- 0:12genuine. Issues.
- 0:13Brought to you by the hypnotherapist, demanded by
- 0:16celebrities, CEOs and even royalty, Adam Cox.
- 0:20These recordings took place live from Evans Clinic in London's
- 0:24world famous Harley Street, so get yourself comfortable and
- 0:31enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:39Hi, Adam here. And you're about to listen to a
- 0:42hypnosis session that was created for a client that felt
- 0:47that it was too much hassle. Too much.
- 0:49Trouble to. Actually prepare proper meals
- 0:52and every now and then they would start, but then feel this
- 0:55urge just to get something a bit more convenient.
- 0:58But actually, this particular client was a big fan of
- 1:02adventure and they'd done certain things in their life
- 1:05that were way outside of their comfort zone.
- 1:08O there was an element of them that liked the challenge, liked
- 1:11adversity, liked when things weren't easy.
- 1:14So what you're going to hear in this hypnosis session is a very
- 1:17metaphorical session that uses fairy tale language to create
- 1:22the idea of a quest. And part of that quest is
- 1:26utilizing food in almost this kind of magical, spellbinding
- 1:31way that actually food is not just food.
- 1:35Food is a vehicle to express love, self love, kindness,
- 1:40connection. It has all of these different
- 1:42connotations, so this hypnosis session would be useful for
- 1:46anyone who. Wants to have a better
- 1:49relationship with food and creating meals so.
- 1:52If you're the kind of person that has lots of snacks and
- 1:55processed. Foods lots.
- 1:56Of take out then I think you'll get some value from this session
- 2:00even though it. Was created.
- 2:01For someone else, if you like the hypnosis that I create and
- 2:06maybe you don't want to be listening to my intros and
- 2:09explanations every time, you just want to get the real
- 2:12hypnosis session without any of the stuff around it.
- 2:15Right now there's a link in the description that's going to give
- 2:17you 22 separate hypnosis downloads with no intro, no
- 2:22outro, just the hypnosis. So.
- 2:24You can actually find that. In the link in the description.
- 2:27So check out that. And if you'd like the idea of
- 2:30working with me rather than just listening to my recordings,
- 2:33there's also going to be a link where you can schedule a free
- 2:36consultation call to explore working with me.
- 2:38For now though, find a quiet, comfortable place where you
- 2:41won't be disturbed. Relax and enjoy the session.
- 3:19Take a deep breath in, and as you breathe in, breathe in that
- 3:30slow, long, relaxing breath. And as you exhale, feel that
- 3:37sense of release, the feelings of tension, stress, and worry.
- 3:45Just feel that they're melting away and leaving your body in
- 3:51your outward breath as you're able to drift to a place deep
- 4:00within your imagination. A place within your imagination
- 4:06where ideas can be planted like seeds in nature to create
- 4:18inspiration, goals and plans that steer your life into
- 4:26wonderful new directions. And as you breathe in and
- 4:33breathe out, I wonder if you can remember a time from your
- 4:40childhood, a time when someone was reading you a story.
- 4:54And I want you to go back to that place where you felt safe
- 4:57and comfortable and happy. And maybe it was a bedtime
- 5:02story. And you can imagine being in
- 5:04that bed, and you could imagine someone opening a book and
- 5:14saying something like Once Upon a time.
- 5:23And notice how your imagination starts to create a scene from
- 5:30long ago. And I want you to create within
- 5:35your imagination a Kingdom Kingdom.
- 5:41A Kingdom with a castle and forests and wild horses and
- 5:49lakes and streams. And as the story is being told,
- 5:57I want you to imagine wandering around that ancient Kingdom, and
- 6:07imagine you're in the Kingdom on a sunny spring day with blue
- 6:14skies, a gentle breeze. That's it.
- 6:23Going to that place of deep calm and relaxation.
- 6:36And in that place you begin to notice the rhythm of your
- 6:40breath, inhaling gently and exhaling for longer and more
- 6:50slowly. And in this Kingdom, you feel
- 6:56safe because the Kingdom is just in your imagination, and you can
- 7:03just let go and simply be. Be calm, confident, but also
- 7:13adventurous in this Kingdom. That's right.
- 7:20And with each breath, I wonder if you could allow your
- 7:25attention to drift inward. And I want you to imagine
- 7:33finding an old cottage somewhere in the Kingdom.
- 7:43And I want you to imagine this cottage belonged to an ancient
- 7:49ancestor of yours. And in this cottage is an old
- 7:56cookbook filled with ancient recipes and rituals.
- 8:05Imagine picking up that heavy cookbook and flicking through
- 8:09the pages. And for some reason the pages
- 8:17seem familiar, even if you've never read them before.
- 8:27Good part of the recipe requires you to forage for new foods, and
- 8:40sometimes when you're flipping through pages of a book, your
- 8:45imagination takes you deeper into a dreamlike state.
- 8:53And as you flip through the cookbook in the ancient cottage,
- 8:59I want you to imagine standing at the edge of a forest.
- 9:06And not just any forest. Imagine a sacred place of
- 9:13nourishment, the kind of place where every step forward is a
- 9:21step deeper into yourself, your curiosity, your creativity, your
- 9:33care. And with every step you take,
- 9:41I'd like you to imagine descending deeper into this
- 9:45state of focused relaxation. Deeper and deeper, a place where
- 9:55intentions naturally grow into actions and actions become
- 10:02rituals, like spells that nourish the body, mind and soul.
- 10:14And imagine in this Kingdom, within your imagination, in this
- 10:17ancient forest, you begin to realise something profound.
- 10:26The cooking isn't a chore or a task to take off, but a magical
- 10:35ceremony, a personal ritual, a way of expressing presence, care
- 10:44and identity in this new chapter of your life.
- 10:55Even with the quirks of an electric cooker and a kitchen
- 11:00that wasn't designed with practicalities in mind, you
- 11:08begin to adapt and relish the challenge like a seasoned
- 11:15traveller, someone who once chose challenge because it made
- 11:24their life more adventurous. And what if your own kitchen
- 11:32became a portal into new adventures?
- 11:39At any point in time, your kitchen becomes your next
- 11:43expedition, where you can imagine yourself like an
- 11:51adventurer, a forager on a quest to seek out ingredients not just
- 12:02for sustenance but for experience.
- 12:10Where each meal begins with a thought, an intention, a
- 12:18question. What do I want to feel after I
- 12:24eat this? What would nourish me most right
- 12:28now? And what if, as you research and
- 12:34explore and browse, you find joy in the journey itself?
- 12:43The cultural roots of each dish, the nutrition behind every
- 12:50colour on your plate, Each ingredient has a story and
- 12:58evolution. And what if, rather than being
- 13:06the listener of the story, you become the storyteller?
- 13:15Each meal you prepare tells a story, and you get to bring it
- 13:20all home, like treasures gathered on a journey, laying
- 13:26them out to be discerning. What if you've grown, found or
- 13:32discovered that could be utilized?
- 13:38And in that moment, the kitchen transforms.
- 13:46The chopping board becomes an altar.
- 13:50The sizzle of a pan is the opening song, and the smell of
- 13:55herbs releasing their aroma is almost casting a spell over you,
- 14:04because you are both the magician and the artist, and you
- 14:09can prepare meals slowly, thoughtfully, noticing the
- 14:16textures beneath your fingers, the colours on the plate.
- 14:23These rituals feels like you're casting a spell, concocting a
- 14:32potion that changes your mood and the mood of any guests.
- 14:42And when the time comes to eat, you do so mindfully, using all
- 14:51of your senses, each bite an act of celebration, chewing slowly,
- 15:04tasting fully, allowing your senses to drink in the full
- 15:11experience. What if your biggest discovery
- 15:20is that the more attention and love you give to your meals, the
- 15:25more your body receives A karmic cycle?
- 15:33But the more effort you put in, the more reward you enjoy.
- 15:37And not just nutrients. It's the meanings, the
- 15:43connections, the sense of accomplishment.
- 15:50Because even if you eat alone, you are never truly alone.
- 15:57Because you are joined by the cultures, the hands and lands
- 16:02that shaped the food before you. Generation after generation has
- 16:09influenced what we grow, what we see, what we eat.
- 16:17But what if the real quest was to find, forage, prepare and
- 16:25cook, and then share with others?
- 16:30So imagine being back in that cottage but no longer looking in
- 16:35the recipe book, but seeing a crystal ball.
- 16:43And in this crystal ball, I want you to see you embarking on a
- 16:48quest. A quest where you prepare a meal
- 16:57for others. Where all of the ingredients
- 17:02required work and effort to either grow, find, select, or
- 17:10forage. See yourself preparing that food
- 17:22with intention. Love a desire to share and see
- 17:31yourself inviting others to eat. Maybe see the dining table, but
- 17:41eating is just a catalyst for connection.
- 17:45See yourself explaining how you found the ingredients, the
- 17:53stories, the significance of the foods, the senses.
- 18:02See the connection, the laughter, the smiles, to witness
- 18:07the joy of a meal crafted with purpose.
- 18:14In every culture, food is a love language, a ritual, a form of
- 18:23mindfulness that's been made edible.
- 18:30And from this moment forward, you will unleash a desire to
- 18:37take on these quests, to feel the growing pride in every meal
- 18:45you prepare, even the simplest ones, and you feel a new
- 18:51connection between your intention and your nourishment.
- 18:56And the more thought you put into a meal, the more
- 19:01satisfaction and enjoyment you feel.
- 19:06And the more mindful your chewing becomes, the more you
- 19:11notice and enjoy the flavours, and the more curious you are,
- 19:19the more adventurous you become. Each recipe becomes a chapter, a
- 19:27milestone in your culinary quest.
- 19:34And even when something is imperfect, you can smile because
- 19:42the goal is not perfection, it's progress because it's real, it's
- 19:49yours, and you can own the journey and the destination as
- 19:58you begin to trust that preparing food with love is an
- 20:06act of self love. It's preparing a better
- 20:11relationship with yourself and maybe you have an idea who you
- 20:21would invite for that meal. And in doing so you have set an
- 20:28intention. The quest has already begun and
- 20:37you get to practice on yourself first.
- 20:41What you do for yourself, you can do for others as you are
- 20:46steering your life into a future of more connection, more
- 20:51independence, more nutrition, but also more vitality.
- 21:00As you leave the cottage in that ancient Kingdom, hear the words
- 21:12that signify the ending of a story, perhaps the words happily
- 21:18ever after, and allow yourself to drift back to the here and
- 21:25the now. As you take a deep breath in
- 21:28through your nose and out through your nose, wiggle your
- 21:35fingers and wiggle your toes. Connect and calibrate into the
- 21:38here and the now as I now count from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken
- 21:44you. That's it. 123 waking up. 456
- 21:49more alert. 7-8 open your eyes. Open your eyes. 910 Wide awake.
- 21:55Wide awake. Wide awake.
