- 0:42Speaker 1: big way, which is it's time for the speaking filibuster.
- 0:45Speaker 1: I've got the details on that and the ludicrous Democrat
- 0:49Speaker 1: pushback all ahead on the program. We'll talk about some
- 0:52Speaker 1: of the updates in the war in Iran, what's going

- 2:43Speaker 1: Make the switch today. Yes, indeed.
- 2:52Speaker 3: All right.
- 2:52Speaker 1: So thank you to the president of the United States.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I want to start with some gratitude for him today
- 2:56Speaker 1: because he just he woke up and he chose victory
- 3:00Speaker 1: this weekend. He said, you know what? We need the
- 3:02Speaker 1: Save America Act. I guess what had happened was the
- 3:05Speaker 1: precipitating event for this was our friend Scott Pressler was
- 3:10Speaker 1: on the Fox News channel this weekend on Twitter. yesterday,
- 3:14Speaker 1: Sunday morning. And the president sees this and he goes, man,
- 3:18Speaker 1: that guy's great. He did a great job talking about
- 3:20Speaker 1: using the speaking filibuster to get the Save America Act passed.
- 3:23Speaker 1: This is the way we've got to do it. Here's
- 3:25Speaker 1: the president of the United States reacting last night to everything.
- 3:30Speaker 1: He says, let's see here. Great job by hardworking Scott Pressler.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Great job by the hardworking Scott Pressler on Fox and
- 3:37Speaker 1: Friends talking about using the filibuster to or talking filibuster
- 3:41Speaker 1: in order to pass the Save America Act, an 88%
- 3:45Speaker 1: issue with all voters. It must be done immediately. It
- 3:48Speaker 1: supersedes everything. It must go to the front of the line. I,
- 3:52Speaker 1: as president, will not sign any other bills until this
- 3:54Speaker 1: is passed. And not the watered down version. Go for
- 3:58Speaker 1: the gold. You must show. voter ID and proof of citizenship.
- 4:04Speaker 1: No mail-in ballots except for the military or illness or
- 4:07Speaker 1: disability and travel. No men in women's sports. No transgender
- 4:13Speaker 1: utilization for children. Do not fail. Donald, excuse me, President
- 4:19Speaker 1: Donald J.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Trump.
- 4:20Speaker 1: President Donald J.
- 4:21Speaker 5: Trump.
- 4:21Speaker 1: All right, so there's the president with what has, what
- 4:24Speaker 1: started as a voter integrity bill, which is like a
- 4:27Speaker 1: no cheating in elections bill. Now it's a no cheating
- 4:30Speaker 1: anywhere bill. The bill forbids cheating in both women's sports
- 4:35Speaker 1: and in elections. The president said, it's a great bill.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Let me see if I can make it even better.
- 4:40Speaker 1: And that's what he's done here. And no, no mutilizing children. It's,
- 4:45Speaker 1: it's amazing what he's been able to achieve here. So
- 4:50Speaker 1: that's great. He says, we need to pass it now.
- 4:53Speaker 1: He also posted to Truth Social. It's all people care about.
- 4:55Speaker 1: He's hearing you pass the Save America Act. He said,
- 4:58Speaker 1: it's all people care about. Yeah, that's right. That's exactly right.
- 5:05Speaker 1: It is what we care about. This is a sign
- 5:07Speaker 1: that he's paying attention to his base. This is a
- 5:09Speaker 1: clear sign that he's seeing all of your comments on
- 5:11Speaker 1: Truth Social. And this is a very clear sign that
- 5:14Speaker 1: he's hearing from all of us that this is what
- 5:16Speaker 1: we really want. We want integrity on our elections. We
- 5:18Speaker 1: want to be able to believe them. In fact, kind
- 5:20Speaker 1: of the whole country is held together by determining that
- 5:23Speaker 1: your elections are being credibly conducted. The president knows it matters.
- 5:27Speaker 1: So how are Democrats responding to this? Well, typically. Chuck
- 5:31Speaker 1: Schumer threw a mindless fit this weekend. He said that
- 5:35Speaker 1: the SAVE Act is Jim Crow 2.0. It's the old
- 5:39Speaker 1: Democrat standby, their favorite talking point. Here's what he said.
- 5:42Speaker 1: He said the SAVE Act is Jim Crow 2.0. It
- 5:45Speaker 1: would disenfranchise tens of millions of people. If Trump is
- 5:49Speaker 1: saying he won't sign any bills until the SAVE Act
- 5:51Speaker 1: is passed, then so be it. There will be total
- 5:54Speaker 1: gridlock in the Senate. Senate Democrats will not pass the
- 5:56Speaker 1: SAVE Act under any circumstances. Well, the good news is
- 6:02Speaker 1: we don't need Chuck Schumer. We don't. This is why
- 6:05Speaker 1: we keep saying use the speaking filibuster as the vehicle
- 6:10Speaker 1: for doing this. All you need are 51 votes. That's
- 6:13Speaker 1: all you need. Now, of course, does that mean we
- 6:16Speaker 1: have them? No, not yet. And I'll get to that
- 6:17Speaker 1: in a moment. I've got the whip count for you. Actually,
- 6:20Speaker 1: we now have names for all of the people who
- 6:23Speaker 1: are for using the speaking filibuster and the guys who
- 6:26Speaker 1: are still ducking the issue. We've got the details on that.
- 6:30Speaker 1: But first on this Chuck Schumer post, this claim that
- 6:33Speaker 1: this is Jim Crow 2.0, which is ridiculous. It would
- 6:36Speaker 1: disenfranchise tens of millions of people. He says, let me
- 6:40Speaker 1: just set some ground truths for you here. One, the
- 6:45Speaker 1: Save America Act is the single most important piece of
- 6:49Speaker 1: civil rights legislation this century in the United States. Contrary
- 6:55Speaker 1: to Chuck Schumer's claims that it would disenfranchise It wouldn't
- 7:00Speaker 1: disenfranchise Americans. It would disenfranchise illegals who don't have the
- 7:05Speaker 1: franchise under the law of voting in the United States
- 7:09Speaker 1: of America. This bill is designed to protect voters from
- 7:15Speaker 1: having their votes stolen or watered down by illegal votes.
- 7:21Speaker 1: This is civil rights legislation. In fact, when it becomes law,
- 7:26Speaker 1: it will be enforced by the civil rights division of
- 7:30Speaker 1: the United States Department of Justice. So Chuck Schumer is
- 7:34Speaker 1: once again lying. He's claiming that the Save America Act
- 7:37Speaker 1: would amount to racial prejudice or something. When of course,
- 7:41Speaker 1: it's the opposite of that. It would protect American citizens
- 7:45Speaker 1: from illegal aliens and the Democrats who enable them from
- 7:48Speaker 1: interfering in our elections. That's one. Two, it also protects,
- 7:53Speaker 1: as I mentioned a moment ago, if President Trump gets
- 7:56Speaker 1: his way, women's sports. It doesn't allow men to cheat
- 8:00Speaker 1: in women's sports. It protects women from unjust discrimination, from
- 8:05Speaker 1: having their rights and honors stolen. So again, this is
- 8:09Speaker 1: civil rights legislation that would protect women and it protects kids.
- 8:13Speaker 1: If we stop the mutilization of children, well, then that's
- 8:19Speaker 1: protecting children Chuck Schumer's against that. Chuck Schumer would rather
- 8:24Speaker 1: see mutilation of kids. It's pretty sick stuff. But Chuck
- 8:29Speaker 1: Schumer is sort of an empty vessel. The guy doesn't
- 8:33Speaker 1: actually believe in anything. He doesn't believe in anything. Oh,
- 8:35Speaker 1: and by the way, the biggest thing in that list
- 8:38Speaker 1: of fact checks here is the Democrats were responsible for
- 8:41Speaker 1: Jim Crow 1.0, and they're still trying to retcon history
- 8:45Speaker 1: to pretend like that wasn't the case. Chuck Schumer was
- 8:47Speaker 1: born while Jim Crow 1.0 was ongoing. And now he's
- 8:51Speaker 1: claiming it's the Republicans who are responsible for Jim Crow. Uh-huh, thanks, Chuck.
- 8:56Speaker 1: But as I said, Chuck Schumer doesn't believe in anything.
- 8:58Speaker 1: In fact, here's Chuck Schumer back in 1996 insisting to
- 9:03Speaker 1: anybody who would listen to him at the time that
- 9:05Speaker 1: voter ID is a great way to stop illegal alien fraud.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Here it comes to us from the Western Lensman account.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Check out this flashback.
- 9:15Speaker 6: But let's admit the truth. Everywhere people go, they're asked
- 9:19Speaker 6: for a social security card. In fact, one way to
- 9:21Speaker 6: prove you're a bona fide person who can have a
- 9:24Speaker 6: job is to ask for a driver's license and a
- 9:26Speaker 6: social security card. This is an anti-fraud amendment. All over
- 9:32Speaker 6: where we go, people say, well, why can't you stop
- 9:36Speaker 6: illegal immigrants or others from coming here? And the number
- 9:40Speaker 6: one answer we give our constituents is when they come here,
- 9:43Speaker 6: they can Get jobs, get benefits against the law because
- 9:47Speaker 6: of fraud.
- 9:49Speaker 1: They can get jobs and benefits and break our laws
- 9:53Speaker 1: because of fraud. You know what would stop that? Photo ID. Identification,
- 9:59Speaker 1: said Chuck Schumer. That was Chuck Schumer back in 1996.
- 10:04Speaker 1: And now, 30 years later, well, he's on team fraud.
- 10:09Speaker 1: So Chuck Schumer knew that photo ID was a perfectly
- 10:14Speaker 1: legitimate thing back in 1996, but suddenly he's against it.
- 10:18Speaker 1: And the reason for that is because Democrats are very
- 10:20Speaker 1: comfortable with the new world in which they have been
- 10:23Speaker 1: able to figure out a way to accrue power, which
- 10:24Speaker 1: is Just screw American citizens over. Import new people and
- 10:29Speaker 1: then use them as a means to maintain power, either
- 10:32Speaker 1: through corrupting congressional seats for the electoral college count or
- 10:35Speaker 1: giving amnesty to people or allowing them to vote fraudulently
- 10:38Speaker 1: in elections or introducing chaos as a justification for the
- 10:42Speaker 1: growth of big government. All of those are reasons that
- 10:45Speaker 1: Democrats have become very, very comfortable with importing people by
- 10:49Speaker 1: the tens of millions and then preventing us from getting
- 10:51Speaker 1: and restoring order in our country. That's the reality of this.
- 10:55Speaker 1: So that's Chuck Schumer today. Now, in case you're interested
- 10:59Speaker 1: in what the whip count here is, we've got one
- 11:03Speaker 1: from Mark Meadows. Let me see if I can do this.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Can you see? Good, good, good. We're a little closer
- 11:08Speaker 1: to making this work. Here's Mark Meadows with the official
- 11:11Speaker 1: whip count. These are Republican senators who have voiced public
- 11:15Speaker 1: support for using the standing filibuster, for using the standing filibuster.
- 11:20Speaker 1: And this is a massive distinction we're making here. These
- 11:23Speaker 1: are people who have straight up said that, yes, we
- 11:27Speaker 1: will do it this way. In other words, they're the people,
- 11:28Speaker 1: the only people who actually support the SAVE Act. We've
- 11:31Speaker 1: got Jim Banks, Marsha Blackburn, Ted Budd, Katie Britt, Bill Cassidy,
- 11:36Speaker 1: John Cornyn, Ted Cruz, Joni Ernst, Bill Hagerty, Josh Hawley,
- 11:40Speaker 1: Ron Johnson, Mike Lee, Cynthia Loomis, Roger Marshall, Dave McCormick,
- 11:45Speaker 1: Bernie Moreno, Mark Wayne Mullen, Rand Paul, Jim Risch, Eric Schmidt,
- 11:49Speaker 1: Rick Scott, Tim Sheehy, Dan Sullivan, and Tommy Tuberville. Well,
- 11:52Speaker 1: that's encouraging. That list is Good and growing. That's important.
- 11:57Speaker 1: But you've got a lot of senators who have not
- 11:59Speaker 1: yet voiced support. And that includes, as Mark Meadows successfully
- 12:05Speaker 1: captures here. John Barrasso, I'll get to him in a moment.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Barrasso is a big one because he's the majority whip
- 12:14Speaker 1: in the Senate. His job is getting all these Republicans
- 12:18Speaker 1: in line and getting them to support legislation that leadership supports.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Barrasso has not yet voiced support for the speaking filibuster.
- 12:28Speaker 1: More on that in a moment. You've got John Boozman,
- 12:30Speaker 1: Shelley Moore Capito, Susan Collins, Tom Cotton, Kevin Cramer, Mike Crapo,
- 12:35Speaker 1: John Curtis. Steve Daines, Deb Fisher, Lindsey Graham, Chuck Grassley,
- 12:41Speaker 1: John Hoeven, Jim Justice, John Kennedy, James Lankford, Mitch McConnell,
- 12:46Speaker 1: Jerry Moran, Lisa Murkowski, Pete Ricketts, Tim Scott, John Thune,
- 12:50Speaker 1: Tham Tillis, Roger Wicker, and Todd Young. All of these
- 12:54Speaker 1: guys have not yet signaled support or have actively spoken
- 12:59Speaker 1: out against the use of the speaking filibuster. The use
- 13:04Speaker 1: of the speaking filibuster. So that's a disaster. And each
- 13:08Speaker 1: of these guys, if these are your senators, please get
- 13:11Speaker 1: on the phone with their offices and tell them you
- 13:14Speaker 1: want them to use the speaking filibuster to pass this. Now,
- 13:18Speaker 1: I do have one more. Let me see. There was
- 13:22Speaker 1: an addition to this list. Ashley Moody. Somebody just asked.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Ashley Moody is on the list. Mark Meadows says that
- 13:28Speaker 1: she's on the support list. Ashley Moody in Florida. That's good.
- 13:32Speaker 1: I saw one other person ask me, about Barrasso. Oh,
- 13:37Speaker 1: Cover and McGruin says, didn't Barrasso say he backed it
- 13:42Speaker 1: over the weekend on Fox? Cover, thank you. Thank you
- 13:46Speaker 1: for bringing this up because this is a critical point.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Barrasso played a word game this weekend and I want
- 13:53Speaker 1: you to listen to it and see if you can
- 13:55Speaker 1: detect it.
- 13:55Speaker 7: Ready?
- 13:56Speaker 1: Here's John Barrasso in the Fox News interview this weekend.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Cut three, listen to the majority whip. Here he goes.
- 14:03Speaker 1: a talking filibuster to get the SAVE Act to the floor?
- 14:06Speaker 1: Will you and John Thune do it? That's one way
- 14:10Speaker 1: to do it.
- 14:10Speaker 7: Members are having meetings right now to say, what's the
- 14:13Speaker 7: best way that we can actually get this passed? I
- 14:17Speaker 7: met with the president at the White House about 10
- 14:20Speaker 7: days ago, the day before the bombing started in Iran,
- 14:24Speaker 7: to work on finding the best path forward. We need
- 14:27Speaker 7: to get this passed. We need to get it signed
- 14:28Speaker 7: into law. I am a full supporter.
- 14:32Speaker 1: That's one way to do it, said John Barrasso. That's
- 14:38Speaker 1: Washington speak for we're not doing it that way. Look,
- 14:42Speaker 1: if Barrasso was in on the speaking filibuster, he would
- 14:44Speaker 1: just outright say, that's the plan. That's what we're going for.
- 14:49Speaker 1: This is what I'm telling my colleagues to support. I'm
- 14:52Speaker 1: the majority whip after all. That's leadership. That's John Thune,
- 14:57Speaker 1: the majority leader, and then John Barrasso, the majority whip.
- 15:00Speaker 1: It's their job to get their conference in order. And
- 15:04Speaker 1: that's not what's happening here. Barrasso's not doing that. He's
- 15:08Speaker 1: trying to kind of settle you down. So yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 15:12Speaker 1: that's one of the strategies. We're just trying to figure
- 15:14Speaker 1: out a way to get this thing passed. I'm sorry,
- 15:16Speaker 1: that's not one of the strategies. It is the strategy.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Unless the other strategy that Barrasso has on the table
- 15:24Speaker 1: is getting rid of the zombie filibuster, the non-speaking, the
- 15:28Speaker 1: silent filibuster, unless that's the other strategy he's talking about,
- 15:31Speaker 1: He's just trying to make you go away. That's it.
- 15:35Speaker 1: So I know that that clip was going around the
- 15:37Speaker 1: internet this weekend as like, oh, John Barrasso is opening
- 15:40Speaker 1: the door, that he's getting closer to supporting the speaking filibuster.
- 15:44Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but that's not the way I interpret that clip.
- 15:47Speaker 1: That clip is a head pat. And I'm happy to
- 15:48Speaker 1: have John Barrasso prove me wrong. In fact, I'd welcome
- 15:52Speaker 1: Senator Barrasso on this program so we could talk about
- 15:54Speaker 1: it and hear his rousing endorsement of the speaking filibuster
- 15:58Speaker 1: as a means to get this thing through. But when
- 16:01Speaker 1: he says that's one of the options on the table,
- 16:03Speaker 1: that's a mitigation strategy. That's just kind of designed to
- 16:06Speaker 1: settle you down and to make you think that he's
- 16:08Speaker 1: on your team. He's not yet. He didn't voice support
- 16:10Speaker 1: for it. That's the honest, that's the, yes, playing word games,
- 16:15Speaker 1: says Mbon DC. That's what's happening here, which is why
- 16:18Speaker 1: Barrasso continues to be on the list of the people
- 16:21Speaker 1: who are ducking the question. Mike Lee wants to give
- 16:27Speaker 1: this thing a shot. Mike Lee really wants to give
- 16:30Speaker 1: the talking filibuster a shot. He said, now's the time.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Cut for it. Here's Mike Lee. We were just.
- 16:37Speaker 3: Talking about the talking filibuster.
- 16:39Speaker 1: I do believe they will nuke it.
- 16:41Speaker 3: But regardless, Kayleigh, we have the majority in the Senate now,
- 16:44Speaker 3: along with the House majority and with the White House.
- 16:46Speaker 1: We don't know how long that will continue.
- 16:48Speaker 3: But we know that there is a chance that a
- 16:51Speaker 3: year from now, things will be different.
- 16:53Speaker 1: So let's give it a shot now.
- 16:54Speaker 3: And particularly since this regards election security and our ability
- 16:59Speaker 3: to win a fair election may well depend on passage
- 17:02Speaker 3: of the Save America Act.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Why would we waste any time? Even if there are
- 17:06Speaker 1: other legislative.
- 17:07Speaker 3: Priorities we want to tackle, why not deal with this first,
- 17:10Speaker 3: knowing that it's going to take some time and knowing
- 17:11Speaker 3: how important it is to maintain the president's agenda and
- 17:15Speaker 3: the congressional minorities in Republican hands? that congressional majorities need
- 17:20Speaker 3: to not turn into minorities. And that's exactly why we've
- 17:24Speaker 3: got to do this and pass the Save America Act.
- 17:28Speaker 1: We have to do it to make sure that elections
- 17:31Speaker 1: are safeguarded. If you'd like to guarantee that Republicans end
- 17:35Speaker 1: up in the minority, a good way to do that
- 17:37Speaker 1: is to leave them vulnerable to fraud. That's what Mike
- 17:39Speaker 1: Lee just said. Mike Lee's right. Mike Lee's right. All right,
- 17:43Speaker 1: we've got a lot more To get to here on
- 17:45Speaker 1: the program, I want to talk, well, we've got a
- 17:49Speaker 1: lot of options, a lot of things we could possibly
- 17:50Speaker 1: talk about, including, you know, Thumbelina. Thumbelina is like out
- 17:56Speaker 1: of control. Who's throwing another bit fit about Stephen Miller
- 17:58Speaker 1: this weekend? Stephen Miller, who's been absolutely great. Thumbelina hates him.
- 18:01Speaker 1: I've got more on that in just a moment. Hey,
- 18:04Speaker 1: but first, I want to ask you a really simple question.
- 18:07Speaker 1: You ever think about aging and its impact on your body?
- 18:11Speaker 1: In fact, does aging force you to think about the
- 18:14Speaker 1: impact on your body. Well, there's a way to address this.
- 18:19Speaker 1: And I want to tell you about C-15 from fatty 15.
- 18:21Speaker 1: It's amazing. It's the first essential fatty acid to be
- 18:24Speaker 1: discovered in more than 90 years. Fatty 15 co-founder, Dr.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Stephanie Van Watson actually discovered the benefits of C-15 while
- 18:33Speaker 1: working with the United States Navy. And based on studies,
- 18:37Speaker 1: we do know that when our cells don't have enough C-15,
- 18:40Speaker 1: they can age faster. It's true. Fatty 15 can help
- 18:44Speaker 1: you repair and protect age-related damage to your cells and
- 18:47Speaker 1: help activate pathways in the body that repair mechanisms that
- 18:50Speaker 1: support your overall wellness. Fatty 15 is science-backed, award-winning, vegan.
- 18:55Speaker 1: It's a 100% pure C15 supplement, and refills are shipped
- 18:59Speaker 1: right to your door. Fatty 15 is great. I take
- 19:02Speaker 1: it every morning. I feel so much better ever since
- 19:04Speaker 1: I started taking it. You will too. Fatty 15 is
- 19:06Speaker 1: on a mission to help you, to optimize your C15 levels,

- 19:36Speaker 1: Use the code Vince. Okay. Tom Bellina is out of
- 19:39Speaker 1: control again. The guy's retiring, and boy, it shows. He
- 19:43Speaker 1: doesn't like Trump. He doesn't like anybody around him, and
- 19:46Speaker 1: he's super happy that Kristi Noem is leaving at the
- 19:49Speaker 1: Department of Homeland Security. In fact, he is very happy
- 19:54Speaker 1: that Mark Wayne Mullen is going into the job, which
- 19:56Speaker 1: I'm a little worried about. It's not exactly a rousing
- 19:59Speaker 1: endorsement for Mark Wayne Mullen if Thumbelina thinks you're wonderful.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Here's Thumb Tillis throwing a huge fit about Stephen Miller
- 20:08Speaker 1: this weekend. Cut five. Watch this. Do you think Stephen
- 20:11Speaker 1: Miller should go?
- 20:11Speaker 4: Oh, of course I do. I think Stephen Miller is
- 20:16Speaker 4: one of the, not only does Stephen really want to
- 20:20Speaker 4: just paint a picture, he's not worried about substance, he's
- 20:23Speaker 4: more worried about form, but I also think that he
- 20:25Speaker 4: has an outsized influence over the operations of the cabinet.
- 20:29Speaker 4: And I believe we've got qualified cabinet members there that
- 20:32Speaker 4: sometimes are doing less than what they want to because
- 20:34Speaker 4: of his direction and his outsized influence. He's a big
- 20:37Speaker 4: problem in this administration. He has been from the beginning.
- 20:41Speaker 4: But Nolme is a Senate-confirmed cabinet member. She should have
- 20:47Speaker 4: been independent. I believe that Mark Wayne will be independent.
- 20:50Speaker 4: I believe that Mark Wayne will be driven by data.
- 20:52Speaker 4: He'll leverage law enforcement resources, expertise, people like Tom Holman
- 20:56Speaker 4: to get things right. And if he doesn't, we'd hold
- 20:58Speaker 4: him accountable. But I have a lot of confidence in
- 21:00Speaker 4: my friend, and I'm looking forward to him getting this
- 21:03Speaker 4: department under control so that Republicans can seize an issue
- 21:06Speaker 4: that helped us get elected. Strong on the border, strong
- 21:10Speaker 4: on deportation, strong on the rule of law.
- 21:14Speaker 1: This guy's a total dork. He has no idea what
- 21:16Speaker 1: he's even talking about. Independent. It's like, it's crazy. Let
- 21:19Speaker 1: me just start with Stephen Miller. Stephen Miller is a patriot.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Stephen Miller is an America first energizing force inside of
- 21:27Speaker 1: the Trump administration. who's done a great job for the
- 21:30Speaker 1: president of the United States all the way from the
- 21:33Speaker 1: beginning of his first term in office through now. And
- 21:36Speaker 1: there he is. And what does Stephen want? Stephen wants
- 21:39Speaker 1: secure borders. Stephen wants illegals to leave. He wants to
- 21:43Speaker 1: deport them. And Thambalina wants them to stay. He said, oh,
- 21:47Speaker 1: it should be quality, not quantity. We should tap the
- 21:51Speaker 1: brakes on all these deportations. It's too much. He whines.
- 21:55Speaker 1: It's so crazy. So So that chick is angry about
- 21:59Speaker 1: Stephen Miller doing an effective job. And he was mad
- 22:03Speaker 1: that Kristi Noem was deporting people at scale. And so
- 22:07Speaker 1: he's calling on Mark Wayne Mullen to slam the brakes. Now,
- 22:10Speaker 1: if I'm Mark Wayne Mullen right now, I want to
- 22:12Speaker 1: establish as much distance as possible from Thambulina. Like the
- 22:15Speaker 1: last thing you want is that lady's support. Because it's just,
- 22:19Speaker 1: it tells people that you're weak, that you're not dedicated
- 22:23Speaker 1: to the mission, that you're not trying to restore the
- 22:25Speaker 1: integrity of the country. It's, Crystal clear. And then you
- 22:30Speaker 1: hear there, Tham said something about, oh, the DHS is
- 22:33Speaker 1: supposed to be independent of the White House. That's constitutionally illiterate.
- 22:38Speaker 1: The Article 2 of the United States Constitution establishes the
- 22:43Speaker 1: executive branch under the authority of the president of the
- 22:45Speaker 1: United States. The DHS secretary, whoever it is, works for
- 22:49Speaker 1: the president. They're not independent. If the president says this
- 22:53Speaker 1: is your mission now, that's their mission now. This person
- 22:58Speaker 1: who runs DHS is ultimately responsive to the will of
- 23:01Speaker 1: the voters because they work for the guy that we elected,
- 23:05Speaker 1: the president of the United States. That's the way this works.
- 23:08Speaker 1: They don't work for Thumbelina. So there's Thumb and his
- 23:13Speaker 1: kind of like desperate little tantrum on the way out
- 23:16Speaker 1: the door, attacking Stephen Miller and getting the Constitution completely wrong.
- 23:22Speaker 1: One more for you. This is and this is where
- 23:25Speaker 1: I'm concerned. Tillis says that Mark Wayne Mullen is going
- 23:28Speaker 1: to tap the brakes on deportations. Cut six. Watch.
- 23:32Speaker 4: Tell Stephen Miller to stay in his lanes and let
- 23:34Speaker 4: him leave the agency. I believe that Mark Wayne recognizes
- 23:38Speaker 4: that it's quality over quantity. We want to go after
- 23:41Speaker 4: the most dangerous people, the gang members, the drug traffickers,
- 23:44Speaker 4: the murderers, the rapists, the things that no one promised
- 23:47Speaker 4: that we would go after. And she simply didn't deliver.
- 23:51Speaker 1: Look, if Mark Wayne Mullen actually shares that sentiment with Tillis,
- 23:54Speaker 1: he's the wrong guy for the job. He'll be the
- 23:57Speaker 1: wrong guy for the job. I expect and I hope
- 23:59Speaker 1: Mark Wayne Mullen is going to distance himself from that
- 24:01Speaker 1: kind of insanity, which is like, oh, we shouldn't deport
- 24:03Speaker 1: too many people or, you know, DHS needs to be
- 24:06Speaker 1: independent of the White House. It's too much. And that's
- 24:10Speaker 1: not a good advocate for him going on national television
- 24:13Speaker 1: this weekend. We'll keep our eyes on that particular issue.
- 24:17Speaker 1: I really want the border mission to succeed. We just
- 24:20Speaker 1: have to restore order to the country. All right. More
- 24:23Speaker 1: in just a moment. We'll be joined by the great
- 24:25Speaker 1: Congressman Rick Crawford. We'll get an update from him on
- 24:28Speaker 1: what is happening in the war in Iran right now,
- 24:31Speaker 1: Operation Epic Fury, from his perspective as the chairman of

- 24:53Speaker 1: kind of wealth we'd be talking about right now if

- 27:03Speaker 1: We turn now to the congressman, the head of the
- 27:07Speaker 1: House Intel Committee, Rick Crawford, who joins us now after
- 27:11Speaker 1: what I'm assuming was a very busy weekend, keeping track
- 27:14Speaker 1: of what's going on in the Middle East. Congressman, good
- 27:16Speaker 1: to have you with us today, sir.
- 27:17Speaker 8: Yes, sir. Thank you.
- 27:20Speaker 1: What is the latest? What should we know about Operation
- 27:23Speaker 1: Epic Fury that you're learning, sir?
- 27:25Speaker 8: Well, I would start by just saying this.
- 27:28Speaker 2: This is maybe one of the most, if not the most,
- 27:30Speaker 2: transparent administrations, I think, certainly in my lifetime, as it
- 27:34Speaker 2: applies to keeping us informed, we the members of Congress.
- 27:38Speaker 2: I serve as chairman of the committee and In that position,
- 27:43Speaker 2: you're a member of what's called the Gang of Eight.
- 27:45Speaker 2: And just so people understand what the Gang of Eight is,
- 27:47Speaker 2: that's the chairman and ranking member of the House Permanent
- 27:50Speaker 2: Select Committee on Intelligence, the chairman and ranking member, or
- 27:53Speaker 2: what they call the vice chairman in the Senate Select
- 27:55Speaker 2: Committee on Intelligence, plus the leadership of both the House
- 28:01Speaker 2: and the Senate. That is the majority minority leader in
- 28:03Speaker 2: the Senate and the speaker and the minority leader in
- 28:06Speaker 2: the House.
- 28:06Speaker 8: That is the Gang of Eight.
- 28:08Speaker 2: They've been very, very forthcoming with all that information and
- 28:12Speaker 2: did a full briefing to both the House and Senate
- 28:16Speaker 2: last week. So we're being kept in the loop, so
- 28:21Speaker 2: to speak. And they do a really good job. Quite frankly,
- 28:26Speaker 2: I think Dan Cain, our Chairman of the Joint Chiefs,
- 28:29Speaker 2: Pete Hegseth, our Secretary of War, and Secretary Rubio have
- 28:34Speaker 2: done a fantastic job in presenting this information and keeping
- 28:37Speaker 2: close touch. with me and my colleagues. So that part
- 28:42Speaker 2: of it's been really, really good. You know, I think
- 28:46Speaker 2: that what we're seeing now, the precision of the U.S.
- 28:52Speaker 2: military is just unmatched.
- 28:54Speaker 8: It's fantastic to see.
- 28:56Speaker 2: We get this information, you know, the targeting packages, the
- 29:01Speaker 2: damage after action stuff. They're just doing a fantastic job.
- 29:06Speaker 2: I mean, this has gone much better than I think
- 29:08Speaker 2: folks may have anticipated. And I think the conditions on
- 29:13Speaker 2: the ground are such that I think the Iranian people
- 29:15Speaker 2: are going to be in a position to sort of
- 29:17Speaker 2: reclaim their country much quicker than what we may have anticipated.
- 29:21Speaker 1: So the administration says that this is ahead of schedule,
- 29:25Speaker 1: that this is going faster than anticipated. which sounds like
- 29:30Speaker 1: good news. It seems like one of the reasons they
- 29:33Speaker 1: are convinced of that is because the Iranians have fewer
- 29:36Speaker 1: and fewer munitions to fire each day, that there's been
- 29:39Speaker 1: a massive decline in the number of missiles that they've
- 29:41Speaker 1: been able to fire off. What's the data that you're
- 29:44Speaker 1: looking at that's giving you some optimism here?
- 29:46Speaker 2: Well, they had a pretty tremendous stockpile of munitions, number one.
- 29:51Speaker 2: Number two, their launch capability was also very good because
- 29:55Speaker 2: most of it was mobile and it was hard to
- 29:57Speaker 2: find So we went in there and were very successful
- 30:01Speaker 2: in identifying these targets, that is the launch sites. They
- 30:07Speaker 2: were basically overwhelming their targets with launches. But we've gone
- 30:11Speaker 2: in there in a very short span of time and
- 30:13Speaker 2: reduced their launch frequency by some estimates as much as 90%,
- 30:18Speaker 2: maybe even more than that. So we've greatly degraded their
- 30:21Speaker 2: ability to launch at the scale that they were launching initially.
- 30:26Speaker 2: So we're taking out the archers as opposed to the arrows.
- 30:29Speaker 8: That's really good.
- 30:30Speaker 2: Then going after their stockpiles and their production facilities to
- 30:34Speaker 2: make sure that they can't backfill and increase their magazine depth.
- 30:39Speaker 8: So all those.
- 30:40Speaker 2: Things have been part and parcel of what's taking place.
- 30:43Speaker 2: And it's been pretty masterfully done under this Secretary of
- 30:47Speaker 2: War and this Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and President Trump.
- 30:50Speaker 8: They're not playing around.
- 30:52Speaker 1: We've seen some impact on oil prices. So there's a
- 30:55Speaker 1: domestic feel to this. People should know by now that
- 30:58Speaker 1: when oil prices go up, you'll see prices at the
- 31:01Speaker 1: pump go up rapidly. There's what they call a rocket
- 31:04Speaker 1: and feather effect to gas prices. And as those oil
- 31:08Speaker 1: prices come down, the gas prices will come down much
- 31:10Speaker 1: more slowly. And it was over $ 100. It's been over
- 31:14Speaker 1: $ 100 a barrel going into the weekend as a result.
- 31:17Speaker 1: There's a lot of concern in the Strait of Hormuz
- 31:19Speaker 1: that there won't be enough free passage for these oil tankers.
- 31:24Speaker 1: Congressman Crawford, what do you know about this in terms
- 31:26Speaker 1: of the impact on oil and when can we see
- 31:29Speaker 1: some relief, do you think?
- 31:31Speaker 2: Well, so basically the Strait of Hormuz, as you probably know,
- 31:34Speaker 2: and you've probably got a pretty sophisticated audience that already
- 31:37Speaker 2: knows that about 20% of the global supply transits the
- 31:41Speaker 2: Strait of Hormuz.
- 31:42Speaker 8: What most people don't know.
- 31:44Speaker 2: Is about 90% of what the Chinese produce, I mean,
- 31:47Speaker 2: what the Iranians produce goes to China.
- 31:51Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
- 31:52Speaker 8: So it's a choke point, and there's no question about that.
- 31:55Speaker 2: What happened was early on, the Iranians actually struck one
- 32:00Speaker 2: of their own vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. This
- 32:02Speaker 2: was a sanctioned vessel, and they were willing to sacrifice
- 32:05Speaker 2: that to make a point.
- 32:06Speaker 8: And the point was this.
- 32:08Speaker 2: They wanted to shut down the Strait of Hormuz in
- 32:10Speaker 2: a non-military way. So they didn't go out and mine
- 32:13Speaker 2: the strait like they had done in the past. This
- 32:15Speaker 2: happened in 1988. and President Reagan followed up with some
- 32:19Speaker 2: strikes and some escorts and so on to reopen the Strait.
- 32:22Speaker 2: What they did was an actuary strike. What they did
- 32:25Speaker 2: was they struck their own vessel as a signal to
- 32:29Speaker 2: the rest of the world that you can't, it's not
- 32:31Speaker 2: safe to ship here. And so Lloyd's of London, the
- 32:34Speaker 2: primary insurer, says, basically, we're out. We're not going to
- 32:38Speaker 2: insure any shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. So that's
- 32:43Speaker 2: where we are right now. So the president of the
- 32:46Speaker 2: United States comes in and says, no, we're not going
- 32:47Speaker 2: to have that. So he's organizing insurance and escorts to
- 32:52Speaker 2: reopen the Strait. Now, there'll be a lag in getting
- 32:55Speaker 2: that cost per barrel down. In a perfect world, what
- 33:00Speaker 2: you'd probably like to see is that price per barrel
- 33:03Speaker 2: somewhere between $ 50 and $ 70. You need to make it
- 33:10Speaker 2: profitable for the oil companies to actually sell it, but
- 33:13Speaker 2: you need to make it affordable. for the consumers to
- 33:16Speaker 2: consume it. And so there's an equilibrium that you're trying
- 33:19Speaker 2: to strike. When we get up over $ 90 a barrel,
- 33:22Speaker 2: we start to get a little panicked here in the
- 33:24Speaker 2: United States. We don't like to pay that much at
- 33:26Speaker 2: the pump, and it's always going to be manifest at
- 33:28Speaker 2: the pump in the short term. I think we're probably
- 33:31Speaker 2: going to see this resolved with President Trump's position on
- 33:34Speaker 2: making sure that that transit is safe. There haven't been
- 33:37Speaker 2: any kinetic strikes as yet, other than the one on
- 33:40Speaker 2: that one ship that I mentioned. And by the way,
- 33:42Speaker 2: that was a sanctioned ship. So it It was an
- 33:46Speaker 2: easy sacrifice for them to make so that they could
- 33:48Speaker 2: make the point and get that actuary shut down.
- 33:51Speaker 1: You know, and by the way, this morning, according to AAA,
- 33:54Speaker 1: the national average gas price is up around $ 3. 48 per gallon.
- 33:58Speaker 1: By way of comparison, when Joe Biden was in office
- 34:02Speaker 1: in July of 22, it was $ 5. 07 a gallon. It
- 34:06Speaker 1: was a lot higher even than it is right now.
- 34:09Speaker 8: And the Strait of Hormuz was open at the time.
- 34:11Speaker 1: Yes, it was.
- 34:12Speaker 8: You know, that was his policy that drove that price increase.
- 34:15Speaker 1: It's worth keeping that context in mind. I know that
- 34:19Speaker 1: I'm seeing reports that the Trump administration is a little
- 34:21Speaker 1: bit perturbed by Israeli strikes in Tehran on oil depots.
- 34:27Speaker 1: There are oil depots around Tehran, and this weekend we
- 34:30Speaker 1: saw flames coming up from them as a result of
- 34:33Speaker 1: Israeli airstrikes. and reportedly there's some White House concern about
- 34:38Speaker 1: this because they don't want to see the people of
- 34:41Speaker 1: Tehran in any way affected. They're looking to take out
- 34:43Speaker 1: the regime, and they're not trying to target oil infrastructure.
- 34:47Speaker 1: What do you know about this, Congressman Crawford?
- 34:50Speaker 2: Well, I mean, I've seen the news on those strikes,
- 34:51Speaker 2: haven't been briefed on it, so everything that I've seen
- 34:54Speaker 2: is in the open source.
- 34:55Speaker 8: As most people would see. I have some concerns.
- 34:58Speaker 2: I mean, what we don't want to do is create
- 35:01Speaker 2: a supply and demand problem that I mean, okay, it's
- 35:06Speaker 2: fine to make it a little more difficult for the
- 35:08Speaker 2: Chinese to acquire Iranian oil.
- 35:10Speaker 8: That's okay. I don't necessarily have a problem with that.
- 35:12Speaker 2: But we also, to the point I think that the
- 35:15Speaker 2: president was making, look, we want to make sure that
- 35:17Speaker 2: the conditions on the ground are optimal for the Iranian
- 35:21Speaker 2: people to operate so that they can reclaim their country.
- 35:25Speaker 2: And if we are being indiscriminate in our targeting, that
- 35:28Speaker 2: could create a problem. And I think I'm not suggesting
- 35:31Speaker 2: that the Israelis are being indiscriminate in their targeting, but
- 35:34Speaker 2: they may be doing things that don't necessarily mesh with
- 35:38Speaker 2: President Trump's view. And so I'm sure they're having conversations
- 35:41Speaker 2: about that.
- 35:43Speaker 1: Congressman Rick Crawford, if you don't mind, can I ask
- 35:46Speaker 1: you two other intelligence-related topics, separate from Iran? One of
- 35:51Speaker 1: them is that I know 60 Minutes had a big
- 35:52Speaker 1: report on Havana syndrome this weekend, which is basically that
- 35:57Speaker 1: various members, various Americans, often in the CIA, suffered from
- 36:02Speaker 1: some sort of disruption to their minds and their bodies
- 36:05Speaker 1: that really hurt them. And they've struggled for years to
- 36:08Speaker 1: convince people that they were legitimately attacked by some sort
- 36:11Speaker 1: of unknown weapon. 60 Minutes is now convinced that this
- 36:15Speaker 1: is Russian technology that may be on the black market,
- 36:18Speaker 1: small devices that are generating some sort of energy that
- 36:21Speaker 1: has impacted American service members at a variety of levels.
- 36:26Speaker 1: What do you know about it, Congressman, and what should
- 36:28Speaker 1: be done about this?
- 36:29Speaker 8: Well, I know a lot about it.
- 36:31Speaker 2: We started an investigation in the House Permanent Select Committee
- 36:35Speaker 2: on Intelligence some three years ago, and I was in
- 36:38Speaker 2: charge of that investigation. And when I took over as
- 36:41Speaker 2: chairman of the committee, we continued that and are continuing
- 36:44Speaker 2: that investigation.
- 36:45Speaker 8: We put out an interim report in December of 24 and.
- 36:48Speaker 2: And basically what we were saying, we, excuse me, we
- 36:51Speaker 2: challenged the ICA that the Biden administration had produced, the
- 36:55Speaker 2: intelligence community assessment, basically saying that nothing to see here.
- 36:59Speaker 2: There is something to see here. Number one is the,
- 37:02Speaker 2: I think, the gross breach of trust from the Biden
- 37:07Speaker 2: administration in terms of breaking faith with the workforce. That
- 37:11Speaker 2: is not protecting those individuals that were downrange. deployed around
- 37:15Speaker 2: the world in various locations. I mean, you've seen some
- 37:18Speaker 2: of the history of these incidents documented around the world.
- 37:22Speaker 2: And I've talked to numerous of these folks that have
- 37:25Speaker 2: been targeted, and I've seen what they have become as
- 37:29Speaker 2: a result of these incidents. And for the Biden administration
- 37:33Speaker 2: to have essentially dismissed them as being crackpots or gold
- 37:39Speaker 2: bricks or any number of things that they might want to,
- 37:43Speaker 2: you know, attack, blame them for.
- 37:44Speaker 8: It's their issue. It wasn't anything that was legitimate. That's false.
- 37:49Speaker 2: These are legitimate concerns that these individuals had. They had,
- 37:52Speaker 2: you know, physiological symptoms presenting. And they, in many cases,
- 37:57Speaker 2: depending on the severity of the attacks, are in some
- 38:00Speaker 2: cases shells of their former selves.
- 38:02Speaker 8: And so I take this very, very seriously.
- 38:05Speaker 2: And so we started this investigation basically to determine essentially
- 38:11Speaker 2: the veracity of the claims, who's been hit, what are
- 38:14Speaker 2: the nature of these claims. And we uncovered a heck
- 38:16Speaker 2: of a lot more. And so now there's the ability,
- 38:18Speaker 2: is there a way to attribute? And we're still in
- 38:23Speaker 2: that discovery mode ourselves. We are, like I said, this
- 38:26Speaker 2: is an active investigation in our committee. And we have
- 38:29Speaker 2: two really good investigators. We've done transcribed interviews with, I mean,
- 38:36Speaker 2: probably 50 people, different members of the IC and other agencies,
- 38:41Speaker 2: not only CIA, which they were sort of disproportionately targeted
- 38:48Speaker 2: because of the nature of their work, but there were
- 38:49Speaker 2: also Department of War individuals, Department of State. In some cases,
- 38:54Speaker 2: there were some FBI agents. And so it wasn't limited
- 38:58Speaker 2: to just the CIA, but that was sort of the
- 39:02Speaker 2: disproportionate number.
- 39:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 39:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 39:04Speaker 1: And when you say that, aren't CIA agents, especially when
- 39:08Speaker 1: they're overseas, isn't the nature of their work supposed to
- 39:10Speaker 1: be secret, discreet? I mean, is it possible people became
- 39:14Speaker 1: aware of who they were and then started attacking them?
- 39:16Speaker 1: Is that how this happened?
- 39:17Speaker 7: Yes.
- 39:17Speaker 2: And I mean, multiple things can be true at the
- 39:19Speaker 2: same time. So number one, there are declared officers that
- 39:22Speaker 2: are there and our host nation knows that they're there
- 39:27Speaker 2: as intelligence officers.
- 39:29Speaker 8: That's number one.
- 39:29Speaker 2: Number two, there are individuals that serve in those capacities
- 39:33Speaker 2: that are undeclared or maybe under an official cover or whatever.
- 39:39Speaker 2: And it's possible that an adversary could identify them as
- 39:44Speaker 2: being an intelligence officer.
- 39:46Speaker 8: And so that's another question I mean, how did that happen?
- 39:49Speaker 7: Yes.
- 39:49Speaker 2: But in many cases, these were either declared officers or
- 39:53Speaker 2: in some cases, maybe support officers. Other cases, they might
- 39:57Speaker 2: have been State Department that weren't associated with the CIA.
- 40:01Speaker 2: And in other cases, it might have been Department of War.
- 40:03Speaker 2: You know, we have defense attache offices in our embassies.
- 40:07Speaker 8: Around the world.
- 40:08Speaker 7: Yes.
- 40:08Speaker 2: And then we have also legats, what we call illegal attaches,
- 40:11Speaker 2: which are FBI agents that are present in those companies.
- 40:13Speaker 1: And finally, on this topic, do you believe that it's
- 40:16Speaker 1: likely that it was a state actor, that Russia could
- 40:19Speaker 1: be responsible for these attacks?
- 40:21Speaker 2: Well, I'm not prepared to make attribution definitively here, but I.
- 40:26Speaker 8: Don't want to rule out.
- 40:27Speaker 2: Certainly, I would never rule out the possibility of an adversary,
- 40:32Speaker 2: possibly a state actor, having the capability of doing this.
- 40:35Speaker 2: And so those are things that are part of our
- 40:38Speaker 2: investigation and not being ruled out, certainly.
- 40:42Speaker 1: And finally, the other big intelligence question I have is
- 40:44Speaker 1: the president indicated recently that he wants everything on extraterrestrial
- 40:48Speaker 1: life or whatever might be going on declassified. Do you
- 40:53Speaker 1: have any awareness of what the president's talking about? Is
- 40:56Speaker 1: there anything that you think we could look forward to here?
- 40:58Speaker 2: Well, that one is above my pay grade. I haven't
- 41:02Speaker 2: seen anything like that. We actually did have a hearing.
- 41:05Speaker 2: It's probably been a couple of years ago in the
- 41:08Speaker 2: Intel Committee where we brought some of this stuff in
- 41:10Speaker 2: and looked at it. And nothing that was presented to
- 41:14Speaker 2: me rose to that level. But there are other committees
- 41:19Speaker 2: of jurisdiction that may have had other information presented to them.
- 41:23Speaker 2: And I wasn't privy to any of those proceedings, so
- 41:26Speaker 2: I couldn't comment on the nature of that. But nothing
- 41:28Speaker 2: that I've seen. But then the president also has, I mean,
- 41:31Speaker 2: he has higher clearance than I do.
- 41:32Speaker 8: So I don't know what he's seen.
- 41:34Speaker 2: But I will absolutely take direction and do what we
- 41:38Speaker 2: can to comply with his wishes.
- 41:41Speaker 4: All right.
- 41:42Speaker 1: Well, Congressman Rick Crawford, I'm really appreciative of the time
- 41:44Speaker 1: you've given us this morning. Thank you for sharing what
- 41:47Speaker 1: you can share and appreciate you. I hope you come
- 41:48Speaker 1: back sometime, sir.
- 41:49Speaker 8: Yes, sir. Thank you.
- 41:50Speaker 1: There is the chairman of the House Intel Committee, Congressman
- 41:54Speaker 1: Rick Crawford of Arkansas, the first congressional district there. Good
- 41:57Speaker 1: to have him with us this morning. Isn't that great?
- 41:59Speaker 1: That was a good series of disclosures and information. Good
- 42:03Speaker 1: to talk to him. And yeah, no, I'm very concerned
- 42:07Speaker 1: about these guys who were hit by these energy weapons.
- 42:10Speaker 1: It's so crazy that And then they suffered from these
- 42:15Speaker 1: basically paralyzing effects. In the reporting on this, you have
- 42:19Speaker 1: an entire table of people at a restaurant. As a
- 42:22Speaker 1: guy walks past them with a backpack on, the device
- 42:25Speaker 1: is apparently pretty small. Maybe it can be backpack contained,
- 42:30Speaker 1: according to the reporting. And the entire table collapses all
- 42:33Speaker 1: of a sudden with like paralyzing headaches and, and traumatic
- 42:37Speaker 1: effects to their bodies. Uh, something really big is going
- 42:40Speaker 1: on here and, uh, good to talk to Congressman Rick
- 42:42Speaker 1: Crawford to see if we can't get to the bottom
- 42:44Speaker 1: of this. Uh, too many of these guys have spent
- 42:47Speaker 1: way too long trying to convince people of something that
- 42:49Speaker 1: was real and then being treated like they were crazy, uh,
- 42:52Speaker 1: for having been impacted by this. Um, okay, let's see. I, uh,
- 42:57Speaker 1: we've got, we've got a lot of other things, uh,
- 42:59Speaker 1: to get to here. Um, One thing that happened this
- 43:02Speaker 1: weekend that we really need to get to is that
- 43:05Speaker 1: in New York City, there was a terror attack outside
- 43:10Speaker 1: of Gracie Mansion. That's where the mayor of the city lives.
- 43:14Speaker 1: That would be Zoran Mamdani now, the communist. And there
- 43:19Speaker 1: was a terror attack by two Muslim terrorists who were
- 43:25Speaker 1: throwing IEDs this weekend. The New York City Police Department
- 43:31Speaker 1: caught a couple of terrorists who were lighting and chucking
- 43:35Speaker 1: IEDs outside of Gracie Mansion this weekend during what Fox
- 43:41Speaker 1: News reported as dueling demonstrations, dueling demonstrations. There was an
- 43:46Speaker 1: initial protest called Stop the Islamic Takeover of New York City.
- 43:51Speaker 1: And then I guess what happened was a couple of
- 43:54Speaker 1: Muslim terrorists show up and they start throwing IEDs outside
- 43:58Speaker 1: of the building at the crowd. And that led to
- 44:03Speaker 1: this video. Take a look. Cut seven. The NYPD catching
- 44:07Speaker 1: the terrorists who were chucking the IEDs. Watch this. Guys,
- 44:12Speaker 1: we don't want you coming back. Go, get a circle,
- 44:13Speaker 1: get a circle.
- 44:14Speaker 7: Huff, huff, huff, huff.
- 44:15Speaker 2: Huff, huff, huff, huff. Huff, huff, huff, huff.
- 44:18Speaker 8: Huff, huff, huff, huff.
- 44:18Speaker 1: Huff, huff, huff, huff. Huff, huff, huff, huff. Huff, huff, huff, huff.
- 44:22Speaker 5: Huff, huff, huff, huff. Huff, huff, huff, huff. Huff, huff, huff, huff. Huff, huff, huff, huff.
- 44:26Speaker 1: Huff, huff, huff, huff. Huff, huff, huff, huff. Huff, huff, huff, huff. Huff, huff, huff, huff. Huff, huff, huff, huff.
- 44:33Speaker 2: Huff, huff, huff, huff.
- 44:41Speaker 1: So the terrorists here were screaming Allahu Akbar. Bill Malusion
- 44:45Speaker 1: had some reporting on this as well. He said, Allahu Akbar,
- 44:49Speaker 1: Allahu Akbar is what they were yelling. Per three federal
- 44:54Speaker 1: law enforcement sources, the two suspects arrested by the NYPD
- 44:57Speaker 1: for throwing an IED after yelling Allahu Akbar at the
- 45:01Speaker 1: protest in New York City are both believed to be U.S. citizens.
- 45:04Speaker 1: Amir Balat and Ibrahim Kayyumi are in custody. The NYPD
- 45:09Speaker 1: does confirm that it was a real IED. NBC reported
- 45:13Speaker 1: that one of the suspects made a reference to ISIS
- 45:16Speaker 1: while speaking to law enforcement, and the FBI is now
- 45:19Speaker 1: looking into all of this as potential terrorism. Yeah, no kidding.
- 45:23Speaker 1: He says, additionally, that he's told by federal law enforcement
- 45:26Speaker 1: sources that the New York City IED suspect, Amir Balat's parents,
- 45:30Speaker 1: are both from Turkey and were naturalized U.S. citizens in 2017,
- 45:35Speaker 1: while Ibrahim Kuyumi's parents are both from Afghanistan. The mom
- 45:39Speaker 1: was naturalized in 2009. The dad was naturalized in 2004.
- 45:43Speaker 1: I don't think our immigration system's working, ladies and gentlemen,
- 45:47Speaker 1: legal or otherwise. I don't think it's working if it's
- 45:49Speaker 1: producing terrorists like this. And you have terrorists screaming Allah
- 45:53Speaker 1: Akbar in the middle of the street, throwing IEDs. Yeah,
- 45:56Speaker 1: we've got problems, don't we? We really do. Now, here
- 46:01Speaker 1: is the New York City police chief, the police commissioner,
- 46:05Speaker 1: talking about what exactly went down this weekend. This was
- 46:08Speaker 1: in the very early hours as they were gathering information.
- 46:11Speaker 1: Take a listen. Cut eight.
- 46:13Speaker 5: At approximately 1238 p.m., a counter protester identified as Amir Balat,
- 46:20Speaker 5: an 18 year old man, lit and threw an ignited
- 46:24Speaker 5: device toward the protest area, landing in the crosswalk. of
- 46:29Speaker 5: East 87th Street and East End Avenue. Witnesses reported seeing
- 46:35Speaker 5: flames and smoke as it traveled through the air before
- 46:39Speaker 5: it struck a barrier and extinguished itself a few feet
- 46:43Speaker 5: from police officers. Mr. Balat then ran southbound on East
- 46:48Speaker 5: End Avenue toward 86th Street and gets a second device
- 46:52Speaker 5: from a man tentatively ID'd as Ibrahim Nick, 19 years old. Mr.
- 46:58Speaker 5: Balat lights the device and starts running with it. He
- 47:02Speaker 5: then drops the device on the west side of East
- 47:05Speaker 5: End Avenue between East 86th and East 87th Streets. Officers
- 47:11Speaker 5: immediately secured the area. and they took both men into custody.
- 47:15Speaker 5: This was all captured on NYPD Argus camera. The bomb
- 47:21Speaker 5: squad responded and examined the devices. Based on preliminary examination
- 47:26Speaker 5: and x-ray imaging, the devices, which were a bit smaller
- 47:30Speaker 5: than a football, appear to be a jar wrapped in
- 47:33Speaker 5: black tape, importantly, with nuts, bolts, and screws, along with
- 47:39Speaker 5: a hobby fuse that could be lit.
- 47:42Speaker 1: At this time, we do not know whether they told
- 47:45Speaker 1: us later on. I saw Paul Morrow, who's great. He's
- 47:49Speaker 1: over at Fox. He said that his sources are telling
- 47:52Speaker 1: him that there was an explosive component as well, so
- 47:56Speaker 1: that that fuse could have led to an explosion that
- 47:59Speaker 1: would have maimed and killed people if they were in
- 48:02Speaker 1: the vicinity of this bomb. They really were setting out
- 48:05Speaker 1: to murder these these terrorists were. just absolutely disgraceful. Also disgraceful,
- 48:11Speaker 1: the way Zoran Mamdani, the mayor of New York, reacted
- 48:15Speaker 1: to all of this. Listen, look at this. This is
- 48:19Speaker 1: Zoran's ex-post about what went down this weekend. He said, yesterday,
- 48:25Speaker 1: white supremacist Jake Lang organized a protest outside of Gracie
- 48:30Speaker 1: Mansion rooted in bigotry and racism. What is white supremacist?
- 48:37Speaker 1: What does white supremacy have to do with an Islamic
- 48:40Speaker 1: terror attack? He said, what followed was even more disturbing.
- 48:46Speaker 1: Violence at a protest is never acceptable. The attempt to
- 48:51Speaker 1: use an explosive device and hurt others is not only criminal,
- 48:54Speaker 1: it is reprehensible and the antithesis of who we are.
- 48:58Speaker 1: And then he thanks the NYPD. I'm sorry.
- 49:01Speaker 4: What?
- 49:02Speaker 1: Why is this post about white supremacy? What does that
- 49:06Speaker 1: have to do with Islamic terrorism? This is demented from
- 49:13Speaker 1: the mayor of New York City. Has New York City
- 49:17Speaker 1: ever experienced Islamic terrorism?
- 49:18Speaker 6: Yes.
- 49:19Speaker 4: Yes.
- 49:20Speaker 1: Is the answer. The most devastating Islamic terrorism in our
- 49:23Speaker 1: nation's history. Now the mayor of New York is making
- 49:26Speaker 1: excuses for it, covering it up, diminishing it. And he
- 49:32Speaker 1: wasn't the only one. He had like entire news outlets
- 49:36Speaker 1: dedicated to misleading about what the hell just happened in
- 49:39Speaker 1: their city. NBC New York this weekend, multiple arrests made
- 49:44Speaker 1: after suspicious devices were found outside of Gracie Mansion, home
- 49:49Speaker 1: of Mayor Zoran Mamdani, during anti-Islam rally and counter protest.
- 49:57Speaker 1: You see what NBC did? You see how demented this
- 50:00Speaker 1: framing is? They made it seem like the suspicious devices
- 50:04Speaker 1: were the result of an anti-Islam rally. It's the people
- 50:08Speaker 1: who were against the Muslims who were throwing bombs around.
- 50:12Speaker 1: That's the way NBC reports it. This is a malicious
- 50:19Speaker 1: recitation of the known details. That's the NBC coverage. So
- 50:25Speaker 1: that's NBC New York. These are the local outlets in
- 50:28Speaker 1: New York. If you're a New Yorker, how would you
- 50:29Speaker 1: even know what's going on? How about this one? Here's
- 50:34Speaker 1: the New York Times. This is the paper of record
- 50:37Speaker 1: for the city. It's supposed to be. Look at this,
- 50:40Speaker 1: New York Times headline, smoking jars of metal and fuses
- 50:45Speaker 1: thrown at protest near mayor's house. Six people were arrested
- 50:51Speaker 1: after anti-Islamic protesters led by the right-wing activist Jake Lang
- 50:58Speaker 1: clashed with counter-protesters near Gracie Mansion. You see clashed with
- 51:01Speaker 1: counter-protesters is kind of the smallest little clause of this sentence.
- 51:06Speaker 1: It was the anti-Islamic protesters led by the right-wing activists.
- 51:09Speaker 1: They threw, what is this, smoking jars of metal and fuses?
- 51:15Speaker 1: How about bombs? What? How much more information do you
- 51:22Speaker 1: need to be like, yeah, that's a bomb. That's an IED.
- 51:25Speaker 1: Hans Manke sharing this on X. Thank you to Hans
- 51:28Speaker 1: Manke for putting that up. He said, we've seen it
- 51:29Speaker 1: all now. What any honest person would call an IED.
- 51:32Speaker 1: The New York Times calls smoking jars of metal and fuses.
- 51:37Speaker 1: It's like, it's crazy. It's just crazy. And Ari Fleischer
- 51:45Speaker 1: put this well this weekend. He said, you know, what
- 51:47Speaker 1: we're witnessing right now is a species of, an ongoing
- 51:51Speaker 1: species of an expression of left-wing violence. You know, take
- 51:55Speaker 1: this in, don't underestimate what's going on in our country.
- 51:57Speaker 1: And IED was just used in New York City against
- 52:00Speaker 1: people who protested against Mamdani. against the people who are
- 52:03Speaker 1: protesting against Mamdani, an IED on the streets in America.
- 52:08Speaker 1: The left wing has a violence problem, Ari writes. It's
- 52:11Speaker 1: time for everybody to recognize it, confront it, arrest those
- 52:14Speaker 1: who engage in it, deport them and or put them
- 52:16Speaker 1: in prison for a very long time. Knowing how New
- 52:20Speaker 1: York City works, it won't be long until the two
- 52:22Speaker 1: leftists who did this will be back on the street.
- 52:27Speaker 1: God forbid. But Ari's right. The left's got a problem.
- 52:31Speaker 1: The left's got a big problem. They have an assassination
- 52:33Speaker 1: culture that dominates the American left. And they have, for
- 52:38Speaker 1: far too long, been getting away with it with little consequence.
- 52:41Speaker 1: You've got to impose consequences. You want to put a
- 52:43Speaker 1: stop to this? Impose serious and lasting consequences on anybody
- 52:48Speaker 1: who would even contemplate doing something this horrific. It's just
- 52:52Speaker 1: terrible stuff. An IED attack in New York City by
- 52:55Speaker 1: a couple of Muslim terrorists and the media is figuring
- 52:57Speaker 1: out ways to blame... white people and the right. That's
- 53:02Speaker 1: the typical dog and pony show. I've got more details
- 53:06Speaker 1: on all of it coming up today on The Vince Show.
