- 0:00Speaker 1: From Hollywood to you. Thank you for listening to us.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Ryan Seacrest.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Seacrest.
- 0:04Speaker 3: On air, on air, on.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 0:09Speaker 3: It's 1 to 2.7, KSFM. Good morning. Here we go.
- 0:12Speaker 3: About to pay some bills, starting that at 6.10, going
- 0:15Speaker 3: all morning. Then a little bit later, before 7, I'll
- 0:19Speaker 3: tell you the cheapest time of the week to buy
- 0:21Speaker 3: your gas. Because Ronnie's out with free gas today in commerce.
- 0:25Speaker 3: But there is a cheapest time of the week to
- 0:27Speaker 3: buy your gas. Then this Ryan's roses, she caught her
- 0:31Speaker 3: husband in a compromising position and thought they worked past
- 0:36Speaker 3: it until a random Venmo transaction left her questioning everything.
- 0:41Speaker 3: So basically he's a teacher, a guitar teacher, and he
- 0:46Speaker 3: hooked up with a student. His wife found out. He said,
- 0:51Speaker 3: please forgive me.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Right.
- 0:53Speaker 3: She did. And then she saw a charge from, and
- 0:56Speaker 3: he said, I'll never see that student again.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Yeah, they went to couples counseling, all that.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Charge, a Venmo charge for her lesson again after all this.
- 1:05Speaker 4: It really boggles my mind that people still have public
- 1:08Speaker 4: Venmo accounts.
- 1:09Speaker 2: Yeah, that's weird. Like, make it private.
- 1:11Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:12Speaker 5: Well, I mean, not the point of this, but still.
- 1:15Speaker 3: 740 this morning. And passes to Miley at the Hollywood
- 1:20Speaker 3: Bowl every hour.
- 1:21Speaker 6: Kiss.
- 1:21Speaker 3: 102.7 Kiss FM. All right, Tanya is definitely one of
- 1:26Speaker 3: those people that loves a good read about relationships and
- 1:33Speaker 3: workbooks about relationships. How to Find the One was one
- 1:36Speaker 3: of the most popular. And now she's found another handbook workbook.
- 1:41Speaker 3: Is this a relationship workbook?
- 1:43Speaker 4: No.
- 1:44Speaker 2: This one's called The Artist's Way.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Oh, I know this one.
- 1:48Speaker 5: You do? Okay, I don't.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Tell me.
- 1:51Speaker 5: Okay, so it's 12 weeks.
- 1:53Speaker 3: No, I'm out.
- 1:54Speaker 5: No, no, no.
- 1:56Speaker 4: It's 12 weeks, one chapter a week. And the chapters
- 1:58Speaker 4: are small. It's not so much reading. However, every single
- 2:02Speaker 4: day when you wake up, you have to write three pages.
- 2:04Speaker 4: And it's just called brain dumping. And you have to
- 2:08Speaker 4: take yourself on a solo date once a week.
- 2:10Speaker 2: I know about brain dumping.
- 2:11Speaker 3: Tanya, we have work. responsibilities, not enough time in the day.
- 2:18Speaker 3: I'm setting my.
- 2:19Speaker 4: Alarm for 2 45 AM tomorrow to get these pages
- 2:22Speaker 4: done before I come into work.
- 2:23Speaker 5: So if I can do that, you can also do
- 2:25Speaker 5: this as well.
- 2:26Speaker 3: That's tragic.
- 2:27Speaker 2: By the way, I bought these books for my kids
- 2:29Speaker 2: to write them a letter on their birthday every year.
- 2:33Speaker 2: First of all, Civeas isn't even started. No, but the twins,
- 2:36Speaker 2: I stopped when they were three.
- 2:38Speaker 4: It's not about, you don't have to write like a book.
- 2:40Speaker 4: You just brain dump. Whatever your thing can be, to-do lists,
- 2:43Speaker 4: it can be what you dreamt about.
- 2:44Speaker 5: It can literally be anything, okay?
- 2:45Speaker 3: And what's the point?
- 2:46Speaker 5: The point of this book is to stop living.
- 2:49Speaker 4: It's like to unleash, if you're living and if you're
- 2:52Speaker 4: working from a place of fear or perfectionism, like you
- 2:55Speaker 4: don't start things because you don't want to fail. It's
- 2:58Speaker 4: supposed to kind of unlock this like creative thing artist
- 3:02Speaker 4: in you, if you will. It's not artist in the
- 3:05Speaker 4: technical term. It's supposed to bring out this creativity in
- 3:08Speaker 4: you that maybe has fell side of fear or other.
- 3:13Speaker 5: Things going on in your life.
- 3:15Speaker 2: I like the concept of it. I just don't want
- 3:16Speaker 2: to do the work.
- 3:17Speaker 3: I'm doing it.
- 3:19Speaker 4: I can hold you guys accountable because I'm also in it.
- 3:22Speaker 3: That's terrifying.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Did you do your workbook?
- 3:27Speaker 5: Did you do your morning pages? I don't know.
- 3:31Speaker 3: I have also a workbook right here. It's from the
- 3:35Speaker 3: School of Life franchise. The Couples Workbook.
- 3:40Speaker 5: Who are you coupling with? Who are you doing this with?
- 3:42Speaker 3: No, I have it in advance. I have it here.
- 3:45Speaker 5: Oh, you're ready when she comes.
- 3:47Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Nice.
- 3:48Speaker 5: I like that. It's called Manifestation.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Really?
- 3:51Speaker 3: Is that what it's called?
- 3:51Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 3:52Speaker 3: So it's got all kinds of things in here to
- 3:57Speaker 3: work on being a couple. The scale of ambition.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Does someone else have this book?
- 4:03Speaker 3: No, I just, someone recommended it.
- 4:05Speaker 5: Should I do that one too?
- 4:07Speaker 3: Well, I don't know. This is, this is, it's very interesting.
- 4:09Speaker 3: There's a lot of blank page. You got to write
- 4:11Speaker 3: in the modern understanding of love is dominated by a
- 4:15Speaker 3: quest for compatibility. Think back to your exes. In what
- 4:18Speaker 3: ways were you not really compatible? You write that down. Wow.
- 4:22Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 4:22Speaker 3: That ability is not the prediction of love. It's the
- 4:25Speaker 3: achievement of love.
- 4:27Speaker 2: I like the book. Aesthetically, it's nice to look at.
- 4:29Speaker 3: When you meet somebody and you want to make sure
- 4:31Speaker 3: it's going to work, you sit down and you say, okay,
- 4:34Speaker 3: in what significant ways are we compatible? What do we
- 4:37Speaker 3: argue about? In what significant ways are you and your
- 4:41Speaker 3: partner incompatible? What are the main topics you argue about?
- 4:45Speaker 3: So you put all this out there.
- 4:46Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 4:48Speaker 5: That feels like a good book to read before you
- 4:49Speaker 5: get married.
- 4:51Speaker 3: I think it's for when you do meet your person
- 4:54Speaker 3: or when you're like courting or whatever starting, then you
- 4:58Speaker 3: can kind of see how it's going to go. You'll
- 5:00Speaker 3: realize like, do you raise your voice?
- 5:04Speaker 4: So maybe you start that when you find a partner.
- 5:07Speaker 4: And right now you guys do the.
- 5:09Speaker 5: Artist way with me.
- 5:12Speaker 3: No, I'm going to do this one on my own.
- 5:14Speaker 2: I'm just really busy. It's a good one.
- 5:17Speaker 3: It's highly recommended.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:18Speaker 3: So there it is. Yeah, you do that. I'll do this.
- 5:21Speaker 6: We do we.
- 5:22Speaker 2: I need like book on tape.
- 5:23Speaker 6: Audible.
- 5:24Speaker 3: And that's not reading. You can't say you read the
- 5:26Speaker 3: book when you audible it.
- 5:27Speaker 2: Audible is like the only way I could actually digest
- 5:31Speaker 2: books these days.
- 5:33Speaker 3: You know what I want to do? I want to
- 5:34Speaker 3: give away Miley tickets next. Let's go.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Let's do it.
- 5:36Speaker 3: Who's a cat person around here? It's Kiss. Good morning.
- 5:39Speaker 3: Who's a cat person?
- 5:40Speaker 7: Me.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Ruby.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Yeah, that's right. You're a cat person.
- 5:44Speaker 2: I can be a cat person. I just don't have
- 5:46Speaker 2: a cat. I like cats.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Do you treat your cats like dogs, Ruby?
- 5:53Speaker 8: I am trying. Well, I'm just trying to.
- 5:56Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 5:57Speaker 8: I feel like I might get judged for this, but
- 5:58Speaker 8: I want him to. I want to take him on walks.
- 6:00Speaker 8: I want to take my cat on walks.
- 6:02Speaker 3: On a leash. Yes.
- 6:03Speaker 4: No.
- 6:04Speaker 8: I am leash training.
- 6:06Speaker 3: But do cats need that?
- 6:08Speaker 8: I feel like they want it.
- 6:09Speaker 7: I feel like they need to be treated like fairly
- 6:13Speaker 7: like dogs, too.
- 6:14Speaker 8: They deserve to be, you know, taken on walks.
- 6:17Speaker 3: That's the way you feel. What does the cat feel?
- 6:19Speaker 3: Because cats to me just sort of lurk.
- 6:21Speaker 8: He loves it.
- 6:23Speaker 7: He absolutely loves it. We started in our backyard. And
- 6:27Speaker 7: so we'll put his little vest thing on with his leash.
- 6:32Speaker 7: And he loves it. Initially, it was a little bit
- 6:33Speaker 7: of a shock. But I've seen people on TikTok, they
- 6:36Speaker 7: take their cats up for hikes.
- 6:38Speaker 5: Yeah, and people are also walking pigs around, too.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Yes, so cute. How many people are walking pigs around
- 6:44Speaker 3: on a hike?
- 6:45Speaker 4: Not a hike, but I've seen somebody walking a pig
- 6:47Speaker 4: down a main street of Los Angeles.
- 6:49Speaker 5: Yes.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Okay, well, you should go there.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Why are you angry about it?
- 6:52Speaker 8: Yes, why can't cats be walked, too?
- 6:56Speaker 3: I mean, I just don't know that cats, do the
- 6:58Speaker 3: cats want that? Dogs need that, they want that. I
- 7:01Speaker 3: don't know. I'm not a cat guy. So I don't
- 7:04Speaker 3: know if that's such a common thing.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Well, only Ruby knows her cat.
- 7:07Speaker 8: Yes, and it also made me sad.
- 7:08Speaker 7: I read something that said cats a lot of times
- 7:10Speaker 7: get this rap for being like, oh, they're so chill.
- 7:12Speaker 7: They don't need to be entertained. You don't need to
- 7:15Speaker 7: play with them. But yes, you also need to play
- 7:18Speaker 7: with them. You need to give them entertainment and make
- 7:21Speaker 7: sure that they are not just laying around all day.
- 7:25Speaker 3: I thought cats just want to do that.
- 7:28Speaker 5: Yeah, that's like the beauty of a cat.
- 7:30Speaker 1: No.
- 7:31Speaker 8: You need to also play with cats.
- 7:34Speaker 3: What is your entertainment? What do you perform for the cat?
- 7:36Speaker 1: Okay.
- 7:36Speaker 8: I have this little thing.
- 7:37Speaker 7: It's like a, it has a giant string on it.
- 7:40Speaker 8: And so I just like whip it back and forth,
- 7:42Speaker 8: like wing, wing, wing, wing, wing.
- 7:44Speaker 7: And so he, yo, yo, no, it's like, it has
- 7:46Speaker 7: a little toy at the end and he loves that.
- 7:49Speaker 7: And then funny enough, he loves hair ties. I was like,
- 7:53Speaker 7: if I bought him a whole pack of hair ties,
- 7:55Speaker 7: he goes bananas. Like I just like, kind of like
- 7:59Speaker 7: a slingshot yeah and then he like runs for it
- 8:02Speaker 7: and then we play.
- 8:03Speaker 3: Catch do if you're listening do you walk your cat
- 8:08Speaker 3: play catch with your cat is that something maybe it's
- 8:10Speaker 3: something we need to get out there what is your
- 8:11Speaker 3: cat's name ollie ollie yeah coming up next the cheapest
- 8:16Speaker 3: time of the week to buy gas cheapest time to
- 8:19Speaker 3: buy gas with high prices to save money monday morning
- 8:24Speaker 3: Prices are lower at the start of the week, and
- 8:26Speaker 3: if you pay with cash, you'll save about 10 cents
- 8:28Speaker 3: per gallon.
- 8:29Speaker 5: That's right now.
- 8:30Speaker 1: I know.
- 8:30Speaker 3: That's why I did it today.
- 8:31Speaker 5: So you're so smart.
- 8:33Speaker 3: Today's quote. What if the secret to a good life
- 8:37Speaker 3: is realizing how good it already is?
- 8:41Speaker 5: Perspective is everything.
- 8:43Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Enjoy the moment.
- 8:46Speaker 3: Good morning. Ronnie Henry, digital content manager, now turned guy
- 8:51Speaker 3: out at the gas stations. We're getting requests from different cities,
- 8:54Speaker 3: communities for Ronnie to show up to do the free gas.
- 8:56Speaker 3: Guy's out of Orlando, Florida originally. Went to Freedom High School.
- 9:01Speaker 3: 15 minutes away from Disney World. We hired him here
- 9:04Speaker 3: at iHeartRadio in Orlando. But it was his dream to
- 9:08Speaker 3: come to Kiss FM in LA. And he's out on
- 9:11Speaker 3: the streets living his dream. Good morning, Ronnie.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Good morning.
- 9:17Speaker 3: Commerce is so excited you are there today with free gas.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Go ahead.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Yes, this is a working city. I'm like, there's a
- 9:25Speaker 1: bunch of FedEx trucks and everything, but I see a car.
- 9:30Speaker 1: I think he's trying to figure out what side his
- 9:32Speaker 1: gas tank is on, so I have to wait just
- 9:34Speaker 1: a second so he can get out.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Okay, I've done that before.
- 9:40Speaker 1: You know the little arrow... The arrow tells you which
- 9:43Speaker 1: way to go. Oh, I didn't know that.
- 9:45Speaker 8: Yes, on your dash.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Oh, I didn't even see that.
- 9:47Speaker 2: When you see the little icon for the gas, the
- 9:50Speaker 2: arrow will point in the direction of the side of
- 9:53Speaker 2: the tank.
- 9:53Speaker 5: Yeah, I just learned this like a few years ago.
- 9:55Speaker 3: I didn't know that.
- 9:57Speaker 2: By the way, I know it and I still look
- 9:59Speaker 2: at it.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Every time I need to get it. get gas. We'd
- 10:00Speaker 1: love to pay for your gas today.
- 10:02Speaker 3: Really?
- 10:04Speaker 1: Yes, really. We have our car right here. I have
- 10:07Speaker 1: Ryan Seacrest on the phone. He wants to talk to you.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Here you go.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Hi, who's this?
- 10:14Speaker 1: This is Gus.
- 10:17Speaker 3: Hey, Gus, it's Ryan Seacrest with you on Kiss FM
- 10:20Speaker 3: this morning.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm doing fantastic. How about yourself?
- 10:24Speaker 3: Well, that's great. What are you up to this morning?
- 10:25Speaker 3: Where are you headed?
- 10:27Speaker 1: Well, actually, I have to take my mom to the doctor. Oh,
- 10:30Speaker 1: is she okay? And then we were going to do
- 10:32Speaker 1: some stuff around. But, yeah, I'm running low on gas,
- 10:37Speaker 1: so I told my mom I'm going to put a
- 10:38Speaker 1: couple bucks in there. Well, more than a couple bucks.
- 10:41Speaker 1: But these guys, they came out of nowhere, and they're like, yeah,
- 10:43Speaker 1: you know, let me help you out. So I was like, hey,
- 10:46Speaker 1: whatever helps. you know, it will be appreciated.
- 10:51Speaker 3: Well, you got it, buddy. We're going to fill up
- 10:52Speaker 3: that tank.
- 10:54Speaker 9: Okay.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Thank you. Thank you.
- 10:56Speaker 8: Thank you.
- 10:56Speaker 9: Thank you.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Very excited about it.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Well, thank you guys. What's your mom's name? Uh, Gracie,
- 11:03Speaker 3: Gracie and Gus.
- 11:05Speaker 1: All right.
- 11:05Speaker 3: Ronnie, we'll take care of you and help Gracie's feeling better.
- 11:08Speaker 3: And thank you for listening to kiss FM.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Thank you. Okay, buddy. Hello. Hi. Yes, his mom's in
- 11:18Speaker 1: the car. She's so sweet.
- 11:21Speaker 3: Yeah, Gracie there. Good idea to find Gus. He's definitely
- 11:25Speaker 3: in need of it. And Ronnie, we will find you
- 11:27Speaker 3: at another gas station later this morning on Commerce.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Yep, talk to you guys soon.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Okay, soon.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Bye. Bye.
- 11:35Speaker 3: Is this going to be the new way to find
- 11:37Speaker 3: your soulmate, your human? 102.7 KISS FM. Ryan's Rose is
- 11:42Speaker 3: coming up next. But Sisany was just saying to me, hey, Ryan,
- 11:46Speaker 3: I've got a great idea for you.
- 11:48Speaker 1: What?
- 11:49Speaker 3: There's this new dating app called Hooked IRL. And you
- 11:54Speaker 3: meet people on an airplane while you're trapped on a flight. What?
- 11:58Speaker 2: Well, they're pitching it to airplanes. So right now, it's
- 12:01Speaker 2: an active app that normally connects singles who are already
- 12:04Speaker 2: at the same event. So if you're in the same event,
- 12:07Speaker 2: you can see who else is single there and then
- 12:09Speaker 2: hopefully hook up. But they're pitching airlines like Delta, American, whatever,
- 12:13Speaker 2: to try to see if they would actually want this
- 12:17Speaker 2: app on their plane. And that's exactly what you would,
- 12:20Speaker 2: you'd figure out. Like if you're single, then you figure
- 12:23Speaker 2: out that so-and-so in row six B is also single.
- 12:26Speaker 2: And if it's a five hour flight from LA to
- 12:28Speaker 2: New York, like bada bing, bada boom.
- 12:31Speaker 3: Bada bing, bada boom. Now what happens if it doesn't connect?
- 12:35Speaker 3: Then you're trapped with that person.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Well, I mean, it's not like you're probably going to
- 12:39Speaker 2: be able to switch seats anyways, but at least you
- 12:41Speaker 2: just know they're single.
- 12:42Speaker 3: I mean, what person wouldn't let you swap seats if
- 12:45Speaker 3: you said, hey, IRL dating app hooked up with this person?
- 12:47Speaker 2: I might not.
- 12:49Speaker 6: Oh, wow.
- 12:49Speaker 2: I know. I'm like, I like my seat. I like
- 12:51Speaker 2: if I have a window.
- 12:53Speaker 6: I know.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Sorry, I probably won't.
- 12:54Speaker 3: This is people looking for love. You've already found it
- 12:56Speaker 3: and you just want a window?
- 12:57Speaker 2: This is my seat.
- 12:59Speaker 3: There she is.
- 13:00Speaker 5: You don't switch with people.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Probably not. Oh, my God. Listen, judge me all you want.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I do.
- 13:06Speaker 3: Actually, people who don't swap, I think they are not
- 13:09Speaker 3: great people.
- 13:10Speaker 2: I will swap if there's like a child or like
- 13:11Speaker 2: they need to be next to their mom.
- 13:13Speaker 3: What if they're with their family member?
- 13:15Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 13:15Speaker 3: That is so.
- 13:16Speaker 2: Not if I'm going to get a worse seat.
- 13:18Speaker 3: No. I can't believe you could actually say no to
- 13:21Speaker 3: their face.
- 13:21Speaker 9: I know.
- 13:22Speaker 3: I'm sure.
- 13:23Speaker 2: First of all, it's never happened. But second of all,
- 13:25Speaker 2: I probably wouldn't.
- 13:27Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Oh, my gosh. I'm such a horrible person.
- 13:30Speaker 3: That makes me think you have one horrible trait.
- 13:32Speaker 2: That I won't switch seats on an airplane?
- 13:35Speaker 5: I am honestly shook by that. Wow.
- 13:38Speaker 3: I can't say no. I would never say no. It's
- 13:41Speaker 3: awkward to say, I'm sorry. No, I want to be here.
- 13:43Speaker 6: Why?
- 13:46Speaker 4: Yeah, if you're traveling alone and this person's like, can
- 13:49Speaker 4: I please sit next to my wife?
- 13:51Speaker 5: That's different.
- 13:51Speaker 3: And you say no. No, it's not different. It's the
- 13:53Speaker 3: same thing.
- 13:53Speaker 1: It is different.
- 13:54Speaker 2: I probably would, but if it's a worse seat, I'd
- 13:56Speaker 2: be like, can you ask somebody else?
- 13:59Speaker 3: I would not want to fly on the same airplane
- 14:01Speaker 3: with you. You would frighten me. Okay, this is besides
- 14:04Speaker 3: the fact.
- 14:05Speaker 2: This is a hooked IRL app that they're trying to
- 14:07Speaker 2: figure out.
- 14:07Speaker 3: I don't care about that anymore. I want to know
- 14:09Speaker 3: about your rude behavior on airplanes. Coming up next, Ryan's
- 14:14Speaker 3: Roses and Miley tickets. 102.7 KISS FM. It's time for
- 14:20Speaker 3: Ryan's Roses. Here we go. So, this is a last
- 14:26Speaker 3: resort to try and find out what's going on in
- 14:29Speaker 3: your relationship to get peace of mind if you think
- 14:31Speaker 3: you're being cheated on. I caught my husband kissing one
- 14:36Speaker 3: of his guitar students.
- 14:38Speaker 1: What?
- 14:38Speaker 3: It's from Isabella. No, it's Adina. Good morning, Isabella.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Hi, good morning.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Explain what happened with the student.
- 14:49Speaker 6: Yeah, so my husband, he's a stay-at-home dad, and he
- 14:52Speaker 6: also teaches guitar lessons on our back porch. Well, about
- 14:57Speaker 6: six months ago, I got home, and they must not
- 15:01Speaker 6: have heard me because they were scared.
- 15:04Speaker 3: Kissing.
- 15:05Speaker 6: I thorned in there.
- 15:06Speaker 1: I told her to leave.
- 15:07Speaker 6: I just screamed at him. And that kind of started
- 15:12Speaker 6: our journey. He slept on the couch for a while.
- 15:15Speaker 6: We started couples counseling and we had lots of talks.
- 15:19Speaker 6: And honestly, I was feeling ready to kind of close
- 15:22Speaker 6: that chapter and just move on. But then I saw
- 15:25Speaker 6: she had Venmo'd him $ 70, which is his hourly rate.
- 15:28Speaker 6: So now I just.
- 15:33Speaker 6: I just need to know what's happening.
- 15:36Speaker 3: That's such a violation. I mean, it's like a violation
- 15:39Speaker 3: and violation, right? So inappropriate. Now, is this guitar student married?
- 15:47Speaker 6: No, I don't think so. She seems a lot younger
- 15:51Speaker 6: than my husband.
- 15:53Speaker 3: What's her name?
- 15:55Speaker 6: Her name's Delilah. Delilah.
- 15:59Speaker 3: So we will call your husband and see if we
- 16:01Speaker 3: can find out next at Kiss FM.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Hang on.
- 16:03Speaker 3: Check this out, Ryan's Roses. So she thinks that her
- 16:07Speaker 3: husband is having an affair. Isabella?
- 16:11Speaker 1: Yes.
- 16:13Speaker 3: Caught her husband kissing one of his guitar students. He
- 16:16Speaker 3: promised he would never see her again, but just found
- 16:19Speaker 3: a Venmo from her for $ 70, meaning she had another lesson,
- 16:24Speaker 3: I guess. So when you addressed it with him, did
- 16:28Speaker 3: you say, I forgive you?
- 16:31Speaker 6: I mean, it's obviously we've had to go through a
- 16:34Speaker 6: lot through this process. So I'm trying to like, let
- 16:36Speaker 6: it go and like kind of close that chapter. Ultimately
- 16:40Speaker 6: I am trying to move on, but you know, seeing
- 16:45Speaker 6: something like this, it makes me feel like I can't,
- 16:49Speaker 6: I feel like there's something still going on.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 16:52Speaker 3: It makes sense. I mean, it would, I would lose
- 16:54Speaker 3: sleep over it too. So we're going to call him.
- 16:56Speaker 3: I need you to say, Ryan, you have my permission
- 16:58Speaker 3: to call. And then his name. Go ahead.
- 17:02Speaker 6: Yeah, Ryan, you have my permission to call.
- 17:06Speaker 3: And the student's name is Delilah?
- 17:09Speaker 6: Yes.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Okay. Be very quiet. Tiffany's going to offer him roses.
- 17:13Speaker 3: Let's find out who he's thinking about for romantic roses
- 17:16Speaker 3: for free. Here we go.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Hello?
- 17:28Speaker 3: Hello?
- 17:29Speaker 2: Hi, can I speak to Joel, please?
- 17:33Speaker 6: Yes.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Hi, my name is Olivia. How are you doing this morning?
- 17:37Speaker 1: Yeah, fine. Great.
- 17:39Speaker 2: I'm calling from Liv's Blooms. Actually, we're just a small
- 17:41Speaker 2: flower business and we deliver here locally in surrounding areas.
- 17:45Speaker 2: And we're offering a free promotion today. It's a free
- 17:49Speaker 2: dozen red roses that you can send to anybody that
- 17:51Speaker 2: you'd like.
- 17:54Speaker 3: Really?
- 17:54Speaker 2: Yeah, they're free. I don't need... Anything from you? I
- 17:57Speaker 2: don't need cash, credit card. It's not a subscription. You're
- 17:59Speaker 2: not signing up for anything. Just promoting our business.
- 18:03Speaker 1: No, I'm okay.
- 18:07Speaker 9: I don't need your words.
- 18:08Speaker 2: Isn't there anybody in your life? You can send them
- 18:10Speaker 2: to anybody that you want. We could be off the
- 18:13Speaker 2: phone in less than a minute. I just need the
- 18:15Speaker 2: name of the person and a note. They're free.
- 18:20Speaker 1: I mean, I guess. Great.
- 18:21Speaker 2: What's their name?
- 18:24Speaker 1: My wife, Isabella.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Your wife, Isabella.
- 18:26Speaker 5: Okay, wonderful.
- 18:27Speaker 2: What do you want to put on the card for her?
- 18:30Speaker 9: Make it.
- 18:34Speaker 10: For two, Isabella, Max, and Mia, and then put love, dad.
- 18:40Speaker 2: Okay, that's sweet. Max and Mia, love, dad.
- 18:44Speaker 3: That is very thoughtful, may I add. Your voice is
- 18:48Speaker 3: being broadcast on the radio. Joel, my name is Ryan.
- 18:51Speaker 3: I've got Cicely and Tanya with me right now. And
- 18:53Speaker 3: your wife, Isabella, getting the flowers on the other line. So,
- 18:58Speaker 3: why are we here?
- 19:00Speaker 1: Seriously?
- 19:03Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.
- 19:04Speaker 3: The reason we are here, let me just go back
- 19:08Speaker 3: and verify some facts here. You teach guitar lessons?
- 19:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I do.
- 19:16Speaker 3: And you taught a student a while back, and you
- 19:22Speaker 3: ended up crossing the line a little bit physically with
- 19:25Speaker 3: that student. Is that true?
- 19:28Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, no. We got past all that, but
- 19:33Speaker 1: we're good now.
- 19:35Speaker 3: I'm not asking for that. I'm just asking, was that true?
- 19:38Speaker 3: Did you kiss your student?
- 19:41Speaker 1: Yeah, man. Yeah, it's true.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Were you married at the time when you kissed the student?
- 19:46Speaker 1: Yes, bro. Jeez, man.
- 19:48Speaker 3: Yeah. And just a fact... then did you commit to
- 19:51Speaker 3: your wife that that would never happen again?
- 19:53Speaker 1: Yes, I did.
- 19:56Speaker 3: And did that happen again?
- 19:57Speaker 6: No.
- 20:00Speaker 3: Did you say to your wife, you will not see
- 20:02Speaker 3: that student again?
- 20:05Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 20:06Speaker 3: How much do you charge for a guitar lesson?
- 20:09Speaker 1: It depends, man. What's this about?
- 20:12Speaker 3: What would you charge Delilah for a guitar lesson?
- 20:20Speaker 1: $ 70.
- 20:20Speaker 3: Okay. So we have some information here looking at your
- 20:27Speaker 3: Venmo that you did see her again because there was
- 20:31Speaker 3: a $ 70 contribution and.
- 20:35Speaker 10: Yes for a guitar lesson man for a guitar i'm
- 20:38Speaker 10: a guitar teacher.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Yeah i understand that joe but did you say to
- 20:44Speaker 3: your wife you would never see this student again after
- 20:47Speaker 3: you kissed her and then you did see her again joe.
- 20:50Speaker 9: I don't pass it.
- 20:53Speaker 6: So you started seeing her.
- 20:55Speaker 10: Again yeah babe baby babe Baby, will you tell this
- 21:00Speaker 10: guy that we are good? Like, we had a rough patch,
- 21:04Speaker 10: but we got through it.
- 21:07Speaker 6: But why are you seeing her again?
- 21:09Speaker 9: I'm teaching her guitar.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Baby, baby, I need clients. First of all, you don't.
- 21:17Speaker 6: And second of all, you promised not to see her.
- 21:19Speaker 3: There you go, Isabella.
- 21:22Speaker 10: No, I know, I know, I know, but it was
- 21:24Speaker 10: before we worked everything out. Baby, come on, I said, baby,
- 21:28Speaker 10: I said I'd have another kid!
- 21:30Speaker 9: Okay, that is not, you just can't do whatever you want.
- 21:37Speaker 1: What do you mean? Baby, I said we could have
- 21:40Speaker 1: another kid!
- 21:45Speaker 2: That is not a reason to have a kid. What
- 21:47Speaker 2: do you mean have another kid?
- 21:48Speaker 10: She said that if I agreed to have another kid,
- 21:51Speaker 10: that we could close this chapter and move on. And
- 21:55Speaker 10: I thought that we moved on.
- 21:57Speaker 3: No, but you did move on because you had the
- 21:59Speaker 3: same woman back to teach her a guitar lesson.
- 22:01Speaker 2: You went back to Delilah.
- 22:03Speaker 6: You still aren't allowed to teach Delilah anymore.
- 22:07Speaker 10: I swear, baby, I'm just teaching her guitar.
- 22:09Speaker 3: Too bad. Joel, you don't have a lot of credibility.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Because you cheated. Then you promised you wouldn't see her again.
- 22:19Speaker 3: Then you saw her again. Now you're yelling at everybody.
- 22:22Speaker 3: I don't like it, Joel.
- 22:24Speaker 2: And you're lying to your wife.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Look, I'm sorry I'm yelling. I'm sorry I'm yelling, sir.
- 22:29Speaker 1: I'm sorry I'm yelling on the radio. I kissed Delilah
- 22:32Speaker 1: one time. That happened. And it was stupid. It was
- 22:36Speaker 1: an accident. I'm sorry, but we'll move through it.
- 22:41Speaker 3: No, you didn't because you're here and you haven't moved
- 22:44Speaker 3: through it. And you saw her again. So Isabella, we
- 22:49Speaker 3: are going to let you go. You have all the
- 22:51Speaker 3: information you need. Your husband is a liar. He's doing
- 22:55Speaker 3: this behind your back. And somehow he thinks by having
- 22:57Speaker 3: another baby makes it fine for him to go keep
- 23:00Speaker 3: seeing this girl he's made out with.
- 23:01Speaker 1: I don't like it.
- 23:02Speaker 3: Yeah. Over to you. And thank you for reaching out, Isabella.
- 23:06Speaker 5: Good luck.
- 23:07Speaker 9: Thank you.
- 23:10Speaker 3: It's Ryan's Rose kiss.
- 23:11Speaker 1: FM on air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 23:17Speaker 3: Ronnie Henry is our guy out there giving away free gas,
- 23:21Speaker 3: doing a great job. And I think he's having some
- 23:24Speaker 3: fun too. People have fun meeting him. I love Ronnie
- 23:27Speaker 3: because at the beginning, he didn't tell people that that
- 23:30Speaker 3: kiss vehicle that is all logoed up is the vehicle
- 23:34Speaker 3: he's in to just like, legitimize the fact he's really
- 23:38Speaker 3: running from Kiss FM. So now in his preamble, he's like,
- 23:41Speaker 3: I'm running for Kiss FM. That's our car over there
- 23:43Speaker 3: with the logo on it's Kiss FM. You want to
- 23:44Speaker 3: talk to Ryan Seacrest?
- 23:45Speaker 1: Here he is. Yeah.
- 23:46Speaker 5: He has to get it in fast.
- 23:48Speaker 1: You have to get it in fast because if people just,
- 23:51Speaker 1: if I'm like running up to people, they're going to
- 23:52Speaker 1: be like, oh, are you asking for money? Like, what
- 23:54Speaker 1: are you doing in my face? So I'm like trying
- 23:56Speaker 1: to ramble so fast. So they know I'm trying to
- 23:59Speaker 1: give them something for free.
- 24:00Speaker 3: Work your magic. Let's go.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Okay, I see this girl. She's just getting out of
- 24:04Speaker 1: her car. She looks so fierce and fab. So let's
- 24:08Speaker 1: see if she... Hi, good morning. I'm Ronnie with Kiss FM.
- 24:12Speaker 1: You see our vehicles right over here. I have Ryan
- 24:14Speaker 1: Seacrest on the phone, and we'd love to fill up
- 24:16Speaker 1: your gas tank this morning. Okay, here, he wants to
- 24:18Speaker 1: talk to you.
- 24:19Speaker 11: Yeah. Should I put on speaker?
- 24:22Speaker 1: Okay, hi.
- 24:23Speaker 4: Hi.
- 24:24Speaker 3: What's your name?
- 24:25Speaker 11: I'm Ava.
- 24:27Speaker 3: Ava, I'm Ryan Seacrest. Nice to meet you.
- 24:30Speaker 11: So nice to meet you.
- 24:32Speaker 3: So what are you up to, Eva?
- 24:35Speaker 1: Nothing much.
- 24:36Speaker 11: I'm just filling up my tank in L.A. after dropping
- 24:40Speaker 11: off my passport to get my visa to go to China.
- 24:43Speaker 3: Oh, wow. What's taking you to China?
- 24:47Speaker 11: My friend lives there, so I'm just going to go visit.
- 24:49Speaker 2: That's nice.
- 24:50Speaker 3: Check that out. Now, Ronnie described you, Eva, as fierce
- 24:55Speaker 3: and femme. What did he mean by that?
- 24:58Speaker 11: Fierce and femme. I mean, I'm in like an active
- 25:00Speaker 11: wear set right now. I have glasses on. I'm like
- 25:04Speaker 11: wearing all black. So maybe that's it.
- 25:07Speaker 1: It must be.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Yeah, it must be.
- 25:09Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 25:09Speaker 1: All right.
- 25:10Speaker 3: So here's what we're doing. Basically, we're just surprising people
- 25:14Speaker 3: and paying for their gas since it's so expensive. So
- 25:16Speaker 3: you're the one.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Oh, my gosh.
- 25:18Speaker 11: That's so sweet.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Thank you guys so much.
- 25:21Speaker 3: It's a pleasure. Are you going to work out? Is
- 25:23Speaker 3: that where you're going?
- 25:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm going to go home.
- 25:26Speaker 11: I live in Orange County, so it's kind of far
- 25:28Speaker 11: from me.
- 25:29Speaker 1: And then I'm going to go to the gym.
- 25:31Speaker 3: Okay, great. What a day. And then you're going to
- 25:33Speaker 3: go on a 15-hour flight to Beijing?
- 25:36Speaker 11: Actually, Shanghai.
- 25:37Speaker 3: 14 and a half?
- 25:39Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 25:43Speaker 1: All right.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Enjoy the free gas. Enjoy your trip. Thank you so
- 25:46Speaker 3: much for letting us do it. And thank you for listening.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Thank you so much.
- 25:49Speaker 11: That's so sweet of you.
- 25:51Speaker 3: Pleasure.
- 25:52Speaker 11: Have a good one.
- 25:53Speaker 3: You too.
- 25:57Speaker 1: Oh, no problem, girly. Okay. Hey, you guys.
- 26:00Speaker 3: Hey, Fierce and Femme and Ronnie.
- 26:03Speaker 8: Right.
- 26:05Speaker 1: What's up, girly? No, she is so fab. Like, she
- 26:08Speaker 1: isn't like a black active wear set. Like, she looks
- 26:10Speaker 1: like she was going to take on the world. Oh, great.
- 26:13Speaker 3: Is that what Femme means? I just was.
- 26:16Speaker 1: No, I was saying Fierce and Fab, like fabulous.
- 26:18Speaker 2: Fierce and Fab.
- 26:19Speaker 3: Oh, I thought he said Fierce and Femme.
- 26:22Speaker 1: Well, she's, like, feminine, too. Yeah. Like, fierce and fab.
- 26:27Speaker 3: All right. Well, you, fierce, fab, and everybody, fill up
- 26:30Speaker 3: the tank. Send her on her way. And thank you.
- 26:33Speaker 3: Great job again, Ronnie and Connor. Yeah.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 26:39Speaker 3: Bye.
- 26:40Speaker 1: Bye. Bye, Alex.
- 26:43Speaker 3: Behind the scenes of what's happening there is fascinating to
- 26:45Speaker 3: me when Ronnie does all that. I'm trying to report Tanya.
- 26:49Speaker 3: So Justin Herbert was just in here. with Madison Beer
- 26:53Speaker 3: in our studio. He was in the back room watching
- 26:57Speaker 3: in awe because he's in love. Madison Beer, the couple, right?
- 27:02Speaker 1: The relationship.
- 27:03Speaker 3: Now, Tanya, what's your story about these two?
- 27:05Speaker 4: So Madison Beer, and like you said, Chargers quarterback, Justin Herbert,
- 27:08Speaker 4: they got engaged this summer. And now Madison is revealing
- 27:11Speaker 4: the sweet reason behind the date that he picked. So
- 27:14Speaker 4: he proposed on July 26th. And it wasn't just like
- 27:17Speaker 4: a random day that worked in the calendar for them.
- 27:21Speaker 4: she said on a Twitch live stream that it was
- 27:24Speaker 4: their one-year anniversary of making it official. So she said,
- 27:27Speaker 4: last July 26th, he asked me to be his girlfriend.
- 27:31Speaker 4: And this one, he asked me to be his wife.
- 27:34Speaker 4: And she even pointed out that they were together before that.
- 27:37Speaker 4: But July 26th was like the day that he asked
- 27:39Speaker 4: her to be his girlfriend.
- 27:39Speaker 3: So it was a day that.
- 27:40Speaker 5: Became official, official.
- 27:42Speaker 4: And then he asked her to be his fiance the
- 27:45Speaker 4: same day, a year apart. So I love when guys...
- 27:49Speaker 4: remember dates like this because it is it's a lot
- 27:52Speaker 4: of dates there's the day that you met there's the
- 27:53Speaker 4: day that you became official there's the day that you
- 27:55Speaker 4: get engaged there's days you get married like there are
- 27:58Speaker 4: a lot of dates and the fact that justin herbert
- 28:01Speaker 4: knew that date and wanted to propose on that date
- 28:04Speaker 4: makes me love him even more i.
- 28:06Speaker 3: Gotta think he's a notes guy for sure when you
- 28:10Speaker 3: first meet somebody when i meet somebody that night after
- 28:13Speaker 3: i go right into notes and And remember, write down
- 28:16Speaker 3: all the little things that were discussed, talked about the likes, dislikes,
- 28:20Speaker 3: the favorite desserts, all that kind of stuff. And then
- 28:23Speaker 3: I have the date. So I think I could do that.
- 28:26Speaker 4: I know it's so, I love a notes page because
- 28:29Speaker 4: it's like so fun to me. I have my notes
- 28:30Speaker 4: page on Robbie still. And I like look back on things.
- 28:33Speaker 4: Like I would write like his favorite candy is like
- 28:36Speaker 4: Reese's pieces.
- 28:37Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
- 28:37Speaker 5: Like all these like silly little.
- 28:39Speaker 3: That's the best stuff. Because when you remember later, And
- 28:42Speaker 3: Reese's Pieces just show up at his work.
- 28:46Speaker 2: Right.
- 28:46Speaker 3: Shouldn't you just.
- 28:47Speaker 2: Remember, though?
- 28:48Speaker 3: No, you can't. It makes me.
- 28:49Speaker 2: Feel like you're not present in the moment because you
- 28:52Speaker 2: have to write down notes.
- 28:53Speaker 5: You don't do it during the date. You do it
- 28:54Speaker 5: after the movie.
- 28:56Speaker 2: If you care enough, you just remember.
- 28:58Speaker 1: No.
- 28:59Speaker 3: It's too hard.
- 29:00Speaker 5: It's too hard.
- 29:01Speaker 1: You see?
- 29:02Speaker 2: That's too hard.
- 29:03Speaker 4: I have every single date 1 to 30 in what
- 29:06Speaker 4: we did.
- 29:06Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 29:07Speaker 3: But see, Sisney, I don't think you can remember all
- 29:10Speaker 3: the nuanced details of the date. You just can't. And
- 29:14Speaker 3: when you do the notes and then you surprise with
- 29:17Speaker 3: something really specific, it's so romantic.
- 29:19Speaker 2: I'm just saying it worked out for me not having
- 29:22Speaker 2: any notes pages and Michael never had any notes.
- 29:24Speaker 3: Pages on me. Yeah, but it's more exciting the.
- 29:26Speaker 5: Way we're doing it. Yeah, and like how cute.
- 29:27Speaker 4: I have like how to say his mom's name. Obviously,
- 29:31Speaker 4: I know how to say it, but you don't even
- 29:32Speaker 4: like you spell it out. It's like all these little
- 29:34Speaker 4: things that you... that are so important I guess it's
- 29:36Speaker 4: a cute memory to look back on for sure it's
- 29:39Speaker 4: so cute.
- 29:40Speaker 3: Alright good morning in Valley Village Tara how are you?
- 29:44Speaker 9: I'm good how are you?
- 29:47Speaker 3: Great are you calling for some boyfriend advice?
- 29:50Speaker 9: I am it's a little boyfriend Halloween advice.
- 29:56Speaker 3: Okay you know what I specialize in?
- 29:57Speaker 5: What?
- 29:59Speaker 9: Boyfriends Oh, perfect.
- 30:01Speaker 3: I've done a lot of boyfriends. Yeah, well, I've done
- 30:04Speaker 3: a lot of boyfriends. Advice for boyfriends.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Okay, I was like, where are we going with this?
- 30:09Speaker 3: Sorry, advice for girls for boyfriends.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Gotcha.
- 30:11Speaker 3: Because I've been a boyfriend.
- 30:13Speaker 5: Yes, you have.
- 30:14Speaker 6: A good one.
- 30:15Speaker 3: Oh, thank you. How do you know?
- 30:17Speaker 10: Yeah, do you know he has a good boyfriend?
- 30:19Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 30:20Speaker 3: Yeah, she knows all my exes. All right, Tara, go ahead.
- 30:25Speaker 9: Okay, so my boyfriend and I have been planning our
- 30:28Speaker 9: Halloween costumes for a while now. And we're going as
- 30:33Speaker 9: Danny and Sandy from Grease. He's got like the black
- 30:36Speaker 9: leather jacket and I'm doing a blonde wig and black
- 30:39Speaker 9: leggings and red heels. But yesterday he found out that
- 30:45Speaker 9: his ex-girlfriend's going to the same Halloween party and suddenly
- 30:49Speaker 9: he wants us to change our costumes. He says he doesn't...
- 30:56Speaker 9: he didn't even give any suggestions.
- 30:57Speaker 3: Why do you have to change your costume as she's going?
- 31:00Speaker 5: Maybe he feels like it's cliche.
- 31:03Speaker 9: He like, he said that he doesn't want to make
- 31:05Speaker 9: some kind of statement, but I don't know.
- 31:09Speaker 3: It's his ex girlfriend. It's a party. You guys are
- 31:14Speaker 3: a couple. What statement is he worried about making or not?
- 31:19Speaker 9: Exactly. I'm, I don't know. It's like his reactions just
- 31:22Speaker 9: making me kind of suspicious and, Because I'm just like,
- 31:26Speaker 9: why does he care so much what she thinks? And
- 31:29Speaker 9: why is he worried about making a statement like we're together?
- 31:32Speaker 9: And they broke up a year ago. And from what
- 31:37Speaker 9: he's told me, she wanted to get back together after
- 31:39Speaker 9: the breakup. But he said no. And then we started
- 31:42Speaker 9: dating a few months later. So now I'm just kind
- 31:45Speaker 9: of wondering, like, are we solid or like.
- 31:50Speaker 3: I'm just going to steal from some of the script
- 31:52Speaker 3: of that show. What is it called? Nobody wants to
- 31:54Speaker 3: be us.
- 31:55Speaker 5: Nobody wants this.
- 31:56Speaker 3: Nobody wants this, which is on, uh, what's it on
- 31:59Speaker 3: Netflix and it's Adam Brody and Kristen Bell. And Kristen
- 32:03Speaker 3: Bell has a sister and the sister ran into the
- 32:08Speaker 3: ex of the guy she's dating. And Kristen Bell said, well,
- 32:14Speaker 3: was the ex hotter or not than you?
- 32:18Speaker 9: I don't think she's hotter than me.
- 32:20Speaker 3: I wouldn't worry.
- 32:23Speaker 9: But why do we have to change our outfits?
- 32:25Speaker 3: I don't know about that. But frankly, I'm not into
- 32:27Speaker 3: the Grease outfit anyway. So I'm down for an updated outfit.
- 32:31Speaker 3: But I don't think you have anything to worry about.
- 32:34Speaker 3: I mean, go. Be above the line about it. And
- 32:40Speaker 3: get to the bottom of why he wants to change
- 32:41Speaker 3: the outfits. I mean, everybody.
- 32:43Speaker 2: Grease.
- 32:45Speaker 3: Bonnie and Clyde.
- 32:47Speaker 2: Didn't you do that one year?
- 32:49Speaker 3: I did that with my ex.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:50Speaker 5: Oh, yeah, it was cute.
- 32:52Speaker 9: How did it go?
- 32:54Speaker 3: We're no longer together.
- 32:55Speaker 9: Well, then maybe not a good suggestion.
- 32:59Speaker 3: I think don't worry about the ex-girlfriend. Find out why
- 33:01Speaker 3: he wants to change the outfits and let's go have
- 33:03Speaker 3: some fun. It's Halloween, all right? Thanks for calling.
- 33:06Speaker 6: Thanks.
- 33:08Speaker 1: On Air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 33:13Speaker 3: We're all here on a Monday. Very excited. Mark, how
- 33:15Speaker 3: was your weekend? I didn't even check in.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Thank you so much.
- 33:17Speaker 3: My wife was out of town. She has her annual
- 33:20Speaker 3: trip with her college friends.
- 33:21Speaker 2: So it was just me and my daughter. And she
- 33:23Speaker 2: had homecoming. So she wasn't around much.
- 33:25Speaker 5: So it was just kind of me this weekend.
- 33:27Speaker 3: What did you do? I watched a lot of baseball.
- 33:29Speaker 3: The playoffs are in full swing. Aren't you a good time?
- 33:32Speaker 6: I really am.
- 33:34Speaker 1: All right.
- 33:34Speaker 3: Listen to this. I need some opinion here. Something dividing
- 33:38Speaker 3: the internet. And that is this. It sounds... mundane but
- 33:44Speaker 3: it it might not be is bringing iced coffee into
- 33:49Speaker 3: a job interview a bad idea some say it is
- 33:54Speaker 3: too casual some say makes you look not serious and
- 33:58Speaker 3: not focused others say if someone doesn't hire you because
- 34:02Speaker 3: you got an iced coffee you don't want to work
- 34:04Speaker 3: there anyway but what do you think about that like
- 34:07Speaker 3: you roll in with an iced.
- 34:09Speaker 2: Just like slurping away like Yeah.
- 34:12Speaker 3: I don't know. I don't know how I feel about that.
- 34:15Speaker 3: I think no.
- 34:17Speaker 2: It shows you didn't give enough time to finish your
- 34:20Speaker 2: coffee before you arrived for the interview, which makes it
- 34:25Speaker 2: seem like you wouldn't give enough time for the job.
- 34:27Speaker 2: You'd be rushing always into work.
- 34:31Speaker 4: No, because I think a hot coffee, bringing in a
- 34:33Speaker 4: hot coffee is acceptable. Bringing in an iced coffee is not.
- 34:37Speaker 3: I would suggest to put your best foot forward You
- 34:40Speaker 3: don't bring a beverage into your first interview. You are there.
- 34:44Speaker 3: You're using your hands to speak. You're shaking a hand.
- 34:48Speaker 3: You're pointing at things. You don't need to bring in
- 34:51Speaker 3: a beverage for a first job. What about a water bottle?
- 34:56Speaker 1: No.
- 34:57Speaker 3: They should offer you one.
- 34:59Speaker 7: I think it's a good conversation starter, though. You could
- 35:01Speaker 7: be like, oh, my God, is that an ice matcha? Yes,
- 35:04Speaker 7: I love ice matcha. Oh, my God, where'd you get yours?
- 35:06Speaker 3: I don't want to. Oh, my God.
- 35:09Speaker 5: No, and then you're drip dripping on their carpet.
- 35:11Speaker 4: Or dripping on their condensation on the table.
- 35:14Speaker 2: And then you have to, like, wipe it after the interview.
- 35:16Speaker 8: You leave it on the ground.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Also, like, you're not sharing. You didn't bring any for them. Like,
- 35:20Speaker 2: what if I would want an ice coffee if I'm
- 35:22Speaker 2: interviewing you?
- 35:23Speaker 3: It's distracting when you want to make a first impression.
- 35:26Speaker 3: My guidance is no.
- 35:29Speaker 11: I agree.
- 35:30Speaker 2: But is it just for the job interview? We interview
- 35:32Speaker 2: a lot of celebrities that come in here with beverages sometimes.
- 35:35Speaker 2: Is it an issue here for us? No, that's not
- 35:36Speaker 2: the same thing. That's not the same thing.
- 35:38Speaker 3: This is a job interview.
- 35:40Speaker 2: You think it's the same thing that they have like
- 35:41Speaker 2: their tea? Yeah, we have people.
- 35:43Speaker 5: Come in here chomping away at stuff.
- 35:45Speaker 3: Well, that's, I gotta tell you. It's disrespectful. I'm not
- 35:49Speaker 3: talking about chewing gum. One of those shows, I can't remember,
- 35:52Speaker 3: came in here chewing gum during the interview.
- 35:54Speaker 9: Yes.
- 35:55Speaker 5: Now I.
- 35:56Speaker 2: So that's where you draw the line.
- 35:57Speaker 3: I'm an easygoing guy.
- 35:58Speaker 2: You're the most easygoing.
- 36:02Speaker 3: But that's like... To come in and chew gum while
- 36:06Speaker 3: we're just meeting and doing an interview on the air?
- 36:08Speaker 3: I think not.
- 36:11Speaker 2: I agree with you with the gum. I don't think
- 36:13Speaker 2: a cup of tea is an issue.
- 36:14Speaker 3: Okay. I wouldn't hire you.
- 36:21Speaker 1: Tea.
- 36:22Speaker 3: That's it for us today. Thanks for listening to us.
- 36:25Speaker 3: Tomorrow we're back. It's a second date update. Also, do
- 36:29Speaker 3: you have an air freshener in your car? Get one
- 36:32Speaker 3: that smells like this to cut your driving errors down
- 36:36Speaker 3: in half. More Miley tickets.
- 36:39Speaker 1: Kiss.

- 36:43Speaker 3: sure to subscribe and we'll talk to you again tomorrow.
