A heartbreaking tragedy unfolded Friday, July 10th, in Ponchatoula, when a three-year-old boy, Jahcari Kash James, was found unresponsive in a parked car amid dangerously high temperatures. He later died at North Oaks Medical Center. Authorities believe Jahcari wandered into an unlocked vehicle nearby after leaving home.
