- 0:01Hello, everyone. Welcome back to
- 0:03Eye Opener Society. I thank you again for tuning in and joining us again.
- 0:08And once again, I want to thank everybody, especially the audience,
- 0:11because you're joining us, you're downloading, you're listening,
- 0:14and it's so much appreciative.
- 0:16I wanted to give a big shout out again to all of the other countries that are joining us.
- 0:23UK, Lithuania, South Africa, Ireland, Wales,
- 0:30It's exciting, it really is And to see everybody that's joining us It's great,
- 0:36it's great for you to join this community It's been exciting So I wanted to
- 0:40kind of lead this off Because I made a promise.
- 0:44Just for those who don't really know me that well I'm kind of a homebody I do
- 0:48go out, but if I do It's always in the woods, the forest, mountains Or wherever
- 0:52that's peaceful and quiet,
- 0:55But I did have a kind of impromptu day off And I went out for a walk Like I
- 1:01normally do Because Yeah,
- 1:03If you know the podcast, I live in an area called Red Lion, Pennsylvania, and it's in York County.
- 1:09And I know people kind of may find Red Lion's not exactly the world's best,
- 1:14but you know, you have to think differently.
- 1:17And I enjoy it because it is a borough. So there are sidewalks you could walk
- 1:21all over. And I do walk through the borough a lot.
- 1:24So I did that in freezing rain.
- 1:28And if anybody knows anything about it, or if you want to visit Franklin Square Social, It's new.
- 1:35I think within the last couple of years, they made way, they took down some
- 1:39old warehouse and they converted it into a whole food court.
- 1:43And it's kind of mimics New York City Central, Grand Central Station.
- 1:48And I say mimics because I've seen it. Just has the theme.
- 1:53I stepped in and for the first time, I mean, it's been around now,
- 1:57like I said, almost two years and I have not gone in it.
- 2:00And so I checked it out. I said, all right, well, I'm taking a walk.
- 2:03I might as well make purpose with my walk. So I go in there and it was pretty cool.
- 2:08And the first thing I seen was a bar and the bar looked pretty cool.
- 2:11And I haven't really drank in quite a while, but I said, why not?
- 2:16Not a big deal. I could control myself.
- 2:18And it was called the rail bar and it's on the downstairs level.
- 2:22And it was cool because the bartender, she was really awesome.
- 2:25I got a really good vibe off of her and I challenged her to make a drink and she did wonderful.
- 2:31And I promised her I'd give her a shout out Alyssa If you're listening You did
- 2:36great You're a wonderful bartender Thrail Bar Located in Franklin Social In
- 2:42Red Lion, Pennsylvania Go find Alyssa She will take care of you,
- 2:46So I had my piece So.
- 2:49I brought all that up because I promised to give a shout out.
- 2:52But at the same time, Lizzie and I, we were just talking about being chill and
- 2:55relaxing. And you know what?
- 2:58That was my chill relaxing. It was fun to sit and have a drink. I was alone.
- 3:03I did ask my wife. I was like, do you want to come for a walk?
- 3:06And she said, are you crazy in this way?
- 3:08So I texted her from the bar and I was like, next time I ask, you should say yes.
- 3:14So that's what happened. But, you know, there's things, there's little pleasures
- 3:17you can take in life and me taking a walk and just exploring something new.
- 3:24Very impromptu. There I was in a whole nother place I haven't been in yet.
- 3:28And I was really excited. And I was like, wow, the place is a little expensive
- 3:31in some places in there, but it was a good place.
- 3:34And I figured, you know what, maybe I'll take my wife there once a week or something,
- 3:39you know, something new, something different.
- 3:41What about you, Lizzie? have you done anything like that impromptu?
- 3:46Oh, that's kind of something I've been focusing on a lot because my whole theory
- 3:50about, you know, new timelines, you get stuck in like a groove of thought process, emotion, action.
- 3:56It's the same over and over again. And if you can do something different,
- 4:00like taking a walk in the cold, you know, something you wouldn't normally do
- 4:04on a, whatever that was Monday or whatever.
- 4:08But what it does is it changes your actions. Now you saw new places you saw
- 4:14new frequencies you had that like nice experience and,
- 4:18that you would have normally just been home doing the same thing.
- 4:21And so now that you have new frequencies, it's supposed to open up new thoughts and new feelings.
- 4:27And then you're open to like the next new different activity.
- 4:30And honestly, all the ones that have really made differences to me is all the
- 4:36tiny little things like just go for a walk when you would normally stay.
- 4:40Or read a book when you'd normally watch a movie.
- 4:42Or watch a movie when you'd normally read a book. Like there's not like a correct
- 4:46thing. just whatever it is you normally do, maybe just try altering it and just
- 4:51see what happens. You know, you never know.
- 4:54Yeah, you do never know because the funny thing is like my wife and I,
- 4:59we do, we're very set in things we do.
- 5:02And especially when we go out and most of that's because I don't trust most places when I eat.
- 5:08There's only like two places that I don't get sick from and we just stick to those.
- 5:13So when we do go out, we're going to the same places and all. So it's just nice to...
- 5:18Change that whole perspective just say hey i'm gonna try something different
- 5:21and what excited me more and i didn't do it but because i really wanted to control
- 5:25spending money right now they even have an arcade in there dude i haven't touched
- 5:30a pinball machine in ages,
- 5:33oh that's fun yeah so now i know it's there i don't have to go there to eat
- 5:38or drink right i could go there and slam the pinball machines and it will bring
- 5:42me back to when i was a teenager And we used to go and hang out in Nathan's
- 5:47up in Westchester County, New York,
- 5:49which is no longer there, which really sucks.
- 5:53But these are the things you do. These are the thing. It brings back memories,
- 5:57too. So you're focusing on that frequency as well.
- 6:02Yeah, for sure. And, you know, in terms of like changing your patterns,
- 6:05I honestly don't know anybody who's not a little bit in a rat race right now.
- 6:11Just trying to like make enough money, have enough time, do all the things,
- 6:15right? Like we just don't have enough time in our day.
- 6:17And so if you are trying to do something like a little crazy,
- 6:21taking that, doing that pinball machine, something fun and simple that's not productive in any way.
- 6:28Because this is something that I'm finding too, because I want to relax into
- 6:31something productive like painting, but I still have a goal.
- 6:35I'm still trying to do something.
- 6:38There's art in doing nothing,
- 6:42You know what I'm saying? And that I think it rewires your brain a little bit.
- 6:47I think that's maybe why my nervous system has such a hard time,
- 6:50because even when I relax, I want to relax productively.
- 6:54And that's not a thing.
- 6:57Yeah you are different lizzie and i admire it so don't worry about it it's what makes you you,
- 7:04but i also did like i said i did record um the last episode that i did and i
- 7:10did that one outdoors i bought my equipment with me it was like 30 degrees i
- 7:14went outdoors and i recorded an episode.
- 7:18Outdoors uh and it was one of those things like i've been telling people i've
- 7:22been just listening to my body.
- 7:24It just basically told me you should record outdoors. I said, okay.
- 7:28I woke up and I was like, okay, should I still do this? And everything energetically
- 7:34wise was saying, yes, do it.
- 7:36So I went out and I did it and it was a different feeling.
- 7:40And it was uplifting because again, it was me and nature, which I enjoy.
- 7:46I was doing the podcast, which I enjoy. So it's a lot of things together.
- 7:50And here's the other thing. And I'll talk to you about this, Lizzie.
- 7:53I don't want to call it deja vu, okay?
- 7:58But I've been experiencing a lot. When I was doing that episode...
- 8:02For whatever the reason, I was thinking about, as I was sitting out there,
- 8:07I had my back up against a downed tree and all, and had my blanket out.
- 8:11But I remembered back in, I would probably say 16, 17, so we're talking like
- 8:18in the 80s, that I was sitting where I lived in the Bronx, and people think
- 8:24it's all concrete jungle.
- 8:26No, we got more parkland than any place else. So just little tidbit there.
- 8:31I used to sit where the New York City Police Highway Patrol,
- 8:35they had their building up by the Bronx River Parkway.
- 8:38And it was a big park called Bronx Park East.
- 8:40And I used to go, you know, sit up there right by the highway.
- 8:43And for whatever reason, the entire time I'm doing the podcast,
- 8:46I had this feeling that I was back in 1987 or so doing the exact same thing.
- 8:58Obviously aroma is what I was smelling like this sweetness in the
- 9:00air from the decaying matter on the ground and all everything was just
- 9:03coming back like I was back there in a
- 9:06different time but I was also in this time so it was really exciting I enjoyed
- 9:11the moment I don't know exactly what it means and I've been getting that a lot
- 9:15lately like I'm driving and working all the time saying I'm back in a different
- 9:18time again not so much deja vu but I'm kind of like jumping these little timelines here in there.
- 9:25So I don't know what it's about, but I'm enjoying it because it's been fun.
- 9:33So my perspective, to my understanding, is the internet working okay?
- 9:39Because yours was kind of cutting out. Is it okay? Can you hear me?
- 9:41Yeah, I'm hearing. I don't got anything bad on this side.
- 9:44Okay. All right. Okay. So time does not work linearly.
- 9:49That's how we can process it like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
- 9:52Thursday. But it goes in a spiral.
- 9:55And then it's also kind of like a pool at the same time.
- 9:59And so what happens is when you're living life, there will be like a time where
- 10:05your timeline circles back kind of over top or through a past time or a future time in your life.
- 10:12And so whatever moment you crossed through, you probably had similar thoughts
- 10:18and feelings, different life circumstances.
- 10:22But just it's like the recursion gives you an opportunity to repattern from
- 10:27here. It's like a time point.
- 10:29And so that's why we get deja vu, because we've been in this time point a bunch of different times.
- 10:35But it's a lot of times it's all these like little minor things.
- 10:38But when people start connecting with their intuition and start doing shadow
- 10:42work and balancing everything out, it's something that happens more and more
- 10:47and more because you start noticing when the energy like clicks together and
- 10:51that's what it kind of is.
- 10:52It's like it overlaps and you can feel that. You can feel two versions at one
- 10:56time, even though all you can see is just yours.
- 11:01I like it. This is why I like talking to you about these things.
- 11:04Like we said in the last episode, you didn't have to, but you did some energy
- 11:09work with me. And it does.
- 11:11When you talk to somebody else about it, and then you get their perspective, it really helps.
- 11:18It takes a lot out of you. Because I could sit and go down every rabbit hole with that.
- 11:23But just the way you said it, it's just no more than a time compression. But I'm enjoying it.
- 11:29I don't have to look at everything.
- 11:33As some sort of conspiracy or, you know, it is just what it is.
- 11:38And when you become more open to these. It's an idea to play with.
- 11:42Yeah, it is. And it's fun because like I said, it's just like I was living in
- 11:47a different time zone and the current time zone all at one time.
- 11:51And it felt good. I was kind of excited about that. I said, it's a different feeling.
- 11:56And so if you just sometimes just go with it without questioning it,
- 11:59you tend to have a lot more fun with it.
- 12:05Yeah that's what i find in life in general if you just uh chill just go oh this
- 12:12is happening i'm getting deja vu how interesting and then just keep going because
- 12:17anything that you quote need to know come up like you.
- 12:23We just had a little jump are you there yeah i'm here are you there,
- 12:27yeah yeah sorry that you're you keep cutting out a little bit but not too bad
- 12:33like i'm tracking what you're saying but okay we're getting you're in there
- 12:38that's fine i bet it works now yeah,
- 12:41there we go again it's the sharing of high
- 12:44energy there i know my internet was out last night but
- 12:47i gotta know but i think it's your energy has been pulling so
- 12:50much through the universe i'm feeling you all the way over here across on
- 12:53the east coast and it's good i'm out
- 12:56i'm having such a hard time with my technology like
- 13:00my tiktoks are glitching all the time they're doing just
- 13:03weird weird things like it's dirty deleting
- 13:07videos or like it just glitches the the video my internet's cutting out all
- 13:13the time like i just like i just suddenly have crappy internet all the time
- 13:17like my what it's good internet but i'm playing with it a little bit so it's fine You know,
- 13:24I think it's it might just be like really high energy.
- 13:27I know I've had lots of problems with that in the past, but not usually it's
- 13:32like when I'm really, really high anxiety or something.
- 13:37And so then something will glitch out and I'll chill out and it like it chills.
- 13:40But now it's like a semi-consistent problem with everything I'm doing.
- 13:46So now I'm just like not really sure what's happening. Right.
- 13:50That and on top of that, we've been getting hit with some very heavy geomagnetic storms, too.
- 13:55They keep popping up. So that's about that. Yeah.
- 13:58So I think that's jerking with all of the electronics, too, as well.
- 14:02So that's OK. If we had to live in an electronic free world,
- 14:06going back to my little timeline of the 80s, I lived perfectly through it.
- 14:11So I don't think we necessarily need it. We just want to have a podcast.
- 14:16We'll have to go back to the phone chat. Yeah, we'd have to send letters out. Yeah.
- 14:22Remember the phone check? We could type it all out and send it.
- 14:26Yes, the bulletin boards when the internet first started.
- 14:32So put it in the newspaper we could be in the newspaper we'll take out a full page ad.
- 14:39Yeah so this year yeah so i appreciate this episode this was a little bit more
- 14:43chill we got a lot more things planned lizzie and i um for right now especially
- 14:50since i'm in the process of moving and once i get this studio i know i keep
- 14:53saying it once i got this uh studio set up,
- 14:57it's gonna be really easy for me to do these i could do tons of them because
- 15:01whenever i got a thought, I can just turn around and go ahead and sit down in
- 15:06front of my microphone, which I don't got to tear down, set up all the time.
- 15:10So we're working on things. So please keep listening.
