- 0:16Speaker 1: Find a nice comfortable place to sit or lie down
- 0:22Speaker 1: maybe in your own bedroom or maybe on the sofa
- 0:27Speaker 1: allow your eyes to gently close and And focus on
- 0:32Speaker 1: your breathing. Just let all your troubles just float away. So,
- 0:43Speaker 1: take a deep breath in through your nose. And slowly
- 0:50Speaker 1: and gently breathe out through your mouth. Again, take another
- 1:00Speaker 1: deep breath in. And slowly and gently breathe out. One
- 1:13Speaker 1: last time, deep breath in. And slowly and gently breathe out.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Now bring your breathing back to its normal rhythm and
- 1:28Speaker 1: just relax, letting all your thoughts just drift away. Now
- 1:41Speaker 1: imagine yourself being in a wide open space. The sky
- 1:47Speaker 1: is a beautiful blue with hardly any clouds at all
- 1:52Speaker 1: and the sun is at its highest. And the grass
- 1:56Speaker 1: around you looks all velvety and soft. And as you
- 2:02Speaker 1: walk along you trip over a large tree root which
- 2:07Speaker 1: is odd really because there are no trees around you.
- 2:11Speaker 1: They are only in the distance. You get back up
- 2:16Speaker 1: and brush yourself down. And you notice something shining through
- 2:22Speaker 1: the grass on the ground. It looks like there's a
- 2:27Speaker 1: pulsating light underneath the grass. How odd. This light is
- 2:36Speaker 1: pulsating so much, it looks... well, almost alive. Kind of
- 2:43Speaker 1: how a beating heart might look. This shimmering light is
- 2:49Speaker 1: actually a portal. Maybe it's a portal to another place
- 2:54Speaker 1: in time and space. So you walk over to the
- 2:59Speaker 1: light to take a look at it. And it's then
- 3:04Speaker 1: that the light suddenly shoots upwards And you find yourself
- 3:08Speaker 1: being pulled into it. It is a doorway to somewhere else.
- 3:12Speaker 2: How exciting!
- 3:16Speaker 1: You find yourself sliding down on an underground water slide.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Circling round and round, going faster and faster. This is
- 3:26Speaker 1: really great fun. You can see lots of colours flashing
- 3:31Speaker 1: past you. Sparkling lights everywhere. Wind blowing in your face.
- 3:38Speaker 1: pushing your hair, making it fly backwards. Then all of
- 3:43Speaker 1: a sudden, you land on the ground with a big bump.
- 3:49Speaker 1: And you find yourself outside of a really lovely little
- 3:52Speaker 1: cottage with a big red door and a very shiny
- 3:56Speaker 1: brass door knocker on it. You think that this little
- 4:01Speaker 1: cottage must have a coal fire lit inside because you
- 4:05Speaker 1: can see smoke coming from the chimney.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Oh, how lovely.
- 4:11Speaker 1: You take a look around you and you realise that
- 4:15Speaker 1: you are in an underground world. In fact, it's a
- 4:20Speaker 1: whole village deep underground. There are houses and little shops.
- 4:28Speaker 1: There are people going about their business. One of them
- 4:32Speaker 1: even says good morning to you. You can even see
- 4:37Speaker 1: children playing in the park across the street. And there
- 4:42Speaker 1: are even odd, funny-looking little cars driving along too. You've
- 4:47Speaker 1: never seen cars like them before. Very strange. Just as
- 4:54Speaker 1: you're about to knock on the door, it opens. And
- 4:58Speaker 1: standing before you is a very posh, eccentric, English gentleman. Well,
- 5:05Speaker 1: I say gentleman... but he's really a very tall, slim hare,
- 5:11Speaker 1: with little round, yellow spectacles perched on his nose. He
- 5:16Speaker 1: is wearing a large, green, spotted bow tie, and he
- 5:21Speaker 1: has a very large pocket watch dangling from one of
- 5:23Speaker 1: his pockets. He looks at you, and he smiles, and he.
- 5:29Speaker 3: Says, Welcome to my humble abode, my dear friend. Let
- 5:35Speaker 3: me introduce myself. I am Professor Harry Hobbins. How may
- 5:41Speaker 3: I be of assistance.
- 5:42Speaker 1: To you today? You smile back and you say hello.
- 5:49Speaker 1: He invites you into his little house, which looks an
- 5:53Speaker 1: awful lot bigger on the inside. He asks you if
- 5:58Speaker 1: you would like a nice cup of tea while you chat.
- 6:02Speaker 1: He takes you into his lovely sitting room, and then
- 6:05Speaker 1: pops into the kitchen to make the tea. You take
- 6:10Speaker 1: this opportunity to have a good look around his beautiful home,
- 6:14Speaker 1: and this beautiful room, which is full of lovely old antiques.
- 6:21Speaker 1: And you notice he has a lot of photographs in
- 6:24Speaker 1: silver frames dotted all around the room. And they are
- 6:28Speaker 1: all photos of him. Photos of him climbing up a tree,
- 6:35Speaker 1: Photos of him riding his surfboard. And there are even
- 6:40Speaker 1: photos of him looking very dapper, reading his books. The
- 6:48Speaker 1: professor returns to his sitting room, pushing a beautiful, ornate
- 6:52Speaker 1: tea trolley on little wheels, which he stops next to
- 6:56Speaker 1: his big, overstuffed chair. And he says, Shall I pour
- 7:01Speaker 1: the tea? You see the trolley is full of cakes
- 7:06Speaker 1: and sandwiches and two rather lovely china cups and saucers
- 7:11Speaker 1: too for your tea. He also has little china plates
- 7:15Speaker 1: for the cakes and the sandwiches too. And you notice
- 7:19Speaker 1: that there is a nice big cake covered with strawberry
- 7:24Speaker 1: ice cream. The professor asks you to choose what you
- 7:28Speaker 1: would like to eat. Anything at all, he says. So
- 7:34Speaker 1: sit and chat with the Professor Harry Hoppins for a
- 7:38Speaker 1: little while and get to know him. Ask him questions
- 7:43Speaker 1: about his life and what he does. See what he says?
- 7:48Speaker 4: MUSIC PLAYS you you Thank you.
- 9:34Speaker 1: After your little chat with the professor, you ask him
- 9:38Speaker 1: about the very large pocket watch he has dangling. He
- 9:44Speaker 1: tells you that this pocket watch is very special indeed.
- 9:47Speaker 1: It can take you on magical adventures. He tells you
- 9:53Speaker 1: that this special pocket watch can take you anywhere that
- 9:57Speaker 1: you want to go. And he shows you how. First,
- 10:03Speaker 1: he asks you, where would you like to go? So
- 10:08Speaker 1: you tell him. So to make the watch work, he
- 10:13Speaker 1: turns the hands around three times. He then jumps and
- 10:17Speaker 1: spins in the air and he gives a little hop
- 10:19Speaker 1: Oh dear, but then he hits his head on the
- 10:21Speaker 1: roof because he jumps too high. With a puff of
- 10:27Speaker 1: smoke and what feels like a mini whirlwind, you are
- 10:30Speaker 1: transported to another place. You feel a bit dizzy because
- 10:34Speaker 1: of all the spinning around. Phew! Round and around. The
- 10:39Speaker 1: professor tells you to jump on his back so he
- 10:42Speaker 1: can give you a piggyback ride. He then starts to
- 10:45Speaker 1: move at a very fast pace. He doesn't walk. He
- 10:49Speaker 1: hops at an incredible speed and an incredible height, and
- 10:54Speaker 1: you find this utterly exhilarating and so much fun. The
- 11:01Speaker 1: professor is also like a mini whirlwind, but he's very,
- 11:07Speaker 1: very nice. The two of you arrive outside a very
- 11:13Speaker 1: large mansion with amazing gardens. And this, the professor tells you,
- 11:21Speaker 1: is Harry Hoppins' holiday home. It's where he himself likes
- 11:27Speaker 1: to go on vacation. And he is so excited to
- 11:31Speaker 1: show you his favourite place in the whole world, which
- 11:36Speaker 1: he refers to it as a rather delightful place. There
- 11:42Speaker 1: are some very large sculptures in these magnificent gardens. Rabbits
- 11:49Speaker 1: and hares are dotted all over the place. There are
- 11:53Speaker 1: also some large ones of very large dogs because the
- 11:57Speaker 1: professor says that they are his favourite animal. The first
- 12:04Speaker 1: thing that you see is a sparkling crystal escalator and
- 12:09Speaker 1: that takes you up to and inside this dazzling mansion.
- 12:15Speaker 1: It takes you straight into a huge room with doorways
- 12:19Speaker 1: on either side going back as far as the eye
- 12:22Speaker 1: can see. You look up above you and you see
- 12:27Speaker 1: a huge glass dome for a roof. You can see
- 12:30Speaker 1: the sky.
- 12:32Speaker 2: You can see the birds and the clouds. It's fantastic.
- 12:38Speaker 1: This is a very special mansion. It's a place where
- 12:45Speaker 1: each room takes you to a different magical land even
- 12:50Speaker 1: to different planets if you want to. There is a
- 12:54Speaker 1: sign above each door saying what that land is. One
- 13:01Speaker 1: sign says, land of the pixies. Another one says, land
- 13:07Speaker 1: of the prehistoric world. And yet another one saying land
- 13:13Speaker 1: of the giant mice. There is even a very strange
- 13:18Speaker 1: sign saying Land of the Talking Furniture. Hmm, that might
- 13:24Speaker 1: be worth a visit. Or maybe there is somewhere else
- 13:29Speaker 1: that you would like to go with Harry Hoppins guiding you.
- 13:34Speaker 1: The professor now asks you to choose a room to
- 13:37Speaker 1: go into. So you walk up and down, trying to
- 13:41Speaker 1: decide to pick which one you would like to go
- 13:44Speaker 1: into most. Finally, you make your choice. You step through
- 13:54Speaker 1: the door with Harry Hoppins to the room of your
- 13:58Speaker 1: choice and you go inside. Where does it take you?
- 14:07Speaker 1: Where do you want to go most of all? Now
- 14:13Speaker 1: spend some time exploring the land you have chosen to
- 14:17Speaker 1: visit and have some fun See the sights. See the people.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Have fun with the professor. And most of all, bring
- 14:30Speaker 1: back a souvenir from your trip.
- 14:50Speaker 4: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
- 17:30Speaker 2: Where did you go?
- 17:32Speaker 4: What did you see?
- 17:33Speaker 2: Who did you meet?
- 18:03Speaker 1: Now it's time for you to return home. But first,
- 18:08Speaker 1: you must thank Harry Hopkins, the professor, for being such
- 18:12Speaker 1: an excellent guide and very possibly your new best friend.
- 18:21Speaker 1: You thank him for the really tasty cup of tea
- 18:24Speaker 1: and the beautiful cake. You thought it was very enjoyable
- 18:28Speaker 1: and tasty. So if you like, you can stay here
- 18:35Speaker 1: as long as you want. You can continue exploring, having
- 18:42Speaker 1: a good look around this underground village with the professor
- 18:46Speaker 1: as your guide. That would be fun. Now imagine yourself
- 18:55Speaker 1: being back in the wide open space when you last
- 18:58Speaker 1: began your adventure with Harry Hoppins. The sky is a
- 19:03Speaker 1: beautiful blue, there's hardly any clouds at all and the
- 19:07Speaker 1: sun is at its highest. And the grass around you
- 19:11Speaker 1: looks all velvety and soft. You notice the shimmering light
- 19:17Speaker 1: in the distance again and you really hope it's the
- 19:20Speaker 1: magical portal that takes you to see Harry. You get
- 19:25Speaker 1: closer and the light suddenly shoots upwards and you find
- 19:28Speaker 1: yourself being pulled into it. It is the doorway. Oh my,
- 19:32Speaker 1: here we go again.
- 19:33Speaker 2: How exciting.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Wow. You find yourself sliding down on the underground water slide,
- 19:41Speaker 1: circling round and round, going faster and faster. Oh, this
- 19:45Speaker 1: is really great fun. Lots of colours, a flashback. past you,
- 19:51Speaker 1: sparkling lights everywhere. The wind blowing in your face makes
- 19:54Speaker 1: your hair fly backwards. It feels so much fun. You
- 20:00Speaker 1: had forgotten just how good this really does feel. All
- 20:04Speaker 1: of a sudden, you land on the ground with a
- 20:07Speaker 1: little bump. but not quite as big as the last time.
- 20:10Speaker 1: She must be perfecting this heart of landing. You spot
- 20:19Speaker 1: Harry's lovely little cottage with the big red door and
- 20:23Speaker 1: very shiny brass door knocker on it. And you're so
- 20:26Speaker 1: excited to be back here again. And just as you're
- 20:30Speaker 1: about to knock on the door, Harry opens it and
- 20:33Speaker 1: throws his arms out to you and says, I am
- 20:36Speaker 1: so glad you came back to visit me. I have
- 20:38Speaker 1: so much to share with you. Please come in.
- 20:41Speaker 3: Please come in.
- 20:43Speaker 1: And he ushers you through into his lovely cottage. Harry
- 20:48Speaker 1: tells you that you've arrived just in time. He tells
- 20:52Speaker 1: you that he's been working on a new invention and
- 20:55Speaker 1: he really would like to show it to you. So
- 20:58Speaker 1: he takes you into another room. It's a bit chaotic,
- 21:02Speaker 1: this room. There's stuff everywhere. On the floor. hanging on
- 21:07Speaker 1: the walls and you don't even know what all this
- 21:10Speaker 1: stuff is but it does look really interesting though. Harry
- 21:16Speaker 1: takes you over to a very large bench and shows
- 21:19Speaker 1: you what he's been working on and it looks like
- 21:24Speaker 1: a tiny bean bag. It's very squishy and soft. Harry
- 21:31Speaker 1: tells you it's his sleep machine and you look at
- 21:34Speaker 1: him and you wonder if he's just lost his marbles.
- 21:37Speaker 1: There's no way anyone could fit on this tiny little
- 21:41Speaker 1: beanbag and have a sleep. But Harry doesn't notice the
- 21:45Speaker 1: look on your face. He just carries on explaining to
- 21:48Speaker 1: you what it is. As you listen to him, your
- 21:52Speaker 1: eyes wander around the room, looking at all of the
- 21:55Speaker 1: other strange things, and you wonder what they are. When
- 22:00Speaker 1: Harry stops talking, he sees you looking at all of
- 22:03Speaker 1: his other inventions, so he offers to show you some
- 22:06Speaker 1: of them, and tell you what they do. There is,
- 22:11Speaker 1: what looks like to you anyway, a small wooden box
- 22:15Speaker 1: on one of the other benches. Here he tells you
- 22:18Speaker 1: to think of something you would like to eat. A
- 22:22Speaker 1: chocolate bar, maybe. Or a piece of fruit. But it
- 22:25Speaker 1: has to be your very, very favourite. He says, Just
- 22:32Speaker 1: imagine it in your mind's eye.
- 22:35Speaker 3: Really see it. See every little detail.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Taste it even. So you do as he asks. After
- 22:47Speaker 1: a minute, Harry tells you to open the box. You
- 22:51Speaker 1: open the box and give a little gasp of delight
- 22:54Speaker 1: because inside the box is your very favourite thing to eat.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Oh my goodness me, how did he do that? Harry
- 23:03Speaker 1: tells you you can even eat it if you want to. Next,
- 23:09Speaker 1: he shows you a little bottle with a deep blue
- 23:11Speaker 1: liquid inside it. Harry tells you that if you drink it,
- 23:17Speaker 1: it will make you as tall as a giant. But
- 23:21Speaker 1: he won't let you try that one, because if you do, well,
- 23:25Speaker 1: you'll maybe end up with your head sticking out of
- 23:27Speaker 1: the top of his house and your arms and legs
- 23:29Speaker 1: sticking out of the windows.
- 23:31Speaker 3: We don't want that, do we?
- 23:33Speaker 1: Harry says, giving a little laugh. And you think, no.
- 23:37Speaker 5: No.
- 23:37Speaker 1: We don't want that, but it might be fun trying.
- 23:44Speaker 1: There are so many inventions and potions in Harry's room
- 23:49Speaker 1: that you just know you will have to come back
- 23:52Speaker 1: again to see all of them because there's just too
- 23:55Speaker 1: many to see right now. Harry takes you back to
- 23:59Speaker 1: the tiny little beanbag. He tells you it's not quite
- 24:04Speaker 1: finished yet. And Harry asks you if you would like
- 24:08Speaker 1: to help him complete the sleep machine. Oh, yes, please,
- 24:12Speaker 1: you tell him. So for a few moments, work with
- 24:18Speaker 1: Harry and help him to finish his new invention.
- 24:41Speaker 4: Thank you. you you you Thank you.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Now that you've helped Harry to finish his sleep machine,
- 26:27Speaker 1: he asks you if you would like a drink and
- 26:30Speaker 1: a slice of cake and he will let you try
- 26:33Speaker 1: out his new invention after you've had that how cool
- 26:38Speaker 1: is that Harry tells you to go back into the
- 26:43Speaker 1: living room and he will fetch some lunch the professor
- 26:47Speaker 1: returns to the living room pushing a beautiful ornate tea
- 26:51Speaker 1: trolley on little wheels which you've seen before and he
- 26:55Speaker 1: stops and.
- 26:56Speaker 3: Says help yourself my little apprentice.
- 27:02Speaker 1: You see the trolley is full of cakes and sandwiches
- 27:04Speaker 1: and two rather lovely china cups. You remember them too.
- 27:10Speaker 1: They are for your hot drinks. That's if you want one.
- 27:14Speaker 1: He also has little china plates for cakes and sandwiches too.
- 27:19Speaker 1: And you notice that there is a nice big cake
- 27:22Speaker 1: covered with strawberry ice cream. He asks you to choose
- 27:27Speaker 1: what you would like to eat. Anything at all, he says. Wow.
- 27:31Speaker 1: And you thought you were just getting a slice of cake.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Now that the two of you have finished your huge
- 27:56Speaker 1: lunch and a little chat, Harry tells you It's time
- 28:00Speaker 1: to try out his new sleep machine. So you return
- 28:05Speaker 1: to Harry's workshop and you both go over to the
- 28:08Speaker 1: bench where the tiny beanbag is. Harry tells you that
- 28:13Speaker 1: the tiny beanbag is so small that it can fit
- 28:17Speaker 1: into your pocket. So you can take it with you
- 28:20Speaker 1: wherever you go. And if you feel the need for
- 28:22Speaker 1: a little nap, you can just pop it out of
- 28:25Speaker 1: your pocket and it's there. Harry says that one day
- 28:30Speaker 1: everyone will have one of these. Harry takes the tiny
- 28:35Speaker 1: beanbag off the table and places it on the floor.
- 28:40Speaker 1: He takes out his pocket watch, the one you've forgotten
- 28:43Speaker 1: he had, and holds it in his hand.
- 28:48Speaker 3: A quarter turn should do.
- 28:49Speaker 1: It, he says. You thought that this pocket watch could
- 28:53Speaker 1: only take you to other places, magical places, but no.
- 28:57Speaker 1: It does a lot more than that. Harry turns the
- 29:01Speaker 1: dial on one of the hands on the pocket watch.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Then something amazing happens. The tiny beanbag begins to grow.
- 29:12Speaker 1: Bigger and bigger. Then just as suddenly as it started,
- 29:18Speaker 1: it stops. It's now bigger than a normal beanbag. So
- 29:24Speaker 1: big you feel like throwing yourself on it. Harry tells
- 29:28Speaker 1: you to sit on it, so you do. And you
- 29:31Speaker 1: just sink into it. It's so soft and cosy. It's
- 29:36Speaker 1: the squishiest thing you have ever sat on. The beanbag
- 29:43Speaker 1: gently begins to vibrate. It's like it's giving you a
- 29:47Speaker 1: gentle back rub. And it's taking away all of your worries.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Then very slowly and very gently, it begins to rock
- 29:58Speaker 1: from side to side. And you feel like.
- 30:02Speaker 2: Having a great big sleep.
- 30:05Speaker 1: Harry says you can if you want to. He doesn't mind.
- 30:09Speaker 2: It's what it's for, he laughs.
- 30:13Speaker 1: Your eyes are feeling heavy now. And your body's feeling tired.
- 30:18Speaker 1: So you close your eyes for just a minute. There's
- 30:23Speaker 1: no harm in just resting them for a little while,
- 30:26Speaker 1: is there? You take a deep breath in through your nose.
- 30:33Speaker 1: And gently blow it out from your mouth. You take
- 30:39Speaker 1: another deep breath. And then gently blow it out. And
- 30:46Speaker 1: you feel very sleepy now. So tired, but so relaxed.
- 30:54Speaker 1: You feel a gentle wave of sleepiness starting at your feet.
- 30:59Speaker 1: And you can feel your toes going to sleep. and
- 31:05Speaker 1: it feels all warm and tingly and ever so soft
- 31:10Speaker 1: this beanbag is so amazing you feel this soothing gentle
- 31:16Speaker 1: wave of sleepiness coming up your calves and your shins
- 31:22Speaker 1: you can feel it going up your thighs and you
- 31:25Speaker 1: think that maybe your legs have already gone to sleep
- 31:29Speaker 1: you feel very tired now so sleepy but so happy
- 31:37Speaker 1: and your eyelids feel so heavy. Being an inventor can
- 31:42Speaker 1: be a very tiring occupation. The beautiful wave of sleepiness
- 31:49Speaker 1: travels all the way up your body, and down your
- 31:53Speaker 1: arms and into your hands, making your body feel very,
- 31:59Speaker 1: very heavy, very, very tired, and very, Very sleepy. This gentle,
- 32:11Speaker 1: warm wave of sleepiness travels up your face and over
- 32:16Speaker 1: the top of your head and then down the back
- 32:19Speaker 1: of your neck. Oh, you feel so tired now. So,
- 32:25Speaker 1: so sleepy. And you feel nice and warm and snuggly
- 32:31Speaker 1: on this very squishy beanbag. And just before you drift
- 32:37Speaker 1: off to sleep, you think to yourself what a wonderful
- 32:41Speaker 1: thing Harry has invented. And so very pleased that he
- 32:47Speaker 1: chose you to try it first. So just have a
- 32:52Speaker 1: little sleep now. You can always help Harry again tomorrow.
- 32:59Speaker 1: So for now, night night, sleep tight. Now imagine that
- 33:11Speaker 1: you are in a beautiful, lush green forest with the
- 33:15Speaker 1: most amazing trees. Tall trees, short trees. And they smell beautiful.
- 33:24Speaker 1: It's so fresh and clean.
- 33:27Speaker 2: The air is crisp.
- 33:30Speaker 1: And as you walk along, you feel a great sense
- 33:34Speaker 1: of peace.
- 33:37Speaker 2: Almost calm.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Like you're floating on air and the weather is perfect.
- 33:45Speaker 1: You hear the birds singing in the trees and it
- 33:49Speaker 1: makes you feel very happy. It's then that you notice
- 33:53Speaker 1: that you are on a little path so you decide
- 33:57Speaker 1: to follow it.
- 33:59Speaker 2: You don't know where it will lead but.
- 34:01Speaker 1: You decide to go anyway. After walking for a little
- 34:08Speaker 1: while you find yourself standing in front of a cave
- 34:12Speaker 1: but you didn't see it at first because there are
- 34:15Speaker 1: bushes everywhere but as you got closer you could see
- 34:19Speaker 1: the wide open entrance. You wonder what's inside it so
- 34:26Speaker 1: you decide to explore it.
- 34:33Speaker 2: You enter the cave. It's a bit dark at first.
- 34:37Speaker 1: But as your eyes adjust, it becomes a lot clearer
- 34:42Speaker 1: and you find you can see perfectly well. And as
- 34:46Speaker 1: you walk deeper into the cave, you see lights shining
- 34:50Speaker 1: in the distance and you follow the lights to see
- 34:54Speaker 1: what it is. As the cave opens.
- 35:00Speaker 2: Up a bit more, the light gets brighter.
- 35:05Speaker 1: And it begins to sparkle and shine. And it's then
- 35:11Speaker 1: you see a little girl sitting nearby at some sort
- 35:14Speaker 1: of table and it's made of a huge sparkly rock.
- 35:20Speaker 1: She's dressed like a princess in a beautiful blue gown
- 35:25Speaker 1: that shimmers as she moves. She even has a tiara
- 35:30Speaker 1: on her head and it shines so brightly. It shines
- 35:36Speaker 1: just like the stars do on a crystal clear night.
- 35:42Speaker 1: She looks up and she sees you. She smiles at
- 35:46Speaker 1: you and tells you that her name is Connie and
- 35:50Speaker 1: that she is indeed a princess.
- 35:54Speaker 2: Wow, a real live princess.
- 35:58Speaker 1: How cool is that? She tells you that she is Connie,
- 36:05Speaker 1: the crystal princess. And she lives far away on another
- 36:09Speaker 1: planet with her family and her friends. But this cave
- 36:14Speaker 1: is where she likes to be more than anything. As
- 36:20Speaker 1: you look around you, you realize that you are in
- 36:24Speaker 1: a very large, beautiful crystal cavern.
- 36:30Speaker 2: And the cavern is vast.
- 36:32Speaker 1: It's so huge, you cannot see where it begins or
- 36:35Speaker 1: even where it ends. And there are crystals adorning every wall,
- 36:41Speaker 1: even the roof and the floor. There are so many
- 36:45Speaker 1: crystals that you cannot recognise them all. And they sparkle
- 36:50Speaker 1: and they shine so brightly.
- 36:53Speaker 2: It's just wonderful.
- 36:57Speaker 1: There are so many beautiful colours everywhere with the light.
- 37:03Speaker 1: It's like you're standing inside a rainbow. The light in
- 37:08Speaker 1: this cavern is dazzlingly bright, but it doesn't hurt to
- 37:12Speaker 1: look at it.
- 37:15Speaker 2: The light is all.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Over your body, touching your skin, touching your hair, even
- 37:22Speaker 1: touching your face. And it feels so soft and warm.
- 37:28Speaker 1: And Connie, the Crystal Princess, is lit up like a
- 37:33Speaker 1: perfect rainbow of colour. She smiles at you and asks
- 37:39Speaker 1: you if you would like to see some of her crystals.
- 37:43Speaker 1: And she tells you to come and sit next to her,
- 37:45Speaker 1: and she will show you them. Connie says that crystals
- 37:52Speaker 1: are her friends. And you find this a bit odd,
- 37:56Speaker 1: because you thought that crystals, well, they were just coloured stones.
- 38:00Speaker 2: Connie laughs. No, she says, they are alive with light
- 38:05Speaker 2: and beauty.
- 38:07Speaker 1: And she tells you that crystals can help you with
- 38:09Speaker 1: almost anything you need. She picks up a beautiful pink
- 38:16Speaker 1: coloured crystal and she tells you that this one is
- 38:20Speaker 1: called Rose Quartz and it can help you to send
- 38:24Speaker 1: love out to anyone you want to even the whole
- 38:27Speaker 1: world if you want. Connie places the crystal in your
- 38:32Speaker 1: hand and tells you to hold it tight and as
- 38:36Speaker 1: you do you begin to feel the crystal start to vibrate.
- 38:43Speaker 1: It starts to feel warm in your hand and it tingles,
- 38:48Speaker 1: but in a nice way. And it's then that you
- 38:53Speaker 1: notice you can hear a little voice in your head.
- 38:58Speaker 1: It's the voice of the crystal. It's talking to you.
- 39:03Speaker 1: Can you hear it? Wow, you are stunned. The crystal
- 39:09Speaker 1: is actually speaking to you. It's just a little whisper though,
- 39:15Speaker 1: but you can hear it, can't you? What is it
- 39:22Speaker 1: saying to you? The crystal also tells you that Connie
- 39:30Speaker 1: is their best friend and she takes care of them
- 39:33Speaker 1: every day. She comes to see them and talk to
- 39:37Speaker 1: them all the time and the crystals love it when
- 39:40Speaker 1: Connie comes to visit them. The crystal tells you that
- 39:45Speaker 1: they go deep within the earth and there are lots
- 39:48Speaker 1: and lots of them. And there are many different kinds
- 39:52Speaker 1: of crystals in all different shapes and sizes and many,
- 39:57Speaker 1: many amazing colours. Because the crystals love Connie so much,
- 40:05Speaker 1: they let her make jewellery with them. She makes bracelets, necklaces, earrings,
- 40:12Speaker 1: rings and all kinds of other things. Connie says that
- 40:18Speaker 1: when you wear a piece of jewellery, made out of crystal,
- 40:21Speaker 1: or maybe just carry a piece around with you in
- 40:23Speaker 1: your pocket, you carry all the goodness of the crystal.
- 40:29Speaker 1: The purpose of some crystals is to protect you. Some
- 40:33Speaker 1: are for giving and receiving love. Some of them are
- 40:38Speaker 1: for helping you to sleep well at night. And there
- 40:41Speaker 1: are lots and lots of other reasons to carry crystals
- 40:44Speaker 1: with you, because they are truly beautiful.
- 40:49Speaker 2: And they are alive. So for a few moments, just.
- 40:54Speaker 1: Stay with Connie and the crystals. Talk to them. Find
- 41:00Speaker 1: out what they can be used for. See if you
- 41:04Speaker 1: can identify any of them. Run your hands over them
- 41:10Speaker 1: and see what they feel like and how do they
- 41:13Speaker 1: make you feel. And Princess Connie says, She will teach
- 41:18Speaker 1: you too, to make things with crystals. Just you and her,
- 41:23Speaker 1: and the crystals. So for a few moments, just stay
- 41:27Speaker 1: with Connie and the crystals.
- 41:48Speaker 4: So so Thank you. so so.
- 43:34Speaker 2: So, Well, that was nice, wasn't it?
- 44:13Speaker 1: Talking to the beautiful crystals with Princess Connie. But it's
- 44:19Speaker 1: time for you to return home now. But then, Connie
- 44:24Speaker 1: asks you if you would like to stay with her
- 44:26Speaker 1: in the crystal cave tonight. She tells you there is
- 44:30Speaker 1: an extra bed for you if you would like. And
- 44:33Speaker 1: you say you would like that very much. You're quite
- 44:39Speaker 1: tired now. So Princess Connie leads you over to your
- 44:43Speaker 1: very own bed.
- 44:45Speaker 2: And it's amazing. It's made entirely of crystals.
- 44:53Speaker 1: And it has a lovely big squishy quilt on it
- 44:56Speaker 1: with two enormously soft pillows. And it's all for you.
- 45:03Speaker 1: You climb up onto your nice soft bed. And you
- 45:07Speaker 1: snuggle down and say goodnight to Princess Connie and the
- 45:11Speaker 1: beautiful sparkling crystals. Princess Connie says goodnight back and goes
- 45:18Speaker 1: off to her own bedroom. And it's quiet now, but
- 45:25Speaker 1: you can hear very soft and very beautiful singing.
- 45:31Speaker 2: It's the crystals.
- 45:33Speaker 1: The crystals are singing you to sleep.
- 45:37Speaker 2: How wonderful.
- 45:40Speaker 1: You whisper thank you to the crystals and gently close
- 45:45Speaker 1: your eyes. And remember, you can come back here any
- 45:50Speaker 1: time you want.
- 45:52Speaker 2: And maybe, when you.
- 45:54Speaker 1: Wake up in the morning, you might want to start
- 45:56Speaker 1: collecting some crystals of your very own. You feel so
- 46:03Speaker 1: happy and so peaceful, but very, very.
- 46:09Speaker 2: Tired and sleepy.
- 46:12Speaker 1: So rest now, surrounded by the beautiful singing crystals.
- 46:20Speaker 2: Just rest.
- 46:38Speaker 1: Now imagine that you are in the most wonderful garden
- 46:42Speaker 1: walking down a very pretty path.
- 46:45Speaker 2: With lots and lots of flowers. They are very.
- 46:49Speaker 1: Pretty flowers and they're in all the colours of the rainbow.
- 46:55Speaker 1: There are pink flowers, blue flowers, there are yellow flowers,
- 47:00Speaker 1: there are great big purple flowers and the biggest orange
- 47:06Speaker 1: flowers you have ever seen. You wonder what they are
- 47:10Speaker 1: because you've never seen them before. You continue to walk
- 47:15Speaker 1: along this pretty path and feel your arms and legs
- 47:19Speaker 1: gently relaxing. Even your feet are relaxing.
- 47:24Speaker 2: And the ground.
- 47:25Speaker 1: Well, it feels all squidgy and soft, but it's not wet.
- 47:29Speaker 1: Just nice and soft. As you walk along this winding path,
- 47:37Speaker 1: you see rabbits and squirrels playfully chasing each other and
- 47:42Speaker 1: running in and out of the undergrowth. They don't see
- 47:45Speaker 1: you at all. They run under the bushes and in
- 47:48Speaker 1: and out of the flowers. They're having such fun. And
- 47:53Speaker 1: you watch them and you smile to yourself. They seem
- 47:58Speaker 1: so happy just playing together and being with each other.
- 48:05Speaker 1: You can hear bees flying lazily from flower to flower,
- 48:11Speaker 1: collecting the pollen to make for their dinner. You see big,
- 48:16Speaker 1: fat bumblebees landing gently on the flowers and you wonder
- 48:21Speaker 1: how on earth they can fly. They are so big,
- 48:24Speaker 1: but they have such tiny wings. But you feel so
- 48:30Speaker 1: happy and safe in this wonderful and special garden. You
- 48:39Speaker 1: come to the end of the winding path and you
- 48:43Speaker 1: find yourself standing in front of biggest tree you have
- 48:46Speaker 1: ever seen. It looks like a very old and very
- 48:51Speaker 1: large oak tree with the most splendid branches reaching upwards
- 48:56Speaker 1: to the beautiful blue sky, reaching out to feel the
- 49:00Speaker 1: warmth of the sun on its luscious green leaves. This
- 49:06Speaker 1: is a very special tree. As you look at it,
- 49:12Speaker 1: you notice It has a pretty yellow door in the
- 49:16Speaker 1: side of this magical old tree. So you turn the
- 49:20Speaker 1: handle of the door and you go inside. There are
- 49:25Speaker 1: little lanterns hanging all around the room you are in.
- 49:29Speaker 2: They look so warm and inviting.
- 49:34Speaker 1: And as your eyes adjust to the light, you see
- 49:38Speaker 1: that there are many doors all around the room. Fat ones,
- 49:43Speaker 1: thin ones, wooden ones. They're even, some round ones too.
- 49:52Speaker 1: You see a winding spiral staircase with an oddly shaped
- 49:56Speaker 1: door at the top of the stairs.
- 49:59Speaker 2: So you climb the stairs.
- 50:00Speaker 1: And when you reach the top, you look at the
- 50:04Speaker 1: door and you wonder, what on earth could be on
- 50:08Speaker 1: the other side? So you decide to take a look.
- 50:14Speaker 1: You step through the door and there to greet you
- 50:18Speaker 1: is a very lovely fairy with the most loving smile
- 50:22Speaker 1: on her face. And she tells you that her name
- 50:26Speaker 1: is Lily. She has blonde hair, so blonde it's almost white.
- 50:34Speaker 1: She is wearing a beautiful silver dress and her wings
- 50:39Speaker 1: too are silver and they flutter gently behind her. She
- 50:45Speaker 1: lives here inside this beautiful, magical oak tree. This is
- 50:50Speaker 1: her home. You say hello to her and tell her
- 50:56Speaker 1: your name. She tells you that lots of fairies live here.
- 51:02Speaker 1: They work here too. And she asks you if you
- 51:05Speaker 1: would like to explore.
- 51:06Speaker 3: It with her.
- 51:08Speaker 1: Obviously you say yes. In this room, there are many
- 51:14Speaker 1: doors too. And Lily asks you, which door would you
- 51:20Speaker 1: like to go through first? You can choose any door
- 51:24Speaker 1: you want. Which one will it be? Do you think
- 51:30Speaker 1: you may find the room where the fairies make their shoes?
- 51:34Speaker 1: Or will it be the sewing room where they make
- 51:37Speaker 1: all of their clothes? Will it be the big kitchen,
- 51:42Speaker 1: where they are making the dinner for this evening? Or maybe,
- 51:47Speaker 1: you will find the great hall, where all the younger
- 51:50Speaker 1: fairies are learning to fly. They are testing out their
- 51:54Speaker 1: new wings. You decide to open the big arched door first,
- 52:03Speaker 1: and you see that you are in the great hall,
- 52:07Speaker 1: And you see many fairies, many, many young fairies, testing
- 52:11Speaker 1: their new wings. A few of them are even lifting
- 52:14Speaker 1: off the floor and gently rising. As you watch them,
- 52:21Speaker 1: you begin to feel your shoulders start to tingle. And
- 52:26Speaker 1: when you look to see why, you see you have
- 52:29Speaker 1: grown the most perfect set of wings on your back.
- 52:33Speaker 1: And they are silver, just like Lily's. And you can
- 52:38Speaker 1: feel them fluttering gently behind you. You realise that you
- 52:45Speaker 1: can wriggle them and make them flap.
- 52:49Speaker 2: And it's so much fun.
- 52:52Speaker 1: As you flap your wings gently, you are astonished because
- 52:57Speaker 1: you look down and you see that you have left
- 53:01Speaker 1: the floor. And you're hovering just like the other fairies.
- 53:06Speaker 1: This is fantastic. You have wings and you can fly
- 53:11Speaker 1: just like Lily. Lily tells you to follow her. So
- 53:19Speaker 1: you flap your wings gently and move around the room.
- 53:24Speaker 1: Lily introduces you to some of the other fairies who
- 53:26Speaker 1: are very excited to meet you. So for a few moments,
- 53:33Speaker 1: spend some time with Lily and the young fairies. flying
- 53:38Speaker 1: around the great hall. You laugh as you whoosh through
- 53:43Speaker 1: the air with your new wings. You think to yourself
- 53:46Speaker 1: that this is so much fun. You swoop high up,
- 53:51Speaker 1: almost to the ceiling, then whoosh back down again. You
- 53:56Speaker 1: fly low to the floor, then soar high up again.
- 53:59Speaker 1: You love having wings. This is just wonderful. So for
- 54:05Speaker 1: just a little while, Fly with the fairies. Watch what
- 54:11Speaker 1: they do. Do what they do. But most of all,
- 54:15Speaker 1: have some fun.
- 54:37Speaker 4: Thank you. Thank you for watching.
- 56:34Speaker 1: Wow, that was so much fun. But your wings, though,
- 56:42Speaker 1: are beginning to get tired now. And they're starting to
- 56:46Speaker 1: feel a little bit heavy on your back. So it's
- 56:50Speaker 1: time to head back home. You say goodbye to Lily
- 56:56Speaker 1: and her friends. And they tell you that they hope
- 57:01Speaker 1: you will come back again really soon. And when you do,
- 57:06Speaker 1: they will show you what is behind the other doors.
- 57:11Speaker 1: Lily then asks you, instead of going home, would you
- 57:16Speaker 1: like a sleepover with her and her friends? Well, of
- 57:20Speaker 1: course you would. Lily takes you to a very special bedroom.
- 57:29Speaker 1: It's filled with flowers and beautiful crystals, and it has
- 57:34Speaker 1: an enormous bed just for you. As you get comfortable
- 57:41Speaker 1: on your bed, Lily sings you a little lullaby to
- 57:47Speaker 1: help you sleep. She has a very lovely voice, but
- 57:53Speaker 1: she doesn't sing with words, just beautiful sounds. It's so
- 58:01Speaker 1: lovely and so peaceful and your eyes have already closed.
- 58:07Speaker 1: The sound of Lily's voice is just so beautiful. Just
- 58:17Speaker 1: before you drift off to sleep you thank her for
- 58:22Speaker 1: what she has shown you today and especially for the
- 58:27Speaker 1: lovely silver wings. You really really enjoyed that. Lily is
- 58:35Speaker 1: a very kind fairy and we should always be kind
- 58:40Speaker 1: to each other and to all living creatures.
- 58:44Speaker 2: Just like Lily does.
- 58:48Speaker 1: But for now breathe in gently through your nose and
- 58:56Speaker 1: slowly sigh the breath out Again, breathe in gently. And slowly,
- 59:08Speaker 1: just sigh the breath.
- 59:10Speaker 4: Out.
- 59:14Speaker 2: One last time.
- 59:17Speaker 1: Gently breathe in. And slowly, sigh the breath out.
- 59:25Speaker 2: And now just sleep.
- 59:30Speaker 1: Just rest.
- 59:32Speaker 2: Night night.
- 59:33Speaker 4: Night night. Thank you.
- 1:00:35Speaker 5: You you you.
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: So, Thank you for watching. you you you you Thank
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: you for watching. Thank you. Thank you for watching.
- 1:08:13Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 1:08:45Speaker 4: Thanks for watching!
- 1:08:50Speaker 5: So, Thank you.
- 1:10:42Speaker 4: So so Thank you for watching. you you you Thank you.
- 1:13:12Speaker 5: Thank you for watching.
