- 0:00SPEAKER_04: We want to be able to help people um live a better life.
- 0:04SPEAKER_04: So one thing we say is you know, take back your weekends.
- 0:08SPEAKER_04: You you don't want to clean on a weekend.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: Hey leaders, I'm Jake, a loan officer obsessed with business growth and finding out what's actually working in our market.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: If that sounds useful, hit follow.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: Now this week's leader.
- 0:29SPEAKER_03: All right, Chris, thanks for coming on and recording with me.
- 0:32SPEAKER_01: How's it going, man?
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 0:34SPEAKER_01: Great.
- 0:34SPEAKER_01: How are you?
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: I'm good.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: I'm good.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: So you run Go Green Clean with your wife Jen.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: We're both based right here in Summer's Corner in Somerville.
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: And you guys specialize in residential cleaning for busy families, right?
- 0:51SPEAKER_04: Absolutely.
- 0:51SPEAKER_04: Yep.
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: So let's go all the way back to 2007.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: You bought uh Go Green from a friend of Jen's.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: Originally, you were out in Colorado at the time.
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: Um what made you dive into this business originally?
- 1:10SPEAKER_04: Yeah, so um Jen was looking for something to do uh different.
- 1:15SPEAKER_04: The job she was at, um, it was actually at a church.
- 1:18SPEAKER_04: That church was closing.
- 1:20SPEAKER_04: Um, so she was just looking for, you know, what's gonna be her next step.
- 1:24SPEAKER_04: Um, she was talking to her friend who she had kind of occasionally worked for, uh, you know, like over summertimes and and things like that.
- 1:32SPEAKER_04: So they had a relationship.
- 1:34SPEAKER_04: Um, her friend was moving out of state, offered to uh to sell the business, so we talked about it um and decided to go for it.
- 1:46SPEAKER_01: You you mentioned the church in there, and that's how we actually originally connected.
- 1:51SPEAKER_01: We go to church together up here in Seacoast, uh Seacoast Summers Corner, but it seems like that's been a through line for you guys the whole way through as well, yeah.
- 2:02SPEAKER_04: Absolutely, yeah.
- 2:03SPEAKER_04: Um ever since we met, it was just kind of something that that we both did.
- 2:09SPEAKER_04: We both grew up in the church, kind of different denominations, but um it was important to us, and you know, having children, we knew that we wanted to raise our kids in the church as well.
- 2:21SPEAKER_04: So that's it's a big part of who we are, it's a big part of how we kind of try and run go green clean.
- 2:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I love that.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: Let's actually we'll come we're gonna come back to more of that.
- 2:35SPEAKER_01: But so you guys picked up and moved to Charleston in 2022.
- 2:40SPEAKER_01: 23 23.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: So only a few years ago.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: But walk me through the decision to come here and start another Go Green.
- 2:51SPEAKER_04: Absolutely.
- 2:52SPEAKER_04: Uh so the church she uh she was working at at the time um was kind of a Seacoast plant.
- 2:58SPEAKER_04: So if you were to go to to that church, uh it would look exactly like kind of like Seacoast Church does here.
- 3:06SPEAKER_04: Uh a lot of the people there were from this area.
- 3:09SPEAKER_04: We were looking for something different to do, uh, were empty nesters.
- 3:14SPEAKER_04: Um and you know, at the age of 50, I kind of thought if if I don't do something different now, I I may never I may never do it.
- 3:23SPEAKER_04: Um the house we lived in uh was it it was uh a great location, a great house, and so we we just decided to put it on the market, and we came out here to visit, really liked the area.
- 3:39SPEAKER_04: Um kind of funny is we never visited Somerville or Summer's Corner.
- 3:44SPEAKER_04: We just came to the Charleston area and just really, really liked it.
- 3:48SPEAKER_04: Um and so we uh bought our home here, you know, off the internet.
- 3:53SPEAKER_04: We just got online and looked for for new homes in Somerville area and found Summer's Corner and just kind of closed our eyes and we're like, all right, that's it.
- 4:04SPEAKER_04: Um so I was tired of the cold, uh, the warm weather, the more temperate climate kind of was a big big thing on my checklist.
- 4:15SPEAKER_04: And just being just doing something different, like just saying, All right, let's let's do it.
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: It's amazing, I think, how many people because I did the same thing.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: I actually moved to Charleston and I had never been here.
- 4:29SPEAKER_01: Um, so I had really no idea what I was getting into.
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: And it it feels like that's almost a common story among people that move here.
- 4:37SPEAKER_01: They've either never been here at all or they visited like once and went, yep, that's that's where I'm gonna move.
- 4:45SPEAKER_01: Um, so you know, a lot of people that listen to this are like, you know, real estate agents or real estate adjacent, you know, like myself being a loan officer working in the industry there.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: What were the challenges of moving from Colorado?
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: Because when I did it, I was like, I was in my 20s.
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: I literally, I don't think I owned like anything.
- 5:04SPEAKER_01: I packed a Chevy Blazer and just moved across the country.
- 5:09SPEAKER_01: And I there was probably room left in the blazer, like I probably couldn't even fill it up.
- 5:13SPEAKER_01: Um, but you being on the other, you mentioned being an empty nester.
- 5:18SPEAKER_01: What was that experience like picking up and move across the country?
- 5:22SPEAKER_04: It it was challenging, a little bit as I look back on it, a little bit surreal.
- 5:26SPEAKER_04: Like, wow, we we just packed up our stuff in a U-Haul um and and just did it.
- 5:35SPEAKER_04: I mean, there are a lot of moving parts.
- 5:37SPEAKER_04: Thankfully, Jen is um she's great at planning, good at logistics, and she is I I would say fearless when it comes to stuff like this.
- 5:47SPEAKER_04: Um we talked about it.
- 5:49SPEAKER_04: I think I was the kind of the the one more excited to move, but if it wasn't for her, I don't know that I could have made it happen just because she kind of is a great planner and she has great foresight and can can arrange things to happen.
- 6:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 6:11SPEAKER_01: So when you sold the Colorado business, right?
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: Because that's what you guys did when you moved here, you sold the Colorado and picked up and started a new one from scratch, uh, here on the other side of the country.
- 6:23SPEAKER_01: What surprised you most about starting over in a new market?
- 6:27SPEAKER_04: So here, um, aside from just getting like a feel for it geographically, like where things are, and people are saying you know, I live in this area.
- 6:35SPEAKER_04: Do you service that area?
- 6:37SPEAKER_04: Look at a map and be like, I don't even know where that is.
- 6:40SPEAKER_04: Um but the the biggest thing would have to be the networking.
- 6:44SPEAKER_04: Uh, where we moved from, I wasn't a part of any networking groups.
- 6:50SPEAKER_04: Um, and moving out here, it was just um people told us over and over again, get in networking groups, networking group, network, you know, it was just kind of pounded into us.
- 7:01SPEAKER_04: So we at the very beginning, for sure, just spent a lot of times um going to networking groups, meeting people, um, and finding that that you know most people were a little bit in our boats, just kind of moving here from somewhere else and and getting started with whatever it was that they were doing, um, and really willing to help people, which was a tremendous relief, I think.
- 7:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah, uh I want to dig into the networking groups thing a little bit more because I've had personally just some mixed experiences, I would say.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, I I've met some like and I would I would say in all of the groups, there's always been great people, but sometimes it feels like the networking groups just weren't set up to, I don't know, just I I can just I I remember one that I went to where I walked in and there were a few other people from my industry, and they were like, You guys are interviewing for this spot in our networking group.
- 8:06SPEAKER_01: And literally the words they used were it's a privilege for somebody to get this spot from your industry.
- 8:12SPEAKER_01: I was like, just get me the hell out of here.
- 8:14SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't want anything to do with this.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: Did you have any experiences like that?
- 8:18SPEAKER_04: Or yeah, I uh I am um like I'm more of an introvert, I guess.
- 8:26SPEAKER_04: So the idea of just going there and just putting myself out there and meeting people and being extremely extroverted is is very uncomfortable.
- 8:35SPEAKER_04: And then it it did seem like some of these networking groups were very um kind of rigid, I guess, in in what they did and how they ran things.
- 8:46SPEAKER_04: Um, you know, somebody would say something and everybody would like clap or or you know, do something like that.
- 8:52SPEAKER_04: Um, and and then some of them, I mean, the cost to join was like starting a new business.
- 8:58SPEAKER_04: I was like, man, I I don't have I don't have a few thousand dollars to come to a meeting, you know, once a week.
- 9:06SPEAKER_01: Mm-hmm.
- 9:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I I remember um a couple of the groups too.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: There was like an application fee.
- 9:13SPEAKER_01: I'm like, what are we doing here?
- 9:15SPEAKER_01: You know, what are we talking about?
- 9:17SPEAKER_01: But yeah, um, but so are you still doing some of those?
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: I know we actually do one together.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: We do a uh a biblically based group, which is awesome, man.
- 9:26SPEAKER_01: Man, we've got such a cool group going there.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 9:29SPEAKER_01: Um, but are you still doing any other ones?
- 9:31SPEAKER_04: Um, currently not.
- 9:33SPEAKER_04: Um this one that we're doing, I think kind of fits my personality a lot.
- 9:39SPEAKER_04: Um, it's more people-based, I feel like.
- 9:43SPEAKER_04: It's more about the people in the room than hey, what can you do for me?
- 9:48SPEAKER_04: Um, because there is a lot of that in networking groups, I kind of found was like, you know, you're in that room, so you somebody can get something from you.
- 9:57SPEAKER_04: Um so and then our our business model, our our teams, our cleaning teams are usually starting around nine in the morning.
- 10:06SPEAKER_04: So from about like eight to ten o'clock, I'm kind of in that zone of you know, managing the teams getting ready and troubleshooting things if if need be.
- 10:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 10:19SPEAKER_01: And we're really fortunate.
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: Um, I mentioned Summer's Corner, where we live here.
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: Um, and I feel like we haven't even found all of the great small business people, but you know, we're in a community of like 4,000 people, I think it is right now, 4,000 homes, something like that.
- 10:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and there's so many just like killer business people right in our community.
- 10:41SPEAKER_01: So it works out really well.
- 10:43SPEAKER_04: There's a guy that uh that sells ice.
- 10:45SPEAKER_04: I don't know if you know that guy, but no, I don't know him.
- 10:48SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah.
- 10:48SPEAKER_04: You can uh text him and and go to his house on you know whenever if he's home and he sells you a five dollar bag of ice for two bucks.
- 10:56SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 10:57SPEAKER_04: So yeah.
- 10:59SPEAKER_01: Um let's let's go back to this transition a little bit more.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: You kept the doors open through all of COVID.
- 11:07SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 11:08SPEAKER_01: Um, and I'm sure some people you know have been running a business, I guess.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: I mean, man, it was six years ago now, but um what was the day-to-day like running a cleaning business through COVID?
- 11:21SPEAKER_01: Because all of a sudden everybody was kept home, and you do mostly residential cleaning.
- 11:25SPEAKER_01: So I'm sure there were there were some challenges there.
- 11:27SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I think you know, there was that initial period where people were, you know, the fear level was was very high.
- 11:35SPEAKER_04: Um so I mean, throughout COVID, we took all the necessary precautions.
- 11:40SPEAKER_04: Um, at the time our governor sent out the proclamation about businesses closing and and what is you know an essential business, and we kind of decided that our business was essential.
- 11:50SPEAKER_04: We're cleaning people's homes.
- 11:52SPEAKER_04: So I feel like that was something that was was very helpful.
- 11:56SPEAKER_04: Um, we had some clients that were like, no, we're gonna, you know, we're gonna stop having people come into the home uh for a little bit.
- 12:04SPEAKER_04: Um but I to my surprise, there were quite a few that were like, yeah, keep coming.
- 12:08SPEAKER_04: So, you know, we we did all the precautions that people were doing, um kept a decent amount of staff.
- 12:18SPEAKER_04: I just I I told our staff, if you're comfortable still cleaning, then I've got business for you, I've got work for you.
- 12:23SPEAKER_04: And if not, I totally understand when this is over, you know, you're welcome back.
- 12:30SPEAKER_04: Um, and so thankfully, um we had clients that that stayed.
- 12:35SPEAKER_04: We had a couple of clients that uh paid us and and we didn't clean for them, which I thought was like such a uh an incredible show of generosity at that time for those people just to be like, hey, you know, we don't want you coming in our home right now, but you've been coming in our home for the last three or four years.
- 12:53SPEAKER_04: We want to pay you, and then anytime I could, I I would, you know, I would take that and pass it along to our staff.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: And so it was pretty soon after that, it was almost like, okay, everything's kind of recovered from COVID, and you went, yep, let's get up and move to the other side of the country.
- 13:12SPEAKER_04: Yes.
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: Um, what did you keep from the playbook that you ran in Colorado in Charleston?
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: And what had to change whenever you got here?
- 13:22SPEAKER_04: So as far as what we kept, it was just kind of our overall business model of like we want to make sure our clients are 100% satisfied.
- 13:31SPEAKER_04: Uh, you know, pretty much whatever that takes.
- 13:33SPEAKER_04: Um the the the client is always kind of like it it's number one.
- 13:39SPEAKER_04: My I kind of tell people that when you run a cleaning business, you're running a business out of somebody's home.
- 13:46SPEAKER_04: So, which is a little bit different.
- 13:49SPEAKER_04: So we we always just make sure that our our focus is on the client.
- 13:54SPEAKER_04: Um as far as you know, owning a business for that long, I think you kind of become a little bit set in your ways too much.
- 14:03SPEAKER_04: Um, and then if every if anything needs to be changed, you're it it's kind of like trying to fix the airplane while it's flying.
- 14:10SPEAKER_04: So we had uh, I'd say about a 60 to 75 day period where we are in transition, and we took that time to just kind of say, all right, what did we like about what we were doing and what needs to change?
- 14:26SPEAKER_04: We kind of changed some of our hiring practices to uh fit this area a little bit more.
- 14:32SPEAKER_04: Um, came up with uh I'd say an expanded set of values as a company, um, and and really tried to look at what worked, what didn't work, and then told ourselves we're gonna be people that that our initial reaction is going to be to say yes, uh, not to say we don't do that or sorry, you know, we we've never done that, so it can happen.
- 15:02SPEAKER_04: Um, so if something new comes along, whether it be a software that that we you you might be using one, if something comes along, hey, let's look at it.
- 15:12SPEAKER_04: Let's see if we're doing if if one of our staff members says, Hey, have you tried using this to clean something?
- 15:17SPEAKER_04: You know, like, okay, yeah, let's look at it.
- 15:20SPEAKER_04: So we just decided we wanted to be people that you know, our yes was on the table.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: That is really cool.
- 15:26SPEAKER_01: I'm sure there's a there's not a lot of businesses that get to go, um, yep, I'm gonna tear this down to the ground floor and rebuild it after you know you were doing it for what almost 20 years there.
- 15:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, so that's that's a really cool thing.
- 15:42SPEAKER_01: I'm sure it's very hard because you have so much momentum built up and all that too.
- 15:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but there is just such an advantage of like, all right, I'm gonna create, I'm gonna use all of the knowledge that I have, and now we're gonna start from scratch.
- 15:53SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you know, well, and and again, Jen was such a big part of it because she uh, you know, she's able to see things uh today and then like have a vision of of what's gonna happen in the future and and kind of create a roadmap for that.
- 16:11SPEAKER_01: One of the guys I listen to a lot is Alex Hermozzi.
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: I don't know if you know that name.
- 16:16SPEAKER_01: Um, but he he so he does a lot of like um small business coaching kind of a thing, and he's great, but one of the things that he always talks about is um cleaning businesses are notorious for having staffing challenges.
- 16:34SPEAKER_04: Yes.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: Um can relate.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: All right, so it sounds like he's he's right on the button there.
- 16:39SPEAKER_01: Um, and you've run a team from just you and Jen all the way up through 12 having 12 people work with you.
- 16:47SPEAKER_01: Um what's your system for keeping the team and making sure everybody's staying reliable?
- 16:54SPEAKER_04: Yeah, so uh reliability is one of our values.
- 16:57SPEAKER_04: It's it's something that that we use in our hiring process of you know, uh it if we say we're going to be at your house at nine o'clock on a Wednesday every two weeks, we have to be there.
- 17:11SPEAKER_04: Um that's just part of who we are.
- 17:13SPEAKER_04: It's it's what I want our clients to just feel safe.
- 17:17SPEAKER_04: Like, okay, that's we know they're gonna show up.
- 17:19SPEAKER_04: So reliability is one of our values when we hire, uh, we hire with that mindset.
- 17:25SPEAKER_04: Um now we also understand, you know, people with kids, people, you know, there's things that come up, um, but you know, we expect we our clients expect us to be there, so our expectation is that we're there.
- 17:43SPEAKER_01: And you hire a lot of people that are like working moms, supporting family, and things things like that, right?
- 17:49SPEAKER_04: Yeah, so our our kind of our over the years we've realized our our ideal client is like a stay-at-home mom, a college student, um, somebody who needs a part-time job, you know, 15 to you know, 25 hours a week.
- 18:04SPEAKER_04: Um, and then it fits within like uh if your kids go to school, right?
- 18:08SPEAKER_04: Like you can be working when they're at school.
- 18:14SPEAKER_01: Um and most of your clients now are residential, including um move in and move out um kind of staging cleans for agents, right?
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: You're you get to work with some realtors and realtors that hire you.
- 18:29SPEAKER_01: Hey, we got to get this place looking good to make sure that we can sell it.
- 18:33SPEAKER_01: Um was that always the plan, or did the market kind of just drag you in into that uh niche?
- 18:41SPEAKER_04: Yeah, so that's something that that we pretty much have always done.
- 18:44SPEAKER_04: It's um it's for us, it's a great way.
- 18:47SPEAKER_04: Our our kind of bread and butter client is like the once every two-week client, uh, maybe the once every four-week, but uh the move in, move out cleans are a great way just to kind of fill in, fill in the calendar um and and get people, you know, when people are moving, it's it's a huge stress, and the last thing they want to have to worry about is you know, if they're selling the house to to clean it, or if they're buying a house, you know, kind of crossing their fingers and saying, Boy, I sure hope it's clean when we when we move in.
- 19:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:20SPEAKER_01: Yeah, if I was buying a home now, I would a hundred percent send somebody in to go and clean it before I moved in.
- 19:26SPEAKER_01: And I I never thought to do that.
- 19:29SPEAKER_01: So um, yeah.
- 19:31SPEAKER_01: Um what's one thing that some people might be most surprised to learn about your business or about what you do on a day-to-day basis?
- 19:44SPEAKER_04: That's a good question.
- 19:45SPEAKER_04: Um, I I think the amount of um time just people, the the people aspect of it.
- 19:56SPEAKER_04: So our our staff members, um, clients, and just finding a way to make all of that that work.
- 20:05SPEAKER_04: Clients, it it happens where you know they've got a sick kid, so you get a text at you know, seven in the morning saying, Hey, we've got kids home sick, can we reschedule?
- 20:17SPEAKER_04: Again, that goes back to the we're running a business out of your home, so uh we want to be as flexible as possible.
- 20:24SPEAKER_04: Or on on the other aspect of you know, uh a staff member says, Hey, you know, I've got a sick kid.
- 20:30SPEAKER_04: So kind of making all of that come together and and work on the calendar so people are are being able to arrive at the right spot at the right time.
- 20:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and knowing you and Jen, I I I'm curious that if the if because you guys are so well equipped to handle those communication stresses.
- 20:54SPEAKER_01: You guys are both just such good people, you're such warm people, you know, and I could see you just being so understanding of people's situations like that.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: So I'm trying to think of in my mind it of was it 20 years of this business that made you that way, or were you that way and you've been successful for 20 years because of that attitude?
- 21:19SPEAKER_04: Um, I mean that's I I don't know if I can remember back that far at this point, but um, I mean I think it it's definitely um I've become more that way.
- 21:29SPEAKER_04: Jen, uh, when we first bought the business, she was, you know, day-to-day involved probably for the first two or three years.
- 21:37SPEAKER_04: Um, and then she had an opportunity to go back uh into ministry, which is where you know that's where her heart is.
- 21:44SPEAKER_04: That's where God wants her.
- 21:46SPEAKER_04: So that's where we want her.
- 21:48SPEAKER_04: Um so I kind of took over, you know, all the day to day operations, and I think um having an attitude of more like, okay, this is all good.
- 22:00SPEAKER_04: work out but still be very you know on top of things making sure that you know it it's not gonna work out by itself so I have to to be there to to facilitate it working out but not letting it you know ruin a day or you know freak me out and looking back over those 20 years um what's a belief that you had about running a business early on that you feel like you had to let go to be successful at this stage um you know it's it's funny I never saw myself running a business um I always worked in sales uh outside sales so I I never really saw this this was just kind of an opportunity that happened uh and really worked out so I I think um probably just the amount of of seven days a week work that goes into it like you know I'm on if if I'm on vacation I'm still you know if something needs to happen a client a potentially new client you know emails um that needs to be handled um it's you know we kind of always I tell people you know I return calls I answer the phone I I return emails it's important um so whether it be a Saturday a Sunday a a Tuesday evening whatever just handling that kind of thing yeah the uh blessing it's so funny people you know they either start a business or get into like something like real estate and they're like you know I'm getting into it because I I want that free freedom in my schedule I want that free time and it doesn't work like that at all you you're shrinking yourself down by doing you know and you're you're completely just compacting your schedule when you get into something like that.
- 24:00SPEAKER_01: So yeah you just have to be uh you know available yeah um you guys are not like one of the big franchises but you're also not a solo cleaner correct um you're kind of in the middle there you know with how many how many um teammates do you have right now how many on staff currently we're at eight so what's the real difference for somebody hiring you versus one of these big you know corporate kind of run um cleaning services or the other side a solo run cleaning company yeah so um I like to say you know we're we're different than the Molly maids or or you know a big corporate cleaner because we really focus on making your clean exactly what you want.
- 24:55SPEAKER_04: So as an example we we have some clients that they say we just want you to come in and clean bathrooms and kitchen.
- 25:02SPEAKER_04: Or some people yes we want you to make our beds we don't but we we are able to focus on making sure that you're getting exactly what you want and then being accountable to that we're not perfect so sometimes you know if we've got an unhappy client I'm always there to to make sure they are happy it's it's not calling uh or getting in touch with a company who who doesn't really may not care so to speak um and then from the other side of it um just having the option of of if we have a sick staff member if we have a sick team member uh we can plug somebody else in so if you're clean as scheduled and you know we'll still get it done um you have family coming into town on Friday we're scheduled to be there Thursday you won't get a phone call saying I'm sorry you know we're sick can't make it we'll be there so the reliability again goes back to reliability um for that as we're just kind of wrapping up here is there anything else you would want people who are listening to this to take away either from your business itself or the journey that you've been on?
- 26:20SPEAKER_04: Yeah I I think um I mean for our business it's it's over the years has kind of come down to we want to be able to help people um live a better life.
- 26:34SPEAKER_04: So one thing we say is you know take back your weekends you you don't want to clean on the weekend um or save your time for what matters most right like if you've got small kids you've got kids of any age you know you want to be going to uh baseball games football games spending time with them you don't want to be spending time fighting over who's gonna clean the shower that that everyone hates to clean and spending you know weekends doing that which you know nobody really wants to do so it's for me and I try and instill this in our in our team members is we're really helping people um live a a better life and we're creating a a a cleaner healthy environment for them to do it in so I I know a lot of our clients in fact I had had one of our clients tell me once that having her house cleaned was better than getting a massage I was like wow that's that's amazing so helping just helping people live a more full life well I don't know if you designed that specifically for for me to hear but as you were saying I was like yeah I don't want to do that on the weekends I want to spend more time with my kids like you hit it all right on the head for me.
- 27:47SPEAKER_01: So um if anybody else listening wants to reach out get in touch learn a little bit more about uh what you do or hire you how can they how can they reach out to you?
