- 0:02Hey guys, welcome to the. Live stream, sorry.
- 0:04I'm a few minutes. Late, but we got a lot to talk
- 0:07about today. Have we ever?
- 0:09Seen such a great. Set up for silver.
- 0:13And gold as we head into not just the coming months, but what
- 0:17about the coming? Years it is.
- 0:19Getting very, very exciting, of course.
- 0:21We'll talk about, I mean. Gold is just.
- 0:25Blowing. Us all away.
- 0:26Remember, we talked about the prospect of $2600 gold?
- 0:31In May, I went way out on a limb and made that prediction
- 0:36knowing. That it was a pretty far out
- 0:39prediction. But does it?
- 0:40Feel like to you? Right now that possibly we.
- 0:44Could see 26. $100 gold by May. It's starting to feel like.
- 0:51More and more of a. Real possibility.
- 0:54Well, let's talk about what's. Going on are.
- 0:56You broke. Are you broken?
- 0:58I'm going to shock you today with some data coming out
- 1:01regarding what's going on in America right now and how that
- 1:05will impact. The price of precious metals.
- 1:08How that will impact this Fiat? What is it?
- 1:12Keynesian money system? Fractional Reserve banking.
- 1:16However you want to say it however you want to.
- 1:18Slice it or dice it. Funny money.
- 1:20Make believe money, Disneyland money.
- 1:23It's not going to work. And in the end.
- 1:26Right. What's always saved people,
- 1:28David? Morgan said that to me yesterday
- 1:31when I was talking to him. Yes, David Morgan.
- 1:34I like to refer. To him as the Master, right he's
- 1:37been watching this for. Decades like, he said.
- 1:41You know if. History is any.
- 1:42Indicator the one thing that's. Always saved people is silver,
- 1:47is gold. But are you broke?
- 1:50Are you? Broken.
- 1:51Let me. Put it to you this way.
- 1:53And again, I'm taking this from David Morgan.
- 1:55I have an interview with him coming out this weekend.
- 1:58Measure your wealth in ounces if you're a.
- 2:01Stacker. Are you a stacker?
- 2:03I'm a stacker. You're a stacker.
- 2:05Wouldn't you like to be a stacker too?
- 2:06Right. Hey, measure your wealth in
- 2:10ounces. Sorry, I'm getting an error.
- 2:14Bear with me technical. Difficulties, OK.
- 2:17All right. Sorry about that, guys.
- 2:19Measure your wealth in ounces. That's what David Morgan said
- 2:23yesterday and doesn't that make sense?
- 2:25He said. You know, if you look back to a
- 2:28year ago or five years ago, do you have?
- 2:31More ounces of silver. I'm asking you right now.
- 2:34Do you have more? Ounces of gold do you have?
- 2:36More ounces of platinum, whatever.
- 2:38Your flavor is that you like maybe all three.
- 2:42If you do, then you. Are wealthier.
- 2:45We get so distracted, don't we? Basement dwellers?
- 2:49Right You. You likely grew.
- 2:50Up in the same environment as me where we were conditioned that
- 2:55this. Hold on a second, let me get
- 2:56this. Yes.
- 2:58Remember these things right. Paper dollars are worth.
- 3:02Something. Close your.
- 3:04Eyes and hold one of these in your hand.
- 3:06What is it? Right.
- 3:07Nothing. Close your eyes and hold one of.
- 3:10These in your hand? That beauty.
- 3:16Yeah, American Silver Eagle. OK, just do it.
- 3:19Do that sometime and you're going to be.
- 3:21Shocked at how you feel because those ounces are.
- 3:24What matter that is stored? Energy that silver.
- 3:29Could have been mined 1000 years ago, 4000 years.
- 3:32Ago 40 years ago 4. Years ago.
- 3:35Four months ago. Doesn't matter all the energy.
- 3:38That went into getting that out of the.
- 3:39Ground is still there, the value still there.
- 3:42It's a value battery. Like our good friend bald guy,
- 3:45money always says. Right.
- 3:46He's the one that introduced me to that, that.
- 3:49Concept it stores. Value Thank you Ron McAdams.
- 3:53You are so generous. Thank you for the Super Chat.
- 3:57Super Chat. All right.
- 4:00We got so much to go on. Did you?
- 4:02Did You Know? JP Morgan is now calling for
- 4:06$2500 gold. We're going to.
- 4:07Cover that a little later, OK? But look guys, let me read this
- 4:11to you. Look, guys, the world economy.
- 4:15Is contracting do you? Realize that right now in.
- 4:19Europe, especially the Western countries.
- 4:22We have a situation. Where by many.
- 4:24Measures, right? They tell us everything's great,
- 4:26everything's wonderful, hunky, Dory.
- 4:28But the reality is. The world economy, excuse me, is
- 4:33contracting while at the same time.
- 4:37The level of debt is. Skyrocketing.
- 4:41Don't you worry we'll. Look at the debt clock just to
- 4:44make sure that it's still. Going up, Contracting the
- 4:46economy, Exploding debt levels. OK, and and to make everything
- 4:53crazier right now. We have a stock market, right?
- 4:56We have a real estate, residential real estate.
- 4:59Market that are exploding higher.
- 5:01We are in very, very dangerous times right now.
- 5:05That's my opinion. I don't have a crystal ball.
- 5:07I don't want to be. The sky is falling.
- 5:09Guy everything is bad. Everything is necessarily
- 5:13horrible, but. You don't want to have your head
- 5:16in the sand. I don't want to have my head in
- 5:18the sand. We're That's why we Isn't that
- 5:20why basement dwellers invest in precious metals?
- 5:23To protect ourselves. To protect our wealth.
- 5:26That's the reality of what's? Going on Zero Hedge had a
- 5:30shocking article out yesterday talking about this with the
- 5:33economy. You know, we they keep telling
- 5:35us how great the economy is, how wonderful the economy is their.
- 5:40Article stated that the Philadelphia.
- 5:42Fed did a bunch of analysis and that their that jobs creation.
- 5:47Has been overstated by over. 800,000 jobs, you know when you
- 5:53strip? Out.
- 5:54All the adjustments when you factor in so many.
- 5:57People that have left. The workforce when you factor in
- 6:01part time. Jobs and all that things.
- 6:03Are not all that great out there, but at the same time,
- 6:07this is crazy, right? I know you.
- 6:09Invest in physical silver, maybe.
- 6:11You invest in physical gold. Do you invest in precious metal
- 6:15mining stocks? Because I want to show you
- 6:17something. This came from our good friend
- 6:18Secret Sean. I'm going to.
- 6:20Pull this up for you because guys.
- 6:23If you're anything and I do, invest in precious metal mining.
- 6:26Stocks, this is crazy. This is from looks like Voranoi
- 6:33Voranoi. What the heck is that anyway?
- 6:36It's from Visual Capitalist says while gold Stocks.
- 6:39Hit all time highs, Mining stocks lag far behind.
- 6:44Let's just look here real. Quickly, I'm going to make that.
- 6:47View a little. Smaller.
- 6:51There we go. Wow, that's too small.
- 6:53How's that look guys? I think that.
- 6:54Looks good gold price. Versus the mining?
- 6:58Stocks, this is absolutely crazy.
- 7:02Even if you don't invest in the mining stocks.
- 7:05You would. Be interested to look at.
- 7:07This because what this shows us is that there.
- 7:10Is no money in the mining sector right now.
- 7:14So if you're. Just a pure physical investing
- 7:16person, you know. Why do I?
- 7:17Care about mine because when there's no money going into the
- 7:21silver mining sector, when there's very little money going
- 7:25into the gold mining sector, that means.
- 7:28Five years. 10 years down the road.
- 7:30There's going to be substantially less.
- 7:33Gold and silver coming out of the ground.
- 7:36So on this. Chart You see the gold?
- 7:38Line which is the. Gold price OK, this starts.
- 7:42In the year 2000 and they use that.
- 7:46As the as the base. Right, 100 basically.
- 7:50OK. Then the blue line shows the
- 7:52major mining companies which as you see.
- 7:55You know. Kind of kept up with gold.
- 7:56Went up with gold. Like what you would expect,
- 7:59right? But then around 2013, things
- 8:02started to change. The gold price was doing pretty
- 8:06well. Right. 400% up basically up
- 8:10significantly here. Looks like 700% I'm I I may be
- 8:15screwing this up, but I'm sure that I'm not and.
- 8:19All the way through today where where you have the gold price.
- 8:23Up Almost what? Yeah, it says right there. 100
- 8:27is January of 2000, so it. Looks like gold is up.
- 8:30What, Almost 800% since 2000 over the last 25 years?
- 8:36The mining stocks. Are up maybe 300.
- 8:39Percent the mining. Stocks are up 3.
- 8:42Eighths as much as less than, half as much as.
- 8:46The gold price there is so much value, right?
- 8:49Now in the precious metal mining stock sector, it is unbelievable
- 8:54right now, but they are coming to life now.
- 8:57Look, I don't give investment advice mining.
- 9:00Stocks are risky. OK.
- 9:02I told you that all the time, but there's risk with
- 9:04everything. So don't make any financial
- 9:06decisions based on anything that.
- 9:08I say, but I do. Understand financial statements.
- 9:11I do understand. Market cap.
- 9:13I do understand these different relationships, the Hu.
- 9:17I the Huey to gold ratio. Everything.
- 9:21It's unbelievable the value proposition in the mining
- 9:26sector, right? I'll tell you right.
- 9:27Now one of the companies. That sponsors my channel Fortuna
- 9:31Silver, for instance. They're producing.
- 9:35A lot of gold, a lot of silver. In making a huge amount of cash
- 9:40flow. 4th 1:45. 1023. They paid off.
- 9:44Over $100 million in debt over the.
- 9:47Last like 7 or 8. Months.
- 9:49They're generating massive cash flow in the market.
- 9:52Is just not recognizing this yet, guys.
- 9:54Just not recognizing it. Again, I'm not telling.
- 9:58You what to do with your money but but.
- 10:00When I look at the the precious metal mining sector compared to.
- 10:04Let's say the tech sector. Or almost any other sector in
- 10:08the overall markets. The value proposition is real.
- 10:12OK, you can learn. More about Fortuna Silver at.
- 10:15Fortunasilver.com And remember they now actually produce much
- 10:19more gold than they do silver. They have extensive operations
- 10:23and huge growth opportunities in West Africa, which is very,
- 10:27very, very. Exciting.
- 10:29Let's talk about. First, mining gold quickly as
- 10:31well channel sponsor. Keith Neumeier founded the
- 10:35company. They're a development stage
- 10:37company with two multi million ounce projects in Canada, one in
- 10:41Q1 in Ontario and an interest in four other Canadian gold
- 10:46development stage projects. Don't forget the big, big mining
- 10:51companies are going to need to replenish their pipelines as we
- 10:55move into the coming years. And companies like First Mining
- 10:58Gold could be positioned perfectly to help replenish
- 11:03those pipelines. You can learn more about First
- 11:05Mining Gold at firstmininggold.com.
- 11:08OK, long way to run. I'm not saying my, my, I'll just
- 11:13tell you my mining stock portfolio has.
- 11:16Perked. Up a little bit lately.
- 11:18I know a lot of you invest in the mining.
- 11:20Stocks as well. I will say this.
- 11:22I remember though, the last. 2. Years on Easter Sunday.
- 11:26Unfortunately, after Easter Sunday it seemed like the mining
- 11:30stocks and the gold and silver price really ran into.
- 11:33A rough period is. That going to happen again?
- 11:36I mean, what's? Let's go look at the gold.
- 11:38Price I can't believe. This.
- 11:40Let's go. Let's run out to pin backs.
- 11:44Here we go. 2200 and. 35. Dollar Gold Unbelievable silver
- 11:54over $25.00 an ounce. Gosh, guys, what do we say
- 11:59right? I mean, it's going to be an
- 12:00interesting hold on Susie's calling me, yes.
- 12:04Well, you know it's closed today the market.
- 12:08Yeah, I know the market's closed today.
- 12:11Thank you, though. But I don't know if Susie's
- 12:15right or not. She.
- 12:15Usually is, but I would. Think that the metals markets
- 12:19might be open today? Although I could have that
- 12:22wrong. Obviously the major stock
- 12:24markets are closed today. Somebody tell us in the in the
- 12:27chat whether the gold and silver are trading right now.
- 12:31This is. Showing us that so.
- 12:36All right, guys. More to go into here.
- 12:39Why is debt important to you? This debt problem that we have
- 12:43in the country. Why as a silver and gold?
- 12:46Investor, should you be very? Concerned.
- 12:49Very interested in what's going on because all that debt,
- 12:53remember this, remember, Extras. Pyramid.
- 12:55OK, all that debt. Is.
- 12:58Piled up on top of. Gold and silver, that's why.
- 13:03That's why when when you. Look at the US debt clock
- 13:06basement dwellers. And you see that number just
- 13:09continuing to go up and up. It is important, OK, I know I
- 13:14understand, right? Like every normalcy bias,
- 13:18recency bias, I don't know which one it.
- 13:20Is right. Whatever.
- 13:21Normalcy we we think, oh, it hasn't been a problem yet.
- 13:24It's never been a problem. Hey, I'm 54 years old.
- 13:28I don't. Really ever remember like a?
- 13:29Serious big debt. Problem in this.
- 13:33Country like where we had. Big consequences, but it is
- 13:36coming the mathematics. And why does it matter?
- 13:39To silver Why does it? Matter to gold because all that
- 13:42debt and on. Top of all that debt, right?
- 13:45Are all. These even more unfathomable
- 13:50numbers, quadrillions of derivatives based upon that
- 13:54that. Warren Buffett said that the
- 13:56derivative market is the equivalent of like.
- 14:00Financial atomic bombs that can destroy everything.
- 14:03So it does matter. It does matter.
- 14:06The value will eventually mathematically be manifested in
- 14:12the. Price of that.
- 14:13Ounce of silver you very well may have in your hand right now,
- 14:16right? Or that ounce of gold.
- 14:18If that's your thing. Or platinum.
- 14:20It will. It will.
- 14:23OK. That's the reality.
- 14:25That's the. Reality and what?
- 14:26News Did we get? I'm going to run out and and
- 14:29take a look at this because now even our friends in the
- 14:33government. This comes from Zero Hedge.
- 14:37OK. Here headline.
- 14:42The CBO director warns of debt market met meltdown with U.S.
- 14:46debt on OK, thank you on unprecedented trajectory.
- 14:53We got 100 likes I. Forgot to get the packet.
- 14:56Pinger out. So I'm going to do the old
- 14:57traditional bell. Those of.
- 14:59You who don't like bells. Please close your ears.
- 15:02I'm going to ring the bell 10 times because we got the 100
- 15:05likes right and this is a community.
- 15:07We like to have little. Traditions.
- 15:10Rituals. It's time for the bell.
- 15:13Ritual. 123456789 10 and that's for all of.
- 15:20You thank you guys. For being here.
- 15:21Hey, before I forget, we're going to dig into.

- 15:52to pay off every month. You know I am against that, but.
- 15:55Super chats are super appreciated.
- 15:57We don't want to. Add to the CBO Director's debt
- 16:00market. Meltdown debt warning that he's
- 16:02giving us. I just want to run down.
- 16:04Here because I am prepared today 0.
- 16:09Hedge has been talking about this for months and months.
- 16:11They were the first ones to bring up the fact that the US is
- 16:14now adding one trillion in debt every 100.
- 16:18Days or about three months. But.
- 16:20This. Is where it gets interesting.
- 16:22Here we go. This is what the.
- 16:25The Director of the Congressional.
- 16:27Budget Office Philip Swaggle listen to this.
- 16:30Issued a stark warning that the United.
- 16:33States could suffer a similar market crisis.
- 16:35As seen in the United Kingdom 18 months ago.
- 16:40Remember that, guys? You may have forgotten about
- 16:42that, but they had a big debt crisis that was.
- 16:45During former prime Prime Minister Liz Tress's brief stint
- 16:49leading Britain. Which, briefly sent, yields.
- 16:53On their bonds, I forget what their column column over There's
- 16:56a funny name Soaring, sparked a run on the pound and LED to an.
- 17:01Immediate restart. Of quantitative easing?
- 17:04Boy, we haven't heard. That word in a while.
- 17:07By the Bank of England and a bailout of various pension
- 17:10funds, not to mention the almost instant resignation of trust.
- 17:15Yeah, she didn't last long, citing the nation's
- 17:18unprecedented fiscal. Trajectory guys.
- 17:21That's our director, right? Yeah, the director of the.
- 17:25Congressional Budget Office telling us warning us.
- 17:29Look at this. I mean, look.
- 17:31At this look at this. Chart down here I mean.
- 17:37Hold on, let me pull this up, OK?
- 17:41Here we are now, federal. Debt Debt held by the.
- 17:44Public federal debt held held by the public increases each year
- 17:49in their projections, swelling to an all time record of 116% of
- 17:54GDP. By 23rd 34 I mean look.
- 17:57At these debt levels, it is just it, it's.
- 18:00Completely, completely on. Hey there.
- 18:05Hey there you are. Good to see.
- 18:07You completely unsustainable, you know.
- 18:09What? It's a double dip.
- 18:10Day I'm going to tell you one more time, I.
- 18:12Appreciate you being. Here, yeah, we call each other
- 18:15basement dwellers, but. Really.

- 18:32OK, but I just want you to know it's a real honor for me.
- 18:36That you're part of this group, you're part of.
- 18:38This channel, and I appreciate you being here.
- 18:40Enough of the niceness. One of our fellow basement
- 18:43dwellers brought up something very interesting.
- 18:45About Fox. Business.
- 18:47He emailed me twice this morning.
- 18:49He actually called Fox. Business he was a little.
- 18:52Upset, as I understand it. Because Fox Business.
- 18:55Is not even showing the gold price like on their ticker
- 18:59anymore? I don't know.
- 19:00I didn't have time to. Research it myself, but
- 19:02apparently he was like like talk to.
- 19:05Somebody there and was like how can you not be showing?
- 19:08The gold price. When we are at all time highs.
- 19:12So I'll keep you posted. On that and Bob, I'll encourage.
- 19:15You to keep me. Posted on your communications
- 19:18with. Fox Business, Because that is a
- 19:20little crazy, wouldn't you say guys like.
- 19:22They aren't showing the gold. Price Hello Gold is at all.
- 19:26Time. All time.
- 19:28All time. Highs OK.
- 19:31Everybody's broke. Are you broke?
- 19:34Are you? Out of money.
- 19:35Everybody's broke. OK is.
- 19:40This entire Unicorn fart dust. I've said it once today.
- 19:44One of our favorite words. Paper money.
- 19:47Electronic money. Money Printing.
- 19:49Funny money. Money.
- 19:50Based. On nothing.
- 19:51Money for nothing. Right.
- 19:53Is it all about to? Implode And what will that mean
- 19:58for? The price of silver and gold.
- 20:01I'm going to bring up a chart. For you.
- 20:03Hold on. Here, there we go.
- 20:07Take a look at this guys. OK, this is crazy.
- 20:12This. Is from the Saint Louis Fed my.
- 20:13Local Fed office put out this chart.
- 20:17This shows personal interest payments.
- 20:20OK. If you look at.
- 20:21This and and somehow that was on there when I took the
- 20:24screenshot. But if you look at.
- 20:26Personal interest payments and billions.
- 20:29Of dollars. Hold on here, I need to enlarge
- 20:31it on my screen. OK.
- 20:34And you? Look at like 2. 1020 and then
- 20:37you. Look at.
- 20:39Down here is around 2020. That was about two. $150
- 20:45billion. Look at what has.
- 20:47Happened. It is unbelievable, this.
- 20:50Is like the last three. Years.
- 20:52I don't know if you can see my arrow on on the far right side
- 20:56of the screen. That hockey.
- 20:58Stick increase in personal Interest payments.
- 21:03Again, this is from. Fred, which is the Federal
- 21:06Reserve? And the Saint Louis Fed.
- 21:08This is unsustainable because you know.
- 21:11Why? What's critical about this?
- 21:13Income is not increasing at the same level, OK, It's not
- 21:18working. You can't let me just.
- 21:20Ask you a. Question as an individual.
- 21:24If you right those that chart you just saw.
- 21:28That hockey stick, That incredible increase in personal
- 21:31interest payments? OK, if you are paying more in
- 21:36interest, more and more and more and more and you're borrowing
- 21:40more money. Does this sound familiar At some
- 21:43point? Do you realize that if you're?
- 21:45Spending more than you bring in, you're going to go bankrupt,
- 21:48right? And that's collectively what is
- 21:51going on. Excuse me, right now in our
- 21:54country it's a. Scary.
- 21:55Scary. Situation and it's not just with
- 21:58individuals think about. The think about.
- 22:00Businesses that are borrowing money, right, They're in the
- 22:04same situation. This is not a not going to end.
- 22:08Well, high interest rates. Aren't going away.
- 22:12OK, they aren't. I'm sorry to be the one to break
- 22:15the news to you. I am of the and I know it's.
- 22:17I'm not popular. When I say this, I don't.
- 22:20Think the Fed is ever? Going to lower rates, well, I
- 22:23don't think the Fed is going to. Lower rates at the schedule.
- 22:27That everyone is expecting and that's OK because when people.
- 22:31Realize that the. Fed can't lower.
- 22:33How can they? Lower rates, right, All the debt
- 22:36that's out there? People aren't going to buy it.
- 22:39People aren't going to buy. The 34.
- 22:41Trillion. I think 10 trillion of it needs
- 22:43to be refinanced this. Year countries aren't going to
- 22:47buy it if you're We used this example yesterday.
- 22:49Make believe that. You basement dweller are a.
- 22:53Somebody in the Middle East that pumps oil.
- 22:55Out of the ground and you sell. It for U.S. dollars.
- 22:59OK, What are you going to do? What are you going to want to do
- 23:02when? You get that big pile of
- 23:03dollars, you get. $1,000,000 and you got it in your hand.
- 23:06What? Are you going to do with it?
- 23:07Are you going to hold it in cash?
- 23:10Are you going to buy? U.S.
- 23:11Treasuries your. Accountants.
- 23:14Anyone with a calculator can look at what's going on in the
- 23:18United. States we're in a spiral.
- 23:20I don't want to be we. Are.
- 23:23It's mathematically impossible. We are in a spiral type
- 23:26situation, barring some miracle or some new rules of
- 23:30mathematics, right? So are you going to put?
- 23:33That money into U.S. Treasuries.
- 23:35You know, loan it to the United States.
- 23:37No, you're going to put it into something real or or the
- 23:40tendency. Is going to be to put more and
- 23:42more of it into something real. That's what's going on, right?
- 23:46Now. They aren't going to report.
- 23:48It on Good Morning America. I got news for you.
- 23:51They. Aren't going to report.
- 23:52It on your local What's here in Saint Louis?
- 23:55I think we still have a. Newspaper, the Post, Dispatch,
- 23:57whatever. They aren't going to report it
- 23:59in the Chicago. Tribune They're going to report
- 24:01it in the New York Times. No, they don't even talk about
- 24:04it, right. The presidential candidates, it
- 24:06doesn't, doesn't even exist. They don't even have to worry
- 24:10about. It and this is not.
- 24:11A political show, but neither of the political.
- 24:13Parties want to talk about. What's?
- 24:15Really going on. It's going to happen.
- 24:18These high interest rates are not going away.
- 24:21They're going to have. To be high.
- 24:23In order to incentivize. People to buy the.
- 24:25Debt. And it's not just government
- 24:27that it's going to be corporate debt, personal debt, and at the
- 24:31same time, right at the same time.
- 24:34Real. Value in the US dollar will
- 24:37continue to go down. I'm not talking about nominal
- 24:40value. I'm not talking about comparing
- 24:43the US dollar to the Japanese yen.
- 24:46Or the OR the euro. They're all a bunch of crud.
- 24:49OK, I use the CRUD. Word.
- 24:54Do you agree with me? Right.
- 24:56Oh the. Dollar's strong against the.
- 24:58Euro Well, that's like. You know, comparing my, I don't
- 25:04know, pole vaulting abilities and I got news for you.
- 25:08I'm 54 years old and I'm not a. Good pole vaulter.
- 25:12To my buddy Sean, who's on the live stream this morning.
- 25:16I know he can't pole. Vault Where?
- 25:17The Where the Where the CRUD Either We're talking about real
- 25:21value. Real value.
- 25:24OK, what is it really by? I'm going to give you a great.
- 25:27Example. Put your thinking cap on.
- 25:29I, I I'm tempted. OK, I'm tempted.
- 25:33I'm going to give you a real example.
- 25:36Hold on a second. Sorry, I'm not prepared.
- 25:39Bear with me for just one second.
- 25:45Darn it. Here it is.
- 25:47This will work. Hold on.
- 25:51I saw it in here too. Hey.
- 25:56Don't forget this is not what I want to show you.
- 26:00But we are still in a wedgie for the silver price.
- 26:07Oh. And it's going to break.
- 26:08Out OK real value this my. Friends is a chart this this is
- 26:15going to blow you away. Of the Dxy.
- 26:18That's the dollar index. That's when you're watching CNBC
- 26:21and reading the. Wall Street.
- 26:22Journal, they're going to say. Oh, yeah, The dollar strong, The
- 26:26dollar strong, right. OK.
- 26:29Yeah, the dollar, that's comparing the dollar like I
- 26:32said. That's like my pole vaulting
- 26:34skills versus my buddy Sean's. We both stink at pole vaulting.
- 26:38OK, so that's what this. Is.
- 26:40I want you to notice something here.
- 26:42OK, back in 19. 85 the dollar was.
- 26:47Stronger than it is today according to this measurement,
- 26:51the Dxy index. The think about that in 1985.
- 26:56CNBC, Wall Street Journal They would tell you, oh, the dollar
- 27:00was. Strong look it was 120, the Dxy
- 27:03index. Today, last I looked it was
- 27:06like. What, 103104?
- 27:08OK. So the dollar is, is, is.
- 27:12Pretty much at the same. Level that it was back.
- 27:15Then, OK, but that's just a nominal ratio.
- 27:20Type terms. I want you to think about
- 27:21something if you. Used How much more could you get
- 27:25at a grocery store? In 1985 with $100 compared to
- 27:30what you can get. Today I would say you could get
- 27:323. Times as much back then.
- 27:35Right. As you can get now.
- 27:38OK, but they're trying to tell. You basically that the dollar.
- 27:42Is just as strong now. As it was back.
- 27:45Then yeah, back then. Does that make sense?
- 27:49Right. They're gonna tell you that.
- 27:51Oh, that. According to the DXY, the dollar
- 27:55is. Let me look at this.
- 27:57One more quick thing, OK. Look at, let's say.
- 28:00Around that was probably, I don't know, the mid. 90s the
- 28:04dollar was really. Weak, probably down around 90,
- 28:08down in this period in the mid 90s.
- 28:11OK. All right.
- 28:12So that means that the dollar now is substantially stronger
- 28:16than it was in the mid 90s. How can that be the?
- 28:20Dollar stronger now than it was in 1992, according to the DXY
- 28:25Index. OK, well I would rather.
- 28:29Be going to the grocery store with $100 in 1992, then today
- 28:33we're talking about. Real value.
- 28:35Real, real value. The only option?
- 28:38Let me get back to my notes here.
- 28:41OK, nobody wants to loan the USA money unless it's going to be at
- 28:45a higher rate. The only.
- 28:47Other option, I got news for you.
- 28:48There's a secret. Option.
- 28:50OK, OK, there's a secret. Option hold on the only.
- 28:53Other option is this guy. Hey there he is.
- 29:03He came out of his box right? Right.
- 29:06Jerome. That's the only other option.
- 29:09He'll print money, right? There he is with his.
- 29:11Unicorn. He'll make Unicorn.
- 29:13Fart dust right? To pay the debt off no matter
- 29:18how you slice it or dice it, guys.
- 29:20No matter how you. No matter how you adjust the
- 29:23smoke or the mirrors. Right.
- 29:25The value of the dollar, unfortunately, because of poor
- 29:29decisions, not. By our founding fathers, they
- 29:31happen to write Silver and Gold. Into the US Constitution, but
- 29:35because of poor, poor finance because of what happened in 19.
- 29:4071 When Richard Nixon decided, oh, we'll take us off the gold.
- 29:44Standard, right? And all the mismanagement that
- 29:48has occurred subsequent to that, like the only option they have
- 29:52at this point is basically to print print money.
- 29:56I mean, that's it. I don't know.
- 29:57Is there another option you tell me and eventually?
- 30:00That dilutes the value of. The currency dilutes the value.
- 30:06Of the dollar, just like it's. Been diluted in real terms like
- 30:09I showed you on that. Chart Right, Let's say.
- 30:12Since 1990. Three through today, right?
- 30:15The dollar, supposedly. Stronger today than it was in
- 30:181993. OK, you're going to tell.
- 30:21Me that I can take. This.
- 30:23Back in 1990. 3:00 I could probably actually.
- 30:26Get something with this one, Paper Unicorn Fart Desk dollar.
- 30:31I can't get that today. The dollar.
- 30:34It's about real value. And the real value is not doing
- 30:37well. Let's see.
- 30:38Let's go out here. Let's just see if CNBC had
- 30:41anything to say about this situation.
- 30:47Oh yeah, don't worry, we're not going to dig in too deep.
- 30:50Even CNBC saying don't sweat the prospect of no Fed rate cuts, an
- 30:57economist says. Markets will still March.
- 30:59Higher markets will continue to rally, even if the Federal
- 31:03Reserve. Chooses not to cut interest.
- 31:05Rates this year. According to Stephen Blitz, TS
- 31:08Lombard's chief economist, they can't cut rates, right?
- 31:12They can't cut rates because nobody's going to buy the debt.
- 31:15At the lower. Rate level.
- 31:16That's my opinion. I could be dead wrong, OK?
- 31:21They can't raise rates either significantly.
- 31:25They can't make a significant move down or up.
- 31:27They can't. Raise rates either because.
- 31:30That will implode the the the system.
- 31:34OK That will implode the everyday people like you.
- 31:38Remember the personal interest rate.
- 31:40Chart I showed you earlier. Right.
- 31:42Remember the banks. Right, if rates do.
- 31:45Go up significantly. They're already.
- 31:48Deeply underwater bond portfolios go even deeper
- 31:53underwater. Remember the BTFP, the bank term
- 31:56funding program? Then we would.
- 31:57Have to have BTFP Part 2 but they would.
- 32:01Call it something else, right? Don't forget what's going on in
- 32:04commercial Real. Estate everywhere we look guys
- 32:07there are there are there, there is trouble.
- 32:10On the on the horizon. OK, JP Morgan, our friends at JP
- 32:16Morgan. Hold on.
- 32:20OK, I'm back right on. OK.
- 32:24JP Morgan. Yes, that.
- 32:26JP Morgan, The same JP Morgan that's been convicted of
- 32:30manipulating the silver price and gold price found guilty Jail
- 32:36sentences, right? That JP Morgan.
- 32:39They still have the nerve, the nerve to try to talk to us about
- 32:43silver. And go maybe.
- 32:44We should listen to him. Maybe they're going to spoof the
- 32:47price. Hey, this is good news for you,
- 32:50Silver and Gold investors. And then we're going to get into
- 32:52their prediction and I got to give.
- 32:54Credit to Rick Rule because that's.
- 32:56Where I learned this from OK, he made a he made.
- 32:59A Earth. Shattering statement in my
- 33:01opinion, about the silver price and.
- 33:04About the gold price. And we're going to get to that
- 33:06next. Oh, I got to ring the.
- 33:08Cowbell, OK. 200 thumbs up. Again, one of our rituals that
- 33:13we do here if you don't like. Bells guys, if you're new, you
- 33:16don't like. The bells, they hurt.
- 33:17Your ears or your feelings? We all have feelings.
- 33:21I understand. I ring the bell for you.
- 33:23Because we got 2. 100 thumbs We ring it one more time for our
- 33:33friend Jake. Hey, thank you to all the

- 33:58Well, so thank you Big. Tim I know Annie's often.
- 34:01Here sassy silver. Jake from Jake's Custom.
- 34:05Parts and Craig so thank. You to all the moderators, I
- 34:09want to say. Thank you before I forget.

- 34:34Check out. Pimbex, right?

- 35:07more metal for your money at Pimbex.

- 35:12up. More metal for your money at
- 35:15Pimbex. Where was I?
- 35:16Oh, JP Morgan. Yeah, that JP.
- 35:18Morgan and I was on A roll about a rant.
- 35:22Oh, Rick rule, I almost forgot. I apologize.
- 35:24Basement. Dwellers, What did Rick rule?
- 35:26Say, about price manipulation, I'm going to get my barrel
- 35:32Monopoly money right? OK, All right.
- 35:38I'll talk about the barrel in a minute.
- 35:41Rick Rule. Said something very, very, very
- 35:46exciting for you as a silver and gold investor.
- 35:49He brought up the point buried in an interview that he did
- 35:53months ago, but I've uncovered. It for you, right?
- 35:57Because we like to talk about good.
- 35:59Things about silver and gold. He said, he said.
- 36:03If I remember. What he said, correctly, he.
- 36:06Said that those same guys that have manipulated down.
- 36:11The price of silver. For the last number of decades,
- 36:14they're traders, they don't really care.
- 36:16They would typically manipulate the price down, down, down.
- 36:21Because. Because that was the path of
- 36:24least resistance. When we get into a new era and
- 36:28do you believe? I believe.
- 36:30That we're in a new. Era A new weather pattern.
- 36:33The tide has. Turned for the precious metals
- 36:36we know the. Tide has turned for gold.
- 36:39Can you feel? Feel it?
- 36:41Yes, absolutely. Sorry, my daughter's just
- 36:43screamed upstairs. I think they won a game of
- 36:45Fortnite or something. Anyway, I.
- 36:47Believe. That the tide has turned gold.
- 36:50Has turned silver always follows three to four months later,
- 36:54right? So if gold.
- 36:55Continues, and I believe it will.
- 36:58And if Silver then does start to follow those same manipulators
- 37:02that were happy to. Push the price down will be just
- 37:05as. Happy to manipulate the price.
- 37:07Up. And that might just include some
- 37:10people at JP Morgan, since they have been.
- 37:12Accused. And I believe convicted several
- 37:15times of price manipulation in the precious metals.
- 37:20Market right we. Know that the futures markets,
- 37:23one of the reasons they established them for silver and
- 37:26gold was to induce volatility to frustrate individual.
- 37:30Are are days of frustration. Over.
- 37:33Can you accept? The fact that we could possibly
- 37:36see very well see right a long term years.
- 37:41Maybe even a decade or longer bull market.
- 37:44And I mean when you. Look out, let me ask you this.
- 37:46Question when you look out 10 years from now.
- 37:51When you think about life. 10 years from now and you look at
- 37:55what's going on. Just just fiscally.
- 37:58In this country, I mean. How can I I I?
- 38:01Me, I can't. Maybe you can, but I can't
- 38:04imagine a scenario where the value of real metal.
- 38:10Even with silver. Even if.
- 38:11You just look at it as an industrial metal, which is not
- 38:14just an industrial metal, it is also I can't imagine a scenario
- 38:19where we don't have. Higher prices it just.
- 38:22Doesn't. It doesn't compute.
- 38:23It doesn't make sense. OK, but JP Morgan had.
- 38:26This to say, 25. $100 gold Let. Me read this to you.
- 38:30Now JP Morgan's analyst. Expect gold prices to scale.
- 38:352500. Dollars an ounce This.
- 38:37Year JP Morgan Commodity Research Analyst Natasha Kaniva
- 38:45Natasha Kaniva When I say that, it kind of reminds me of Evel
- 38:50Knievel. But anyway, set to Bloomberg.
- 38:55Yeah, Evel Knievel jumped high in the air.
- 38:57And that's what. The gold price.
- 38:58Is going to do well anyway, Evel Knievel told Bloomberg that
- 39:02reaching 2500. Dollars is possible after
- 39:06scaling a record high of. 2195. Last week, however, however, she
- 39:13added that $2500 gold price requires the US labor and
- 39:18inflation. Data to be moderate in upcoming
- 39:22months, so she's saying they need inflation to come down and
- 39:27employment data to come down, which would accelerate US
- 39:31interest. Rate cuts.
- 39:32I don't agree with you, Natasha Evel Knievel.
- 39:35I don't. I don't.
- 39:37I don't think we need that. You know what we need?
- 39:39Natasha, I'm going to show you in one second.
- 39:41The Federal Reserve is widely expected to commence policy
- 39:45easing this year. Oh, no joke.
- 39:47Everybody's talking about two to three cuts.
- 39:49Blah blah blah not going to happen.
- 39:51And boost the appeal of gold futures.
- 39:56Let me. You know what?
- 39:58It's tradition. I'm going to see is the maybe.
- 40:03I'm boy. I feel really foolish.
- 40:05Maybe. Gold and silver aren't trading
- 40:07today. Seemed like gold and.
- 40:09Silver usually traded. On like Good Friday other, but
- 40:14maybe I'm wrong. All right, let's.
- 40:16Go let's go show Natasha you book and evil.
- 40:20Why? None of it matters.
- 40:24We got to check guys. What?
- 40:26What is this art deck? Truth and Accounting.
- 40:31You're Susie They're. Not.
- 40:33Oh, they're not. OK, they're not.
- 40:36There it is. US tech clock.
- 40:38All right. So gold and silver are not
- 40:42trading. That would explain why the price
- 40:44has not changed during the course.
- 40:46Of the show 34 trillion 600, we just got the 30.
- 40:50Four. We've only added 10 billion in
- 40:52the last day. You know what?
- 40:54I need to start writing this down.
- 40:55Hold on, hold on guys. I'll start writing it down for
- 41:00us, OK? 34 six.
- 41:07That's why, Natasha, That's why. Look at this guys this.
- 41:12Is why it doesn't matter what happens with employment data.
- 41:16That's why it doesn't. Really matter what happens with
- 41:19what else? Oh, inflation.
- 41:21OK, what's going to happen? I'm going to.
- 41:24Tell you what I. Think is going to happen.
- 41:27What is going to happen is that inflation is going to continue
- 41:32upward. There is no way oops around it.
- 41:37It's. There's none.
- 41:38There's not a the. Real value, like we talked about
- 41:41it, the US dollar. Will continue downward.
- 41:44Prices will continue up. Continue up.
- 41:47Continue up. OK, here's prices continue up.
- 41:51They're down here now. Rates are at 5:00.
- 41:53Percent inflation's at. 3%, yeah, we believe that, but we'll
- 41:57make believe that we believe it because.
- 41:59We're good citizens and whatever the government.
- 42:01Whatever the TV tells us, we believe.
- 42:05Whatever. They say on the children's news
- 42:07Network, CNN, Oh yeah. Don Limon said it.
- 42:11I know he's not on there anymore.
- 42:13Or what's that other guy I? Don't know anyway.
- 42:17The Gray haired guy Here's this, this this is the.
- 42:22Interest rate, The inflation is going to keep going up.
- 42:25Evel Knievel, Natasha, right? And when it.
- 42:28Gets to be about here, OK? They can't raise rates.
- 42:32Anymore. Because.
- 42:33This they they raise rates. That means bye bye banking
- 42:37system, bye bye U.S. Treasury market.
- 42:40Bye. Bye.
- 42:41OK, It's too big, right? That that makes.
- 42:44That makes. The whole circle circle I'll say
- 42:49circle J. Circle J get worse, right?
- 42:51The government has to borrow more money just to pay the
- 42:55interest. the Fed has to print more money.
- 42:58So they're not going to raise rates, but as that inflation
- 43:00gets up there and when it gets? To be about here.
- 43:02That's when your neighbors start waking up.
- 43:04OK, you're smart neighbors when it gets.
- 43:06To be about here. That's when your dumb neighbors
- 43:09start waking up. When it gets to be up here,
- 43:11that's when. Everybody's talking about.
- 43:13Silver and gold. And that's when you might
- 43:15consider right converting when it gets way up there, right?

- 43:22Silver and gold, and there's lines and and you go online to
- 43:25buy silver and gold and they're telling you how it's going to
- 43:27take eight weeks so we can ship it to you in premiums.

- 43:33I don't have a crystal. Ball Don't make any financial
- 43:36decisions based on anything I say.
- 43:38OK, right. I mean, I'm a guy in his
- 43:40basement with a wooden barrel pretty much right that I want to
- 43:44fill with constitutional silver because one ounce coins won't go
- 43:48in there. But none the less, when it gets
- 43:50up there, that's when you might want to consider converting some
- 43:54all right, and then maybe some other.
- 43:55Real assets. It's going to be interesting to
- 43:57see. How it all plays out, It's a big
