Speaker 1: All right, I got a couple of trailers for you
• 0:04
to watch. We get first one. It's a new TV
• 0:12
series coming December third on your Disney Plus Star Wars
• 0:19
Skeleton Crew. Watch this closely. What are you in for? Yes,
• 0:28
this is a Star Wars show. So these kids are
• 0:35
out out in the woods. Find this door is unacceptable?
• 0:40
Do you understand? They opened the door and it's a
• 0:50
spaceship buried under the ground. Don't touch anything, and they
• 1:01
accidentally hit warp drive. Oh that's wrong, wrong show. Sorry,
• 1:09
they get shot across the galaxy. Stay together. We just
• 1:12
takes some directions home. They get lost. Where'd you to
• 1:18
find an old Republic? Credit? And they got to find
• 1:22
their way home quickly. So it's the plot of Star
• 1:25
Trek Prodigy. I'm sorry, that's another shows confusing me. Now,
• 1:31
I need you to take the controls. And then they
• 1:32
stumble across Jude Law. Okay, and he's a pirate. He says,
• 1:37
I'll help you get home. Okay, thanks dude Law, which
• 1:40
is also the plot of Star Trek Prodigy. A crew
• 1:44
of coming. Sorry, Star Wars show. Something's wrong. They're not
• 1:51
going to just turn up. We need to find them.
• 1:55
We're not alone. Every movie tracks Pirates Ago, don't give
• 2:10
up no matter what. So here's the thing about this trailer.
• 2:15
Two things. First of all, it was kind of fun
• 2:16
to hear the Peter Shillings song done in a Star
• 2:21
Wars language. Have they ever done an actual song with
• 2:24
Star Wars stuff before? That? Felt? I don't think that
• 2:27
won't be in the show. Is just for that. I
• 2:28
think that's just for the trailer. But the other thing
• 2:31
is is that and I felt this when I was
• 2:34
watching it, I was like, is this the Goonies? Is
• 2:37
this an eighties kid adventure? And then I did some
• 2:42
research and that's what other writers are saying as well.
• 2:44
This is like an eighties kid movie. So it's pretty cool.
• 2:48
But the little Blue Elephant Man must be saved at
• 2:51
all costs. That's all I can say. But December third
• 2:54
for Disney Skeleton Crew. Yes, it's for kids, all right,
• 3:00
don't be that Star Wars. It's for kids, all right.
• 3:06
Another trailer that we've got. Now, this is not for kids.
• 3:10
This is for adults. Everybody loves Squid Game, right, Squid
• 3:14
Game season two? Get over or change at all? Now
• 3:22
this whole thing, I'll have to You'll have to watch it.
• 3:23
With subtitles. But the deal is is that our hero
• 3:28
from season one hun he has returned to the Death
• 3:35
Game tournament and he knows how to play the games. Okay,
• 3:40
you're not supposed So that whole sequence was you know,
• 3:55
the giant doll and it's red light, green light. He's
• 3:59
telling everybody, here's how you play this, trying to explain, yeah,
• 4:04
and this is freeze. Everybody freeze, and some some girl goes,
• 4:09
I feel something, what is that? And the guy next
• 4:11
to her says, there's a bee on you. Oh, and
• 4:14
she goes, eh, there's a bee on me, and then
• 4:17
she gets shot in the head. How So it's so
• 4:29
is he trying to beat the game. So he's trying
• 4:31
to get as many people to beat the games as possible,
• 4:34
and he figures if I tell everybody how to play
• 4:36
these games and the way we could get because it's
• 4:38
usually just one person. Again, so if he leads a
• 4:41
mass kind of you know, movement against the people, against
• 4:45
the headman who was returning as well, my guess is
• 4:47
they're not going to put up with that. I don't
• 4:49
think the headman will. They're going to change the rules
• 4:52
or something. So we got a squid Game Season two
• 4:55
on December twenty sixth, and then the third and final
• 4:58
season slated time next year. And there's an American spinoff
• 5:03
version that's coming as well on Netflix that takes place
• 5:07
in America in English, because these these squid games are
• 5:10
happening all over the planet. Oh so it's a completely
• 5:12
different story. Yeah, well it's it's the same organization of
• 5:17
rich people, right who are doing this right, but they
• 5:20
do it all over the planet. Okay, that's better because
• 5:22
my interpretation was they were just going to do an
• 5:24
English version of the first season. It's different characters, it's
• 5:28
it's it's in the universe, but it's you know, it's
• 5:31
its own thing. Let's see if you like that Godzilla
• 5:34
minus one, Toho smells the money and let's do it again.
• 5:40
And so they got the same director back, so if
• 5:42
you like that movie, that's coming. And then this is
• 5:44
my favorite story of the because there's I've been dealing
• 5:47
with fake news forever. Yeah, since before there was fake news,
• 5:51
because it started with geek stuff, geek fake news, and
• 5:54
that's these fan sites will put out fake stories just
• 5:57
to get clicks and attention. So that's that's how I've
• 6:00
learned about fake news with forty or they're hoping maybe
• 6:04
if we say this then it will actually happen. That's
• 6:06
exactly what. Well, it's more to get attention. But uh,
• 6:11
and I love that James Gunn who's directing the new
• 6:14
Superman movies at all those you know, DC projects. Yeah,
• 6:18
he's on social media and he will answer these things.
• 6:22
So here's what he had to say. A new rumor
• 6:25
that du A Lipa had signed a ten year contract
• 6:29
with DC Studios. Ten year contract. All right, okay, here's
• 6:36
here's what he replied. Ten year contract. Do they think
• 6:41
this is the nineteen thirties? I'm a Dualipa fan. But
• 6:46
now that doesn't mean she might not be in a movie.
• 6:51
She might, yeah, exactly, but not an ten year contract
• 6:54
  with DC
