- 0:08Speaker 1: Hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Welcome to the Naughty But Nice Show. I'm your host,
- 0:17Speaker 2: Rob Shooter. It's Wednesday. Our dear friend Donnie is off today,
- 0:20Speaker 2: but do not worry, Naughty is. We've got a ton
- 0:23Speaker 2: of gossip to get to, lots of exclusive, lots of discussions,
- 0:26Speaker 2: lots of breaking news. So let's jump right into the show.
- 0:30Speaker 2: What time is it, my friends? It is, let me
- 0:33Speaker 2: hear you singing along, it is tea time. Thank you
- 0:38Speaker 2: very much. Okay, big, big story at the top of
- 0:40Speaker 2: the show. Meghan Markle and Harry are struggling to find
- 0:44Speaker 2: staff in the UK. So they're back in the UK,
- 0:47Speaker 2: but they're struggling to find household staff willing to work
- 0:52Speaker 2: with Meghan and Harry in Britain. As last time they
- 0:55Speaker 2: were there, things did not go quite as well as
- 0:59Speaker 2: everybody had hoped. So sources say Meghan's reputation from years earlier,
- 1:05Speaker 2: they left the UK years ago, but that made a mark.
- 1:08Speaker 2: These people, these professionals talk. They know each other. You
- 1:13Speaker 2: do that in your job too, don't you? Wherever you work,
- 1:16Speaker 2: if somebody is looking to hire a friend, you all say, oh,
- 1:20Speaker 2: I've heard this, I've heard that. It's the same in
- 1:22Speaker 2: my business, in journalism, in reporting, in the gossip world.
- 1:26Speaker 2: When somebody's up for a big job, I'm like, oh, yeah,
- 1:29Speaker 2: that's a great job, but the boss is named Freddie
- 1:32Speaker 2: and I've heard this about Freddie or that about Freddie.
- 1:35Speaker 2: I try to be positive but truthful. When my friends
- 1:38Speaker 2: call me and say I'm up for a big opportunity,
- 1:41Speaker 2: I always, always want to encourage them. I always am
- 1:43Speaker 2: the cheerleader. I always clap. But I do say, wow,
- 1:47Speaker 2: that's wonderful. What do you know about your boss, your
- 1:50Speaker 2: potential new boss? And so that's what's happening in Britain.
- 1:53Speaker 2: It's a very human thing. This is not a spiteful thing.
- 1:56Speaker 2: But Meghan had difficulty over there. Let's be honest. The
- 2:01Speaker 2: American way of running a business, a company, is very
- 2:05Speaker 2: different from a British way. And I can be the
- 2:08Speaker 2: authority on that because I'm both British and American. I've
- 2:12Speaker 2: got an American passport now. I'm an American citizen. But
- 2:15Speaker 2: I was born in Britain. I will always love Great Britain.
- 2:18Speaker 2: I was there for 20 years. 21, I think I was,
- 2:21Speaker 2: when I left the UK and came to America. So
- 2:24Speaker 2: I've worked in both places here much more than there.
- 2:26Speaker 2: But I grew up there. And it is a different style.
- 2:30Speaker 2: And I think this is what got Meghan in trouble
- 2:32Speaker 2: the first time. Americans, to their credit, tell you what
- 2:36Speaker 2: they want. They're not passive aggressive. They're aggressive. They let
- 2:40Speaker 2: you know. They send an email. They text. Meghan, when
- 2:44Speaker 2: she was last in Britain, was texting people in the
- 2:47Speaker 2: wee hours of the morning if she had a thought.
- 2:49Speaker 2: She sent it. If she thought of something on the
- 2:51Speaker 2: weekend she wanted on Monday, she'd send it on Saturday.
- 2:55Speaker 2: And that's just how it works here. It's quite a
- 2:57Speaker 2: culture shock to me. Brits are much more, should we say, polite?
- 3:03Speaker 2: Much more, should we say, passive-aggressive? They're not necessarily passive.
- 3:07Speaker 2: the most aggressive people. I find them charming. I'm going
- 3:10Speaker 2: to go back to Britain in a few weeks. I
- 3:11Speaker 2: just can't wait from the minute I land. Everybody is
- 3:14Speaker 2: so charming. They don't necessarily say yes, but even when
- 3:19Speaker 2: they say no, the Brits are so nice. I love
- 3:22Speaker 2: the way that Brits end a conversation. Goodbye. Goodbye. Goodbye. OK, then. Goodbye. OK, goodbye.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Americans just hang up.
- 3:30Speaker 1: They just click. At first, I thought it was rude.
- 3:35Speaker 1: I really did. When you finish getting what you want
- 3:38Speaker 1: or discussing what needs to be discussed in America, particularly
- 3:41Speaker 1: here in New York, click.
- 3:43Speaker 2: That's it. In Britain, everyone's like, oh, you have a
- 3:45Speaker 2: good day. No, no, no, you have a good day.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Have a good day. Goodbye. I'm exaggerating, but there's a
- 3:51Speaker 2: lot of truth to this. So I understand why Meghan,
- 3:55Speaker 2: why staff, why it's sort of a tricky fit. The
- 3:59Speaker 2: problem is here is that she has done it before.
- 4:02Speaker 2: And what my sources are saying is that no lessons
- 4:05Speaker 2: have been learned. That's the problem, isn't it? You can
- 4:09Speaker 2: go to a new country with your values, with the
- 4:12Speaker 2: way that you speak, with your sensibility, but you've got
- 4:15Speaker 2: to adapt. You've got to adapt if you want to
- 4:17Speaker 2: make friends, if you want to fit in. That country
- 4:20Speaker 2: ain't adapting to you. Meghan's not going to turn London,
- 4:23Speaker 2: the Cotswolds, into New York or Montecito. Not going to happen.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Meghan's got to adapt to fit into the country where
- 4:31Speaker 2: she is going. And I don't know if she's capable
- 4:34Speaker 2: of that. The other person that's got to adapt, and
- 4:36Speaker 2: this is why this gets difficult times too, is Harry.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Harry is used to being a Prince of England. Living
- 4:45Speaker 2: in palaces, having people literally bow. Bow. Imagine that. Bowing
- 4:52Speaker 2: to a young boy. When people entered a room, they bowed.
- 4:55Speaker 2: They bowed to Harry. That he missed in America. Didn't happen.
- 5:01Speaker 2: So he had trouble fitting in here. It's more complicated
- 5:04Speaker 2: as an international couple. Bruce is American. I'm British. It's tricky.
- 5:09Speaker 2: It's tricky going back and forth. It's tricky having a
- 5:11Speaker 2: home that's going to please both of you. When we're
- 5:14Speaker 2: in America, Bruce knows these customs much better than I do.
- 5:18Speaker 2: When we're in Britain, I know those customs much better
- 5:20Speaker 2: than Bruce do. It's tricky to find a place that's
- 5:23Speaker 2: great for both of you, which is why often international
- 5:26Speaker 2: couples find a neutral place. I think they would have
- 5:29Speaker 2: more of a chance if they were based in Portugal,
- 5:32Speaker 2: which is a fresh start for both of them. Neither
- 5:34Speaker 2: one has an advantage or a disadvantage. Both of them
- 5:37Speaker 2: are starting from fresh. Harry's not. Harry's going to bounce
- 5:40Speaker 2: back to the Harry that he was. He was very,
- 5:43Speaker 2: very happy there. For the 30-odd years or so he
- 5:46Speaker 2: stayed in the country. And Meghan was very, very happy
- 5:50Speaker 2: in California. She's a California girl. I've met her a
- 5:52Speaker 2: few times. Friends of mine know her. Not so much now,
- 5:55Speaker 2: but before she married him. Delaina had dinner with her,
- 5:58Speaker 2: drinks with her many, many, many times. She's a California girl.
- 6:01Speaker 2: She's a beachy girl. She likes the gardening. She likes
- 6:05Speaker 2: being outdoorsy. She likes hiking. She's surfery type. Wonderful, wonderful girl.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Wonderful life, but that is not the life in the Cotswolds.
- 6:14Speaker 2: It's a fantastic life in the Cotswolds. I have a few,
- 6:17Speaker 2: not many, but I have a few rich friends in Britain.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Where do they live? The Cotswolds. And so it's a
- 6:23Speaker 2: very nice, they actually call it the Hamptons of England.
- 6:26Speaker 2: It's very fancy. Ellen's there, the Beckhams are there, which
- 6:29Speaker 2: will be a problem for them because they're not speaking
- 6:31Speaker 2: to the Beckhams. And the Beckhams run wherever they live. Like,
- 6:36Speaker 2: don't ever underestimate the power of Victoria Beckham. My goodness,
- 6:39Speaker 2: she is powerful. in britain and so lots of rich
- 6:43Speaker 2: fancy people live there and there's a lot of staff
- 6:45Speaker 2: there now they're really good staff and this is true
- 6:47Speaker 2: in any job they get the best offers so the
- 6:51Speaker 2: really great staff are not going to leave somewhere to
- 6:54Speaker 2: go and work for harry and megan who have a
- 6:56Speaker 2: terrible reputation they've got the deck stacked against them they
- 7:00Speaker 2: have done nothing wrong since they arrived they arrived what
- 7:03Speaker 2: a week ago in birmingham got into two three cars
- 7:06Speaker 2: a convoy of cars went to the Cotswolds, are staying
- 7:08Speaker 2: at a friend's house while they look for a home,
- 7:11Speaker 2: a permanent home. It's going to take a moment to
- 7:14Speaker 2: do that. But they need their team around them. They
- 7:16Speaker 2: want their staff. They're not like you and me. They
- 7:18Speaker 2: do have a team. When I land in Britain, it's me,
- 7:22Speaker 2: and that's it, basically. I don't have a staff at all.
- 7:26Speaker 2: It's me and my iPhone. That is not how Harry
- 7:29Speaker 2: and Meghan roll. And so the staff that they have
- 7:31Speaker 2: started to reach out to are not so interested. People
- 7:35Speaker 2: are not clamouring. to work for them. It's a difficult job.
- 7:38Speaker 2: I had a friend who worked for Madonna, and I
- 7:40Speaker 2: was like, I'm such a Madonna fan. I was like,
- 7:42Speaker 2: oh my goodness, were there a thousand people that wanted
- 7:45Speaker 2: that job? And the answer was no. Madonna is very difficult.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Madonna knows a budget, and so she doesn't offer a
- 7:51Speaker 2: lot of money for a lot of work. And so
- 7:53Speaker 2: when my friend got the job, there actually, surprisingly, for Madonna,
- 7:56Speaker 2: was not that many people who wanted the job. That's
- 7:59Speaker 2: where we are with Harry and Meghan. They're going to
- 8:02Speaker 2: have to start putting together a team in Britain, but
- 8:04Speaker 2: who wants to work for With two people with a
- 8:08Speaker 2: very difficult reputation. They can fix this. They can absolutely
- 8:12Speaker 2: fix it by doing the work, by proving that was
- 8:14Speaker 2: the old Harry and Meghan, the new Harry and Meghan
- 8:17Speaker 2: have adjusted. They have moved on. They've figured this out.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Maybe they haven't. But even if they have, it's going
- 8:23Speaker 2: to be difficult because their reputation is so tough, which
- 8:26Speaker 2: brings us to our poll question of the day. Meghan
- 8:29Speaker 2: and Harry are struggling to find a staff in the UK.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Big question here. I love this. Would you, you listening
- 8:36Speaker 2: right now, would you work for Harry and Meghan? Sounds glamorous,
- 8:42Speaker 2: doesn't it? Oh, I work for a Duke, a Duchess.
- 8:45Speaker 2: I work for the British Royal Family. I worked for
- 8:48Speaker 2: Princess Michael of Kent, Rob Shooter, me. I worked for her.
- 8:50Speaker 2: It was not easy. That's another show. But let me
- 8:53Speaker 2: tell you, I'm glad it's on my resume. I'm glad
- 8:55Speaker 2: I did it. But, oh boy, was that tricky. So
- 8:59Speaker 2: would you work for Meghan and Harry? Ooh, go tell
- 9:02Speaker 2: the truth. Go on, go on, go on. You can
- 9:04Speaker 2: go to our Twitter page, our X page, at Naughty
- 9:07Speaker 2: Nice Romp. Our Facebook page is Naughty Gossip. And be
- 9:12Speaker 2: sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results. OK,
- 9:16Speaker 2: moving along. Kelly Clarkson had an emotional goodbye to her
- 9:19Speaker 2: talk show. Oh, after seven years. It was on for
- 9:22Speaker 2: seven years. I have friends who work on that show.
- 9:24Speaker 2: It's officially over. They said goodbye to the Kelly Clarkson
- 9:27Speaker 2: show after seven, seven seasons. It's slightly different from yours.
- 9:31Speaker 2: Seven seasons, a little correction there. Her children got up
- 9:34Speaker 2: on stage to make an emotional moment together. It was
- 9:37Speaker 2: really beautiful. Her daughter, River, and her son, Remington, were major,
- 9:42Speaker 2: major reasons. While she left the show, she said she
- 9:44Speaker 2: wanted to spend more time prioritising her family. Their father
- 9:48Speaker 2: passed away, and so now they only have Kelly. They
- 9:52Speaker 2: have their grandparents on both sides, and they have other relatives, absolutely.
- 9:56Speaker 2: But as far as parents, Kelly is all they have.
- 9:59Speaker 2: And so she wants to be there all the time.
- 10:02Speaker 2: So during the finale, Kelly got emotional and it was
- 10:06Speaker 2: about her children. The children joined her on the stage
- 10:09Speaker 2: and she thanked the staff and the band and the
- 10:10Speaker 2: crew and the viewers and the guests, everybody. And she
- 10:13Speaker 2: said she has immeasurable gratitude for everybody here. I'm told
- 10:17Speaker 2: it was a really lovely place to work. She thanked
- 10:19Speaker 2: everybody for the opportunity. But it was her children that
- 10:22Speaker 2: made her emotional. Kelly's done. Kelly doesn't want to do
- 10:25Speaker 2: this anymore. And I so respect her. I'm bad at this.
- 10:29Speaker 2: When a job no longer works for me, for my family,
- 10:31Speaker 2: for my friends, for the people around me, I often stay.
- 10:34Speaker 2: I overstay my welcome. I do. I do that at parties.
- 10:37Speaker 2: I do that at jobs. I do that. I'm going
- 10:40Speaker 2: back to visit my mom in a few weeks, and
- 10:41Speaker 2: she would argue I do that with my family too.
- 10:45Speaker 2: A little of me goes a long way, which is
- 10:47Speaker 2: why our podcast, it's only 20 minutes. Because I know,
- 10:49Speaker 2: I know, I'm aware of who I am. Kelly is
- 10:52Speaker 2: aware of who she is too, and she is ready
- 10:55Speaker 2: to move on. She's turning away, walking away from millions
- 10:57Speaker 2: of dollars, but it doesn't matter because she wants to
- 11:00Speaker 2: do this. And then we should point out too, she
- 11:02Speaker 2: does have this amazing singing career. She can make a
- 11:04Speaker 2: ton of money doing concerts. She doesn't make a lot
- 11:07Speaker 2: of money anymore releasing music. Her music does not sell
- 11:10Speaker 2: terribly well anymore. Nobody does, unless you're Taylor Swift or Beyonce.
- 11:14Speaker 2: But she makes her money like every other artist on
- 11:17Speaker 2: the road. Kelly, when you come to New York to
- 11:19Speaker 2: do a show, I'll be sitting front row. And thank
- 11:22Speaker 2: you for being so kind to my friends. Two, three
- 11:24Speaker 2: friends work on that show. I know a lot of
- 11:26Speaker 2: people on TV shows. They say this show is just
- 11:29Speaker 2: the nicest. I was backstage at 30 Rock. And everybody
- 11:34Speaker 2: loves her. She's just cool. She's just really, really cool. Okay,
- 11:38Speaker 2: moving along. Lori Loughlin. Remember her? We've not spoke about
- 11:41Speaker 2: her forever. Well, she's returned to Instagram. After seven years,
- 11:45Speaker 2: seven years ago, that college admissions scandal blew up. Do
- 11:49Speaker 2: you remember it? Wow, it was big. Well, now she's
- 11:51Speaker 2: back on Instagram. So Lori Loughlin is officially back on
- 11:54Speaker 2: Instagram after seven years away from social media following the 2019,
- 11:59Speaker 2: the 2019 college scandal. You remember that? It was massive,
- 12:04Speaker 2: wasn't it? Absolutely massive. She laid low. So she disappeared.
- 12:08Speaker 2: And then she's returned. And she's got her friends from
- 12:10Speaker 2: Full House to help her re-emerge. We saw John Stamos,
- 12:14Speaker 2: Candice Cameron Brewer. And they were in a video that
- 12:18Speaker 2: they all made together. And they said, wake up, San Francisco.
- 12:21Speaker 2: I'm back on IG, on Instagram. Laurie is 62. She's
- 12:27Speaker 2: relying heavily on nostalgia here, reprising her beloved role. as
- 12:32Speaker 2: Rebecca Donaldson. And that persona, I think, is a very
- 12:35Speaker 2: good idea. She played Aunt Becky on Full House from
- 12:39Speaker 2: 1987 to 1995. That's a long time to be on TV.
- 12:43Speaker 2: And later returned when the show got a reboot. Remember that?
- 12:45Speaker 2: Full House on Netflix. The revival was on for a
- 12:50Speaker 2: few years before the scandal really erupted publicly. A big,
- 12:53Speaker 2: big scandal, seven years away. Coming back, I believe in
- 12:56Speaker 2: second chances. Let me just say it. I think what
- 12:58Speaker 2: she did was awful. What she did was not right.
- 13:00Speaker 2: It was entitled. And I think that it is a disgrace. However,
- 13:04Speaker 2: it has been seven years. And if her cast, if
- 13:06Speaker 2: John Stamos, if her friends can welcome her back, I
- 13:10Speaker 2: do wish her luck. But your actions now have to
- 13:13Speaker 2: prove you were sorry. I always say, if you say sorry,
- 13:17Speaker 2: but you don't change the way you act, you're not
- 13:20Speaker 2: really sorry. You were caught. If you say sorry and
- 13:23Speaker 2: you change your behaviour, then you are really sorry. Let's
- 13:28Speaker 2: see what happens with Laurie Loughlin. Diddy Sutton wants his
- 13:32Speaker 2: dad released from jail, duh. So Christian King Combs is
- 13:37Speaker 2: publicly campaigning for his father, Sean Diddy Combs. to be
- 13:40Speaker 2: released from prison. He did a live stream with a
- 13:43Speaker 2: rapper I've never heard of, DDG. Christian looked directly into
- 13:47Speaker 2: the camera and twice declared, free pops, while DDG appeared
- 13:53Speaker 2: not to respond. So he was having none of it.
- 13:55Speaker 2: So it was not the response he wanted. I think
- 13:57Speaker 2: Christian wanted DDG and everybody watching to be like, yeah,
- 14:01Speaker 2: free pop and start a movement. Free Britney, free Diddy, free, free. No,
- 14:06Speaker 2: nobody really responded. It was a little bit embarrassing. And
- 14:09Speaker 2: it rightfully so, because Diddy is serving federal prison sentence
- 14:13Speaker 2: after being convicted in 2025 on two prostitution-related transportation counts.
- 14:20Speaker 2: He was acquitted of the more serious sex trafficking and
- 14:23Speaker 2: racketeering charges. Acquitted, I think a lot of people were
- 14:26Speaker 2: disappointed with that. So, Christian, if I was you, I'd
- 14:29Speaker 2: shut up and let your dad finish his term. A
- 14:32Speaker 2: term that many people think was awfully light. I think
- 14:35Speaker 2: a lot of people think he was guilty. Of all
- 14:37Speaker 2: the above. And he got the main charges. Main charges
- 14:41Speaker 2: thrown out. He was found innocent. And so I think
- 14:44Speaker 2: you are pretty lucky that your dad is in jail
- 14:48Speaker 2: for such a short period of time. And I probably
- 14:51Speaker 2: would keep my mouth shut. Not a good look. Okay.
- 14:56Speaker 2: We're going to take a quick break. And we will
- 14:59Speaker 2: be right back. Welcome back to the Naughty But Nice
- 15:03Speaker 2: Channel Headstop Shooter. Heya. Let's get to the polls. Last show.
- 15:09Speaker 2: On Tuesday, we revealed that Lionel Richie has been hospitalized
- 15:12Speaker 2: in the ICU after struggling through a concert. He's still there.
- 15:16Speaker 2: He's still in the hospital. So at first they said, oh,
- 15:20Speaker 2: he's just dehydrated. He's fine. No, there's something that we
- 15:24Speaker 2: should be concerned about here. There's something that Lionel should
- 15:27Speaker 2: be really, really thinking about. And so our question yesterday was,
- 15:31Speaker 2: should he retire? Should he retire? We've debated this, haven't we?
- 15:35Speaker 2: It's up to them. I think, I don't believe we
- 15:38Speaker 2: should bully anybody into retiring. If people are still willing
- 15:41Speaker 2: to pay that type of money to see their favourite artist...
- 15:44Speaker 2: to see Barbara Streisand, to see Bette Midler, the greats,
- 15:47Speaker 2: Billy Joel, Elton John, people in their 60s and 70s
- 15:50Speaker 2: and 80s. I paid a lot of money to see Madonna.
- 15:52Speaker 2: She's in her 60s. They're not as good. They can't
- 15:56Speaker 2: be the same as they were 20 years ago. Neither
- 15:59Speaker 2: can you and I. They still could put on a
- 16:01Speaker 2: fabulous show, but it's going to be a different show.
- 16:04Speaker 2: They've still got the great songs that we all love.
- 16:06Speaker 2: And so that's wonderful to go and hear those songs
- 16:08Speaker 2: is why you're paying all that money. So if people
- 16:10Speaker 2: are still willing to pay and you are capable of
- 16:12Speaker 2: doing it, I say don't retire. But some people say
- 16:15Speaker 2: they're ruining their legacy. All this video is going to
- 16:19Speaker 2: last forever of Lionel looking really, really bad. The video
- 16:22Speaker 2: of Gladys Knight was just heartbreaking. So what do you think?
- 16:25Speaker 2: Should he retire? Split down the On today's poll, go
- 16:33Speaker 2: to our Twitter page, and naughtyniceromp, our Facebook page, naughtyyossip,
- 16:39Speaker 2: and be sure, sure to check back tomorrow to hear
- 16:43Speaker 2: your results. And now, it's time for our nicest of
- 16:47Speaker 2: the day. Woof, woof. This one, I love Travis Kelsey
- 16:51Speaker 2: and Taylor Swift's dog made her fashion debut with Tommy Hilfiger.
- 16:56Speaker 2: Travis Kelsey... has a seed-stealing new co-star. He's in Taylor
- 17:01Speaker 2: Swift's fluffy white dog. Her name is Wendy. I love it,
- 17:06Speaker 2: I love it. So the Kansas chief star, the Kansas
- 17:09Speaker 2: City chief star, poses alongside his puppy in a Tommy
- 17:13Speaker 2: Hilfiger ad. It's shot at the Plaza Hotel in New York,
- 17:16Speaker 2: and the ad is called Only New York. He's on
- 17:19Speaker 2: the couch with the pampered pooch, looking just delicious. We
- 17:22Speaker 2: also see Gigi Hadid in the ad. Taylor's not in
- 17:25Speaker 2: these ads, but they paid a lot of money to
- 17:27Speaker 2: get Travis. I'm sure they didn't have enough money to
- 17:29Speaker 2: get Taylor. But the dog, I hope they got for free,
- 17:32Speaker 2: or maybe the dog Wendy got a fee. Just lovely.
- 17:36Speaker 2: I love doggies. I do. I have a doggie called Darby,
- 17:39Speaker 2: a wire fox terrier, and I just love him. So
- 17:41Speaker 2: to see this fluffy, white doggie, Wendy, what a lucky, lucky,
- 17:46Speaker 2: lucky puppy you are. How nice is the day? And
- 17:49Speaker 2: now I notice the day, oh, shame, shame, shame. I
- 17:52Speaker 2: notice the day is Anna Wintour, who just doesn't get it.
- 17:55Speaker 2: So after John Galliano pulled out, announced that he was
- 17:59Speaker 2: pulling out of the controversial Met Gala exhibit, there was
- 18:02Speaker 2: intense backlash. He has said, he has done the most evil, anti-Semitic,
- 18:07Speaker 2: hateful things I have seen, probably from a celebrity on video.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Kanye West is up there, but these racist remarks... that
- 18:15Speaker 2: he made are just outrageous. And for Anna to think
- 18:18Speaker 2: she could bring him back, she could make the world
- 18:22Speaker 2: like him again, forget who he is, was so dumb,
- 18:26Speaker 2: was so tone deaf. And so finally, the Met had
- 18:29Speaker 2: to step in and said, we're not doing an exhibit
- 18:31Speaker 2: on him. And then John Galliano pulled out. So Anna,
- 18:33Speaker 2: who was told to lay low, that's always the advice
- 18:36Speaker 2: they give you in publicity after a crisis, she went
- 18:39Speaker 2: to the US Open. Couldn't help herself, bowled as brass,
- 18:43Speaker 2: Sitting there, she doesn't look so happy. Sat there with
- 18:46Speaker 2: her sunglasses on and a frown. You should be laying low,
- 18:51Speaker 2: Anna Wintour. You overplayed your hand. It got bit. And
- 18:56Speaker 2: for the first time that I've really ever been in
- 18:59Speaker 2: this business, Anna Wintour is vulnerable. I predict within the
- 19:03Speaker 2: next six months, sources tell me she might retire as well. Disgraceful, disgraceful. Okay,
- 19:10Speaker 2: let's end with a moment of rub. You get a rub,
- 19:12Speaker 2: you get a rub, you get a rub. Failure doesn't
- 19:15Speaker 2: mean you got it wrong. So school teaches you that
- 19:19Speaker 2: failure means you got it wrong. Life teaches you something very, very,
- 19:23Speaker 2: very different. Failure is often how you eventually get it right.
- 19:29Speaker 2: The mistakes you regret, the job you didn't get, the
- 19:32Speaker 2: relationships that ended and the chances that disappeared can teach
- 19:36Speaker 2: you the most important lessons of all. Failure forces you
- 19:43Speaker 2: to pay attention. It reveals what needs to change. So
- 19:47Speaker 2: stop fearing failure. No, don't fear it. Sometimes getting it
- 19:52Speaker 2: wrong is exactly how life teaches you what's right. I
- 19:58Speaker 2: have failed so many times. I failed five times today already.
- 20:02Speaker 2: Keep failing. It is not a bad thing. Failure does
- 20:05Speaker 2: not mean you got it wrong. It means you're about
- 20:08Speaker 2: to get it right. Hey, that is it for today.
