Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / Mega Edition: The Competing Narratives Surrounding Epstein's Jail House "Incident" (6/10/26)

- 0:01Speaker 1: From Spotify. The lot about how did Jeffrey Epstein die?
- 0:05Did he kill himself? Was he murdered? What the hell
- 0:10happened in that jail cell? Unfortunately, we don't know, and
- 0:16that is just the truth of the matter. Anybody who
- 0:19says they know for sure what occurred in that jail
- 0:22cell the night Jeffrey Epstein died is bessing with you, unless,
- 0:26of course they were there, and we don't know who
- 0:31was there, right, we don't know anything about that night.
- 0:34Oh sure, we have the official narrative. We have the
- 0:38official story given to us by the federal government and
- 0:42the Department of Corrections and all of their surrogates. But
- 0:47the question is do you believe that? Do you really
- 0:52believe that all of these things just happened to occur
- 0:56all at the time that Jeffrey Epstein was going to die,
- 1:00or leading up to his death, just a perfect storm
- 1:03happened to arrive right over Jeffrey Epstein. Huh, right when
- 1:07they were about to put the screws to him. Yeah,
- 1:11it's just a coincidence. I mean, it's obvious what happened here.
- 1:14He just killed himself. Anyone asking any other questions is
- 1:17just a conspiracy. Theorist. Jeez. Meanwhile, back in reality, anybody
- 1:25with any sense in their head is asking the question,
- 1:28what the fuck happened in that jail cell? Leading up
- 1:36to Jeffrey Epstein's death, there was another incident in a
- 1:41jail cell with Nicholas Tartaglioni, an ex cop who's under
- 1:48suspicion for four homicides. That's the guy they put into
- 1:54the cell with Jeffrey Epstein. Of all of the hundreds
- 1:57and hundreds and hundreds of other inmates that could have
- 1:59been in the cell with Jeffrey Epstein, they put Nicholas Dartaglioni,
- 2:05who's facing a life sentence, who is so bowed about
- 2:10it that he killed a cartel operator, Martin Luna, allegedly.
- 2:17And you think that's the right guy to put in
- 2:19a cell with Jeffrey Epstein. Who made that decision? Are
- 2:25they still working for the prison system? Why shouldn't that
- 2:30person be fired? Isn't that a terrible, terrible display of
- 2:36your ability to do your job right up front for
- 2:40everybody to see. You know, if you're bad at your job,
- 2:45you usually lose it, unless, of course, you work for
- 2:49the federal government. Then it's Okay, it's like being a priest.
- 2:53Right when you work for the federal government, you could
- 2:55do whatever the fuck you want. They'll just shuffle you around,
- 2:57just like these nasty ass, gross ass to disgusting ass priests.
- 3:03All of these bureaucracies are trash in my opinion, be
- 3:06it the prison system, the federal government, your local church,
- 3:11whatever it is, all of these bureaucracies are corrupt. And
- 3:17the fact that the people who were at MCC running
- 3:21the whole entire shin dig running the whole entire shit
- 3:24show still have jobs is just mind boggling to me.
- 3:30But I guess you know, there's no expected accountability by
- 3:34those who hold these positions. I guess it's just we
- 3:37should just not expect them to do the right thing
- 3:40to just we should expect it to be a shit show,
- 3:43is basically what they're telling us, when in reality, we
- 3:47pump hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars
- 3:51into this shit as taxpayers, and we get no return
- 3:54on our investment, shit return on our investment. There should
- 4:00be no place and no time where somebody like Jeffrey
- 4:04Epstein sharing the cell with somebody like Nicholas Tartaglioni. Why
- 4:08didn't you put Tartaglioni in the cell with El Choppo?
- 4:14Why is he in there with Jeffrey Epstein? People like
- 4:19Epstein are the number one target on prison yards. Tartaglioni's
- 4:24face in four life sentences, perhaps the death penalty, and
- 4:29you think he has any regard for Jeffrey Epstein's welfare?
- 4:33What I mean? It takes a whole lot of suspending
- 4:40your sensibilities to believe it's a good idea to put
- 4:43Tartaglioni in a jail cell with Jeffrey Epstein. Now, look,
- 4:48even if he didn't do it right, even if he
- 4:51didn't assault Jeffrey Epstein the first go around when they
- 4:54were cell mates, the decision alan to put him in
- 4:58there and have the chance for it to happen is
- 5:03enough to fire people. This isn't a game. What do
- 5:08you think this is some sort of gladiatorial combat. I'm
- 5:11gonna put inmates in with each other and see what happens,
- 5:14some sort of sociology experiment. Even the worst of the
- 5:19worst amongst us needs to be safeguarded when they're in prison,
- 5:22so they could see trial now after trial on the
- 5:25other hand, Hey, it's a doggy dog world in prison, folks.
- 5:29I've told you one hundred million times, you don't want
- 5:31to deal with going to prison. You don't want to
- 5:33deal with these sick fucking people that are in there.
- 5:36Don't break the law, don't be an asshole. And these people,
- 5:43especially these rich people that break the law then cry
- 5:46all of these crocodile tears that they're going to jail,
- 5:49that they're going to prison. I have no sympathy for you.
- 5:52Your commissary is gonna be full, your books are gonna
- 5:55be full, You're gonna have a nice spread inside of
- 5:57your cell. What about the rest of the people that
- 6:02are in prison, the normal folk like us, Those are
- 6:06the people I'm concerned with in prison, folks, those are
- 6:09the people who I want to see shit change. For
- 6:14people like Glainne Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein that cry about
- 6:18their prison terms, I don't. Honestly, I don't even care
- 6:21because I don't even feel like people like that can
- 6:23be rehabilitated. So if you're in prison serving a sentence
- 6:27on something that's non uh uh no, something that can't
- 6:32be rehabilitated, right, non fixable, then fuck I don't have
- 6:37any empathy for you at all. Hurting children, hurting women,
- 6:41you know, multiple violence, you know, murdering people. Fuck that. Sorry, bro,
- 6:46you're screwed. I don't know what to tell you. But
- 6:49even those people, even their conditions in prison, have to
- 6:52be up to a standard that is passable for living conditions.
- 7:00I'm not into the torture facilities that some of these
- 7:06places are, folks, that's really what they are, at least mentally,
- 7:10and I'm not into that shit at all. I think
- 7:12that there needs to be prison reform. I'm very firm
- 7:15about that, and I'm willing to go to the nines
- 7:20about it. In fact, because when we send people to
- 7:26prison for you know, things that they have done, mistakes
- 7:31that they have made, DUI's, you know, blue collar crime,
- 7:34whatever it might be, there needs to be rehabilitation for
- 7:38these people. Get a college degree, learn a skill something
- 7:43so that when they get released back into society they
- 7:45can be functioning members of that society. And once you
- 7:52have paid your debt to society, I also believe that
- 7:55your right to vote should be reinstated. But when it
- 8:00comes to people like Jeffrey Epstein and Gelaine Maxwell, and
- 8:05they're crying about their conditions in prison. It's just laughable
- 8:10because I look around and I see people that I know,
- 8:13people that I talk to on a regular basis, who
- 8:15have done bids, you know, serious bids too, eight ten,
- 8:19twelve years some of these people, and they tell me
- 8:22the horror stories about prison and how it is exactly
- 8:27like you hear about on these yards. Well here on
- 8:30the West coast. Anyway, if you're in prison for a
- 8:34crime against a woman, if you're in prison for a
- 8:37crime against a child, you're fucked, bro. You are not
- 8:41walking the main line. You're not gonna be GP. You're
- 8:44gonna have to you're gonna have to protect up, you're
- 8:46gonna have to go and talk to the screws, and
- 8:50you're gonna have to get moved to protective custody because
- 8:53you're not gonna make it on the line. So why
- 8:56would they think that Epstein should be in a jail
- 8:59cell with somebody who's staring at four life bids. Who's
- 9:03gonna be on the line, who's gonna walk the yard?
- 9:07And when he shows up on the yard. Now, if
- 9:09TARTAGLIONI did this, you know, the first assault, because he
- 9:13obviously didn't kill him the second well, I shouldn't even say.
- 9:15Obviously we don't know, right, we don't know, but more
- 9:18than likely had nothing to do with his death. But
- 9:20he probably assaulted him that first time. That's my working assumption.
- 9:25Why would you put that dude in to sell with
- 9:27Jeffrey Epstein? That is the question that is not being
- 9:31asked enough, and that's the question that the federal government's
- 9:34going to have to answer because people who know about
- 9:39this shit, people who understand about understand what goes on
- 9:42in the prison system. And believe me, I only understand
- 9:44a little bit, right, I've never been through it. I've
- 9:47never been to prison. I don't know the first fucking thing.
- 9:50I've never even you know what, I've never even been
- 9:52in handcuffs, to be honest with you, So I don't
- 9:55That's a world that I don't know about personally. That's
- 9:58a world I only know about from very good friends
- 10:01of mine who have not been so lucky. But when
- 10:06you hit the yard on the West Coast, somebody like Epstein,
- 10:10somebody like Maxwell, the party's over for you if you're
- 10:14in GP. And somebody like Tartaglioni, on the other hand,
- 10:18he can earn some stripes, right, he might be a cop,
- 10:21but at the same time he can earn some stripes
- 10:23with the other shot callers on the yard by assaulting
- 10:26a como. Pretty much, the only thing below an ex
- 10:30cop in prison is a ciomo and TARTAGLIONI thankfully for him.
- 10:37He's gonna end up doing his bid on the East coast, probably,
- 10:40and not on the West coast, where there are a
- 10:43lot more Mexican inmates. And considering that he clipped Diego,
- 10:50I mean Martin Luna, who was an operative for the cartel,
- 10:56he'd be in for a bad stay out west. Now
- 11:00on the East Coast, things are gonna be a little
- 11:02bit different. There's gonna be a different structure in prison.
- 11:06I'm not too sure. I really don't have any uh
- 11:09friends even who did a significant time in a New
- 11:12York State prison, so I'm not too positive. But I'm
- 11:15sure it's not gonna be a fun run for an
- 11:17next cop. But that said, at least he's not gonna
- 11:21have to deal with Lame on the yard, right, because
- 11:25I'm sure whatever cartel that Luna was operating for, probably
- 11:30Sinaloa considering where he was located. But I'm sure that
- 11:34that cartel is gonna green light Tartaglioni unless on the
- 11:40flip side. There's a lot we don't know, right, but
- 11:42this is something that could could occur. Maybe Tartaglioni was
- 11:45doing that work for the cartel. Maybe he was clipping
- 11:49Luna for the cartel. Again, we don't know. The government's
- 11:53very tight lipped in this case. But when it comes
- 11:56to Tartaglioni, it comes to his court case, I am
- 11:59watching it very very closely now, almost as closely as
- 12:02I'm watching the Epstein case. I don't know what it is, folks,
- 12:07but something here stinks real bad for me, and I
- 12:10can't get the smell out of my nose. The whole
- 12:14Tartaglioni situation, the whole entire Tartaglioni being in a jail
- 12:19cell with Jeffrey Epstein just smacks of something very, very
- 12:25very disgusting. So what we're gonna do today is we're
- 12:29gonna jump into an article about Tartaglioni, and we're gonna
- 12:35talk not talk to personally, but here from a lawyer,
- 12:39Doug Shoon, who spoke with Jeffrey Epstein right before Jeffrey
- 12:43Epstein died, and according to Doug shown they had a
- 12:47whole strategy worked out. They were ready to go to
- 12:50the nines and go to the mattresses and try and
- 12:53win this case. Doug Shoan says that Jeffrey Epstein was
- 12:57not suicidal, that Jeffrey Epstein was in good spirits, and
- 13:00that Jeffrey Epstein was ready to fight this case. And
- 13:05I just have a hard time believing that a narcissist
- 13:08like Jeffrey Epstein would kill himself before even having a fight.
- 13:13Now again, I might be wrong. Maybe he did kill himself.
- 13:17Maybe he hung himself from that bed, like everybody in
- 13:20the federal government says he did. But I don't know
- 13:24about you, but personally, I have a hard time believing
- 13:28the federal government about anything at this point. And I
- 13:31don't say that to be edgy or to be cool
- 13:34or anything like that. These are just the facts. The
- 13:39federal government has a long proven track record of bsing
- 13:43us the populace. And while some people might be acceptant
- 13:48to that, might just sit back and say, ah, you
- 13:50know that's the way, it is not me. I have
- 13:55questions for fucking everything, And to tell you the truth, folks,
- 13:59I'm not receiving an answers, and I know a lot
- 14:01of you out there are the same way. So the
- 14:06whole situation surrounding Epstein's death has always been an absolute
- 14:10shit show. We have never gotten the real story, and
- 14:15when you hear things like what Doug Shoan has to say,
- 14:18it just goes further in strengthening my belief. That's something
- 14:26I don't know what, but something real fucked up occurred
- 14:29in that jail from the time Epstein was hurt, the
- 14:34first time assaulted, tried to commit suicide, whatever, up until
- 14:37his death. There needs to be answers for that whole
- 14:41entire time period. And Doug shown the lawyer who sat
- 14:45with Epstein very close to the time of Epstein's death.
- 14:49He feels the same way. So let's jump into this
- 14:52article from the Daily Mail and let's see what they
- 14:56have to say. It was a ham but I don't
- 15:01know who killed him. Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer says his pedophile
- 15:05client was upbeat and excited about strategy to clear his name,
- 15:09but lived in fear of violent former cellmate. So this
- 15:13is Doug Shoan saying this, folks, Okay, we're not talking
- 15:15about some two bit hack lawyer. We're talking about a
- 15:18guy that's on the public scene as far as these
- 15:21sorts of cases go, somebody who's a pretty respected lawyer.
- 15:26And according to him, Epstein was scared of Tartaglione. This
- 15:33article was authored by Dan Bates. Jeffrey Epstein did not
- 15:39kill himself because he was preparing a multi layered legal
- 15:42and media strategy to fight his case. The late Pedophiles
- 15:46lawyer has claimed. David Shoon, who Epstein asked to lead
- 15:50his legal team in his final days, said he planned
- 15:53to mount legal and factual defenses to the sex trafficking
- 15:57allegations against him. So he had David Shoan come in,
- 16:01and David Shoan was about to take was about to
- 16:03take over this case, and David Shoan had a whole
- 16:07strategy worked up him and Epstein. They had a whole entire,
- 16:11you know, game plan set forth, which would probably have failed. Honestly,
- 16:16there's so much evidence that Epstein is guilty. That's not
- 16:18the point here though, right. The point is him and
- 16:21his lawyer were confident that they had a strategy put
- 16:24into place that might be feasible, right, And if it's
- 16:29somebody who was suicidal, would they be sitting down trying
- 16:33to put a strategy together. Would they be juggling their lawyers,
- 16:36would they be hiring a new lawyer to take the
- 16:38lead in the case. Doesn't sound like somebody who is
- 16:41suicidal to me. During a five hour meeting with Epstein
- 16:49nine days before his death, Shoan said Epstein was upbeat
- 16:52and excited and looking forward to clear his name, but
- 16:56Epstein was in a dangerous situation in jail, and suggested
- 16:59other prisoners we're considering blackmailing him. Look, there's there's no
- 17:04doubt that happens in jail. That happens in prison to
- 17:07the best of people. Right, you show up and it's
- 17:13open season on the fish. And if you don't have
- 17:16to handle yourself physically, right, you don't got to be
- 17:19the baddest dude in the world. But you gotta get down.
- 17:22You gotta throw down. If somebody looks up on you,
- 17:24somebody's threatening you, somebody's trying to blackmail you, somebody's pressing you.
- 17:29You need to stand up for yourself. Now. You can't
- 17:31walk in there like Billy Badass with your chest all bared,
- 17:34talking about I'm here to knock people out, because you're
- 17:37gonna get your shit pushed in, But you need to
- 17:40handle your business, shut your mouth, be a man, make
- 17:44eye contact, speak with people the correct way. But if
- 17:50you're Jeffrey Epstein and you have these charges over your head,
- 17:55none of that matters. You're automatically a piece of shit
- 17:58to these people. And the fact that Tartaglioni is acting
- 18:02like him and Epstein were gonna become friends and shit
- 18:04is laughable at best. There's zero chance. Okay, Tartaglioni, an
- 18:08ex cop now a felon for life, is gonna make
- 18:11friends with a chomo before he even hits the yard. Yeah, okay, sure,
- 18:16And all of that money that they just passed for
- 18:18infrastructure is gonna go to the American people. They would
- 18:24see him on TV inside the prison and tell Epstein's
- 18:26seventy million dollar mansion. Huh. Seoan speaks out in a
- 18:30new documentary about Epstein's death called Who Killed Jeffrey Epstein.
- 18:35The first episode began streaming online on an Investigation Discovery
- 18:38on Monday and will be well premiere on TV on
- 18:42May thirty. First. Now, this article's back from May twenty,
- 18:44remember May of twenty twenty, so this is already out.
- 18:48If you haven't watched this yet, you can check it out.
- 18:51Who Kill Jeffrey Epstein? Decent one of these little series
- 18:54that they had going on, one of many, Right, there's
- 18:57a bunch of them that they had out, So for
- 19:00those of you who might have missed those new to
- 19:01the story, go back check them out if you got
- 19:04some time looking to kill some time. Definitely worth the watch.
- 19:09The three part series questions whether or not the financier
- 19:12pedophile took his own life last August while awaiting trial
- 19:16on sex trafficking charges. As the official autopsy claimed, Epstein's
- 19:22death sparked a slew of conspiracy theories, which were bolstered
- 19:25by the apparent failures at the prison where he was
- 19:28being held. So see, I have an issue with that.
- 19:31Is it really a conspiracy theory? If there's a slew
- 19:34of issues and you have questions, why would you frame
- 19:37that as being a conspiracy theory unless you're trying to
- 19:43keep the truth from coming out. And it befuddles me
- 19:48that the legacy media would go about their business the
- 19:52same way. They're so worried about being called a conspiracist
- 19:58that they won't ask the hard questions. And that's how
- 20:01the systems set up right. The so called elite have
- 20:04it so ingrained in people not to ask questions, not
- 20:07to say this, not to say that, or you'll look
- 20:09like a fucking lunatic. If you came out and said
- 20:13you saw a UFO fifteen years ago, you were laughed
- 20:15at and called a clown, a psychopath, etc. Now the
- 20:19government itself's coming out talking about UFOs, but don't ask
- 20:23any questions. You're a fucking conspiracy theorist. It's so wild, bro.
- 20:27It is really so wild to me that they can
- 20:30get away with this shit for so long, calling people
- 20:32conspiracy theorists, this, that the other thing, while at the
- 20:35same time and the other side of their mouth firing
- 20:38off their own conspiracy theories that are only supported by
- 20:42circular reporting. It's really incredible to me to see how
- 20:51tone deaf the legacy media is. The guards at the
- 20:56Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan allegedly did not check on
- 20:59him all night and the cameras outside of his cell
- 21:02were not working. Not a conspiracy theory. Those are facts.
- 21:06Can you give me an answer for those issues? Oh
- 21:10you can't, So, how's it a conspiracy theory of It's
- 21:14I'm not coming up with all sorts of wild fucking things.
- 21:16I don't think Chewbacca and Lando Calrissian showed up there
- 21:20to kill him. But I want some answers, and the
- 21:22answers you people are giving me certainly han't fit the
- 21:25bill of what I would call solid answers. And I'm
- 21:28certainly not the only one who believes that. Okay, Julie K.
- 21:31Brown feels the same way. Is she a conspiracy theorist
- 21:37Shown is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and had been giving
- 21:40Epstein's sporadic legal advice for eleven years before his arrest
- 21:43last July. He claims that despite his vast finances, Epstein's
- 21:48legal team was in turmoil and he sought out showing
- 21:51to lead them to trial. Speaking to daily Mail dot Com,
- 21:55Shown even called Jay Lefkowitz one of Epstein's longtime lawyers.
- 22:00And I can't disagree with that. Leftowitz is a big mouth,
- 22:03a bloviating big mouth. But he did let it slip
- 22:08that Epstein was one of the first donors, one of
- 22:11the first key members to get the Clinton Global Initiative
- 22:15off the ground. Nobody likes to talk about that, right,
- 22:18They always want to talk about other things. You notice,
- 22:20these people don't ever want to talk about their boy
- 22:22Billy Clinton, especially clog wearing ass George Stepanopolis. They never
- 22:28have anything to say about good old billy boy Clinton,
- 22:31do they. But the fact of the matter is Jay
- 22:35Lefkowitz is a numbskull. Central to Epstein's legal strategy was
- 22:42that the prosecution in New York was the same as
- 22:44the one in two thousand and eight for which he
- 22:47agreed to a plea deal with federal prosecutors. So again,
- 22:51that's the rub, and it's always been the rub. It's
- 22:54always been the thorn in the side, the goddamn non
- 22:59pros execution agreement in Florida. It has thrown such a
- 23:03monkey in the wrench. And that was always the goal, right,
- 23:09get that on the books. Let's get this in the system,
- 23:13so we can use this as a defense moving forward,
- 23:16no matter what Epstein does. But guess what, it only
- 23:19protected you in Florida, all right, only for the crimes
- 23:23committed there. You sick fuck you. Now you got to
- 23:28pay the piper elsewhere, well, not you, but your estate, right,
- 23:33your reputation, and you're good friend, Galaine, You're all gonna
- 23:38pay the piper. Now aren't you there, fuck bag Epstein?
- 23:44Sean explained. Epstein asked me to take over the whole case,
- 23:47and that they discussed factual rebuttals. He said, people who
- 23:51were coming forward he'd never seen before and had nothing
- 23:54to do with. I thought he was getting killed in
- 23:56the media. When he could respond, he should at least
- 23:59explain and respond. There was a miserable failure to do so,
- 24:03and his lawyers were dysfunctional. Look, there was no way
- 24:06Epstein was ever gonna win this case in the public view. Now,
- 24:09shown's right, you have to try, But it was a
- 24:13failed strategy from the get go. Now, back then, before
- 24:17it had blown up like it had now, maybe it
- 24:19would have worked a little bit better, but not Now.
- 24:23What do I always say one and one that they
- 24:26can swat us away right, ten million of us, they're
- 24:28gonna suffocate. And that's what we've become. We've become a swarm, folks.
- 24:34I couldn't be any prouder of you people, the way
- 24:37you folks have stood tall before the wagon throughout this
- 24:39whole entire thing. Every day on this podcast, listening to
- 24:43what I have to say, tons of other content you're
- 24:46sucking down, reading books, calling your congressmen demanding change. Yeah,
- 24:52you people are the all stars. Me and the rest
- 24:55of the content creators. We just happened to have some
- 24:57big mouths, right, That's all. It really comes down to,
- 25:00nobody smarter than anybody else, nobody knows more than anybody
- 25:04Else's a team effort as far as I see, and
- 25:07anybody trying to claim credit in this case a bunch
- 25:09of fucking clowns. You folks out there that have kept
- 25:13the pedal to the metal, your foot to the floor,
- 25:17and demanded justice for all of these years, you're the superstars,
- 25:22all right. Now. We all know that the real leaders
- 25:26of this have been the survivors themselves, but you folks
- 25:30who have supported them on a regular basis via social
- 25:33media and otherwise, you all deserve a standing applause as well. Folks,
- 25:37all right, because this hasn't been an easy, you know,
- 25:41an easy road. A lot of you have, you know,
- 25:43suffered people calling you conspiracy theorists and other names and shit,
- 25:47and people don't know anything about the case mainly, but
- 25:50you have kept you're cool, you have kept the narrative going,
- 25:56and you have kept the story in the news, and
- 25:58for that you will all should get a tip of
- 26:01the cap, he said, people who were coming forward he'd
- 26:07never seen before and had nothing to do with. Oh
- 26:09excuse me. The plan to push back included appealing to
- 26:12the public sense of fairness because Epstein had not been
- 26:15formally accused of anything since two thousand and five. Yeah,
- 26:19felt strategy that would not have worked. Okay, once you're
- 26:23accused of what Epstein was accused of originally, there's no
- 26:26rebuilding that image in the public view. Now, maybe amongst
- 26:30the other elites, the other so called elites, the scumbags
- 26:33of the world, the pieces of shit who ran to
- 26:35the Hamptons while the rest of you were dying in
- 26:37New York during COVID, The pieces of shit who ran
- 26:40to the Hamptons while the rest of you couldn't leave
- 26:42your house in New York. Yeah, those same very people.
- 26:45They led Jeffrey Epstein back in. But the rest of us, Nah,
- 26:48no thanks, We have no room for fuck bags like you, Okay.
- 26:55Sean wanted to talk about the political pressure that led
- 26:59to epstein arrest and the extortion attempt by survivors lawyers.
- 27:03Now that's an interesting angle, right, an extortion attempt. I
- 27:08think that asking for compensation after being abused for decades
- 27:12by Jeffrey Epstein. Is an extortion, Okay, I think that's
- 27:16getting right. I think that's called getting some retribution. It's
- 27:24not extortion. In one case, a lawyer supposedly sent Epstein
- 27:33a letter demanding twenty five million to make the survivor's
- 27:35claims go away. Epstein did not pay. Let's see the letter,
- 27:39Let's see the evidence. Talk is cheap homie, talk is real,
- 27:43cheap Showan said, at least I wanted people to report
- 27:48on the fact how much lawyers were making off this thing.
- 27:51I'd hope that some people agree that some of these
- 27:53women tricked him. I don't believe that. Now. Are there
- 27:56crazy people out there that might make false claims? Of
- 27:58course there are, of course there are. But I will
- 28:03say this, lawyers are making a lot of money off
- 28:05of this. Are you kidding me? Even the lawyers that
- 28:08are doing it for free, they're making money off of this.
- 28:11That's how the world works. What nobody will misses. When
- 28:13you exploit things, you can make some money. Shit, we
- 28:17all got to eat. Everybody gotta put a roof over
- 28:20their head. It's people who are exploitive. It's people who
- 28:23exploit situations that I have a problem with Johnny come lately.
- 28:29But when it comes to stuff like this, the lawyer's
- 28:32making a couple of bucks writing books or whatever they
- 28:35should do that they got. You know, how else are
- 28:37they supposed to fund this? How elch are they supposed
- 28:39to fund their battle against people like Epstein. During their
- 28:45five hour meeting at the MCC on August first, Epstein
- 28:48and Shown had mapped out a strategy, and he was
- 28:51upbeat and excited. Sean said, we were in the area
- 28:55where prisoners meet lawyers. At one point, a prison psychiatrist
- 28:59came in and asked me to leave so she could
- 29:01talk to Epstein on his own. They talked for five minutes,
- 29:04and he seemed relaxed. He was smiling as she left.
- 29:08He had plans to really fight this case. He'd made
- 29:11arrangements to hire me. So again, there's all that's talk about. Oh,
- 29:16Epstein was suicidal. He was this, He was that according
- 29:19to who who has actually come out and said that
- 29:22that is somebody that we can believe, somebody that's credible.
- 29:27Oh the prison staff said that. Oh okay, the prison staff. Yeah,
- 29:31these guys are solid. We can really count on them.
- 29:34And I'm not really you know, I don't really mean
- 29:37to come down on the correctional guards, right. They have
- 29:39a tough job. It's not an easy job to do
- 29:43what they do. But at the same time, I mean,
- 29:46come on, if you're not gonna take your gig, seriously,
- 29:50find something else to do. There's plenty of jobs out there,
- 29:53especially now, A lot of job's going on. Well, at
- 29:55least still another lockdown comes rolling through. But that's besides
- 29:58the point, I guess. But I don't know of any
- 30:04credible people coming out saying Epstein was suicidal except the
- 30:07people in the prison. Seoan did not reveal the contents
- 30:15of his discussions with Epstein, but said Glen Maxwell, his
- 30:19alleged madam, never came up. Epstein had a lot of
- 30:23powerful friends who he did favors. For that Shoan was
- 30:26disappointed they did not offer to help him after his arrest.
- 30:31He said, I'd hope that Prince Andrew would be the
- 30:33one guy who stood up and said he was a friend.
- 30:36I didn't know anything about it. Instead, the Duke distanced
- 30:39himself from Epstein in a BBC interview a few months
- 30:44after he died, and that right there is a little
- 30:46look inside of the psyche. How close Epstein and Andrew
- 30:50really were, Folks, cut through the bullshit. See what is
- 30:53right in front of your face. Why would Doug Shoan
- 30:56say that if Epstein and Andrew, the Joe of the
- 31:00Windsor family, weren't BFFs. You know, they were very close,
- 31:05super close, like best friend close. And when you pull
- 31:09back the curtains and you take a little look and
- 31:12you find the nuggets like shown just dished out here,
- 31:15it's very apparent that they were much closer than even
- 31:20the media is letting on. When Shoan learned Epstein had
- 31:26been found dead, he immediately told his legal team to
- 31:29hire renowned pathologist Michael Boden to be present for the autopsy.
- 31:34Boden was brought on board and concluded that Epstein's injuries
- 31:37were not consistent with suicide by hanging, as the New
- 31:40York City Medical Examiner said. And right away when Boden
- 31:44came in, the Onslaught began, Oh, he's a quack, he's this,
- 31:48he's that, blah blah blah, this that the other thing. Meanwhile,
- 31:52this dude had a show on HBO for a thousand years.
- 31:54I remember as a kid watching this guy's show on
- 31:57HBO about you know, uh, the examination of dead bodies
- 32:02and whatnot, always freaked me out. I'm not a few
- 32:04I don't like that kind of shit grosses me out. Man.
- 32:07Not a big fan of like, you know, surgeries and
- 32:12autopsies and shit like that. Pass. But I remember as
- 32:15a kid seeing this guy on HBO, and you know,
- 32:18all the news stations, et cetera, et cetera. Then all
- 32:22of a sudden Epstein shows up and now he's a quack.
- 32:25Now doctor Boden doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about. Okay,
- 32:28sure you know what it is. It cracks me up.
- 32:31It's just like anything like with COVID. You can find
- 32:35some scientist or a doctor that agrees with with your
- 32:38confirmation bias if you look hard enough, no matter how
- 32:41crazy it might be. And then people will point to
- 32:44that and say, oh, look, I'm following the science. So
- 32:47it's all wild It's all confirmation bias and wildness. Right.
- 32:51But when it comes to Michael Boden, I think that
- 32:54the guy should be listened to. He might have done
- 32:58an autopsy or two in his life. Huh. Boden was
- 33:05brought on board and concluded that Epstein's injuries were not
- 33:09consistent with suicide by hanging, as the New York City
- 33:12Medical Examiner had said. Instead, Boden believes the broken neck
- 33:17in Epstein's the broken bone in Epstein's neck suggests he
- 33:21had been killed. As Sean says in the documentary, I
- 33:25think it was a homicide, but I don't know who
- 33:27killed him. Sean said he was especially concerned about Epstein's
- 33:31former cellmate, Nicholas Tartaglioni, a Haulking X cop accused of
- 33:36four murders. And again we come back to Nicholas Tartaglioni.
- 33:41Why was he in the cell with Jeffrey Epstein in
- 33:45the first place. Tartaglioni was Epstein's cell mat during his
- 33:51first apparent suicide attempt on July twenty third last year,
- 33:55and some reports suggested he beat Epstein up, a claim
- 33:59his lawyer strongly denied. Sean said the first incident that happened,
- 34:04which the newspapers reported as a possible suicide attempt, Epstein
- 34:08didn't want to discuss any further. He told the prison
- 34:11officers he couldn't remember what happened. He didn't want to
- 34:14answer any more questions. Yeah, no shit. Look, dude, you're
- 34:18in prison. You ain't ratting, and if you do, you're fucked.
- 34:21Where's Epstein gonna go. He's already in protective custody. Where's
- 34:24he gonna go? So he gets assaulted by Tartaglioni. This
- 34:28is my working suspicion, my theory. Folks, Okay, I don't
- 34:31have the evidence to back it up, but neither do they.
- 34:34So he gets assaulted by Tartaglioni. A message sent. Listen, motherfucker,
- 34:39you're in prison now, you hurt kids, I'm here to
- 34:42tell you that shit. Don't ride. Tartaglioni gives him the business,
- 34:47roughs them up real quick. Now Epstein's scared. Epstein's like,
- 34:50what the fuck? I know? I'm in the shit now,
- 34:54So he clams up. Doesn't want to tell the authorities
- 34:57what happens, but tell some of his lawyers, doesn't he Look,
- 35:03he was in a dangerous situation. He's a very wealthy
- 35:06guy accused of sex offenses, stuck in with a guy
- 35:09accused of four murders. First of all, he should have
- 35:12been locked up in the general population. That's reprehensible. He'd
- 35:16have guys who watched the nightly news on the prison
- 35:18TV and say to him seventy million dollar mansion. Huh yeah,
- 35:22no shit. If they put him in the yard, if
- 35:24he was in GP, forget it. If they would have
- 35:27put Epstein in GP, you know for a fact that
- 35:29somebody wanted him clipped, They couldn't have done that. So
- 35:32they put him in the shoe. Then they put in
- 35:35this hulking, fucking psychopath with him, and they want you
- 35:40not to answer any questions when everything goes ask any
- 35:42questions when everything goes south after that camera's not working,
- 35:47Guarter sleeping, no crime scene. But you're the conspiracy theorist.
- 35:55I've been through this with other clients and I told
- 35:57him to keep an eye on this and tell me
- 35:59if anyone was extorting him. Look, folks, Epstein was in
- 36:03for a rough time in prison, There's no doubt about that.
- 36:06But I don't think he killed himself. Okay, I just don't.
- 36:10I don't. Here's the thing. I'm not one of those
- 36:13people that say that though and won't believe the evidence
- 36:15the other way. I'm an evidence based person. If you
- 36:18show me the evidence and I have an opinion that
- 36:21is other than well, once the evidence is shown I'm
- 36:25not gonna continue on my path of stupid opinions when
- 36:28the evidence is present. So if somebody has some evidence
- 36:32that he actually, you know, killed himself, I'd sure love
- 36:35to see it, because what it certainly looks like to
- 36:39me is there was something else going on in that jail.
- 36:42There's a whole lot going on there. And the questions
- 36:46that are still swirling around Tartaglione his role and what
- 36:51he was doing in a jail cell with Epstein. Well,
- 36:54I'm not gonna stop asking those questions, those questions, folks,
- 36:57until someone gives us some damn answers. So with the
- 37:01way that they've been holding everything close to the vest
- 37:06leading up to it, I guess I'm gonna be asking
- 37:07these for these these answers till I'm dead, because it
- 37:12doesn't seem like they want to be very uh forthcoming
- 37:16with information. So my question is, what do you folks think,
- 37:23should TAGLIONI have been in a jail cell with Jeffrey
- 37:26Epstein or should have Jeffrey Epstein been put in the
- 37:31cell by himself, safeguarded under twenty four to seven surveillance
- 37:35like Maxwell as being, And ask yourselves why the hell
- 37:42that didn't occur, because those are the questions, the very
- 37:46basic questions, right that we have no answers to. And
- 37:50until we get those answers, we're gonna keep chipping away, folks.
- 37:55We're gonna be out in the backyard chopping wood, because
- 38:02at the end of the day, you me taxpayers everywhere,
- 38:06we all deserve to know some answers here, and until
- 38:10the federal government and the Department of Justice and the
- 38:13Bureau of Prisons comes correct, we're gonna be here asking
- 38:19the same questions over and over again. If you'd like

- 38:40see what's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 38:46When we talk about Jeffrey Epstein's death and the alleged
- 38:50suicide attempt previously to him actually dying, there has been
- 38:55nothing but questions surrounding what happened in that jeff cell
- 39:00the first time around while he was with Nicholas Tartaglioni.
- 39:04Now we've talked about this quite a bit, but it's
- 39:08worth mentioning once again because we still have no answers,
- 39:12no legitimate answers here. Of course, there's the official narrative
- 39:16that people want you to suck down. Oh, he killed himself,
- 39:19and if you ask any other questions, well you're the
- 39:22conspiracy theorist. Well, my question is what happened in the
- 39:26jail cell with Nicholas Tartaglioni. According to the official narrative, Well,
- 39:30they'll say that he tried to kill himself, and Tartaglione, well,
- 39:34he saved him. Now, I said at the time, and
- 39:37I'll say today again. If Nicholas Tartaglioni was in the
- 39:40business of saving Jeffrey Epstein, he would have never let
- 39:43him get to the point where he had a noose
- 39:45around his neck or whatever. In the first place, What
- 39:49big ass Nicholas Tartaglioni couldn't have restrained Jeffrey Epstein if
- 39:53he wanted to. He couldn't have called for the guards.
- 39:56So it progressed far enough where Epstein had marks on
- 39:59his neck, right, and then Tartaglioni decides to step in
- 40:03and play the superhero role. None of it made sense,
- 40:08and especially considering what Jeffrey Epstein said in the wake
- 40:12of all of this. He told his lawyers that he
- 40:15got roughed up, that he got beat up by a cellmate,
- 40:17Nicholas Tartaglioni, and then all of a sudden, the tape
- 40:20is gone. It just disappears, and the backup was deleted
- 40:24as well. Now where I'm from, that sounds pretty suspect.
- 40:30Doesn't sound like a conspiracy theory. Sounds like the powers
- 40:34that be have something to hide, And if they don't,
- 40:37then where is the tape? How is it that the
- 40:40tape itself and then the backup are both gone? How
- 40:44many other tapes and backups are gone from the facility?
- 40:48Can we get a number on how many go missing?
- 40:51What's the prevalence of that happening? Because as of right now,
- 40:54looking at it from where we are, it certainly looks suspect.
- 40:58How could it be that the backup system deleted it?
- 41:01How could it be that the actual a surveillance system
- 41:06didn't capture it? And all we have to go on
- 41:10is Nicholas Tartaglioni's word, and we're gonna believe a guy
- 41:13who is in prison for allegedly murdering four people, especially
- 41:19considering Epstein says that he got roughed up by Tartaglioni.
- 41:24So once again, this portion of the story was just
- 41:27glossed all over and bulldozed in favor of the official narrative. Now,
- 41:34if the official narrative was something to sink our teeth into,
- 41:37I'd be all over it. But all we have is
- 41:40Bill Barr's bitch ass telling us that it's the truth.
- 41:44And whenever anyone fires off a Freedom of Information Act, well, oh,
- 41:48it's still an ongoing investigation. We can't tell you what's
- 41:51going on here. There's nuclear secrets. It's basically what they say.
- 41:56How is this national security? How is this not an
- 42:00issue of public trust within the institutions? And when it
- 42:06was all happening, these are the same questions I was
- 42:08asking then. Today we have an article from the New
- 42:13York Post and the headline Epstein told lawyers that cellmate
- 42:18Nicholas Tartaglioni roughed them up. This article was authored by
- 42:22Bruce Golding and Emily Saul. This article was published on
- 42:27August fourteenth of two thousand and nineteen. Jeffrey Epstein told
- 42:33his lawyers that a hulking ex cop inflicted the injuries
- 42:37that left him nearly unconscious in his cell. Last month,
- 42:40a source close to the convicted pedophiles case told the Post,
- 42:44So right away, this is what Epstein said happened. Why
- 42:48would he say that this guy assaulted him if he didn't,
- 42:50And why would Epstein try and commit suicide with somebody
- 42:53else in the room. Now, I've said for quite some
- 42:56time that I think Tartaglioni was there to pass on
- 42:58a message. This is a man who was, you know,
- 43:01an ex police officer, a man who probably had some
- 43:04connections throughout the facility here, and a man that has
- 43:08nothing to lose. Look, if you're going to prison for
- 43:11the rest of your life, or maybe going to prison
- 43:13for the rest of your life, you'd want to get
- 43:15some credit on your docket, right And what better credit
- 43:19for an ex cop than saying he went after a pedophile.
- 43:24And now, if you look at Tartaglioni's case, it's just
- 43:27been you know, kind of neutral in the system since then.
- 43:31You mean to tell me they can't have this guy
- 43:33a trial yet, what are you dudes waiting for. Epstein
- 43:39was treated for neck injuries following the July twenty third
- 43:42incident inside the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Lower Manhattan. Law
- 43:47enforcement officials have said, so, I have a hard time
- 43:51believing folks that he tried to commit suicide this first
- 43:54time around. In fact, I'm almost convinced that he didn't
- 43:57now what happened in the jail cell when he actually died.
- 44:01I'm not convinced one way or the other. I'm very
- 44:04open and receptive to evidence whichever way it comes, but
- 44:07I will tell you I do not believe the official
- 44:10narrative hook line and sinker how they're pitching it. At
- 44:15the time, Epstein was sharing a cell with a former
- 44:18Westchester cop, Nicholas Tartaglioni, who faces a death penalty trial
- 44:22and four drug related slayings upstate. So why in the
- 44:26world would you put Jeffrey Epstein in a jail cell
- 44:29with a guy like Nicholas Tartaglioni. I haven't had one
- 44:32person give me a legitimate excuse for that yet. Epstein
- 44:38told his lawyers that the cop roughed them up and
- 44:40that's why they got him off suicide watch. The source said, So,
- 44:44Epstein's in this cell with this ex police officer who
- 44:47is there looking at four homicides. And there's no way
- 44:50in hell that somebody like Epstein should be in a
- 44:53jail cell with this person. To begin with, you put
- 44:56Epstein in a cell with the jailhouse snitch, somebody who's
- 44:59in there for some you know, blue collar crimes or whatever,
- 45:02somebody who is not a violent person. Because this is
- 45:05one of your most high profile inmates. Would you put
- 45:07el Chappo in there with somebody who is staring at
- 45:10a death penalty case. Of course not, because that person
- 45:13might be enticed to make a move. Whenever you have
- 45:16a high profile inmate, that inmate has to be safeguarded
- 45:19so that they can see trial. Tartaglioni's lawyer, Bruce Barkett,
- 45:27disputed that account, saying I spoke to his lawyers and
- 45:30they never hinted at that to me, But he must
- 45:33have said something to get off suicide watch. I don't
- 45:35trust Bruce Barkett for as far as I can throw him.
- 45:38By the way, he has one interest here protecting Nicholas Tartaglioni,
- 45:42and if that means lying about Epstein or obfuscating the truth,
- 45:46that's what he's going to do. He's not going to
- 45:48admit that his client assaulted Jeffrey Epstein, and Tartaglioni isn't
- 45:52going to admit it either. And it's convenient that when
- 45:55Epstein allegedly tried to kill himself this first time around
- 45:58in the jail cell with Nicko star Taglione, that none
- 46:01of the cameras were working. I know, just a coincidence.
- 46:09I do know that Nick was not brought up on
- 46:11any charges at all in the institution, so they cleared him,
- 46:13Barket said, of course they did. Were they in on it?
- 46:17That's the real question. Did the institution turn a blind
- 46:19eye to all of this, turn the cameras off, delete it,
- 46:22and put him in the cell on purpose? With them?
- 46:24That is a legitimate question that nobody has answered yet,
- 46:27And to act like somebody shouldn't ask that question is
- 46:30just bananas to me. So you're just gonna implicitly trust
- 46:35the institution and everything they have to say, because they
- 46:38have such a great track record of being transparent with
- 46:41us and not lying to cover their own ass. Barket added,
- 46:47we were a little worried that he would make up
- 46:49something to get out out of Suicide Watch or try
- 46:52and argue for Bell. But it's pretty clear what happened
- 46:55given the end result here. Oh yeah, it's pretty clear,
- 46:57mister Barkett, because you said so, because Nicholas Tartaglioni told
- 47:01us that's what happened. You're dealing with two scumbags. You
- 47:04got Jeffrey Epstein, mister child molester extraordinaire, and you have
- 47:08a four time fucking murderer over here, and you want
- 47:10me to believe what he has to say. Zero chance
- 47:13that's going to happen. Let's go to the video jigs.
- 47:16Oh yeah, that's right. There's no video here. Nobody got
- 47:19in trouble for that either. Where's the chain of custody?
- 47:25The revelation came as Manhattan federal Judge Richard Berman, who
- 47:28was overseeing the child sex trafficking case against Epstein, released
- 47:31a Monday letter to MCC's Warden in which he said,
- 47:35what happened on July twenty, twenty third remained an open question.
- 47:40To my knowledge, it has never been definitively explained what
- 47:43the Bureau of Prisons concluded about the incident. Berman wrote,
- 47:48one hundred percent, they will not tell you what happened.
- 47:53In a response dated the same day, Warden Lemene and
- 47:57Die said that an internal investigation was completed, but noted
- 48:00that current investigations by the FBI and Justice Department Office
- 48:04of Inspector General will include this incident as well. Such
- 48:07bullshit you note, that's called that's called misinformation, that's called
- 48:11not giving you the truth, and people will just sit
- 48:15back and accept it and be like, ah, you know,
- 48:16that's cool. Whatever, they'll get to they'll get around to it.
- 48:19Whenever they do. I trust them, well I do not.
- 48:23And now we're going on what three years, and still
- 48:25no answers, and still they're stonewalling people who are trying
- 48:29to get to the bottom of what's going on here.
- 48:31Ask yourselves, why would they do that? Wouldn't be wouldn't
- 48:34it be beneficial to all of us to find out
- 48:36what exactly happened here and move forward so that we
- 48:39can fix it so it doesn't happen again. Accordingly, I
- 48:45cannot divulge any information about the prior investigation at this time,
- 48:49and I said On Tuesday, Attorney General William Barr ordered
- 48:53the removal of Endi from his post at the MCC
- 48:56after ripping the serious irregularities at this facility during a
- 49:00speech the previous day in New Orleans. So imagine being
- 49:04so bad at your job that Bill Barr thinks you're
- 49:07bad at your job and removes you from your position.
- 49:11That's where we're at, folks. That is exactly where we're at.
- 49:15And these are the people that folks want me to
- 49:17just trust, especially considering we've went back and we've went
- 49:21over all of these topics and we've looked at all
- 49:24of the evidence, and for me, there's nothing here that says,
- 49:27all right, I have to believe what the official narrative
- 49:30is that Epstein was just suicidal, tried to kill himself
- 49:33once and then succeeded the second time around the first
- 49:36time it was stopped by the great superhero Nicholas Tartaglioni though,
- 49:41because you know, he's such a great man, such a
- 49:44pillar of the community, assault and Earth type, that he
- 49:47stepped in to make sure Epstein, the child molester, didn't
- 49:50kill himself. That's what you want me to believe. Well, folks,
- 49:53I do not believe that part of the narrative. I
- 49:55don't believe how they're pitching it, and I want real answers.
- 50:01All right, folks, that's gonna do it for this episode.
- 50:03If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
- 50:05at Bobby Kapuci at Protonmeil dot com. That's bo bbuy
- 50:10c apu Cci at Protonmeil dot com. You can also
- 50:14find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore c ap you Cci.
- 50:21All right, everybody, I'll be back later on with a
- 50:23little bit more. I hope that all of you are
- 50:25having a good one. What's up everyone, and welcome back
- 50:28to the Epstein Chronicles. One of the key factors when
- 50:33it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and what happened to him
- 50:35inside of that jail is Nicholas star Taglioni. And it's
- 50:39wild to me that more people don't want to talk
- 50:42about Nicholas star Taglioni and the fact that he was
- 50:44even in a jail cell with Jeffrey Epstein in the
- 50:47first place. Well, one person who's still talking about it
- 50:51after all of these years is one of Epstein's ex lawyers,
- 50:54David Shoon. Now David Shoon is somebody who really he
- 50:58doesn't take many cases. He's very selective about what he's
- 51:01going to take and what he's not going to take. Well,
- 51:04he was getting ready to work with Epstein to try
- 51:06and spring him from the charges. But before they could
- 51:09get crack in, well, Epstein ended up dead. But before
- 51:13he ended up dead, he told David Shown that he
- 51:15was terrified of Nicholas Tartaglioni. Yet the MCC cleared Nicholas
- 51:20Tartaglioni right away after the attack and really didn't even
- 51:24investigate what went down. Instead, they pitched us some bs
- 51:28about Epstein attempting to kill himself, and it's just convenient
- 51:31that those videos happen to be missing, right, So what
- 51:34it looks like to me is you're trying to set
- 51:35the tone. Well, let's say that he tried to commit
- 51:38suicide once, so during the second attempt here, or him
- 51:42getting murdered, whatever it might be, there's no issues because
- 51:46there's already precedent for it. Right, he's already shown us
- 51:49that he's suicidal. But that's not the case. And this
- 51:52is the argument that I've been making from the very beginning. Look,
- 51:55anyone who knows anything about jail and having high profile
- 51:59inmates in that jail, you know that you're not putting
- 52:02someone who's looking at four homicides in a jail cell
- 52:05with somebody who's looking at sex trafficking charges. It's just
- 52:08not going to happen. Now, you might put a jail
- 52:10snitch in there with them, but you're certainly not putting
- 52:12someone like Nicholas Tartaglioni in a jail cell with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 52:16But somehow that happened here at mcc right, And not
- 52:20only that screw up, but on top of that screw up,
- 52:23the cameras don't work. I mean, for real, who's buying that?
- 52:27That is some of the weakest bs I have ever heard,
- 52:30But all these legacy media outlets sucked it up right, Oh,
- 52:34the OIG report this that The other thing as if
- 52:37we can trust the investigators to investigate themselves. Me personally,
- 52:41I'd much rather listen to somebody like David Shoon, who
- 52:44knows what the hell's going on, who is talking to
- 52:46Epstein in confidence, and who says on record that Epstein
- 52:50told them that he was attacked by Nicholas Tartaglioni. Now,
- 52:53why would Epstein lie to his lawyer about something like that.
- 52:56It doesn't make any sense. He's not going to get
- 52:58any kind of special privileges if he attempts to commit suicide.
- 53:01He's gonna be put on suicide. Watch right, things are
- 53:03gonna get worse for him. So that whole entire narrative
- 53:07never ever stuck with me, And guess what, all these
- 53:10years later, it still doesn't. Today's article is from the
- 53:14Yonkers Times, and the headline attorney says Epstein never committed suicide.
- 53:18He wanted to fight the charges and get out on bell.
- 53:23This article was authored by Dan Murphy. The most credible
- 53:26source so far who claims that Jeffrey Epstein had no
- 53:29reason to commit suicide was his criminal defense attorney, David Shoon,
- 53:33who met with Epstein for hours in the days before
- 53:36he is alleged to have hung himself in his jail
- 53:38cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center MCC in Lower Manhattan.
- 53:43And this is a story that's been out there forever.
- 53:45David shown came out right away and was talking about this,
- 53:48how he didn't believe that Epstein killed himself. And then
- 53:51everybody runs to believe Bill Barr. Really, that dude's the
- 53:55arbiter of truth that everybody's gonna listen to. We're gonna
- 53:57latch onto his narrative. Huh, sorry, I don't believe a
- 54:01word that dude says. And did they have some kind
- 54:03of footage or evidence that puts us all to bed,
- 54:06Let's see it. We haven't seen that evidence, though, have we?
- 54:09Not in the OIG report and not after shown A
- 54:13solo practitioner who only accepts a few cases each year,
- 54:16agreed to take Epstein's case and met with his client
- 54:18at MCC several days before his death on August ninth,
- 54:22leading into the tenth of twenty nineteen. Shown appearing on
- 54:26the Crime Waves podcast with Declan Hill on January fifth,
- 54:30said that Epstein had hired him to prepare for his
- 54:33upcoming criminal trial for sex trafficking of miners and to
- 54:36request beil. Does this sound like a man who was
- 54:39ready to kill himself. I haven't heard one single person
- 54:42tell me that Epstein was suicidal. In fact, I keep
- 54:46hearing the opposite from people who were close to him
- 54:48and people who knew him best. He was in pretty
- 54:51good spirits. We immediately started to talk about the case
- 54:54when I met with him on August first. About two
- 54:56weeks earlier, there had been an incident which they initially
- 54:59called at ten pH suicide but later came to no conclusion.
- 55:03And I think that that is crucial. Remember they came
- 55:05to no conclusion with the official narrative, but everybody just
- 55:09runs with it like Epstein attempted to kill himself. It's
- 55:12absolutely bananas to me. There is no way in hell
- 55:15I believe that Epstein attempted to kill himself this first
- 55:18time around. What happened in that jail cell the second
- 55:21time around when he ended up dying, Well, that's anyone's guess.
- 55:25But if you think I'm gonna believe that Nicholas Tartaglioni
- 55:28had nothing to do with attacking Jeffrey Epstein that first
- 55:31time around, you got another thing coming. Because this guy
- 55:35is a dangerous man, someone that's capable of killing four people.
- 55:39You really think he can't press Epstein for whatever reason.
- 55:43I discussed it with him. It was not in any
- 55:45way an attempted suicide, but he told the staff he
- 55:48couldn't remember what happened because he was afraid. We met
- 55:51for a total of five hours. Yo. I'm not some
- 55:53punk ass bitch like Jeffrey Epstein, but I'll tell you what.
- 55:56I wouldn't want to be in a jail cell with
- 55:58Nicholas Tartaglioni either. The dude's a dangerous son of a bitch,
- 56:02and he had no business being in a jail cell
- 56:05with Jeffrey Epstein. Would they put him in with El Choppo?
- 56:08Of course they wouldn't, So why are you putting him
- 56:10in with Jeffrey Epstein. Nobody can give me a logical
- 56:14answer to that, especially considering that what a week, two
- 56:18weeks prior to him being moved into Epstein's cell, this
- 56:21dude was caught with a cell phone at the facility.
- 56:25Most people get now with a cell phone in jail
- 56:27and they end up going into the hole. Well, this guy,
- 56:29he got promoted and moved over to Epstein's wing, because
- 56:32you know that's logical. July twenty third, twenty nineteen, was
- 56:36the day that shown is referencing who was his cell
- 56:38mate that day, Well, former briarcliff manor Cob Nicholas Tartaglioni,
- 56:43who was in MCC for a quadruple homicide. Tartaglioni later
- 56:47claimed that he saved Epstein from suicide, but Epstein told
- 56:50shown something much different. What he said happened was that
- 56:54this other inmate, Tartaglioni, had tied something around his neck
- 56:58as part of some kind of exper that Jeffrey Epstein
- 57:01didn't feel he was in a position to say no
- 57:03to and the guy pulled the thing and left a
- 57:06mark on his neck, and that was the end of it.
- 57:08He didn't pass out, but it was a scary episode
- 57:10for him. But it was not an attempted suicide. He
- 57:13explained it to me in some details, said Sean. When
- 57:16asked what Epstein was afraid of, Sean said, retaliation from
- 57:19the inmate, Tartaglioni. So this is why I always say
- 57:23that Tartaglioni was sent to this jail cell to send
- 57:26a message to Jeffrey Epstein, and that message is either
- 57:29you kill yourself or we're gonna get to you. It
- 57:32doesn't matter where you are, We're gonna get to you
- 57:34and who we are. I don't know. I'm not gonna
- 57:37sit here and make pretend I know. I don't. What
- 57:39I do know is this The official narrative is BS.
- 57:42And that's why I think that my theory is probably
- 57:46the strongest one considering all we know, considering what mister
- 57:49Shoan has to say, I think the likeliest scenario here
- 57:53is that Nicholas Tartaglioni was placed in that cell to
- 57:56send a message to Jeffrey Epstein. Shoan explained that Epstein
- 58:00was preparing a defense to the charges against him and
- 58:03hoped to be out of the mcc on bell soon.
- 58:06Suicide wasn't even in the realm of possibilities. Our entire
- 58:10meeting was based on a strategy of how to beat
- 58:12the case, and he wasn't in any way depressed. We
- 58:15had a trial strategy in place. If someone were planning
- 58:18to take his own life, he would not have been
- 58:20interested in having me help with that plan. He was
- 58:23so firmly committed to moving forward with this case. Saturday,
- 58:27I got the news he was dead, said Shown. I
- 58:30based my conclusions that he didn't commit suicide on two things.
- 58:34When I met him, his plan was to fight this thing,
- 58:36and on Michael Bodden's report. His observations and conclusions and
- 58:40discussions have further convinced me it wasn't suicide. He said
- 58:44that in all of the thousands of autopsies he has done,
- 58:46he has never seen injuries like this consistent with suicide,
- 58:49said Shown. And I know that doctor Michael Bowden elicits
- 58:53a lot of reaction from people, some good, some bad,
- 58:56But the fact is the man knows what he's talking about.
- 58:58So if you're asking me to believe doctor Boden or
- 59:01the official narrative, I'm gonna believe doctor Boden. Jeffrey Epstein's brother,
- 59:06the only remaining living member of his family, also has
- 59:09been discussing his brother's death and referenced the Crime Waves
- 59:12podcast was shown. Tartaglioni was found guilty of murdering four
- 59:15drug dealers that he was partnered with. One of the
- 59:18foreign murders was Martin Luna. Tartaglioni strangled Martin Luna with
- 59:22a zip tie. Oh sounds familiar, Huh. Strangled Martin Luna.
- 59:26Jeffrey Epstein something wrapped around his neck. Nothing to see here, folks,
- 59:30just keep it moving. As a result of the first
- 59:32attempted suicide and the marks of Epstein's neck, Tartaglioni was
- 59:36transferred out of Epstein's cell, but on the night of
- 59:39Epstein's death, the cameras inside MCC were not functioning and
- 59:42the guards were sleeping. Did Tartaglioni returned to epstein cell
- 59:46to finish the job. If he did, what Tartaglioni got
- 59:50in return is unknown. He did not receive a deal
- 59:52from the Department of Justice. He is serving a life sentence.
- 59:56They took the death penalty off the table, though, didn't they. Oh,
- 59:59let's not forget a that bro was supposed to be
- 1:00:02facing the death penalty, but that's gone and his sentencing
- 1:00:04keeps getting delayed. Why is that? What are they doing here?
- 1:00:08Why isn't this guy sentenced already? And as far as
- 1:00:11Tartaglioni returning to the cell, I don't believe that. I
- 1:00:14think he sent the message and then that message was
- 1:00:17received by Epstein loud and clear, and Epstein knew that
- 1:00:20if he didn't do what he did or allegedly did
- 1:00:23in that jail cell, then the job would be done
- 1:00:26for him. We continue to search for information about Clay Tiffany,
- 1:00:29who was harassed and beaten nearly to death while Tartaglioni
- 1:00:32was a Briarcliff cop. Tiffany hosted a cable access talk
- 1:00:36show Dirge for the Charlatans. We are looking for copies
- 1:00:40of that show. Please email us if you have tapes
- 1:00:43or any information to d Murphy at Risingmediagroup dot com.
- 1:00:47David shown has no reason to lie about his former client.
- 1:00:50It would be easier for him to remain silent, but
- 1:00:53he's coming forward in an effort to reveal Epstein's true
- 1:00:56mental state. In the days before he died, Epstein's attempt
- 1:00:59to suicide and then his suicide appear to have taken
- 1:01:02place without suicide involved. So when people say Epstein didn't
- 1:01:06kill himself, this is what they mean. And it's not
- 1:01:09like people are just shooting from the hip here. There
- 1:01:11is a whole lot of inconsistencies on the part of
- 1:01:13the official narrative that have never been explained, won't ever
- 1:01:17be explained, and they expect people just to suck it
- 1:01:20up and accept their narrative for what they say it is.
- 1:01:23But the facts don't match up with what they're telling us.
- 1:01:26And I think that it all hinges on Nicholas Tartaglioni.
- 1:01:30So the question is, what was Nicholas Tartaglioni doing in
- 1:01:33that jail cell with Jeffrey Epstein in the first place.
- 1:01:36All right, folks, that's gonna do it for this one.
- 1:01:38All of the information that goes with this episode can
