# 277 - Sona Movsesian (Conan O’Brien’s Assistant)
Today, I sit down with Sona Movsesian. Sona has been the personal assistant of late-night talk show host Conan O'Brien since 2009. We talk a lot about parenting, having twin boys, growing up in LA, being a 60%er, Conan stories, and much more!
