- 0:02Hello and welcome to He's hot, but some things are if you're
- 0:08watching the video version of the podcast, which is available
- 0:11on my YouTube channel, just Joey T I'm wearing a different hat
- 0:16that I have a nice hat that I wear, which is the white one.
- 0:20I like wearing white. It's actually one of my favorite
- 0:23colours to wear, but I rarely wear white.
- 0:27Wow, that is hard to pronounce. I rarely wear white because I
- 0:33tend to get clothes dirty, but hats are OK.
- 0:36So the white hat I wear if I if I want to look a little nicer
- 0:41wearing a hat, but they're actually identical.
- 0:44I have two identical baseball caps just in different colors as
- 0:49a story as to why, but the white one I wear when I want to look a
- 0:51little nicer in a hat and this dark blue one I wear to the gym.
- 0:57So but I just thought you know what I never wear this one on
- 1:00air so let's try to wear this one.
- 1:03You know what The funny thing is I just got a haircut yesterday.
- 1:07My hair was getting too long. I know my hair is too long when
- 1:11it starts bothering my ears, the hair just like starts grazing
- 1:15the top of my ears and it's like very annoying.
- 1:19So I went and got a haircut yesterday, but today it's one of
- 1:22my stay at home work days. So my hair doesn't look like
- 1:27anything. So my hair just to have just to
- 1:32have a podcast. Anyways, how you all doing
- 1:35today? I don't get to interact with too
- 1:38many of you. You know, a podcast is not that
- 1:41medium. I do want to say near the end of
- 1:44one of the episodes, I said if you wanted a free trial to my
- 1:47Patreon, just let me know. You can have it.
- 1:50And one of you were listening and you put it down in the
- 1:54YouTube comments that you want a free trial to my Patreon and I
- 1:58want to give you a free trial to my Patreon.
- 2:00But then when I saw your comment, then I realized, oh, I
- 2:05can't message people on YouTube. I can't DM you on YouTube
- 2:10because YouTube doesn't have that DM functionality as far as
- 2:14I can tell. So I reply back to your comment
- 2:16to say DM me on Instagram. But it's the way I can give you
- 2:20a free trial to my Patreon is I need to send you a link, but
- 2:25that link needs to be private and only for you.
- 2:28That's if I just post that link on to the public comments, then
- 2:32everybody has like the free trial, which is, which is not
- 2:35the point. So yeah, I, I left you a
- 2:37comment. I replied to your comment on the
- 2:41Youtubes. Please DM me on Instagram and
- 2:44then via DM, then I can give you a link.
- 2:47But yeah, that offers those hands.
- 2:50Anyone that would like a free trial to my Patreon, DM me on
- 2:55Instagram. That's probably like the best
- 2:58way to do it because I need to be able to send you a private
- 3:02message with the free trial link.
- 3:04So go ahead and do that. It is November, it is another
- 3:07month. I know we're like halfway
- 3:08through November already. I was at a haircut yesterday,
- 3:11getting my haircut and I was chatting to my stylist.
- 3:14Then we're just talking about just like, you know, like making
- 3:16small talk and stuff. And I said, oh, you know, New
- 3:19Year's is only like 6 or 7 weeks away.
- 3:21It's like 7 weeks away. New Year's looking in the
- 3:24mirror, he's getting my hair. And he just froze when I told
- 3:27him that because I just like shocked them and then surprised
- 3:30them with like, oh, it's that close to 2026.
- 3:35And I wasn't actively thinking about how close we were to New
- 3:39Year's because I'm just thinking like, oh, we are actually that
- 3:42close. I didn't realize it until the
- 3:44words have left my mouth. So it's getting pretty close.
- 3:48I'm actually pretty excited because the skin care company
- 3:53that I'm working on, we are going to launch later this
- 3:57month. So I'm very busy with that.
- 4:01I'll do an episode of the podcast where I talk more about
- 4:04it once we have to launch so that I'm not talking about in
- 4:09detail about vaporware, about something that hasn't launched
- 4:11yet. But we should be on schedule in
- 4:13a couple of weeks. Like it's like the week before
- 4:16Thanksgiving. It's going to be like end of
- 4:18next week. It's something I've been working
- 4:21a very long time on and I'm eager to like get it out there.
- 4:25But like once we have everything in place, then I can talk about
- 4:29it in more detail. And the other thing that's been
- 4:33great is I'm starting to get, I've gotten a few already
- 4:36bookings, the the, you know, me being a travel advisor.
- 4:41So that's a side hustle. I would say.
- 4:44I don't know if that's going to be like my daily go to for
- 4:48income, but gone some bookings already, which is great.
- 4:53I haven't had time to really sit down and market that.
- 4:56I'm learning so much about marketing and I still feel like
- 4:58I know nothing about marketing. I feel like I have so much to
- 5:01learn and I haven't even scratched the surface basically.
- 5:06But yeah, I'm looking for maybe next year to really kind of give
- 5:11them travel advisory business like that push, that marketing
- 5:16push that it really deserves to get it out there.
- 5:18But I want to like do the skin care thing first, launch that,
- 5:22get that going, then I can split a bit more of my time doing the
- 5:28travel advisory stuff. And so those are kind of sort of
- 5:33going, Oh yeah, we're about to launch this thing.
- 5:35So that's exciting. And oh, you know, you start, you
- 5:38start the side hustle and you're starting to get some clients and
- 5:41that's exciting and that's great as well.
- 5:44Something that wasn't great and exciting is the only fans.
- 5:48I think you all don't have only fans like the the five of you
- 5:51that are listening. I think you all know by now.
- 5:53But the only fans I've been doing for like a while and it
- 5:55was very much a side hustle. And over like the last two
- 6:00years, you know, after I stopped having the nine to five while I
- 6:04was building up the other businesses, I've had more time
- 6:06to just like also build up only fans as the businesses literally
- 6:09is a business. And every so often I'll go into
- 6:12my only fans and I want to like shake things up.
- 6:16The most fun part for me doing only fans, it's not the filming,
- 6:23actually the filming. It's very that that's let's
- 6:28let's not get to sidetrack. But the most fun part about
- 6:31doing the only fans for me is that it's a business where like
- 6:35I can change things around at any time that I want and not
- 6:39have to worry about what the repercussions are.
- 6:44So I have that type of, I don't know, attitude or mindset or
- 6:51like the way my head works is I have a lot of ideas and I would
- 6:56a lot of times love to just like whatever idea I think is best,
- 7:00just like take a with and run just a spontaneity to the way my
- 7:05mind works that I think doesn't usually translate to my actual
- 7:11physical actions. And my close friends know me for
- 7:15planning things out a lot and I do.
- 7:18But to take just the Only Fans business as an example,
- 7:22sometimes it's hard to know when you make a business decision
- 7:25whether it's like the right one. And with Only Fans, it's more of
- 7:31a newer, more of like an independent and, and a less
- 7:38well, well established type of a career.
- 7:43You know, people have only been doing it for like what, six or
- 7:46seven years, something like that.
- 7:49It's only been like it's only existed for that long.
- 7:52There's no, there's not a lot of data on how to like run it
- 7:55successfully. There are like agencies and
- 7:56stuff that have popped up around that.
- 7:58But you know, the great thing is, you know, most people that
- 8:01are doing only fans, a lot of it, they're just a lot of times
- 8:03they're just doing it themselves, which means everyone
- 8:07is now a business person who runs it.
- 8:09And just little things like you know, how you should run
- 8:13promotions, Should you offer discounts?
- 8:15You know, how often should you upload content?
- 8:17What content is resonating with people?
- 8:19You know, is your fan base engaged?
- 8:21You know, how do you get more tips from them?
- 8:24How do you get them to renew? Like all these things
- 8:27theoretically could apply to a lot of other businesses that are
- 8:31like sales based as well. But the fun thing about this is
- 8:37the the fun and the good and the bad thing.
- 8:38The bad thing is because it's like such a new type of work and
- 8:44it's a very independent kind of one person type of business for
- 8:49a lot of creators. There's there you get a you get
- 8:53full control because when you're one person shop, you can do
- 8:57anything that you want. The bad thing is because it's a
- 9:00newer industry and there's not like a ton of like formal
- 9:04networking that goes on between all the creators.
- 9:07There's no like playbook or like any really well established best
- 9:13practices for how to like run it from like the business side of
- 9:17things. So put those two things
- 9:21together. That means there's a lot of
- 9:24like, well, let's just try to see what sticks, right?
- 9:27If it was a more traditional line of business that has
- 9:30existed for longer that isn't so niche.
- 9:34Any gays talk about only fans. Like everybody has an only fans,
- 9:37unlike the grand scheme of things, you know, like it's like
- 9:41the point 1% of the world that even remotely knows what it's
- 9:44like to be a content creator that actually makes money from
- 9:48it and spends like many hours a week doing it.
- 9:52You know, like there are Youtubers and podcasters and you
- 9:56know, like if you just even if you lump all of the content
- 9:59indie content creators together, some of them are not so indie
- 10:02anymore. They've got like companies and
- 10:03everything like that. You look at a grand scheme of
- 10:05things, they still have very, it's still a pretty niche career
- 10:11because yeah, I know people will go on Instagram.
- 10:14You see creators on Instagram all the time.
- 10:16You go on YouTube and you see a lot of Youtubers all the time.
- 10:19There are a lot of people that are doing only fans.
- 10:21But on the grand scheme of things, there are way, way, way
- 10:24more people doing things that are not content creation.
- 10:28Like the 99% of the world are not doing content creation in a
- 10:33way that they're monetizing it. OK, It's kind of good and bad
- 10:36because I have the freedom to change and do anything I want at
- 10:42any time that I would like. But the bad thing is like, it's
- 10:46hard to know what's like the right or the best thing to do.
- 10:50So I'll give you an example. Back in June, well early this
- 10:53year, I was thinking about, as you do any business, how to
- 10:58maximize your profit, OK, I feel like people when they talk about
- 11:02Onlyfans, they just talk about, oh, it's it's PORN, you know,
- 11:07it's like, oh, it's it's creators doing collabs.
- 11:10I have ran mine for what, four years now and obviously I've
- 11:16done a lot of collabs and I've gone to know a lot of people
- 11:21that are kind of in my sort of similar situation.
- 11:24You know, they've been doing it for, you know, a few or several
- 11:27years. They just run it themselves.
- 11:30And you know, a lot of times they treat it kind of like a
- 11:34business about as much as I do, some a little less, but like
- 11:37some a little more as well. But anyways, you know, we we all
- 11:41think about, we all look at the numbers.
- 11:43This is something that you may not like all the creators that
- 11:45are doing it in any remotely serious way.
- 11:47We look at the numbers, we try to find ways to increase the
- 11:50revenue, increase the profit, retain subscribers, all that
- 11:53stuff. There's really truly a, a proper
- 11:55business side to it. So I was thinking every so
- 11:58often, I'm always thinking about this, but early this year, I was
- 12:00thinking, what are some changes we can make to like get more
- 12:03subscribe well, get more money, get more profit basically.
- 12:06And in June, I decided to make a bunch of changes.
- 12:12So I've been surveying people late last year, early this year,
- 12:17and to try to get some data on what my fans would like and what
- 12:22they would pay for. And that's via polls, like
- 12:27little polls in Twitter and Instagram, like a proper survey,
- 12:31like you click a link to a survey and it's like multiple
- 12:33questions and you fill it out. And then just kind of asking
- 12:36questions, just seeing what the comments are, you know, like all
- 12:39the different ways I could solicit feedback from fans on
- 12:42all the different platforms. And then I came up with a bunch
- 12:47of big changes that I rolled out in June.
- 12:50And I do track my numbers and especially and everything.
- 12:55And when I first did the change, when you first do a change,
- 12:58especially if it's any sort of price increase, which I did do a
- 13:01price increase in June, you're going to lose some subscribers.
- 13:04But what you have to do is you have to let the changes have a
- 13:09chance and some time to play out.
- 13:11So my goal was, OK, let's make the changes.
- 13:17There is a price increase for as part of the changes.
- 13:22And also we need to advertise out to people what the new setup
- 13:28is because people, if you're going to make a bench of
- 13:30changes, people need to know about them because you're making
- 13:33the changes hopefully to entice more people to pay more money.
- 13:38So you need to get the work out there.
- 13:41You need to market out the changes and how it's better for
- 13:43them. Basically, we're about 5 months
- 13:47later, it's November now and I've realized the changes don't
- 13:51work, which is OK, and I'm basically just going to undo
- 13:57those changes now. If this was like my skin care
- 14:01business where it's like OK, it's much more money at stake
- 14:05and you know it. Skin care selling cosmetics is a
- 14:09pretty well established industry and it's a pretty established
- 14:13type of work. There have been hundreds, not
- 14:16thousands of skin care cosmetics companies out there since for
- 14:20decades. OK, the way to market skin care
- 14:24and cosmetics, we have decades of information, Thousands of
- 14:30people have done marketing for that industry.
- 14:33The the beauty industry is a multibillion dollar industry
- 14:38that has lasted for many decades.
- 14:41So in that sense, it's a well established like you can go in
- 14:46there and there are kind of some best practice there.
- 14:51There's some like hard rules, but then there's quite a lot of
- 14:55best practices. So when I went into market, the
- 14:57skin care thing, I know I wasn't going to be, I've been in the
- 15:01industry. I'm a newcomer.
- 15:02I'm also not a marketing person. I decided at some point, OK,
- 15:06let's hire a marketing agency that caters to smaller
- 15:11businesses, that caters to launching new brands, that has a
- 15:15good experience in the cosmetics and skin care industry, which is
- 15:19what I got. And now I'm working with this
- 15:21marketing agency to do the launch.
- 15:23But you know, even though I don't, I'm new data industry and
- 15:28I don't have that experience and I don't know much about
- 15:30marketing. Even just talking to them,
- 15:33having the regular meetings with them, I can tell, you know, when
- 15:37they recommend me do certain things or when they tell me when
- 15:43they ask me about this and that just in those types of
- 15:45conversations, I can already tell, OK, they, they kind of
- 15:49know what they're doing. And when they explain, sometimes
- 15:52they'll make a decision or they'll recommend something and
- 15:54I'll ask, oh, why is that? What if we did this?
- 15:57And then they'll explain like, Oh, well, we're going to do A
- 15:59and not B because blah, blah, blah, or we recommend this or we
- 16:04don't recommend you do this because you know, XYZ.
- 16:08And when they explain, it's like, oh, that makes a lot of
- 16:10sense, right? You know, So for the skin care
- 16:15business, that's kind of great to know that even though I don't
- 16:20have that experience and I'm new to that industry and I'm this is
- 16:24a new band that I'm building from Ground Zero, it's
- 16:27comforting to know that other lots of other people have done
- 16:32it. So therefore, the way kind of
- 16:36like the rough formula to launch a skin care brand.
- 16:41It's not like no one knows how to do it and there's absolutely
- 16:46no guidance or road map. Lots of companies have launched,
- 16:49lot of beauty companies have launched and I can get people, I
- 16:54can hire people that have that expertise to help do it and
- 16:58exponentially increase the chances of success.
- 17:01That's compared to like only fans where there's not like a
- 17:05company I can really go to and say like, how do I make my only
- 17:09fans better? There are starting to be some
- 17:12agencies, like only fans, agencies that focus on only
- 17:15fans. A lot of them, they focus on
- 17:18only fans management quote, UN quote, managing your only fans
- 17:22for you in like in full or in part.
- 17:25And some of you have heard about like chatters for only fans
- 17:28where, you know, fans would want to chat with their creator on
- 17:32only fans. And is it really the creator
- 17:34that's on the other end of that? Maybe it's like some person
- 17:36that's hired to do the chatting for that creator anyways, I
- 17:38don't do that by the way. I just totally shaded the people
- 17:41that do. I mean, it's a business.
- 17:43You do you. But yeah, there's not a lot of
- 17:47like, really concrete best practices or like a guide book
- 17:51to like, OK, like, you know, this is like how you should
- 17:55price your only fans. And like, this is how you market
- 17:57it. And these are like the do's and
- 17:58don'ts. So there's a little bit of that.
- 18:02I mean, if someone comes up to me and says, oh, how should I
- 18:06run my I, I want to start my only fans.
- 18:08What should I do? How should I run it?
- 18:09How should I do this and that? I'm going to have some advice
- 18:12for them. But I've also listened to other
- 18:16like, very successful, very established creators on only
- 18:20fans. Give advice to other newbies.
- 18:23And The thing is, the advice doesn't always apply.
- 18:30You know, just like if you launch a skin care company, not
- 18:32every skin care company is going to be exactly the same.
- 18:35You know, launching a skin care company here in the US versus in
- 18:39Europe or in Asia is not going to be the same.
- 18:41So there's, there's a bunch of variables at a high level, there
- 18:45are guidelines, but you know, when you get in fact, the nitty
- 18:48gritty details for one specific business, you know, you, you're
- 18:52going to have to customize things a little bit.
- 18:56You know, it's a thing with only fans.
- 18:57And like the way that some of the the way that I have decided
- 19:02to market my only fans, it has worked well for me.
- 19:06You know, for example, I it was a business decision like really
- 19:10it was strategic to market towards Asia.
- 19:16It was very strategic to work with Asian creators that are in
- 19:21Asia. It was very, very strategic to
- 19:24market to fans in Asia and you know, someone that is not Asian
- 19:33and they are based in the US, for example, you know, they
- 19:38might have a very different target demographic.
- 19:41You know, not every type of content is going to appeal to
- 19:45everyone. And from pretty early on, I
- 19:49decided, you know what my best chance of success is to focus on
- 19:55a particular target demographic. And a target demographic is a
- 20:00very common to very common in almost anything, any type of
- 20:06product or service that you want to sell.
- 20:08OK. But the target demographic for
- 20:10almost anything, it's not just an only fancy thing.
- 20:13But for me, it's like, OK, I have this particular target.
- 20:15This is where I want to like really focus on as my fan base.
- 20:20And it's actually worked very, very well.
- 20:22But when it comes to some of these decisions, like, you know,
- 20:24I sometimes I just wish people would just tell me what they
- 20:26want. I just wish the fans would just
- 20:28like tell me what they want. And some of them do.
- 20:32And that's why I made all these big changes in June because
- 20:36there were some fans that told me what they want.
- 20:42But this is kind of sort of there's some word for it where
- 20:45the people that even to survey people, you know, there's kind
- 20:50of some natural bias in who takes the survey.
- 20:53There's, there'll be people that are more inclined to take a
- 20:56survey that might be more outspoken first is people who
- 21:00are less likely to take a survey that will feel very differently.
- 21:03I'm not explaining it very well from like the scientific point
- 21:05of view, but there's some sort of like built in bias to opt in
- 21:09surveys. You know, there's only certain
- 21:11personality or certain types of people who actually want to like
- 21:15voluntary take your survey and then you only get results from a
- 21:20slightly skewed part of the population anyway.
- 21:23So now I'm just rolling back all those changes.
- 21:26But it wasn't, it didn't feel bad.
- 21:28It didn't feel bad to roll it back to change it.
- 21:31It actually felt very empowering in a way because I own and run
- 21:37this whole business and because there are no wasn't a lot of
- 21:41guidelines and best practices. That's why I made these changes
- 21:44and it didn't work. But it's also because of the
- 21:46same reasons that now I feel empowered that, you know, I can
- 21:50just flip the script again. I can just roll back to what I
- 21:54was doing before and it would be fine.
- 21:56A lot of other traditional businesses, I don't think it
- 21:59would be that easy, just like snap a finger, be like, OK, this
- 22:01didn't work. We'll just change the whole
- 22:03model back because it's like a a lot of stuff that I've been do,
- 22:05it's not work per SE. It's just a lot of decisions
- 22:08like, oh, I would have changed the price back.
- 22:10This other thing that I stopped doing, I can just start doing
- 22:13again. It's actually relatively easy
- 22:15for me to do and for me that's kind of fun.
- 22:18Like I found the business part of Onlyfans probably like the
- 22:21most fun and enjoyable part, but a lot of it really just depends
- 22:25on me having because I'm a one person shop, I can do whatever I
- 22:33want to at any time that I want, which is, which is great.
- 22:38How many times have I been an employee working for a
- 22:41corporation where I wanted to do something and there's all these
- 22:44like layers of bureaucracy. So for like a control freak like
- 22:47me doing something like an only fans is like kind of sort of the
- 22:51ultimate in a way, because I can, I can I can change.
- 22:55I can change everything five days a week if I wanted to.
- 22:58Not that it's good for the fans and I wouldn't do that, but like
- 23:01to be able to oh, this price didn't work, I'll just change
- 23:03it. But like literally just in two
- 23:06seconds, I can decide to do that and then actually make it
- 23:08happen. Click, click enter done.
- 23:12So that part is that part is that part is nice to for me to
- 23:18be able to have like full control.
- 23:19It's like, eh, eh, try something.
- 23:21If it doesn't work, I can change it back.
- 23:24So all the businesses are firing on some number of cylinders.
- 23:29You know, I'm very optimistic about the launch for the skin
- 23:31care line. So in a couple of weeks I'll be
- 23:34able to talk more about it. We're just, we're literally just
- 23:37after I started the skin care company literally 2 1/2 years
- 23:41ago was like when I first decided, OK, let's go do this 2
- 23:451/2 years ago. Had some mistakes along the way,
- 23:49but we're doing the we launched now and then I wanted to do this
- 23:54travel advisor because I just was.
- 23:57So I'm so passionate about travel and it is fun for me to
- 24:01do. I feel like I'm still learning
- 24:04it a little bit, but it's been fun so far.
- 24:06Even though I like, I barely started it and then the only
- 24:09fans are still going and you know, I, I'll still keep doing
- 24:13it as long as I enjoy it. There are parts of only fans
- 24:17really that isn't really that enjoyable.
- 24:19It's very easy to look at a content, create any kind of
- 24:21content. I feel like, oh, that person
- 24:24lives such a glamorous life or like, oh, that person is a porn
- 24:27star. I'm not even a star.
- 24:29I'm I, I, I do PORN, but I'm not a STAR really, honestly.
- 24:34But there are some like not so glamorous parts.
- 24:37I feel like any type of content creator, influencer, tick
- 24:41tocker, YouTube only fans person, whatever, you know, from
- 24:44the fans perspective, you see the final product with the
- 24:48Polish and you know, you look at influencers and you see just the
- 24:53Polish, whatever the final product that has all the Polish
- 24:59and the many hours, if not days or weeks of work, right.
- 25:02But it's always like the behind the scenes stuff, it's they're,
- 25:05they're grueling parts to, they're grueling parts to doing
- 25:10any kind of content creation. You know, the amount of
- 25:14sometimes the amount of work that sometimes I feel like
- 25:16content creators get made fun of because sometimes some people
- 25:20think, oh, that person just threw a camera on and just did
- 25:24this and they didn't really work hard for anything.
- 25:27I feel like there's a minority of content creators that can
- 25:32kind of accidentally happen upon.
- 25:36They might get like a viral video or two.
- 25:40But I think these days, like today, if you want to be a
- 25:43successful content, if you want to actually make some decent
- 25:47amount of money as a content creator, if you want to make, I
- 25:51don't know, 4 figures a month, OK, like some some decent money
- 25:57as a content creator that you probably can't do by accident,
- 26:04even if you're a lazy type of person.
- 26:06But I know people that do only fans and I've talked about only
- 26:08fans. You know, you can do it
- 26:10literally as like a hobby that you happen to charge a little
- 26:15money for or you can do it super serious.
- 26:17But I know kind of creators that have that they're on that full
- 26:19spectrum where they have like a intense full time job that takes
- 26:25more than the 40 hours a week. And they kind of do the only
- 26:28fans literally very much on the side.
- 26:30They're not super in it for the money, but like it probably
- 26:33brings in like a few bucks a week or something.
- 26:35And then I definitely know craters that it's their it's
- 26:38their career. Like it's their main job and
- 26:41they are very into it, both in terms of to create in the
- 26:45content and also from the business side.
- 26:48And they, they need to have the four figure per month income
- 26:52because it's, it's literally their main source of income.
- 26:54Like their lives depend on it, their rent depends on it, their
- 26:57food depends on it. So I've, I've worked with people
- 27:00and I've met with people and talk to people throughout that
- 27:03like whole spectrum. But anyone that is trying to do
- 27:07it to, to get any substantial amount of money, there is enough
- 27:11work that you have to do that. I feel like that's stereotypical
- 27:17viewpoint of, oh, that person just like films a few collapse a
- 27:23month that just throws it on like, that's not, that's not
- 27:25serious work. That person like that.
- 27:27That person didn't have to do much to just upload a couple of
- 27:30videos. He just randomly snapped on his
- 27:32iPhone. That is the furthest from the
- 27:34truth. It doesn't make me angry that
- 27:36people think of it that way because I'm at the point in my
- 27:40life where, like, I'm about me. I'll do the things that I enjoy
- 27:44and the things that I need to do.
- 27:46And I know how much hard work and dedication it takes to do
- 27:52some of these things because I've done it and I'm actively
- 27:55still doing them. And if other people don't
- 27:59appreciate it, that's not my problem.
- 28:02I'm not doing it to impress people.
- 28:07You know, I don't start a skin care company to impress people
- 28:11who are going to be judgy about people they don't know anything
- 28:14about and have never started a business before.
- 28:17I didn't become a travel advisor to impress people.
- 28:22You know, I want to be a travel agent because I've had so many
- 28:28great life experiences out of travelling that I really wanted
- 28:33to be able to help others do that and also be able to be
- 28:39successful running that as a business.
- 28:42And I didn't start Only Fans to impress people so that people
- 28:47think, oh, that's like a famous porn only fans person, whatever.
- 28:52I started because I wanted to do it and I still continue to do it
- 28:56because I still enjoy doing it. And like I said, you know, I
- 28:58find like the business aspect of it, it's actually fun for me to
- 29:01do. Sometimes I spent hours late at
- 29:03night thinking about, oh, what's like the new business strategy
- 29:07for like this next phase of my only fans.
- 29:09Oh, let's do like a new promotional campaign.
- 29:13Let's whip up some graphics for that.
- 29:15I do these things because like I enjoy them.
- 29:18It is very hard work, but you know, I know the amount of work
- 29:21that goes into it and no risk, no reward, but because I'm the
- 29:27one that's put the resources into it, if it went, it does
- 29:30become successful and takes off. I'm the person that's reaping
- 29:33the rewards and the haters can, well, I don't know.
- 29:38Do people get paid to be haters? That's why there's so many of
- 29:41them out there. Anyways, to end this podcast, I
- 29:48told you guys I very randomly got this book when I was killing
- 29:52time at a mall while while my car was getting work done and
- 29:56it's 3000 questions about me. I thought it would be nice to
- 30:00end the podcast if I just answer another three questions from
- 30:05this book. So I'm going to flip to a random
- 30:07page. OK?
- 30:09All these are numbered in this book, which is great.
- 30:10So question #736 out of the 3000 that are in this book, there
- 30:14must be some duplicates in here. 736, Did you apply for a win?
- 30:17Any scholarships? No, I'm not a scholarship type
- 30:22of a person. I did good.
- 30:25I got good grades in high school, for example, and it
- 30:28wasn't a problem for me to get into college.
- 30:32But I'm not, I'm not, I'm very average otherwise.
- 30:37I don't do a lot of extracurriculars.
- 30:39I don't do sports. I don't, you know, I'm not like,
- 30:42yeah, I'm very, I'm in a very academically, I'm very average.
- 30:46Question 737. What keeps you balanced in life
- 30:49at work? Oh my God.
- 30:50OK, I mean, well, right now I'm not exactly the role model of a
- 30:54great work life balance because, you know, there's, there's so
- 31:00much going on like the the the I I've spent this whole podcast
- 31:04talking about all, all three of my all three lines of my work
- 31:09right now. Sometimes I think I'm crazy for
- 31:11trying to do three things, but let's not dig into that too
- 31:15much. Otherwise I'll have maybe like a
- 31:17meltdown. OK, 738.
- 31:19If you could steal one thing without consequence with money,
- 31:23just money. Like why would you steal
- 31:26anything else without consequence except for money?
- 31:30Like unless it's something that money can't buy.
- 31:33But literally, you know what? Like 95% of the things I want,
- 31:38it's things that just require money, like things that are
- 31:44stealable. Like when you want to steal
- 31:46someone's heart, like are you going to get all touchy feely
- 31:49like that? No, I don't want to steal any
- 31:52one person's heart. If I could steal one thing,
- 31:54yeah, just just give me like $100 million.
- 31:57Just let me steal like multiple millions of dollars.
- 32:00I won't go into the billions. Just give me like, I don't know,
- 32:03a good like at least 20-30, you know, like $1,000,000 today is
- 32:08not what it is. It's not such a big deal.
- 32:11A6 figure income in a place like New York or San Francisco, it's
- 32:17not really a big deal anymore. You know, back in like the 90s
- 32:23to have a six figure income, obviously La La.
- 32:26But you know, there's this thing called inflation and today
- 32:29making a six figure income for a lot of the country here in the
- 32:33US, for example, yeah, it's still a pretty big deal.
- 32:37But if you are in the large metropolitan areas like New
- 32:43York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, like Chicago, what,
- 32:46making $100,000 a year, it's not a huge deal.
- 32:52It's not so la, LA like, you know, like back 20 years ago.
- 32:59Yeah. Money, definitely.
- 33:00Yeah. Just steal money.
- 33:01There's nothing else I would rather steal than without any
- 33:04consequence. Literally go to the biggest,
- 33:07richest bank and just F and walk in there and be like just give
- 33:11me all the actually, I don't think banks even keep cash.
- 33:14They do keep cash, but like they don't keep millions in cash.
- 33:18All right, there you go. And with that, next week, we're
- 33:22pretty close. We're very close to
- 33:23Thanksgiving. Obviously next week.
- 33:26I think I would do a Thanksgiving episode and that
- 33:32would go up the week before Thanksgiving and probably the
- 33:37week of these go out on Thursdays and Thanksgiving is
- 33:39always on a Thursday. We're probably going to take a
- 33:41break from the podcast on actual Thanksgiving Day.
- 33:45So that for two reasons. So that all of you can have a
- 33:50break from me because a lot of you are going to be doing
- 33:52Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving things.
- 33:55And also for me because I, I, I just want to take a break.
- 34:02I, I want to take a vacation, you know, for my only fans.
- 34:05I'm already planning to do a 2 full weeks of vacation.
- 34:09One of the bad things about running a business is that
- 34:11there's no like Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 to 5:00.
- 34:14It's kind of like 247365. But I've decided this year that
- 34:19I'm going to take a full 2 week Christmas and New Year's
- 34:23vacation from my Only Fans. And for people that are paying
- 34:28subscription, I'm going to have some reruns, some special
- 34:32reruns. OK.
- 34:34But otherwise, I'm just going to tell them I've got some reruns
- 34:37coming up for you, some special reruns, limited time reruns only
- 34:41available during the holiday season that you can watch.
- 34:45But otherwise, I'm going to be out for two weeks.
- 34:49So yeah, that that's another great thing about being able to
- 34:51run your only Fans. You can take a vacation if you
- 34:53want. All right.
- 34:54And until next time, bye y'all.
