- 8:36:06Speaker 2: It's like a whoop.
- 8:36:09Speaker 9: Can suck attention.
- 8:36:12Speaker 2: Out of the top of your head. Just take it
- 8:36:17Speaker 2: away good you focus legend an opening on the top
- 8:36:26Speaker 2: of your head with the intention stress and in wading issues.
- 8:36:33Speaker 2: Maybe worries a bit sad that I'm not used to
- 8:36:37Speaker 2: you now you can all be sucked down at the
- 8:36:41Speaker 2: top of your head, taken away as I count down again,
- 8:36:48Speaker 2: I'm twenty down to work now twenty nineteen, eighteen seventy six,
- 8:37:23Speaker 2: say fifty four eighty two aids six six.
- 8:38:38Speaker 3: Two on.
- 8:39:03Speaker 22: Pre notice it how you feel.
- 8:39:17Speaker 2: How relaxed and calm you physically and mentally feel right now,
- 8:39:31Speaker 2: how your mind feels. It feels so nice to just
- 8:39:42Speaker 2: let go, to give yourself some space to breathe easily,
- 8:39:52Speaker 2: to think calmly, just to take break from all that
- 8:40:03Speaker 2: pointless worry concerns about things that you don't need to
- 8:40:09Speaker 2: think about right now, because this is your time to
- 8:40:20Speaker 2: let go. This is your space to enjoy feeling deeply relaxed,
- 8:40:31Speaker 2: peaceful in your mind, relaxed in your body. I can
- 8:40:39Speaker 2: feel so good, so nice to just not have to
- 8:40:48Speaker 2: do anything, to be able to really enjoy that serenity
- 8:41:00Speaker 2: that comes and let him go completely, that peacefulness that
- 8:41:07Speaker 2: comes with in this peaceful space. And you can keep
- 8:41:26Speaker 2: this sense of calmness through the longs you choose he
- 8:41:39Speaker 2: choose to drift off into a deep, healing, natural sleep,
- 8:41:47Speaker 2: then you can do that. It's completely up to you
- 8:41:59Speaker 2: can keep this feeling of calmness physically in your mind.
- 8:42:06Speaker 2: It's long which you choose to feel completely relaxed, completely relax.
- 8:42:24Speaker 2: And I'd like you to make up your mind that
- 8:42:29Speaker 2: you go to relax.
- 8:42:39Speaker 7: I want to explore that with you.
- 8:42:41Speaker 9: What it feels like when you actually.
- 8:42:45Speaker 2: Decide that you're going to relax, not forcing yourself, but
- 8:42:52Speaker 2: giving yourself that.
- 8:42:57Speaker 7: Yes, it is a command with isn't it When you're.
- 8:42:59Speaker 2: Telling yourself relax in a gentle but firm way, that
- 8:43:09Speaker 2: only you can really tell yourself in that way. You
- 8:43:15Speaker 2: can't really have someone else say to you.
- 8:43:16Speaker 7: And now relax, relax.
- 8:43:20Speaker 3: You know.
- 8:43:22Speaker 2: It needs to be gentle, but you can't. Someone else
- 8:43:24Speaker 2: can't really have the same the same kind of influence
- 8:43:34Speaker 2: or power that you have over your own physicality, over
- 8:43:42Speaker 2: how you feel, because when you say it to yourself
- 8:43:52Speaker 2: it means more. It's personal, and your brain, your unconscious mind,
- 8:44:01Speaker 2: and your body listens to what you say. So, for example,
- 8:44:08Speaker 2: we'll test it out and do your test, few your
- 8:44:12Speaker 2: tests along the way, and you can get more of
- 8:44:15Speaker 2: an idea of the force, a positive force you can
- 8:44:22Speaker 2: have in creating a sense of comfort and relaxation in
- 8:44:30Speaker 2: your body and your mind quite quickly, just by you
- 8:44:37Speaker 2: telling yourself to rex. So I'm going to start by's
- 8:44:48Speaker 2: focus on your hands. So focus on your hands. Just
- 8:44:54Speaker 2: tell your hands to relax. Just say relax. As you
- 8:45:01Speaker 2: focus on your hands, you could say my hands are relaxed,
- 8:45:08Speaker 2: or I want my hands to relax. I think if
- 8:45:12Speaker 2: you actually do it directly by focusing and imagining that
- 8:45:19Speaker 2: your hands, can you hear what you're saying. You know
- 8:45:23Speaker 2: they've got little ears to the little head. So talking
- 8:45:29Speaker 2: to your hands, just say relax. Mad to see your
- 8:45:46Speaker 2: hands start to relax. Focus on your eyes and tell
- 8:46:01Speaker 2: your eyes to relax. You just saying the same word relax,
- 8:46:08Speaker 2: and find the right tone for you. You know, I
- 8:46:15Speaker 2: might say relax, but you you might say relax or relax.
- 8:46:25Speaker 7: You know, you might say it.
- 8:46:26Speaker 2: Differently to yourself, and that's important for you to gauge
- 8:46:34Speaker 2: what feels right for you. To just tell your eyes
- 8:46:41Speaker 2: to relax, whilst focusing on your eyes, your eyelids, the
- 8:46:45Speaker 2: muscles around your eyes, your eyebrows, and just tell your
- 8:46:51Speaker 2: eyes directly relax. Now. I just did that myself, and
- 8:47:33Speaker 2: sometimes you may feel that you need a bit more
- 8:47:36Speaker 2: time for the different parts to relax. You know, because
- 8:47:42Speaker 2: I start talking again, and maybe that part has relaxed fully.
- 8:47:48Speaker 2: But what happened is that will just continue to relax
- 8:47:51Speaker 2: even don't talk. Let's happen with my eyes something else.
- 8:47:58Speaker 2: I noticed this when I started focusing on my eyes,
- 8:48:03Speaker 2: that actually almost became they got worse before they got
- 8:48:07Speaker 2: better in a way. So I felt a degree of
- 8:48:10Speaker 2: tension growing in my eyes.
- 8:48:13Speaker 9: And then disappearing.
- 8:48:16Speaker 2: So I think what that was really was just me
- 8:48:19Speaker 2: becoming more aware of the tension that was already there
- 8:48:26Speaker 2: that I wasn't. I wasn't focused on it before, so
- 8:48:30Speaker 2: I wasn't really acknowledging it more really conscious to those feelings. Yeah,
- 8:48:49Speaker 2: my eyes still continuing to relax, as well as my hands. Actually,
- 8:48:57Speaker 2: my hands have got a certain kind of energy, like
- 8:49:03Speaker 2: not buzzing, but like kind of fear, a degree of
- 8:49:08Speaker 2: energy in my hands. Maybe that's where the tension has
- 8:49:14Speaker 2: been released. Maybe that's called in there.
- 8:49:25Speaker 7: The next part.
- 8:49:26Speaker 2: I think we should focus on the back.
- 8:49:28Speaker 25: Of the neck.
- 8:49:29Speaker 2: That's the part is quite often well for me holds tension.
- 8:49:34Speaker 2: I don't know about for yourself, but I think it's
- 8:49:37Speaker 2: quite a standard place where tension is sometimes held. So
- 8:49:45Speaker 2: and I'm doing exactly what you're doing as you do
- 8:49:49Speaker 2: it as well, So I'm telling my body parts to
- 8:49:52Speaker 2: relax as well. So if you tell your neck, the
- 8:49:56Speaker 2: back of your.
- 8:49:56Speaker 7: Neck, focus on the back of your neck and just say.
- 8:50:02Speaker 2: Relax, and your write words in your own tone, in
- 8:50:07Speaker 2: your own voice. You can say out loud, and you
- 8:50:09Speaker 2: can just say to yourself internally, but you're focusing it
- 8:50:15Speaker 2: and you're saying it literally to the.
- 8:50:18Speaker 26: Back of your lick, as if the bacon your lick
- 8:50:21Speaker 26: can actually hear what you're saying. So do that now
- 8:50:28Speaker 26: to say relax, to back your lick, and I'll do
- 8:50:33Speaker 26: the same.
- 8:51:12Speaker 12: Then what I noticed in may have.
- 8:51:15Speaker 9: Had similarly.
- 8:51:17Speaker 2: Is even though I was focusing on the back of
- 8:51:20Speaker 2: my neck, other parts started to and I showed themselves
- 8:51:32Speaker 2: to me, or maybe because they want to be relaxed
- 8:51:35Speaker 2: as well. But I started noticing the feelings and my
- 8:51:39Speaker 2: shoulders at tension, and my shoulders and in my upper back.
- 8:51:46Speaker 26: Whether that was because my back of my neck was
- 8:51:50Speaker 26: saying I'm pretty much okay, it's the other parts to
- 8:51:56Speaker 26: need attention, but my load, my back of my neck
- 8:52:05Speaker 26: is still relaxing. But I just became aware of other
- 8:52:10Speaker 26: parts that needed attention. Now this might happen, it's not.
- 8:52:19Speaker 7: It doesn't mean that it's going wrong.
- 8:52:21Speaker 2: It just means you're being notified with more places that
- 8:52:28Speaker 2: also want to feel relaxed. So I'm going to focus
- 8:52:34Speaker 2: on my other back. So you can do the same,
- 8:52:40Speaker 2: even if you don't have any feelings of attension that
- 8:52:45Speaker 2: were obvious in your own baby, you just focus on
- 8:52:49Speaker 2: your back and the whole area from the shoulder blades
- 8:52:55Speaker 2: down to the middle of your back and the spy
- 8:53:01Speaker 2: me's all the shoulder plates. Yeah, that's the parts that
- 8:53:10Speaker 2: really given me that not needs relax in the souls
- 8:53:20Speaker 2: can ask that one's relax and you can do the same. Now,
- 8:53:35Speaker 2: relax on the bank. Something strange happened there that this
- 8:53:53Speaker 2: often happens.
- 8:53:54Speaker 25: I've been doing this.
- 8:53:57Speaker 2: For sixteen years or something, and often I'm wasn't surprised
- 8:54:04Speaker 2: but amazed really that there can be a feeling.
- 8:54:11Speaker 26: So when I was focusing on the back of my neck,
- 8:54:15Speaker 26: my our back was starting to feel quite stressed and
- 8:54:19Speaker 26: in need of attention. As soon as I started talking
- 8:54:25Speaker 26: to you about my upper back and talking about, you know,
- 8:54:31Speaker 26: getting ready to ask.
- 8:54:32Speaker 2: The upper back to relax when the back already started
- 8:54:37Speaker 2: to relax. It's almost as if it doesn't need to
- 8:54:43Speaker 2: hear the words, just needs the attention, just needs to
- 8:54:52Speaker 2: be noticed. That is something that often happens in this
- 8:55:07Speaker 2: type of situation is when you start to relax a
- 8:55:14Speaker 2: couple of parts of your body, as we've done with
- 8:55:18Speaker 2: our hands and eyes and my lids, and now back
- 8:55:25Speaker 2: of the deck, top of the back, up the back,
- 8:55:34Speaker 2: the rest of the body seems to just take notice
- 8:55:41Speaker 2: and decide in its own way to start relaxing. Other
- 8:55:49Speaker 2: parts of your body start.
- 8:55:52Speaker 27: To just.
- 8:55:54Speaker 2: Become looser.
- 8:56:00Speaker 25: I lose.
- 8:56:00Speaker 7: It's kind of like a bit of an avalanche.
- 8:56:02Speaker 2: You know.
- 8:56:04Speaker 26: The little ball starts rolling before you know, the whole
- 8:56:08Speaker 26: of your body is completely relaxed.
- 8:56:10Speaker 2: And if you focus on your face, you focus on
- 8:56:27Speaker 2: your eyes, your eyelids, your eyebrows, the muscles.
- 8:56:36Speaker 15: Around your eyes.
- 8:56:42Speaker 2: Maybe you start to notice that your forehead is more
- 8:56:46Speaker 2: relaxed than it was. Maybe your face is more relaxed.
- 8:56:54Speaker 2: I would say, my entire face is a lot more
- 8:56:58Speaker 2: relaxed than it was. So I'm going to focus now
- 8:57:12Speaker 2: on your shoulders again, just like before. Just tell your
- 8:57:19Speaker 2: shoulders you can't do them. In digity, you can do
- 8:57:23Speaker 2: quite a shoulder that shoulder. I just don't do both
- 8:57:28Speaker 2: at the same time.
- 8:57:31Speaker 26: Just tell your shoulders actually focus on the in your mind,
- 8:57:36Speaker 26: focus on that you feel.
- 8:57:38Speaker 2: Maybe you can see them in your minds on Just
- 8:57:46Speaker 2: tell your shoulders to relax as nice as they were backs.
- 8:58:41Speaker 2: But did you notice, especially with my bank, is the
- 8:58:50Speaker 2: connection between different parts the bank, shoulders the back being
- 8:59:02Speaker 2: more connected. Being such a large part of your body,
- 8:59:09Speaker 2: it's always hard to.
- 8:59:11Speaker 26: Separate them from each other. My lower back is starting
- 8:59:19Speaker 26: to relax on the same.
- 8:59:27Speaker 25: Maybe you're going.
- 8:59:27Speaker 2: Too slowly, and that could be an issue because we
- 8:59:34Speaker 2: will go at different speeds. And the idea of the
- 8:59:40Speaker 2: beginning of this recording was for you to be able
- 8:59:43Speaker 2: to just say to yourself, relax without focusing on any
- 8:59:59Speaker 2: particular p hearts of your body. Because when you know
- 9:00:04Speaker 2: that telling your hands.
- 9:00:09Speaker 7: To relax.
- 9:00:13Speaker 2: And your head to relax, let me tell your eyelids
- 9:00:21Speaker 2: your eyes and muscles are around your eyes and your
- 9:00:26Speaker 2: eyebrows to relax.
- 9:00:33Speaker 7: And they relax.
- 9:00:39Speaker 2: Till the back of your neck.
- 9:00:45Speaker 26: To relax and relaxes, so your up back two legs.
- 9:01:18Speaker 26: The less.
- 9:01:27Speaker 2: You tell your shoulders two legs, favorite les.
- 9:02:06Speaker 7: Told your hands to relax, they relaxed.
- 9:02:10Speaker 2: They continued to relax. You told your eyelids, the muscles
- 9:02:24Speaker 2: around your eyes, your eyebrows, to relax. They relaxed and
- 9:02:37Speaker 2: to relax. When you told the back of your neck
- 9:02:47Speaker 2: like you saw the back of your neck, told it
- 9:02:53Speaker 2: to relax. They relaxed and continued to relax. And he
- 9:03:13Speaker 2: told you up back to relax. I relaxed and continued
- 9:03:26Speaker 2: to legs. That's where your shoulders. Told your shoulders to relax.
- 9:03:41Speaker 2: You shoulders relaxed.
- 9:03:52Speaker 25: To relax.
- 9:03:59Speaker 7: And it's not just stand.
- 9:04:03Speaker 26: It's that the rest of your body has also enlistened,
- 9:04:12Speaker 26: and their relaxation has been spread in.
- 9:04:18Speaker 2: Your eyes. The relaxation spread your forehead, around your face,
- 9:04:26Speaker 2: into your skin, into your jaw, into the lost sides
- 9:04:40Speaker 2: of the name with down chest and stuff relaxed hands
- 9:04:53Speaker 2: and shoulders.
- 9:04:56Speaker 26: It tap through your mouths, eggs, four arms, show up,
- 9:05:05Speaker 26: arms and bas relists.
- 9:05:11Speaker 25: Let you.
- 9:05:20Speaker 28: A bagats, but exploy. Just start to eggs.
- 9:05:34Speaker 2: Comfort spreading through your eggs.
- 9:05:43Speaker 25: Way down to your.
- 9:05:45Speaker 2: Ankles, the tops of your feet.
- 9:05:54Speaker 7: The sight of your feet, the bottoms of your feet.
- 9:06:03Speaker 2: Let times tar relaxing, and as your putty relaxes, b
- 9:06:37Speaker 2: to white cowls slow.
- 9:06:51Speaker 3: Pace.
- 9:07:03Speaker 2: If jeess fool, say.
- 9:07:14Speaker 25: E say.
- 9:07:21Speaker 29: He said, do it the way because it's nothing going
- 9:07:31Speaker 29: on to pray space what a tenous two mines accudation
- 9:08:19Speaker 29: to me body? You relaxing?
- 9:08:22Speaker 2: The word.
- 9:08:24Speaker 26: You say to yourself relax, I see that I need
- 9:08:38Speaker 26: the fucus.
- 9:08:39Speaker 2: Just one cat.
- 9:08:42Speaker 26: You just find your soul even to my body, say
- 9:08:55Speaker 26: a word good things MS, sensations of comfort, spreading body
- 9:09:32Speaker 26: saying com every month to your body.
- 9:09:46Speaker 12: Eas just.
- 9:10:12Speaker 2: Tell yourself starting out the twenty nineteen eighteen.
- 9:11:22Speaker 26: Seven sixteen four thirty.
- 9:13:22Speaker 30: Wells us.
- 9:17:48Speaker 25: Eight us us up.
- 9:24:41Speaker 7: One seven shut down ten to one.
- 9:25:00Speaker 2: Ten nine.
- 9:25:04Speaker 7: Eight seven.
- 9:25:10Speaker 2: Six five four three two one.
- 9:25:31Speaker 7: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 9:25:34Speaker 7: to relax.
- 9:25:36Speaker 2: Maybe it's a too fast for you to notice the
- 9:25:42Speaker 2: calming of your body, maybe even a little bit of pressure.
- 9:25:49Speaker 7: They're like, you're counting down from ten to one.
- 9:25:53Speaker 2: What do you expect me to do?
- 9:25:55Speaker 3: Man?
- 9:25:56Speaker 2: Expect me to stick go with floppy just because you're
- 9:26:00Speaker 2: out and down.
- 9:26:05Speaker 31: H If you try it again, but this time, I'll go.
- 9:26:09Speaker 2: This slower.
- 9:26:12Speaker 7: This time, and you focus on the whole of your
- 9:26:17Speaker 7: body before we focus on your legs. Just notice how
- 9:26:26Speaker 7: your body does start to feel more relaxed.
- 9:26:39Speaker 2: Every number that I count down ten nine, eight, seven, six,
- 9:27:21Speaker 2: five four three.
- 9:28:15Speaker 7: One, I just notice how how you feel, generally, how
- 9:28:32Speaker 7: your body feels.
- 9:28:39Speaker 27: It's not necessarily even about counting down from ten to one.
- 9:28:51Speaker 27: It's that space that you have, that space between being active.
- 9:29:10Speaker 2: Physically or mentally.
- 9:29:12Speaker 32: It's just.
- 9:29:18Speaker 7: Sitting or lying down, just being there, not doing anything,
- 9:29:23Speaker 7: not saying anything.
- 9:29:25Speaker 2: Or in deed and to think about anything.
- 9:29:30Speaker 27: So it it opens up a space, you know, a
- 9:29:33Speaker 27: bit of a space, the gap.
- 9:29:42Speaker 2: And the more I camped.
- 9:29:44Speaker 26: Down for the tental time, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 9:29:52Speaker 27: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort and relaxation.
- 9:30:04Speaker 27: It's a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or
- 9:30:17Speaker 27: discomforts physically or emotionally moves.
- 9:30:23Speaker 25: Oh way.
- 9:30:30Speaker 2: Allows you.
- 9:30:34Speaker 33: To just.
- 9:30:37Speaker 7: Slow down, someone to count.
- 9:30:42Speaker 27: Again from ten down to one, and notice that gap widening.
- 9:30:51Speaker 25: The gap.
- 9:30:53Speaker 7: And as it widens, it's almost like that the stress
- 9:30:58Speaker 7: and attention.
- 9:31:00Speaker 2: Almost into the cab gives you that distance, that space.
- 9:31:21Speaker 25: Now ten.
- 9:31:31Speaker 7: Nine eight, seven, six, five.
- 9:32:22Speaker 2: Four three.
- 9:33:15Speaker 32: One.
- 9:33:28Speaker 33: How did you want?
- 9:33:30Speaker 2: What do you feel.
- 9:33:34Speaker 32: Now?
- 9:33:46Speaker 7: Can you notice do you feeling calm?
- 9:33:58Speaker 25: Do you feel.
- 9:34:02Speaker 2: Relaxed.
- 9:34:25Speaker 25: We now focus on relx. That's relix.
- 9:34:46Speaker 31: You're just gonna start with focusing on the figs. Of course,
- 9:35:06Speaker 31: it's not the most exciting thing to be done, because.
- 9:35:14Speaker 25: I'm sure like most of your body is not not
- 9:35:17Speaker 25: going on right now.
