- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey guys, welcome back to Wisecracks. Bill Krackenberger, Genre Orlando.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Over here at the World Series of Poker, in this
- 0:06Speaker 1: beautiful news store.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Look at the.
- 0:08Speaker 1: Setup we got here, John, I don't know how you
- 0:10Speaker 1: pulled it off, but you do very nice.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Look at this background.
- 0:14Speaker 1: We have a fan of ours that came to the
- 0:17Speaker 1: show from Turkey. Him and his girlfriend watch us every
- 0:20Speaker 1: week and just I don't know, they just came up
- 0:23Speaker 1: with this.
- 0:23Speaker 2: AI version that looks just like me.
- 0:25Speaker 3: Yeah, the images need a little work.
- 0:28Speaker 2: You're beautiful.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Yeah, I look angry like That's.
- 0:32Speaker 4: How I look when I bust out of the eleven
- 0:34Speaker 4: bullet number eleven.
- 0:35Speaker 2: Bill, that's how I That's what you look.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Like when Vanessa says, no, I can't give you any
- 0:39Speaker 1: more money.
- 0:42Speaker 2: Speaking of that, yeah, so thank you.
- 0:45Speaker 1: Toma met and his girlfriend's name is Fernando. Fernando, Okay, great,
- 0:49Speaker 1: thank you. Shout out to them for this beautiful background.
- 0:52Speaker 1: So John, speaking of that, talking about Vanessa, I found
- 0:57Speaker 1: a female version of genre. Here's what I found. Here's
- 1:02Speaker 1: what I found. Yeah, I shouldn't go to the story
- 1:03Speaker 1: because I want to terrorize her for poper first. But
- 1:05Speaker 1: now we'll do this, So how about this girl. I
- 1:08Speaker 1: got to talk about this girl first. There's a girl
- 1:10Speaker 1: from Vegas that has married fourteen different husbands asking him
- 1:16Speaker 1: for money. So I thought about you, and I said,
- 1:18Speaker 1: you know, you try to get somebody's knock around some
- 1:21Speaker 1: of the older antique broad year around. Oh and I
- 1:25Speaker 1: just fourteen times using an alias. Vicki Lang arrested after
- 1:31Speaker 1: allegedly marrying fourteen mens in two thousand nineteen to scam
- 1:33Speaker 1: the amount of money.
- 1:34Speaker 2: To gamble with. I said, wow, this is it's I mean.
- 1:38Speaker 4: It's wait, she was married to fourteenth at the same
- 1:40Speaker 4: fourteen at the same time.
- 1:41Speaker 1: She's married five this year alone. Yeah, well they give
- 1:45Speaker 1: her money. Every one of them gave her for her
- 1:48Speaker 1: real name is Chen. Okay, hold on, we got a
- 1:50Speaker 1: real name for Jay Yang Chen thirty three.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Arrested June fourth.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Two arrest reports cited in courtless to combine fourteen marriages
- 1:59Speaker 1: Clark County under the different aliases. And every one of
- 2:03Speaker 1: these guys have given her a ton of money, so
- 2:06Speaker 1: like like forty thousand to hundreds of thousands.
- 2:10Speaker 2: And who do you think gets the money in the end,
- 2:12Speaker 2: the casino can get it all. Yeah, So I said
- 2:15Speaker 2: you know what this is.
- 2:17Speaker 1: This could be another move when this little poker thing
- 2:18Speaker 1: you got going on for you know, but yeah, let's uh,
- 2:22Speaker 1: let's let's go to the poker John.
- 2:24Speaker 2: So what's been going on now? Have you? Have you
- 2:27Speaker 2: done anything? If you're pulling any money in from any
- 2:30Speaker 2: of the torments.
- 2:31Speaker 4: Some minimum can get in cash is yeah, maybe maybe
- 2:34Speaker 4: one or two that were a little better than a
- 2:36Speaker 4: men cash, but not not too too many, maybe five
- 2:39Speaker 4: or six like mini can.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Have you changed the poker style around? And are you
- 2:43Speaker 2: still going crazy? Seven? Dudes?
- 2:45Speaker 3: No free, no playing playing playing normal?
- 2:48Speaker 2: Okay, that's that's normal for you. Okay, Okay. I didn't
- 2:53Speaker 2: know how to take that. And so I've watched some
- 2:56Speaker 2: of the vlog Yeah, and and uh I seen you're
- 2:59Speaker 2: giving out poker lessons or something like that. Yes, you
- 3:02Speaker 2: have to pay for them. Yeah, so you can pay them.
- 3:06Speaker 3: There's a lot of people can learn a lot from
- 3:07Speaker 3: my play bill.
- 3:08Speaker 1: I know you don't believe this, but yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 3:12Speaker 1: And and how do you think your overall performance has been?
- 3:15Speaker 2: You know, or are you giving the sponsors what they asked?
- 3:20Speaker 3: Murdering?
- 3:20Speaker 1: Speaking of someone gave me some comments for you, and
- 3:24Speaker 1: it was actually nothing bad.
- 3:26Speaker 2: It was.
- 3:26Speaker 1: I said, well, that that's what he's he's actually supposed
- 3:29Speaker 1: to be doing, though, is you know, he asked me
- 3:33Speaker 1: some questions and and and I think you're trying to
- 3:37Speaker 1: get a little viral. So you're saying some crazy stuff,
- 3:39Speaker 1: doing some crazy stuff, just like other guys, like that's
- 3:42Speaker 1: not the way you live your normal I wish I
- 3:44Speaker 1: could find it's not the way you live your normal life.
- 3:47Speaker 2: But it's just not. Some of the stuff is.
- 3:50Speaker 3: You're doing over sensational where.
- 3:54Speaker 4: We're trying to make a splash, we're trying to get
- 3:55Speaker 4: on the radar screen, which we absolutely have done. I
- 3:58Speaker 4: can't walk these halls form from the paraside to the
- 4:01Speaker 4: horseshoe side with out getting stopped by multiple people that
- 4:04Speaker 4: love what they're seeing.
- 4:05Speaker 1: And you love bet you I hear like Kramer on Seignelty,
- 4:09Speaker 1: you're about to get all the money from the lawyer,
- 4:11Speaker 1: all the billboard my face.
- 4:13Speaker 3: On yeah, yeah, No, I mean, it's fun. It's it's
- 4:16Speaker 3: been it's been a it's been a lot of fun
- 4:18Speaker 3: this this series.
- 4:19Speaker 1: You know.
- 4:20Speaker 3: Obviously, on the playing side, I wanted, you know, I'd
- 4:21Speaker 3: like to final.
- 4:22Speaker 4: Table something and win a win a bracelet whatever, A
- 4:25Speaker 4: deep run like like last.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Year or the year before last year, you know was good.
- 4:30Speaker 1: You know, yeah, you know some other people that want
- 4:32Speaker 1: to come in and take me up, and take you
- 4:34Speaker 1: up on that bet where you get the ten dollars
- 4:37Speaker 1: to get one hundred thousand, they said, bill get ten
- 4:40Speaker 1: dollars on them off from two hundred thousands, so it
- 4:42Speaker 1: was even.
- 4:43Speaker 2: A better bet.
- 4:43Speaker 3: Really really double hinds series.
- 4:47Speaker 4: Yeah, you really got men will help you have just
- 4:49Speaker 4: offered uh, fourteen thousand dollars for ten for ten barbecue.
- 4:54Speaker 2: A little bit he media like for his son was
- 4:57Speaker 2: his song.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Yeah, because he wanted a one point for mark up
- 5:00Speaker 3: or something.
- 5:00Speaker 4: I feel like you're not gonna like this probably it's
- 5:04Speaker 4: kind of similar to how I feel about the rate,
- 5:05Speaker 4: that it doesn't matter if you can charge the markup.
- 5:08Speaker 3: Here's the problem.
- 5:09Speaker 4: I think poker players, gamblers they have these pre set rules.
- 5:15Speaker 3: That there are no rules.
- 5:17Speaker 4: If you're a player and you want to offer one
- 5:19Speaker 4: point for markup, if you can get it, then get it.
- 5:22Speaker 4: It's no different than charging one hundred dollars for a hoodie.
- 5:25Speaker 4: If you can get it, then get it.
- 5:28Speaker 2: No. I mean, like there's no such thing as that's
- 5:31Speaker 2: not fills poker.
- 5:33Speaker 3: It's for the sun.
- 5:34Speaker 2: It's for the sun.
- 5:35Speaker 4: And they're saying, well, he doesn't have the resume, who
- 5:36Speaker 4: cares whatever. If there's someone willing to pay it, let
- 5:39Speaker 4: him charge what he wants. That would be like going
- 5:41Speaker 4: into a steakhouse.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Does the money actually want to Phil Spox No.
- 5:46Speaker 3: I think it goes would go into his son's pocket.
- 5:49Speaker 4: I think it's because here's how millions, here's how he
- 5:53Speaker 4: might be looking at it. You depending on who it
- 5:55Speaker 4: is that maybe it's a maybe it's a sponsor, maybe
- 5:58Speaker 4: it's a guy that you know.
- 6:00Speaker 3: Oh, I would like Phil Helmeut's son.
- 6:02Speaker 4: To be playing in the World Series and I put
- 6:04Speaker 4: him in and maybe he's gonna wear something, or he's
- 6:06Speaker 4: gonna shout out my company or whatever it is.
- 6:08Speaker 3: There's value in that. It's still Phil Helmut's.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Son, Okay.
- 6:11Speaker 4: No, I mean I know what it's like to be
- 6:13Speaker 4: the son of someone famous, you know, and there is
- 6:15Speaker 4: a premium that you could charge for someone.
- 6:17Speaker 3: To be involved with you for that.
- 6:18Speaker 1: And I actually like Phil. Yeah show Phil is great
- 6:22Speaker 1: and I seen a different side of him. That's just
- 6:23Speaker 1: a lot of things he puts out there yeah, and
- 6:26Speaker 1: I think he is a.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Charitable kind of person and stuff.
- 6:28Speaker 4: So I just think with markup, that's an individual thing.
- 6:31Speaker 4: If if he can get it, great, and if you
- 6:33Speaker 4: don't want to pay it, then you don't do it.
- 6:35Speaker 2: No, Okay, I don't know.
- 6:36Speaker 1: It's kind of how I look at it all right now,
- 6:38Speaker 1: you know, you know, you guys know I'm animal guy.
- 6:41Speaker 2: I love animals. I am so pissed off at Saratoga.
- 6:44Speaker 2: I used to do. I went to Saratoga for twenty
- 6:46Speaker 2: or twenty I think twenty one street years.
- 6:48Speaker 3: Oh, I don't know the story.
- 6:49Speaker 2: I went every single summer there.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Oh yeah, racetrack and one of the premier racetracks, the
- 6:56Speaker 1: oldest racetracks, you know, the Whitneys. The Baron Moore's tons
- 6:59Speaker 1: of money up there, casino's up there. Now seventeen horses
- 7:04Speaker 1: die in a blaze in one of the barns because
- 7:07Speaker 1: there's no SPRINKLERSA is going after them.
- 7:11Speaker 2: They're going after the casino, They're going after the state.
- 7:14Speaker 3: I did not know that.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Just a terrible, terrible last week.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Seventeen horses lack sprinklers and smoke detective detectors, totally indefensible.
- 7:24Speaker 1: All the money they have up there in Saratoga. All
- 7:27Speaker 1: the money the casinos are making off people, all the
- 7:30Speaker 1: money that the racetrack, how can you not have. I'm sorry,
- 7:34Speaker 1: this is absolutely that's unacceptable to me.
- 7:38Speaker 2: And shame on them, Shame on them.
- 7:40Speaker 1: You could see one of the barns just burned down
- 7:42Speaker 1: there and seventeen horses trapped inside all died. I think
- 7:47Speaker 1: there was eighteen one something one luckily got out, but
- 7:50Speaker 1: just just terrible, Like I said, Saratoga being blamed. Saratoga
- 7:54Speaker 1: Racetracks received subsidies raised by the state video lottery program,
- 8:00Speaker 1: including eight gaming locations, about twelve percent of the state's
- 8:03Speaker 1: video gaming tax money allocated for the horse racing industry.
- 8:08Speaker 2: This is terrible, terrible, Shame on you guys.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Shame on you guys, Shame on the state, Shame on
- 8:13Speaker 1: the casino, Shame on the town, the county.
- 8:16Speaker 2: That's total, total, total bullshit. I am so mad at this.
- 8:20Speaker 3: Yeah, I agree, you know, that's that's crazy.
- 8:22Speaker 2: It really isn't.
- 8:22Speaker 1: And you know, even Sam Garretty called the fire they
- 8:26Speaker 1: owned the casino. I blame everyone. This is this is
- 8:29Speaker 1: just there's no excuse for not having sprinklers at the
- 8:32Speaker 1: you know, wooden racetrack, wooden stables, terrible, terrible.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Okay, let me calm down.
- 8:39Speaker 3: I do get, I get really, I don't blame you.
- 8:41Speaker 4: I mean that's it's uh you would think that's a
- 8:44Speaker 4: basic man thing on a checklist.
- 8:47Speaker 2: Back to the World Series. Yeah, so a player was
- 8:50Speaker 2: eighty six for the World Series for smoking.
- 8:52Speaker 3: I saw that clip.
- 8:53Speaker 2: You know about that?
- 8:54Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't. I made a three thousand dollars event.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Yeah, playing a big event. I grew up playing poker
- 9:02Speaker 1: at in Atlantic City.
- 9:03Speaker 2: People don't know this.
- 9:04Speaker 1: The first poker room that opened was the Sands and
- 9:07Speaker 1: before and it was only open for a short period.
- 9:10Speaker 2: But then Bally I think Sands.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Bally's had a beautiful room, of course, then the Taj
- 9:15Speaker 1: the wall traffic can I think it might have been first.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Someone can maybe correct me on the order. Sandwich was first.
- 9:20Speaker 2: I was there opening night. So I used to love
- 9:22Speaker 2: going to the poker rooms in Atlantic City. But the
- 9:25Speaker 2: smoke was it's too terrible. Yeah, it was terrible. However
- 9:29Speaker 2: they stopped there. There's no there's no smoking in the
- 9:31Speaker 2: poker rooms.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Yeah, but I remember what it was before when you
- 9:33Speaker 1: used to bring a little fan and you'd bring a
- 9:35Speaker 1: little fan and you face.
- 9:37Speaker 2: The people that smoke and blow the smoke right back
- 9:38Speaker 2: on our face. Yeah, it was just it was really unbelievable.
- 9:41Speaker 2: There was a female who was a even a political person.
- 9:45Speaker 2: She actually sued the state and successfully won.
- 9:50Speaker 1: I think she was one of the reasons why poker
- 9:52Speaker 1: they started non smoking in the poker rooms.
- 9:54Speaker 2: But I agree with it.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm so normalized to no smoking now that some
- 10:00Speaker 1: these and this person came in Internationally, which smoking is might.
- 10:03Speaker 2: I don't know, it might be a bigger thing international.
- 10:05Speaker 2: I think it is.
- 10:06Speaker 4: But you can't have it on any given flight. Yeah,
- 10:08Speaker 4: there's four thousand people in the room. You can't have
- 10:11Speaker 4: one thousand people smoking in there like it's It would
- 10:14Speaker 4: be crazy.
- 10:14Speaker 3: It's too concentrated, you know what I mean. It's too
- 10:16Speaker 3: small an area.
- 10:17Speaker 1: So he was disqualified from event fifty six after smoking
- 10:21Speaker 1: at the table and security escorting himut because they didn't
- 10:23Speaker 1: want to put the cigarette out.
- 10:25Speaker 2: His band was only limited to that event. He will
- 10:27Speaker 2: be back, but yeah, they have to learn the rules.
- 10:30Speaker 2: If you don't learn the rules, go bye.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Tell you to take care. That's that's as far as
- 10:34Speaker 1: everything goes. So this is cute it says he was
- 10:37Speaker 1: fuming f you m I MG fuming mad. But yeah,
- 10:41Speaker 1: so they throw him.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Out for smoking. Let's go to Atlantic City. Atlantic City.
- 10:48Speaker 1: It was a really cold and wet Memorial Day. By
- 10:51Speaker 1: the way, I was last week. I was in Pennsylvania
- 10:53Speaker 1: and I was in North Jersey for a couple days.
- 10:56Speaker 1: I figured what rain looked like.
- 10:57Speaker 2: It was corn rain. You couldn't even see cars pulled
- 10:59Speaker 2: over run the interstate. This is in North Jersey. But
- 11:03Speaker 2: it was a Memorial Day. It had a rainy, wet era.
- 11:07Speaker 1: And then but during that day, the prediction markets, the
- 11:11Speaker 1: I gaming went way up. They're gambling still. People are
- 11:15Speaker 1: still going to be gambling in New Jersey. But this
- 11:18Speaker 1: is about the revenue for May, which is just still
- 11:21Speaker 1: even though they go to the Atlantic City, it's like
- 11:23Speaker 1: dark and dreary and doesn't seem like it's still the
- 11:27Speaker 1: revenue is unbelievable.
- 11:29Speaker 2: May two hundred and sixty.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Five million includes revenue from person the slot machines, and
- 11:34Speaker 1: table games, and that's about the same as last year,
- 11:37Speaker 1: the same number, but also the eye gaming two hundred
- 11:41Speaker 1: and seventy six million, more people playing home, generating more
- 11:45Speaker 1: revenue without having to pay pit bosses, floor people or
- 11:48Speaker 1: real estate tax and you know all the different obstacles
- 11:53Speaker 1: you have to pay. Yeah, it's unbelievable what eye gaming
- 11:57Speaker 1: is doing there. So there's some some more numbers there.
- 12:00Speaker 1: And the prediction markets also, they're saying is hurting the
- 12:02Speaker 1: sports books.
- 12:03Speaker 2: I'm one that says that people like to play with
- 12:07Speaker 2: the DraftKings, the Vandals, the Caesars.
- 12:09Speaker 1: It's so much more easier than taking Calshi and then
- 12:12Speaker 1: having to compute in your head and saying okay, because
- 12:15Speaker 1: on Calshi and if the other prediction markets, it's a
- 12:19Speaker 1: lay bid.
- 12:20Speaker 2: And ask, which is they have to do a conversion
- 12:22Speaker 2: in your head. Kids don't want to do that.
- 12:23Speaker 1: They want to follow in their favorite athletes, advertising, Florida
- 12:26Speaker 1: celebrities and just get But prediction markets are taking a
- 12:30Speaker 1: chunk out because people that are a.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Little bit maybe more worried about the juice. But it's
- 12:35Speaker 2: not always that case with the prediction markets too.
- 12:37Speaker 1: There's a lot of right now, it's a hot topic,
- 12:40Speaker 1: the prediction markets compared to the brick and mortar casinos.
- 12:45Speaker 2: Boy, I had to click on that fire again. That
- 12:48Speaker 2: bothers me.
- 12:49Speaker 1: So in North Carolina, North Carolina I guess is the
- 12:53Speaker 1: start of the Bible Bell to me, I lived in
- 12:55Speaker 1: Raleigh for a while. I lived in a town called
- 12:57Speaker 1: Greenville for a while, where ECU is beautiful, great little towns.
- 13:01Speaker 2: I love the Southern hospitality.
- 13:03Speaker 1: The deeper you go, it seems like it's getting more
- 13:05Speaker 1: southern and more people are so friendly. I've been down to,
- 13:08Speaker 1: of course, Myrtle Beach and throughout parts of South Carolina.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Then you go down even deeper to Georgia, Alabama, Florida.
- 13:14Speaker 1: I thought people were just always so much friendly er,
- 13:16Speaker 1: so much nicer. But this story is about North Carolina
- 13:20Speaker 1: upping their betting tax from eighteen to twenty three percent.
- 13:24Speaker 1: And you know, twenty three percent, it's probably about average
- 13:27Speaker 1: for their even though here it's half of that.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Here in Jersey's about half of that too yet but
- 13:31Speaker 2: less actually than half of that.
- 13:32Speaker 1: And it's amazing how these lawmakers they've agreed to raise
- 13:37Speaker 1: the of course, these percentages. But my thing is that's
- 13:42Speaker 1: always where it seems like to me, that's where they're
- 13:44Speaker 1: looking to bail out of their fiscal years plans.
- 13:49Speaker 2: Uh, just over and over and over.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Again with these taxes. Look at New York, it's like
- 13:53Speaker 1: fifty one percent, New York thirty six percent. I was
- 13:56Speaker 1: just in Pennsylvania and I was over at Mohegan Sun
- 14:00Speaker 1: and mount Airy Lodge, which when I was a kid
- 14:03Speaker 1: went the Manterary Lodge. Haven't been there in years. It's
- 14:05Speaker 1: a full casino now they also have sports betting. They're
- 14:08Speaker 1: actually thinking of getting rid of the sports betting because
- 14:10Speaker 1: it's thirty six or might be.
- 14:11Speaker 2: Thirty eight percent tax. There's just no money in a form.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Maybe on the apps they make some money, but there's
- 14:19Speaker 2: no apps on that particular.
- 14:20Speaker 1: There's not an app at Mohegan, I believe for the
- 14:23Speaker 1: sports betting, and there's not an app for a mount area.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Definitely not.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Because I asked about the lines. Shout out to the
- 14:28Speaker 1: guy Mike. They're really nice guy wh running the sports
- 14:30Speaker 1: book there.
- 14:30Speaker 2: People are very friendly over there.
- 14:32Speaker 1: But I just find it unbelievable that this is where there.
- 14:35Speaker 1: The budget talks are looking to always raise the amount
- 14:39Speaker 1: of sports betting tax, and now what happens is that
- 14:43Speaker 1: gets passed along to us in a matter of ways,
- 14:45Speaker 1: the consumer, the public, maybe the rake well it's called
- 14:49Speaker 1: the juice there, the Jews on the sportsbook. It's just
- 14:52Speaker 1: all I'm gonna say, is these states in the country,
- 14:57Speaker 1: they just want to break every living human If you gambled,
- 15:00Speaker 1: if you guys gamble the people that are making these laws,
- 15:03Speaker 1: and if your kids gambled, your nephew's just ask. I mean,
- 15:06Speaker 1: it's it's it's really hurting America. It's hard to believe
- 15:09Speaker 1: me standing here in Casino saying that. But hey, listen,
- 15:11Speaker 1: I'm gonna respond. I like my responsible gambling platform. That's
- 15:14Speaker 1: what I stand on. Even if they throw me out. Sorry,
- 15:17Speaker 1: I know the girl's your friend here, but they may
- 15:18Speaker 1: throw me.
- 15:19Speaker 2: It is what it is. But you know nothing against it.
- 15:23Speaker 1: I know I talked about the rake being high and stuff,
- 15:25Speaker 1: but you know, they do a lot of things here
- 15:27Speaker 1: that that is right too.
- 15:28Speaker 2: And I really love that.
- 15:29Speaker 1: I just seed some great T shirts over there, but
- 15:32Speaker 1: I thought were I thought they were cheap. Actually, you know,
- 15:34Speaker 1: I've seen some T shirts that plays with thirty four hours.
- 15:37Speaker 2: I see some twenty dollars T shirts here. I told
- 15:39Speaker 2: you so. It takes a good in the bed.
- 15:41Speaker 1: But again, North Carolina, I'm not gonna say shame on
- 15:45Speaker 1: you because it was eighteen percent now going to twenty
- 15:46Speaker 1: three percent.
- 15:47Speaker 2: That that just just just happens.
- 15:50Speaker 1: So let's go over to basketball job. By the way,
- 15:52Speaker 1: you have anything to say, Okay, I'll just keep going. Okay,
- 15:56Speaker 1: NBA going over the Hornets. So this Terry, I look
- 16:00Speaker 1: at this contract.
- 16:02Speaker 2: So they're fighting.
- 16:03Speaker 1: His team of attorneys are fighting not to pay him
- 16:07Speaker 1: the twenty he's oh twenty six million this year and
- 16:10Speaker 1: they're saying no that NBA and prosecutors are.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Saying no, we want him to He's not going to
- 16:15Speaker 2: get his twenty twenty six million dollar story.
- 16:18Speaker 1: This is what Terry Rosier who took that who supposedly
- 16:21Speaker 1: the case is still going on. He took the money
- 16:24Speaker 1: for one hundred thousand dollars in cash to bet to
- 16:28Speaker 1: not the bet his hangarunders the guys that hang around right.
- 16:32Speaker 1: I guess he was sick and tired of.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Giving his entourage money, like you give all your entourage money.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Sick and tired of it. And he actually said, you know,
- 16:41Speaker 1: I am done. You guys bet my under on my
- 16:44Speaker 1: points tonight. I won't get them. So took one hundred
- 16:47Speaker 1: thousand dollars. Supposedly I'm gonna read it. Prosecutes are expanded
- 16:51Speaker 1: on the case and add the bribery on wire fraud
- 16:54Speaker 1: alleging he accept one hundred thousand dollars to take part
- 16:56Speaker 1: in the scheme those years.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Pl pled not guilty to the charges, but you know this.
- 17:02Speaker 1: Is a he's thirty two years old, eleven year NBA contract.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Imagine this guy making a quarter of a billion dollars
- 17:09Speaker 1: wherever he's made.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Here twenty six million and twenty six point six million
- 17:13Speaker 2: he's do this year. But the NBA is saying they're
- 17:17Speaker 2: restricting him from getting that money.
- 17:19Speaker 1: His attorney is trying to get them when there's an
- 17:21Speaker 1: arbitrator involved, and you know they're gonna.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Go to court and see what happens here. But wow,
- 17:26Speaker 2: I just I.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Still look at this and say, oh my god, you're
- 17:29Speaker 1: making twenty six points six million dollars a year and
- 17:33Speaker 1: you're giving your like making your guys make some He.
- 17:36Speaker 2: Got one hundred thousand. Supposedly this is going to be
- 17:39Speaker 2: settled in a court of law, but I just don't know,
- 17:43Speaker 2: Like what's in Floyd Mayweather hocket.
- 17:46Speaker 1: He's writing two hundred thousand dollars checks in a bad
- 17:48Speaker 1: like I want to see this guy to be more behind.
- 17:50Speaker 3: That, but maybe to me, No, yeah, I don't know.
- 17:53Speaker 3: I don't guy.
- 17:54Speaker 1: This guy made two hundred million on two different fights,
- 17:57Speaker 1: Pakil and the UFC fight, right right, he made like.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Two hundred million on vote maybe more more. I think
- 18:02Speaker 2: it'll be two sixty on one.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't get but he has a giant entourage,
- 18:07Speaker 1: two airplanes, and you know, like he bought another plane
- 18:10Speaker 1: for his entourage.
- 18:11Speaker 2: You don't want to fly with them all. Yeah, So
- 18:13Speaker 2: I'm sure that that's crazy now hurting him. But yeah,
- 18:16Speaker 2: I thought that was an interesting subject here. I still
- 18:20Speaker 2: look at it. In twenty six million.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Oh my god, Hey, guys, I want to talk to
- 18:23Speaker 1: you about wader talk dot com. With a nice baseball
- 18:27Speaker 1: run going thirteen and six, I'll plus about fifteen units,
- 18:30Speaker 1: some nice dogs in there, and you know we have
- 18:33Speaker 1: some great stuff coming up preseason football only less than
- 18:37Speaker 1: six weeks away.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Can't wait for that.
- 18:39Speaker 1: It destroyed that over the years, of course, the NFL
- 18:41Speaker 1: season props, uh, the NFL Futures, the NFL weekly props. Listen,

- 19:06Speaker 1: five million that he stole at the wind.
- 19:08Speaker 2: And a cannabis vade ponzi scheme, and the judge.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Dismissed them neg sorry, negligence, negligence against the Nevada stolen
- 19:19Speaker 1: property claim that she actually dismissed it against the.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Win and wants to move forward.
- 19:25Speaker 1: But and then, yeah, I'm not blaming the win because
- 19:26Speaker 1: every single casino in town has people in it that
- 19:29Speaker 1: are blowing money that they're stealing, right, not that it's
- 19:32Speaker 1: an everyday thing, but it's in every year thing. And yeah,
- 19:35Speaker 1: this guy he stole supposedly he's serving seventeen and a
- 19:39Speaker 1: half year for fraud. But they're they're, they're they're they're
- 19:43Speaker 1: going after the casinos supposedly for letting letting them blow
- 19:47Speaker 1: the money. You know, the KYC know your customer law. Yeah,
- 19:50Speaker 1: they're trying to be real strict on that, the KYC.
- 19:53Speaker 1: So that has happened since Matt, who we went out,
- 19:56Speaker 1: and it's amazing how Matt has blown up in media
- 19:59Speaker 1: now he's there.
- 20:00Speaker 2: We were the first people. Thanks to you to tell me.
- 20:02Speaker 1: I mean, I knew Matt it reached out to him
- 20:04Speaker 1: and I said, okay, we'll do it over a zoomer
- 20:06Speaker 1: or one of the You're like, no, let's just go
- 20:08Speaker 1: there and media with Travis got in the car round.
- 20:10Speaker 3: Two with him.
- 20:11Speaker 4: Now that he's down there, we could do that. Yeah, yeah,
- 20:12Speaker 4: we could do another trip maybe, uh maybe, are you
- 20:15Speaker 4: gonna go to del Na r Like then that's what
- 20:18Speaker 4: we did. We go to Delmore still, but it would
- 20:20Speaker 4: be after the World Series.
- 20:21Speaker 3: Of course, because the lawyer, Yeah, yeah, I'm still gonna
- 20:26Speaker 3: win the maize.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Well, I'm looking for you to win a ten SECONDO
- 20:29Speaker 2: to be honest with I'd be happy. I'd be happy
- 20:31Speaker 2: with that. Yeah, So anyway, but I just it's just
- 20:36Speaker 2: k Y Sea laws are definitely strong.
- 20:38Speaker 1: You know.
- 20:39Speaker 2: I know casino back East that had a player going.
- 20:43Speaker 2: He played video.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Poker and he kept on putt one hundred dollar goals
- 20:46Speaker 1: in the video poker machine. And my brain, even me,
- 20:49Speaker 1: I say, I don't even think that applies. So he
- 20:52Speaker 1: lost almost twenty thousand dollars. They froze his account. Now
- 20:56Speaker 1: they want his ID. I want to know where he
- 20:57Speaker 1: got the twenty thousand from It's like, what, wow, what
- 21:00Speaker 1: do you mean?
- 21:01Speaker 2: He said, I've really teen that eighteen thousand dollars he
- 21:03Speaker 2: lost in a day, and they want to know where.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Now I know there's a CTR.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Involved currently transaction report involved. They actually want to know
- 21:11Speaker 1: where he got his money from at the machine. They're
- 21:14Speaker 1: trying to be in compliance with the you think the casino,
- 21:17Speaker 1: especially casino hosts, they don't want to go into customers
- 21:19Speaker 1: and say, yeah, where'd you get that money?
- 21:21Speaker 2: You go to get lost?
- 21:22Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Yeah, they don't want to do but there
- 21:24Speaker 1: some of them are being compliant, supposedly all of them.
- 21:27Speaker 1: But listen, like I said, if you had to throw
- 21:30Speaker 1: out people that you thought were shady, if you thought
- 21:35Speaker 1: they were maybe on the other side of the wall
- 21:37Speaker 1: with things, and if you use them all, just put
- 21:39Speaker 1: a lock on the door.
- 21:40Speaker 2: What do you think you're making the money? Where do
- 21:41Speaker 2: you guys? What do the casino think? You think you're
- 21:44Speaker 2: making it? From fortune five hundred companies? People are doing
- 21:46Speaker 2: shady stuff, you know. Now I'm just joking about you,
- 21:52Speaker 2: but I mean people are doing shady stuff. Yeah, so
- 21:55Speaker 2: now today tell me today you and Travis. There's Travis
- 21:58Speaker 2: still here, Travis Stiller. You guys are doing the tag team.
- 22:01Speaker 4: Tyson you mean I said Travis doing your name is Yeah,
- 22:08Speaker 4: Tyson and I are gonna do.
- 22:09Speaker 2: The honestly, don't get upset. You know you can. You
- 22:12Speaker 2: can cut this if you want. I'd like to see
- 22:14Speaker 2: Tyson and Travis.
- 22:15Speaker 3: O instead of you.
- 22:16Speaker 2: We'll have a real shot, We'll have a real change.
- 22:19Speaker 4: Yeah, there you go. Yeah, you're not wrong. You're probably
- 22:22Speaker 4: not wrong. So yeah, we're doing the tag team. Now
- 22:25Speaker 4: tell me that event.
- 22:27Speaker 1: Is that an he's gonna go in there a twelve
- 22:29Speaker 1: o'clock in the first is an hour two hours?
- 22:32Speaker 4: Figure out if you get tagging and you're gonna want
- 22:34Speaker 4: napping it out whatever you want.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:36Speaker 3: The only rule is each player has to play one
- 22:39Speaker 3: full rotation.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Are your button and you.
- 22:42Speaker 1: Play a minimum of one rotation each If you let
- 22:45Speaker 1: him play ninety percent of the time when it's fairy.
- 22:46Speaker 2: Two hundred extra days, just let him. Wait, wait, there's
- 22:51Speaker 2: a number.
- 22:52Speaker 3: Yeah, there is a number. I think you're you're a
- 22:54Speaker 3: little south of the number.
- 22:56Speaker 2: Wow. All right, so that's now. Now give me now,
- 22:58Speaker 2: give me this non tagged last.
- 23:01Speaker 3: Year you played with Madson the last year.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Now, Mattson. Now you and play today? And how much
- 23:09Speaker 2: was the entwer?
- 23:09Speaker 1: A thousand thousand, one thousand, and give me some prize
- 23:14Speaker 1: money that could be involved in a tournament like this.
- 23:16Speaker 1: I think prize last year, you guys know, I.
- 23:18Speaker 3: Think it was how much. That's a lot of five thousand.
- 23:23Speaker 2: Oh, it's a lot.
- 23:24Speaker 3: Are you playing today?
- 23:25Speaker 1: No?
- 23:27Speaker 2: One hundred eighty five thousand? Yeah, yeah, I would definitely
- 23:30Speaker 2: let him play instead of yeah, let him play that.
- 23:33Speaker 2: But yeah, no, that's a good that's a good price.
- 23:36Speaker 1: These nightly prize pools that I kind of made fun
- 23:39Speaker 1: of a little bit at the beginning.
- 23:41Speaker 2: He's what are they called it?
- 23:42Speaker 3: The day the deep stack was fifty forty nine K
- 23:48Speaker 3: forty nine.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Payson last week sent me a thing forty one thousand,
- 23:51Speaker 1: first prize.
- 23:52Speaker 2: Yeah, it's hard to believe for a two fifty tournament, Yes,
- 23:56Speaker 2: to give you. I don't care if they're you said
- 23:57Speaker 2: to taking fifty bucks wherever it is.
- 23:59Speaker 1: That's unbelievable. Now, I'm not making funny one fun of
- 24:02Speaker 1: anyone in that tournament. The quality of the play obviously
- 24:06Speaker 1: is good.
- 24:06Speaker 2: For a guy like Tyson.
- 24:07Speaker 3: You keep pointing, I keep thinking there's someone behind me.
- 24:10Speaker 1: No, like tell me honestly, guys, I would think if
- 24:15Speaker 1: you're into that, maybe you're want to get you want
- 24:16Speaker 1: to say you play with the world series for sure, that.
- 24:19Speaker 2: The events just getting there to play with the guys.
- 24:21Speaker 3: And there's a lot of those players in that.
- 24:22Speaker 2: I would think, yeah, and and and it looks like
- 24:25Speaker 2: you're having a fun time with the people.
- 24:26Speaker 3: Having people video.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Yeah, there having more and more than that, more importantly,
- 24:30Speaker 1: they're recognizing you.
- 24:32Speaker 2: That means more to you than no, No, here's the money.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Yeah, it's been it's been a good time. It's been.

- 24:43Speaker 3: Yeah, and fat Don Draper over here, they come up
- 24:46Speaker 3: to him.
- 24:47Speaker 2: They call him by it. Like someone said to me,
- 24:51Speaker 2: why did they call him fact drown Draper? What's the reason?
- 24:53Speaker 3: So the do you remember the TV show mad Men?
- 24:56Speaker 2: I was told I would love it.
- 24:58Speaker 4: It's a funny, great show. So his character is Don Draper,
- 25:03Speaker 4: John Ham's character. And so Tyson is a great salesman,
- 25:07Speaker 4: great marketer, as is done you No, don't be silly, but.
- 25:13Speaker 2: No, he is phenomenal. He's phenomenal.
- 25:16Speaker 4: And so he coined himself as fat don Draper, even
- 25:19Speaker 4: though he's down what ten nine pounds?
- 25:22Speaker 2: You look like you lost weight to me.
- 25:23Speaker 3: Yeah, by the way, so do you. I mean, sitting

- 25:29Speaker 3: three or four months, I feel like you've lost weight.
- 25:33Speaker 2: I don't. I don't think so. I think you have.
- 25:35Speaker 2: Maybe it's just a darker color. I think you have.
- 25:37Speaker 3: People have said to me, well, no, I had.
- 25:39Speaker 2: A cut sugar.
- 25:40Speaker 1: So unfortunately our friend from Turkey, I got a big
- 25:43Speaker 1: box of donors. Yeah, I love donuts.
- 25:46Speaker 2: By the way, I said, wow, you how do you
- 25:48Speaker 2: know buy donors? They have donuts in Turkey? He said no, yeah,
- 25:50Speaker 2: they have no donuts in Turkey. No poker rooms in Turkey.
- 25:53Speaker 3: That right? Wow? Bill. Let me ask you what do
- 25:56Speaker 3: you think of our set? What do you think of
- 25:58Speaker 3: this table?
- 25:59Speaker 4: This table is built by not Till Custom Poker Tables,
- 26:04Speaker 4: and matter of fact, the founder of it is right there,
- 26:06Speaker 4: Danny Danny Allen, who's also a phenomenal, really cool player himself.
- 26:11Speaker 2: See them on the show. You were on a couple
- 26:13Speaker 2: of the shows. Yeah, yeah, great, and so picked Cherry's
- 26:16Speaker 2: that want to state sponsored.
- 26:19Speaker 4: They're the ones and all the girls in the ladies
- 26:21Speaker 4: event and the name of the shirt, the name they
- 26:24Speaker 4: build tables.
- 26:25Speaker 1: They built poker tables, so you can build poker tables
- 26:27Speaker 1: for a ten table room if you want.
- 26:29Speaker 2: Yeah, wow, yeah, and whatever the logos you want.
- 26:31Speaker 4: Yeah, And he's built some for some you know, celebs
- 26:34Speaker 4: like Sean O'Malley from the UFC.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Is this room for cameras here? Yeah? So so so no.
- 26:40Speaker 4: So the the card readers are right where it says
- 26:42Speaker 4: bet Sports the red Yeah, you put the cards there.

- 26:56Speaker 1: I really don't know should be doing this show, but no,
- 26:59Speaker 1: it's okay.

- 27:06Speaker 4: as they know us of right now today. This is
- 27:08Speaker 4: our home for the remainder of the series. What they
- 27:11Speaker 4: don't know is we are never leaving. And I have
- 27:14Speaker 4: I have said that to Camilla and Eric and all
- 27:17Speaker 4: the powers that be, and they laugh, and I don't
- 27:20Speaker 4: think they realize.
- 27:21Speaker 3: I'm not kidding. Yeah, we're not going anywhere. This is
- 27:24Speaker 3: our new home Bill, So I.

- 27:28Speaker 1: weeks and the continue the store. Well great, no, but
- 27:33Speaker 1: this has been good. You guys got to go, I know,

- 27:49Speaker 3: you're one hundred playing in the main event. Start, Yes,
- 27:52Speaker 3: Can I.
- 27:52Speaker 2: Let Tyson play instead of me?

- 28:07Speaker 4: because you're gonna be playing not only the main you're
- 28:10Speaker 4: going to final table, the main.
- 28:12Speaker 2: I am going to with that seven days, nine days.
- 28:15Speaker 3: Like two weeks.
- 28:16Speaker 4: The last time I played for four days, which was
- 28:18Speaker 4: twenty years ago this year, right, I think.
- 28:21Speaker 2: I played four days years that's the last time I
- 28:23Speaker 2: played that was so cool?
- 28:25Speaker 3: Was that twenty two thousand and six or five? So
- 28:28Speaker 3: it's interesting.
- 28:29Speaker 4: So if it was six, that's the year Jeff Madison
- 28:32Speaker 4: was Player of the Year. Okay, that's the year Jamie
- 28:35Speaker 4: Gold won the World Series. Oh five, maybe might have
- 28:38Speaker 4: been Okay, so it's you.
- 28:40Speaker 2: I came in one hundred and seventy seven, which is incredible.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Men not men. Cash. I got thirty thousand, I think,
- 28:45Speaker 2: or twenty five thousand.
- 28:47Speaker 4: If you come in one hundred and sixty something, now
- 28:49Speaker 4: that's probably forty fifty k.
- 28:51Speaker 2: That's amazing. What different? Yeah, hey, let's let's talk. Let's continue.
- 28:54Speaker 2: What are the weekly wage to wire segment? Yes? Almost
- 28:57Speaker 2: for you from home last week?
- 29:00Speaker 1: This one interesting question from they had the Champions League Final? Correct,
- 29:04Speaker 1: plus five fifty? They cash on that they had the
- 29:07Speaker 1: Carolina Stanley Cup Vegas Golden Knights to make it to
- 29:10Speaker 1: the show the Stanley Cup and they got that.
- 29:13Speaker 2: But yeah, the bets only were two eighty.
- 29:15Speaker 1: But I guess they only played twenty bucks though, so
- 29:18Speaker 1: this is twenty dollars to win twenty one oh two,
- 29:21Speaker 1: And it's funny.
- 29:24Speaker 2: The text here from our guy from Mark right here.
- 29:28Speaker 2: I know, mister Orlando isn't the biggest soccer fan, but

- 30:28Speaker 1: I guess these A lot of the stadiums wouldn't comply
- 30:31Speaker 1: with World Cup regulations or maybe give a sponsor fee.

- 30:37Speaker 2: the stadiums.

- 30:54Speaker 1: more leg left. This is over at wagerwire dot.
- 30:58Speaker 4: Com and wa, Well, let me ask if he's a
