- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Tonight,
- 0:04Speaker 1: we're going to dive right back into the conversation and
- 0:07Speaker 1: take a look at what's going on in the lawsuit
- 0:11Speaker 1: between Prince Andrew and Virginia Roberts. Today, the two thousand
- 0:17Speaker 1: and nine agreement between Virginia Roberts and Jeffrey Epstein was
- 0:22Speaker 1: made public, and this is the agreement that Prince Andrew
- 0:27Speaker 1: and his legal team have hinged all of their hopes on.
- 0:31Speaker 1: They're saying that this legal agreement exonerates Prince Andrew and
- 0:36Speaker 1: protects him from any sort of civil suit that Virginia
- 0:41Speaker 1: would want to bring forward because she took the monetary
- 0:45Speaker 1: payout from Jeffrey Epstein. Well, that would be fine, and
- 0:49Speaker 1: well if Prince Andrew would have ever even admitted to
- 0:54Speaker 1: knowing Virginia, right, that would be a good defense maybe,
- 0:57Speaker 1: But that defense goes right out the window when you
- 1:01Speaker 1: have admitted that you don't even know who she is,
- 1:03Speaker 1: so how can you be a co conspirator? Instead, he
- 1:08Speaker 1: has said that he had never met her, that was
- 1:11Speaker 1: in him. He has no idea who she is. But
- 1:15Speaker 1: now when all of the other stalling tactics and all
- 1:19Speaker 1: of the other loopholes and technicalities have not proven to
- 1:24Speaker 1: be fruitful. He switched it all up all of a sudden,
- 1:29Speaker 1: and now it's well, I'm protecting, aren't I? And this
- 1:32Speaker 1: is the progression we see with these people, all of
- 1:35Speaker 1: these folks that get caught up with Jeffrey Epstein and
- 1:37Speaker 1: Glen Maxwell, it's always the same story, Oh, I don't
- 1:41Speaker 1: even know who they are. Then that turns into well,
- 1:43Speaker 1: we weren't that close, and then from there it goes to, well,
- 1:47Speaker 1: we were close, but I had no idea what sort
- 1:49Speaker 1: of crimes they were involved in. Then it goes to
- 1:52Speaker 1: survivors coming out and saying, well, that person's a liar.
- 1:55Speaker 1: That person knew what was going on. See the pattern here, folks,
- 2:00Speaker 1: And after all of these years, it's a rather a
- 2:05Speaker 1: rather obvious pattern. At this point, these people they have
- 2:11Speaker 1: no shame, and Prince Andrew is certainly trying that same
- 2:16Speaker 1: exact strategy, at least was trying that same exact strategy
- 2:20Speaker 1: until the walls came closing in with Jeffrey Epstein's second arrest.
- 2:25Speaker 1: And now this whole entire, real bad situation for him,
- 2:30Speaker 1: And I don't mean the civil suit that's bad too.
- 2:32Speaker 1: But the Glaine Maxwell situation, it doesn't frame him in
- 2:35Speaker 1: a good light because let's remember he was the one
- 2:39Speaker 1: who said, well, I was friends with Glaiine Maxwell. She
- 2:42Speaker 1: brought Jeffrey Epstein into my life, as if that was
- 2:45Speaker 1: a good thing, as if that's something where we would
- 2:47Speaker 1: look at the conversation and the situation and be like, ah,
- 2:51Speaker 1: you know what, man, the guy just made a mistake.
- 2:53Speaker 1: It's not like he was maliciously hanging out with Epstein.
- 2:57Speaker 1: And if he would have come forward and would have said, hey,
- 2:59Speaker 1: this is what I saw. I want to speak with
- 3:01Speaker 1: the FBI. Where do I sit down with you guys,
- 3:04Speaker 1: then again, just like Sarah Kellen Vickers last night and
- 3:07Speaker 1: yesterday when we talked about her, this wouldn't even be happening,
- 3:10Speaker 1: this conversation wouldn't even be happening. But he has chosen
- 3:15Speaker 1: not to do that. He has continually chosen to avoid
- 3:19Speaker 1: any kind of questioning by the authorities. He has continuously
- 3:23Speaker 1: chosen to play deceptive games, and he has continuously chosen
- 3:29Speaker 1: to make an absolute jackass of himself and a mockery
- 3:34Speaker 1: of the royal family. And he continues to do so
- 3:38Speaker 1: each and every day that he prolongs all of this.
- 3:43Speaker 1: He should have sat down with the FBI with investigators,
- 3:47Speaker 1: could have had his lawyers there the whole thing, come
- 3:50Speaker 1: in willingly do the right thing right, But no, he
- 3:54Speaker 1: chose not to do any of that. Instead, he went
- 3:56Speaker 1: on the Emily Maitley Show thinking he was going to
- 3:58Speaker 1: get a softball, and even though she really wasn't throwing
- 4:02Speaker 1: you know, Verlander kind of heat, she wasn't, you know,
- 4:07Speaker 1: super easy on the guy, and he couldn't even take
- 4:10Speaker 1: He couldn't even handle that. You mean to tell me
- 4:14Speaker 1: a clown like this would be able to handle some
- 4:16Speaker 1: seasoned investigators. No way, no way, no how, And that
- 4:21Speaker 1: is exactly why he's avoided speaking to them. He knows
- 4:25Speaker 1: what the deal is. He knows he's not built for
- 4:27Speaker 1: this life. He knows he's not built to deal with
- 4:29Speaker 1: sitting down with people who are going to really trip
- 4:32Speaker 1: him up. He's not the brightest guy in the world. Okay,
- 4:38Speaker 1: So Prince Andrew and his hopes all hinge on this
- 4:44Speaker 1: settlement that Virginia had with Jeffrey Epstein, and tomorrow Judge
- 4:49Speaker 1: Kaplan is going to hear more from both sides and
- 4:53Speaker 1: make a decision one way or the other. So tonight,
- 4:56Speaker 1: in preparation for that, we have an article from the Independent,
- 5:01Speaker 1: and this article is talking about the settlement that went
- 5:06Speaker 1: public today. So let's jump into this article from author
- 5:11Speaker 1: Bevin Harley over at the Excuse me, Bevin Hurley over
- 5:15Speaker 1: at the Independent, and the headline is Prince Andrew's accusers
- 5:18Speaker 1: settlement deal with Epstein made public ahead of Royal's court hearing.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Details of a settlement between Jeffrey Epstein and Virginia Roberts
- 5:29Speaker 1: that Prince Andrews lawyers believe will stop in facing sex
- 5:33Speaker 1: abuse sex abuse lawsuit have been made public on the
- 5:36Speaker 1: eve of a pivotal court hearing in the case against
- 5:39Speaker 1: the Royal. I don't really think that this is a
- 5:45Speaker 1: strategy to hang your hat on here, or a tactic
- 5:47Speaker 1: to hang your hat on here. We saw how Judge
- 5:50Speaker 1: Caplan really wasn't too receptive of the bs that Brettler
- 5:55Speaker 1: was trying to spend to him, and I don't think
- 5:58Speaker 1: Kaplan is going to be receptive to them trying to
- 6:00Speaker 1: get off on this kind of technicality. Now, if it's
- 6:04Speaker 1: within the legal bounds, then all right maybe, But in general,
- 6:09Speaker 1: these judges have shown that they're really not too excited
- 6:17Speaker 1: to be dealing with Jeffrey Epstein's friends still all these years.
- 6:20Speaker 1: So you know, some of these judges seeing these people
- 6:22Speaker 1: three four times now in front of them, or their
- 6:24Speaker 1: names come across their desk. So hopefully Judge Kaplan looks
- 6:30Speaker 1: at Brettler and Andrew's people and says, look, we're going
- 6:34Speaker 1: to go to trial here, and we're going to see
- 6:35Speaker 1: what's what. In discovery, a two thousand and nine legal
- 6:40Speaker 1: document unsealed by a New York court on Monday revealed
- 6:43Speaker 1: Miss Roberts was paid five hundred thousand dollars three hundred
- 6:47Speaker 1: and seventy thousand pounds to settle her claims against the
- 6:50Speaker 1: late pedophile financier, a former friend of the Duke of York.
- 6:55Speaker 1: And frankly, that's not enough money. Five hundred grand dropping
- 6:58Speaker 1: the bucket to Jeffrey Epstein for what he did to
- 7:01Speaker 1: Virginia and these other girls. Five hundred thousand, Nah, we're
- 7:05Speaker 1: gonna need you better. Tack on a couple of zeros,
- 7:09Speaker 1: and the fact that people are like, well, she paid
- 7:11Speaker 1: for the she was paid to keep silent. I mean, really,
- 7:16Speaker 1: what if it was your daughter, your sister, your mother,
- 7:21Speaker 1: Pretty sure you wouldn't be running around with that kind
- 7:23Speaker 1: of commentary. The fact of the matter is this, I
- 7:28Speaker 1: don't care what kind of agreement you sign with somebody.
- 7:31Speaker 1: If you're abused, you should have some kind of recourse.
- 7:37Speaker 1: The deal, the twelve page deal shows Ms Roberts agreed
- 7:40Speaker 1: to release a quit, satisfy and forever discharge Epstein and
- 7:45Speaker 1: any other person or entity who could have been included
- 7:48Speaker 1: as a potential defendant. So it's like when there's a
- 7:51Speaker 1: car accident and you get a settlement and you have
- 7:54Speaker 1: to sign that release form saying that you're not gonna
- 7:56Speaker 1: sue anybody else once you get the settlement. Same concept here.
- 8:00Speaker 1: That's the same exact concept here, and that's what they're
- 8:03Speaker 1: hanging their hats on. Now. Again, if Prince Andrew was
- 8:09Speaker 1: explicitly named in this agreement, if he was one of
- 8:13Speaker 1: the co defendants and his name was in this agreement,
- 8:16Speaker 1: then they would have a real legal leg to stand on.
- 8:21Speaker 1: But short of that, if you're just going to be
- 8:24Speaker 1: very vague about things and say, well, any person who
- 8:26Speaker 1: worked or then you're basically admitting that everything that Andrew
- 8:30Speaker 1: said previously was a lie. So either way, it's bad
- 8:33Speaker 1: news for you. Lawyers for the Duke of York, who
- 8:39Speaker 1: was being sued by Miss Roberts for alleged sexual assault
- 8:42Speaker 1: when she was a teenager, says this means her case
- 8:45Speaker 1: against him should not proceed as she agreed to drop
- 8:48Speaker 1: any legal action against people connected to Epstein. So anyone
- 8:53Speaker 1: who was connected to Epstein is what they're saying. What
- 8:56Speaker 1: about the gardener? So if the gardener committed a crime
- 8:59Speaker 1: and you know, gets hemmed up, he's just say, well,
- 9:02Speaker 1: you know what, I'm protected under the the Epstein agreement here,
- 9:05Speaker 1: this was all part of that. It's ludicrous and it's
- 9:08Speaker 1: too vague. You need to name people. If you're gonna
- 9:11Speaker 1: have an agreement such as this, it's gonna be binding
- 9:13Speaker 1: in a court of law. Well, is all people? What
- 9:16Speaker 1: does that even mean? And again it's the same language
- 9:20Speaker 1: that Epstein was able to use in the non prosecution
- 9:23Speaker 1: agreement when he gave blanket coverage to people named and unnamed.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Who gets an agreement, right, especially with a government where
- 9:31Speaker 1: unnamed people are offered protection from your plea deal? Show
- 9:35Speaker 1: me one of those in the annals of you know,
- 9:39Speaker 1: the Department of Justice. Oh, you know, just a coincidence? Yeah, okay, sure,
- 9:45Speaker 1: a lot of coincidences surrounding the Jeffrey Epstein case and
- 9:48Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell cases, aren't there. The Royal has strongly denied
- 9:55Speaker 1: the claims, and a hearing on his motion to dismiss
- 9:58Speaker 1: the case will take place in New York on Tuesday morning,
- 10:01Speaker 1: when a court is expected to hear legal arguments over
- 10:04Speaker 1: the wording and implications of Miss Robert's settlement with Epstein.
- 10:08Speaker 1: So tomorrow, that's what you can expect, right, We're going
- 10:11Speaker 1: to discuss that tomorrow night after they have the hearing.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Tomorrow night. For our update, will dive right back in
- 10:18Speaker 1: to Prince Andrew and this civil suit with Virginia and
- 10:21Speaker 1: see exactly where we stand. If the case moves forward,
- 10:25Speaker 1: the Prince could be forced to sit for a deposition
- 10:28Speaker 1: under oath and turn over decades of private communications. Oh,
- 10:32Speaker 1: how terrible for him. If you're accused of, you know,
- 10:37Speaker 1: sexually assaulting somebody who is being trafficked as basically a property, Yeah,
- 10:45Speaker 1: you should probably sit down with the authorities and at
- 10:47Speaker 1: least let people, you know, try and square it away
- 10:50Speaker 1: and figure out what occurred. Right, If you're an innocent man,
- 10:54Speaker 1: you're not ducking in dodging the way this dude has
- 10:57Speaker 1: been for all this time and don'ty I don't even
- 10:59Speaker 1: want to hear. Oh it's about money. Oh, it's about
- 11:01Speaker 1: money for Prince Andrew. He doesn't want to spend money. Yeah, right,
- 11:04Speaker 1: dude has more money than you could ever imagine, and
- 11:09Speaker 1: instead he chooses to do the wrong thing once again.
- 11:15Speaker 1: I'm not gonna answer questions, going to hide behind his lawyers.
- 11:18Speaker 1: In fact, such a clown, such a coward, that he's
- 11:22Speaker 1: going to hide behind his ninety five year old mother.
- 11:25Speaker 1: The Royal's attorney, Andrew B. Brettler, has previously argued the
- 11:29Speaker 1: civil case should be dismissed as the two thousand and
- 11:32Speaker 1: nine settlement absolved him of any liability, but David Boyce,
- 11:36Speaker 1: an attorney for Miss Roberts, called the document irrelevant to
- 11:39Speaker 1: her claim against Prince Andrew. The release does not mention
- 11:43Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. He did not even know about it, he said.
- 11:46Speaker 1: The reason we sought to have the release made public
- 11:49Speaker 1: was to refute the claims being made about it by
- 11:51Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's pr campaign. And remember this was all this
- 11:55Speaker 1: pot was stirred by Dershowitz. Mister II at my underpants
- 12:01Speaker 1: on the naked volleyballer from Martha's Vineyard. He's the one
- 12:05Speaker 1: that got this all in motion. Yap aty yap and
- 12:07Speaker 1: yappin about how this would get Andrew off the hook,
- 12:10Speaker 1: and this that the other thing. Give me a break.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Anything that dude touches as nuclear At this point, why
- 12:17Speaker 1: would anyone want to be associated with that man? He's
- 12:20Speaker 1: just a foul human being in my opinion, all of
- 12:23Speaker 1: this society, even just the dude in general. I look
- 12:26Speaker 1: at him and I'm just like, it's just gross, just
- 12:29Speaker 1: a gross person. US District Judge Kaplan has said a
- 12:35Speaker 1: trial could begin between September and December of twenty twenty
- 12:39Speaker 1: two if no settlement is reached. Prince Andrew's former friend,
- 12:43Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell, was found guilty of five charges of grooming
- 12:46Speaker 1: and trafficking teenage girls between nineteen ninety four and two
- 12:50Speaker 1: thousand and four in a separate federal criminal trial last week.
- 12:54Speaker 1: And look, I don't know about you folks out there,
- 12:56Speaker 1: but I don't know one human trafficker, never mind multiple
- 13:00Speaker 1: human traffickers or gun runners or other disgusting human beings here.
- 13:06Speaker 1: I mean insert disgusting human beings here. Prince Andrew seems
- 13:11Speaker 1: to have a whole menagerie of scumbags, of human traffickers,
- 13:15Speaker 1: of abusers, of arms runners, says something to the character
- 13:21Speaker 1: that this man possesses. Miss Roberts claims did not form
- 13:27Speaker 1: a part of the prosecution's case in Maxwell's trial. The
- 13:31Speaker 1: thirty eight year old mother of three, who has lived
- 13:33Speaker 1: in Australia for more than a decade, is suing Andrew
- 13:36Speaker 1: for emotional distress and battery. Prince andrew spokesperson told The
- 13:41Speaker 1: Independent they had no comment about the unsealing of the
- 13:44Speaker 1: two thousand and nine document, which is which does not
- 13:47Speaker 1: mention him by name. I mean, so, how could his
- 13:49Speaker 1: team even begin to try and use this to exonerate him.
- 13:53Speaker 1: It's laughable at best and a clown show at worst.
- 13:59Speaker 1: To two thousand dollars an hour for Breler in company
- 14:02Speaker 1: and this is what you're getting, You're gonna have to
- 14:05Speaker 1: sell more than that, ski shall at my friend. I
- 14:08Speaker 1: know that there's reports out there that the Queen is
- 14:10Speaker 1: not going to pay for his legal bills, but I
- 14:14Speaker 1: find that hard to believe. I find that very hard
- 14:17Speaker 1: to believe. Maybe not out of the public funds that
- 14:21Speaker 1: we know about how much money they got over there
- 14:23Speaker 1: with Apple be over and you know the Bahamas, how
- 14:27Speaker 1: much money do they have stashed off shore that they
- 14:29Speaker 1: can go to as an emergency award chest. Again, I
- 14:33Speaker 1: don't have any evidence one way or the other. It's
- 14:35Speaker 1: just a question. Most people like this aren't very upfront
- 14:39Speaker 1: with the kind of wealth that they really have. The
- 14:45Speaker 1: twelve page settlement states that Ms Roberts agreed to remise, release, quit, satisfy,
- 14:52Speaker 1: and forever discharge Epstein and any other person or entity
- 14:56Speaker 1: who could have been included as a potential defendant from
- 14:59Speaker 1: all and all manner of action, including state and federal,
- 15:04Speaker 1: state and federal cause and causes of action, common law
- 15:08Speaker 1: or statutory suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills,
- 15:15Speaker 1: and demands whatsoever in law or in equity for compensantory
- 15:19Speaker 1: or punitive damages. So you know they went through the
- 15:24Speaker 1: gamut there, right, But they didn't name Prince Andrew specifically.
- 15:28Speaker 1: And for me, if I was the judge, that would
- 15:31Speaker 1: be a big deal for me. How are you gonna
- 15:33Speaker 1: come up here and tell me that this exonerates him
- 15:36Speaker 1: and he's not even mentioned, And especially considering that hold on,
- 15:40Speaker 1: what did my law clerks get for me, Oh, let
- 15:41Speaker 1: me look at this real quick. Oh, and especially considering
- 15:44Speaker 1: this guy's been lying the whole time. I mean, that's
- 15:46Speaker 1: what I would say if I was the judge. Obviously,
- 15:48Speaker 1: I'm sure Judge Kaplan will have a different approach. But
- 15:52Speaker 1: the fact remains that it's obvious this dude's bs and
- 15:55Speaker 1: and it's obvious that he is terrified to go to
- 15:59Speaker 1: try to go to discovery. It is understood that Prince
- 16:05Speaker 1: Andrew will claim that he falls within the category of
- 16:08Speaker 1: other potential defendants because Miss Roberts had identified him as
- 16:12Speaker 1: one of her alleged abusers at the time she entered
- 16:14Speaker 1: into the two thousand and nine settlement agreement. Well, look,
- 16:18Speaker 1: she's been naming him as one of her abusers since
- 16:21Speaker 1: the jump, and the dude has not had to answer
- 16:23Speaker 1: for it. Now, I don't care about what anybody else
- 16:26Speaker 1: thinks or says. That's on them. For me, it is
- 16:30Speaker 1: a long time that this dude sits down and is
- 16:35Speaker 1: questioned for these kinds of charges. Again, Look, we're not
- 16:38Speaker 1: talking about some kind of gray area charges here. We're
- 16:41Speaker 1: not talking about Adam left Field, and she's only talking
- 16:44Speaker 1: about Prince Andrew. She's saying that she was abused while
- 16:49Speaker 1: she was under the thumb of Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn
- 16:53Speaker 1: Maxwell by Prince Andrew, not that Prince Andrew was out
- 16:56Speaker 1: trolling around in a van trying to hand out candy
- 16:59Speaker 1: to chill all right. Lawyer and legal writer Lucia Osborne
- 17:08Speaker 1: Crowley told The Independent the very broad terms of the
- 17:11Speaker 1: two thousand and nine settlement could protect Prince Andrew from
- 17:14Speaker 1: Miss Roberts lawsuit. I highly doubt that it is very
- 17:18Speaker 1: possible that the settlement agreement between Virginia Roberts and Jeffrey
- 17:21Speaker 1: Epstein protects Prince Andrew. She said, Nah, maybe you think so,
- 17:26Speaker 1: but I think that the court's going to interpret it,
- 17:29Speaker 1: interpret it a whole different way, considering the way that
- 17:32Speaker 1: they have looked at this case in the past. There's
- 17:34Speaker 1: so much precedent already in the New York courts as
- 17:38Speaker 1: far as Epstein and Maxwell goes that, I have a
- 17:41Speaker 1: hard time believing that Caplain's not going to want to
- 17:43Speaker 1: see more. According to a report in The Sunday Times,
- 17:49Speaker 1: Royal courtiers courtiers are in discussions about what to do
- 17:54Speaker 1: if Prince Andrew loses the civil suit launched by Miss
- 17:58Speaker 1: Roberts in September twenty twenty one, which alleges that she
- 18:02Speaker 1: was forced to have sex with the royal three times
- 18:04Speaker 1: while she was being abused by Epstein. Yeah, you would
- 18:08Speaker 1: think that the Royal Court or whatever they're called, the
- 18:13Speaker 1: Handmaidens and you know whatever the hell they are are
- 18:17Speaker 1: deep in discussion, trying to figure out a strategy here,
- 18:20Speaker 1: trying to figure out a way to wiggle off the
- 18:22Speaker 1: hook and save a little face for the monarchy. But
- 18:26Speaker 1: I don't think it's gonna work out so well, right.
- 18:28Speaker 1: I think that this is a zero sum game at
- 18:31Speaker 1: this point, and they're not going to be able to
- 18:34Speaker 1: massage Prince Andrew back into public life or make people
- 18:38Speaker 1: accept this dude. The source was also quoted as saying
- 18:43Speaker 1: that the Prince would be asked to give up as
- 18:45Speaker 1: remaining patronages of charities and would not be able to
- 18:48Speaker 1: go abroad due to the risk of extradition, which would
- 18:52Speaker 1: result in a form of internal exile. Imagine, if you will,
- 18:56Speaker 1: for a minute, Prince Andrew walking through the airport and
- 19:00Speaker 1: then all of a sudden, the theme music starts and
- 19:04Speaker 1: Dog the Bounty Hunters shows up. Okay, I'm just kidding,
- 19:08Speaker 1: but you get my drift, right, this guy shows up
- 19:10Speaker 1: in one of these airports and there's a warrant for him,
- 19:13Speaker 1: he would be in serious jeopardy, no doubt about it.
- 19:17Speaker 1: So it would be like a form of internal exile.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Where's he going to go? Has to stay on the island,
- 19:24Speaker 1: right And I get it? Oh, real, rough the Prince
- 19:27Speaker 1: of England in a form of exile, living in his
- 19:30Speaker 1: riches on his island and you know, fading off into obscurity.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Certainly not the fate he deserves. But as long as
- 19:38Speaker 1: it look, this guy cannot be in the public eye
- 19:40Speaker 1: no matter what. There can be no coming back from
- 19:43Speaker 1: this for him. A Buckingham Palace spokesperson said that the
- 19:47Speaker 1: comments were without foundation. So look, we're gonna see more tomorrow.
- 19:53Speaker 1: For sure. We're gonna get a little bit more from
- 19:55Speaker 1: Kaplan tomorrow and we'll see where Judge Caplan is at.
- 19:59Speaker 1: But it is my guests, and remember, folks, this is
- 20:01Speaker 1: just my guests, just like during the trial. I don't
- 20:04Speaker 1: have any inside information, nothing like that. But it is
- 20:07Speaker 1: my guess that we're gonna see this move forward here.
- 20:09Speaker 1: And you know, according to the article we read, and
- 20:13Speaker 1: just from reading the room in general. It certainly doesn't
- 20:16Speaker 1: look like Virginia is interested in settling, So buckle up, folks.
- 20:21Speaker 1: We might be in for a long and interesting ride.
- 20:27Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
- 20:29Speaker 1: at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bo bby
- 20:33Speaker 1: c ap you Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can
- 20:38Speaker 1: also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore c ap
- 20:43Speaker 1: u Cci. The article that we discussed and the link
- 20:47Speaker 1: to it can be found in the description box. All right, folks,
- 20:51Speaker 1: I will be back tomorrow with a little bit more
- 20:53Speaker 1: as per usual scheduled morning show, and then after that
- 20:57Speaker 1: we'll do some context episodes and we'll get yet it
- 21:00Speaker 1: kicked off, and then tomorrow night will pick up where
- 21:04Speaker 1: we left off here and update the situation between Virginia
- 21:09Speaker 1: and Prince Andrew. What's up everyone, and welcome back to
- 21:13Speaker 1: the Epstein Chronicles. Usually in the mornings we talk about
- 21:18Speaker 1: Guilty Galaine, but this morning we're gonna change it up
- 21:21Speaker 1: a little bit and we're gonna talk about Prince Andrew
- 21:24Speaker 1: and the lawsuit that he's facing a little bit more.
- 21:28Speaker 1: Now we all know that Virginia Roberts is a woman
- 21:32Speaker 1: on a mission at this point, she is not going
- 21:35Speaker 1: to be denied justice any longer. She's not going to
- 21:38Speaker 1: be you know, told she can't get justice. She's not
- 21:42Speaker 1: going to be bullied. And it's all very obvious from
- 21:47Speaker 1: the actions that her and her legal team are taking.
- 21:50Speaker 1: They are looking to really make a point and send
- 21:54Speaker 1: it home here with the Joe exotic of the Windsor
- 21:58Speaker 1: family and this lawsuit. And I'll tell you what, she
- 22:02Speaker 1: deserves a big pat on the back because she's dealing
- 22:06Speaker 1: with a whole bunch of bs once again now because
- 22:09Speaker 1: of Prince Andrew's lawyers, Brettler, Singer and the rest of them.
- 22:14Speaker 1: This is the strategy that they are going to use
- 22:18Speaker 1: no matter what when it comes to sexual assault accusations
- 22:23Speaker 1: and you know their client being accused. This is what
- 22:28Speaker 1: they're going to do. This is why Prince Andrew hired them.
- 22:32Speaker 1: He knew exactly what he was getting when he paid
- 22:35Speaker 1: for Bretler and Singer. He could have won a different route.
- 22:38Speaker 1: He could have found a different group of lawyers to
- 22:40Speaker 1: represent him that might have went about this in a
- 22:43Speaker 1: different way, but no, he had to be the borish
- 22:47Speaker 1: oph he is and hire a couple of other borish
- 22:50Speaker 1: ofs to, you know, perform the duties that he wants performed,
- 22:55Speaker 1: and that is to try and destroy the credibility of
- 22:59Speaker 1: Virginia Robert. But it is failed in spectacular fashion. In fact,
- 23:04Speaker 1: he's done nothing but hurt his own case. He's done
- 23:09Speaker 1: nothing but make things worse on himself. Every single time
- 23:14Speaker 1: he thinks he has some kind of strategy that's going
- 23:16Speaker 1: to work, or his legal team thinks they have some
- 23:19Speaker 1: sort of strategy that's going to work, we see how
- 23:22Speaker 1: it explodes in their face. And this is just the
- 23:26Speaker 1: way of things if you're a Jeffrey Epstein associate. At
- 23:29Speaker 1: this point, the legal system hopefully has caught up to
- 23:33Speaker 1: your bs. But one thing is for sure, the people,
- 23:37Speaker 1: the folks that are listening to this podcast, they're certainly
- 23:40Speaker 1: onto your bs, Prince Andrew, and the same old tactics
- 23:45Speaker 1: and the same old strategies, they're not gonna work this
- 23:47Speaker 1: time because it's people like this who are listening to
- 23:50Speaker 1: this podcast. Guess who populates Jerry's my friend. That's right,
- 23:55Speaker 1: everyday average folks like the people listening to this podcast,
- 24:01Speaker 1: and a lot of the people listening to this podcast
- 24:03Speaker 1: had no idea about the scope of this investigation. Until recently.
- 24:07Speaker 1: It'll be the same with a juror, right, even if
- 24:10Speaker 1: they have no idea what's going on, the second they
- 24:12Speaker 1: sit in the jerry box and they start hearing evidence,
- 24:15Speaker 1: they're gonna know what's going on very quickly. So Prince
- 24:19Speaker 1: Andrew and his team they have no good options, so
- 24:24Speaker 1: they've chosen to go scorched earth. And this was the
- 24:27Speaker 1: strategy from the very beginning because they knew, just like
- 24:30Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell knew, without loopholes and technicalities, their goose was cooked.
- 24:38Speaker 1: So that's why you see the pressure by Prince Andrew.
- 24:42Speaker 1: That's why you see the pressure by his lawyers to
- 24:46Speaker 1: try and destroy Virginia Roberts's credibility as much as they can,
- 24:50Speaker 1: because they understand. They're not stupid. People don't get it
- 24:53Speaker 1: twisted when I'm talking about the lawyers for Andrew, Brettler
- 24:57Speaker 1: and Singer. While I find their tactics to be deplorable,
- 25:01Speaker 1: these are not dumb lawyers. These guys are very good
- 25:04Speaker 1: at what they do. And it's a good thing that
- 25:10Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts also has lawyers that know what they're doing
- 25:13Speaker 1: as well, because if it wasn't Boys and the company
- 25:17Speaker 1: over there, Virginia's team might be hard pressed to deal
- 25:21Speaker 1: with people like Bretler and Singer, and that's why these
- 25:23Speaker 1: guys are hired. It's sort of like hiring Adershowitz, right.
- 25:27Speaker 1: You're paying for what they bring, not only in the courtroom,
- 25:30Speaker 1: but you're paying for all of those relationships, all of
- 25:34Speaker 1: those you know, buddy buddy sessions with the prosecutors. That's
- 25:38Speaker 1: what you're paying for. And that's what Bretler and Singer
- 25:41Speaker 1: certainly bring. But they're up against another titan. I'm not
- 25:46Speaker 1: a fan of lawyers in general, but David Boyse is
- 25:49Speaker 1: certainly nobody to sneeze at, very powerful man when it
- 25:53Speaker 1: comes to lawyers, and he is willing to go all
- 25:57Speaker 1: the way here for his client, it would seem. So
- 26:01Speaker 1: we have a real time battle of the Titans on
- 26:05Speaker 1: our hands here, folks. And unfortunately for Andrew, when all
- 26:11Speaker 1: is said and done, and you know, you start getting
- 26:14Speaker 1: into discovery, you start looking at the evidence. It doesn't
- 26:18Speaker 1: matter who your lawyer is if the facts aren't on
- 26:21Speaker 1: your side. So unless they can get them off on
- 26:24Speaker 1: a technicality or a loophole, in my opinion, Prince Andrew's
- 26:28Speaker 1: in for a very, very very rough year. With that said,
- 26:33Speaker 1: why don't we take a look at this article from
- 26:36Speaker 1: the Daily Mail and let's see what author Carolyn Graham
- 26:43Speaker 1: and Mark Hookham and Kate Mansey and Jacob Thorburn have
- 26:48Speaker 1: to say about Virginia Roberts and her battle with Prince Andrew. Headline,
- 26:55Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts vows to destroy the Duke of York Epstein's survivors.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Royal should be in jail, but things leaving him broken,
- 27:04Speaker 1: leaving him broke may be enough. As Andrew sparks victim
- 27:07Speaker 1: blaming Row after demanding to see her mental records. That's
- 27:12Speaker 1: an obvious tactic that Andrew and his team were going
- 27:14Speaker 1: to employ. They know that somebody who has suffered through
- 27:17Speaker 1: trauma like Virginia has obviously seen therapists or a therapist,
- 27:22Speaker 1: and they're trying to get those records gross honestly, And
- 27:27Speaker 1: it's typical of the tactics you're gonna see from them
- 27:29Speaker 1: throughout this. But it's a patron out of the playbook,
- 27:36Speaker 1: the age old playbook for the good old Boys Club.
- 27:39Speaker 1: How can we destroy your credibility? Is she on drugs?
- 27:42Speaker 1: Has she ever slept with a man? You know? What
- 27:46Speaker 1: did she post on her MySpace. This is the sort
- 27:48Speaker 1: of shit that these people try and use to, you know,
- 27:51Speaker 1: demean people, try and destroy their credibility and make their
- 27:54Speaker 1: testimony not worthwhile. Prince Andrew's accuser has valued to destroy
- 28:00Speaker 1: him and leave him penniless, as the tactics undertaken by
- 28:03Speaker 1: the Duke's legal team were slammed as victim blaming by
- 28:07Speaker 1: furious women's safety campaigners. Well, I'm not a woman's safety
- 28:12Speaker 1: campaign or whatever the hell that is. I'm not an advocate.
- 28:15Speaker 1: I'm none of that. I'm just an average guy who
- 28:18Speaker 1: took a look at what's going on here and is
- 28:20Speaker 1: highly disgusted by all of it. With that said, I'm
- 28:25Speaker 1: pretty disgusted with Prince Andrew victim blaming as well. There's
- 28:29Speaker 1: other ways to go about this if you're innocent, right,
- 28:32Speaker 1: one of the telltale signs for me if somebody is
- 28:34Speaker 1: guilty of this kind of shit is if they attack
- 28:37Speaker 1: the accuser's credibility right away. How about you just show
- 28:40Speaker 1: with some evidence, tell your accuser all right, fine, let's rock,
- 28:44Speaker 1: let's go to court. I'm telling you know, you go there.
- 28:47Speaker 1: You don't try and stop any of the proceedings or
- 28:49Speaker 1: anything like that. Show up in court, show your evidence
- 28:52Speaker 1: and prove that you're not guilty, because when it comes
- 28:58Speaker 1: to stuff like this, that's how it has to happen.
- 29:00Speaker 1: And I know you're innocent until proven guilty, but when
- 29:02Speaker 1: you're talking about sexual accusation, sexual crimes accusations, you can't
- 29:07Speaker 1: sit on the sidelines. You have to be proactive. You
- 29:11Speaker 1: have to get out there and you have to show
- 29:12Speaker 1: evidence proving that you didn't do it. Because short of that,
- 29:16Speaker 1: well you're gonna end up looking like Prince Andrew, especially
- 29:19Speaker 1: when there's a ton of evidence coming the other way. Now,
- 29:22Speaker 1: if this was just he said, she said, and Virginia
- 29:24Speaker 1: didn't have any evidence, this would be a whole different story.
- 29:28Speaker 1: If that picture didn't exist, then you would have to
- 29:30Speaker 1: be all right, well, you know a little bit more
- 29:33Speaker 1: critical of what's going on. But when that picture exists
- 29:36Speaker 1: and you look at the whole story of this guy
- 29:38Speaker 1: lying about even ever meeting her, how could one not
- 29:42Speaker 1: deduce that this man is lying. Andrew's lawyers have requested
- 29:49Speaker 1: the mental health records of his accuser, Virginia Roberts and
- 29:53Speaker 1: planned to question her husband Robert and psychologist doctor Judith
- 29:56Speaker 1: Lightfoot under oath. I just don't underst stand how that's
- 30:00Speaker 1: even acceptable, Like, how could you possibly get somebody's medical
- 30:06Speaker 1: records like that and question them under you know, and
- 30:09Speaker 1: use them in a trial setting. I think it's kind
- 30:12Speaker 1: of ridiculous, to be honest with you, I wouldn't want
- 30:15Speaker 1: anybody digging into my medical records. Aren't there like hippo
- 30:19Speaker 1: laws that protect you from that? And furthermore, wouldn't it
- 30:23Speaker 1: make sense that somebody who has suffered childhood trauma goes
- 30:26Speaker 1: to see a therapist. Now we're going to disturb the
- 30:31Speaker 1: sanctity of that by maybe getting that the psychologist to
- 30:36Speaker 1: testify in court. How to how is that acceptable? It
- 30:44Speaker 1: is understood that his lawyer will plan to question potential
- 30:48Speaker 1: false memories and miss Robert's allegations that she was that
- 30:51Speaker 1: she was assaulted and sexually excuse me, sexually assaulted and raped.
- 30:56Speaker 1: So again with the false memories right now, they're going
- 30:59Speaker 1: with the false memory nonsense once again. How did that
- 31:02Speaker 1: work out for you in the Galain Maxwell trial. You
- 31:06Speaker 1: brought on this big expert, she did her whole spiel
- 31:09Speaker 1: and it exploded like a firework in the sky. So
- 31:13Speaker 1: go ahead, please try this strategy again so we can
- 31:17Speaker 1: watch it fail in grand fashion. But both legal insiders
- 31:24Speaker 1: and women's safety experts have criticized the Duke's legal team's
- 31:27Speaker 1: new approach, accusing them of victim blaming and questioning the
- 31:31Speaker 1: integrity of such a move. Miss Roberts believes Andrew should
- 31:35Speaker 1: go to jail, but leaving him broke and destroyed maybe enough,
- 31:38Speaker 1: a source close to her legal team said last night,
- 31:41Speaker 1: And look, imagine leaving this dude broke in destitute, short
- 31:45Speaker 1: of getting him to go to prison, probably the next
- 31:48Speaker 1: best thing you see, when you take away the money,
- 31:50Speaker 1: the power, the prestige of these people, you're effectively killing
- 31:55Speaker 1: them because that's how they thrive, right. It's like Popeye
- 31:59Speaker 1: with his spinach. These people have to go and hang
- 32:01Speaker 1: out with the other scuzzbags, the other fellow travelers. You know,
- 32:06Speaker 1: they have to break bread with their fellow robber barons
- 32:09Speaker 1: to feel complete. The astonishing comments follow a devastating week
- 32:16Speaker 1: that saw the Duke of York stripped of his royal
- 32:18Speaker 1: and military titles by the Queen after a New York
- 32:22Speaker 1: judge ruled the civil sex abuse case against him. We'll
- 32:25Speaker 1: go ahead, and it really has been a terrible week
- 32:28Speaker 1: for this dude. But guess what. It's been a couple
- 32:31Speaker 1: of terrible decades for Virginia Roberts and of the other survivors.
- 32:34Speaker 1: So I have no empathy for Prince Andrew. Dude made
- 32:37Speaker 1: his own bed, now he has to lie in it.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Why should I care? I want justice. I've seen my
- 32:44Speaker 1: friends get sent to prison for fifteen years, sixteen years,
- 32:48Speaker 1: twenty years for drugs, for illegal sports gambling. Yet this
- 32:52Speaker 1: dude's running around living the life, hanging out over at
- 32:56Speaker 1: bow emoral. Give me a break with these people already.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Charlotte Proudman, a research fellow at Cambridge and Barrister, was
- 33:07Speaker 1: critical and described the new legal strategy as the ultimate
- 33:11Speaker 1: form of victim blaming. She told The Times that it
- 33:14Speaker 1: was not uncommon for victims of abuse to request therapy
- 33:18Speaker 1: and support, and explain Prince Andrews's legal team will attempt
- 33:21Speaker 1: to extricate the Duke on any inconsistencies shown in Miss
- 33:26Speaker 1: Roberts's recollection of the allegations. So again, how is it
- 33:31Speaker 1: possible that they could even ask for transcripts of her
- 33:36Speaker 1: and her counselor or therapist or whatever. That is gross
- 33:41Speaker 1: and I really hope the judge tells them to tell
- 33:43Speaker 1: their story walking with that request. I mean, I just
- 33:46Speaker 1: don't understand all of a sudden, now someone and their
- 33:51Speaker 1: conversations with their therapists should be of court record. I'm
- 33:56Speaker 1: not comfortable with that, to be honest with you, in
- 33:58Speaker 1: just about any situation, that has to be a you know,
- 34:03Speaker 1: almost a sacred setting, because a lot of people they
- 34:07Speaker 1: won't go and speak to a therapist in the best
- 34:09Speaker 1: of times, because there's such a stigma on mental health.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Right now, you start talking about people's transcripts being you know,
- 34:16Speaker 1: given to defense attorneys, and it becomes a pretty slippery
- 34:21Speaker 1: slope for people who are already hesitant to deal with it.
- 34:24Speaker 1: And as we all know, not to digress, but mental
- 34:26Speaker 1: health is a huge problem in America. Andrews lawyers are
- 34:33Speaker 1: trying to discredit her. They're trying to find something she
- 34:36Speaker 1: might have said to her psychologists that potentially undermines the
- 34:39Speaker 1: claim she has made, or to show potential inconsistencies. Miss
- 34:43Speaker 1: Proudman added, So again, if you're gonna do that, fine,
- 34:47Speaker 1: try and do it somewhere else. Though, I really would
- 34:50Speaker 1: hope that the court would not okay something like this
- 34:53Speaker 1: and give into their request to hand over her records
- 34:57Speaker 1: from conversations with a psychologist, and hopefully if they try
- 35:01Speaker 1: and do it, the psychologist is like doctor Melfi from
- 35:04Speaker 1: The Sopranos. She's not talking to the Feds at all,
- 35:07Speaker 1: so you know, hopefully this therapist is the same way.
- 35:12Speaker 1: She claims that she was forced to sleep with the
- 35:14Speaker 1: prints on three occasions by US pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and
- 35:18Speaker 1: convicted sex trafficker Glene Maxwell, the first time when she
- 35:21Speaker 1: was seventeen and under the legal age of consent under
- 35:25Speaker 1: New York law. So I like how they call her
- 35:27Speaker 1: a sex trafficker. Here, well done, Daily Mail, doing a
- 35:30Speaker 1: lot better job than some of the other publications out there.
- 35:36Speaker 1: Andrew has always denied the accusations. A source close to
- 35:40Speaker 1: Miss Roberts said, no one can believe how badly Andrew
- 35:43Speaker 1: and his legal team have messed up. His arrogance is
- 35:45Speaker 1: what is going is what excuse me. His arrogance is
- 35:48Speaker 1: what has destroyed him. It is Virginia's firm belief that
- 35:52Speaker 1: Andrew should go to jail for what he's done, but
- 35:54Speaker 1: in the end, leaving him broke and destroyed may be enough.
- 35:58Speaker 1: He is already destroyed now. It's a matter of how
- 36:01Speaker 1: much money he offers in a settlement, and how broke
- 36:04Speaker 1: we leave him. Ha. I love it. I love the postury.
- 36:08Speaker 1: And sometimes you gotta take the fight to them, right,
- 36:11Speaker 1: Sometimes you gotta have a little bit of a lip
- 36:13Speaker 1: on you. And to see somebody close to Virginia, whoever
- 36:18Speaker 1: it may be, the source close to her, you know,
- 36:20Speaker 1: firing off like this, I appreciate that, and I like it.
- 36:23Speaker 1: We all know how I feel about bullies. Right, you
- 36:26Speaker 1: walk right up to him and you give him that
- 36:28Speaker 1: three piece. No conversation needed in life, in anything in general.
- 36:33Speaker 1: If you let a bully get away with even an inch,
- 36:36Speaker 1: they will certainly take a mile. And Prince Andrew is
- 36:39Speaker 1: certainly no different. The dude's been a bully his whole life,
- 36:42Speaker 1: bullied staff, bullied everybody. And he feels like him and
- 36:45Speaker 1: his legal team are going to be able to bully
- 36:47Speaker 1: their way out of this. And I'll tell you what.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Every now and then the bully runs into somebody in
- 36:54Speaker 1: the schoolyard who's not gonna take their shit, And that
- 36:58Speaker 1: person right now, well that's Virginia Roberts. My friends. Anna Burley,
- 37:06Speaker 1: co founder of women's safety campaign Reclaimed the Streets, also
- 37:11Speaker 1: weighed in. She told The Times it should never be
- 37:13Speaker 1: a question how the victim behaves, what she wears, how
- 37:17Speaker 1: much she drank, or what she shared with her therapist.
- 37:20Speaker 1: Abuse is never okay, and the focus should be on
- 37:23Speaker 1: the actions of the perpetrator. That's for sure. One hundred
- 37:26Speaker 1: percent agree with that. And when it comes to these
- 37:29Speaker 1: kinds of cases, they try and flip the script way
- 37:32Speaker 1: too many times and blame it on the girl, and
- 37:35Speaker 1: that's unacceptable. Any dude out there that's abusing women, you're
- 37:40Speaker 1: a piece of shit and you need to be brought
- 37:41Speaker 1: to justice. I don't care if you're the Prince of
- 37:44Speaker 1: England or if you're some scumbag who is running hookers
- 37:48Speaker 1: down on the blade. Either way, you gotta be brought
- 37:50Speaker 1: to justice because you're a disgusting fuck. Andrew Is vowed
- 37:57Speaker 1: to fight the case as a private citizen. On Friday night,
- 38:00Speaker 1: his lawyers submitted formal demands to the New York Court
- 38:03Speaker 1: to interview under oath both Miss Roberts husband Robert, excuse me,
- 38:11Speaker 1: her husband Robert, and her psychiatrist, doctor Judith Lightfoot in Australia,
- 38:16Speaker 1: so I can understand trying to subpoena her husband I
- 38:20Speaker 1: get it. Maybe you know, have some questions for him,
- 38:23Speaker 1: but the therapist is just too much for me. It's
- 38:27Speaker 1: a bridge too far. Court documents filed by the Duke's lawyer,
- 38:34Speaker 1: Andrew Brettler, have argued that miss Roberts may suffer from
- 38:38Speaker 1: false memories and accused her of making up claims against
- 38:41Speaker 1: Andrew to deflect from her own participation in Epstein's sex
- 38:45Speaker 1: trafficking scheme. Boy, they're really hanging on to that shit
- 38:48Speaker 1: right for all it's worth sink your teeth into it.
- 38:51Speaker 1: Boys and girls, that's all you have. Let's remember, Virginia
- 38:55Speaker 1: Roberts was a little girl who was groomed by Jeffrey
- 38:58Speaker 1: Epstein and his friends. So why don't we place the
- 39:01Speaker 1: responsibility with all of the adults that were around, you know,
- 39:04Speaker 1: the adults like Prince fucking Andrew. You're gonna blame a
- 39:07Speaker 1: little sixteen seventeen year old girl from a broken home. Huh?
- 39:12Speaker 1: Real honorable, a real war hero? What an absolute coward?
- 39:20Speaker 1: Mister Brettler wants to grill of Virginia's husband about his
- 39:24Speaker 1: wife's role in recruiting and trafficking underage girls for Epstein,
- 39:27Speaker 1: as well as her claims against Andrew. He also wants
- 39:30Speaker 1: to forensically examine the couple's financial records. Boy, that's a hoot.
- 39:34Speaker 1: How about we financially examine Prince Andrew's financial records. How
- 39:39Speaker 1: about we start there? How much money did he get
- 39:42Speaker 1: from Jeffrey Epstein's operations? See again, folks, this is why
- 39:46Speaker 1: I'm so agitated that we didn't go the Rico route,
- 39:51Speaker 1: because it ends all of this shit. All of these cowards,
- 39:54Speaker 1: all of these bitch asses who have big mouths, who
- 39:58Speaker 1: think that they can victim shame, who file of these
- 40:01Speaker 1: counter lawsuits. They wouldn't be so brave if they were
- 40:05Speaker 1: all facing RICO charges. Imagine each one of these clowns
- 40:09Speaker 1: facing one hundred predicates of RICO, like El Choppo, like
- 40:13Speaker 1: John Gotti. What it's only good for those kind of criminals, Huh?
- 40:17Speaker 1: Not for these kinds. Why because they're your friends, because
- 40:20Speaker 1: you rub elbows with these scumbags at parties. In separate
- 40:26Speaker 1: filings on Friday, Miss Roberts lawyers said they intend to
- 40:29Speaker 1: question or depose the Duke's former equerry, Robert Olney, an
- 40:34Speaker 1: ex Army Army Air Corps officer who is head of
- 40:37Speaker 1: Safety and Business Delivery at the Civil Aviation Authority CIA.
- 40:43Speaker 1: Mister Olney was appointed as Andrew's equerry in September twenty
- 40:46Speaker 1: twenty two, the year after Miss Roberts claimed she was
- 40:50Speaker 1: allegedly forced to have sex with the Duke. But his
- 40:53Speaker 1: name appeared in Epstein's infamous Little Black Book of Contexts,
- 40:56Speaker 1: and he accompanied Andrew on trips around the globe before
- 40:59Speaker 1: stepping down in two thousand and four. So again, all
- 41:04Speaker 1: of these people, they're all in the same circles. This
- 41:07Speaker 1: guy was trapsing around the world with Andrew before, this
- 41:10Speaker 1: guy was, you know, hanging out with Andrew and Epstein.
- 41:13Speaker 1: It's just such a joke, you know, he brings this
- 41:16Speaker 1: only guy in and the guy's in Epstein's book. Don't
- 41:20Speaker 1: you have any friends that aren't involved with Epstein or
- 41:24Speaker 1: his friends? I mean, are you kidding me? Right now?
- 41:30Speaker 1: Miss Roberts lawyers planned to quism about Andrew's travel to
- 41:34Speaker 1: and from New York and any of Epstein's homes. The
- 41:37Speaker 1: documents state that mister Olney's testimony should be obtained by
- 41:40Speaker 1: April twenty ninth, either in person or by video conference.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Miss Roberts lawyers also want to talk to Shukri Walker
- 41:48Speaker 1: a Somali born woman who lives in London who claims
- 41:52Speaker 1: she saw Andrew and Miss Roberts dancing together at the
- 41:55Speaker 1: famous Tramp nightclub. Now, I remember when this all came out,
- 42:00Speaker 1: when Shukrie Walker first came out and said this, and
- 42:04Speaker 1: we uploaded an episode dealing with this way back, I
- 42:09Speaker 1: mean over a year and a half ago now, So
- 42:11Speaker 1: I'm gonna dig into the archives later and I'll upload
- 42:14Speaker 1: that old episode so we get a little bit more
- 42:16Speaker 1: context about Shoekree Walker and her claims. Miss Roberts has
- 42:22Speaker 1: claimed the Prince was sweating all over me as they danced,
- 42:25Speaker 1: and alleges they had sex later that night when they
- 42:28Speaker 1: returned to Maxwell's home. Andrew claims he cannot sweat because
- 42:32Speaker 1: of an injury suffered in the Falklands War. I mean
- 42:35Speaker 1: did he self diagnose that? Is there any documentation from
- 42:39Speaker 1: a doctor's office? Did you go down to the Compton
- 42:43Speaker 1: swap meet get yourself a fake vaccination card like Antonio Brown?
- 42:48Speaker 1: What's the deal here, princey boy? The civil lawsuit is
- 42:53Speaker 1: set to be financially ruinous for Andrew. His legal bills
- 42:57Speaker 1: are said to have reached two million, two million pounds
- 43:00Speaker 1: That is, and there are reports he may offer to
- 43:02Speaker 1: settle the case before it reaches court for up to
- 43:05Speaker 1: ten pounds and I hope Virginia says no. But if
- 43:09Speaker 1: she does accept it, I really hope she'd posts a
- 43:12Speaker 1: picture of her and her kids swimming in her money,
- 43:14Speaker 1: because I tell you what, after everything that she has
- 43:17Speaker 1: been through, I don't know anybody who deserves a fat
- 43:20Speaker 1: pay day more. The Mail on Sunday also understands that
- 43:27Speaker 1: Andrew could face a heavier tax bill for his home
- 43:29Speaker 1: Royal Lodge after losing the use of his HRH title,
- 43:33Speaker 1: as he would no longer qualify for tax relief. Imagine
- 43:37Speaker 1: think about that for a minute. These HRH royal scumbags,
- 43:40Speaker 1: they all get tax relief the people of England. However, Well,
- 43:43Speaker 1: make sure you pay up your shillings, make sure you
- 43:46Speaker 1: pay up those those pence pieces. Why do they get
- 43:52Speaker 1: tax relief? Aren't they already on the dole of the public,
- 43:55Speaker 1: But they need tax relief as well? Huh? Why so
- 43:58Speaker 1: they can go use some more offshore accounts with Applebee.
- 44:04Speaker 1: The source close to miss Roberts legal team said, if
- 44:07Speaker 1: there is a settlement, it will have to be a big,
- 44:09Speaker 1: big number Prince Andrew was offered the chance to open
- 44:13Speaker 1: negotiations before the civil suit was filed, but as lawyers
- 44:16Speaker 1: ignored all our letters in the hope it would go away,
- 44:20Speaker 1: Virginia wants her day in court. But of course any
- 44:23Speaker 1: case can be settled. For a variety of reasons, Andrew
- 44:26Speaker 1: has ruined himself through his arrogance. One and when you're
- 44:32Speaker 1: told you're this great guy your whole life, you're the Prince,
- 44:35Speaker 1: You're this, You're that, You're of course you're gonna be
- 44:38Speaker 1: an arrogant prick when you become an adult. You have
- 44:40Speaker 1: nobody around to tell you that you're an idiot. When
- 44:42Speaker 1: you're a kid, nobody with a wooden spoon beating that
- 44:46Speaker 1: ass when you go sneak in and try and steal
- 44:49Speaker 1: a lemon cake. So, like Mike Singletary says, uncoachable children
- 44:57Speaker 1: become unhireable adults, and that certainly is what Andrew would
- 45:02Speaker 1: be if he was a normal person. Would you hire
- 45:04Speaker 1: this guy? I mean, let's be real. Imagine this bozo
- 45:07Speaker 1: walks into your office for an interview for a job. Nah,
- 45:11Speaker 1: I don't think you'll be getting hired. Pal. Sorry. The
- 45:17Speaker 1: Duke is expected to be deposed for up to seven
- 45:19Speaker 1: hours by lawyer David Boyce in London in February. Last night,
- 45:23Speaker 1: he said I look forward to being able to question
- 45:26Speaker 1: Prince Andrew under oath. Andrew's camp had feared that both
- 45:30Speaker 1: the Duchess of York and Princess Beatrice could be deposed,
- 45:34Speaker 1: but sources now suggest that this was unlikely, and that's
- 45:39Speaker 1: probably the right move. I've said it from the beginning.
- 45:42Speaker 1: I don't think bringing Andrew's children into this is a
- 45:45Speaker 1: good idea. Let's leave the kids out of it. They
- 45:48Speaker 1: had nothing to do with their dad's disgusting decisions. The
- 45:52Speaker 1: sins of the father are not the sins of the children.
- 45:54Speaker 1: And unless there's something that these children have done, these
- 45:57Speaker 1: kids that is of triment to the survivors, then I
- 46:02Speaker 1: don't really think it's a good idea to drag them
- 46:04Speaker 1: into this either. Now, if they had some sort of evidence,
- 46:08Speaker 1: perhaps then yeah, I could see that. But I think
- 46:11Speaker 1: that Virginia and her team are they're doing it the
- 46:13Speaker 1: right way. There's no need to bring Prince Andrew's children
- 46:17Speaker 1: into this if it's you know, they're not part of it,
- 46:22Speaker 1: because that would be the scumbag thing to do that
- 46:24Speaker 1: would be the Andrew thing to do. So it's nice
- 46:26Speaker 1: to see that they're not going to do that. But
- 46:29Speaker 1: we're gearing up for quite the battle here, folks, Quite
- 46:32Speaker 1: the fight, and Prince Andrew and his team they're certainly
- 46:36Speaker 1: on the ropes. But there's a long way to go here,
- 46:39Speaker 1: and when you're dealing with people with such a power structure,
- 46:43Speaker 1: such influence, nothing is ever settled until it's settled. So
- 46:48Speaker 1: the progress is being made. Those foundational blocks that we
- 46:52Speaker 1: talked about during Maxwell's trial, well those are being laid
- 46:55Speaker 1: right now as well in this in this situation. So
- 46:58Speaker 1: let's see what's sort of structure is built on top
- 47:02Speaker 1: of that foundation as we move forward. All Right, folks,
- 47:07Speaker 1: that's gonna do it for me this morning. As far
- 47:10Speaker 1: as the rest of the day, I'm thinking that there's
- 47:12Speaker 1: going to be an evening episode tonight. I have a
- 47:14Speaker 1: few episodes I want to catch up on a couple
- 47:17Speaker 1: of ones that have to deal with the Inspector General's
- 47:22Speaker 1: report that's expected as far as Jeffrey Epstein's alleged suicide
- 47:27Speaker 1: and how some folks are saying it'll answer some questions, Well,
- 47:31Speaker 1: I have my own opinions about that, so we're gonna
- 47:34Speaker 1: get to that as well, and I'm thinking I'm gonna
- 47:36Speaker 1: try and get to that tonight, but if not tonight,
- 47:39Speaker 1: then certainly tomorrow morning. But either way, there'll be a
- 47:42Speaker 1: bunch of context episodes today as well, and the usual
- 47:45Speaker 1: schedule will keep on rolling. All right, folks, I help
- 47:49Speaker 1: all of you have a great Sunday. Enjoy the football
- 47:51Speaker 1: games if you're gonna be watching them, and I will
- 47:55Speaker 1: talk to you all later on tonight. If you like
