The Conspiracy Thrillers Shaped By 1970s America (G&R 388)

Green & Red: Podcasts for Scrappy Radicals · May 28, 2025 · 40m

In this latest installment of the G&R Arts and Culture series, we look at three films from the seventies that were shaped by America's growing cynicism and distrust of its governing institutions.

We look at The Parallax View, Three Days of the Condor and All the President's Men, and discuss the stories and how they effected and were effected by the sociopolitical shifts that were happening at the country in that time.
