Speaker 1: Consciously, you want this expectation of money that it's flowing to you always and you're making all this money while you sleep.
• 0:30
Speaker 1: But subconsciously, you have a feeling towards money that it will run out, it's limited and there's not enough of it.

Speaker 1: Hello, beautiful people, and welcome back to the Abundant and Aligned podcast.
• 1:24
Speaker 1: I hope you are having an incredible day and week, whatever it is that you've been up to.
• 1:29
Speaker 1: This episode is one that I promised on my Instagram a couple of days ago, and we are actually unpacking a TV series that I have just finished, called Dark Matter.
• 1:40
Speaker 1: It's on Apple and we need to talk about it because the overarching message in this TV show is exactly what I talk about and teach on my social media, on my podcast, within the Academy, and it is the most incredible way to explain the importance of upgrading your subconscious mind, which is the essence of the academy.
• 2:07
Speaker 1: So your homework this week, if you have not seen these TV show, is to go and watch dark matter and then enroll in the academy Because, as I said, it's going to blow your mind as to why it is so important to do the work we do in the academy and reprogram your subconscious mind.
• 2:23
Speaker 1: Important to do the work we do in the academy and reprogram your subconscious mind.
• 2:27
Speaker 1: As I said, the overarching theme is it makes sense why you're like, yeah, the TV show is making sense of why your life looks the way it does, even though you want something different.
• 2:38
Speaker 1: So we all know, everyone that listens to this show wants change of some kind, whether it is more money, a different standard of living, more luxury, more freedom, just more in their life.
• 2:51
Speaker 1: We know we want these things, but the reason your life doesn't look that way, even though you want it to look like that way, is because your subconscious mind is choosing something different, and this show explains it all so, so well.
• 3:07
Speaker 1: So, as I said, go and watch dark matter and then go and enroll in the academy so that you can do the subconscious reprogramming work, so that the life you want is actually the life that you have.
• 3:18
Speaker 1: But before we tie it back to the academy, let's do a debrief on the show for anyone who has not seen it yet.
• 3:24
Speaker 1: I'm going to do my best to take you through the to the Academy.
• 3:28
Speaker 1: Let's do a debrief on the show for anyone who has not seen it yet.
• 3:29
Speaker 1: I'm going to do my best to take you through the, the vibe, the essence of this show and the message that is within this show, and again tie it back to the work we do inside the Academy.
• 3:36
Speaker 1: And yeah, my mind is blown.
• 3:39
Speaker 1: Anyway, this show was literally made for me.
• 3:41
Speaker 1: Thank you to whoever the director is of Dark Matter.
• 3:43
Speaker 1: Anyway, let's do a quick debrief.
• 3:45
Speaker 1: So Dark Matter is based on this guy.
• 3:48
Speaker 1: The main character is Jason and he is a physics professor, and the show starts by portraying him as just an average guy with an average life.
• 4:00
Speaker 1: He's married with a son called Charlie and, yeah, he works as a physics professor in a university, and somewhere in there they give out the vibe that he once upon a time in his life made the decision that he would choose his family over his science career and go down the path of academia so that he could work but also be there for his family.
• 4:25
Speaker 1: As opposed to an original dream that he had, and that was to be a physics like a scientist, which they make out would require him to choose his career and not be able to have a family life.
• 4:37
Speaker 1: So somewhere along the line he was at a fork in the road, and it was either to become this big hotshot scientist where he couldn't prioritize his family, or prioritize his family and just be a professor at a university.
• 4:51
Speaker 1: And so he was at this fork in the road and he chose the latter.
• 4:53
Speaker 1: He chose to go down the path of being a family man and being a physics professor at the university.
• 5:00
Speaker 1: Very quickly on in the tv, very quickly on in the TV, very quickly on in the TV show, his best friend wins a, an award called the Pavia, which is a big award in the science industry, I guess like a Nobel prize.
• 5:13
Speaker 1: So he's at the pub with his friend Ryan celebrating the fact that his friend got the Pavia.
• 5:18
Speaker 1: And his friend Ryan makes a note saying isn't it crazy to think that this could have been you that won this Pavia?
• 5:23
Speaker 1: Like, if you had to make different decisions, this could have been you that won this Pavia.
• 5:25
Speaker 1: Like, if you had to make different decisions, this could have been you.
• 5:27
Speaker 1: And he's like yeah, you know, whatever, I chose this life and I'm happy with this life.
• 5:31
Speaker 1: Anyways, he leaves the pub and he's walking home and then he gets kidnapped by someone Also spoiler alert for people who will watch this, but we're doing it he gets kidnapped by someone and then he gets taken down to an alleyway and then the kidnapper reveals who he is and he is another version of Jason.
• 5:52
Speaker 1: So Jason 1 is the physics professor, jason 2 is the one who kidnapped him and essentially, jason 1 andason two were once the same jason, but they split into different universes and different realities based on the decision that they made.
• 6:10
Speaker 1: So, as I said that, jason was at that fork in the road and it was either to become this big scientist or become a family man, and jason to become the family man.
• 6:22
Speaker 1: Jason one become the family man.
• 6:24
Speaker 1: Jason two become the family man.
• 6:25
Speaker 1: Sorry, jason one become the family man.
• 6:26
Speaker 1: Jason two chose the science, and so they then both existed in different dimensions, different realities, different universes, because they made a different decision at that point.
• 6:37
Speaker 1: Stay with me Jason one, who has come from the version of him that chose his science career, actually did win the PAVIA because he created a box that puts a human into superposition.
• 6:51
Speaker 1: Actually, I don't think that's why he won the prize, but anyways, he created this box that puts a human into superposition, and him doing that was based on Schrodinger's cat experiment I think that's how you pronounce it which essentially is this theory that if you seal a cat in a box with something in there that will eventually kill the cat, you won't know if the cat is alive or dead until you open the box, because it is in the realm of the observer effect, whereby, until you open the box and observe the cat, the cat is simultaneously dead and alive.
• 7:29
Speaker 1: So, anyways, jason two the one that kidnapped him created a box that could do this in human form.
• 7:36
Speaker 1: He comes into jason one's world and says I'm gonna live your world, your life, I'm gonna stay here and're going to go back into this box and go back to my reality where I'm this big shot scientist.
• 7:49
Speaker 1: And so he eventually forces him in the box, he drugs him up and then he this Jason too wakes up in a different reality where he's known as a different version of him, but still as Jason, anyway.
• 8:02
  Speaker 1: So fast forward.
• 8:04
Speaker 1: The original Jason's like okay, well, I need to get back to my reality and my life, because I don't want this life, I don't want to be this scientist, I don't want what Jason, too, has.
• 8:15
  Speaker 1: I want what I had.
• 8:16
Speaker 1: So he figures out how to get back in the box.
• 8:18
Speaker 1: He does what is required to get back in the box.
• 8:21
Speaker 1: Once in the box, he discovers that there are, there is multiple different doors that he can open, and each door will lead him to a different reality.
• 8:30
Speaker 1: And so he thinks well, I'll open a door and I'll end up back at my original reality with my wife and kid.
• 8:38
Speaker 1: And he's opening a bunch of doors and they're leading him to these very dangerous, very dark realities.
• 8:46
Speaker 1: So one where there was a pandemic that killed the entire human race.
• 8:52
Speaker 1: Another one there had been a huge fire and there was just soot and dust everywhere.
• 8:59
Speaker 1: Another one where aliens had taken over or some kind of interdimensional thing had taken over.
• 9:06
Speaker 1: And so he's going through these doors and stepping into all of these like dangerous, dark realities and he's like why do I keep stepping and finding myself into these realities?
• 9:17
Speaker 1: Anyways, he eventually realizes that his thoughts is creating what's on the other side of that door.
• 9:24
Speaker 1: So he's like okay, so if I think about my family and I think about being back with them, and then I open the door, I should be back in Chicago, California, back to my original reality.
• 9:37
Speaker 1: So he's thinking about his family, he's thinking about how much he misses them, and then he opens the door.
• 9:43
Speaker 1: But he still finds himself in these very dangerous alternate realities.
• 9:47
Speaker 1: And then he goes back and he tweaks it a little bit.
• 9:51
Speaker 1: So he refines how much he's thinking about his wife and kid and he starts journaling about it, opens the door.
• 9:58
Speaker 1: Eventually he finds himself opening a door into a reality where he's back in Chicago but the wife had died, or the wife never married him, or the wife is sick, and there's this pandemic and the entire population is dying.
• 10:14
Speaker 1: So he was like getting closer to the original reality, but he still was finding himself in situations where he didn't have what he consciously wanted and there was always this sense of um, catastrophe, sickness, disaster.
• 10:29
Speaker 1: And he's like what the fuck am I doing wrong?
• 10:32
Speaker 1: I'm thinking about my family, but I'm not finding myself back.
• 10:35
Speaker 1: What he eventually discovers, or so okay, so he's thinking about his family, and then he opens the door and then the lady he's with is like wait a second, I know you were thinking about your family before you open that door, but what were you feeling?
• 10:49
Speaker 1: And he's like well, I was scared that I would open the door and still not be back in my original reality.
• 10:56
Speaker 1: And because they have, like these, drugs that they need to take in order for this to happen, and and he was running out of drugs.
• 11:01
Speaker 1: So, while consciously he was thinking that he wanted to be back in his original reality with his family, he was fearing that he wouldn't be.
• 11:09
Speaker 1: And so when he opened the door, he was getting what he was fearing and feeling, not what he was consciously thinking about.
• 11:16
Speaker 1: So he figures out.
• 11:19
Speaker 1: It's not so much about what I'm consciously wanting, but it's about what I'm subconsciously feeling.
• 11:24
Speaker 1: Anyways, long story short, he eventually masters his emotions and instead of journaling about what he would see so up until that point he was journaling about what his wife looked like and the bar that he used to drink at and what his house looked like.
• 11:42
Speaker 1: But when they discovered that what he was getting was actually what he was feeling, he started to describe how he would feel once he was back in his original reality.
• 11:51
Speaker 1: And so he eventually mastered getting on top of his thoughts and feelings, and the show ends with him being back in his original reality.
• 11:59
Speaker 1: There's a lot more that happens, but that's the overarching theme of this show, what happens in this show.
• 12:05
Speaker 1: And so, as I said at the start, what this show demonstrates is there are multiple, infinite realities that exist for you, and you can create anyone you want, but what you create isn't depending on what you're thinking about or consciously choosing, but what you're subconsciously thinking about, feeling, fearing and believing in.
• 12:31
Speaker 1: And so, in life, you can open any door you want.
• 12:36
Speaker 1: In life, you can step out into any reality you want, and that reality will be created based on what you choose.
• 12:43
Speaker 1: But it's what you're subconsciously choosing, not what you're consciously choosing.
• 12:49
Speaker 1: And, most importantly, what you're feeling, fearing, internally, believing in is what you will create, is what will be on the other side of that door.
• 12:58
Speaker 1: Oh my God, like I said, my mind was just blown away when I was watching this TV show, because it's literally a TV series that explains everything that I always talk about.
• 13:07
Speaker 1: And again, it's in in life you don't get what you consciously choose, but rather what you subconsciously choose, based on what you're thinking, feeling, fearing and believing in.
• 13:19
Speaker 1: And yeah, it also demonstrates that you can have any life, there are infinite possibilities that exist.
• 13:27
Speaker 1: And when he's in that box, when he's in the conscious state, the box is literally just like a box.
• 13:33
Speaker 1: But then, once he takes this drug, that the drug alters the brain chemistry of the prefrontal cortex so essentially puts them in like this sleepy state, so kind of going into what we would call hypnosis meditation.
• 13:48
  Speaker 1: It does that.
• 13:48
Speaker 1: So once he's actually in the box, this box then extends and it just goes on for an infinite length.
• 13:55
Speaker 1: Um, when he first gets in the box, he's like running trying to find the end of it and just never ends.
• 14:00
Speaker 1: It's, it's infinite and there are infinite number of doors, and that represents that there are infinite potentials and realities that exist.
• 14:08
Speaker 1: All he needs to do is open the door and then he will create that reality, because he has then observed the reality.
• 14:14
Speaker 1: So that's the same for our life, which is so, so, so cool.
• 14:20
Speaker 1: There are infinite realities that exist for you, and you can open any door you want, but you've got to be thinking and feeling in alignment with the reality that you want.
• 14:29
Speaker 1: So when you open the door and observe it, it's the reality that you're choosing that you get.
• 14:34
Speaker 1: So let's give us an example to play around with here, knowing that there are infinite possibilities that exist, and we will create a reality based on what we're thinking and feeling.
• 14:47
Speaker 1: Why is it then that, even though you want more money, even though you want to increase the revenue in your business, you want the pay rise, you want this financial freedom?
• 14:56
Speaker 1: Even though you want that, why is it that your bank account still looks that way, your business still is making that kind of money?
• 15:02
Speaker 1: Your financial reality isn't freedom and abundance, it's scarcity and lack.
• 15:07
Speaker 1: It's because, while consciously you want more money, subconsciously you're choosing lack and scarcity, and that is because somewhere in your life and for most women who listen to this show, most of us, not just some points in life, but for most of our life from our family, our community, but also society.
• 15:33
Speaker 1: We have been told how to acquire money, we've been told the avenues at which money will come to you, and we have been told expectations when it comes to money.
• 15:44
Speaker 1: And very likely, what you have been told is required to have money is working really hard, waiting for it and spending pretty much your entire life working towards having an amount of money.
• 16:02
Speaker 1: The avenues at which you've been told money will find you is maybe through a corporate job being paid by someone else as an employee, and the expectations that you have when it comes to money is that it's limited, we need to save it and if we spend it, then we're running out of money, and there's this sense of there's not enough of it, it's limited and it will run out.
• 16:25
Speaker 1: And so let's take the woman that consciously wants more money.
• 16:31
Speaker 1: She wants to make it through an online business and she wants the process to be quick, while she's consciously choosing that.
• 16:38
Speaker 1: That is contradicting and going against everything that she has subconsciously been programmed to believe and feel when it comes to money.
• 16:47
Speaker 1: So, consciously, you want money to come to you quicker and faster, but subconsciously, you have a belief that making money is hard.
• 16:56
Speaker 1: Consciously, you want to be making 20K months in your online business and it's all passive income but subconsciously you have been conditioned that making money will come from a corporate job, nine to five, getting paid by someone else.
• 17:11
Speaker 1: Consciously, you want this expectation of money, that it's flowing to you always and you're making all this money while you sleep.
• 17:18
Speaker 1: But subconsciously, you have a feeling towards money that it will run out, it's limited and there's not enough of it.
• 17:27
Speaker 1: So, therefore, your financial reality is matching that subconscious program, those subconscious thoughts, feelings, fears and beliefs, not what you're consciously choosing.
• 17:40
Speaker 1: And this is why, in the Academy, we literally spend only one week defining what you want, and then we get to work on ensuring your subconscious mind is programmed to create it.
• 17:52
Speaker 1: And the reason for that is there's two reasons.
• 18:01
Speaker 1: One, I already know that every single person who listens to this show knows they want something different, and if you gave yourself permission to sit down and journal on this, you would come up with pages and pages and pages of desires and wants and wishes for a dream life.
• 18:14
Speaker 1: So we don't need to spend much time there.
• 18:17
Speaker 1: You already know you want more money.
• 18:18
Speaker 1: You already know you want more freedom.
• 18:20
Speaker 1: You already know you want more luxury, a higher standard of living, more clients, more customers, more happiness, more joy, more abundance.
• 18:27
Speaker 1: You already know you want those things.
• 18:28
Speaker 1: So one week is all we need to remind yourself.
• 18:32
Speaker 1: Raise the bar and anchor that in.
• 18:35
Speaker 1: But then that's just one part of the work, one part of the process consciously choosing because, as we've learned, you can consciously choose all you want.
• 18:45
Speaker 1: Your vision could be so specific and so detailed that you could sit here and talk about it forever, but it's not what you're consciously choosing that you're going to create.
• 18:54
Speaker 1: It's what you're subconsciously thinking, feeling, fearing and believing in.
• 18:57
Speaker 1: So for the rest of those four months, what we do is ensure your subconscious mind now aligns with that conscious vision and the dreams that you want.
• 19:08
Speaker 1: When there is coherence between what you consciously want and what you're subconsciously programmed to think and feel and believe and expect.
• 19:20
Speaker 1: When there is a coherence between the two, now you finally get what you want, things show up like you have been journaling about.
• 19:30
Speaker 1: The vision board comes to life.
• 19:33
Speaker 1: The goals that you keep missing and falling short of start to be achieved, because now you're subconsciously choosing the wealth, the freedom, the ease, the flow, the peace, the abundance, the happiness, just like this guy when he was in that box finally gets back to his family because he finally was feeling like he was back there.
• 19:58
Speaker 1: You guys, once you feel different and you feel abundant and you feel rich and you feel wealthy and you feel all these things, at that subconscious level it starts to show up for you.
• 20:08
Speaker 1: You create the reality you want, you open the door and you see what you want, as opposed to keep opening that door and seeing what you don't want.
• 20:16
  Speaker 1: So the Academy.
• 20:19
Speaker 1: Thank you to the director of Dark Matter, thank you for creating this TV show, because it explains why the Academy is so important.
• 20:28
Speaker 1: It's why I truly believe every single woman, no matter how old you are, where you are, what life you have experienced, what life you want, every single woman should go through the Academy.
• 20:40
Speaker 1: Because it's this work that you're doing.
• 20:42
Speaker 1: It's upgrading that subconscious conditioning, the subconscious programming that's going to keep you stuck in lack, in scarcity, in struggle, unless you get in and change it.
• 20:56
Speaker 1: And, quite frankly, unless you're doing this subconscious reprogramming work, you could continue to create the vision boards and continue to journal about your conscious intentions and continue to have all of these dreams and hopes and wishes, but you won't get them if your subconscious mind is going to be choosing otherwise.
• 21:19
Speaker 1: I'm here to make your life easier.
• 21:21
Speaker 1: My entire mission, within my brand and my life, is for you to have a life of overflow, wealth, freedom.
• 21:30
Speaker 1: Like I literally want all of you to be floating around on a yacht drinking expensive champagne.
• 21:34
Speaker 1: I want all of you to have mornings with your family cooking breakfast on a random Wednesday.
• 21:40
Speaker 1: I want all of you to be making so much money in your business that you're not wondering where the sale is going to come from and if you can pay your bills next week.
• 21:48
Speaker 1: I want all of you to have this life that every day is completely aligned with what exactly you want, without waiting any longer for it, and just quickly as well.
• 22:01
Speaker 1: Like this, change can happen fast because your subconscious doesn't question the new program you put upon it.
• 22:07
Speaker 1: So, again, like, you'll learn about this in the academy, but between the ages of zero to seven, you were in essentially a hypnosis state, which means you didn't have the ability to question things.
• 22:19
Speaker 1: Apply logic, say I'm going to believe that, or I'm not going to believe that.
• 22:22
Speaker 1: Every single thing you got told, observed experience went straight into your subconscious mind.
• 22:29
Speaker 1: And when it goes to the subconscious, when it makes its way into that part of your mind, it's immediately accepted as truth.
• 22:36
Speaker 1: The subconscious doesn't have that ability to weigh things up.
• 22:40
  Speaker 1: Apply that logic?
• 22:42
  Speaker 1: Is that true?
• 22:43
  Speaker 1: Is that false?
• 22:43
Speaker 1: It just takes it on as truth.
• 22:45
Speaker 1: So inside the academy there is so many techniques that I take you through and so many practices that you will become a master of that quietens down that mind and puts you back in that same place you were, between the ages of zero to seven, so that you can put the new program in and the subconscious mind will take it in as your new truth, no questions asked.
• 23:04
Speaker 1: Now you have an upgraded computer system.
• 23:06
Speaker 1: Now you're thinking, feeling and believing in the future.
• 23:11
Speaker 1: You want, and you get it, just like we know, a computer.
• 23:15
Speaker 1: When we upgrade Microsoft Word.
• 23:17
Speaker 1: It doesn't question it, it doesn't say actually not today, or yes, this update will happen, but you have to work harder for it and it's going to happen in the next 10 years.
• 23:26
  Speaker 1: It just happens.
• 23:27
Speaker 1: The upgrade is complete, it takes our intentions on it, upgrades the computer and voila, it's done.
• 23:34
Speaker 1: Same thing can be applied to the subconscious mind when you know how to do it properly.
• 23:40
Speaker 1: So, to wrap this up, as I said, homework this week, go watch Dark Matter.
• 23:44
Speaker 1: There's only, I think, nine episodes.
• 23:46
Speaker 1: It's a limited series series, so you could totally binge this and smash this out before sunday and then enroll in the academy, because you'll see again why it's so important to do this subconscious reconditioning so that the life you want can be yours, without waiting, without continuing to be frustrated, without continuing to tolerate anything different.
• 24:11
Speaker 1: You get the life you want and you get it sooner rather than later.
• 24:15
Speaker 1: So, with that being said, the Academy is linked in the show notes below.
• 24:20
Speaker 1: I'm even going to link Dark Matter in the show notes below, so you guys actually go and watch this show and I otherwise cannot wait to welcome you inside the Academy.
• 24:29
Speaker 1: Enrollment does close on Sunday, which is the 14th of July, at midnight.
• 24:33
Speaker 1: It is a hard cutoff.
• 24:35
Speaker 1: Sometimes we get some stragglers, but we're not going to do that this year.
• 24:37
Speaker 1: Hard cutoff on Sunday, and then next week is onboarding week.
• 24:42
Speaker 1: So you guys will get your textbooks.
• 24:44
Speaker 1: I'll put you in the Telegram chat.
• 24:46
