The Epstein Files Become Maxwell’s New Weapon (6/26/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
0:03
Epstein Chronicles. Ghlainne Maxwell wants us to believe that the
0:08
release of the Epstein files somehow proves that she was
0:12
unfairly tried. That's the new fairy tale. It's the latest
0:16
insult to every survivor, every witness, every person who watched
0:20
this rotten machine operate in plain sight for decades while
0:23
the powerful pretended not to notice. And honestly, on what
0:28
fucking planet does this woman live? Because here on Earth,
0:31
in the real world, the facts still matter, and where
0:34
memory has not been white clean by a team of
0:36
lawyers in public relations parasites. Glenn Maxwell was not some
0:40
innocent woman swept up in misunderstanding. She wasn't a bystander.
0:45
She's not collateral damage. She's not the victim of a
0:48
justice system looking for a scapegoat. She was convicted because
0:52
the evidence showed she helped Jeffrey Epstein build, maintain, and
0:56
feed a trafficking operation that preyed on young women and girls.
1:00
And now she wants to slither back into the spotlight
1:02
and say, look, the Epstein files prove I was treated unfairly. No,
1:07
they don't. They prove the opposite. They prove the circle
1:11
was bigger, they prove more people should have been dragged
1:14
into court. They prove the system fail to go far enough.
1:18
But they don't magically cleanse Glenn Maxwell of what she did.
1:22
That's the con that's the trick. She wants to take
1:25
the publics justified anger over the people who escaped accountability
1:29
and twist it into sympathy for herself. She wants to say,
1:32
because others were protected, I must have been railroaded. No,
1:37
because others were protected, the case against her becomes even
1:40
more disgusting, not less, because others got away. Her conviction
1:45
is not proof of injustice against her, it's proof of
1:48
how little justice was actually delivered. This is what Maxwell
1:53
has always done. She hides behind powerful men, behind family names,
1:57
behind social status, behind technicalities, behind delays, behind appeals, behind
2:04
everything that keeps her from having to stare directly at
2:06
the wreckage that she helped create. She wants to recast
2:10
herself as the fall woman, the convenient target, the one
2:13
person made to pay for epstein sins. But that narrative
2:17
is trash, absolute trash. She wasn't some secretary who accidentally
2:23
answered the wrong phone call. She wasn't some socialite who
2:26
wandered into the wrong mansion and had no idea what
2:29
was happening around her. She was there, she was involved,
2:32
She was named by survivors, she was convicted by a jury.
2:38
And after all of that, after all the testimony, after
2:41
all the pain, after all the years of survivors being ignored, smeared, doubted,
2:46
and dragged through hell, she still has the nerve to
2:50
act like she's the one who was wronged. The release
2:53
of more Epstein material does not make Maxwell innocent. It
2:56
makes the whole thing uglier. It makes the unanswered questions louder.
3:00
It makes the protection of Epstein's associates more obscene. It
3:04
shows a system that had every opportunity to dig deeper,
3:07
charge harder, and expose more, but instead move like it
3:11
was walking through what ce men. That's the scandal, not
3:15
that glam Maxwell's in prison. The scandal is that she's
3:18
one of the only ones there. The scandal is that
3:22
the people around Epstein had money power, influence, lawyers, banks, universities, politicians,
3:27
royalty and intelligence adjacent weirdness orbiting this entire operation, and
3:33
somehow the final body count of accountability remains pathetically small.
3:38
That doesn't make Maxwell martyr. It makes her one of
3:41
the few people who finally ran out of places to hide.
3:44
And let's be clear about something else. Every time Maxwell
3:48
tries this garbage, every time she tries to rewrite herself
3:51
into some tragic figure, she's asking the public to forget
3:55
the survivors. She's asking the people to forget the girls
3:58
who were recruited. Forget the manipulation, Forget the grooming, Forget
4:02
the massages that were not really massages. Forget the homes,
4:06
the flights, the money, the instructions, the normalization of abuse,
4:11
the way Epstein's world turned exploitation into routine. She wants
4:16
the conversation to become procedural. She wants it to become technical.
4:20
She wants everyone arguing about files and fairness and legal
4:24
theories while the human beings at the center of this
4:27
are pushed out of the frame. Again, that shit's not accidental, folks.
4:31
That is her whole strategy. Because Maxwell's best hope has
4:34
never been innocence. Her best hope has always been exhaustion.
4:39
Exhaust the courts, they exhaust, the public exhausts, the media
4:43
exhausts the survivors. Keep filing, Keep spinning, keep suggesting there
4:48
is some hidden angle, some buried contradiction, some massive injustice
4:53
that will suddenly make the whole world say, oh, poor Glaine.
4:57
But no one with a functioning brain is buying it.
5:00
The Epstein files do not redeem her. They damn the
5:03
entire ecosystem around her. They show how many people failed,
5:07
how many people looked away, how many people benefited from silence,
5:12
and how many institutions treated Epstein like a problem to
5:14
be managed instead of a predator to be stopped. So
5:19
spare us the wounded prisoner routine. Spare us the persecution fantasy.
5:23
Spare us the idea that Cline Maxwell was railroaded because
5:27
the files showed that Epstein's world was bigger than the
5:29
case presented at trial. That's not exoneration. That's an indictment
5:34
of everyone else who was still not answered for their role.
5:38
Maxwell doesn't get to use the failures of the justice
5:40
system as a ladder out of her cell. She doesn't
5:44
get the point to the uncharged and say, see, I
5:46
should be free. The correct response is to not let
5:50
her out. The correct response is to ask why she
5:54
has so few neighbors. Glayne Maxwell can dress this up
5:58
however she wants. Can call it unfair, she can call
6:01
it selective, she can call it proof the government got
6:04
it wrong. But the truth is simpler and much uglier.
6:08
She helped Jeffrey Epstein, She served the machine, she protected
6:12
the world they built, and now, after years of denial
6:15
and deflection, she wants to crawl out from underneath her
6:18
own conviction by exploiting the public's hunger for the full truth.
6:22
And that's just another con from a woman who spent
6:24
her life surviving through proximity to power. So no, the
6:28
Epstein files don't prove Glenn Maxwell was unfairly treated. They
6:33
prove the story is bigger. They prove the rot runs deeper.
6:37
They prove that the powerful still have questions to answer.
6:40
But they do not erase her crimes. They don't erase
6:43
the testimony, and they damn sure don't transform her into
6:46
a victim. Glayne Maxwell is exactly where she belongs. The
6:50
problem is not that she's in prison. The problem is
6:54
that far too many others are not. Today's article is
6:58
from The Independent, and the headline Glean Maxwell claims Epstein
7:03
files prove her conviction was unfair as she fights to
7:06
overturn the twenty year sentence. This article was authored by
7:09
Jonathan Stemple. Glaine Maxwell argued in a new court filing
7:15
that recently released documents connected to Jeffrey Epstein's case contain
7:19
evidence that her rights were violated before she was convicted
7:23
and sentenced to twenty years in prison for her role
7:26
in helping Epstein sexually abuse under age girls. Maxwell sixty four,
7:31
is challenging her December twenty twenty one conviction and sentence
7:35
in Manhattan Federal Court, where she's seeking a rid of
7:38
habeas corpus, a legal request asking the court to review
7:42
whether her imprisonment is unlawful. Federal prosecutors have argued that
7:46
her latest claims are either without merit or or filed
7:50
too late. While they're without merit for sure. As I
7:54
just mentioned in the opening, she's trying to use this
7:57
whole entire situation to her benefit. She has no desire
8:02
to ever give anybody any actionable intelligence. She's never going
8:05
to help, She's never going to take responsibility for anything
8:08
she did. In an amended petition made public Wednesday, Maxwell
8:13
claimed documents released through the Epstein Files Transparency Act show
8:17
her due process rights were violated because attorneys representing Epstein's
8:21
accusers allegedly acted as the facto prosecutors and government agents. Yeah, well,
8:27
what about the jury? What did they act like? Well,
8:30
that's right, they acted like a jury of your peers
8:33
who saw your crimes and convicted you. And they can
8:38
try all the revisionist history they want. I followed the
8:41
trial as it was happening. The only leg they have
8:43
to stand on, or had to stand on, had to
8:45
do with Scotti, David. That's it. And once that was cleared,
8:51
forget it. They don't have any argument here. Maxwell pointed
8:56
to a letter from a former federal prosecutor who wrote,
8:58
I did what I could, while describing efforts to assist
9:01
lawyers for Epstein's accusers in challenging Epstein's controversial two thousand
9:06
and seven non prosecution agreement with the federal prosecutors in Florida.
9:10
The NPA that shouldn't exist, the NPA that Jeffrey Epstein
9:14
violated just about every day, So that whole NPA argument
9:18
should be null and void. The problem is that DOJ
9:21
doesn't have a set Todd Blanche doesn't want to get
9:24
rid of the non prosecution agreement because he knows that
9:27
it's protecting all these people and it's part of the
9:30
cover up, but they could easily get rid of it.
9:33
He was in violation of it, and it's wild that
9:36
nobody talks about that. And I want you to keep
9:39
focused on the things nobody talks about, because those are
9:42
the things that are going to move the case forward. No, Rico,
9:46
don't talk about this. I mean, it's crazy. It's almost
9:50
as if people don't want any kind of justice and
9:53
they just want to keep the wheels turning and burning.
9:56
And I guess if you're new to the case, that
9:58
might be something that you're interested. But for those of
10:01
us who have been around for I don't know, close
10:04
to a decade, now, the mystery is worn off. This
10:07
is no longer a case to dive into and find
10:10
out who was involved. We have a bunch of names,
10:12
we know a bunch of people, and nothing has been done.
10:15
So now my focus is on the people that refuse
10:18
to follow these leads, and that, of course is the
10:22
dj the current administration and all the administrations that came previously.
10:28
They're the ones that are at faultier and it's time
10:30
that they're held accountable. And if anyone can be held accountable.
10:34
It should be the people that were in these positions
10:37
that were supposed to safeguard us from people like this,
10:41
but instead they worked up with them. They work to
10:44
get them off and for what she is relying in
10:48
part on millions of pages of documents released under the
10:51
federal Epstein Files law, signed by President Donald Trump in November,
10:55
after receiving broad congressional support. US District Judge Paul M.
11:00
Kill me myyer is overseeing Maxwell's case and will review
11:03
the petition. You know, folks, at this point, I wouldn't
11:05
even be shocked to see Maxwell get out like this
11:08
whole entire thing has become such a circus that I
11:11
wouldn't be shocked. Manhattan US attorney J Clayton, whose office
11:16
prosecuted Maxwell, argued that her claim should be dismissed. In
11:20
a filing made public Wednesday. Clayton said many of Maxwell's
11:23
arguments were submitted after legal deadlines, while others were speculative, inaccurate,
11:28
or failed to show that her trial was unfair. In short,
11:32
the defendant, for multiple independent reasons, utterly fails to carry
11:36
her burden to overturn her proper conviction and just sentence,
11:40
Clayton wrote, and look, I wish I could sit here
11:43
and tell you that she's not going to have it overturned.
11:46
But with the way things are going and with how
11:48
much corruption we see, I can't be certain of anything.
11:52
A spokesperson for some attorneys representing Epstein's accusers did not
11:56
immediately comment. Maxwell is representing herself as she seeks to
12:00
overturn her conviction on five charges involving allegations that she
12:04
recruited and groomed under age girls for Epstein between ninety
12:08
four and two thousand four. Her previous appeal focused heavily
12:13
on Epstein's non prosecution agreement, which resulted in his two
12:16
thousand and eight guilty plea to a Florida state prostitution charge.
12:21
Epstein served thirteen months in jail, a sentence that was
12:24
later widely criticized as too lenient. The US Supreme Court
12:28
rejected Maxwell's appeal in October, as they should have the
12:32
appeal's garbage, her basis is garbage, and she should never
12:35
get out of prison ever again. In her latest filing,
12:40
Maxwell accused prosecutors of failing to investigate witnesses and evidence.
12:45
She cited their decision not to interview Leslie Wexner, the
12:48
billionaire founder of el Brands, which owns Victoria's Secret, who
12:52
hired Epstein to manage his finances by design, Maxwell, they
12:56
could have, they would have had to go Rico though.
12:58
If they go after one person, they have to go
13:00
after everybody. They knew that. That's why they didn't do it.
13:04
Wexner eighty eight told Congress in February that he ended
13:07
his relationship with Epstein in two thousand and seven and
13:10
had no knowledge of Epstein's criminal conduct. Nobody ever saw anything.
13:15
The smartest people in the room, all of a sudden,
13:18
are pretty fucking dumb. Maxwell argued in newly released documents
13:23
showed prosecutors failed to conduct any real investigation of their own,
13:27
leading to what she described as misleading information presented to
13:31
judges and jurors talk about revisionist history. Her petition also
13:36
raised other claims, including alleged problems with witness testimony and
13:40
accusations that evidence was and properly withheld. I'm sure all
13:45
of that's going to go great for her. I'm sure
13:47
Maxwell is just going to you know, Walt's on out
13:49
of jail. Huh. She doesn't have the evidence to back
13:54
up what she's saying. So when I say that she
13:56
might get out, it's not because of that. It's because
13:59
of the corruption that we and I fear that because
14:03
of that corruption, we're never going to get to the
14:05
bottom of this. A federal judge delayed the public release
14:13
of portions of Maxwell's amended petition so prosecutors could redact
14:17
information intended to protect the identities of Epstein's victims. Epstein
14:22
died at age sixty six in a Manhattan jel cell
14:25
in August twenty nineteen, five weeks after being arrested on
14:28
federal sex trafficking charges. The New York City Medical Examiner
14:32
ruled his death a suicide. Maxwell is currently serving her
14:36
sentence at a minimum security federal prison in Brian, Texas.
14:41
She's eligible for release in July of twenty thirty seven,
14:44
when she will be seventy five. Seventy five, Huh should
14:48
be seven hundred and fifty that's how long she should
14:50
be in prison for. Forget until she's seventy five. That's
14:54
too soon for the crime she committed. Yeah, prison forever.
14:59
I wish I could say and tell you though, that
15:00
I'm confident that that'll happen, and that she's not gonna
15:03
get pardoned or something else is not gonna pop up.
15:07
We all know that she has a favorite status when
15:09
it comes to baby Billy Blanche, and if he gets
15:12
nominated and passed through as the Attorney General, who knows
15:16
what kind of favorable treatment she's gonna get. So we'll
15:19
have to see where it all goes and what happens.
15:21
But I don't think the Supreme Court is going to
15:25
give any kind of consideration to Glane Maxwell's claims. However,
15:30
the administration that's a whole last different story. All the
