  And
• 0:19
  so,
• 0:19
  yeah,
• 0:19
  go
• 0:19
  check
• 0:19
  her
• 0:19
  out.
• 0:20
  But
• 0:20
  I
• 0:20
  was
• 0:20
  recently
• 0:20
  talking
• 0:21
  to
• 0:21
  her.
• 0:21
  We
• 0:21
  did
• 0:21
  a
• 0:21
  strategy
• 0:22
  together
• 0:22
  and
• 0:23
  she
• 0:23
  joined
• 0:23
  my
• 0:23
  membership
• 0:24
  and
• 0:24
  we
• 0:24
  were
• 0:25
  talking
• 0:25
  about.
• 0:25
  Talking
• 0:25
  about,
• 0:26
  like,
• 0:26
  how
• 0:26
  do
• 0:26
  you
• 0:26
  engage
• 0:27
  new
• 0:27
  members
• 0:27
  and
• 0:28
  make
• 0:28
  them
• 0:28
  feel
• 0:28
  super
• 0:28
  welcome
• 0:29
  and
• 0:29
  also
• 0:30
  like,
• 0:30
  help
• 0:31
  fold
• 0:31
  them
• 0:31
  into
• 0:32
  the
• 0:32
  culture
• 0:32
  that
• 0:33
  already
• 0:33
  exists.
• 0:34
  And
• 0:34
  she
• 0:34
  told
• 0:35
  me
• 0:35
  about
• 0:35
  this
• 0:35
  concept
• 0:36
  that
• 0:37
  she
• 0:37
  was
• 0:37
  trying
• 0:38
  that
• 0:38
  ended
• 0:38
  up
• 0:39
  working
• 0:39
  really
• 0:39
  well.
• 0:39
  Like,
• 0:40
  she
• 0:40
  was
• 0:40
  experimenting
• 0:40
  in
• 0:41
  real
• 0:41
  time
• 0:41
  with
• 0:41
  it.
• 0:42
  That
• 0:42
  kind
• 0:42
  of
• 0:42
  blew
• 0:43
  my
• 0:43
  mind.
• 0:43
  And
• 0:43
  I
• 0:43
  was
• 0:43
  like,
• 0:43
  oh
• 0:44
  my
• 0:44
  gosh,
• 0:44
  everybody
• 0:44
  should
• 0:44
  do
• 0:45
  this.
• 0:45
  So
• 0:45
  it's
• 0:46
  called
• 0:46
  a
• 0:47
  member
• 0:47
  week.
• 0:48
  So
• 0:48
  essentially,
• 0:49
  she
• 0:50
  did
• 0:50
  a
• 0:50
  launch,
• 0:50
  she
• 0:50
  had
• 0:51
  a
• 0:51
  bunch
• 0:51
  of
• 0:51
  new
• 0:51
  people
• 0:51
  come
• 0:51
  in,
• 0:52
  and
• 0:52
  she
• 0:52
  hosted
• 0:53
  a
• 0:53
  member
• 0:53
  week.
• 0:53
  So
• 0:54
  for
• 0:54
  every
• 0:54
  day
• 0:55
  for
• 0:56
  that
• 0:56
  member
• 0:57
  week,
• 0:57
  she
• 0:57
  did
• 0:58
  different
• 0:58
  events.
• 0:58
  And
• 0:59
  some
• 0:59
  of
• 0:59
  them
• 0:59
  were
• 1:00
  really
• 1:00
  low
• 1:00
  key.
• 1:00
  Like
• 1:01
  she
• 1:01
  did
• 1:01
  coffee
• 1:01
  chats,
• 1:02
  she
• 1:02
  did
• 1:03
  co
• 1:04
  working
• 1:04
  session,
• 1:04
  which
• 1:05
  is
• 1:05
  something
• 1:05
  that's
• 1:05
  like
• 1:05
  a
• 1:06
  core
• 1:06
  offer
• 1:06
  in
• 1:06
  her
• 1:06
  membership.
• 1:07
  She
• 1:08
  just
• 1:08
  like
• 1:08
  created
• 1:09
  this
• 1:09
  space
• 1:10
  for
• 1:10
  people
• 1:10
  to
• 1:10
  come
• 1:10
  together
• 1:11
  and
• 1:11
  celebrated
• 1:12
  members
• 1:12
  throughout
• 1:13
  the
• 1:13
  week.
• 1:13
  And
• 1:13
  it
• 1:13
  was
• 1:13
  an
• 1:14
  amazing
• 1:14
  way
• 1:14
  for
• 1:14
  the
• 1:14
  new
• 1:15
  members
• 1:15
  to
• 1:15
  feel
• 1:15
  super
• 1:16
  welcome
• 1:16
  and
• 1:17
  brought
• 1:17
  in.
• 1:17
  And
• 1:17
  they
• 1:17
  have
• 1:17
  this
• 1:18
  like
• 1:18
  awesome
• 1:18
  cohorted
• 1:19
  onboarding
• 1:20
  experience,
• 1:20
  but
• 1:20
  also
• 1:21
  for
• 1:21
  existing
• 1:21
  members
• 1:22
  to
• 1:23
  re
• 1:23
  engage
• 1:23
  them
• 1:23
  to
• 1:24
  have
• 1:24
  them
• 1:24
  meet
• 1:24
  the
• 1:25
  new
• 1:25
  members.
• 1:25
  And
• 1:25
  so
• 1:26
  everybody
• 1:26
  was
• 1:26
  just
• 1:26
  like,
• 1:27
  kind
• 1:27
  of
• 1:27
  coming
• 1:27
  together.
• 1:28
  And
• 1:29
  I
• 1:29
  just
• 1:29
  absolutely
• 1:30
  love
• 1:30
  this
• 1:30
  idea
• 1:30
  of
• 1:31
  celebrating
• 1:31
  your
• 1:32
  members
• 1:32
  for
• 1:32
  an
• 1:32
  entire
• 1:33
  week.
• 1:33
  Like,
• 1:34
  why
• 1:34
  shouldn't
• 1:35
  we
• 1:35
  do
• 1:35
  something
• 1:35
  like
• 1:35
  this?
• 1:35
  It
• 1:36
  reminds
• 1:36
  me
• 1:36
  of
• 1:36
  like,
• 1:36
  you
• 1:37
  know,
• 1:37
  in
• 1:37
  school,
• 1:37
  like
• 1:38
  Teacher
• 1:38
  Appreciation
• 1:39
  Week.
• 1:39
  It's
• 1:39
  like
• 1:39
  that,
• 1:40
  right?
• 1:40
  Like,
• 1:40
  how
• 1:40
  can
• 1:41
  we
• 1:41
  celebrate
• 1:42
  our
• 1:42
  members
• 1:42
  a
• 1:43
  couple
• 1:43
  times
• 1:43
  a
• 1:43
  year
• 1:43
  and
• 1:44
  make
• 1:44
  everything
• 1:44
  all
• 1:44
  about
• 1:45
  them?
• 1:45
  You
• 1:45
  know,
• 1:46
  it's.
• 1:46
  It's
• 1:46
  an
• 1:46
  awesome
• 1:47
  pattern
• 1:47
  break.
• 1:47
  And
• 1:47
  if
• 1:48
  you've
• 1:48
  listened
• 1:48
  to
• 1:48
  a
• 1:48
  bunch
• 1:48
  of
• 1:49
  my
• 1:49
  shows,
• 1:49
  you've
• 1:49
  probably
• 1:49
  heard
• 1:50
  me
• 1:50
  talk
• 1:50
  about
• 1:50
  this.
• 1:51
  So
• 1:51
  the
• 1:51
  idea
• 1:51
  of
• 1:52
  a
• 1:52
  pattern
• 1:52
  break
• 1:52
  is
• 1:53
  something
• 1:53
  that's
• 1:53
  different.
• 1:54
  Like,
• 1:54
  of
• 1:54
  course
• 1:55
  we
• 1:55
  have
• 1:55
  our
• 1:56
  programming
• 1:56
  that's
• 1:56
  very
• 1:57
  ritual.
• 1:57
  Maybe
• 1:58
  you
• 1:58
  run
• 1:58
  a
• 1:58
  quarterly
• 1:59
  challenge,
• 1:59
  maybe
• 1:59
  you
• 2:00
  have
• 2:00
  some
• 2:00
  of
• 2:00
  these
• 2:00
  things.
• 2:00
  And
• 2:01
  a
• 2:01
  quarterly
• 2:01
  challenge
• 2:01
  is
• 2:02
  also
• 2:02
  a
• 2:02
  pattern
• 2:02
  break.
• 2:02
  But
• 2:03
  you
• 2:03
  have
• 2:03
  events
• 2:04
  that
• 2:04
  you're
• 2:04
  running
• 2:04
  every
• 2:04
  month.
• 2:04
  You
• 2:05
  have
• 2:05
  maybe
• 2:05
  content
• 2:06
  you're
• 2:06
  creating.
• 2:07
  You
• 2:07
  have
• 2:08
  things
• 2:08
  that
• 2:08
  feel
• 2:09
  like
• 2:09
  the
• 2:10
  norm
• 2:10
  in
• 2:10
  your
• 2:10
  membership.
• 2:11
  The
• 2:11
  idea
• 2:12
  of
• 2:13
  this
• 2:13
  concept
• 2:13
  is
• 2:14
  that
• 2:14
  it's
• 2:14
  a
• 2:14
  total
• 2:14
  pattern
• 2:15
  break
• 2:15
  because
• 2:15
  it's
• 2:16
  only
• 2:16
  for
• 2:16
  one
• 2:16
  week
• 2:17
  and
• 2:17
  not
• 2:17
  something
• 2:18
  that
• 2:18
  happens
• 2:18
  super
• 2:18
  Often
• 2:19
  I
• 2:19
  think
• 2:19
  it
• 2:20
  could
• 2:20
  be
• 2:20
  really
• 2:20
  interesting
• 2:21
  to
• 2:21
  do
• 2:21
  something
• 2:21
  like
• 2:21
  this,
• 2:22
  maybe
• 2:22
  twice
• 2:22
  a
• 2:22
  year,
• 2:23
  where
• 2:23
  you're
• 2:24
  giving
• 2:24
  back
• 2:24
  to
• 2:24
  your
• 2:25
  members.
• 2:25
  You're
• 2:26
  like
• 2:26
  really
• 2:27
  building
• 2:27
  up
• 2:27
  the
• 2:28
  culture.
• 2:28
  One
• 2:28
  of
• 2:29
  the
• 2:29
  things
• 2:29
  I
• 2:29
  talk
• 2:29
  about
• 2:29
  a
• 2:30
  lot
• 2:30
  is
• 2:30
  how
• 2:31
  in
• 2:31
  our
• 2:32
  onboarding
• 2:32
  process
• 2:32
  can
• 2:33
  we
• 2:33
  remind
• 2:33
  people
• 2:34
  of
• 2:34
  the
• 2:35
  value
• 2:35
  prop
• 2:35
  of
• 2:35
  the
• 2:35
  community?
• 2:36
  Why
• 2:36
  did
• 2:36
  they
• 2:36
  join?
• 2:37
  Why
• 2:37
  are
• 2:37
  they
• 2:37
  here?
• 2:38
  Why
• 2:38
  did
• 2:38
  they
• 2:38
  decide
• 2:39
  to
• 2:39
  be
• 2:39
  a
• 2:39
  part
• 2:39
  of
• 2:39
  this?
• 2:40
  Like
• 2:40
  almost
• 2:40
  giving
• 2:40
  them
• 2:40
  that
• 2:41
  reminder
• 2:42
  and
• 2:42
  that
• 2:42
  permission
• 2:43
  in
• 2:43
  this
• 2:43
  case
• 2:44
  to
• 2:44
  to
• 2:44
  re
• 2:44
  engage.
• 2:45
  And
• 2:45
  it's
• 2:45
  okay
• 2:46
  if
• 2:46
  you've
• 2:46
  been
• 2:46
  quiet
• 2:46
  for
• 2:46
  a
• 2:47
  while,
• 2:47
  but
• 2:47
  like
• 2:47
  come
• 2:48
  back
• 2:48
  in.
• 2:48
  I
• 2:48
  think
• 2:49
  that
• 2:49
  this
• 2:49
  could
• 2:49
  be
• 2:49
  a
• 2:49
  really
• 2:50
  solid
• 2:50
  strategy
• 2:51
  for
• 2:51
  re
• 2:51
  engagement.
• 2:52
  And
• 2:53
  she
• 2:53
  saw
• 2:53
  that
• 2:53
  it
• 2:53
  created
• 2:54
  incredible
• 2:55
  momentum
• 2:55
  in
• 2:56
  her
• 2:56
  community
• 2:57
  by
• 2:57
  not
• 2:58
  only
• 2:58
  like
• 2:58
  the
• 2:58
  new
• 2:59
  people
• 2:59
  coming
• 2:59
  in,
• 3:00
  they
• 3:00
  were
• 3:00
  much
• 3:00
  more
• 3:01
  engaged,
• 3:02
  much
• 3:02
  more
• 3:02
  excited
• 3:03
  to
• 3:03
  participate.
• 3:04
  She
• 3:04
  saw
• 3:04
  much
• 3:04
  higher
• 3:05
  engagement
• 3:05
  level
• 3:05
  from
• 3:06
  her
• 3:06
  new
• 3:06
  members
• 3:07
  as
• 3:07
  well
• 3:07
  as
• 3:08
  sort
• 3:08
  of
• 3:08
  reinvigorating
• 3:09
  the
• 3:10
  energy
• 3:10
  and
• 3:10
  culture
• 3:11
  and
• 3:11
  momentum
• 3:12
  of
• 3:12
  the
• 3:12
  community
• 3:12
  at
• 3:13
  large.
• 3:13
  Okay,
• 3:14
  so
• 3:14
  how
• 3:14
  can
• 3:14
  this
• 3:15
  apply
• 3:15
  to
• 3:15
  your
• 3:15
  membership?
• 3:16
  I
• 3:16
  want
• 3:16
  you
• 3:16
  to
• 3:16
  think
• 3:17
  about
• 3:17
  what
• 3:17
  could
• 3:17
  be
• 3:18
  really
• 3:18
  valuable,
• 3:19
  number
• 3:19
  one,

  you
• 3:37
  do
• 3:38
  a
• 3:38

• 3:38

• 3:39

• 3:39
  this

  can

  share
• 3:40
  out
• 3:40
  the

• 3:41
  and
• 3:41
  then
• 3:41
  you're
• 3:42
  starting
• 3:42
  to
• 3:42
  celebrate
• 3:43
  them.
• 3:43
  But
• 3:43
  you're
• 3:43
  also
• 3:44
  reminding
• 3:45
  them
• 3:45
  of

• 3:49
  Maybe

  you're
• 3:50
  revisiting
• 3:50
  some
• 3:51
  of
• 3:51
  your
• 3:51
  core
• 3:51
  curriculum
• 3:52

  have

  been

• 4:06
  Okay,
• 4:07
  this
• 4:07
  was
• 4:07
  a
• 4:07
  super
• 4:07
  quick
• 4:08

• 4:08
  this

• 4:08
  I

  I'm

  I'm

  seeing
• 4:14
  out
• 4:14
  in
• 4:15
  the
• 4:15
  wild.
• 4:15
  And
• 4:15
  I
• 4:15
  want
• 4:15
  to
• 4:15
  do
• 4:16
  really
• 4:16
  quick
• 4:16
  episodes
• 4:17
  highlighting
• 4:17
  those.
• 4:18
  So
• 4:18
  this
• 4:18
  the
• 4:18
  first
• 4:19
  one,
• 4:19
  let
• 4:19
  me
• 4:19
  know

  really
• 4:23
  unique
• 4:23
  and
• 4:23
  different
• 4:23
  that
• 4:23
  maybe
• 4:24
  you're
• 4:24
  doing
• 4:24
  or
• 4:25
  you're
• 4:25
  part
• 4:25
  of

• 4:26

• 4:26
  they're

• 4:26
  it,
• 4:27
  I

  would
• 4:27
  love
• 4:27
