- 6:26[SPEAKER_03]: Well you know.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_03]: The summer in the city's fine, but some people of course can't behave.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_03]: You know what goes on?
- 6:35[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, people get all sorts of things happening.

- 7:19[SPEAKER_03]: Violence against women is a real problem in this community.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_03]: But, uh, wow.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_03]: Of course, this guy came into a department without permissions, wouldn't get out all of that.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_03]: What else we got here is a sixty-four-year-old woman.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_03]: You think that age would have a driver's license, but this lady didn't.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_03]: And she had a control substance.
- 7:46[UNKNOWN]: Oh.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_03]: Point-away BAC, that's, you know.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_03]: That's not really anything significant.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_03]: Let's see.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_03]: Now here's somebody to point one seven.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_03]: That's a little more of a problem.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_03]: A second's woman.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_03]: Well, here's somebody charged with second to great criminal in person.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_03]: And you know, there were some people out over the weekend younger people trying to push fake New York state IDs.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_03]: So be careful of that if you're out there.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_03]: We have to protect the children, and I don't know where they get them, but they get them.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_03]: Good afternoon.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_03]: There'll be there.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_03]: Well, anyway, and here's the peace-day resistance, a thirty-four-year-old homeless woman.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_03]: Charles at nine thirty-five at night, Friday August first done public square with exposure of a person.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_03]: That's a violation, and it names reading a welfare of a child a misdemeanor.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_03]: Police alleged the woman opened her large code exposing the unclosed lower half of her body to three juvenile females.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_03]: What would they do without it that time of night on the square?
- 9:00[SPEAKER_03]: Anyway, she allegedly also sat in a juvenile female's lap without any covering on her intimate body person.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_03]: What was she doing sitting on her lap?
- 9:08[SPEAKER_03]: I don't get all of this.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_03]: Well, she was, you know, arrested and released.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_03]: There's somebody else who's a woman who punched another woman in the face.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_03]: You're in a domestic incident.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_03]: Wow.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_03]: Ah, time's summer in the city.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, there's a call.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_03]: Good afternoon, Ryan.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_04]: Hey, Mayor, did you see where the city's going to mediation again with the part department?
- 9:37[SPEAKER_04]: Did you see that?
- 9:38[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, I did, yes.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_04]: Don't you think the city manager should tell the city council that we're going to mediation?
- 9:46[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I assume he did.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_04]: He didn't.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_04]: He didn't.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_03]: He didn't.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_04]: He had no idea.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I understand.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_04]: They didn't have any idea.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_04]: I want somebody from a council in these meetings.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_04]: Why is it so sacred?
- 9:59[SPEAKER_03]: He's a great guy.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_04]: Part of Harvard won't tell us anything.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_04]: It looks like they want more money.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_03]: Well, they want parity with the police.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_03]: They want those twenty-four hours shifts.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_03]: And I assume they want more money, too.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, how can you live on seventy-five thousand dollars a year in the city of Watertown?
- 10:13[SPEAKER_04]: You know?
- 10:14[SPEAKER_04]: Let's be hard.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, we got four, they give four percent last two contracts, three and a half.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_04]: That's pretty good pay raise when you're making that kind of money.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_04]: What the hell is the police may have anything to do with the part of the farm?
- 10:30[SPEAKER_03]: Well, uniform services, I guess.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, you know.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I think someone from the council should be in these meetings.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I'm inclined to, too.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_03]: I want to say, you know, I want to, you know, I want to
- 10:44[SPEAKER_03]: I went through a lot of that stuff when I was mayor and I would do something differently now.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_03]: I think the council does need to be more hands on with that.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_03]: And you know, the fact that they didn't know it was at mediation.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_03]: Wow.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I understand.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_04]: I could be wrong, but I don't think I am.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_04]: You know, they should be involved in this.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_04]: We're talking about a lot of money here.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_03]: Well, they got a lot of their minds.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_03]: As you read the Saturday paper about, you know, the times was able to get a hold of some.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_04]: and despite great resistance from city hall some billing records on lawyers and they're already up to a hundred and twenty thousand and that does that's just a tip of the iceberg you know there are a lot of wasted money mm-hmm but I don't know you know would I not another thing is far meant to leave it to even live here in the city for God's sake now about eighty percent of them don't even live here doesn't seem to be an issue with anybody should be but it isn't
- 11:38[SPEAKER_04]: You know, it is, yeah, it's almost sixty out of seventy three of these people who don't even live in more than time.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_03]: Same is true.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_03]: I think there's only, I think there's only eight police officers who live in Downing.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_04]: None of the management.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_04]: One of the main characters is at twenty percent tax, like Dave and I heard a paid-a-day in bills.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_04]: There's a lot of nice houses on old-comb street mayor to city managers looking to move to the city.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_04]: I caught up four or five on the other day, I was up that way.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_04]: Beautiful houses in his price range, I would think.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_04]: if they force them to move in the water.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_03]: They're not going to force them to do anything.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_04]: A lot of nice houses on Oakham Street now the streets as well.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_03]: Well, you know, they're still the the issue.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_03]: They did pass that local law, but they also still have that contract hanging out there.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_03]: I guess the contract doesn't mean anything or I guess it was.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_04]: I don't want to think that you drive Oakham Street where they gave the mayor.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I would have difference.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_03]: Really.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_04]: Beautiful stretch of rope from the whole country, not the whole street, but what a difference that makes on the road when you drive in.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, good.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sorry.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, no, no.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_04]: No, no, no.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_04]: No, he's a couple of these rows.

- 12:56[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_04]: That's all right.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_03]: We'll talk today, Mayor.

- 14:03[SPEAKER_03]: And there's a thirty-eight-year-old superior street woman, what'd she do?
- 14:08[SPEAKER_03]: She entered the home of somebody else without permission.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_03]: Well, kick her out.

- 16:16[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think so.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_03]: Not like in some areas of the state where they, on a certain corner, you can find people standing there and you pick them up to do yard work, you mean?
- 16:27[SPEAKER_07]: No, I mean a place to use the government office of some type.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_07]: where they can go down, get gay work on like an unemployment office.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_03]: I don't always, there used to be a state labor department office in the state office building.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not sure if it's still open to the public.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_03]: I think all the unemployment's all done online now.
- 16:53[UNKNOWN]: Right.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think people really listen.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_03]: People who want to work are working.

- 27:28[SPEAKER_03]: Both, uh, Kamala supporters.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_03]: But they just don't see eye to eye out if you think so.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_03]: Anyway, yeah, if you're going to a meeting or anything, or whatever you're doing, I don't care.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_03]: And a ulogy or anything, anything you do in life.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_03]: Just keep it short and pithy.

- 27:49[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_03]: They just don't want to.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_03]: So say what you want to say and move on.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_03]: Now tonight's council meeting.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, this resolution six on the waving of privilege.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_03]: Privilege means they can't talk about it because it was city business or something and the firmer lawyer that the city hired to prosecute the ethics and playing.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_03]: He's out of Albany.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_03]: For God's name.

- 28:27[SPEAKER_03]: There's so many of them.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_03]: They got so many of them.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_03]: So anyway, you think they're going to try to tell only, oh, you can't vote because it's a conflict.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_03]: You know what I'd say if I was him?
- 28:41[SPEAKER_03]: I'm voting.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and just stand up for yourself and

- 29:28[SPEAKER_03]: They know, I'm not listening to you.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_03]: I don't care what your advice is.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_03]: I'm voting.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_03]: What are they going to do to a super secret detention or something after school?
- 29:39[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, they did pretty much everything.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_03]: They could do it.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_03]: They cost you a ton of money.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_03]: They made you less likely to win an election.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_03]: They got you kicked off the ballot.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_03]: They did, they did everything.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_03]: No, dusted up in public.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_03]: College all sorts of names accused you of bribery.

- 30:30[SPEAKER_03]: And then he says, I send, I'm going to send it.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_03]: And then he doesn't send it.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_03]: because he's got to make some edits to it because his kitchen cabinet read it over and said, well, you left out this and all of that.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_03]: Just write the damn letter, buddy.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_03]: See what happens.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_03]: Take a shot at it.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, then we say, write what you want to write, organize it well, read it over and proofread it a couple of times.

- 31:21[SPEAKER_03]: Some I can talk about, some I can.
- 31:26[SPEAKER_03]: But
- 31:30[SPEAKER_03]: I get so many things emails here.
- 31:32[SPEAKER_03]: I can't read them all so much.
- 31:35[SPEAKER_03]: I can't believe some of these people who sit there and they keep emails and memos from years ago, all that.

- 31:55[SPEAKER_03]: We haven't heard a thing.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I don't know.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_03]: I guess if any of them want to be on the hotline, they're more than welcome.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_03]: But I don't really think most of them do.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_03]: So, if any of you do, they'll put you on, man, maybe right after Labor Day.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_03]: We'll let the dog gaze of August pass by.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, I don't know what happened to those candidates for council.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_03]: One minute they were on in the news and next one, you never hear from them.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_03]: Seven, five, five, twelve, forty is the phone number if you'd like to give us a call to be on the air today.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_03]: You know, that story that the times they had the other day talking about the all the legal bills, some people wonder should that have been in the news?
- 32:44[SPEAKER_03]: It doesn't that just stir the pot unnecessarily.
- 32:47[SPEAKER_03]: And there is an argument to be made that doesn't matter what was spent.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_03]: You got the result you wanted.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_03]: You got the gang of three out of office.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_03]: So there you go.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_03]: There you go.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_03]: I'm sick of hearing about this redistricting in Texas.
- 33:04[SPEAKER_03]: Democrats redistricted in Illinois in Maryland, and now that Republicans want to pick up some free seats in Texas, it's just a race to the bottom is what it is.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_03]: Now the Democrats will, you know, the Democratic networks like CNN carry on about it, but
- 33:25[SPEAKER_03]: And now over on the Republican network Fox, I say in the governor governor habits threatening to whatever do something to these legislators.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_03]: I think they're legislators don't get paid.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_03]: State legislators in a state of that size are to believe.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_03]: Anyway, they're trying to jerry-mandered jasmine crocket district.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_03]: I'm against that.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_03]: I am against that.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_03]: Remember I told you last week when that Democratic Congressman Dan Goldman was up in Clayton with tears.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_03]: I said, my good friend Ryan McDougall said, this guy's running for U.S.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_03]: Senate to replace Schumer.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_03]: Sure enough he is.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_03]: I got to note this morning saying you will litter of you him or something.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if he's supposed to be calling in.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know when it's going to happen.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_03]: uh... there's no way you know if i'd ever vote for him but we're always courteous the people somebody wants to call in and uh... talk about their candidacy that's fine but he's gonna run for u.s.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_03]: senate obviously you've seen my TV a lot of you one of the big defenders of hunter Biden and all of that stuff all righty seven five five twelve forty are for a number if you'd like to give us a call to be on this oh also
- 34:44[SPEAKER_03]: Did you see with the old shoelows that used to be Howard's restaurant at one time for you old, but shoelows on middle street.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_03]: Remember it closed and somebody bought it for a pretty good price and some woman and I guess it's going to be called the porch light.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_03]: It's going to open in a month in September.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_03]: Got to be that comfort food they say.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_03]: And open for breakfast every day at seven and sounds like they're going to make a wheel.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_03]: That's a good location there.
- 35:12[SPEAKER_03]: It's right now.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_03]: residential neighborhood, you know, it's great to have something nearby like that.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_03]: You can walk to or something like that.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, congratulations.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_03]: Whoever is doing it.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_03]: We'd love to see new business.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_03]: We'd love to see that entrepreneurial spirit.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_03]: I was reading some comments on my blog.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_03]: You know, he's we was a little world of business.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_03]: It was a little, well, much more live, blah, blah, blah.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_03]: I've never, this is like the town city without pity here.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, everybody, I get these comments on my license.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_03]: I just drove by your parking lot and it was empty and I'm glad.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_03]: You know, what is your problem, buddy?
- 35:47[SPEAKER_03]: What a loser.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, incidentally, that somebody put a big container of trash from a dumpster yesterday.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_03]: It was a black Toyota Tacoma.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_03]: Look like a young couple in it.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_03]: I wasn't able to write the number down.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_03]: Please don't.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, you know who you are.
- 36:04[SPEAKER_03]: And I mean, if you're really short of money,
- 36:09[SPEAKER_03]: You know, maybe we can make an accommodation, but did you know that doing that is really stealing?
- 36:16[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_03]: You're not like taking something away with you, but you're somebody who, the emptiness and the dumpster, I pay for it.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_03]: You're going to have it emptied, and you took the emptiness.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_03]: So, fortunately it doesn't happen that much over in our neighborhood, but we don't like it.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_03]: We don't like it.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_03]: You know, that type of thing.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_03]: If we do get a plate number, it happens again.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_03]: We'll talk about it on the air.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_03]: I don't care.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_03]: Not gonna say if he was anybody by name, because we don't know who was actually driving, but to, you know, black, for your order, Tacoma.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_03]: It's a pickup truck.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_03]: And they put a big, like a laundry basket and then full of trash.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't go through it to look for address levels.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_03]: But anyway,
- 37:12[SPEAKER_03]: Just dump it on the side of the road, right?
- 37:14[SPEAKER_03]: Isn't that better?
- 37:15[SPEAKER_03]: Seven, five, five, twelve, forty the phone.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_03]: You shouldn't have to pay to get rid of trash anyway.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_03]: Remember when you didn't have to?
- 37:22[SPEAKER_03]: They just picked it up and they'd come behind your house and pick it up and carry it out to the truck.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_03]: Those are the days, man.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_03]: And then we got all your danksters in there and they had to have their landfill out there and pay everybody two hundred thousand a year.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_03]: And all of that stuff when we used to get the service for free, now we're paying for it.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_03]: That's not progress.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_03]: That ain't progress.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_03]: Anybody else see that homeless woman on the square exposing yourself?
- 37:56[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 37:59[SPEAKER_03]: That's a shocker.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_03]: That's a shocker.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_03]: Let's see.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_03]: Somebody wants to know, do we get one freebie to dump it in the pants?
- 38:17[SPEAKER_03]: And then the other person is better than throwing it into your parking lot.
- 38:19[SPEAKER_03]: I guess you could be thankful, yeah, because they have a right to just dispose of it where they want, and they would never get arrested for it, trust me.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_03]: So, I don't know.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_03]: Well, let's see.
- 38:36[SPEAKER_03]: It's about it.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_03]: Somebody wrote in about driving barefoot.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_03]: I don't care if people drive barefoot.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_03]: I really don't.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_03]: I just don't.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.

- 46:16[SPEAKER_03]: You're not a listener.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_03]: We are not going to talk about this imaginary or real lawsuit again.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_03]: If you're calling or want to talk about it, I'm just going to have to cut you off.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_03]: We just can't know.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_09]: No, no, you got to cut that guy off right when he starts.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_09]: Every time he does because you started to cut him out, then you just let him go.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_03]: Stop it.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_09]: It's the same stupid thing every time.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_09]: And I get to defend every time.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_03]: You all of you people are way too sensitive.
- 46:43[SPEAKER_09]: If someone attacks me, I get to go back.

- 47:41[SPEAKER_09]: You know, everybody pretty much has a meeting.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_09]: There were some people against it for sure, but it was pretty much positive that everybody thought, you know, it's going to be here.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_09]: Anyways, you might as well get the tax revenue, but, you know, you know, yeah, they put the Kabash on that.
- 47:53[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.

- 48:30[SPEAKER_03]: I can't talk about it with you, but I can talk about it.
- 48:34[SPEAKER_03]: Or write about it or whatever.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_03]: It's crazy.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I'm going to be watching the meeting tonight, but no way would I go.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_03]: I just do.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_03]: I don't want to sit there.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_03]: There are people who go every week going.

- 49:18[SPEAKER_03]: Not much really, not much really.
- 49:20[SPEAKER_03]: Just people are the usual anonymous insults and so on.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_03]: Isn't that something how people do that?
- 49:32[SPEAKER_03]: Kind of one of the tough things in the world these days.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_03]: Anything on that meme page lately?
- 49:39[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, they pretty much got what they wanted.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know what the purpose of the meme page is.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_03]: Is it still there?
- 49:47[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I'll look.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_03]: meme.

- 55:18[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, we're back on a hunt like you don't want to the tougher things you do on this show and it's it's There was a time and I can remember it from doing the show years come by when there was a commonality of knowledge out there everybody had a common experience and and exposure to news stories So I was mentioning a few minutes ago that story in Saturdays times about legal fees and What do you think about it and really now but I have to keep moving out of myself most people hadn't read that or didn't know anything about it
- 55:45[SPEAKER_03]: Or I was asking somebody, I said, what do you think of the Sydney Sweetie being a Republican?
- 55:50[SPEAKER_03]: He's looking at me like, who?
- 55:51[SPEAKER_03]: What are you talking about?
- 55:53[SPEAKER_03]: Because not everybody is a voracious consumer of information or talks about it all the time or anything like that.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_03]: Most people are just blissfully disconnected from the world.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_03]: And we don't have that common experience.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_03]: Everybody used to be everybody read the back page.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_03]: You used to be a channel seven news.
- 56:12[SPEAKER_03]: Got a ninety share in the Metro numbers.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_03]: It's six o'clock.
- 56:16[SPEAKER_03]: Magma and my face was on it.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_03]: But that's not the case anymore.
- 56:22[SPEAKER_03]: There's just no common subset of knowledge that everybody has so that you can conduct discussions.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_03]: So Sidney Sweeney is an actress.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_03]: Apparently, she's also shoots guns.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_03]: She's quite talented, quite smart.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_03]: Now, she's a registered Republican, MAGA.
- 56:40[SPEAKER_03]: She's MAGA.
- 56:42[SPEAKER_03]: She's successful, but the left doesn't like her, and now they found out that she's a Republican.
- 56:47[SPEAKER_03]: They were calling her a Nazi before this.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_03]: A Nazi, everybody's a Nazi, just because she has blonde hair and blue eyes.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_03]: If I made those kind of racial stereotypes about other groups, you'd be like calling me a racist.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_03]: And all of that stuff.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_03]: But you can do that if somebody's got blonde hair and blue eyes, you can call them a Nazi.
- 57:04[SPEAKER_03]: That's okay with the state and its human rights commissions and all of that stuff.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_03]: No problem with that.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_03]: No problem with tish james.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_03]: If you want to call a blonde, blue-eyed white woman, a Nazi, you can do that.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_03]: Just like, you know, in New York, I don't know about elsewhere.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_03]: Seven, five, five, twelve, forty, the phone number if you'd like to give us gold.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I'll tell you, sitting in a bar room, you think just sitting there and like Cole's aunties, there's something to say, but you'll look at that one thing out in Minnesota, Montana there, and Anna kind of meant Montana at the Owl's, the Owl rest bar or something, and four people killed three, three customers in a bartender.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I saw their pictures all on TV, and it made me feel good about my own life.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, they kind of looked a little, whatever, I mean, but it's too bad.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_03]: Certainly too bad, they're trying to find the guy who did it.
- 57:58[SPEAKER_03]: He looks like a loon too, if you saw his picture.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_03]: Oh my god, it's crazy.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_03]: Crazy what's going on in this world.
- 58:05[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 58:07[SPEAKER_03]: And other things happening, a big volcano out in Russia, over in that peninsula, where nobody lives, over in their Japan, they had that big earthquake the other day.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_03]: Make sure you get a bunch of those things together.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_03]: You just wonder, this little rock that we're sitting on, I mean,
- 58:26[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not talking about climate change or something.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_03]: I'm talking about the thing just falling apart or something, splitting in half and spiraling into space or something.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, you get these volcanoes and earthquakes and you do wonder about that stuff or maybe you know what I don't know, but I do.
- 58:45[SPEAKER_03]: That could happen.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_03]: Could all be over in an instant.
- 58:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_03]: And then whether or not it's Trump's fault doesn't matter.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_03]: uh... seven five five twelve forty the phone number we do have called enough time for another call if you want to get one in uh... we'd be glad to have you we would be glad to have you uh... let's see we went over the police blotter there was a lot on it today a lot of meat on that bone especially the lady who opened up her uh... raincoat and wasn't wearing any pants in front of three juveniles i had right on public square yeah
