- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. The last person to manage Jeffrey Epstein's island
- 0:10was also a pastor in Missouri, and now she has
- 0:15lost her position within her parish due to her relationship
- 0:19with Jeffrey Epstein. And according to the files that have
- 0:22been released already, she was mentioned eighteen hundred times. Now
- 0:30she says she saw nothing on the island that would
- 0:33even begin to cause her concern. Now, I have my
- 0:37doubts about that, but that's what she has to say. However,
- 0:42her congregation and the church that she was working for,
- 0:47they don't want to hear it. But that's not stopping
- 0:49Stephanie Remington, the pastor in question here, from doubling down.
- 0:54So today we have an article from the New York
- 0:56Post and the headline Missouri reverend suspended after being exposed
- 1:02as last manager of Jeffrey Epstein's private island. I never
- 1:07saw anything. No, of course, not nobody did. Every single
- 1:10time somebody is exposed as being somebody that was close
- 1:13to Epstein or in the middle of his bullshit, it's
- 1:17always the same story. Oh, I have no idea. I
- 1:19never saw anything. I thought everything was just normal. You know,
- 1:24this ugly mud of a man having all these girls
- 1:26around him, that's just normal stuff. This article was authored
- 1:31by Alex Olivieria, a Missouri pastor who briefly managed Jeffrey
- 1:35Epstein's private Caribbean island, was suspended from her job after
- 1:40her association was publicly exposed, with the reverend defending her
- 1:44decision to work for him despite knowing his criminal passed
- 1:49as a christly act. Oh yeah, that's exactly what Jesus
- 1:53would have done. Let's hang out with the child molester.
- 1:56Let's go and work for him. Look, I'm here to
- 2:00tell you that a lot of people out there are
- 2:03sitting at tables they should be flipping. And if Stephanie
- 2:06wants to take any advice from Jesus or follow his example,
- 2:10that's what she would have done. But no, she decided
- 2:13that going to Epstein's island and working for him was
- 2:16a great idea, even though she knew what he was.
- 2:20So again, I don't care about her reputation. I don't
- 2:23care that she's been forced out. And if I was
- 2:25part of her congregation, I would have demanded it. Reverend
- 2:31Stephanie L. Remington was suspended from Missouri's United Methodist Church
- 2:36last week, when leadership learned her name appeared more than
- 2:40eighteen hundred times in the trope of Epstein files recently
- 2:43released by the Department of Justice. UM News reported, and again, look,
- 2:48you could have got ahead of it right. Came out
- 2:50and talked to the press. Hey, I was the manager
- 2:52of the island. I don't know what was going on previously,
- 2:56but while I was there, nothing happened. I didn't see
- 3:00anything crazy, but instead they run from it, and they
- 3:04all thought that they were never going to be outed.
- 3:06And for somebody like Stephanie Remington, she came into Jeffrey
- 3:10Epstein's world after everybody knew what Epstein was, so there's
- 3:14no excuse. She saw dollar signs and that's what she
- 3:18went for. Pretty christly, huh. She wants to talk about
- 3:22being Christly and doing Christly acts. That doesn't seem to
- 3:26be one of them. Remington has not been accused of
- 3:29any crimes, and the Epstein files mentioned appeared to be
- 3:32mostly from communication about overseeing the Pedophilick financiers Little Saint
- 3:38James Island in the US Virgin Islands. It's about her
- 3:41choice to work for him. Anybody who chooses to work
- 3:47for Jeffrey Epstein after two thousand and eight deserves everything
- 3:52coming their way. You knew what he was, and you
- 3:56chose to work for him, work with them, because you
- 3:58knew that would benefit you. And now that the bill
- 4:01has come and doe, you all have a big problem
- 4:03and you're trying to run out of the restaurant. Not
- 4:06a chance. She worked for Epstein on his island from
- 4:09August twenty eighteen to May of twenty nineteen, leaving her
- 4:14role just weeks before is faithful July twenty nineteen arrest
- 4:18and suicide Alleged suicide demean a month later and insisted
- 4:23she never saw any nefarious behavior during her time. Look,
- 4:28everything that was happening on that island is all made up.
- 4:31What are you crazy? What are you some kind of
- 4:34conspiracy theorist. Now, of course, it's very possible that she's
- 4:38telling the truth and she didn't see anything untowards and
- 4:42by that time Epstein was, you know, doing what he
- 4:45was doing in more of a private manner, and maybe
- 4:49miss Remington wasn't one of his trusted kimpatriots. Very possible,
- 4:54and I'm not saying she did anything criminal. Her problem,
- 4:57of course, is associating with Epstein after the rest. And
- 5:02if she was just, you know, somebody working in the
- 5:05laundry room, it would be one thing. A pastor. Really,
- 5:10how are you going to attend to people's spiritual needs
- 5:13when your own spirit is obviously corrupt. I mean, she's
- 5:16not even remorseful that she did this. I never saw anything,
- 5:21Remington told um News. I knew him for the last
- 5:24nine months of his life, well after he served time
- 5:26for the things that he was accused of doing, not
- 5:28just accused of convicted of another apologist. And boy, is
- 5:34this story littered with them, A whole lot of people
- 5:37that want to make excuses for what Jeffrey Epstein was doing.
- 5:41And it's just crazy to me. Can you imagine making
- 5:44an excuse for this dude? But Remington was aware of
- 5:47Epstein's criminal history from ten years earlier two thousand and
- 5:51eight guilty plea for pro caring a child for a prostitution,
- 5:55which landed him just over a year in jail, and
- 5:58looked to her Christian teachings while apparently wrestling with whether
- 6:02to take the job. Oh yeah, I'm sure it had
- 6:04nothing to do with the money, right, nothing to do
- 6:07with the money. I had to take a look at
- 6:09my Christian beliefs. Does anyone really believe that somebody who's
- 6:14Christian and really Christian is going to work for somebody
- 6:18that has been not only accused, but convicted of hurting children?
- 6:22Does that sound logical to anybody out there, unless, of course,
- 6:26you don't care about the children, and all you care
- 6:29about is the bag. I felt that if I withheld
- 6:33relationship from this man because of his past, I would
- 6:36be turning my back on every message of hope. I
- 6:39have ever preached, every invitation to God's unconditional love. I
- 6:42have ever extended am I calling to be a healing
- 6:46presence in the world for all people. She wrote in
- 6:49a twenty nineteen personal blog post, Oh well, isn't that great?
- 6:54Aren't you just a gem? So you had to go
- 6:56and collect some money and work for them, and then
- 7:00you would forgive them. It's so dumb. The whole entire
- 7:04logic behind what she's saying is ridiculous and I don't
- 7:06buy it. Stop using your religion as a shield. And
- 7:13she doubled down on that position after her suspension. Jesus
- 7:16got into a lot of trouble for the company he kept,
- 7:19but he didn't let that trouble pressure him into rejecting
- 7:22the people who, by their standards, did not deserve to
- 7:25be human. She told um News. Wow, not a word
- 7:30about the survivors, not a word about the people who
- 7:33were harmed. But Jeffrey Epstein, Well, he's a great dude.
- 7:36And how dare you this woman comes off as one
- 7:39of them women who falls in love with a murderer
- 7:41and starts a correspondence with somebody like Brian Cooberger. That's
- 7:46the kind of vibe I'm getting. And imagine trying to
- 7:48frame Jesus as somebody that would be hanging out with
- 7:50child molesters. I have a hard time believing that social
- 7:55death is just another kind of murder. He opened his
- 7:58heart and his mind to them, and they open their
- 8:00tables and alabaster jars to him. She added, Is Jeffrey
- 8:04not among their kind? No, he's not. What sort of
- 8:09demented weird ass lady would say something like that. We're
- 8:14talking about a massive amount of lives being ruined, and
- 8:19I prefer to have the Old Testament view on that,
- 8:21you know, eye for an eye. Remington also said that
- 8:26Epstein was very kind to her when her father fell ill,
- 8:29a situation which led to her leaving the job. All, well,
- 8:33isn't that great. The son of the devil was nice
- 8:36to me, So that means that every siny he's ever
- 8:38committed is just wiped away clean. That was one of
- 8:43the topics discussed in emails back and forth with Ebstein
- 8:46and his staff revealed in the files, while others involved
- 8:49logistics about work being done on the Little Saint James House.
- 8:53Little Saint James was the nexus of much of Epstein's
- 8:56illicit behavior. Claims of child rape have surrounded the island
- 9:01while the pedophile routine. They flew rich and powerful people
- 9:04to the tropical getaway, and though Remington insisted she never
- 9:08experienced anything untoward on the island during the few months
- 9:12working there, Remington said Epstein would frequently brag about his
- 9:16connections to both Bill Clinton and President Trump. Well, yeah,
- 9:20for sure, there is no disputing that he was super
- 9:25close to both dudes. And make no mistake, Donald Trump
- 9:29and Bill Clinton they were friendly too, And my guest
- 9:32is they still are. Half of America wants to tie
- 9:37him to the Clintons. The other half wants to tie
- 9:39him to Trump. Remington told um News their hunch is correct,
- 9:43Jeffrey was very proud to have direct lines to all
- 9:46his presidents. Remington could face penalties within the United Methodist Church,
- 9:51with the probe investigating whether she followed rules requiring clergy
- 9:55members to inform leadership about the scope of their employment.
- 10:00She cannot be reached for comment. Well. I don't feel
- 10:03bad for her either, sorry, especially considering her doubling down
- 10:08on Jeffrey Epstein and how it's christy for her to
- 10:11hang out with him. And mind you, again, this is
- 10:13after everybody knew what he was, so she doesn't have
- 10:17that excuse. So I think that her church is in
- 10:21the right in suspending her. If her judgment is that bad,
- 10:24why would they want her representing them inside of a church,
- 10:28because I highly doubt that the congregation is going to
- 10:31be as forgiving towards Miss Remington as she was to
- 10:36Jeffrey Epstein. All the information that goes with this episode
