- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.

- 1:00Speaker 3: All right, market Monday. This is a great special. Yeah,
- 1:04Speaker 3: your screen is not fooling you. We had to switch
- 1:07Speaker 3: it up. You don't know who you know, that's a fact. Yeah,
- 1:10Speaker 3: let's just keep don't you know people, So this is
- 1:13Speaker 3: just this, this is this is a surprise segment that
- 1:16Speaker 3: we wanted to just throw ahead. And we had the
- 1:17Speaker 3: good brother Steve Harvey's studio and it has been his
- 1:22Speaker 3: morning show, so you know, we figured since since we
- 1:24Speaker 3: have them, maybe we could just you know, talk to
- 1:27Speaker 3: them for a couple of minutes and you know, get
- 1:29Speaker 3: get some get some gents.
- 1:31Speaker 4: Something tells that the people like there since the episode
- 1:35Speaker 4: it's been creating, so you know, so it's.
- 1:37Speaker 2: So really man.
- 1:38Speaker 5: It was like when I did the podcast with you all,
- 1:40Speaker 5: I was telling you, probably the most impactful interview I've
- 1:44Speaker 5: done in my career in terms of reaching people and
- 1:50Speaker 5: reaching a sector of people that I probably would normally
- 1:54Speaker 5: get to that I couldn't probably get to understand, you know,
- 1:59Speaker 5: my under my life, my my my understanding of the
- 2:03Speaker 5: way things are done. So it was really impactful for me, man.
- 2:06Speaker 5: So I really appreciated that.
- 2:08Speaker 6: Man.
- 2:08Speaker 5: That's why I don't mind doing stuff with you all,
- 2:10Speaker 5: because I reach people that I I've never had more
- 2:13Speaker 5: people contact me about an interview.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Ever.
- 2:16Speaker 5: The only thing I did bigger than this was when
- 2:17Speaker 5: I did Megafest for Bishop Jakes and I did the
- 2:21Speaker 5: introduction of christ at the end of my show, which
- 2:24Speaker 5: I had made up a year before, that never done
- 2:26Speaker 5: on stage.
- 2:27Speaker 6: We're in good company.
- 2:28Speaker 2: That was Yeah, that was a big way. That was
- 2:31Speaker 2: a big fum.
- 2:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:35Speaker 6: I appreciate that. Brother.
- 2:36Speaker 3: So let me ask you, this is this is our
- 2:37Speaker 3: investment show, so we have you was an early legion.
- 2:40Speaker 3: Now this is market mondays, it's all about investing. We were
- 2:42Speaker 3: just talking about We was just talking to beat child
- 2:44Speaker 3: to bed and he was telling us. You know, obviously
- 2:47Speaker 3: you know he helped you out out with your portfolio.
- 2:49Speaker 3: What are some things you look for when somebody presents
- 2:51Speaker 3: an investment, Like, are there like criterias where you're like,
- 2:54Speaker 3: this is a good thing that I want to invest
- 2:55Speaker 3: my money.
- 2:56Speaker 5: Well, but you know, I'm sort of sort of have
- 2:58Speaker 5: a little different approach to it than most people are
- 3:01Speaker 5: kind of non traditional. First of all, if I have
- 3:04Speaker 5: to like you, because I'm at a point in my
- 3:07Speaker 5: life where I don't want to be in business with
- 3:08Speaker 5: people I don't like, I ain't got to, you know,
- 3:11Speaker 5: I want to.
- 3:12Speaker 2: I gotta like you. Man. You gotta be a good person,
- 3:14Speaker 2: a decent person. You could be. You got the best
- 3:16Speaker 2: idea in the world. Man, if you're not you're not
- 3:18Speaker 2: a good person. I ain't.
- 3:20Speaker 5: I don't got no time for that. I don't want
- 3:22Speaker 5: to deal with your personality and your shortcomings.
- 3:25Speaker 2: And you you sell dope on the side to you
- 3:29Speaker 2: know what.
- 3:31Speaker 5: Yeah, great idea, but you do what don't Well?
- 3:35Speaker 2: You know, I got some kids, man, I ain't seen
- 3:37Speaker 2: them in a while. You know that.
- 3:39Speaker 5: I stay away from that, but you know, I try
- 3:42Speaker 5: to find stuff, man, that's innovative, because, like when we
- 3:46Speaker 5: talked before, the best way to make money is to
- 3:49Speaker 5: be the first, the best, or the only.
- 3:51Speaker 2: And so I look for that.
- 3:53Speaker 5: If I can find you to be the best, the first,
- 3:55Speaker 5: or the only, that intrigues me. But I also find out, man,
- 4:00Speaker 5: if you're filling a need, you know, because need is
- 4:05Speaker 5: the need creates a lot of inventions, you know what
- 4:09Speaker 5: I mean, You get based out of need. So I
- 4:11Speaker 5: look for those two things, man, and then I turn
- 4:14Speaker 5: it over to my team, because I'm not really that
- 4:17Speaker 5: smart when it comes to that. But I have guys
- 4:20Speaker 5: like you mentioned to Bed Stevens and you know, Brandon
- 4:23Speaker 5: Williams and.
- 4:24Speaker 2: Chris stelle Cease.
- 4:26Speaker 5: I have a team of people, man that I put
- 4:28Speaker 5: on projects who are experts at researching, finding out market value,
- 4:36Speaker 5: getting the story behind you, and then running these background
- 4:39Speaker 5: checks and once my team vets it and then bring
- 4:42Speaker 5: it back to me with their recommendations. I usually listen
- 4:47Speaker 5: to the recommendation, but sometimes I go with my heart,
- 4:51Speaker 5: which ain't never been wrong, you know, when I trust it.
- 4:55Speaker 5: So sometimes I just go, Okay, well, we think you
- 4:58Speaker 5: ought to put two hundred fifty thousand then and I
- 5:01Speaker 5: say no, I think, well I'll put five in. And
- 5:04Speaker 5: then they take a deep breath and they go, okay,
- 5:07Speaker 5: that's crazy, and then you know that's how it starts.
- 5:13Speaker 4: So speaking of your team, obviously you've built up a
- 5:16Speaker 4: trust with them. We spoke about on the episode about
- 5:19Speaker 4: some of the times you put your trust on other
- 5:21Speaker 4: people in the depth. How did you get to that
- 5:23Speaker 4: level of trust with the team that is now making
- 5:25Speaker 4: the investment recommendation.
- 5:27Speaker 2: Well, you know, man, I got smarter.
- 5:29Speaker 5: You know, I used to trust people too quick, you know,
- 5:33Speaker 5: if I liked you and you had a good vibe.
- 5:36Speaker 5: But I've learned now I have a lot more patience man,
- 5:39Speaker 5: in selecting my team members, and trust comes from now.
- 5:45Speaker 5: I do a little bit of you know, a little
- 5:47Speaker 5: you got to prove it to me. You know, like
- 5:49Speaker 5: you if you if I give you the investment, I
- 5:52Speaker 5: got to see how you handle the first steps of it. Now,
- 5:55Speaker 5: one of the keys for me is if I get
- 5:57Speaker 5: the people who I turn you over to. If I
- 6:01Speaker 5: turn you to the guy that's seeking the investment or
- 6:03Speaker 5: the woman that's seeking the investment, and I keep getting
- 6:06Speaker 5: bad reports about they handling it on, they talking to
- 6:09Speaker 5: me great, they don't return calls, they don't return emails,
- 6:11Speaker 5: then you know, man, we have a problem there because
- 6:14Speaker 5: you're not getting what this is about with me. But
- 6:17Speaker 5: building a team of people that you trust. First, I
- 6:20Speaker 5: give them small incremental details and duties to do to
- 6:24Speaker 5: see how well they do that. If you see the
- 6:28Speaker 5: successes in details. And I'm not a very detailed person.
- 6:32Speaker 5: That's why I hire detailed people, because I do big
- 6:36Speaker 5: broad strokes. I get the vision and the dreams, and
- 6:39Speaker 5: I give it to them. This is what we're gonna do.
- 6:41Speaker 5: Well to carry it out, I need detailed people. And
- 6:44Speaker 5: so once I give you the small details, if you
- 6:47Speaker 5: don't take care of the details, this is not going
- 6:50Speaker 5: to work. Because I don't do details. But I'm an
- 6:53Speaker 5: expert at noticing details. See, I don't miss nothing. Anybody
- 6:58Speaker 5: works for me. I'll tell you I don't miss no.
- 7:00Speaker 5: I might not comment on it, but I see it,
- 7:02Speaker 5: and I'll make a meddle note of it. But I
- 7:04Speaker 5: start by giving them small or duties to gain my trust,
- 7:08Speaker 5: and then I know who I'm dealing with.
- 7:10Speaker 7: If you can go back when you're twenty five or
- 7:12Speaker 7: thirty years old, and if you can take all the
- 7:15Speaker 7: information that you have now with you, what are the
- 7:18Speaker 7: three investment tips you want to share with the audience
- 7:22Speaker 7: that you wish that you knew back then.
- 7:25Speaker 5: Invest now, invest often, and invest freely. Now often and freely.
- 7:35Speaker 5: Sc scared man can't win? You know you in Vegas
- 7:39Speaker 5: betting a dollar. You know, if you at the roulette table,
- 7:44Speaker 5: it's thirty five to one. So you bet one dollar
- 7:46Speaker 5: and it hit, you get thirty five. Now if it missed,
- 7:49Speaker 5: you only lose a dollar. Well that's how people look
- 7:52Speaker 5: at investments. But how work, man, It worked, Just like
- 7:56Speaker 5: it work in Vegas. The more you put out there,
- 7:58Speaker 5: the more you get back. So I would invest more freely,
- 8:02Speaker 5: more often, I really would, man, And because I didn't.
- 8:07Speaker 5: As a young man, I was so concerned with accumulating.
- 8:14Speaker 5: But see, once you accumulating, you have it in here
- 8:17Speaker 5: and you close your fist, it's all you got, you
- 8:20Speaker 5: double quadruplely when you open it. Now, when you open it,
- 8:24Speaker 5: you run the risk of it being taken in and
- 8:26Speaker 5: falling out. But that's the risk. That's life. You don't
- 8:30Speaker 5: get to be successful without risk. You just don't.
- 8:33Speaker 2: I'm sorry. You don't get to be successful without chances.
- 8:36Speaker 5: So investing, man, is a smart way to do it.
- 8:39Speaker 3: It.
- 8:40Speaker 5: Investing grows your money quicker than anything. You can't work
- 8:44Speaker 5: that many jobs, you know, to keep earning money. You
- 8:47Speaker 5: gotta have some money sitting somewhere that's working for you. Your
- 8:50Speaker 5: job is to work to make the money, and then
- 8:53Speaker 5: you gotta get your money to work for you.
- 8:56Speaker 2: And that's and.
- 8:57Speaker 5: If I was younger, man, if I had it, I
- 9:00Speaker 5: would invest it more.
- 9:02Speaker 2: I would have been a I would have gotten a.
- 9:04Speaker 5: Team together quicker at twenty five because I did everything myself.
- 9:10Speaker 5: But I had to. You know, I was in a
- 9:12Speaker 5: position where I couldn't afford. But then a lot of
- 9:14Speaker 5: people let that stop them too. They go from one
- 9:16Speaker 5: extreme to the next. Look, man, if you don't have
- 9:18Speaker 5: the money, then't do it yourself. But don't let not
- 9:21Speaker 5: having the money stop you from doing it yourself or
- 9:24Speaker 5: anything else. A lot of people wait till they get
- 9:26Speaker 5: all the money and then I'm gonna do this here
- 9:28Speaker 5: when that's finna happen. When you're finish, get all the money?
- 9:31Speaker 5: Who who got all the money?
- 9:35Speaker 8: Who?
- 9:36Speaker 7: What?
- 9:36Speaker 2: And you can't wait till it's right.
- 9:38Speaker 6: Yeah, it's never right.
- 9:40Speaker 5: You got to go now. You got to go now. Man,
- 9:43Speaker 5: it's never going to be right. That's why so many
- 9:46Speaker 5: people not successful. They keep waiting on everything in the lineup.
- 9:49Speaker 5: That's not how this works.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Man. You gotta take chances. Man, you gotta take risk.
- 9:55Speaker 7: If I can follow up knowing what your intuition and powers,
- 9:58Speaker 7: how do you mitigate risk when you're putting a capital out.
- 10:02Speaker 5: I mean, it's through research, it's through your team vetting.
- 10:07Speaker 5: You know.
- 10:08Speaker 2: I try.
- 10:09Speaker 5: I lose, man, I lose, but I have enough big
- 10:14Speaker 5: wins that I I'm okay. I'm okay with trying again,
- 10:19Speaker 5: you know what I mean. You can't be wiped out
- 10:22Speaker 5: when you lose one time, broh that you have to understand.
- 10:30Speaker 5: It's the losses. Nobody gets in this game without losing something.
- 10:36Speaker 2: You know, I won't.
- 10:37Speaker 5: I wish I could have a fail proof way of
- 10:40Speaker 5: just winning all the time. But that's not what this is.
- 10:44Speaker 5: This is baseball, man. A dude makes millions of dollars
- 10:50Speaker 5: stepping to the plate and hitting three balls out of
- 10:54Speaker 5: ten balls.
- 10:55Speaker 2: They ain't even all got to go over the wall.
- 10:58Speaker 5: He just got to get to first base three out
- 11:00Speaker 5: of ten times, and he's a multi millionaire. Well, okay,
- 11:05Speaker 5: what about the seven times that he's not on base?
- 11:08Speaker 2: He failed?
- 11:08Speaker 5: He struck out, fly out, fileball, thrown out at first base.
- 11:14Speaker 5: It's just a lot of ways not to get the earners.
- 11:18Speaker 2: What's up?
- 11:18Speaker 9: You ever walk into a small business and everything just
- 11:21Speaker 9: works like the checkout is fast, the receipts are digital,

- 12:41Speaker 9: It's like banking with P and C Bank. It might
- 12:44Speaker 9: seem boring to save, plan and make calculated decisions with
- 12:47Speaker 9: your bank, but keeping your money boring is what helps
- 12:50Speaker 9: you live or more happily fulfilled life. P and C
- 12:53Speaker 9: Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since

- 13:05Speaker 9: member FDIC.
- 13:08Speaker 8: Coach, the energy out there felt different. What changed for
- 13:11Speaker 8: the team today?
- 13:12Speaker 9: It was the new game day scratches from the California
- 13:14Speaker 9: Lottery player is everything?
- 13:16Speaker 6: Those games sent the team's energy through the roof.
- 13:18Speaker 8: Are you saying it was the off field play that
- 13:20Speaker 8: made the difference on the field.
- 13:21Speaker 3: Hey, little play makes your day, and today it made
- 13:24Speaker 3: the game that's off of now, coach?
- 13:26Speaker 8: One more questions played the new Los Angeles Chargers, San
- 13:29Speaker 8: Francisco forty nine Ers and Los Angeles Ram scratchers from
- 13:32Speaker 8: the California Lottery. A little play can make your day.
- 13:35Speaker 8: Peace may responsibily must be eighteen years or older to
- 13:37Speaker 8: purchase plate or claim.
- 13:40Speaker 5: That's the game. When is baseball? All I got to
- 13:44Speaker 5: do is bat three hundred. If I bat three hundred,
- 13:47Speaker 5: thirty percent of my investments is suppose I hit three
- 13:51Speaker 5: home runs out of ten balls, I'm in the majors, man,
- 13:55Speaker 5: I'm in the Major's big time. If when I hit
- 13:58Speaker 5: it as a home run out of ten balls, I
- 14:00Speaker 5: take that every day. People don't want the seven strikeouts
- 14:04Speaker 5: and the seven misses, so now they'll never get to
- 14:08Speaker 5: the three home runs.
- 14:10Speaker 2: Come on, man, you.
- 14:11Speaker 5: Know I know we want to mitigate these losses, but
- 14:15Speaker 5: look we're trying to win, man, and to win, you
- 14:19Speaker 5: got to lose.
- 14:20Speaker 6: To win, you gotta lose. That's a fact.
- 14:24Speaker 7: He gave a good risky remorse scenario. Risk one can
- 14:27Speaker 7: make thirty five like that is a super lesson, bro.
- 14:31Speaker 2: That's the roulette wheel in Vegas.
- 14:33Speaker 5: If you put a dollar on Black seventeen, you win
- 14:37Speaker 5: thirty five dollars.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Naw, they got tables out there though. This is how
- 14:42Speaker 2: the game go.
- 14:43Speaker 5: They got tables in Vegas where the minimum you can
- 14:46Speaker 5: put out is one hundred dollar chip. So now you
- 14:50Speaker 5: got to put one hundred dollars out there because there's
- 14:52Speaker 5: one hundred dollars minimum. So you put your hundred dollar chip,
- 14:55Speaker 5: or you can put five twenty, you can put twenty
- 14:59Speaker 5: five dollar chips out there. You do it how you
- 15:01Speaker 5: want to, but the dealer will make sure it's one
- 15:03Speaker 5: hundred dollars spread on that tape. But if you put
- 15:06Speaker 5: that one hundred on one chip, you make thirty five
- 15:10Speaker 5: hundred dollars. Now, No, when they don't land in Black seventeen,
- 15:17Speaker 5: they rakes that. But Vegas is full of people, man,
- 15:21Speaker 5: See why is Vegas full of people. But and yet
- 15:24Speaker 5: the investment world ain't full of people because see Vegas
- 15:29Speaker 5: and fool of man. See you're doing what you call
- 15:34Speaker 5: it entertainment. See you've done a very smart thing in
- 15:38Speaker 5: that you've copied Vegas without even realizing it. You're getting
- 15:42Speaker 5: people to come and invest but have a good time.
- 15:46Speaker 5: But yours is different. You actually get takeaway. Vegas is
- 15:50Speaker 5: just take and you go away. You get a takeaway gods.
- 15:56Speaker 5: You come, have a good time, spend this money. But
- 15:59Speaker 5: you put them in these classes, these conferences, these fireside
- 16:02Speaker 5: checks and they get to have takeaway Vegas don't work
- 16:06Speaker 5: like that. Well, you just come and invest your money,
- 16:08Speaker 5: and people have got to start investing in themselves. Man.
- 16:12Speaker 5: See when you go to investfest dot com, it's an
- 16:14Speaker 5: investment in yourself.
- 16:16Speaker 2: Why would you not do that?
- 16:17Speaker 5: Why would you not give somebody something that when you
- 16:22Speaker 5: walk away you're better that you get to walk away
- 16:26Speaker 5: with knowledge and wisdom and understanding principles.
- 16:29Speaker 2: You know, understand. So what you've done is what Vegas is.
- 16:31Speaker 2: You got people.
- 16:32Speaker 5: You found a way to entertain people, have them invest something,
- 16:37Speaker 5: and in Vegas that's what it is. You get your drinks,
- 16:40Speaker 5: it's free it's free. Look in the casino. If you're
- 16:43Speaker 5: in a high roller section, you get food. You got
- 16:46Speaker 5: your own bathroom over there. You don't even see people.
- 16:49Speaker 5: I've never gone to the bathroom in the high roller
- 16:51Speaker 5: section and seeing anybody in there. They have doors that
- 16:54Speaker 5: go down to the wall. They like you at your house.
- 16:56Speaker 5: They're food in the high roller section, they don't have that.
- 16:59Speaker 5: A depending slot area. Ain't no free drinks at the
- 17:03Speaker 5: penny slots. You get over here and start big dollar slots.
- 17:06Speaker 5: That's where the waitress walk through. And you got to
- 17:09Speaker 5: invest man invest with the return and invest Fest dot
- 17:13Speaker 5: com is entertainment. We're gonna entertain you, but we're gonna
- 17:18Speaker 5: educate you. And when you walk away, you have takeaway.
- 17:22Speaker 6: I want to thank you for that before we rap.
- 17:24Speaker 3: You know, obviously Steve Harvey is talking about invest Fest,
- 17:27Speaker 3: our big, big festival that we're going to do in
- 17:30Speaker 3: Atlanta August fifth through the seventh. And Steve has just
- 17:34Speaker 3: been a tremendous resource and partner and mentor and all
- 17:37Speaker 3: of the above, and you know, has been very generous
- 17:41Speaker 3: with his time. And you know, the first time that
- 17:43Speaker 3: we actually met, I don't think I even told to
- 17:45Speaker 3: be this story. We spent like five hours together that interview.
- 17:48Speaker 3: It was like an hour before, two hours and two hours.
- 17:50Speaker 3: And then when we left, I told Troy like, I'm like,
- 17:53Speaker 3: our lives is never gonna our lives and it's you know,
- 17:58Speaker 3: you got to get the wrong yep, because it's like
- 18:01Speaker 3: for us, it's meeting Steve Harvey. But you don't necessarily
- 18:04Speaker 3: have to meet Steve Harvey to change your life. You
- 18:05Speaker 3: can meet a real estate developer that's worth project for
- 18:08Speaker 3: real somebody. So it's like, go to invest Vest and
- 18:12Speaker 3: we're going to have people at the highest level of
- 18:15Speaker 3: business and talking about entrepreneurship investing, but even outside of that,
- 18:20Speaker 3: it's going to be ten thousand people or more there
- 18:23Speaker 3: to actually network and build with, build your community, build
- 18:27Speaker 3: your resources, meet your business partner, meets your real estate developer.
- 18:30Speaker 6: So it's like I feel like invest Vest.
- 18:32Speaker 3: Is the place that every single person should be and
- 18:35Speaker 3: it's in the mecca of lack of America, Atlanta, Georgia.
- 18:40Speaker 6: No better place to happen.
- 18:41Speaker 4: We talk about all the time, right place, all the time.
- 18:43Speaker 4: So the right place, Atlanta, Georgia, right time August fifth
- 18:46Speaker 4: through the seventh, I mean, this is where commons and
- 18:49Speaker 4: culture is going to meet, and so we're going to
- 18:51Speaker 4: educate people at a high level. We're going to entertain
- 18:53Speaker 4: them at a high level. Or when they walk away,
- 18:54Speaker 4: they're gonna walk away something like you said that they
- 18:56Speaker 4: can take with You know.
- 18:57Speaker 5: Man, what if a person goes to invest fast, this
- 19:00Speaker 5: is how I recommend the mindset that they have. Don't
- 19:05Speaker 5: go there seeking one particular thing. People blow that all
- 19:09Speaker 5: the time because you don't know how God works. Man,
- 19:12Speaker 5: you don't know how the universe works.
- 19:15Speaker 2: You don't know.
- 19:15Speaker 5: See, you can't ask God for something and then tell
- 19:19Speaker 5: him how to do it. He'll need your help. Ask
- 19:23Speaker 5: God for something and then go see how he gonna
- 19:25Speaker 5: do it. So go to invest fast with an open mind,
- 19:30Speaker 5: be open to learn everything that should be poured into you.
- 19:35Speaker 5: Don't go in there, Wow, I don't talk nobody. I'm
- 19:37Speaker 5: gonna find me a real estate guy and it's work.
- 19:39Speaker 10: No.
- 19:40Speaker 5: You may you may not even be in real estate.
- 19:42Speaker 5: You ain't even gonna stand man. You may be you
- 19:44Speaker 5: may be in something totally different. You gotta stay open
- 19:47Speaker 5: minded so you can be open to what can be
- 19:50Speaker 5: poured into you. A lot of people don't get stuff
- 19:53Speaker 5: poured into it because they're looking for a particular beverage.
- 19:57Speaker 2: Dog.
- 19:57Speaker 5: If you thirsty, what difference do it make if you
- 19:59Speaker 5: drinking cold called coconut water. You're trying to cure your thirst, dog,
- 20:04Speaker 5: And if it take Coke zero to get it done,
- 20:07Speaker 5: it's when you're a desert. You ain't got time for this, bro,
- 20:12Speaker 5: what you're talking about? Go to invest Fest.
- 20:16Speaker 2: And be open to how it can be poured into you. Man.
- 20:19Speaker 5: The majority of things that have happened to me happened
- 20:23Speaker 5: to me man in ways that I didn't see coming,
- 20:26Speaker 5: but I was open to it.
- 20:28Speaker 2: So invest Fest is a great opportunity.
- 20:30Speaker 5: Like you say, you have all these different angles there
- 20:33Speaker 5: for a person, but take up. Don't come to invest
- 20:36Speaker 5: Fest this. I'm coming in here to meet this person.
- 20:39Speaker 5: I'm gonna walk away with this. Come here to meet
- 20:41Speaker 5: the right person. Skip who he is, what color is,
- 20:44Speaker 5: what business he is? You need to meet the right people.
- 20:47Speaker 7: If you were thirty or thirty five and we were attending,
- 20:51Speaker 7: how many people would you try to meet or like,
- 20:52Speaker 7: who would be your networking strategy while you're there?
- 20:55Speaker 5: Well kind of pretty much like I said, man, look
- 20:58Speaker 5: I know where my goals in that have always been,
- 21:01Speaker 5: and it's cool to have your vision board laid out
- 21:03Speaker 5: in front of you, and that's a beautiful thing.
- 21:06Speaker 2: But once again, the.
- 21:08Speaker 5: How to attain it and probably ain't gonna go to
- 21:12Speaker 5: where you thought it was gonna go.
- 21:14Speaker 2: It almost never does.
- 21:15Speaker 5: Man, nothing I've asked God for has happened in the
- 21:18Speaker 5: time I wanted it to happen, and it showed didn't
- 21:21Speaker 5: happen the way I wanted to happen. I would have
- 21:24Speaker 5: loved to have been where I am today when I
- 21:26Speaker 5: was thirty five.
- 21:27Speaker 2: He would have loved to.
- 21:29Speaker 5: But he said, Nah, comea let you live in the
- 21:32Speaker 5: car for a little while. Yah, I ain't the person.
- 21:35Speaker 5: I didn't need that. I really didn't. I didn't felt
- 21:38Speaker 5: it very strongly that I did. Whatever lesson you're teaching me, God,
- 21:41Speaker 5: think I got it. I hung out for a little while,
- 21:45Speaker 5: and so now I look back at it. And somebody
- 21:48Speaker 5: asked me and said, hey, man, if you could go
- 21:50Speaker 5: back to any age, what would you go back to?
- 21:53Speaker 5: And I said sixty four. He said, yeah, but you
- 21:56Speaker 5: sixty five. It's as far back as I need to
- 21:59Speaker 5: go back. The best I've ever had it, This is
- 22:02Speaker 5: the best I've ever had it. Man, if you could
- 22:05Speaker 5: go back and be twenty five again.
- 22:07Speaker 2: No, man, that dude back there. No, No, that dude
- 22:14Speaker 2: six sixty four is where it's at. Once you get
- 22:17Speaker 2: it together, it's together. Have you look?
- 22:21Speaker 6: Man?
- 22:21Speaker 5: You got people you went to high school with, right
- 22:23Speaker 5: and you see them and they still talking about when
- 22:27Speaker 5: they was in high school.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Boy, man, I was this athlete. I did this.
- 22:31Speaker 5: Dog, what you're doing to move this narrative forward? If
- 22:36Speaker 5: high school was your best years, you've made a series
- 22:40Speaker 5: of bad mistake decisions. If college was your best years,
- 22:45Speaker 5: you've made a series of bad decisions.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Dog, you got to move. Come on, man, how was
- 22:57Speaker 2: college for my best year? I had nothing.
- 23:00Speaker 6: For real?
- 23:01Speaker 5: Dog, If I'm sixty five and it was better for
- 23:04Speaker 5: me at thirty five, why did I grow to this?
- 23:06Speaker 2: What was I doing for the thirty years?
- 23:09Speaker 10: No?
- 23:09Speaker 5: Man, I was packing and stacking. I was hustling and grinding.
- 23:13Speaker 5: So like, this is as good as I got. I got,
- 23:15Speaker 5: I got some means, I got some wisdom, I got
- 23:19Speaker 5: a family, I got an empire. What I'm gonna trade
- 23:24Speaker 5: that in for? No, I don't want to be thirty five.
- 23:28Speaker 5: I don't want to be fog.
- 23:31Speaker 6: I appreciate you brother Da, Thank you so much for sure.
- 23:33Speaker 2: Thank y'all.
- 23:36Speaker 5: My graduates from my school being forced back drop bag drop, Mike,
