- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. As the noise continues to pick up around
- 0:08Jeffrey Epstein and what Jeffrey Epstein was up to, I
- 0:11think it's important that we remember that there were real
- 0:14people who were abused here, real women, real survivors, not
- 0:18just names, and certainly not a hoax. So in this
- 0:22episode we're going to continue talking about the accusers who
- 0:25have come forward, and this time we're going to hear
- 0:28from Tila Davies. This article was published by CBS News
- 0:33and the headline photo shows Jeffrey Epstein with alleged teen victim.
- 0:37She did not realize he had a predatory plan for her,
- 0:41and there's no author here, so we're going to say
- 0:43CBS staff. A woman who says she suffered lasting damage
- 0:48from sexual abuse by Jeffrey Epstein when she was seventeen
- 0:51years old suit as a state. On Thursday, Tila Davies
- 0:55is joining other women who are speaking publicly about pain
- 0:58they have long confronted it largely alone. Davies, thirty four,
- 1:03joined the growing list of women who have sued the
- 1:05wealthy financier Pedophile, who died in August after he was
- 1:09found on a responsive in his jail cell and what
- 1:11a medical examiner labeled a suicide. A message seeking comment
- 1:16was left with a lawyer for Epstein's estate, and what
- 1:19you're gonna notice as we go through these different allegations
- 1:22is that a lot of these girls have basically the
- 1:25same story. And what's interesting about that is that these
- 1:28girls don't even know each other for the most part,
- 1:31So they all have the same story about the same man,
- 1:34about the same people, about the same operation. And of
- 1:37course that lends credibility to what they're saying. When you
- 1:40have a bunch of people with the same story and
- 1:42they don't know each other, very hard for them to
- 1:44get together and make it up. She filed her lawsuit
- 1:48in Manhattan Federal Court, where a magistrate judge on Thursday
- 1:51urged lawyers for the estate and victims to negotiate how
- 1:54victims can be compensated for injuries. Bennett Moskowitz, an attorney
- 1:59for the executors of Epstein's estate, said there is an
- 2:02extraordinary opportunity to avoid litigation and conserve judicial resources. What
- 2:08he meant by that was getting people to sign NDAs
- 2:11and then paying them peanuts. These girls got roughly a
- 2:14million dollars each. That's it. Meanwhile, the US Virgin Islands
- 2:19got over what two hundred million dollars two hundred and
- 2:22seventy when you add everything all up. But the survivors,
- 2:25the girls that actually got abused, Ah, we'll just give
- 2:28them a couple pennies and then make them sign NDAs,
- 2:31make them sign a contract that says they can't go
- 2:34after anybody who's ever been employed by Epstein? Now, how
- 2:37in the fuck is that okay? How is anybody okay
- 2:40with that? And the whole entire compensation fund was nothing
- 2:44more than a hustle. It was nothing more than a hustle.
- 2:48I mean, do I have to really point it out
- 2:50to you? If the US Virgin Islands gets more money
- 2:53than the people that are in the compensation fund, what
- 2:56does that tell you? Especially considering the allegations that were
- 2:59made against the USVII. The usvi I shouldn't have had anything,
- 3:03not a dollar, not one single cent. In fact, they
- 3:06should have been paying out a ton of money, but
- 3:09they weren't. Instead, there were stuff in their pockets as
- 3:12fast as they could. He said that a team of
- 3:14three would manage future claims, including Kenneth Feinberg, who oversaw
- 3:18the process for paying claims to victims of the nine
- 3:21to eleven terrorist attacks and the BP oil spill. Yeah,
- 3:26because that worked out so well for them, right, because
- 3:28everybody got so rich. It was a big joke. Then
- 3:32it's an even bigger joke now that we know some
- 3:34of the details and we know the payouts. Davies appeared
- 3:37at a news conference with attorney Gloria Alred, who read
- 3:40a statement from her client that described herself as a
- 3:43perfect victim for a predator who took advantage of vulnerable
- 3:47underage teenagers and young women. Alred showed an undated photo
- 3:51of Davies with Epstein and a helicopter that she said
- 3:54showed them flying over the US Virgin Islands. Under the
- 3:58photo was a captions because she did not yet realize
- 4:02he had a predatory plan for her. Well, yeah, that's
- 4:05how it always worked, right. Let me lure you in,
- 4:08get you into the web, and then from there I'll
- 4:11start to break you down piece by piece. And that's
- 4:14what we've seen time and time again when it comes
- 4:17to survivors who have come forward talking about what they
- 4:20suffered when they were with Epstein. All right, said our
- 4:23client had a difficult childhood that included being homeless for
- 4:26a year at the age eleven. And again, you're going
- 4:29to notice a lot of this as we keep going forward.
- 4:32This is what they do. These are the exact girls
- 4:35they were looking for to do this sort of disgusting shit. Too. Oh,
- 4:41a girl that doesn't have a father, perfect, a girl
- 4:43that might have run on too hard times. Great, Oh,
- 4:46this girl's mom's a drug addict. Even better, because to them,
- 4:49you your kids, like I've said before, you don't mean anything.
- 4:53To them. You're expendable. All you are is a piece
- 4:57to be moved, not a human being, not somebody with
- 5:00dreams or hopes, or anybody who loves them, or somebody
- 5:03who loves anybody else. You're just somebody to be used,
- 5:06another avenue of pleasure for the sick, degenerate fucks. According
- 5:11to the lawsuit, Davies was raped and sexually abused by Epstein,
- 5:15had his residences in New York, Paris, Florida, New York,
- 5:18and the US Virgin Islands. No investigation in New Mexico none.
- 5:24The state kicked it to the Feds, and the Feds
- 5:26didn't do shit. Not a goddang thing. Oh sure, they
- 5:30may pretend they were doing something, but Zoro Ranch never raided.
- 5:35Ask yourselves, how is that even possible? Now? Imagine if
- 5:38L Choppo had seven houses in America, do you think
- 5:42any of them would be left unrated? Look at Diddy?
- 5:45They raided all his houses, right, Why didn't they raid
- 5:48Jeffrey Epstein's new Mexico pad? Why'd they wait? Why didn't
- 5:52they raid all the houses simultaneously? You know, and like
- 5:56every other investigation that's ever happened. But I guess it's
- 5:59just an coincidence. Right. It took me a long time
- 6:04to break free from his mind control and abuse, Davy
- 6:06said in HER's statement, I still have flashbacks. It still hurts.
- 6:11She said. She was speaking publicly to set an example
- 6:13and inspire all victims of sexual abuse to conquer their
- 6:16fear and tell someone. And silence was certainly another tool
- 6:20that was used by Epstein and his associates. One of
- 6:24the biggest weapons they had was silence. Knowing that these
- 6:27girls weren't going to tell anybody, or hell, that they
- 6:30didn't have anybody to tell, was all part of it.
- 6:34The lawsuit, which seeks unspecified damages, said the abuse ended
- 6:38when Epstein sent her home for good after she told
- 6:41them she was suffering from bolimia. Couldn't have that right, Epstein,
- 6:46couldn't have anybody with any kind of issue like that.
- 6:48You gotta go, just like when you aged out. It
- 6:52was not the first time that Davies had appeared publicly.
- 6:55She also spoke along with other women at an August
- 6:58court hearing after Epstein's death. I'm still a victim because
- 7:02I am fearful for my daughters and everyone's daughters. I'm
- 7:06fearful for their future in this world where there are
- 7:09predators in power, a world where people can avoid justice
- 7:12if their pockets run deep enough, Davy said at a hearing.
- 7:16And still to this day, that's what's happening, still to
- 7:20this day. People with dough, people with power, people with
- 7:23prestige can do whatever they want. And then you'll have
- 7:27the President of the United States get up there and
- 7:29call you a weakling if you care that these people
- 7:32are getting away with it. And that's something I just
- 7:35can't abide by. If you thought for one second we
- 7:38were gonna sit here on this podcast and let that
- 7:41kind of bullshit occur, you have another thing coming and
- 7:44the main reason is because there's a lot of women
- 7:46out there, like Tila Davies, a lot of women that
- 7:49we still haven't heard from. And if it was my daughter,
- 7:52my sister, my friend, my mother, the last thing I
- 7:55would want is anybody to be moving on the Davy's
- 7:59lawsuit was fined today after another woman anonymously sued in
- 8:02Manhattan federal court against Epstein's estate, alleging that she was
- 8:07manipulated at age sixteen by Epstein to be completely independent
- 8:12on him before repeatedly is sexually assaulting her. Yeah, again,
- 8:17this is what he did. This was the moo. And look,
- 8:20I don't even have to tell you. As we go
- 8:22through these stories, you're going to see that emerge for yourself.
- 8:25You'll be able to put those pieces together because these
- 8:28women all tell basically the same story. The woman said
- 8:32in the lawsuit that she came to the United States
- 8:35as a young child with her parents from a war
- 8:37torn region of the world. The lawsuit said she was
- 8:40living in New York and enjoying success as a model
- 8:43with numerous spreads in major fashion magazines when she met
- 8:47Epstein in two thousand and four. The abuse over more
- 8:51than a year led her to quit modeling and feel humiliated, angry,
- 8:56and suicidal, the lawsuit said, And I can't even begin
- 8:59to imagine the damage that Epstein and John Luke Brunel
- 9:04did in places like Yugoslavia, places like Ukraine, places like
- 9:09Eastern Europe in general. We know that those scumbags were
- 9:13busy running a pipeline of girls from Eastern Europe through
- 9:17the modeling agency MC two, directly to Jeffrey Epstein and
- 9:21directly to the apartment building on East sixty six. And
- 9:26numerous girls have come forward talking about that, how they
- 9:29were put there in that building, They were told they
- 9:31were gonna have modeling careers, and then they were given
- 9:33to Jeffrey Epstein's buddies. Time and time again, we've heard
- 9:37that story and a lot of those women, a lot
- 9:40of those girls were from Eastern Europe. And of course
- 9:43that's another fold in the protection for Jeffrey Epstein in
- 9:46his operation. If the girls are in Eastern Europe, how
- 9:50could we ever get access to them to find out
- 9:52what happened? And that was all part of the plan
- 9:55to have these women, these girls in other countries where
- 9:58they could do whatever the fuck they wanted. They had
- 10:00that pipeline directly to America, to Europe and especially also
- 10:04to the Middle East. Nobody really talks about that, but
- 10:07there's no doubt that Jeffrey Epstein was locked in when
- 10:10it comes to the House Assaud, very close to the
- 10:13people in that family, especially MBS and also, like I
- 10:17said previously, with the Koshogis, So Jeffrey Epstein was committing
- 10:22these crimes on multiple continents. And I think that if
- 10:26we ever found out the true scope of what Epstein
- 10:29was up to, especially with Jean Luke Brunel, I think
- 10:33that it would be a very very eye opening experience
- 10:36for a lot of people because the operation that they
- 10:39were running caused massive pain and suffering for a very
- 10:43very large number of women and girls. CBS News does
- 10:48not identify the alleged victims of sex crimes unless they
- 10:51give their consent, which several Epstein accusers have done. And yeah, look,
- 10:56there's been a lot of women who have come forward
- 10:58and given their name, and there's other who haven't, some
- 11:01that filed under Jane Doe or Lisa Doe or other pseudonyms.
- 11:05And in this series where we're highlighting all of the
- 11:08voices of the survivors, you're gonna hear from all of them,
- 11:11So get your barf bags ready, because we're gonna be
- 11:14diving into the belly of the Epstein Beast. All of
- 11:19the information that goes with this episode can be found
- 11:22in the description box.
